"Better late than never."
That quote seems to dominate the better half of my life.
Update Oct 24:
Well, things turned out worse than I expected...
1st. Warpedspace hasn't ceased to exist. Why is that a bad thing? Well...
2nd. While its still possible to access the site, I can't access my account. This means I'm unable to actually effect changes upon the site. This wouldn't have been a problem if I could have redirected the .tk domain. Unfortunatly, I can't, because...
3rd. I lost my password and...
4th. The password recovery is tied into my old SBC address (which is also unassessable).

WE'RE MOVING!!!
...Outta state. Unfortunately, this means my current webspace, which is tied to my SBC Yahoo DSL**, will cease to exist. Sadly, I don't yet know where Warpedspace.tk will be hosted.
There is a stopgate however. This newspage is being hosted on another server. Just click here to break it out of this frame (assuming you came here by www.warpedspace.tk), and then bookmark the page. Or, alternatively, you could bookmark the following link:
http://warpedone85.pitas.comWill any luck, I'll post the updated url here shortly.
**Yahoo DSL isn't availible in the place we're moving to. Just that damned 'High Speed' Satellite from DirectTV (Which is actually far slower than Cable or DSL)

I've added 3 new images to the nyuterra images section. The first 2 are of the Gyomin Barracuda Class ships. The Gyomin Emipire is a faction that has yet to be introduced into the story. The 3rd image is of a Aku no Kaisha cruiser. The Aku no Kaisha was referred to in to 4th chapter(which was only posted onto the forum, and is far from complete). This image was intentionally made fuzzy. You may understand better if you read the caption beside the thumbnail.
As stated in a prevous update, I've been working on the back story. Here is some(but not all) of the things I've worked out:
Saturday, November 15, 2003 - All Day
Not really an update, but I'd just like to announce that I've just celebrated my 18th birthday!
Monday, October 27, 2003 - 05:30 p.m.
No noticeable site revisions this time. School makes it more difficult to update.
I do have some news for my current work of fiction(and the only one uploaded to this site), The Chronicles of Terra Beta. So far its been on the back burner of my to-do-list. Well, I've decided to work a little more on the back story before I continue. There may also be a few revisions to better fit the work of fiction into the universe I have been itempting to create.
What does this mean? Well, those of you that have read my story and would like to see some continuation (all 3 of you), your going to have to wait a little longer.
Thats all I'll say for that at this moment, now onto other matters. While accessing my site at school, I noticed some errors in the way the page was displaying. The "Quick Links" and "About" bar were touching (their not supposed to do that). Worse Yet, One the index(home) page, the counter was overlapping the breif description of my site. Of course, if its not displaying correctly on one computer, there a most likely countless other computers its not displaying correctly on.
Designing a site that renders correctly is a real pain in the ass. You have to take into consideration not only the different browsers, but also different resolutions, color depth, operating systems, etc.
Well, thats enough ranting. If you have noticed what you think to be an error in the way my site is being displayed, be sure to contact me. You can do it in one of 3 ways:

I've finally changed the Screencap of the "now until whenever I feel like changing it again."
This time around, its Lain from the series of the same name.
I desaturated the image, then recolored the eyes red.

Man, its been a while since I've updated. Almost every page on my site should now be up and running, including:
Sunday, September 14, 2003 - 11:42 p.m.
I'll keep this short. The Images
section of the Stuff section is now up. However, there is only one working subsection up at the moment. That would be Nyuterra Images.
Friday, September 5, 2003 - 10:18 p.m.
I've changed the default page image (the one that shows up on top of most pages) from the cute catgirl to a slightly altered picture of Gene Starwind (Outlaw Star). In fact, if you've visited the main index (home), you'll see the following caption:

Sorry itss been so long since I've updated. I've been busy goofing off(Its a full time job u know ;).
Actually, I've been trying to learn php. What is php you ask? Well, for those that don't know, php is a 'server-side scripting'. Ok, but then what is 'server-side scripting'? To put simply, 'server-side scripting' is a method of dynamically generating web content. The page your looking at is being dynamically generated. Thats why my update page is on another web site. Geocities doesn't let you use such things as 'server-side scripting'.
So what makes 'dynamically generating content' such a great thing? You obviously can't see any difference. That's because the scripting on this page wasn't done for your benefit. What this page does is make it easier to create these updates. I don't have to worry about messing up my code when I'm writting this. When I submit this text, it automatically is plugged into a template of my site. And I can go edit or delete any of these updates with a few clicks of the mouse.
Of course, php and other 'server-side scripting languages' can benefit you, the 'client' as well. Just go to any online message board to see what I mean. 'Server-side scripting' is a powerful tool for us 'webmasters'.
Of course as I mentioned before, geocities doesn't let you use 'Server-side scripting'. That means I'll have to move my site to another server to take advantage of it. Don't expect a move too soon however. And just to clear up any confusion that I might have caused, the service on this page is provided by pitas.com, and I'm not sure what 'Server-side scripting' language they use.

I'm continuing to work on the template for my new site. One big addition you'll notice (if you've been visiting this page) is the addition of the page info. I plan to put one on each page, with various tidbits of info about that particular page.
There is suppost to be a DHTML menu in place of the links to the left. Encase you don't know your left from your right (i personally know a few that don't), its that way <<.
Anyway, all the links on this page should work. I had to reformat them to make them compatible with my old. Some of the pages on the new site will have new names, or will be in a different directory, which means I'll have to fix this site once I've finalized the template.
So when will 2.0 be complete? It'll be complete once I iron out the bugs and rewrite existing pages.

Welcome to the update page, powered by pitas.com
I plan to use this more frequently once the new page is up.
Take a good look at this page, could this also be a preview of my new site? Maybe, maybe not. I have yet to finalize the design.
