Hee, got back from a friend's wedding dinner not so long ago. Nice reception. My mom was sitting to my right and my Japanese sensei to my left. It was fun watching my mother struggling to recall her Japanese to converse with Nishio-sensei. *snickers* Then again, I wasn't doing so great myself, what with my own struggle to prattle on in broken and unpracticed verbal Japanese while my (fortunately)ever-patient and (unfortunately)ever-curious sensei never broke her policy-unless-absolutely-necessary (she didn't speak more than 20 words of English the whole night T___T) of speaking to her students (in this case former, since I had a switch of sensei, my other sensei, Nakamura-sensei, couldn't make it for the dinner because of some health problems)in nothing but Japanese. And she had a lot of questions to ask about the Malaysian Chinese East-meets-Victorian wedding. Oh, I understood her alright, but it's the generating a reply part that usually had me sweating even in the air-conditioned ballroom. Hehe, but after sometime, I no longer cared once we all warmed up to each other (Nishio-sensei has an exceptionally nice personality, have I ever told you? No? Well, I just did! ^__^), and I just blah-ed on, broken or no *snickers*. Gee, I hope I didn't ruin the beautiful language of her homeland *snickers* but she prefers Malaysia so *shrugs*. Very nice night! Made a date with her to hang out, too, bwahahaha! Ii sensei to tomodachi da na, Nishio-sensei wa...*sighs*

Ahhh, wonder what Crystal is up to now. She must be busy with schoolwork like I had been. Sent her a couple of SMSes earlier to cheer her up. I hope she's not stressing herself out. Take care of your health ne, Crys-chan. I miss you! *huggles*

Wow, yesterday had been tiring but abolutely fantastic. Hung out with Vinice and she's great fun to hang around with ^__^! We talked a lot, had lunch(sorta), went for a movie, shopped for presents...a good day, definitely! We met up with another friend of mine when we were about to leave and after sending Vin home, I hung out with him. Went for dinner, watched /another/ movie--the midnight one--and didn't get home until after 2am. What does that tell you, hmm? Yeah, my sem's over!!!

On a sadder note, I just came back from my uncle's funeral. The procession will be tomorrow, though I won't be able to attend. Rest in peace, Uncle Kit Kang. May your kindness and generosity in life be your guide to heaven.

Gah, got one assg out of the way, 3 more to go, wee. After Friday, this torture will be over. Oh yeah, driving past my college today, and I drove over a chalk outline. Scared me to pieces, thinking that someone died on that spot then I remembered, this place where I'm in don't usually do chalk outlines of dead bodies 'cos if they do, I'll be seeing them all over the roads, making swirly patterns on the tarmac. And that particular chalk outline by the bus stop...it looked too nicely drawn, lines were too even, and the position was too--movie-like...

Yo, ohisashiburi! Was hung up on schoolwork for a couple of days, still am, but I figured I had better update this place with an entry. Hmm, well, found this place that actually has Fake scanlations, and it's high quality translations, too. Check it out, it's yaoi, and it's awesome!!!

Anything else to drop...hmmm...nothing so far, I guess, 'cept that I went and try to d/l the Chobits anime, but it's just so darn hard to dl from the IRC, I tell ya. Think I'll just wait for some other way to come up for me to watch it...not to mention the X anime and countless other animes *grumbles*...

Watched Spiderman a couple of days or three back...pretty good...just don't go in there expecting too much...otherwise, it's cool. Now I wanna watch this Japanese movie called 'Monday'.

Yar, my first entry. Hehe. Not up to anything yet, got assignments to rush. Oh yeah, I just bought Real by Takehiko Inoue, the one from the SD fame, remember him? Yeah so about this manga, it's fantastic! I may even grow to like it even more than SD. Heh, we'll see what happens when later volumes are released.

Also, just finished reading the Buzzer Beater manga online here: Inoue Takehiko on the Web. Seems to be Inoue Takehiko's official page. Has an English version! Just go to the Buzzer Beater section and hey, leave a message or two at the BBS(the lounge area) while you're at it, ne? Hehe, tell Inoue-sensei how much you like his works and stuff, if you are a fan of his works.

Oh yeah, must not forget my daily ritual of kicking a friend.
