i like naming physical possessions.. my car, my camera, my old laptop, my new laptop, ipod.. etc.

my personification of electronics exemplifies just how dependent i am on them..

i am, afterall, a low-level tech geek.

and let me tell you, after reading this blog, u'll consider me a full-fledged geek for putting this much thought into naming inanimate objects..

i've changed the name of my laptop. Cassandar was nice but i found one more appropriate..

considering how much porn n hentai i dl and watch on this thing, i decided to rename this laptop Asmodeus, demon of lust and guardian of the level of hell that condemns those damned by their bodily indulgences.. the actual level number seems to be debated by my research..

in other news, i bought my DS lite (finally).. it's only got one game so far, super mario.. which is seriously kicking my ass.. i wasn't good at it when it first came out and the fact that i've JUST got to the second World after owning the DS for a week now is simply a reflection of how i STILL suck at it..

however! i've still yet to name it.. i'm torn between two names, both which seem to have appropriate meaning behind them:

Ploutos: originally, i wanted to name it Pluto after the dwarf celestial body that is no longer a planet.. i thought it was funny how facebook had a group called "When I was growing up, Pluto was a planet".. it seemed like a nifty way to not only tip my hat to the forgotten planet but also to benchmark the point in time (and my life) i bought it at.. i'll look back at my junk stuff 20 years from now, see my DS and think "heyyyy, i bought this when they officially decided pluto wasn't a real planet".. that kinda thing..
after additional research, i found out that "Pluto" is actually another name for "Hades".. and the Greek word "Ploutos" means "wealth".. which is associated with gold, minerals and things of value found by mining underground.. thusly, Pluto became god of the physical entities of the underworld and became the a Roman mythological diety od death most people know more as "Hades"..

i also thought it appropriate since Pluto is kinda cute name and is of a dwarf planet.. DS lites can only be so serious and of course y'kno, Hades/underworld and my DS is black which has TOTALLY grown on me.. i hated it at first and wanted to trade it in for a white one.. but me likiez now.

btw, if i had gotten the white one instead, i woulda named it Madeleine, after the sweet pound cake-like shell-shaped french treats they sell @ Starbucks teehee.. not only would it be a feminine touch (which i tried to go for) but it also represents a fun and enjoyable thing to have.. "maudlin" based off the same etymology means "affectionate in a foolish manner"..

anyway, since i got the black one, i decided to name it a male name.. my second choice is:

Janus: the Roman god of gates, doors, beginnings and endings. He symbolizes the progression from past to future, sometimes referenced when young people grow up. I thought that was appropriate since 90% of the DS Lite owners i know are above the age of 21 yet we're playing Super Mario Brothers, a game treasured when we were children. "The middle ground between youth and adulthood" is what Janus symbolizes.
In addition, Janus's gates, in Roman mythology, were opened in times of war and unrest and closed in times of peace which i found to have odd symmetry with having to open a DS to play a game in order to conquer it and to close it when the game is settled.. (i told u, u'd find me crazy for putting this much thought into it)..
Janus is also represented by a two-headed statue which is sometimes used as an analogy for those with two different sides.. on one hand, the ds is a toy used by young children.. on the other hand, the ds can also be considered an advanced piece of technology used by young adults
and LASTLY, "Janus" (and its association with beginnings) is a namesake of January, the month i was born.

thusly! i am completely torn on what to name my DS.. the two possibilities have a lot of symbolic and appropriate meaning in them..

so! do me a favor, everyone, and leave a message on what i should name it.. even if u have to ridicule me in the process, please leave ur preference so i can get an outside opinion ^_____^ i'd appreciate ur feedback!

Friday, September 22nd: met with the kazupu for our monthly waxes.. we met up for lunch before hand @ Manalapan Diner then to the place.. it wasn't worth the money, really.. i'm planning on sticking to the spas in NYC since the results are worth the money we're paying =T i found out Eden*Star was performing @ the Underpass in Elmwood, NJ.. i dressed all sassified and headed to Daniel's where we all piled in his van, got there, drank some beers, rocked out and had fun as usual ^^ the place's sound system was the best i've seen so far.. and the place was pretty packed.. we made friends with the other bands there and seeking through silence was particularly awesome and the lead singer was such a sweet sweet girl

saturday, sept 23rd: drunken bowling with vanessa, mike, tony and justine.. i placed 3rd in every game =P but alas! i was drunk so i really didn't care.. we had a good amount of beer.. we topped off about 4 pitchers between the 3 of us (V wasn't drinking since she was DD).. then off to Court Jester for some food.. yum

nothing till Wed Sept 27th: we played Scene It and ordered take out @ Justine's house.. then me and Justine dueled on Guitar Hero pwuahaha not as enjoyable as the actual game but i heard the new game is better at it, then we watched ANTM.. good times

Friday Sept 29th: Tony's birthday we went to Thai-Thai, a thai restaurant in Old bridge.. got chicken curry =D and tony had the waitresses and waiters singing happy birthday, flashing lights and an awesome dessert.. awesome! then off to red bank (after getting lost.. we should NEVER follow justine).. to Echo where we had a few drinks and tony and his friends got free paraphanalia from Drambui (a towel and a cigar cutter woo! haha)

Next day, Sat Sept 30th: Eden*Star's 2nd performance @ HUMMERS.. drink drink drink, music music music.. i showed late and missed the first band but i got there right before the boys went on.. i was sassified again along with my kazu n t-chu.. we took mucho the pictures.. overall a good time ^^ unfortunately, sam got pulled over the second he pulled out of HUMMERS X___X;; sobreity test n all but he did fine

NEXT, Sun Oct 1st: went to edgewater with kazuya, toki, tai, daniel and sam.. we got the foodage, then some sundays and off to the bookstore and the uh.. toystore? whatever LOL good timeses as always

October 4th, Wed: went over my brother's with some food from Attilio's to see the puppy and chow down with him and janne.. we watched parts of Mr. & Mrs. Smith mostly talking about how fake the last scene was and then saw the Lost Seasn premiere which made NADA sense.. then some other show about ppl being held hostage @ a bank and they ended up all having affairs after it or something.. lame-o..

the next interesting thing that happened was going to Boston with govan the next friday (October 6).. we showed up at frank's around 11 suttin on friday and ended up assing out.. the next day we wandered down the C line and then ended up on Boylston where we walked around and ended up getting dinner at Vinny T's YUM! then we bought a bottle of SoCo and headed back to Frank's pregaming before heading out to 33 which equaled lots of dancing, drinking and avoiding sketchy men..

i have this problem.. when i'm drunk, i tend to think men are ugly even tho they aren't.. the next day, govan tells me "that guy that talked to u last night was actually really cute".. all i rememeber was him asking "would you like to dance?" and i replied "no thank you." once again, "would you like to dance?" "NO THANK YOU!" then he finally walked away LOL.. my bad.. frank and govan's new line for me is "honey, i have beer goggles and they're not working in your favor!"

-________-;; go figure.. anyway, after that we took pictures with a golden lion statue O__o;; and headed back home.. frank and govan disappeared into some party across the street from frank's place where they insisted that everyone was really lame "cuz they were from BC" X___X;; they made govan drink beer out of a wiffle bat.. and apparently they chewed tobacco.. so they asked govan and frank "do you dip?" they look at each other and said "DO WE! I PUT MY HAND UP ON UR HIP, WHEN I DIP YOU DIP WE DIP!!" LOLOLOL.. i almost DIED when they told me.. only those two, i swear!

the next day was ultra slow.. rumbly weird tummies and LOTS and LOTS of L&O SVU.. we eventually got up and went to Anna's (YUMMMM) then to hang out with Megan and her friend Courtney.. the night was a mess, really.. we went to Saint which was too packed to go in, then Gypsy which was closed then Tonic which closed early then to Wonderbar but courtney lost her ID and then back to tonic to find it and then back to Megan's house for some talking..

btw, me and Megan (the girl i had a spat with before about ditching her party) are cool now.. at Tonic, we were walking up the stairs and she goes "i don't like fighting.. can we not be fighting?".. i said "we're not fighting." so that was that.. =P simple enough.

the next day Oct 9th) me and govan took our forever-long trip back to jersey which was EXTREMELY HOT for some reason >___<;;

got home to an empty house.. turns out my dad got blood clots in his leg again. so he was back in the hospital

so Tuesday, the 10th: i went to visit dad @ the hospital with my brother and janne.. Wednesday, i picked him up from the hospital and the Thursday, i drove him back there for his injection and had lunch with my momma..

later on thurs i went to Tony's to play True Colors, a board game that lets u kno what ur friends think about u.. the most amusing ones i got were "friend whose life is most like a soap opera" which i found surprising and the other one was "out of those present, who would be the last to find out the world was ending".. yup, definitely me. good times! then we watched Grey's Anatomy

so! the most recent happenings have been watching Eden*Star play acoustic @ Greggstown Pavilion.. aside from the place being freezing cold, it was an overall fun time ^^ they served coffee and cookies and the guys did a great job playing acoustic.. it's odd hearing their songs without the blaring electric but it was cool none-the-less ^^ i brought my friend faith who was #1, hungry the whole night, and #2 freezing her ass off the whole not >___<;; sorrie faith! two of the other performers were awesome.. Eric ginsberg n sarah donner rocked live! so that was cool.. then we went to Omega Diner where i got hit on by the ugly, fat and sketchy waiter *shiver*.. then back home!

anndd then a couple of days ago, Monday.. i went to edgewater with kazupu since i wanted to get those cellphone stickers she got for her.. she bought these translucent stickers to put on her RAZR since the phone's buttons are so effing hard to push.. we got some foodage before going to the bookstore for some magazines.. i should bought that one with the cute dude on it.. (yah, ambiguous, eh? TOUGH LUCK).. then to the toystore (i have no idea what it is really.. ) for my stickers.. then back to the grocery store where we bought a whole bunch of junkfood and kazu bought food for daniel and i bought some sushi! WOO!

drive drive drive (when trina called me.. err, i need to call her back X___X;;).. then to daniel's work where we dropped off his food.. we ended up following him back to his house where we watched TV, ate sushi, finished my whole back of chocolate covered almonds and ate those annoying whistle candies kazu bought.. we saw some show about trying to break into pplz houses.. weird.. and i witnessed daniel come up with a new song! good times ^^ then kazu drove me back to my car and i headed home..

tuesday, i drove my mom to the dentist all the way in Toms River in the MONSOON-ASS RAIN.. jeebuz that was SCARY -___-;; horrible drivers, terrible rain.. luckily we got there and back in one piece.. (teehee one piece XD) grabbed some pizza while i waited for my mom to get her gums cleaned and then to the Sally's next door where i bought black hair dye.. ooo, i should do that tomorrow.. and clean my room =T

i've decided to shell out the money and buy my DSLite.. i got a 50 dollar check from my uncle so that helps me cushion the loss but i'm tired of waiting.. after much deliberation, i decided to get the white one since i'm not really into the pink and the black one will have fingerprints every 2 seconds (not cool).. so tomorrow, after my trip to Sam's club, it SHALL be mine PWUAHAHAHA..

now if only i could figure out what to name it =T

i want to name it something female since all my possessions are named something male-ish.. i thought Anais after one of the first female erotic authors but it didn't seem appropriate for a portable gaming device.. i decided i might use that name for my dream car (whenever i get it)..

so that's still up in the air.. never the less.. DSlite, u shall be mine! PWUAHA..

it's cuz i haven't had a damn cigarette all day and i'm gonna go crazy if i don't soon..

i tried replacing the nicotine with caffeine.. it made it worse, really..

anyway, i went to boston last weekend just for shits n giggles.. it was good times and kinda crappy times simultaneously..

i got there on friday after a lonnnnggg fuckin trip cuz our bus driver was just stupid beyond all points of idiocy.. i literally got into the city at 9:30 tho i was supposed to be there around 7:50 >___________<;;

so thankfully ed picked me up from south station which saved me a fuckin long train ride to frank's place.. so we hung at frank's for a bit um.. just talking i think? and then we headed to the kell's.. omggg it was so weird walking down comm ave after graduation.. and knowing like all the ppl there are underage.. anyway, i got pretty smashed having not eaten anything.. and ppl kept buying me drinks right n left so that made it all the more enjoyable.. AND i didn't have to pay cover.. so that was basically a good time.. dancing dancing dancing.. smoking smoking smoking.. alan was drunk too which was great =D

got back, hung out with ed and frank for a while n then assed the fuck out.. the next day, me n frank went to lunch with ed at this outdoor bar near frank's place.. SO NICE.. mayn, the food was good, the view was nice and the day was beautiful.. the least enjoyable part of it was that there was a nasal-talking girl sitting at the table just next to us.. she kept rambling about professionalism and technology.. she was bullshitting horribly.. it made me wanna throw a blunt object in her general direction.. or more like, at her head..

we spent most of the time there laughing at her... ah, also on the way there, we saw this old old cop on a motorcycle yelling at a cabbie.. bastard musta been klantastic.. he was like "WHERE THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE??? PUERTO RICO!!" and continued yelling something about his hood being popped in this high pitched old-geezer voice.. SO weird..

ah, then as we paid, the wind which was super duper extreme that day (especially since we were on a terrace) knocked our bill folder and 3 of frank's bucks flew off into the street.. they ran after it but alas, could only recover 2..

we were gonna attempt playing pool at jillian's but there was a sox game so that wasn't happening.. so we went back to frank's place to play katamari which i am TOTALLY addicted to btw..

that was cool.. then ed peaced out to nap and i went to megan's place to help decorate for her luau party.. she got mad at me since i had to leave early and meet the boys n ria at a club downtown so that wasn't all too great..

anyway, after the party, i went down to the roxy and met up with ron XD XD XD and his bf jose .. i heart ron-chan.. and alan, of course.. we were supposed to meet ed at this club called Pure that just opened but it was too crowded so we ended up going to Roxy.. then ria and the 2 daves showed so we all danced to what had to have been the most difficult salsa music EVER..

poor poor daves.. they're not rhythmically inclined so it was just watching some confused-ass branches waving in the breeze..

anyway, after the club we all went to jose's place to hang out and talk.. we found a sex book and had some AWESOME conversation about sex teehee XD

then i went back with ria to her bf's place and passed out on their couch since i wasn't sure when frank was getting back to his place..

woke up the next morning and ria and mike dropped me off at frank's.. then i went with him to do laundry and grab food before meeting up ron, alan and ed (my glorious chinese boys) at jillian's for some pool..

i played okay.. of course, ed kicked our butts again.. but i was pretty damned good with 9-ball..

then off the frank's yet again for some katamari.. me n ed played the versus mode which got kinda boring after a little while.. then he peaced out and me and frank chilled and smoked as usual.. we ordered chinese food randomly LOL

i woke up the next morning around 11 and showered, got ready , watched some tv with frank then took the to the train station.. the guy working the greyhound desk gave me a good tip about saving money on the bus to n from boston.. i could save a good 20 bucks.. yay =D

anyway, i got home on time but ended up taking some random bus home thinking it would bring my closer to home than my usual stop.. we ended up going south of the house X___x;; and i ended up at some random diner LOL

i ate some dindin and waited for my brother to pick me up.. then off to dinner with tony, jordan, V, justine and tony's friend khoi @ olive garden to celebrate V and justine's new jobs.. i had a bellini n some breadsticks.. good times ^^

wednesday, off to my brother's for some puppy luv.. she's still being a little butt but she's still a cutie ^^

thursday, i randomly made tacos with justine n tony.. tony made some awesome guacamole and we had all the fixins.. simply a damned delicious time ^^

friday was a bit interesting.. my familia came back from new hampsire and invaded my house.. i left for the city to meet up govan there for some drinkin..

let's just say it was a VERY drunken night.. first, pazza notte where we met up with her friend evelyn and later our gloriously british friend john.. i had to convince the bartender to make my drinks stronger.. govan wasn't doing a very good job so i took over with "i've only had a cup-a-noodles today and 3 of ur jack n diets and i can't feel a damn thing.. how's that?".. he bought it.. filled half the glass with jack so i was on the right track afterwards..

then off to a korean karaoke bar which took us what felt like years to find.. rented a room for a hefty amount but it came with a bottle of grey goose and a few bottles of coors light.. we met up with julie (the one korean girl with us) and eklavia, govan's newest flame ^^ i got utterly tanked there, then off to le souk, a hookah bar.. i was so drunk by then then i lost my friends at the club since i ran off to use the bathroom.. i seriously feared i would never find them again and would have to go home on my own.. LOL

luckily govan took out her phone for a split second and i saw her in the dark-ass club.. so thankfully i found them.. then dancing dancing dancing.. one of the bouncers called me over and asked if i wanted to dance up in the VIP section.. i told him i was with friends and he said "bring them up too.. we need beautiful women dancing in the VIP section" O___o;; so i kindly declined saying "nah, we have two guys with us".. then he said "we can buy you some drinks".. yah, way sketch.. so that was a big no-no.. we danced off to another place.. the night wore on.. evelyn n john got tired so they headed outside.. i had no idea where govan was so i headed back into the club to find them.. when i did, they didn't wanna go home just yet.. so basically, i forgot they were outside and stayed in with govan, evelyn and eklavia.. more dancing and lots of water.. that place was a magnet for asian women apparently.. a new guy talked to me every two minutes.. and it was really awesome of eklavia when he asked one of the bouncers to keep an eye on us girls while he went off to get another drink.. and the bouncer really did ward off the guys for us.. awesome

so we peaced out of there and caught a cab to this pizza place..

it gets FUNNIER.. the place was filled with creepy men.. then i sit down cuz my feet were seriously killing me while govan and eklavia get the pizza.. then some random black guy goes "i'm sorry, miss.. but my friend here thinks ur very beautiful.. he's from israel".. then the guy comes over and starts talking to me asking questions.. he wasn't creepy so i keep talking to him.. the guys all around us are listening to the convo and when i tell him i'm from jersey, the whole group of spanish guys at a table behind me go "ooo, she's from jersey.." like i can't hear them..

anyway, the guy was nice.. he told me he was over in the states cuz he was studying something or other.. then eklavia and govan came.. we devoured the pizza and the israeli dude left.. then we walked to the commuter rail and got to eklavia's place to pass out..

the next day, we woke up around 2-ish.. caught a TRAIN to the city to catch a BUS to new jersey.. then we drove to ridgeway diner and ate till our tummies were content.. the waitress was thoroughly impressed..

i got home around 6PM that day.. i went back home, tried to nap for an hour then went out AGAIN for eden*star's performance in south river..

if you don't kno.. eden*star is the band that tai plays in.. he plays bass..

they're playing again well, tonight O__o and you can find more info on the band including the songs on their album here.. so i went out to south river.. had a couple of beers and waited what felt like an eternity for them to play but when they did, it rocked as usual.. tho they didn't play Whore which is my second fave song.. overall, a really fun time.. they have another one tomorrow =D =D =D can't wait.. MUST bring camera and take dynamic pics of doom..

thennn.. uh.. sunday blew over.. and the week passed relatively quickly since i was sleeping most of it O__o

on wednesday, i went out to dinner at a viet restaurant with tony, justine, V and meg jalinksi.. for pho.. the absolute KING of soups..

yum.. must get it again soon and with much more chili sauce.. it definitely wasn't spicy enough..

thursday, i did nothing tho faith wanted to go into the city since the transit was free for kids with student IDs..

but i ducked out since my brother was coming over and i was nowhere near ready.. today, i went with my mom to sam's club for some food choppings.. and that was generally a good time.. then off to faith's to watch the season premiere of Grey's Anatomy and the new show Six Degrees..

Grey's was intense.. Six Degrees was okay, as expected..

so.. that's what i've been up to lately ^^

i am uber excited.. i have stuff to do tomorrow =D

including breakfast and my usual wax date with kazupu.. AND hopefully i'll be able to catch a ride with someone to the Eden*star performance.. i have a cute outfit ^^ so hopefully i can go cuz i feel like being sexy..

anyway, i'm gonna call it quits.. at this time, it's 5:15 AM and i hafta be up in 4-ish hours for our appointment =P

.. without a doubt.

..the only thing that's really happened since the last time i blogged is going out a couple of times and my brother getting into a car accident..

he was fine.. but his car is totalled.. let's just say he was REALLY lucky to get out of that accident completely uninjured aside from some whiplash and a few black n blues.

since then, i went to my bro's on friday for a visit.. then played with the puppy

on saturday, i woke up relatively early to meet faith at jersey gardens.. the place was PACKED. i had to park at the movie theater.. thennn i ended up not buying anything except for 2 cheap tanktops.. it was fun tho.. faith's a blast as always

later on that night, i was supposed to go with govan to the city for some hookah and drinking.. unfortunately, we missed our first train and the second decided not to come so we just skipped out and went to a bar close to me.. it was pretty lame but atleast i got out =P and we got hit on by weird old drunk men

that night, i went over my brother's and slept a few hours before we headed out to virginia for my grandma's birthday party.. the drive was a bit longer since we got lost.. and we only got to stay for a few hours.. then we drove home -_________-;; yah, my brother and his wife are psycho for making stupid trips like so.. there were 2 accidents on the way home and lots of traffic so we were utterly spent.. i ate dominoes and watched V for Vendetta at my bro's and played with lexi for a lil before heading back here..

so today, i left to pick up my dad from JFK medical center around 12:00.. i dropped by dunkin donuts and bought some coffee and, of course, donuts before getting meeting up with my mom.. we caught lunch at the little cafeteria they have..

as i enjoyed some french fries n chicken fingers, this random kid that worked in the cafeteria, wiping down tables and picking up stuff "accidently" dropped his wash cloth right by me.. he stoops down and picks it up and bumps my arm in the process.. so he says "oh sorry!" i say "it's okay." like always with a smile... he proceeds to say "how are doing today?" then he talks about chicken fingers and how he likes them..

personally, i am ASTONISHED that i am so blatantly being hit-on in a hospital cafeteria in front of my MOTHER who was just sitting there smiling and prolly thinking "this guy's an idiot".. not to mention *GASP* the guy was NOT black!! even MORE amazing!

then... get this.

he asks me if i'm in high school. -____-;;

i said "no, actually, i just graduated college."

his jaw drops, he drops his wash cloth again and rambles something like "wow.. i'm uh.. a junior.. uh.. I LIKE CHICKEN FINGERS!"

then he runs off...

poor kid. tho it made me even MORE confused since i have NEVER been mistaken for being younger than i am..

as we left the cafeteria, he stopped by again and said "bye".. O______o;;

that has got to be one of the WEIRDEST run-ins ever.. i get hit on a lot but shit, this kid takes the cake.. talk about RANDOM.

anyway, i'm seriously considering just going to Japan some time soon.. i'm getting too impatient and I wanna stay there for a long while.. so mebbe some part-time work to save up and then off to Japan for a while.. i need the change in scenery..

the extent to which i am bored of this environment is almost astounding.

so here goes:

Monday, July 31:
went to the Dave&Buster's in Times Square for Vanessa's birthday celebration. Govan, Jordan, Tony, Justine, Jon Moore, Mike and V's two friends attended. Meg Jelinski stopped by with her bf who is apparently horribly bland. D&B is a bar/arcade so the night was mostly us drunkenly playing shooting games. We won Vanessa a huge purple bear the size of her with 4500 tickets.

Tuesday, August 1:
i spent the entire day shopping with my mama. and then we went to the mall to look for a dress to wear to a wedding reception.. i got a REALLY hot dress. it made me look mucho the smex but unfortunately, the pics turned out gross so no lookiez =P AND we bought a sewing machine XD...... not that i knew how to use it O___o then to sam's club and bought foodage for otakon.

Wednesday, August 2: Spent the whole day making my costume and cleaning my room since my parents were hosting kids who were going to some religious retreat in jersey >___>;; the room was heinously dirty. and it took me FOREVER.

Thursday, August 3: woke up and threw my stuff into a bag for otakon before finding out that my dad took the van we were supposed to drive there to work. SO, i had to haul ass to edison, leave my car in his spot and pick up the van and head back home where, to my utter surprise, toki tai n niiku-chan had arrived EARLY. they got my house before i did -_____-;; shortly afterwards, kazupu showed up and we all headed onward toward the con! on the way, niikupu completely passed the f out and me, tai, toki n kazupu had our darling rendition of Queen's Bohemian rhapsody.. AWESOME. we got there around 8:30 and picked up our badges. then met up with jun n sam. we hung out in the hotel, drinking and talking.. then security got called on us =T then i passed out in bed with kazupu.

Friday, August 4: We woke up and met up tara, her bf hut and miya at the hotel.. niiku-chan registered.. then we headed out to the dealer's room where i bought a couple of things..... i can't remember what tho X___x;; me, tai n kazuya tried to go to the AMV contest but couldn't find it and ended up going to the dealer's room again.. i bought a sanji and zoro towel XD.. then off to the artist alley where there were AWESOME fanarts.. i bought a poster ^^ then back home again for some drinkage and sleepage.

Saturday, August 5: cosplaying day =D the morning was a bit hectic with ironing, sewing, and finishing touches.. it took a while but we got out there.. and cosplayed around the place for a good while.. so to the dealer's room and then to meet up niikuchan at the game room.. she couldn't enter the tekken tourney =( then to for some pizza and then the artist alley.. where i bought a WHOLE bunch of stuff.. XD we got a lot of fan service which was awesome.. i like getting my picture taken teehee.. one guy took a pic of me in the artist alley and was like "what character are you?" great LOL.. thennn back to the hotel and everyone else ran off to get some foodage.. we ate, drank a few shots and packed up our stuff and passed OUT.

Sunday, August 6: woke up, cleaned up, packed up and loaded the car before heading over to the artist alley for some last minute shopping before heading home.. unfortunately, we hit some major traffic and niiku missed her flight >___<;; sorrie again, dollface.. got home and i could not sleep for the life of me.. i ended up getting two hours before having to wake up to pick up niiku-chan

Monday, August 7: woke up at around 4AM to shower then pic up niiku-chan from toki's place and head to the airport.. we had fun talking on the way there XD i MUST visit you, niiku!! got there, helped her check in and then grabbed some coffee before seeing her off to the security gate.. *tear* i miss you so much, niikuchan!!

Tuesday, August 8: went to lunch with mi madre.. we went to chili's XD were we shared appetizers and fajitas.. then off to barnes n nobles where i found a few awesome books i wanna pick up.. i should order those X___X;; i think i went over john's to see the puppy too.

Wednesday, August 9: got an IM from Vanessa saying she wanted to play pool.. i spent the day scouring for a place that still existed.. LO AND BEHOLD.. we ended up going to some sketch place in matawan, drinking beer, finding dana lewis, an old hs classmate and playing some awesome awesome pool.... well, atleast i did.. me, jordan and mike made up "Team JEM".. good f-ing times.. i need to do that again asap.

Thursday, August 10: i... have NO idea what i did... i think i just spent the day indoors and chatting with peoplz..

Friday, August 11: was supposed meet up with govan in the city.. but ended up staying at my bro's place and playing with the puppy a lil while..

Saturday, August 12: met up with jordan, tony, justine n govan for govan's "b-day celebration" which was basically just as at Friday's >____<;; sorrie, govan.. i promise to show u a good time soon

Sunday, August 13: went off to the wedding reception completely decked out in my awesome dress.. this wedding was for one of my old old childhood friends.. we were bff when we were like 8.. anyway, the place had good food, open bar (but the drinks were INSANELY weak).. overall an enjoyable night.. i sat with my bro n his wife and we socialized with total strangers.. awesome. it was a filipino wedding in edison, btw.. which meant i prolly knew 90% of the people there..

Monday, August 14: i went with kazupu to the city to get our waxes done.. MY GOD IN HEAVEN, it hurt a whole assload more than last time >____<;; i needed a smoke afterwards.. then we headed to some vintage store and headed back home in traffic >____<;;

Tuesday, August 15: went out with vanessa, jordan and dana lewis to see talladega nights.. i was pleasantly surprised.. it was actually pretty damn funny ^^ then off to eat at ruby tuesdays at EB mall.. overall, a good time

Wednesday, August 16: faith, my fetus friend (since we knew each other since we were practically fetuses.. feti? O___o) called me from menlo mall.. she had been out on a run and was out by roosevelt park then decided to drop by the mall for some light shopping.. INGENIUS.

Friday, August 18: my family came in for my bro's party.. i spent the day cleaning until i headed out for kazupu n jun's b-day party at daniel's house.. overall a fun time.. mucho the shots, beers and spaghetti/cake/chicken and adlibbed songs later, kazu-chan was assed out on the floor and jun and sweet headed home.. yayyyy i never see them drunk ^^

Saturday, August 19: i went to MEDIEVAL TIMES XD XD XD.. we bought HUGE glasses full of mixed drink.. look here.. we ate chicken, bread, ribs n potato with our bare hands and screamed at our knight which was the blue one for a good while.. of course, anyone over 15 was screaming "YOU'RE MY BOY, BLUE!!" a riot.. he didn't win tho.. fucker =T.. then back to my brother's for some drinkage and watching So You Think You Can Dance with the cousins.. then back home

then skip some more, on Saturday, the 26thm: went to faith's for some sushi, brownies and we watched Project Runway and Animaniacs!! XD XD

the only other happenings since then were that my daddy got sick =( he's in the hospital for a while cuz he may have pneumonia again.. we visited him at the hospital yesterday and me, my bro n janne went to cheesecake factory for dinner..

i told myself i'd keep up with blogging and i refuse to become that lazy lazy blogger i once was..

so! let's blog!

the last blog was just after my horrible encounter with machinery problems..

i left my house around 5AM that morning to get into boston around 9:30.. just the right amount of time. the drive was long and considering that i had only gotten about two hours of sleep, i was WICKED tired afterwards..

pulled up to ria's and her and her bf mike were having pancakes.. our plan that day was to meet up with our MIS friends.. alan, ed and our friend nouf who was up from florida who would also be leaving for the UAE soon

so after chilling a little bit, and tho i wanted to nap, i ended up staying up and watching TV.. then we headed to scoozi, a quaint little panini shop on newbury street..

there, we sat, laughed and ate.. me, alan, mike and ria headed to the mall to meet up with ed and nouf later on but they skipped out.. we ended up going to alan's place to play Acquire.. this silly board game about buying hotels and stocks and shit..ed came back to play too

it was all very dorky and business-like.

i was so braindead that i didn't understand how to play the game until about 20 minutes before we had finished.. but i did come in 3rd as far as winnings so i was happy haha

then afterwards, we headed back to ria's and we got ready to hang with ed and janina at this bar/club in quincy, mass that's called WaterWorks.. (it sounds like a fuckin waterpark, way to make it sound stupid, massholes).. anyway, we got there around 11 and drank a bit and danced.. the place was wicked nice but the only thing was that shots ended at midnight and the place closed at 1AM... BIG BIG PROBLEM..

that's was really lame.. but we headed over the janina's to do more drinking but the girls ended up passing out and me and ed talked for a while outside..

then he drove us home.. we woke up the next day around 11 to meet up with mike (ria's bf) and their friend dave.. we went to panera then we saw Click which wasn't too bad.. then off to mike's parents house where we played even more board games and ate chinese food with his parents..

overall a good time.. i was supposed to go out with some friends that night in the city but i was seriously exhausted.. so i ended up passing out, waking up on monday morning with ria and her roommate dave (a different dave) and heading back home..

overall a good time but i wish i coulda done more partying with the kids.. damn my car spazzing and damn early-closing clubs..

since then, i've been hanging with friends and doing whatever..

Tuesday: i went to edgewater with toki and tai where we went to mitsuwa to eat lunch, visit some bookstores and then to another store.. me and toki bought square piggies for our cellphones haha

wednesday i went to my bro's to return his puppy's sunglasses (yes, lexi has sunglasses.. they look like goggles.. they're called "doggles" =P)..then i was off to es condidos tony, govan and justine for some beers and mexican food

thursday: went out with ghost, yusuke and their friend paul in the city.. drankin, bar-hopping, and some karaoke.. then chicken and rice and back to yusuke's where we passed out..woke up the next day then headed home.. i got hom around 2:30ish

later on friday, i get a call from govan that they're going to applebees and meeting up with a bunch of people.. we were supposed to see Clerks 2 but we ended up just hanging at the applebees with a few drinks and just talking about old shit.. that was cool.. it was me, tony, jordan, govan, vanessa, kristyn sala and her bf.. always a fun time.

saturday, i went to paul's housewarming where we literally ate and drank alcohol for 11 hours straight.. i didn't get plastered like i had hoped but it was generally a fun night.. i drove home around 2AM..

i woke up the next morning to hear my mom asking if i wanted to go to Minado for lunch before my cousin from the philippines who had been staying here four 6 months was leaving to go back.. so i stumbled out of bed and me, my brother and his wife, my parents and my cousin tasha went to Little Ferry (wayyyyy north jersey) to eat at Minado.. 1 plate of hot food, 1 plate of sushi and 1 plate of dessert later, i'm about to pass out from too much foodage.. so we all head home with our tummies full.. my bro and his wife janne try to help tasha pack her boxes and they brought the puppy over too.. then they attached a balloon to her puppy harness and she would run around thinkin that the baloon was chasing her.. SO CUTE XD XD XD

moving on! monday! i have NO idea what i did... i may have done something. but what it is, i have NO clue.

tuesday, was when i went to toki and tai's place to hang out with ghost and watch movies.. we were watching the Libertine =D =D =D and we ate LASAGNA XD thennn.. kazu-pu n daniel came and we talked more and that was the fun.

wednesday, i once again do not remember what i did.. i BELIEVE i went cosplay shopping all day... indeed so.

then Thursday i hung out with govan and a bunch of her friends in the city.. we went to some bar/restaurant and we drank like 4 martinis each.. good times. the night was fun and full of laughter. then a bus home. good times once again. =D

thennnn friday, i didn't really do much except going to see ghost late a night and staying with her till around 5AM the next day.. diane came too so we talked and had a few laughs.. i ate her amazing leftovers and we talked, smoked, and attempted to help her pack.. then we parted ways in the morning.. she was off to the airport at 6AM..

yesterday, i did pretty much nothing. i was supposed to go to atlantic city with my parents and some family but i planned to use the day to do cosplay shopping.. but.. i got lazy X___X;;.. my parents ended up sleeping over in AC so i had the house to myself =D

woke up today and did nothing yet again but went out to have some rita's with tony and justine which was yet again a good time..

so these past two weeks have been pretty eventful.. chapters opening, chapters closing.. it's all very up and down..

i'm looking forward to the plans for the upcoming weeks, vanessa's birthday, niiku-chan's arrival, otakon, govan's birthday and her weekend celebration, my eventual trip to texas to visit trina..

mayn, there's a lot to be had.. and i'll be greedy. i'll take it all.

cuz every kind of machine is failing me lately..

i left for boston today around 2:30.. i was late since my mom was having surgery this morning and i counted on waiting for her to get home safe before i left

her recovery period took a little longer than expected and instead of leaving at noon like i planned, i was heading to the hospital around 2:30 to pick up directions and my dad's GPS.

so i get there and spend some time with her before leaving.. i make my way to the parkway and then to 287 then 684.. traffic was shitty and man was it hot..

i stopped by a rest area for a quick bathroom break and while i pulled out i saw the "Check Engine" sign on my car light up.. so i call my dad. We try everything under the sun to get it to go off.. but it just wouldn't.. i end up pulling over the side of the highway and just waited so that my car would hopefully cool down and the indicator would go off..

that didn't happen.. a cop rolled by n asked how i was (he was cute too, tho a lil old)..

to make a long story short, i ended up driving all the way back to new jersey.. my dad and brother met me halfway on the parkway and my dad drove my car and my bro took me home in his RSX..

so that was just my day.. an utter waste of time, effort and worst-of-all, gas..

when i got home, my family was having a bbq.. and my brother checked out my laptop.. turns out i have a serious problem with Cassander.. his internal fans don't turn on.

so i have a malfunctioning car and an overheating laptop on my hands..

i'm surprised how light-hearted i am at the moment.. normally something like this would piss me off to no end but i figure there must be some underlying reason for it to have happened.. that or the gods of machinery just wanted to make fun of me for a day..

my conclusion is that i'm too hot.. laptop's overheating.. and my car was prolly like "damn, this hot girl has been riding me for almost 3 hours straight.. i think i'm gonna break." so.. it did.

.. in this room aside from the buzz of the fan and the clacking of keys on a brand new laptop.

That's right, ladies and gents. I now have a new huge piece of hardware that i have lovingly named Cassander after the evilly mischievous king of macedon and destroyer of Alexander the Great's lineage.

his greed and power-mongering seemed to be a pretty good name for a laptop as large and exceedingly equipped as it is.

this babeh's dressed to the 9's (as far as a dell can be) with high quality screen, advanced audio card and even a decent graphics chip.. i'm excited to start playing PC games again..

generally, i'm EXTREMELY happy.

so.. after i tinkered with this baby for a while, i got my car back on friday.. and somehow, I had forgotten how to drive my beloved Tybalt.. more sensitive breaks, rougher steering, smaller turning radius and still have to get used to the kick of the gears from first..

oh how i missed him. but! my babeh's back =D

so.. let's talk about this weekend.. i went out to hang out with ghost, yusuke and diane.. and her brothers and diane's sister.. basically we hung out, drank beer, talked about the most random things ever, ate EVERYTHING in diane's house (the spareribs were awesome).. and told ghost stories. Overall, a long and tiring but extremely fun night. I did a whole lot of laughing. so it was good times hehe

the next day was tai's pirate themed birthday party.. basically, the day started off rough.. my parents gave me a whole lot of shit for going out.. so i ended up there really late especially after getting lost (despite having been there a million times).. SO, i got there and everyone had been drinking for a while.. so i played catch-up after everyone ate cake.. i was pretty on the buzz later on.. and after hanging out, talking, smoking a jillion cigarettes, me, kazuya, ghost and yusuke passed out on the couches and everyone else went home..

it's kinda funny that we've gotten so comfortable with tai's parents that we can sleep over there house without him being there.. awesome

ghost n yusuke left early in the morning and later, around 10AM, me and kazuya woke up, had some coffee and then headed back to do whatever..

i came home to find my dad just wandering around doing nothing, was off to filipino mass where they made me read the petitions.. i felt so nostalgic since i used to be all in the choir n shit before.. standing up at that podium and whatever.. then afterwards, my dad and i went to verizon.

i have a new cellphone. i caved in and bought a RAZR.

they really just do look nice.. =P and i can dl music free for a month which is, in a word, cool. i'm not sure what i should name it.. i think i may just recycle my samsung's name (Nexus) since it was so short-lived.. this one only cost me 3 bucks since my former phone contract expired.. so that's cool

so.. that was my weekend and such..

it's amazing how much material things tend to make me very content.. i'm so superficial. and you know what? i don't care. toodlz.

apparently, it's too much to say "happy independence day" or "happy fourth of july" nowadays..

in the world that is very rapidly progressing toward societies connected between less and less spoken word due to the exchange of text-based messaging whether it be via blog, internet or phone, we have once again reduced THE american holiday to 3 syllables.

ah well, i'm not one to complain.. it gives me an opportunity to add the "bitches" at the end, which once again truly exemplifies the advancing colloquialisms of our proud nation.. and it just sounds better.

let's see.. so sunday i was supposed to head into the city with my mom and my cousin but i overslept =P oops.

i ended up just going to the gym and working my ass off.. i really need to get in shape.. =P but it was a good workout day, none-the-less.. i didn't feel my ass getting royally kicked by the elliptical machine..

yesterday, i dropped my car off at the shop to finally get fixed.. that means i'll be getting Tybalt back soon all new and improved!! i'm so excited =D =D =D

then i hit federici's with govan and tony for some foodage.. then off to Red Bank to see some early fireworks..

we got the hook up so we got to sit on the pier that the fireworks were actually being set off from.. could damn near touch the things, we were so close.. beautifully done too, i must say.. it was a sight to be seen, thankfully since the weather today was pretty ugly..

we headed back home and got stuck in about an hour of traffic.. i got up today and my brother and janne brought the puppy over.. govan and tony also came to the house and we ate TONS of food, played with Lexi and played some Guitar Hero.. overall, a good night for me..

now i'm sitting here watching Steamboy before i call it a night.. *sigh* i hope my car is fixed by tomorrow

off to buy pirate-esque clothing tomorrow and hopefully the material for my cosplay .. don't think Nico robin will work this year but Shiba Kuukaku is a definite..

if only i had the abs *sigh*

so i left out a few important things from the night that i went out with the 3 gay guys in DC..

first, were the awesome quotables from that night.. which include our discussion on drunk driving.. one kid that was with us, Chris, said he was actually a pretty good driver when drunk.. tho we said the whole not-dying thing would be good..then the funny guy erin that was with us said..

"yah, i think i look pretty hot when i'm not breathing."

the second one was after we were leaving the gay club and we were all stacked in the car and gorgeous dan yelled out the window at the taxi driver next to us at a stop light:

hilarious! and the most amusing part of the night was when we decided that we should form our own boyband.. and i was the "Lil' Kim" of the group since i was the only chick.. erin named us Ride and our first album would be titled All Night.. HAHA

i LOVE it. those boys are the shit.

AND i said i wanted to put out a single that just basically me yelling at people like "HONEY.. you think that hair is cute?? PLEASE. it looks like u shaved off ur boy's pubic hair and taped it to ur cranium." and such.. that'd be awesome..

anyway, the only cool things that have happened since then is that i saw Superman with my mom which was much better than i thought it would be.. i HEART Kevin Spacey..

and also, i saw Devil Wears Prada with ghost which was AWESOME. i say to anyone who has thoughts of seeing it, please do. i liked it a lot.. then me and ghost went to houlihan's for some beer and cheese fries YUM.

tonight, i went to a bar that's literally a 3 minute drive from my house.. it's call Metropolitan Cafe.. it serves gourmet food and sushi.. and i had a mohito and a glass of sangria which were both very strongg..

good times to say the least.. i went there with fierro and jordan.. and govan met with us later.. we caught up about pretty much everything..

jordan and i were having a serious convo about alcohol..

btw, govan, jordan and fierro are all girls.. we all have the glorious convenience of calling each other by our last names since A: there are too many christines B: there are too many nicoles (Fierro) and C: there are two ariels in our group of friends (Jordan / Govan)..

SO, me and jordan were having a good convo about the evolution of our drinking during college..

i suddenly realized the succession of alcohols i had during my college career goes as follows:

7) Cuervo

those are the phases of my alcoholism..

and thus, i am here feeling good off two drinks. *sigh*

with these bad movies i'm watching..

btw, i started using a "current media" section at the bottom of my entries in contrast to the usual "currently listening to".. i've noticed my serious lack of music playing in the background while blogging.. so i figured that people would find it more interesting to see what websites, movies, anime and songs could possibly be occupying my time at the same time i'm clacking my thoughts away on my keyboard..

okay, so maybe it's really not that interesting..

but it's kinda cool if i can read these entries 4 years from now and remember exactly what movies, books, music etc that i was interested in and how much the times and myself have changed since then..

just a thought.

anywayyyy.. i went to virginia this weekend for my cousin's graduation party.. i drove half the way there in the rain.

i suddenly became that annoying asian female driver that all my friends and myself abhor by stopping a good 50 feet behind the car in front of me when a patch of traffic slowed down..

let's face it, i'm paranoid nowadays. let me explain.

i was in boston a few weeks ago to visit a friend and go to her bbq.. while there we were heading out to a bar from the house in my friend's car when he ended up skidding and crashing into a car in front of us.. he bent up his hood and busted one of his headlights. basically, his car was totalled. we had to go through the whole exchange insurance and info process.. we stood out in the rain for a long while and basically our night was spent..

so one of the guys who that was with us, dave.. a guy we barely knew that we had met at the party decided to drive me, frank and my friend janina home.. so dave's bringing us home.. he takes an off-ramp and the traffic in front of us takes a quick stop.. he ends up skidding a good 20 feet into the bumper of an SUV.. extremely small amount of damage yet we still had to go through the whole exchanging of info and whatnot.. the night was even longer than before..

so basically, that night, we got into two accidents caused mainly by the rain.. had it not been raining, neither of them would have happened..

aright, so that's my rain-fearing explanation.. it'll prolly fade soon considering that my dad drove like an ass in the pouring rain and we didn't have any problems..

so i get to VA and went to the party right away.. i got bitten by a whole bunch of mosquitoes since it was in a park, it was humid so basically the bugs were out full blast..

later on that night, after eating a whole assload of food and taking two pretty long naps, i went off with my cousin david to a gay bar in DC.. yes, he's gay if you don't recall.

the bar was a cowboy bar where a bunch of guys were on the dancefloor linedancing and they also danced with each other.. some kind of cowboy dosey-doe type thing.. it was interesting to say the least.. we peaced out of there pretty quick tho..

so off to a gay club.. called Cobalt.. it was sadly just trance music but considering how many white guys were there, it seemed only appropriate.. at any rate, we danced the night away in the overly crowded place, buying drinks left and right.. i met up with about 5 other guys that night and i had the pleasure of watching them dance on each other and on myself..

let me tell you, i need to go to gay clubs more often cuz i was complimented numerous times.

the first time was some random guy that i think was interested in the boys with me, his name was Manny (pronounced monny).. he asked for a puff on my cig (awesome they can still smoke indoors in DC.. BIG PLUS) by just puckering up to me.. he ended up just talking to me and this guy erin i knew.. i think he said something like "ur so lucky cuz all my straight girlfriends don't come out here." so that was the first time..

then the second time some short asian guy grabbed my hand and he was like "i just wanted to tell you that you are SO cute! you are the cutest girl in here!" i just thanked him and ran off to erin grabbed his hand as we headed down the stairs..

then! some random shirtless asian guy that i saw sitting down with his friends before (he was wearing a shirt then) just ran up to me and grabbed my hands saying something like "my friend took my shirt and he left!! i don't know where they are".. he was really trashed but he seriously just insisted on talking to me, grabbing my hands and putting his arm around my waist and pulling me toward him.. after that, one of the guys with us, chris, was like "damn girl, ur getting more ass than any of us." LOLOL

and lastly, this GORGEOUS boy, Dan who was Erin's friend was standing with me while the other guys with us were dancing and he grabbed my hands and held them above my head and made me turn in circles in front of him.. while i was turning he was like "girl, you really got it going on.. i may be gay but i know how to appreciate a woman's body. you got it going on."

so! during a night where i had met absolutely no straight men in a club FULL of men, i had received 5 compliments from 4 total strangers.. it's a great ego boost but at the same time it's kinda sad..

the cute kid Chris drove me back to my uncle's wicked late and i passed out till i had to wake up for church -___-;; god, so boring.. anyway, i ate lunch with my grandparents and my grandma gave me a nice leather backpack with a matching wallet, purse and umbrella.. it was really sweet and she said i could use it when i start working..

they're so cute.. and so healthy for their age (91).

and then we packed up and headed back here.. i took some benadryl for the billion mosquito bites i got and then ended up passing out for the entire 5 hour trip home.. i felt bad that my dad had to drive the whole way..

anyway, nothing interest has happened since then.. i need to get back into my gym routine.. but otherwise, i'm just hanging out..

that's about it, i've switched from Blade: Trinity to Robots to some movie with lindsay lohan (my dad insisted, weirdo), then back to Robots and now my mom and i are watching Hero..

my mom doesn't understand the movie.. and she confirmed my suspicions of her misunderstand when she said during the credits "that movie was.... confusing." just like mom -_____-;;

oh! btw, kazu-pu.. my bro took those pictures.. he's really into the whole photography thing and has this insane digital camera with a lens big enough to scare an elephant.. seriously hehe. i'll tell him u said u liked his pics, he'll appreciate it coming from an artist..

*sigh* i watch too many movies =P

i can actually stand to watch shitty movies like Poison Ivy: The New Seduction which is basically just some producer's excuse to put slutty girls that are okay with flashing their boobs every 5 minutes into an hour and a half picture..

and the funny part is.. those producers were pretty damn smart about it since i'm still sitting here at 2AM watching it.

well, i'm on the market for a new laptop and i'm prolly gonna end up getting another Dell..

it's a sweet deal.. a 2000-dollar laptop 2/3's the price.. i'm looking forward to it..

as of right now, Apollo (current laptop) is failing me.. the touchpad stopped working ages ago, the 1 USB port doesn't work all the time and it overheats so much that the fans are working overtime so it sounds like it's about to take off into space (ironic that its name is Apollo)

thank god for networks so i can easily tranfer the files i need..

now if only i could get a new phone and get the hold button on my ipod fixed *sigh*

i've been busy lately.. the list of events since last thursday go as follows:

Thursday: NYC with govan. Went to Jake's Dilemma and then to Redemption. drunken fun times.
Friday: Father's Day Dinner @ my house. my bro and wife came and they brought their puppy lexi (pics to follow). my mom made steak and lobster. AWESOME.
Saturday: went out with ghost and yusuke and another couple in the city to some random bars. got trashed, chicken N Rice then crashed and yusuke's
Sunday: spent most of the day at Yusuke's, picked up my car @ metropark and drive home
Monday: i actually don't have a CLUE what i did.. oh! i went to the mall with my mom and bought my dad a late Father's Day present and some MAC make up for myself.. then we spent our time at Sam's club. I had an amazing conversation with her while we were eating lunch. i'll blog about it when i'm more conscious
Tuesday: went to the mall with toki and tai and then later Jun came.. awesome times. i haven't laughed that hard in a while.
Wednesday: the city with ghost and kazu-pu. we went to a salon for full body massages, pedicure/manicures and brazilian wax.. (yes, indeed, the three of us are now quite cleansed and slightly traumatized).. then off to dinner at an awesome Moroccan place and then to the Japanese bar GHost was telling me about Angel's Share.

Today: lunch at Portuguese restaurant with the mom, doctor's appointment and then lounging around till i went to my bro's place to customize my future laptop and to play with the puppy
