| {April's Activites} [Saturday, April 30, 2005 | 10:59 p.m.] |
Mood: Socialite...
Music: Nami Tamaki - Fortune
Sorry i haven't updated much, guys! I've been busy... But i hope you understand. I've been doing lot's iof things and been taking summer sports classes on fencing. I heard i was elligible to join the tournament so wish me luck on that. But the major news that i did experience is this...
Artist's Den Workshop
It was held at Yehey.com's Conference room found in the [Discovery Suites] at the 38th floor. I came a tad bit early (9:30AM) so i had a drink at [The Podium]. I went up again at 10:30 AM and encountered *Cklaighe as i almost left.
The workshop was scheduled to start at 12 nn but some of the speakers were late. During the workshop, we were taught basic things about anime in general. This would be what i thought as the subjects that were discussed...
1. Anime Anatomy 101 (With Biology included)
2. Anime Dynamics and Movement Techniques
3. Manga and Comics 101
4. Formulating and Publishing Manga on a budget
Speakers like Ariel Atienza (* kartoonista) and Ryan Orosco (from Culture Crash) were there. Some artists famous locally and internationally were there. They were somewhat insane , but we loved them.
It was really a fun day. We started an hour later than planned and we managed to get to see yehhey.com up close. All in all it ws really fun. I can't wait for the next one coming in May! Hope to see you there, fellow artists! |

| {I wonder...} [Friday, April 1, 2005 | 02:37 p.m.] |
Music: T-Rio - Choopeta
Mood: Alone...
Too bad i missed our trip to Enchanted Kingdom 2 days ago. Only a few did go though. For more information on that trip, You'd better go see the pictures that Ayel and Poj took. I'm sure they did have the best time of their lives. Too bad i wasn't there though. I had... other things to do... :(
One of those things was to try to talk to my mom. Unfortunately, she just left for Cebu City that day and apparently return tonight. My life needs so much patching up... But i get through it fine. I guess I'm gonna have to look at life positively. I wonder how
everyone else is doing right now?
I know what I'm going
through, unfortunately. This isn't much of a summer break anyway. I still have my fencing classes, my meetings at te BIOTA. Developing my Game on the new RPGMaker XP. I'm still gonna try and help out with my dad's work, though i'm filled with activities. Guess i'm gonna have to do them. they ARE for my own good right?
Also, April Fools Day! Have a
fun-fun-fun day! Let a smile grace your features! I sure am! :D

| {Yin & Yang} [Saturday, March 26, 2005 | 09:59 p.m.] |
Everything is so bad and at the same time everything is so good. Just so you know, I'm talking about my life... *sigh*
So I'll start with the CONS of today. My mom is still ad at me because of me giving more attention to my project than her. She thinks i should have done it earlier. But unfortunately for me, i couldn't do it at that time. It's due on onday by the way. I still have to get ready for my thesis defense on Monday as well as everything else. I'm just hoping for ome salvation...
Here's some PRO's. I managed to get RPG Maker XP! It's a totally cool game making program! I'm now making my game idea (Natur Blumen) as my first project. I can't wait till the day i finally finish it... But before that, i have to reformat my computer again. Too many internal problems. Good thing i have backups!
Anyway, guys, thanks for reading! Hope you post a comment! |

| {Summer Vacation & New Layout} [Sunday, March 20, 2005 | 04:06 p.m.] |
Mood: Busy...
Music: Kyla - Someone To Love
Well... Since my exams finished last thursday, it's already technically our break... But we still have lots to do. We have a project to submit next onday before our cards are given a few days later. This is so stressing... I hope I'll get through this just fine.
I still have fencing classes and a volunteer work at the BIOTA (Biology Teachers Assembly) on April 6-8. However, If i do it right, I'll still have free time for everything... Oh well!
BTW, NEW layout! I finally studied CSS and i think i did well this time! Hope you like it! |

| {Exams DAY 1} [Monday, March 14, 2005 | 10:16 p.m.] |
Mood: GAAAHH!
Music: Kitchie Nadal - Deliverance
I finally finished day 1 of my exam week. I seem overly eager today... So that's why i keep posting here. Anyway, here's my comments about the test.
Music Appreciation:
That was the HARDEST exam ever! Even worse than Math... Most of the items there were not discussed. I'm just glad i know what "jongleurs" and "troubadours" are. Music History is so overrated. But still, this information is really useful!
Computer:
It was actually pretty easy. It was all debugging and multiple choice. I think she made it easy on purpose. I knew she was taking care of us! I actually failed the practical exam (which surprised most of my classmates). But i still think i can get a 90% above there.. I hope...
Physical Education:
That wasn't even an exam. That was more of a quiz! Let's just say it was TOO easy. I'm sure to pass this one...
But anyway, tomorrow is my Math exam. I'm exempted from Filipino so i don't need to study. Thank God! Wish us luck!
By the way. I found something interesting at BlogThings.com!
