The problem is, the 21st amendment allows states to regulate the sale of alcohol in any way they see fit. And, ironically, there is no separation of church and state at the state level. As long as the Baptists are running the show, we have to play by their rules on Sunday and we can’t teach evolution in schools. Nice. I’m actually blushing as I write this because I’m embarassed for Georgia.
