They've done Korn up the ass~
Yahaaaa~ back from Yaoi-con *happydance* it rocked~ it rocked SO much! Got to sees everyone and it was good~ ^^ n everyone likewise rocks weasles!
NEwho, the subject *points* is~ a quote ;_; late uh Sunday night we were talking about music videos and someone asked why they didn't make a Korn video - to which someone else replied that there were already a ton of Korn vids, in fact 'they’ve done Korn up the ass' ... and then we all looked at eachother... and burst out laughing ;_; they showed Boku no Sexual Harassment... *cough* if you’ve seen it you know~ if not um~ there was corn ^^
So~ stayed with my bestest babeling ReiShin et others~ n also stayed one night with the ever so wunnerful Zaz *happydance* AND we were even productive! Me n ReiShin n she who shall not be named did the first half pretty much of our yaoicon fic called 'Angstilocks and the 3 Perverts' *snerk* which should be done in the not too distant future (soon as we all get together online to finsih it!) and -I- actually wrote the next part of Sleeping Bastard~ which rocks ^^
Letseeeee~ but now I'm home ^^ I gotted some new anime~ and I'm getting some new anime... I got many djs~ keychains *happydance*~ saiyuki trading cards~ saiyuki 8 manga!! bus gamer 1!!!!!!! and 3 of yami no matsuei manga ^^ all in all~ happy tro ^^
So~ that's that for now, shall rant in further detail later ^^ but I wansa go~ downstairs right now ^^

Constructive is such a lovely thing to be~
Yay me ^^ I did my very first cg coloured pic today~ and it~ doesn't suck way too much ^^ *happy dance*
I~ got Vagrant story uh~ yesterday (Talya's fault, dammit) and have been playing that instead of drawing the chibi Zell pic I was SPOSED to be doing ;_; but it rocks weasles~ so there ^^ I was, however, constructive (against my will!) - Talya prodded the fanart muse who grabbed a Sydney and ran off to torment me >P so~ chibi Sydney was born~
I drew it n inked it, but decided since Sydney's got like~ silver arms it would look bad to try to colour them with coloured pencils cause I'm really bad at that ^^ so~ I tossed it onto the pute and had at it! The finished product:

Kaykay, what happened : I was talking with a friend of mine, trying to convince him to do a favour for me and he was TRYING to make a comment about 'oh, I bow to your powers of persuasion' only it came OUT 'oh, I bow to your powers of perversion' *giggles* waa I fell out of my chair laughing ;_; literally~ my bum hurts~~~
NEwho ^^ I was~ constructive today and everything! I~ actually put stuff up at my Shadow Phoenix site *gasp* my fanart, what's left of it that is~
Nnn~ and I updated my Saiyuki archive too ^^ yay me~ I also decided today is 'stalk the fic writers/artists day' and have been stalking accordingly ^^ again, yay me *snerk* ehe *looks around* and due to the unlikelyhood of the author in question actually coming to this site to see this, I'm gonna hafta say - one the fics I uploaded today is~ truly truly painfully bad~ nooo its BEYOND painful its~ uuuuuuugh~ it hurts ;_;
SO NEway ^^ I shall refrain from ranting about the other person I'm pissy about right now cause~ I feel like it so there ^^

Tro vs Fanfiction.net aka Rant Time!
Oookay~ I'm sick, I can't breathe right, and I didn't wake up til 6pm so now I can't sleep~ SO ^^ I'm iritable enough to rant!
And just what am I ranting about today, you may ask? FF.net! Urk~ I've been off reading some fics, some of the NC-17 variety and bored as I was at the time, I took a look at some of the reviews on them... and out of curiosity I checked out all the people who left signed reviews on the NC-17 fics I read~ and guess what?
More than half of the people who left signed reviews on the NC-17 fics clearly state in their bios that they are underage!
ARG! And what is FF.net doing to stop underage readers from getting to the NC-17 ficcies? ~~ A little popup message that says click 'Cancel' instead of 'OK' if you're under 17! It's~ an abysmal state of affairs if you ask me - I'm not so huge on the issue of age myself (though I do password protect the NC-17 fics I archive) because I think it's a matter of maturity level and I'm sure if someone is determined enough to break into a site with NC-17 stuff, they probably know what they're looking for anyway~ but I'm off on a tangent~ I'll start over with that line of thought-
Though I'm not big about the age thing, FF.net's system is~ truly unacceptable to me. I don't really care about people posting NC-17 stuff to their own websites when it all comes down to it~ but when it's posted to somewhere with the recognition of FF.net - to ALL audiences - I think more than just a brief click through should be necesary- A lot of these NC-17 fics are right next to fics perfectly acceptable for younger readers and as we are all well aware, warnings mean fuckall to most people on the web!
I don't expect FF.net to DO anything about it, but I still don't think it's appropriate at all for them to allow adult content and NOT monitor it - as I said earlier, clearly underage FF.net members are posting reviews to NC-17 fics and no one is doing ANYthing about it!
Urrg~ it just bugs me~ the thing that gets me, really, is that FF.net is an all ages archive of fanfiction and I think they should take the responsibility to protect their younger readers~ I hate to sound old, but honestly, we're adults and we're supposed to be the reasonable ones - we KNOW kids won't monitor themselves if left on their own, that's why they invented the password protect~ if the world were perfect, we wouldn't have to worry about underage readers ignoring warnings and looking at stuff they shouldn't be looking at - but it's NOT! And even if you don't agree with it morally, it's the law and not an unreasonable one at that so there >P
Kay, after most assuredly repeating myself several times, I'm done~
Next time : How to tell your mother you're flying out to San Fransisco next Friday after having forgotten to mention this fact til the last minute?

Well, that does it ;_; I officially suck!
I had a total systems failure earlier~ so I had to format my hard drive. Sucking, yeah, so I was gonna do the smart thing and save eeeverything I needed to a CD so I wouldn't lose it - so I did... ........ cept I didn't check the CD thoroughly... apparently all I copied was a full list of all my files.... but not the files........... so when I formatted...
Poof~
Sooooo now I have~ fuck all *wince* All I really needed was my email, my writing, and my links~ my only irreplacable things really...
*sigh* AND I got food poisoning, which is how the mess with the CD came about - I was feeling too crappy to actually check out the CD after giving it a quick glance to see that the file names and properties were all there...
UUURKGGHGHGHHERHSE okay, I'm done...
*off to get some of the junk she needs back on her system*

Okay, I'm in a better mood now - though prolly no one has any idea what was wrong, cause I just archived - but I killed my puter yesterday, and fixed it today (check archive if you want my pathetic ramble on it) so ^^ I have now fixed the keyboard which was causing problems *nod*
I~ have to go to Hot Topic ^^ I haven't been there in *gasp* like~ months! And I need to go to Cossetta's *drool* the BEST Italian restaurant in Minnesota *drowns in puddle of drool*
BTW, the subject *points* is a cheesy Italian pickup line ^^ It means : "Can I show you my obelisk?" *snerk* to which the typical response is "Vaffanculo!" *smirk* which is just fun to say - ehehe~ tell it to the guy at Customs in Italy if you wanna know what it means >)
NEwho~ I got a new dream journal, cause my old one's mostly full (and we were saved by Conner MacLeod on the big floating hot dog, etc...) so ^^ now all I need to do is find a small ankh charm - the cover on the new journal is suede leather, so it's too flexible for a larger ankh like the one on my current dream journal, which came from a keychain ^^ Hn... mebe an earing or small pendant charm would work ^^ I'll cruise the Mall of American when I go to go to (no, not mistaken repetition) Hot Topic ^^
So that's it for now~ I have a buncha stuff I should be doing, but now I'm just hungry ;_; I want Velveeta Shells but alas I have none~ so rigatoni it is *sulk*
