I am $30 broke now, thanks to my mum killing my poor innocent optical mouse. I don't get it... She has her own PC!! Sure, hers is Pentium 1 while mine is Pentium 3, hers is 15 inch while screen mine is 17 inch. So?? No difference actually, since all she does is play CARD games on it. And even if it's just a simple task of playing games she can screw up my precious PC *insert lots of vein throbs*
Good thing is she dunno how to use a PC with only a keyboard, else I really fear for my PC's life.
Anyway, I am in the school library. Air con non existant as usual, lousy PC as usual, slow connection as usual. I need to whack something...

I am using keyboards only to access all applications and do my stuff now. Why? Coz my mum killed my mouse -_-# And I use an optical mouse to boot.
My mum has her own PC but she loves to use mine at times just because I have a bigger screen (17 inch) and my PC is faster. But everytime she use my PC, things screw up. Like Winamp dying on me or error messages pop up, or my icons messed up or my PC just hang on me. -_-# Now this.
And I can't go get a new mouse coz I don't have the time. I can only do that after my work stint, which is 3 more days to go.
Oh yay. When was the last time when I relied on keyboard only to use a PC? When I was 6 or 7, when PCs run on MS-DOS. -_-# Pain in the ass now I tell you...

Vexed
Rose wanted to swap shift with me tomorrow. I don't want to do night shift, and my parents insist that I be home at night to help with the house, as everyday till the renovations is done, we have to clear up some stuff. So, I made a white lie that I cannot because "a relative is having housewarming".
In a twist of fate, something so coincidental happened. Just after Rose went off for break, my friend called me up to invite me to his X'mas party on thursday after work. I agreed. And, while on my way home, I recieved Rose's SMS asking me if I can swap on thursday instead then. So, I replied that I can't, unless she told me before she went off for break because my friend booked me at that fateful time. Just after I sent it, I felt that it would be better to clarify with her thru phone. So I called. But the moment my call is connected, she cut it off. This happened not once but 3 times in a row. I SMSed her again to try to get the other 2 temp girls to fill in, but no reply. It really is a coincidence... I dunno... I bet tomorrow's gonna be a tensed day...

Today's the 2nd day of my home renovation. Now I have air con in my room!! YAY!!
What would be done is the entire kitchen, upgrade of 2 toilets and living room and addition of split unit air con to the 2 bedrooms.
So cooling~
But what's not cooling is work... I didn't complain about Cynthia about the crap she did to me, SHE BACK STABBED ME!
This morning as I went to the office to fill up water bottles, Angelia want to talk to me. Firstly, she made clear the OT issue since that bitch crashed in and nothing was done.
Secondly was the back stabbing incident. "I heard a hear say so I want to clarify with you" she said. It was about me not punctual on coming back from my break. HELL... Early in the morning I got issued warnings for stuff that I didn't do and was all caused by that BITCH!
FIRSTLY, that time she barged in, MY BREAK WASN'T OVER YET AND SHE KNOWS BECAUSE ROSE TOLD HER I WENT OFF LATE, SO I OFFICIALLY CAN GO BACK AT 3:30PM!
SECONDLY, what caused me to go off late for my break, IS BECAUSE SHE ALWAYS DON'T LET ROSE COME BACK DOWN ON TIME TO RELIEVE ME!
THIRDLY, she always want Rose to go on break which is not her break time yet, AND ROSE RELIEVE ME LATE SO I COME BACK LATE AND I AM ALWAYS ALONE DURING MY ENTIRE SHIFT!
Clarifications indeed! I know it's that Cynthia... But I have no evidence against her... Bloody hell...
And Rose was weird around me today... I am not sure if it is that backstabbing bitch at work or not...

I was running after my home bound train and I took out my wallet, which is in the same pocket, instead of my card holder. I ran thru after a lady and ran down only to miss the train. Then this fat bastard came up to me and demanded me to show him my EZ Link Card.

Me: I think it was a mistake because I was trying to catch my train...

I am not kidding, this all happened.
I wanted to lodge the complaint when I reach AMK, but the moment the door opened for Outram, I cannot take it man. I was so agitated (I cry when angry) the nice staff calmed me down and took town my complaint. He asked if I want to speak to his manager or him to lodge the complaint. I wanted both and he called up the manager. Unfortunately, the call can't go thru so he assured me that he will foward the complaint and the management will contact me.
Did SMRT train their staff to be so rude? To turn a deaf ear and accuse people like so? I am so proud of our transport system man. I never liked train rides before and this makes it worse.

Did 2 hour OT till 8pm coz of a shitty colleague who loves to throw last minute combos to screw things up. There was no one at the redemption counter, where she's supposed to be, till 11:30am. It's supposed to start at 10am. Didn't know till a customer whom I told to go up there to redeem his stuff came down and told me there's no one there. And the aunty who's supposed to be in the afternoon shift had to rush down to fill in.
Found out something amusing today tho. The game's event organiser is Charlie - The one who acts as King Kong in Phua Chu Kang! For a moment I thought I saw and heard (his voice) wrongly. After he left, I asked my colleague, the contractor of the game, if it's him, and he confirmed it. Heh, acting part time for interest...

Usually, I let kids like 3 to 4 to play in the early mornings when there is no queue, But his USF (Ugly Singaporean Father), along with his China wife and 2 kids, age range from 6 to 7 came to me, and asked if I can let them play since there is no queue. Hello, I issue goodwill to those who deserves it, not you come and demand it. And demand so much too!
USF:Have to purchase $30?
Me: That's right
USF: Can you let them play? Since there is no queue.
Me: Err...
USF: I will buy $30 later, let them play can? Nobody here anyway

Frozen
It's freezing here~~~~~~ And my windows are closed too. Freezing freezing...
One fat uncle threw coupons at me and proceeded to the stage -_-#

Oh well, at least there isn't any kids from hell today.
Instead, there were cute little kids from heaven!
This morning I let a very very cute little boy have his fun, since there is no queue. I let him play 2 rounds. Shy little boy. He's like... 3? VERY adorable! I liked the way he shyly waved back a "bye bye" when I waved at him. (I am not a pedophile)
Later in the afternoon, I let another little boy have his fun, since there is no queue.
And another little boy a while after the second one too. His mother called me aunty -_-#
But nontheless, it's the smile on the kid's faces that matters. And he waved bye bye at me... Cute little boy (No, I am not a pedophile...)
Then in the evening, I let a little girl (There, see? I am not a pedophile... But Boy Boy #1 is SO CUTE!) have her fun. She yelled back a "thank you" (aww sweet little girl) and bounced off the stage.
The mothers of these kids were so happy too. Well, I can't let them spend $30 just to let their little kids play, no? Ok, so I can't help but heart out when these kids so want to play but their parents can't afford or don't want to spend money. It's $30, not $3 ok.
I like children, but not those act cute annoying ones.
Ahhh.... Did alot of goodwill today.
But I am still very sinful... I think.

Now if only I can sleep at work. Was so damn sleepy thru out the day and there aren't any shoppers till evening anyway. But people can see me from the front, back, left, right and top. Dammit...

Fatal Fury
Over worked, under paid, taken for granted.
So yeah, I WILL fully utilize my break time AND extend it when I feel like it.
Well, my friend is ALWAYS late to come in for her shift so that I can have my 1 hour lunch break and help me till I knock off at 6. To think I always cut short my breaks to go back and help my friend. To think I will feel bad for even having the thought of having long breaks.
Well, not anymore.
SHE WENT SHOPPING.
WHILE I HANDLED THE CROWD ALONE, PRACTICALLY EVERY DAY DURING MY ENTIRE SHIFT.
Today, she went a step further by going off for her dinner break ONE HOUR before my knock off time. Her dinner break is 4 to 5. She went at 5 today and when I messaged her to come back at around 5.50, she never replied. So I called.
"Hey, I am at Paddle Works (shop name), be back in 10 minutes!"
And she came back at 6.15, which is TWENTY FIVE minutes later.
32 more days to freedom... Think positive... only 32 more days....

Rising Force
Rising Anger more like it. Today was actually a very sucky day. But then again, I've gotten over it, more or less...
And finally gotten some work done... Surprise!!
Felt guilty (no pun intended) leaving him in the shadows (no pun to picture) for so long...
Why today sucked:
This friend of mine always talk about herself only. Ok, that I know, and always didn't bothered me. But it had gone from bad to worse. She never let me talk, even after asking me a question, and nope, she don't even listen.
Then, after a while, she came back with a girl, found me in the canteen ordering my food, and asked me where am I sitting. I pointed to my usual seat, then she turned to her friend and said "let's sit over there" and pointed to a table far away.
-_- I wasn't pissed, just annoyed. What blew me up was she asking me this question after I collected my food: You don't want to sit with us?
Moshi moshi? Who's the one who doesn't want to sit with ME here?
And early in the morning, she was the one who woke me up to drag me out for a swim, listen to her yak for 2 hours and then throw me this kinda crap?!
And I didn't even had a decent chat with Dana-chan too. I dunno she's too busy or sick or what, I just dunno. But no decent chat, dragged out of house and face all those sucky stuff.
Well, at least I got some over due stuff done today... I am hungry...
