It's been a year since I found the girl who means it all.

It's hard to believe a year ago I was this nice, humble kid who was looking for love only to get shit on repeatedly. Then, I met a girl who turned my life around, a girl who saw me for me and had so many interesting characteristics it would have been stupid not to go after her.

And in that year, there were so many ups and downs. Days where I was on top of the world, wrapped in a high from caring feelings and attraction. I had fallen in love, though I didn't want to admit it because I knew if I did, I'd fall right back out and be the hurt little kid I was before.

When I finally let it all out, the downs started.

Everything had meaning, and that was just cause for insanity. The smallest details meant the world to me, even if they weren't supposed to. I was paranoid, scared that one wrong move and I would regret it all. Those times almost happened, even if they were minor.

Needless to say, I was a basket case.

Things picked up, even though at one point I laid it all out on the table and I got hurt. It was something I had to do, and I did it, and I don't regret it thought at the time I did only because I knew the consequences. Oddly enough, things changed, but for the better.

She actually liked me. And she let me know.

And a year later, here we are, still remembering the silly things that happened between us, the good times, the losses and the battles we either fought or chose to take the higher road and be civil.

A year later, I'm in love with the girl who means it all.

Alright, birthday has come and gone, I am 21 and I rock.

With that said, I just saw the lineup for musical guests at Otakon...so lame. Unless they're teasin' us with some bad foreplay, they'd better get Gackt or some shit to come 'coz seriously, I'm not about to listen to some shitty bands after the greatness that was L'Arc~en~Ciel.

Oh yeah also, anyone who's still coming needs to pay me for the room. I've been somewhat lenient but it's gettin' closer and closer and I'd rather have the money upfront 'coz I'm tellin' you right now, no money, no room. Yeah it's harsh, but it's not too fair to the people that already did pay, y'know? If I don't see some funds by August 19th, you'd better bring your own car to sleep in or have some other friends goin'.

Did I get drunk at my party last night.

Lesse, I had a birthday party on saturday, though my birthday isn't until july 6th, which is wednesday. Well since this was the only time I could see my friends before they go on vacation/back to school, I decided to have the party early. Man, what fun.

A good amount of people showed up, good friends that could make it and got to see me in all my glory. Unfortunately some couldn't make it, but it's ok 'coz you were with us in spirit~ I'm glad that everyone at least acknowledged my birthday, that's enough for me. We'll all get together again, I'm sure, and we'll rock somethin' serious.

So yeah, back to the drunkness. Everyone brought some kind of liquor, to which we all promptly tasted and loved. Of course, it was everyone's intentions to get me soused, and man did they succeed. Good to know I'm a happy drunk, whether I'm laughing at everything stationary or somewhat amusing, to being extra loud (i'm half puerto rican/cuban, imagine me liquored up), to riding my dog like a little pony because he was simply in the way.

Goddamn I had a good time. Woke up with a bit of a hangover, nothin' serious, and then slept through some of the day while I did a lot of writing and drawing. I'm back to 100% now, a little hungry but it's all good. Once again, I'm glad to have good friends who, even if they couldn't make it or had to leave early, still managed to take the time out to wish me a happy birthday. It means a lot to me, and I'm glad to have you guys in my life. You best believe when your birthdays roll around, you're gonna get a helluva good time >D

Oh, and another thing...I noticed when I'm drunk my movements are more meaningful and drastic, and yet I come off as slightly ghetto, throwing around a few "sons" and cursing up a storm. I even get a hip swagger...but that could be to lack of balance.

Damnit I hate being up early. I've got work at 11 and I don't want to go 'coz it's early and I could be sleeping still. Fuck. Fuck me with a big stick.

So I was going through my daily site run when I came across This. Fuggin' Jiro from GLAY is in a side project with the lead guitarist/vocalist from the Pillows? It's so weird...and what's even weirder is that Jiro's not all prettied up like the bitch he is in GLAY. I'm not a big fan of Jiro's, I always thought his bass playing was good, just not great. Especially after being spoiled with Tetsu-J-Toshiya type bass. Still, I guess it'd be cool, only 'coz I like the Pillows, they're funky.

And what is up with Jiro's sunglasses? Can you say 'pulled out of 1989'?

Lessee...friday was not a good day. It started out nice, but in the middle it just kinda went all types of shit, but during the end it got better. My poor Cornball had a lot of shit goin' on but she's good now, so that makes me good now 'coz I don't like her gettin' all the way she was, it ain't cool.

Ok first and foremost, my birthday's on July 6th.

Presents. One Piece 1-3 is taken by Cornball, Bleach 1-3 has been taken by Niikura, and Bleach 4 is taken by D, the lovable bastard. All that leaves...is a lot.

I ordered L'Arc's AWAKE album, and it'll be coming soon. I'm so happy 'coz it sounds like a fuggin great album.

So friday night I gave some preteens a fangirly heart attack.

So very weird: I was chillin' with the Cornball, just walkin' around the mall because it was hot and we needed some AC when I had to go to the bathroom. While I'm on my way there, I hear some girls laughing and making noise, so I'm thinkin' "Hey, they might come running through here and I don't feel like getting hurt", so I kept my distance until I figured it was ok to walk through. So as I'm walking through, with my rocker shades picked out by the lovely Daniel, lookin' as funky as I can, these girls take a look at me, their eyes widening up like a deer to headlights, and one of the girls says to me "Hi, I'm Tiffany". I gave her the patented pirate smile...no not the one you're thinking about now that would undoubtedly make you laugh 'til you pass out, it's the smile that wins the hearts of millions...actually, I just kinda smirked 'coz I really had to pee...well anyway, the girl runs back to her friends where they all start exclaiming praises to the big man himself, the great G.O.D.

Word, it's a bit of an ego boost to have girls screaming "oh my god!" over and over just for smiling. I felt so sexy.

But yeah, you know...adding to the fact that not only am I taken by the bestest woman in the world, they're preteens. It was just cool to have that happen. I wonder if this is how Daniel felt being chased by fangirls in NY?

Uh, my birthday's coming up. Anything else? Hmm...Chris Wan, who bears a striking resemblance to This man, said I keep looking japanese the more he sees me.

Cool. Never got that one before. So yeah, pretty funky stuff happening lately. I'm currently working on a new picture, it's almost done...just have to add the background, which'll take a little while. Still stuck on my current chapter in my story, it's hard to figure out where to go from where I've last written. Ah well, it'll come to me soon.

L'Arc's new album, AWAKE, comes out the 22nd of this month, and I did think of asking for it for my birthday, but I can get it on my own and I don't feel like waiting for it from someone else sooooo imma get it. What else? Um...

So I think I may have seen a dead person today.

I was at Cornball's house when her mom busts into the room and tells us there's been an accident near the apartment complex she lives in, so being the quiet, conservative type, Cornball gets me and we leave the house to go see what happened. Apparently, a man on a motorcycle was speeding quite fast when someone was about to make a turn into this horseshoe parking space in front of another apartment complex when he rammed right into the car. The man managed to get his bike completely totalled, meanwhile he flew off the bike, hit the windshield, and flew about a good 30-40 feet from the car as he landed on the road. The man wasn't moving at all, it was a pretty nasty sight. No blood or anything, but some people attempted to move him and he was just limp, i didn't see any heavy breathing or anything...I felt bad for the guy 'coz...well, he pretty much just got his ass kicked today, and if he ain't alive, I mean...I dunno, it was creepy seeing this man on the road just lifeless. Of course, there were many people to come see the wreckage, and they came in swarms which made me not feel so bad about being one of them...still, it's something I usually don't do so to be there, I felt guilty. Didn't stop me though, not until the cops told everyone to go home. It took about 6-7 officers/emts to do whatever to the guy, so i pointed that out as a sign that he's probably not alive. You figure if the man's injured but still conscious, you'd need only 3-4 people, but 6-7 surrounding the guy with various medical utilities...I dunno...

Ok sorry to bring the mood down, let's bring back the funk. I have three days off next week since God...or the United States, in this case, decided Memorial Day would be a good holiday for May. Woo....haaaaa.

Lesse...I went to NY on saturday with a whole gaggle of people and it rocked bunches. Lots of walking, I was dead tired afterwards, but it was well worth it.

Fangirls are scary individuals. They got so...fangirly about this one artist who was doing a book signing or whatever and they all just acted so nerdy, it was sad. I met the lady, said what's shakin' and got an autograph, that was about it. I dunno, fans like that...it's a sad thing, really. It's one thing to love something a lot, it's another to devote your life to it, and if someone should so much as say one negative sentence you'll burn them alive. Get lives, you weirdos >D

Then on sunday, I was kidnapped by Daniel. That was fun<3

We saw Unleashed, and I have to say it is definitely Jet Li's finest american movie. You can only take so much of that damn "I'm a CIA agent teaming up with a rapper so we can find someone and then have a fight with explosives and monkeys and shit."

Sorry, I'm really tired of that cliche for martial artists. Why can't they just, I dunno, do more shaolin movies? And no, I don't need to see someone's heart get ripped out, just some fancing footwork and a whole lot of ass whuppins are enough for me. Pheck.
