Paused and took a look at the last entry, I really dug a hole for myself didn't I?
Hmmm wonder how many ppl who will get ... upset by it. It's not that I don't 'feel' for those who have lost their loved ones. But I don't see how the 911 disaster relates to ppl who were totally unconnected to the event or vise versa. nvm.
On a lighter note, neko is pining for a new layout *looks in a certain direction*

Sitting next to Eiri-chan at the Coffee Shoppe. Just finished my AWE tute, horrible! Didn't do it at all, lecturer specifically called my name to answer the question I didn't understand at all. Begged off bcoz I have no voice still >.<
*sigh* but I think I can confuse him enough so he'll mark me present for all my tutes kekeke *evil grin* that way I don't lose the 1% from last wk due to ... skipping for lunch ^_^
Waiting for Perseid she suppose to have a huge brk right now but is not here. Just called her, she's in the Library it self *gasp of awe*.
As for 911, well... neko's person opinion is ... detached to say the very least, and if you wanna take it the wrong way go ahead.
Just annoying that the focal point of all nations is trained on that day/point in time/location. *shrug* no body gives a shit when thousands starve to death in Zimbabwe due to political turmoil/land reform regimes. No body cries when they report about the Gulf War, Korean War, Balkans etc. But no when poor New York gets hit once human lives all of a sudden matter soooooo much. And of course we have to blame someone for it. If it wasn't Suddam, it would be the Communists etc.
Question: Do American actually turn to themselves/each other and ask why was this done to us/to our country?
Answer? I can't give one, but I'm sure if you look into the bright, lovely and fair pages of American history the answer would really come out and bite you on the nose... *sigh*
I apologize to those who find this offensive, I usually don't tend to voice political views. It's also because Australian media is making such a big deal of it too. Yesterday was like "Please turn on your headlights today to commemorate/show tribute to those who died in 9/11". As some of you might know, Australian spring time is ... very sunny most days. And well having headlights on is pointless, at worst hazardous since the glare at certain angles can blind you for a few seconds. And as police ads say a few seconds of reaction time taken away can mean life or death on the road...
I shall stop digging a hole for myself now...
As for general life... the assignment due in tonight is not done. And I'm still in uni, procrastinating and not going home coz... if I do I have to start writing. I think I'll just not go to class tonight and not hand it in til next wk, hopefully the lecturer will be fine with that. ^^;;;

Never knew what pain it was not to have a car until it's taken away from you! *sigh* went to uni @ 9 and didn't have car to stash stuff in, heavy luggage.
All went pretty well, stupid ABC group assignment thing still pissing me off a lil' since I have the inkling that there are 2 free loaders on board.
The lect was hilarious, Sarah + me were just making fun of the lecturer the whole session which made it semi-bearable. Chinese don't really need to be taught guanxi!
Got home late around 6ish, had to do some accounting for UWAnime, headache... >.<
Kitsune-kun's belated b'day dinner - AK gave me a scare, thought we were late. Good night overall, cept for the developmental headache/migraine >.< Thad trying to strangle me for several comments... Rurouni-kun suffering from food (soy sauce) poisoning.
Have officially just lost my voice completely, was unable to talk much this morning got better during the day... by the end of the night... eg. now. I'm virtually dead on my feet... wait a sec, I'm sitting down... ^^;;; oh... better get to bed before neko becomes even less comprehensible.

Ok I haven't blogged since... 2nd of Sept. A lot has happened... the week just feels soooooo long as I've told haha-neko (who finally set up her own blog! so she can rant about her evil cpu gremlin)
Social blogging first off:
Gomen neko has been .... off this planet to say the least

- Meta-chan sounds like she's enjoying this year immensely!!! *GRINZ*
- blur babies, pokemon unders, infantile cannablism stories are so wicked! Muwahhahaha
- "distracting neko wasn't that hard..." Hey! *shrug* small things amuse small minds kekekeke not afraid to admit it.
Let's see where shall I begin? Chronological order would suffice now.
Tuesday night: Went out for dinner @ Kyoto's, where Eiri, Perseid, Ak, Sonic, Keiko, Zara, + Wooshy were celebrating well, Wooshy spending the week here in Perth.
Later, parents took this baka neko to the casino where neko proceeded to lose her savings... >.<
*slept late*
Wednesday: Neko woke up late for class so said, nevermind *turned over and went back to sleep* Later on in the day neko woke and started to do the assignment due in that night. skipped all lectures that day to do so
Neko didn't really finish the assignment but hopes that it'll pass. As usual neko slept late.
Thursday: Got to uni late, didn't find parking til 10 mins into my first tutorial. Then *shrugged* and decided to go to the coffee shoppe for ... caffein + sugar strawberry tarts suffered casualties
Neko then proceeded to skip every lecture/tutorial on that day... for no apparent reason. Guess I was feeling a lil' dejected... loss of $$$, lack of energy due to lack of sleep
Later on it was done for lunch: *PICTURE: scales/balance, one side is 1% of unit the other side = Lunch w/AK, Qd, Seele, Perseid*
Friday: Ummm... I can't remember what I did that day. Oh yes, neko skipped work. AK came to pick me up @ 8 am for buffet breakfast @ Miss Maude's, with Eiri-chan + Wooshy. Result = Stuffed neko.
Then Kitsune-kun called to say he couldn't drop off the comp for Anime session so AK drove us all to his place to pick it up. Then went to WL to borrow comics speaking of which I haven't returned the ones from Oodles I borrowed that day yet... damnit
Later went to some banks, credit card shopping *can see several ppl's eyes bulging & about to THWACK neko - hides* No its not really for a credit card, the assignment due this wk Thursday has a question on comparison of credit facilities.
Met Rurouni for lunch... of which I didn't participate have to say that the new Maccer's Sara Lee tiramisu is good Went for the routine Timezone games eg. shoot things, and the dance stuff
I blame Perseid-chan
Got picked up by mom, thinking I had spare time went shopping for birthday prezzies for ppl. Got home late, had to rush to UWAnime meeting @ uni.
Ended up going to Green Bamboo with pps for about 15 mins
neko discovered she could put on make up while driving... ^^;;;
Saw a coupla friends who I knew & haven't seen in ages but didn't know they worked there.
AK mentioned that my eyebrow was askew ... ^^;;; yes I 'drew' one a lil' short. *sigh* and I had to go back to car to reapply and drive to the birthday party I was suppose to be at 7... got there @ 8 ^^;;;
The party was ok, I've known Chux (nick - girl 19th b'day) for years, we used to be neighbours. Food was good (Hog's Breath Cafe), the night started off average but ended pretty good ^-^
Neko left that group and met up with Nat + gfs from work. Ended up spending the rest of the morning til 4 with them. Wicked fun!
Alcohol consumed by neko:
Pre-midnight
- 1 pint of guiness
the only pps I know who likes this is Rurouni, and my dad *sigh*, maybe ushineko?
- 1 shots of Bailey's, Kahlua, milk (Shaker)
- 2 shots of some fruit tingle shaker (ichigo/peach)
- 1/4 of a bottle of the Cointreau Lime mix
Post-midnight
- 1 Aqua Marine Boy (cocktail, mainly vodka)
- 1 glass of Pierrot? Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 glass of Shaw + Smith Chardonnay?
- sips of this and that (screw drivers and what not)
- 1/2 a Peach Archers
That should be all of it... (in the space of ummm 7 hrs)
Saturday: Neko got home @ 4:30 something in the morning, had to drive Chux + 2 of her friends home. neko was relatively sober, her last drink was @ quarter to 4 (archers)
Showered.
5:30 a.m. struck by hunger pains, neko rummaged the kitchen. Had a small bowl of stir-fried mi fun with pot roast pork or something or rather.
6:00 a.m. got yelled @ by dad for not sleeping brain wasn't really functioning so could not remember much of the conversation then
9:00 a.m. woke up, thought parents were going out to yum cha @ 8, thought they forgot neko. Ran to their room, but mom told neko that it was cancelled.
Called AK for the lift to Metropolis movie, had 2 slices of lamington roll for breakie. Drank 3 x 600 mL bottles of water.
Metropolis is as ushineko says classic but "listless". The plot was extremely predictable, yet the characters lacked substance. Instead what characterization there was depended totally on stereotyping. However I believe I would've loved the character Rock if they had elaborated on him a lil' more.
AK drove Sonic home, then went to other house got mom then went for yum cha @ Dragon Seafood's as Sonic-kun suggested. It was ok. outa 10 neko gives 5.9
Went for optometrist appointment, took an hr! Got different/new contacts on order. *sniff sniff* neko will be wearing glasses for the next wk or so... *.*
Sunday: neko only got up @ 2 p.m. due to a growling stomach
Neko need to complete several things before tomorrow morning.
What's on this week:
1 Research info on legal/political issues in S'pore concerning establishment of company due Monday
1 French test Tuesday
1 10 pg assignment due Thursday
Neko shall now start those... after some more food. Neko has less discipline than Perseid.
