...Ok so I found a USB cable and I hooked it into my digital camera, thinking "hey, this might work".
Hell, it did.
So I decided "You know...let's see how far I've grown in time".
Well, my hair. Certain parts for certain people, hur hur.
It all started short. I mean short. I used to have it shaved, but i got tired of scanning and shit so I'll give you the next best thing. Yeah, I realize I look all sexy and whatnot, but man...short hair! I look so spanish there...I'm all gelled up and whatnot. Ah I'm greasy...
Next up would probably be the sexiest of all hairstyles, the Afro pirate. Yeah, I put you in there. Candid shot~
But yeah that fro is awesome. It's earned reputations! And I didn't even have to work for that one, it just happens.
Of course, there was the Otakon fro, which I kinda like. It's short, sleek, and still fro-y.
Then there's my "Oh I just washed this" hair. Is this picture dirty or what? I look so porn star here. Ok back to being pg-13...sure.
Last but not least, the newest addition to the hairstyles...the rock star. It's all smooth and silky and sexy >D
And no, those specks aren't dandruff -_- The camera made my hair real shiny~

Well on saturday my job wasn't so busy...which is a blessing. They told me to take back returns, which I was fine with 'coz it's really easy when suddenly this old lady comes upto me and says "Are you shopping? I'll follow you!"
o_. <----this is me.
So, I can't turn an old lady away since...well, she's elderly and she was really nice, but honestly that's really odd. Well, she follows me as I take returns back and I notice she keeps asking me the same questions, so I'm thinking to myself "hey, something's not right here". I figure I'll take the rest of my returns and then get a supervisor to take care of her 'coz 1. She's alone and 2. she seems confused. I kept thinking she thought I was someone else, and when I asked her if she needed help she just said 'no no, we're shopping remember?"
I'm almost done with my cart when some lady starts calling out the old lady's name. We both turn around and wait when the lady finally comes and thanks me for looking after her.
The old lady had alzheimer's.
Man if that didn't turn around the mood I was having that day then I dunno what would have. That was the saddest thing, damn near broke my heart. The whole event just made me realize that, you know...I take a lot for granted. I don't mean to, and we all don't, really, but it happens. We think we'll be fine if we don't take care of ourselves, but that's about the only thing we have. You can be rich, famous, powerful, but what's it all good for if you don't have your health? It also made me realize that getting frustrated over trivial things isn't really worth the energy. I know my job sucks, but to keep getting angry over it isn't going to make things any better. I'm not saying I should just give in and come to terms with my job, I'm saying that there's no point in caring about crappy things if I don't even care that much about the place I'm working at.
I dunno...I just got really sad when I realized that lady goes through her life barely remembering anything about herself or the people around her. That's a horrible feeling, too, to be around someone who may not even know who you are and you've known them all your life.
This blog is really depressing.
Uh...lemme see what else this weekend. I took my parents to the airport so they could go to puerto rico. I ended up taking the wrong turn and was driving towards new york around 7am. I found an exit to newark, knew my way around there, and then turned around and made it home. Sunday, cornball and kaz-play came over and we watched Gohatto. Ok movie, it was boring at times and the acting was a little odd. Ryuhei Matsuda is sexy, but he walks like a frumpy nerd.
I'm down to 149 lbs. from my original 152. Celebrity Fit Club here I come! Or not. I'm not a jiggly fat person.
Ok now the blog just got stupid so I'm done. New pics tomorrow, I swear or I'll cut a midget.

So lesse, there are several things I'd like to talk about.
1. The pope died. It was covered on CNN, and when I heard I was indifferent to it. I mean, it's the pope and it's obviously a very religious issue, but what bothered me the most was after the pope headline, they go straight to the michael jackson case.
I'm sorry, did you just say michael jackson? How did we go from the Pope's death to Michael Jackson touching children? I found myself quite disgusted with that. I mean honestly, of all the headlines, why would you choose that to follow? That was just poor judgment on CNN's part. Nothing against M.J. but honestly, you're not that important that you come after the friggin' Pope.
Secondly, I found a comment about homosexual marriages from none other than someone in Edison in the newspaper today. It went on to talk about how civil and religious marriages are two different things, and america was allegedly built on freedom of religion (hence there being so many), so nobody had to follow a specific dogma. I was surprised to see this because it was so well-written and on the money. Honestly, if you have a problem with gay marriages, keep it to yourself. Homosexuality is no longer a taboo issue, and as long as nobody's rubbin' it in your face than shut up about it. Love is love, deal with it. Hell, Japan considered same-sex relationships greater than heterosexual because of the bond it created, and honestly it's true. As long as I've been on this earth, any homosexual relationship I've come across the couples have been together for longer periods of times than most heterosexual relationships now. Just give it up and let them have their moment, you bastards.
Finally, and I leave this for last 'coz I believe it to be the least informative to everyone reading...I'm greatly underappreciated at my job. Oh, the irony.
See, as much of a jerk as I come off to be at my job, I get whatever work thrown to me done, and efficiently I might add. This past weekend...who am I kidding, every weekend has been nothing but negativity and foul moods that I can't take it anymore. Yet I still do my job. Today I find out that someone who's only been around for about 2 or so months became employee of the month.
Wait a minute, this doesn't add up at all! I've been around for almost a year and a half and the only recognition I've ever gotten was an optimistic comment. "Oh, good job there. Could you push some carts?"
I don't care how good of an employee they make me out to be, words are just words sometimes. I don't even want the stupid EotM status, it's the principle of the matter, you know? I've got nothing against the person who has it now, but honestly the girl never talks to anyone. All she does is box and that's about it, meanwhile I work in the meat dept., push carts in rain/blizzards, do stocking jobs...all for almost a year and a half. What also gets me completely irked is that last month it was given to someone who worked in the same area they sent me first! And while he missed days, I was there every day, and sick I might add, and still no acknowledgement.
If there's a lesson in this, it is that you should do what you feel is right, and no matter what anyone tells you, your word is more important. I'm tired of coming home hurting and scarred up just so they can do it to me again. I'm also tired of relying on the stupid reasoning I use to keep me at the job. Money's not that important, you can always get another job and no matter what, If you know something's wrong then speak up. The worst they can do is fire you, and hey, it's probably doing you a favor.
I'm not going to demean myself anymore by catering to fools and idiots.

So I just found out that the voice of Usopp from One Piece is also the voice of Inuyasha, and Subaru from Tokyo Babylon. Oh, and the japanese dub of Cory Matthews from Boy Meets World, which is just my favorite show from growing up. That is so cool~
In other news, I got L'Arc's "New World" PV, and hot-diggity-damn is it awesome. The song is so kick ass, the video, though it got me a little dizzy at times and made me think my comp was busted, was great, and Tetsu's so cool. Hurray Tetsu!!!
Oh, I'm not dying anymore; the sickness faded so I'm back to my usual gluttonous self. I went to Edgewater with Kaz-play and my Cornball and I couldn't even enjoy the funky food 'coz my stomach was imploding, it was horrible. Did you know they put fried chicken in a bowl of udon soup? I died...if only I could have enjoyed it more...
I just saw the One Piece movie, and man Luffy is friggin' awesome. Oh right! The voice of Roronoa Zoro is the voice of Mugen from Samurai Champloo. Well, this girl told me she liked me a while back, but I was so into chasing Lez Pez that I told her to go away, I'm a pirate and I'm in love. ass. So she did everything to make me like her,include badmouth the person I couldn't stop thinking about but nothin ever worked. We stopped talking up untiiiiil today, when her, her mother and her sister came into my job. In my line. Joy and glee.
She avoided contact with me until she just couldn't anymore, to which I took this as my opportunity to rub in her face that the one girl she said I could never have, I...actually...do. Hee hee. So I told her, over and over again really, until she left, and I felt good about myself. Why, you ask? Because some people deserve their own medicine. Where does one such as I begin? Oh, right...the morning.
So let's see: my original plan was to wake up at 9 and have a fun-filled shower...that didn't come out right, and then get ready for work. However, 9 came and I wasnt about to wake up at all for the gods of morning. No.
So it's about 9:25 when my brother, of all people, comes into my room and tells me i should wake up so I can get ready for work.
See, my brother...is not exactly the type to tell me to get up and get ready for anything. Or everything, for that matter. Well, in any case it was enough to actually wake me up and get ready. Little did he know that I was to ruin his day much later on, ha ha haaaa...
So I went to work, and actually had a good day (is that possible?), got paid, and talked to Jun of all people! Not that it's a bad thing, it's just I didn't know Jun had my phone number, and I don't have hers so I never really expected to talk to her on the phone unless Toki was talkin to her so it was a surprise. We blabbered about anime and the such, and how her boyfriend Sweet and I are apparently butt buddies now. That's right, full kinky-homo-man sex partners. You love it.
Well later that day I went to see my Cornball and we went for a jog since we're both exercising now and I have been dubbed my Cornball's personal trainer. Go me >D
That was fun, but very exhausting, so we rewarded ourselves with food up until her momma called and asked us to go to shoprite. We were going to go to Waldenbooks anyway so that Lez Pez could get this silly-but-very-cute book, so we went to the rite shopping center and then to the bookstore. We got the book, I got Fruits Basket 4, and...there was a cardboard cutout of Ichigo from Bleach on a ledge and I wanted it so badly that I asked the cashier and he said I could take it. So I was ready to get it myself, even dropping my newly paid books and my hoodie to jump and get it when the guy comes with a step ladder. I had this look on my face ._.!
So needless to say, I got the Ichigo cutout and I'm happy as all hell. He's staring at me now...just...staring...yay. I spent the rest of the night with Cornball watching tv, and then finally headed home where I am now posting my day to you all. Funky shit, right? Right.
