11:17 p.m. its the last day of 2005. apparently im blogging in year 2006 but for simplicity's sake im faking the date and time. hahaha. in the afternoon, yongjie and i went to irene yeema's house. we had lunch and played mahjong with dai-yeema and auntie peggy, while auntie monica watched us. was very fun playing mahjong with them. there was once auntie peggy had to shit and auntie monica stood in for her, and i won with a ping hu, thus winning $3.20 from each player. auntie peggy came back and grumbled that her shit cost her $3.20. hahahaa. but overall i only won $2.40. aahahah better than nothing. auntie monica gave yongjie and i christmas presents. i like her present very much. =) we stayed until 7pm and went for dinner. the seven of us- dai-yeema, irene yeema, auntie monica, auntie peggy, auntie catherine, uncle bernard and i- went to the pasir ris cc to eat some delicious food. we headed down to auntie jennie's place for countdown. while waiting, we watched kin kin-kor's wedding video. we laughed and talked about other people throughout the video. and we realised kin kin-kor was holding the bouquet the whole time from the start to the end of the wedding. ahahahha. more relatives came and we had some spanish wine. we did the countdown while tuning in to channel 5. dai-yeema's "downcount" and auntie catherine's "liedown" was very soon over. we had a great time there. and i felt nice even though i was with all my aunts instead of my cousins. yongjie's face became red at an instant after drinking half a glass of wine. hahaha so lousy. but on the taxi ride back, i felt the wine gushing past my head. the feeling was terrible. hahaha. but my face didnt turn red. =) so that was how i celebrated the last day of 2005. i shall now make a review about the past year. wanted to do that yesterday but couldnt. got the list from yiling and meiqi:

11:49 p.m. went to hyatt with sera to collect our pay. but when we reached there, linda said we could only get it in the afternoon. so we went for lunch first before collecting it. was still early in meeting joanna so i walked around orchard. bought a top. while waiting for joanna, i went to heeren hmv with the intention to listen to eVonne's cd for free. but haha when i reached there they were playing the cd out loud! hahah goodie. was happily listening halfway when they changed the disc to SHE's songs. hahaa. met up with joanna and we went kbox at cine. sang tonnes of songs. most of the songs i sang were sammi, eVonne and flora's songs. hahah but i had a sore throat so i couldnt hit the high notes properly. but nevertheless, i enjoyed the kbox session very much. thanks joanna! =D came home only to be picked on by papa. haiz whats new. oh yeah, the new thing is that papa wants me to boil barley myself tomorrow. hahaha i dont even know how to! i shall try it slowly tomorrow. after all im the one drinking it eventually.
10:52 p.m. went to bugis to shop. was walking around aimlessly. bought a watch for gujie. but if she doesnt like it then i shall have it. ahaha. went to plaza singapura so that i can go to poh kim to check out the latest arrivals. but the conqueror's story is not out yet. ate some delicious noodles. collecting my remaining pay tomorrow. please remember to bring the birds nest for pearly. need to organise my stuffs.
09:17 p.m. went to ntu to collect the cheque. but got the place wrong. it was office of finance in the admin building, not the ssc. and it was raining heavily. seeing someone in school made me feel like a complete idiot. it goes like this: i was asked to go down to collect the cheque by A because A, B and C were not in singapore (as said be A), and D was nowhere to be found. A insisted on me going down on saturday. and voila! not a single soul in school. so i went back today. initially i didnt mind going all the way down to ntu despite being sick. but what made me feel stupid was that C was actually in singapore! and she appeared right in front of me at the ssc. i feel cheated. i mean, if you guys want to be lazy and want me to travel all the way, say so. i might be pissed at you all for being so utterly lazy but at least i get the picture. there is no need for you to spin some tales like woah everyone is overseas so im sorry to put you in this situation. like, yeah we have no choice but to ask you to make the trip down. yeah right, when one of you appeared in my face today, all the scams just started bursting. overseas my foot. since C was present there, why cant she just collect the cheque then? im not angry that i have to go down, but am so because these people are such hypocrites. if i really did mind going down, i would have said, go look for D instead. but i didnt. and i went down twice. and the tone they used to ask me to go down sounded like a demand. "someone needs to go down. someone meaning you. (and all the rubbish reasons for their absence followed)." just because im easygoing doesnt mean i dont have a temper. and it certainly doesnt mean that i can be treated like an idiot by all of you. even if they found my blog, i dont really care. finished watching the legend of lady yang yesterday night, and ive just finished watching KOYAT a few minutes ago. i wouldnt call this a review of lady yang, because i skipped some of the parts so it wouldnt constitute as a review. rather, they are some of my thoughts about the show. initially the show was nice to watch, because at the start you wouldnt know who was good and who was bad. all the concubines were fighting for the emperor's fancy. i didnt watch the initial parts about lady yang aka yeung yuk wan (anne heung) because i wasnt interested. i only watched the parts with mui fei (melissa ng) and the more important parts that carried the storyline. in short, yeung yuk wan is a good person, but unfortunately she jinxed everyone in the palace and in her family. the most scheming person in the show is wai fei (florence kwok), she plotted against everyone in the palace. and of course she died as a result. the second in line for most scheming person is yuk wan's sister, yuk yiu (fiona yuen). she went around spreading rumours and harming mui fei. mui fei is one of the good people in the show. she is straightforward, educated, graceful and clever. i skipped the parts about warfare and jealousy among the men simply because the men in the show are hideous. evidence that yeung yuk wan jinxed everyone in the show: she revealed lai fei's secret in her drunken stupor and got lai fei killed. her gullible personality caused her to believe wai fei, and was countlessly used by wai fei as a scapegoat. the empress was banished as a commoner because of wai fei's evil plots accompanied by yuk wan's actions. mui fei and yuk wan became close sisters after wai fei got her deserts. mui fei got pregnant, but her baby died instantly when he was born. mui fei became crazy. well it wasnt exactly yuk wan's fault, but she was present when mui fei gave birth. so she sort of jinxed both mother and son. yuk wan trusted the wrong guy to be her godson- an lushan (louis yuen), who eventually killed yuk wan's whole family due to some disagreements with the emperor. an lushan tried to conquer the whole tang dynasty, the remaining people fled but yuk wan decided to commit suicide to save the dynasty. so in the end everyone was saved, except for herself and those who were jinxed by her. but overall, all the main and supporting characters died, except the emperor and the eunuch. the show didnt really mentioned what happened to mui fei. she became alright again after the demise of her son, but during the flee she didnt go off with the rest but stayed in the palace, and then they didnt mention anything about her anymore. haiz. if not for the fact that meiheng was in the show, i wouldnt bother watching it. anyway the lead was yang guifei, not mui fei. but i got the feeling of chor chor whenever i see anne heung in period dramas. mui fei's elegance shone when she wore a simple white dress when she was in the cold palace. whereas yuk wan paled in comparison. the whole show is somewhat similar to war and beauty, but it doesnt have enough schemes and dirty tricks. furthermore they have different themes. this is the third time im watching KOYAT. so i wont elaborate about the show. my coughs are coming back. i still like triumph in the skies the most. i still watch it on tv everyday even though i have the vcds already.

MERRY CHRISTMAS! slept from yesterday 12am to 7am, awakened by the rain, and continued sleeping till 12pm. watched television for a while before switching to vcds until 6pm. napped until 8pm and went downstairs to buy dinner. watched princess diaries and sweet home alabama. came online for a while and went to sleep on papa's bed. woke up at 330am to switch back to my own bed. so that was how i spent my christmas. hahah. nothing much because im sick.
10:42 p.m. went down to ntu to collect the cheque. but when i reached there, the office was closed! so it isnt open on saturdays at all! oh well, ive had a wasted trip. went to ts at jorung point, they started to have rental services. wanted to buy a new show to watch but decided against it. am coughing terribly. throat hurts and ive probably taken a lot of strepsils today. we went over to our neighbour's house for buffet. saw the two girls. luckily they didnt stick to me coz there were other kids of their age present. wasnt feeling too well and didnt want to join them so yongjie and i came home first. sickly christmas. time to sleep.
11:52 p.m. went to tampines to shop. bought quite a lot of things. and saw siewchin, mingjie and yujia. i asked the poh kim lady what new vcds will come out soon, and she said: "the show with adam cheng- the conqueror's story." she meant "the show with meiheng- the conqueror's story". ahhahaha. yayayayay!! when it comes out i will wait for the price to drop before buying it. but then again, knowing my character, i will be tempted very soon and will buy it quite fast. hopefully it doesnt cost so much. ive spent a bomb today. im going to ntu tomorrow to settle the charity donation thing that has been dragged since october. and papa says we are going over to the two girls' house for christmas party. hahah actually he wants to save money. =D i have a sore throat now so no more chocolates for me. =( yanting just scared me by telling me that my blog has been detected by her router as a site that contains adult/mature content. nonononono~ this is a childish website. as it goes by the title "pureness in you". must be that the router detected the acronym that i used for triumph in the skies. ah you go figure it yourself. i dont even have any vulgarities here. aaah anyway if any of you cant come here then you can email me or go to my tagboard to tell me. i cant enter cuilin's blog too. the internet explorer doesnt allow me in. meiheng's confirmed filming tai gik. ok time to watch lady yang. i mean, mui fei. who cares about anne heung and her chor-chor lookalike lady yang. hahahha.
11:57 p.m. registered for my subjects. quite lucky that i got my first choice places for 3 of them, but for CS103 i couldnt get any monday slots so i settled for the friday one. so now i have a four-day week coz i took CS816. i dont know whether i should take any other electives or not. went back to hyatt to collect my pay. on my way there i saw ben yeo. after that went to taka to shop around and bought a schnappi for meiqi. gujie came to join me and i bought another dog for myself. its the same dog as the one meiqi has. its so cute and cheap so i couldnt resist not buying. taka really has a lot of cute things. but some are quite costly, considering that they are merely impractical items. saw kennise and karen outside the central restaurant. watched love concierge, lady yang, green hope and KOYAT. lady yang is so exciting to watch. everyone is plotting against each other, except mui fei. she's very straightforward and upright unlike the other concubines who are utterly scheming. KOYAT is nice too. i love rachel's outfits. stupid yongjie complained i typed very loudly. it isnt my fault coz the keys are naturally that loud. he just came in and scolded me. if not for the fact he is coughing seriously and cant sleep, he wouldnt be able to hear the sounds coming out of my enclosed room. so its his own coughs to be blamed for causing him to be sleepless. im now typing real slowly with only one finger. argh.
11:23 p.m. packed 500 boxes of 9-piece chocolates at 1722 as expected. we were pretty fast so we decided to slow down so as to waste time. lazed around at the sofa area and ate quite a number of chocolates. my favourites are rocher milk and white. yummm. during lunch we wrote on the cards that we were giving linda and sanshu. and i had to draw a 9.15am thing to represent me. gross la ahahhaha. coz they always joked that i always report to work at 9.15am instead of 9am. hahaha linda likes her present. =) we continued with the 9-piece after lunch and finished them at around 3 plus. we chatted with linda in the chocolate room for quite some time when sanshu came back and said there is nothing else for us to do. and see us next year. which means today was our last day at work! sanshu likes our present too. and linda gave each of us a bottle of the fake bird's next each. winnie came and joined us for a while before leaving. i dont know when im getting my pay. my neighbour came to my house just now with her two children. these two girls are so cute. they call me whenever they see me at the lift. and when they were in the house, they started asking me a lot of questions. the best part is they asked me if i know how to sing lao shu ai da mi and tong hua. following which they sang tong hua in their loudest voice possible. they looked super cute sitting on the sofa with their legs not touching the floor. the elder one is ling-en (grace) and the younger one is song-en (gladys). they kept pestering me to get them games to play. but all my games are in the storeroom. so ling-en played on my computer for a while, and song-en went to dig my cabinet and emptied my stationery containers. i had a hard time placing them back. but they are so adorable. hahaha. too bad yongjie wasnt home to witness how i was so popular among them. hhhahahaa. spent 1.5 hours translating an article on ph's forum. wah so much energy exhausted. but looking at my efforts, i feel proud of it. ahaha. the meiheng website is finally working so my shows resume. no more work=no more money=got time to rest. and i havent decide on my electives yet!! tomorrow have to register le! and im going back hyatt to sell pearly the bird's nest and buy a schnappi for meiqi. ahahhaa. =D
11:53 p.m. sera and i packed chocolates and wrapped stollens in the morning, and packed hampers in the afternoon. we finished at 330pm. linda was saying that she was surprised i brought a feminine bag to work today. hahhaa. there was a chocolate sale outside spices today, sera and i didnt buy any chocolates but bought a box of fake birds' nest each. somehow i regretted buying it so i asked pearly if she wanted it. i didnt want to sell it at that time coz i initially had wanted to try it. but on second thoughts i decided to sell it to pearly so i have to bring it back tomorrow. didnt get my pay coz the big big big boss is sick and he hasnt endorsed the payslips yet. saw grace at the underpass while i was on the way to wisma but she didnt see me. met yimyiu and kiaying and we shopped around taka for their last minute presents. ahhaah. really liked this mewomeow organiser at kino which cost a frigging 20-odd dollars. of course i didnt buy it. hahaha. saw a paper holder which is so cute and looks like the alligator in the mtv of schnappi. you know, shee schnar schnappi, schnappi schnappi schnup... ah whatever. but anyway the alligator is cute so i bought it. hahahaha. we went to mind cafe for dinner. at first we wanted to play some new games but we didnt know how to play, and the staff werent free to teach us, so we had to stick to the usual monopoly. we played the simpsons version, and it was so fun! hahahaa. unexpectedly, kiaying was the big winner. and i was the biggest loser coz i picked the card that needed me to give each player $50 twice. so yeah i was the santa claus so i was the poorest. food was passable, the brownie was nice. for the present exchange, kiaying got my present, michelle got yimyiu's present, huiyi got grace's present, yimyiu got huiyi's present, meiqi got kiaying's present, i got meiqi's present and grace got michelle's present. even though grace wasnt there coz she had something on. ahhaha. got a wall clock and a bookmark from meiqi. thanks! =) got a pluto pen and chocolates from kiaying who bought them in usa. ate krispy kremes and muffins specially air-flown from london from meiqi. thanks everyone! =D the monopoly game lasted very long and i took a cab home and watched love concierge. i love toh-mas (thomas) and jace's pairing! they look so cute together. not that it really mattered, but i couldnt stand the yellow plaster on toh-mas' cheek. at first i thought it was a flower stuck on his cheek. it was pretty annoying seeing the yellow plaster even though i like yellow a lot. kind of distracting ahahhaha. and seeing jace being so blur, i cant help but laugh coz she's simply too blur and funny. hehheh. just saw a cockroach attempting to enter my room from the window. luckily i closed my windows beforehand. papa and yongjie always want me to open them but i always close them when they arent noticing coz i know someday somehow some insect will fly in and i'll have no peace. anyway, cuilin, i dont have a single A la, its 3 B+s and 2 Bs, when yimyiu and kiaying both have at least an A. so... i'll have to work harder next year. the best thing i got today was my schnappi. yongjie thinks its cute too. and he likes to piak the two magnets together. ok time to sleep, tomorrow we are packing 500 boxes of 9-piece chocolates. yay can go up to 1722 to eat chocolates again. =D
11:04 p.m. wrapped sebastopol cookies and linzer cakes only for the whole day. the moment i walked past the bakery kitchen, guess who i saw?? hot chef jimmy!! ahhaa long time no see. i initially thought he had quitted or something. think he's transferred from pastry to bakery. =) asked linda if her mother is called gui eng coz popo wanted to see if she knew linda's mother. and linda said yah they know each other and popo attended her wedding. popo said it too but she wasnt sure if that was linda. hahaha. anyway we finished our jobs for the day at around 3pm, and there was a leftover linzer cake coz there wasnt enough wrapping materials. so linda asked us to eat it up, and we were apprehensive about it coz sera said it tasted like basler leckerli and it tasted horrid. but luckily it had jam so it wasnt that bad. when we were eating our first piece in the chocolate room, the fire alarm rang continuously but linda shrugged it off, saying that it goes off quite often. but then a while later elysee came knocking and said it was a real drill. so everyone, including the hotel guests, had to be evacuated to the carpark entrance area. the front desk people were fast, probably coz they wanted to slack. hahaa. then slowly the whole kitchen appeared and it looked a bit amusing when all the staff in uniform gathered on a lane in orchard road with passers-by looking at us curiously. so we chatted and laughed while waiting. pearly told linda her very lame joke and linda couldnt stop laughing. ahhaha. half an hour later the assistant general manager came out and thanked us for participating in the fire drill exercise. and back we went. ahhaha i have never experienced a fire drill in a workplace. hahaha of course we didnt mind coz we got $3 free for standing around and talking. went back, threw away the leftover cake, and poof! off we zoomed. shopped at taka for tomorrow's exchange but couldnt find anything. bought christmas presents for linda and sanshu. and we saw steven lim outside tangs. he was pestering people to buy things from him. we quickly siam-ed into tangs. hahaa. getting pay tomorrow. goodie. =) results are out. my results are considered average. nothing below B. but i still cant decide what elective to take! haiz. must hurry up decide le. watched first episode of love concierge. jace looks very pretty in the show. her hairstyle reminds me of danchun in wings of desire. =D yongjie was watching jingle all the way, starring arnold schwarzenegger. and i think michael miu looks like arnold. if alex fong is the asian richard gere, then michael miu is the asian arnold schwarzenegger. hahhaa.
11:22 p.m. woke up at 12pm today. dreamt that papa deep-fried my 14 dwarfs and they all turned golden brown and disfigured. and i started to cry. i sort of had the impression that i also cried in my sleep. luckily nobody heard. ahahah. finished watching half of OTB. went to whampoa and i started pigging out. half a bowl of noodles, two half boiled eggs, one carrot cake, one yew char kuay, half a bowl of green bean soup, one big plate of rice, yong tau foo, a lot of fried chicken wings, a banana and finally a handful of prunes. hahhaa. yongjie reached during dinnertime and on the way home he was playing his silly aeroplane game on his phone while complaining that the game was so screwed up. i was laughing beside him at the way the other aeroplane always banged into his for no reason, and at the way he blamed the game for not informing him beforehand. haha sometimes when he's in a good mood he's quite pleasant. ahah. and we coincidentally wore white polo tee with jeans. was watching affairs of the heart at whampoa, and when we reached home i managed to watch the grasshoppers' section. haha they are so cute. especially so chi wai. ;) i want to watch the first 10 episodes of HA but eileen's far away in a possibly snowing country. the first few episodes of lady yang are okay. anne heung's lady yang reminds me of chor chor in LIB. isnt yang guifei supposed to be very fat?? meiheng's mui fei had quite a number of appearances. ok i have to admit i didnt really watch it. i just screened through it and watched the parts that had mui fei and the more important parts so that i understood the show. its still too early to set assumptions on each character. working tomorrow. love concierge is starting tomorrow too. omg i just cancelled a download when it was at 99%!!! just as i was typing this entry i accidentally pressed the space bar and poof!! the download was cancelled!!!!! i waited an hour for nothing. haiz.
11:21 p.m. today is probably the first day in this week that i feel really happy. helped linda out in chocolate room while pearly and sera came at 10am and they went to pack the 99 pieces. i was in the chocolate room the whole day: packing chocolates, pasting icing, and more packing. after lunch pearly and sera came to join me and when linda was out for a meeting, we were having our own YES93.3 concert. hahah. we kind of took turns to sing coz we sang the songs we knew, and there was a sammi song but i only knew the cantonese version while they were playing the chinese version. ahah. linda came back from her meeting and we had already finished what we were supposed to do, thus we helped her pack other christmas hampers that had snow white and seven dwarfs figurines in them. there were leftover figurines, so pearly and i each took 2 sets of seven dwarfs while sera took one set plus a snow white! there was only one snow white left so we let sera have it. but seriously that snow white figurine was way too fat. she looked more like princess fiona the ogre version. hahaha. didnt go for jace's love concierge function coz i had work. but i managed to watch the making of the show at spices. it wasnt really a making; all that was shown were snippets of the drama and that made the drama more anticipated. came home, watched shrek and came to the computer. i finally can enter cuilin's blog. when i went to meiheng's download site, i couldnt believe what i saw. tonnes of shows waiting for me!! including fantasy hotel and herbalist affair!! darn i shouldnt have rented it so fast. but ahha never mind, i'd prefer the vcd version much better. its a pleasure to be able to watch meiheng's shows, especially in shows where she only appears in a few episodes, then it'd be a real waste of money to buy the whole set of vcds. like in DIF3, she appeared in episodes 3-5 only, and half the time she was speaking fluent mandarin. anyway, i have... let me see. i have green hope, KOYAT, lady yang and dream of colours waiting for me. hahah. im in a much better mood than the rest of the previous days. at least linda was nice to me today. =) and i think we have already eaten more than $100 worth of chocolates, not including taking the 14 dwarfs home. off day tomorrow- so many things to do.

11:13 p.m. packed hampers in the morning. went up to 1722 with delight coz we could eat the chocolates there. went out for lunch instead of eating at spices. came back, packed 41 boxes of chocolates and linda declared that we were officially off for the rest of the day at 1300 hrs. so we went shopping at far east. got stopped by some promoter for skincare and was duped into buying a scrub from them. pearly bought 38 bucks worth of products from them. while we were stuck in the shop, i spotted patricia mok and bryan wong walking past the shop. coz i noticed pat mok's big bushy hair first. they walked back again and to the lift down while 3 female fans started screaming and chased them down by the escalators. pearly bought her bag while sera reserved her jeans to be bought tomorrow coz tomorrow is her birthday and she can get discount then. while i bought old time buddy at ts coz they were having 30% off. having cuts and bruises all over due to work. sensed that linda doesnt really like me. she was especially fierce to me when i asked her questions while she wasnt as fierce towards pearly and sera. meiqi's probably on the plane home. if im not wrong she is taking SQ317, arriving at 0759 tomorrow. nice number for meiqi. cuilin i still cant go to your blog, its either my problem or the blog's problem. but probably mine. random: flora's latest column entry was very romantic. am watching jessica in OTB. meiheng is said to be replacing kenix in tai gik. have no idea when joe's coming. hopefully not on 7th. michael miu is one charismatic man. not really in good mood these days as you can see that there isnt a single "haha" in any of my entries since monday. but i will try to be happy. love eVonne's liang3 ge4 ren2 de4 xia4 xue3 tian1 coz it sounds sad enought to fit my mood.
11:33 p.m. wrapped cookies again. kena scolded by sanshu coz we didnt know how to make use of space and wasted time. he said our pay last week was very high so he doesnt want us to work more than 7 hours a day. packed the biverly cookies until i wanted to puke coz they stink. i pulled out a gold twist ribbon and twisted it into sera's name, and so we started on making names with it. the three of us did linda's name and after that she came into the storeroom to pass us our pay. sera approached her and went (in mandarin): "linda, stretch forth your hand!", while her hands were behind her back. got our pay. went to orchard sembawang and bought a wenfang poster for a dollar, and bought eVonne's compilation album. got scolded by papa because i eat very slow. haiz.
11:25 p.m. packed hampers and wrapped teacakes and fruitcakes. during wrapping, pearly and i were exchanging lame jokes. by the end of the day we were obviously exhausted but linda demanded us to change the icing on the chocolates. so we were looking weary in the chocolate room when an auntie came and called "linda!" then linda embarrassedly came over to us and said "thats my mother." auntie was so cute. she's a chambermaid at hyatt. i remember linda told me this last year but this is the first time i saw her mother. getting my first week's pay tomorrow, and buying eVonne's cd tomorrow too.
11:42 p.m. packed chocolates today. today's lunch specialty was maggi mee. a lot of staff were queueing up for maggi mee instead of the usual caifan. this is the first time i see so many people craving for maggi mee. luckily pearly, sera and i came down for lunch quite early. met joanna at eastpoint to collect her calendars. elieen asked me whether i am free tomorrow for kbox but sera's taking off tomorrow so i cant take off tomorrow. quite sad la coz its been so long since i last went to ktv, and i so want to sing. haiz never mind la, at most i sing to myself at home. nothing i can do about it. haiz.
11:37 p.m. went for wenfang and mingshun's autograph session with eileen. bought the lucky stars vcd at ts for $39.90. when we reached jurong entertainment centre, the first two rows were qi yuwu fans while the rest behind were wenfang fans. not a lot of people went, especially the fans of 715 and fiona xie. their autograph session was before wenfang and mingshun's and they had very few fans who went. eileen and i were standing in front after the 715 fans left, and wenfang and mingshun soon arrived. they simply refused to stand beside each other. hahah they were very cute and funny. there was a Q and A session but the contestant that mingshun picked always didnt know the answer, and he made us laugh a lot. then there was a game which required each team to dress their members as fu-xing and ma-gu. and they could borrow things from the audience if they needed. wenfang needed an umbrella and i volunteered mine. wooohoo wenfang touched my umbrella!! ahha and after that she took it and waved it around. ahahaha. but it almost didnt come back to me. during the autograph session, we were supposed to let them sign on the vcd, but i brought the old transitlink cards with their pictures too. while wenfang was signing, i asked her whether she could sign the card too, and she obliged. then to mingshun, i said the same thing and he signed too. but the calendar that i was supposed to get didnt have wenfang's autograph so the assistant passed it back and wenfang signed on it. during that time i asked mingshun to write my name on the vcd and he wrote it nicely. =D but by then that calendar was taken by someone behind me. so i had to wait for another calendar. thus... mwhaha more time on stage. hahaha. mingshun was perspiring profusely while no drop of sweat was spotted on wenfang. coz she had her personal assistant, patrick, fanning for her. aaah i also want to be her personal assistant! the name patrick reminds me of my cute mixed australian-singaporean uncle who is 3 years old. yah i have such a young uncle who likes to stick to me. ahaha. nothing more le. start of another week of busy wrapping.
11:42 p.m. packed cookies again for the whole day with pearly. routine stuffs over and over again. boring but easy money. =P finished early today so went around shopping. bought a pair of black shoes coz my old pair has holes and i need them for work. went to metro and they have all the nice gowns for prom. so gross. all the nice clothes appear when we dont need them, and when we needed, they just didnt have nice and cheap ones. grrr. set my eyes on this white tube gown and tried it on but size 1 was too big for me so i didnt ask for a change coz aiya in the end i wont buy it. $109 with 20% discount. like how cheap and nice lar. $87.20 is soo cheap for a gown that looks like a wedding gown. the saleslady knocked on my door when i was trying to ask me to come out and let her alter. i hurriedly declined and sneaked away after trying. ahhaha. saw old time buddy again. i thought it ran out of stock. so now im considering whether to buy or not. came home and watched mulan and killing me tenderly (ai ni ai dao sha si ni). ive watched the latter twice and i love the songs in the show, especially zui hou yi ci. timetable came out and i dont know what elective to choose. my heels are hurting coz my hush puppies shoes are hard and sharp, so this morning i pasted a plaster on each leg so it wont hurt as much but it still hurt so the whole day i was sort of limping. only when i reached home that i realised i look funny with the two garfield plasters on my legs. hahah coz i couldnt find the normal plain ones so i had to use the cute garfield ones. haha. nothing to blog about. my current life is almost as boring as any other day. you can go read last december's entries. i bet you they sound the same at the beginning of every post, saying what i did for the day at hyatt. haiz.
11:44 p.m. packed cookies the whole day. love the chocolate cookies the most and dislike the biverli cookies. im going for sunday's autograph session coz hahah yippie i can get day off on sunday! hahah. jace is also having an autograph session next saturday. think i'll have to go alone. sanshu saw the cookies that sera and i secretly kept coz they were extra cookies. but he didnt say anything. instead linda didnt know about it and she came over to us while we were sealing the cookie packets and said we "mess up number one, clean up lousy like hell". ahahaha it doesnt rhyme. i have to say, we didnt mess up anything, and we cleaned up the places that we used, including closing the heavy table twice today. so i dont know why she said that. sera said there is a midnight sale on at many shopping centres. grrr i have no money and no time. nothing much happening at tvb. not much news about my idols. more news about my idols in singapore. (ie wenfang and jace) laozhao, if you are here and you didnt see my comments on your latest blog entry, go and see it! ahhaha. =D while i was packing cookies today, a few songs ran through my mind: yanzi's 第一天, eVonne's 大风吹, 爱情抗体 and 恋爱频率 and finally, wenfang's benyue themesong 相聚!!! ahaha dont know why all of a sudden thought of that song. but that song's really nice. =)

11:38 p.m. slept from 4am to 1pm. slacked around at home watching tv, eating and using computer. hahaha. haiz tomorrow i'll be facing all the chocolates and cookies again. i love reading flora's column. =D its such a coincidence that three of my idols have started to write. hopefully flora's columns will one day be compiled into a book. ok the days of listening to YES93.3 and working in the storeroom and waiting years for the lifts are returning tomorrow. hope there wont be three crows flying around the usual staircase otherwise i have to use the other entrance which is so troublesome. and hoepfully i can get a half-day off on sunday. ahahaha.
11:50 p.m. today was one of the most tiring day after my exams. cut icing and packed chocolates with sera like never ending. 99 pieces of chocolates in a box?!?! of course packed like crazy. whole body aching. linda said one box of the 99-piece costs $160. hahaha i wouldnt spend that amount for 99 pieces of chocolates and a few flavours are not nice too. so in the end we had to do OT and ended at 730pm, thus missing my fulushou show. luckily papa taped it for me. speaking of which, i want to knock my head against the wall. the show's vcds are out!!!! what the.. haiz. so i dont know whether i should tape or buy the vcds. wenfang's having an autograph session this sunday so hopefully i can go but if i dont buy the vcd then whats the point of going.. ahahaha. so im still deciding whether to buy or not. haiz i should have known that such china shows will eventually have vcds. crap. by the way, there was a red-haired lady at admiralty station in the morning who took the same train as i did and i seriously think she was quan yifeng. but then again, how come she was in admiralty? ive never heard of her staying in woodlands area. and why was she taking a train when she could possibly drive or take a cab? and she was reading straits times on the train. hmm i thought quan yifeng will probably read more chinese than english... the lady did look like quan yifeng but without makeup, so i wasnt very certain, coz maybe there is someone else who looks like her too. anyway, she alighted at orchard and i walked in front of her, but since i was late i didnt bother looking out for where she was heading to. ahahhaa. think sanshu doesnt intend to hire more people. coz he told us to have a day off tomorrow coz the chocolates will only come on friday and linda and him have nothing for us to do. hahaha. yay!!!!!!! finally can sleep in. hurhurhur.
10:24 p.m. first day of work. linda wasnt there in the morning so i reported to charlene. she's on attachment and she's also 19. haha. nothing much in the morning, wrapped a few cakes and cut some wrappers while listening to YES93.3. hahahha. after lunch the chocolates were supposed to come but they were late so i stoned in the chocolate room. when they finally arrived, instead they brought the non-urgent ones while the urgent ones didnt come. linda came and finally i have something to do. wrapped the teacakes and cut the icing. hahahah. two of winnie's friends were also there but we didnt talk. am still trying to find a way to let yimyiu join me coz im quite bored and it seems that a lot of things have to be done but sanshu doesnt look as if he wants another helper. haiz. came home helplessly tired from doing nothing much and watched the silly lucky stars. i hate the special effects but love the main casts. haiz tomorrow will be yet another day.
11:02 p.m. nothing much today. rewatched star awards, did housework, watch portrait of home last episode, surfed aimlessly. sanshu just called me to go for work tomorrow. hopefully he needs more than one person so yimyiu can join me. see how tomorrow. haiz. when i want to work, i cant find a job. when i feel very lazy to work (which is now) and want to just lie on the sofa and watch vcds all day long, i have to work. hahaha.
11:48 p.m. watched herbalist affair 11-15. then napped for a while before preparing for star awards. jiawei lost to zhang xueling thus jiawei got the silver while zhang xueling got gold for women's singles. hahah was quite shocked but not really unusual coz jiawei is in quite bad form during this SEA games. this year's star awards was ok. quite funny sometimes. wenfang looked very pretty. jace looked very sexy in her first gown, and very sweet in her second dress. FFC and FJFC were screaming their heads off. luckily i didnt go coz i wouldnt know whether to wear the yellow or orange shirt, and i'd probably die from sore throat. hahaha. ok lets take a look at the list of winners. im fine with everything except for 2 awards: best comedy performer and top 10 actresses. my jaws dropped when they announced bryan wong's name. seriously he isnt at all funny. and KP club isnt a comedy; its a variety programme with some comical bits in it. i think bryan wong is more cocky than funny. i was so so so so so shocked that ivy lee didnt win top 10. i wanted her to win. and so did popo coz ivy is her idol. and i was utterly bewildered that michelle chong and rui-en are in top 10. yongjie was happy that rui-en won. but never mind, at least all my idols didnt go home empty handed. as expected there was teasing of wenfang and mingshun but never did i expect zoe tay to start the tease. ahahhaa. was super sweet when mingshun gave wenfang a peck and the cute wenfang ran away during the tease. ahahahha. both of them never thank each other. but this year was the 3rd year that they sat directly next to each other: 1997, 1998 and 2005. i feel very happy for the both of them. ahahahaa. =D and jace thanked her fiance bubby!!! ahhaha i heard. the after show celebration was ok except for kangkang's horrible singing. it looks quite fun to have everyone gathered there. there was an auntie there and pan lingling asked her to say "cheesecake" and she said "qi gek". wwwaaaaahhh yongjie and i laughed until cannot stop coz it was totally hilarious. sanshu said he doesnt need anymore people. haiz. so never mind, i'll just stay home and find other jobs. =)
11:28 p.m. went back to pasir ris to collect tvb calendar with eileen. the pasir ris rental shop is always the best choice because the calendar is $9 there while the eastpoint shop charged me and the rest $10! ahhaha never mind la. then after that went back to my old house to deposit all the owner's letters coz yesterday papa brought home all the letters from pasir ris without sorting them out. then went to airport to walk with eileen. argh all the nice memories of the airport.... and subway is gone!~ there is no more subway at t1. brought eileen to the recreation club and she was totally amazed by the club. haha i was too when i first saw it. =) eileen lent me herbalist affair, but i realised it was the second half! ahaha never mind i can watch the second half first. hahhaa. went for guanyue bbq. well, this bbq wasnt really a bbq for us coz we didnt do any of the barbequeing. all the food was cooked by the zaijis. aaahh, to think of it, during my years as a zaiji, we did all the manual labour too and served the seniors. so now we received such royalty treatment and ahahah it was nice! was great to meet up with seniors and juniors. the first thing yubo said when he saw me was "how are you, fannatic fan?" hahahaha. ever since i wore the FFC tee to yubo's house in 2001 for CNY reunion, he has been teasing me about it even until now. my batch only zongxiang, xinhan and i went. ahaha all the suona people. chatted and played card games and silly action games, and took some whacky photos of the boys. i cant believe my juniors like to take photos so much. joel and desmond drove us to orchard, with me dropping off at orchard to go home while some of them went for supper. it was fun having such gatherings! laughed until stomachache. =)
11:54 p.m. yesterday papa bought a new gadget- the robomop! its a flying saucer-like plastic accompanied with a vibration sphere so that the saucer will move around the house, sucking the hair and dust on the go. at a price of $69! that is expensive for a piece of plastic!!! guess how come papa suddenly bought the thing? coz the salesman took his cab and the clever salesman promoted it to papa and he agreed to buy from him. !! hahah. whenever the robomop is on, i feel like there's a cat in the house. hahhaah. and we always have to stop the robomop from going under the sofa coz it will suck a lot of dust and that sucking pad cannot be used again... finally finished watching HH3 today. one word to describe the whole show: HAIZ. hahaha. watched the SEA games table tennis mixed doubles semifinals. singapore versus malaysia. was pretty worried for the singapore team coz jiawei was quite out of form at the beginning and she kept making errors. but luckily they managed to get their confidence back after losing the first 2 sets and swept the last 3 sets to get into the finals. hahah yay! =) am going to buy eVonne's newest compilation album. but ive already got 8 songs in the album. ahahah.
