I am getting dental work done below my gums...urggh. It is going to be better in the long run, but having a mouthful of blood consistently is really not much fun. This will only last a few days, but what really sucks is they just did half the mouth. So the right side will heal and then Wammo, the left side will be under attack. In the long run this uncomfortableness will save my teeth, though, and for that, I am happy. So, for all you who don't floss...DO IT NOW! It is really essential to having a lifelong mouthfull of healthy teeth and gums. I know you all probably know this, but I am just learning this after years of mediocre oral hygene and because I care about all of your teeth and thought a little PSA was in order.
Okay, that's it.

Katie and I had a good time having coffee and talking with Deidre. It was great to finally sync something up. We had been trying to do so for a while, glad we did...
