I had my blood test today in time for check-up on Monday which means I would have to stay at sis’ house on Sunday. The results are good though blood count had fallen again a bit. I usually weigh myself and learned that indeed I have grown a bit fatter. It is just about my limit for my height. In short, I’m more or less at my correct weight, which never happened after I had ktx.
Dr. Blackjack was shown again last Wednesday that I’m beginning to think that this is a series, and not a movie. The story here is about this mysterious tree and a girl patient wherein the plant is growing in her body. It was determined that the girl made a promise with the tree that she will sing for it after she got out of the snow storm. The tree had sheltered her. When she sang, the tree died and the plants that are starting to grow in her body again, died, too. Then, the tree somewhat thanked Blackjack and said that it will live on.
In Grandier, it was obvious that evil fat villain and his Shinto priest looking pilot of a mecha were no match for Rushuna. Yajirou helped a bit by destroying a cannonball [reminded me of Zoro ^^; ] and well, help retrieve Rushuna’s panty. Mikan [kid] had decided to forgo her need for revenge and got cushion on Rushuna’s breasts. ^^; Something for people to cry on eh? Mikan’s abilities are balloons. Next episode hint of more behind the scenes and as usual, I have no idea what’s going on.
I kept on forgetting to mention about Casshern which is a hyped sentai? time of show which is always advertised here. It looked really cool much like that other preview I had seen before. Was it Deathman or something? – I forgot. Anyway, it was as if in a different world. I haven’t gotten to research on it yet. Then, of course, Newtype and other never heard of anime series.
The masked riders in Masked Rider Ryuuki turned out to be a lot. ^^; I saw in the Taiwanese channel that there are four of them including Shinji and Ren [I knew their names through the local dub]. In that episode, Ren managed to get Shinji’s card back and he managed to pin down and about to stab the thief rider. In their non-mrider forms, they almost looked the same because of the spiked hair. ^^;; I think the story is aside from killing evil monsters, they are out to kill each other. Of course, Shinji detests that idea and he is the more ‘innocent’ among them. I’m not sure of Ren’s motive but it has something to do with his ah—girlfriend, I think, someone he always visits. I’m not following this much in the Taiwanese channel since I kept on forgetting to watch so I’m more or less following the local dub.

I had bought this book way before sis married called The Rape of Nanking. I bought it just because it is cheap and well, it is somewhat a history book. I didn’t read it before since I then realized what I just bought. ^^;; I’m not fond of wars and well, this is about one of the goriest mass human execution which is a bit like the Holocaust.
A few days later while reading this book, I read in the newspapers that the author had just committed suicide. -_-;; Just when she is supposedly writing a book on what happened here during the Japanese invasion. Then, now, there are reports that Japan is planning to change their constitution regarding the military and well, letting a female heir to sit on the throne. Talk about coincidence. Anyway, I haven’t finished reading the book for it is quite overwhelming to even finish at a sitting. Just imagining it can be pretty sickening and so it is much worse in real life that I’m thinking twice if I would look at the pictures focusing on the women.
Anyway, this is just before WW2 when Japan had invaded China wherein a lot of people were killed which was estimated to be more than the people killed by the atomic bomb in Japan. I wonder if this is the time when the comfort women here in the Philippines also brought out their stories about what happened to them. Also, about making Japan change their history books about what really happened in Nanking for it was never mentioned in most history books.
When I was in high school, the stories about WW2 isn’t that much. The stuff I do remember is the hardships and well, the torture – drinking lots of water then force it out and that hanging torture to the first Filipino saint. Not much about rape and other forms of torture but then, that isn’t the kind of material to be written for kids. ^^;; Anyway, just a few months, I think there was this Kamikaze pilot statue to be put in Batanes, the place where many Filipinos died during the war and was forced to march a long way. I do find it disturbing for I mean, how about thinking about the people there as to what it really signifies even though they say it is for friendship. It seemed to be a bit inappropriate as a writer said, it is like putting a statue of Hitler in Austria.
But then, many people can get away with that here since people tend to forget – move on to other scandals, scams and other juicy showbiz stories.

It turned out that the guy in Romance in Paris doesn’t know much about fish keeping. ^^;; He actually followed the girl’s advice and so his aquarium is near the window. I also noticed that even though the fish tank is small, there are lot of fishes inside..a bit crowded. I hope the fishes would survive through filming. Well, I am still irritated at the girl that I don’t think I would follow this except for some glancing at times.
Ragnarok did end the other day and is being rerun. I had missed the last part. Oh well.
I managed to read a new SB! chapter. Even if it is now translated in traditional Chinese, there are still a lot of words that I didn’t understand. ^^;; Basically, Kyoko managed to prove to the others that her version for the part is really good and different from the version before. Finally, the insecure director can make a movie different from his father whom everyone tends to think he is copying. ^-^

Well, the first ah 1/3 or 1/2 episode of Romance in Paris made me really not like the lead girl. ^^;; I haven’t seen the few minutes of the show but just the part where she accepted a job of a maid. It is just a part time maid – cook dinner and put things in order. Pretty easy than say, taking care of kids.
She is pretty nosy and well could I say, lazy. I don’t think that is the right term. You see, aside from supposedly doing her work, she takes a bath and watches movies at the guy’s house. She kept on re-arranging stuff and telling the guy about this and that like his curtains should be lace ^^;; Anyway, she is making the house a bit more feminine in a sense and well, it somewhat irked me when she suggested about putting the aquarium near the window so that the fish would have some sunlight. That is a no-no unless you want your aquarium to have lots of algae and look greenish. There is also draft from the window and can drastically change the temperature which could stress out the fishes. I read that in a book. Of course, it won’t be a surprise if she got fired and she did got fired just when she was booted out of her apartment for not paying rent. In short, I couldn’t sympathize with her.
Hehehe...I like some of the quotes in the said book below so I would be using it for some time.

Ah..I was out last night and all day long today. After blogging last night, niece called and asked if we would want to go to Star City [a half-air conditioned and half-open air carnival] The kids, the maid and sis rode 3 rides until about midnight. It was only 3 because the lines are already long and it was pretty late already. As usual, my brother sucks at those booths that can win stuff toys. Anyway, the most funny part was when nephew had to ride a kiddie bumper car all by himself. He doesn’t know how to do it that he kept circling round and round. LoL. Today, sis’ in-laws treat me to eat then I accompany them in buying groceries. So, I’m pretty tired.
I managed to watch KnGB yesterday and it is a bit about the evil ‘twin’ of Gash who erased his memory so he couldn’t remember his memories while in ‘demon land’. The twin has a deep-seated hatred for Gash. While OP is now at Skypiea arc wherein Luffy just got the stolen gold back and a bit of pirates and marine goings-on.
My mother is currently watching Sweet 18, a Korean drama lend to us by my cousin. The story is about this 18-year old girl who was arranged to be married to this prosecutor. At first, she protested until she fallen for the guy and she managed to woo him to somewhat get him to marry her. So now, they are still trying to get along with each other. This is a comedy for the girl is really childish and stuff. Well, even the guy at times. The antagonists are the ex-girlfriend of the guy who dumped him and wanted him back now and the guy’s sister who doesn’t like the girl that she kept on making plans but they all backfired on her.

FMA was scanlated early today than the last one. The first part is about how Maria escaped. It was already somewhat hinted why they wanted Roy. He can make burnt corpses, which is a bit like human transmutation. Then, Maria had to go to Xing where she would hide. The middle part is about Edward exploring the ruins and met some Ishvarites who wanted to use him as hostage but an old lady helped him out. Edward learned that they were helped by Winry’s parents and that they were killed by some Ishvarite whose face was bandaged and had a tattoo on the right arm. The only one who I can think of as to have that description is Scar. The last part was Edward visiting the Rockbell’s graves as requested by the Ishvarites and he saw his father at his mother’s grave.
That cliffhanger is not as bad as the one in OP which ended with a great twist. It was really good that I was caught off guard even though as usual some people in a forum already hinted that one of them could be the bad guys. I’m still searching through as to how they came up with that idea since I didn’t see it. This is based on the translation for I haven’t seen the scanlation except for the final two pages.
Skull and Bull masked duo are angry that it was a fake and tried to killed off Paulie for knowing too much and Luffy came in just in time. The masked duo decided to pin Paulie and Luffy down for their plan had gone awry and they would re-group. The masked whip user finished Lulu then went back to Iceberg’s room. They tried to get Iceberg to reveal where the blueprints are but he still refused. They finally revealed who they were. It was a shocker. It turned out that Califa, Iceberg’s secretary is the whip user. I was wondering where she is during that time and many said she is the pretty obvious though I’m not sure why yet. ^^; Then, the bar tender where Frankie hangs out turned out to be the bear masked guy. He was the only who got Robin to follow him and that is how they disappeared when Sanji chased Robin when he first saw her and the masked guy. The skull and bull masked duo turned out to be Kaku and Lucci respectively! Lucci seemed to be the boss of the CP9 group and he is no longer using his pigeon to talk. He told Iceberg to tell them already or else, another person will die.
With this revelation, it had me thinking, did Kaku lied about the true condition of Going Merry? If yes, then, good for Usopp to have stand up for Going Merry but I somewhat doubt that they would group together again for Luffy was swayed by some ‘shipwrights’. I was also thinking that Aokiji had gone first to Water City and he could have told the government agency there that Robin was with the Straw Hat Pirates. That could be the reason why CP9, a secret government group, hatched out this plan in finally forcing Iceberg to reveal the blueprints and frame the Straw Hat pirates. Sanji is still the ‘wild card’ that they have and who knows what he is planning. Unfortunately, there will be no OP issue next week for Oda is on a break or research.
Edit: Hehehe, forgot again. ^^;;

First of all, I would re-correct what I said about Lovers in Paris. ^^; The plot was all wrong. Hehehe The story is this girl who went to Paris and suddenly, found herself penniless. She saw this guy who asked him to be his girlfriend and she is also his part-time maid, I think. The guy is a workaholic and needed someone to be his escort in parties. The other guy is actually the guy’s nephew and he is the rugged fix-it guy in the house. The two are after her and she is pretty confused who will she end up with. Some scenes shown are pretty nice with Paris as background.
I forgot to mention about Grandier and also, a word of the day in the last entry. ^^;; Hehehe Well, Grandier is starting to bore me. They went to this brothel with this lady with chains and a kid. The kid tried to steal Rushuna’s gun while the lady tried to fight with her because she is wanted. As usual, Yajirou is not helping for he knew that Rushuna can handle it as he pig out. Then, some goons appear and are harassing the peach brothel. The continuation is on the next episode. I’ll just re-edit the entry yesterday and put a quote. Hehehe
WHR local dub/translation is starting to irritate me that I’m really preferring to watch Magic Mi Lo Mi Lo than WHR. ^^;; I noticed it at the second episode and yesterday’s episode. They tend to be quite redundant with a topic like pointing out a tattoo or the glasses that Robin got. I don’t know if it is just me or what. Then, there is the pronunciation of witch that sometimes comes off as ‘wetch’. ^^;; They tend to eat their words or their accent started to come out or what. I was thinking that maybe they are speaking fast so that the mouths will be at the same time as they spoke. It is not good when I’m getting all worked up over the dub when I should be concentrating on the plot – as in not really bothered/irritated by the dub. Anyway, I will just see if the plot gets better after the eighth episode that I would not mind the dub too much.
It turned out that Ragnarok isn’t finish. I’m guessing it only has a few more episodes since they had already killed a character. It was a bad death for I find it senseless. She fought her master and was actually losing then bad guy killed master. She tried to still save him and they both died. I was thinking that her master was already a lost cause – crazy, demented so why bother trying to save him. Why didn’t she just use her life to help the others instead of sacrificing it for an unworthy cause? Anyway, let’s just see if this isn’t her official death and might have a more proper one in the rest of the episodes. I’m hoping that she is still alive than to have a death like that. I would like to special mention the dubber of the master. He was pretty good as the crazy demented master and that laugh. ^-^
The game show which I thought will be at night was actually in the morning. I wondered what happened to their noontime show. Could it have been moved to another time? I’m guessing that it is RK that they removed to make space for their timeslot so the Korean drama will be the replacement of that mermaid drama flick at night. Now I’m wondering what would replace Ragnarok when it finishes.
I just came home from fish shopping though I didn’t get to buy anything. I went with my brother and my nephew. I only learned now that plants have to be in cold water. ^^;;; Geez, no wonder those plants are dying. Anyway, there are some pretty neat fish exhibition line-up by the end of the month. My brother suggested that I go to some of the seminars so that I know how to take care the fishes better.

I had been sleepy lately so my brain isn’t functioning quite well. ^^; Ragnarok will end today and will be replaced by that sentai show I had watched before in the Taiwanese channel. It turned out to be Masked Rider Ryuuki. The last time I saw it, there are already three of them. The third one is a lawyer and he is in for it to have immortality.
I’m following Ragnarok a bit lately and I guess it didn’t matter if I wasn’t able to watch a lot of its past episodes. ^^; The knight is a bit wishy-washy that the girl [priestess] got kidnapped by possessed? brother. The young girl [alchemist?] kept on losing her friends who are half-monsters. The assassin seemed to be dying of poison and is somewhat dependent of the hunter who had a provincial accent that I don’t know if I’ll be amused or irritated. I’m guessing that in the Jap dub, she has Osaka accent. Lastly, the sorceress is going to fight her demented mentor.
I wasn’t able to follow WHR quite closely as I’m flipping to Magic Mi Lo Mi Lo. I think they got Robin glasses. Ah, was her bad eyesight the cause of misfiring her flames? Anyway, in yesterday’s episode, she managed to hit the enemy instead of firing other things. In Magic Mi Lo, the bad 5 ninja had created a robot Mi Lo too powerful for them to control that even Mi Lo, himself couldn’t defeat him. Mi Lo got framed and was captured by the royal guards.
The local channel seemed to be re-aligning its shows again that it will show this Korean drama at night, if I heard it right. I had seen pictures of this from the net, I think the title is Lovers in Paris. I don’t recall this channel showing Korean dramas at night so I couldn’t guess where they would put their other programs. The plot is somewhat like this guy saw this girl and thought that it was his past wife’s ghost and had fallen for her. Something like that.
In SH:C, I’m roaming around to finish some side quests before defeating the main enemy of disc one. I even stumbled on a little clip of Karin actually liking Yuri but then, Yuri had loved someone else. I’m not sure if Nicolai really likes Karin for I’m assuming that it is just in Karin’s mind or did he really appear into her dream? I got a minor spoiler about the ending while browsing the walkthrough. Argh. Anyway, I try not to think about it.

The drawing the other day didn’t came out as I thought it would be. Sigh, it usually happens if I tend to over-plan a certain subject and to my dismay, I realized that I couldn’t draw it. ^^; Drawing skill is still not good. I’m still thinking how to improve the drawing. Of course, it goes vice-versa, something that was casually drawn can tend to come out better than I expected. It tends to make me wonder if I really drew it. ^^;
I read the plot of SH and the other pre-sequel to it. It really reminds me of FMA. The constant theme is bring back one’s loved one from the dead, and it doesn’t usually comes out fine. Then, there is that one who wanted to rule the world so had to be stopped. SH tend to be in Asia as in China while SH:C is in Europe. There are two endings and SH:C is the continuation of the sad ending. Yuri’s lover made a pact with some demon, I think, to save him. There are some really nice SH mini stories which is about the different ghosts and monsters throughout the story.
There is the woman who was discarded by her fiancé and she somewhat became insane, died with a wedding gown on. A child who thought her mother had abandoned her. A doll that was lonely. Then, this somewhat Little Mermaid inspired story about a girl who wanted to bring back her father alive and a sea monster agreed but it was with an exchange. Their voices got exchanged so she got her father’s voice and he got her voice. Then, one day, there was a theater troupe passing by and she had fallen for a guy there but she cannot talk to him with her manly voice. The sea monster said that she has to kill her father. She couldn’t do it. One day, her father disappeared and the troupe had left. It was only after some time when the father was found but he turned into a zombie. They committed suicide together and she became a monster – still had the manly voice. Only after when they fought with her, she managed to move on to the other life.

WHR [Witch Hunter Robin] is okay, I guess. Robin has just been recruited to some group, which hunts bad witches. Based on the two episodes, Robin isn’t quite helpful really. I’m not sure if she doesn’t know how to use her powers or something. The fires don’t seem to be directed at the person but on things. ^^; So, there was some meaningless destruction like a bench in the church. The art is okay though at the first episode, the characters don’t seem to blend with the background, as if something is off.
The dub is bearable and the lead guy’s va just had me thinking whose voice it sounded the same and I knew, it was Vic’s va in Meteor Garden. I forgot the character’s name in MG. ^^;; It is showing at the same time as Magic Mi Lo Mi Lo so I’m changing channels at times when the commercials are on. I don’t think I’ll miss much for now.
Sh:C still manages to amuse me especially with Yuri with his comments and stuff, well, also Karin. I had been making these two characters the most powerful of the group. I was right in that decision since where I’m at now, the two are the only characters being played. Good thing Karin doesn’t go to the usual girl mode of being weak and usually the healer type of character. ^-^ The story is they are now looking for ways to defeat Rasputin [the villain in the story] and Anastasia get to join the party. They are really mixing fact and fiction here. Anastasia here is a cute but not so innocent girl here and she reminds me of Maria in SB!
Thought of the day:
You’re not ready to live until you are ready to die ~ from the Daily Bread.
 Monday, November 8, 2004 @ 11:00 a.m.
We went to duty-free mall yesterday and on the way there, the road that bro-in-law used to pass by was blocked so we were forced to go to this somewhat like a highway going to Cavite [a province]. Bro-in-law was grumbling as he said that this is the piece of road, which was stupidly sold by the government to Malaysia during Ramos’ time. For a few short km, you have to pay P12 one way trip. Everyone was forced to pay because the said road is the middle part of a highway. He mentioned that if you look on the ground, you would see a lot of pieces of paper. It was because the people are angry about it and they always crumble the receipt and throw it out so that ‘they’ would have to clean it up. ^^;; Somewhat like a silent protest, I guess.
I was thinking that maybe the road was block so that those who don’t know that the road was blocked would have to pay a pricey punishment for that mistake – take the expensive U-turn. Well, I get to see some nice fish pens on the sea. Nice to take a photograph but then, I’m in a car so no can do.
At the shop, sis was buying a pair of shoes. She asked me to test it since I had socks on. We are of –more or less – the same size. She asked me to stand up, after testing and I did. I saw this somewhat cute guy drawing anime – it was either Goku or Vegita powering up. ^^; The guy must have noticed that he quickly covered his drawing and we saw three more anime drawing in pencil of characters in YYH. He was pretty good. Hehehe...envy usually gets me doing something that I like again. ^^;; I should already draw it this week already but SH:C has been haunting me – play me! Play me! It cried.
On the way to a restaurant, we saw some nice fireworks on top of a building, most probably from a hotel. I was thinking it could be for a wedding for the fireworks are expensive ones. Bro-in-law said that it is about P700+ per explosion.
Well, the Kindaichi show last week turned out to be a movie of some sort since it is no longer showed last night and it is a Chinese dubbed My Best Friend’s Wedding. And since I went out, I didn’t get to watch KnGB.
Starting today’s entry, I would put a ‘thought/quote/word-and the like for the day’. I was planning to do it next year but what the heck, I can do it today. So for today, it is from Cheng-Yen, I think it is from Ta Ai – a Buddhist monk who is into good works. I had a small packet of quotes from there.
”Many drops of water make a river, many grains of rice make a large basket; do no underestimate your own potential, and do not think of any good deed as too small to do.” ~ Master Shih Cheng-Yen

Hehehe...Shadow Hearts:Covenant can be quite addictive. The characters are interesting enough though some are bordering to being loony. ^^;; It is somewhat fun going around Europe. The characters’ comments can be quite silly to cool. I like Yuri even though he is a bit of a playboy. I was thinking that Nicholai would join them – he looked bsho in some ways. Anyway, this isn’t an entirely serious game and I’m still getting bits and pieces of what had happened in the first game, which ended tragically. Yuri’s outfit was different.
I tend to be a bit bothered with their poses which seemed a bit unusual and the pauses in between dialogues. It is like in Meteor Garden acting. As if one character forgot his/her lines then remembered but the pauses can be a tad irritating for me.
The plot is this girl, I forgot her name, was going to this church to look for a demon and she went with Nicolai, from Vatican. It turned out that he had another agenda and stabbed Yuri [the demon] with a holy mistletoe. It damaged Yuri and could have killed him. So, they ended up teaming [Yuri and the girl], a puppet guy [Gepetto –wrong spelling, just the guy who made Pinocchio] and a wolf. Then, they were later on joined by a vampire gay? wrestler and then a dancing fortune teller. They are out to get that mistletoe out of Yuri and to destroy the society behind that plot.
A local channel will be showing Witch Hunter Robin. I have heard raves about this one before so I researched about it. It does seem interesting though it was mentioned that the first 8 episodes are pretty slow and only after that, the pace of the story picks up. The only thing that could prevent me from watching this is if I couldn’t stand the dub. I guess I’m being picky but then, it is hard to concentrate on the story if I hear voices that irritate me. It would be even better if there were subtitles so I can just mute the television.
 Saturday, November 6, 2004 @ 01:22 p.m.
As usual OP [chi version] got scanlated early but then, the server is way too slow that I gave up even on GB – I’ll buy the manga anyway. Good thing that the translation is already out. Bear mascot managed to easily defeat Titleston. OP gang are still running around. Iceberg had told that Robin is quite dangerous because she is the only one who could read polygraphs. That is the reason why her bounty is high. It also turned out that the agency she is in is actually from the government. The blueprints that they are after are actually a part of the dangerous weapons, which they, the shipwrights, tried to kept a secret, so that there will be no one in the world who would be a ‘super power’. It turned out that Iceberg is no fool for he also had laid a trap for them. Meanwhile, Paulie was fighting hard against the two. He didn’t follow orders to run away and just toss the blueprints – the fake blueprints, that is.
OP is hinting again about there is more to this story than what it seems. Government conspiracy and who is good and evil is getting pretty much blurred. I was kind of thinking that this arc would show more on Robin’s past and aside from that, getting a new member.
DN is somewhat boring lately. I somewhat miss the old Raito/Light who had the death note. The focus had moved elsewhere for the new Kira. I let go of reading translations aside from the fact that it is not translated up to date lately. ^^; I’m just reading the scanlations as they come out.
 Friday, November 5, 2004 @ 02:39 p.m.
While surfing, I found this somewhat interesting manga so I checked it out. The title is Basilisk:Tales of the Kouga Ninja which is based from a novel. The art is like Kamikaze with superhuman people and well, some ugly stuff + for adults only scenes. The backgrounds aren’t that detailed and I think the first part had photocopied backgrounds. ^^; The plot is a bit like Romeo and Juliet during war times, which reminded me of Windaria. With so much names and characters appearing all of a sudden, I couldn’t keep up and I do wonder if it is important since in the first 3 chapters, there are a lot of dead people already that it is somewhat not important to remember their names. ^^; Anyway, I don’t think I will continue this series.
I noticed that there is a new SB! chapter even though the site owner didn’t put a ‘new’ sign on it. Anyway, this is a so-so part that suddenly made me terribly miss genki Kyoko. ^^; It started with Yashiro, Ren’s manager, looking very tired as he told the others that Kyoko went out and that he couldn’t catch up with her. The actress who played her part before started to bad mouth Kyoko again that Kyoko ran away. Ren assures them that Kyoko will return and that they should continue with the shooting.
Outside, Kyoko had decided to do something but went out since she knew that most of the staff would not like it. She is standing in front of a shop, fretting if she should do it or not when some gangster looking people shove her away. It unleashed her ‘role’ in the drama and she intimidated them. Hehehe Back at the school where they are shooting, some girls are gossiping about Kyoko if she ran away and wanting to be Ren’s lover when Kyoko came back.
Ren and others are going to shoot another scene and when Ren went out of the classroom, he noticed Kyoko sitting on a chair, reading with her long wig hair cut to show off her prosthetic scar at the forehead. Everyone then looked at what Ren was staring at and, they all noticed Kyoko. Ren said that it wasn’t the wig but her real hair, she dyed it back to black and comb it with bangs. The older actress then started complaining why she did that for the part has to have long hair for she wanted to cover the scar. Kyoko remained silent and kept on reading.
Ren bends down and was about to touch Kyoko’s face to ask her what is wrong when Kyoko looked at him ‘evilly’ and stopped him by using her book then pushing away his hand. They were shocked as the older actress started to tell her that Ren was really worried about her and stuff. Ren then stood up as he said that this must be how Kyoko decided to do the role as he told the older actress who couldn’t believe that Kyoko had already ‘know’ how to do the role. The director was pretty much impressed and shock. I didn’t quite get the thing about the ‘wind’.
So, instead of making the role as the one being ashamed over her scar, Kyoko decided to use the scar to intimidate people. By the way, the story is about this girl who was always being compared to her older sister that one day, she had an accident that caused the scar. In truth, it was her sister who pushed her because she is envious that she is better than her in playing the violin. [Gomen, I don’t know the romanji names] She became resentful and ‘dark’ and then came to hate her sister’s fiancé [played by Ren] and a cousin who is living with them who is the opposite of her personality, who took her problems with a smiling face instead of being resentful. Well, that is how I more or less understood the plot was.
In Grandier, the two were trying to entertain some people to earn some money but failed. They were given food by a young girl. Then, they learned that the people are harassed by this big nosed bald guy and the two taught him a lesson. The two talked about some stuff that I don’t know if it is important to the story. Anyway, the bald guy tried to attack them again but as usual, he was defeated. He showed Rushuna a wanted poster of her that shocked Rushuna. Then,they went on walking. Next episode would have, I think, the two new characters from the opening. They are bounty hunters, I guess, after Rushuna.

I finally finished WA3. As usual, the last boss turned out to be easier than the not-final/last boss. I just had my strongest character had this item to increase his gun power and I finished the many rounds of the last boss which was morphing in an hour. I actually did this twice since last night, the cd hanged at the credits. Well, in most games, they put something extra after the credits so that you’ll watch the credits. It wasn’t all that good. The four ended up being wanted for the ‘killing’ of a certain leader, which they didn’t do though a flower was seen growing near the wall, which means that their planet will be like what it was before.
I was thinking that maybe I played too long so it caused the hang. I guess I better limit playing and do something else. Next game to play is Shadow Hearts:Covenant.
I managed to watch Magic Mi Lo (2x) to see what’s happening. They are still fighting with the 5 ninja baddies and blackmailed Mi Lo into following their orders but it turned out that the blackmail wasn’t really blackmail so all of them are all worked up for nothing. This is also the second season because it has a new opening.

The kids had left with sis and her hubby. *sigh of relief* Being alone with them for a few hours can be quite hard on me especially if those two started fighting over something. Well, I started them with some watercolor painting then watching tv. I tried to make nephew watch OP since he likes pirates but I ended up switching it since I couldn’t stand the dub. ^^;;
Sis came, later on, so she helped handling the two by getting the other one’s attention. I tried playing monopoly with my nephew but we ended up playing pirates-treasure hunting. I really wonder what he watched to like pirates.
Speaking of OP, if ever one of the shipwrights are going to be with Luffy’s group. I’m guessing that it will be Paulie since he is the only one among them to have a specific weapon – rope trick. The others just use ordinary carpenter tools. He might join them since his debtors are after him. That is my theory.
While flipping channels yesterday, I found out that Magic Mi Lo Mi Lo have not ended yet but instead move to an earlier time slot.
 Tuesday, November 2, 2004 @ 04:07 p.m.
I went out with bro and sis-in-law who were pretty much in a good mood yesterday. We stopped over this huge townhouse to check on it for they are looking for a new place to stay. It didn’t seem to be a townhouse for the rooms are really huge. It seemed like a subdivision. Judging from the place, it would seem pretty expensive just from the size of it. Then, we picked up their kids at sis’ house. Their maid is on vacation.
After a stopover at their house, we ended up at a mall for we were suppose to look at pet shops but it was already late and would most probably be closed already. Sis-in-law bought me a pair of rubber shoes which bro picked up from a sale. I felt that it isn’t ‘bouncy’ enough as bro asked if I’m related to Tigger. ^^;; It was only today when I realized that I’m trying to be like Hanamichi bouncing around with his new shoes. Hehehe
Later, the kids and sis with her husband would be here. The kids got permission to stay at our house since their maid hasn’t returned yet and well, sis is with them. I couldn’t handle the two of them much less just one. ^^;;
 Monday, November 1, 2004 @ 01:31 p.m.
Yesterday, we went to walk around the malls. It was another I-should-have-brought-my-camera-kind of day. ^^; I totally forgot that it was still Halloween and lots of people tend to get all dressed up. We were with the kids and they wanted to get their pictures taken with the ones with costumes. We only got a phone camera, which doesn’t have a flash so it was pretty dark.
Well, the time they wanted to have their pictures taken was when we ate at Friday’s. The waiters/waitresses are all dressed up. I can somehow sense my nephew’s ‘playboy-ness’ since he wanted to have a picture taken with an Egyptian girl – not the boy, he insisted. ^^;; My niece wanted to have a picture taken with the pink devil but I think she refused so she picked the earth girl with plastic flowers. That waitress was so shocked as to why my niece picked her as she exclaimed, “Why me? Why did you pick me?!” ^^;; I do find it kind of weird to see Nightcrawler [X-men] serving food.
I went to the bookstore and it turned out that I ended up as the one who didn’t bought anything there. ^^; We went to the newly renovated mall, which was a great improvement from before. I dragged mom around and saw some paintings sold there. I felt pathetic that to appreciate art, I’m going to a mall instead of museum or something. Anyway, some of the pieces there are nice though I don’t know the title and for some abstract, I couldn’t figure out what it was.
Just this morning, I read on Ayala Museum [newly renovated] and planning to go there but then, what can be seen there anyway. I find it a bit weird that when interviewed, the woman said that it is P350 for adult but for local residents, it is P150. I mean it was a local newspaper, did she meant the P350 for foreigners or did she meant local residents as the ones in that area – Makati where the museum is. *shrug* I wonder if it is open on Sundays, maybe I can go there with Asher some time.
I didn’t get to watch KnGB because somehow at the back of my mind, I was thinking that the channel would rerun it afterwards just like HxH, Yugioh, etc. Well, I’m still hoping that when our cable had merged with this other cable, we would still have most if not all of the channels from our present cable especially wowow and the other Chinese channels. The ad did say the cable that our present cable will merge with will have more channels – hopefully, that meant not removing the channels from the present cable and just adding what the other channels had that the present cable doesn’t have. Anyway, it is useless fretting over these things.
It is horror fest in the local channels last night. One channel is showing The Grudge [the Jap version]. I was planning to watch some of it to understand the stuff which I wasn’t able to know before but I kept on ending up with the horror stuff that I kept switching channels. The other rival channel is also showing a horror movie but I haven’t watched it before and I didn’t see the title. It is some kid removing the picture of the mother then replacing it with another. Then, she is now carrying a huge kitchen knife. I think this is that Korean horror flick with an ad of a father on the table –dead. I really forgot the name.
While flipping back and forth from other channels, hoping to find something to watch, I saw this detective drama show – Jap dub and simplified Chinese sub – argh, simplified. They were trying to solve a murder but something is peculiar here, it isn’t the normal type of detective story for there are lots of suspects as an older guy is trying to guess who was the culprit. Heh, I even heard the word ‘ho-ney’ which is murder/murderer in Jap. Then, after flipping away and back, a girl called this kid, Hajime. Then, I flip away again then I thought, Hajime, did she meant Kindaichi?
I went back and watch some more and it was a punk-like kid who was watching a tape then analyzing it then realized who the culprit is then at the train, he was blabbing about his deductions. Yup, it is indeed Kindaichi [surname of Hajime]. ^^;; He looked nowhere like this anime couterpart. Since I’m already well-versed on how his cases work, it is easy to deduct what is happening. Several magicians are ending up dead one at a time and one of surviving people is the culprit. It was actually a young apprentice. It is because of revenge. A woman magician had thought him how to use magic and told him that if he is 20 years old, she will give him all the secrets of her trade.
He later learned that she was his mother. Unfortunately, before the time they met, the mother died in an ‘accident’. On his 20th birthday, he got her notebook of tricks. To his disappointment, her counterparts had also a copy of the notebook that they could have stolen from her or as one guy said, she had given it to them. The guy, hence, tried to kill each one who benefited from his mother’s magic secrets. He asked for the other notebook from the last magician who had used his mother’s tricks. He willingly gave it to him. The guy quickly glanced at the other notebook. As he was handcuffed away, Hajime asked if this is really what his mother’s wish. The guy just smiled and went with the police.
Later on, carrying the two notebooks, Hajime, his ‘girlfriend’ and the older cop whom he always bumped into, watching the magician’s trick using the murderer’s mother’s notes. It was being locked inside a burning locked cased in like a huge rock. The magician ended up being cooked to a crisp. It turned out that the notebook which the magician had lack a vital clue which was to lower the heat of the fire to give the magician ample time to escape. Hajime confronted the murderer about it and the murderer said that it just answers his question, yes, his mother wanted revenge for she herself didn’t put that detail in the other notebook. Hajime shouted at him for doing stuff like that as the murderer said that he is being childish. Hajime shouted back that he is childish because he is still a kid and so is he. Then, Hajime is in a bad mood but cheered up by his ‘girlfriend’ – forgot her name. ^^;
It ends there and I don’t know if this is some sort of movie special or a drama series. It does have this feel of being unbelievable regarding how the murder and ‘tricks’ were done. Anyway, it was okay though the lead as Kindaichi Hajime really needs getting use to. ^^; I had gotten used to the goofy-looking Hajime. Hehehe I like the scene wherein a black train travels through the surround snow-covered landscape. It was really beautiful. ^-^ The place where the other murder took place also looked nice – somewhat like European styled hotel/building. Nice.

Hehehe...I’m itching to know what happened in OP that I ended up browsing the Chinese scanlations. ^^; The server was really slow so I hope that my patience would be longer in order to save net time. ^^;;
Anyway, Robin was with Teddy bear guy who managed to escape from the people by some sort of disappearing act. The boss? was able to defeat more of the people with his rose whip. Hehehe..reminded me of Kurama – YYH. Then, Paulie asked who the two – Bull mask and skeleton mask – guys and they said they were assassins CP no. 9. Paulie tried to threaten them about the other shipwrights outside but it turned out they were all defeated as the two told Paulie to give ‘it’ to them.
Teddy bear is able to ‘teleport’ into Iceberg’s room by cutting through the walls. Poor Iceberg..he got shot again by Teddy bear as they wait for the other two to get ‘it’ Iceberg regret blaming his assassination attempt to the Straw Hat Pirates for he realized that it was the CP9. They talked some more about it. Then, Teddy bear went outside to get rid of the two shipwrights outside the door. Robin was to guard Iceberg.
Meanwhile, Nami, Zoro and Chopper are talking about Luffy not listening to what they told him about barging inside the house. They thought that Luffy had already beaten up the group of people in front of the house and to their shock, Luffy wasn’t there. Hehehe, that was really funny for it turned out that Luffy did follow their advice and they didn’t. LoL Anyway, Luffy was actually trying to squeeze between two buildings to get inside. Then, came back as the others tried to tell him to go back to Iceberg’s room. Titleston found Kaku and Rob bleeding and unconscious as Teddy Bear guy was sitting outside talking with someone. Oh, I can’t wait for the next chapter.
 Saturday, October 30, 2004 @ 01:41 p.m.
So, Magic Mi Lo Mi Lo had finally ended and it ended just like any of its other episodes. It is like watching a Loony Tunes show of the Cayote and the Roadrunner. ^^; I can’t tell if it had really ended or the ratings is so low that the channel got rid of it already.
I’m at the last chapter of WA3. Yehey! I’m somewhat itching to finish this so that I would play Shadow Hearts:Covenant. Hehehe They now defeat those people plus demon who wanted to make their planet into another thing – everyone into demons but in the process, kill everyone living there. It is now this dream-demon that they are after. Somehow, the plot is like FF5. The FF game that I never finished because I was pretty bored with it and the characters aren’t that interesting.
I watched GB locally dub and it made me terribly miss Ginji’s Jap voice which was really cute. I even miss OP Jap dub when I’m watching local [rare since I can’t stand it] and Chinese [a bit better] dub. Oh well, at least, I get to hear Zoro’s voice in Grandier. There will be a Jap drama cd for the other arcs of GB which wasn’t animated. That is good for those who could understand Japanese. I think a drama cd practically just reads the dialogues in the manga. I’m a bit intrigued with SB!’s drama cd wherein Kyoko was supposedly more scary than in the manga. Hehehe
I have been re-reading SB! lately in the hope to get to read something that I had missed. I had been formulating lots of theories of what will happen and stuff. Hehehe I hope the next chapter would be a good one. ^-^
 Friday, October 29, 2004 @ 11:29 a.m.
I got to download OP and I forgot to mention about Frankie and his goons going after Usopp since they couldn’t find Luffy. They plan to use Usopp as bait. Also, Robin’s gang is composed of 5 members. They are all in costumes and masks as if it was a masquerade party. Hehehe Another week wait to know what happened next.
Magic Mi Lo Mi Lo is finally ending today with not much plot direction. It is just some random magic adventures. Mi Lo’s rival, Xiao Sin Chi [that’s how I heard it] ended up helping Mi Lo and the others escape from the five black ninjas. I like their music better than the good guys. Hehehe The replacement is another HxH rerun. I think I have seen this anime rerun for the nth time.
As I watched the third episode of Grandier, I’m really beginning to understand why this is late at night. ^^; Rushuna fought with the teen armored thing. Okay, I was mistaken for I thought it was a kid but it was actually a teen. Mm..he did look short in the last episode. Anyway, masked guy told Rushuna that the teen was angry over his father?’s death that he wanted to use this gun. The gun then covered his body and thus, became a huge armor over time. The teen then fought Rushuna again as Rushuna was thinking of herself before.
I’m a bit confused for Rushuna was in this cherry blossom filled garden in Chinese goddess type outfit with another woman talking. So, she is from another world? Anyway, the title is about a demon gate so I think that is what they were talking about also with the masked guy. In the end, Rushuna used this multiple bullet technique wherein the bullets will overlap each other to push into the armor thus, breaking it. That was the only time Yajirou came. He was not helpful in this episode.
Then, the angst teen still wanted to fight and wanted to kill Rushuna as Rushuna tried to pacify him and saying the villagers care for him. So, to shut the guy up and calm him down, she shoves his face into her breasts. I was laughing here...ya, that’s the way. It really seemed awkward with Yajirou looking and then this teen girl who likes the teen came to see that scene. They didn’t react as if it is nothing out of the ordinary. The teen has, more or less, come to his senses as the duo left to go to another village. Somewhere else, in the goddess land, the older goddess who probably sent Rushuna to the mission met with someone at the dark. They seemed to be in some sort of conspiracy.
In this season’s anime, I’m a bit interested in Tsukuyomi~Moon Phase which is about a cute vampire trying to get this guy – somewhat like Chobits but then, the girl is much interesting than Chii – ah, was her name Chii? ^^;; . Hehehe School Rumble seems to be pretty funny and does remind me a bit of Azumanga. I’m basing this on anime blogs.

I spent the night playing WA3. I’m just finishing some side quests then go to the ‘climax’ of the game. My weakest character had sudden became the strongest. ^^; Anyway, it was already pass 9pm when I remember that there is this Black Jack anime movie. I only watched the ending part as I’m conflicted if I should watch something that I haven’t started. The story is about a teen that asked his help to save her friend who was in a comatose. The teen seemed to like him. Anyway, after the successful operation, it turned out that the other doctor was somewhat responsible for the ‘illness’.
After finding the teen in a crazed state, Black Jack learned that she with three of her friends went hiking and found this place with lots of exotic cactus. When they were pricked, they were all in such a ‘high’ and took some home. Later on, two of her friends had either committed suicide or died tragically. The teen with her friend fell from the bridge and she miraculously was saved. BJ confronted the doctor just when some goons came.
They drugged the two doctors as they set ablaze the exotic cacti and put in a dynamite to destroy the evidence. BJ [shortcut hehehe] managed to get up and stab himself repeatedly on the thigh to ‘wake’ himself up from the effects of the drug. He dragged the other doctor outside and they were saved. At the airport, the teen bids him goodbye and asked if they will meet again. I think he said that he never meets people thrice in a lifetime but gave her a kiss on the forehead. It ended there. Then, there is a ending of various women who I haven’t seen in the movie but there are no credits. I left me thinking if this is a movie or a tv series. ^^; Anyway, the art [old school type of art especially the women] and colors is nice.
 Wednesday, October 27, 2004 @ 04:07 p.m.
My mother, sis and I went to the cemetery late afternoon to pay respects to my grandparents [mother’side]. Actually, it is for me since I will not be going with them on November 1, which is All Saint’s Day because of the crowd. It was about past 5 when we got there since sis was late in picking us up. And, I was joking the other day about going there at night – for my mom see her mother. Hehehe
We lit some candles and incense then mom left some things there so that she won’t carry much on Monday though she forgot the huge candles. Cars aren’t allowed inside on that day because of the crowd and lately, possible terrorist attacks. It was pretty dark when we left and I was a bit surprised that it turned out that my mom is more afraid of being there at night than me. ^^; While they were picking the keys that can be used, I looked at the moon and this bird, which isn’t usually seen here crowing. I cannot identify it for it is only the shadow I can see – it is a bit dark.
I got sis to stop by at the gift shop where I asked a whole set of Basara manga and a couple of TCP manga to be sold but they couldn’t sell it and asked me to get them already. It is such an expensive lesson about researching something really carefully if it is good to buy or not. Argh. The TCP manga are extra copies, which mom mistakenly bought two but it is a good thing the other two were sold.
It was a bit boring episode in KnGB. I’m thinking it is vacation time that Takamine went to London with Gash to meet with his father and they bumped into Folgore’s ‘kid’ who asked them to help him find Folgore. They went into a wild goose chase and even met with Megumi and Tio, and also Mizuno who was suppose to be in Hong Kong but she got lost. ^^;; Takamine was angry for he thought that Folgore was out chasing girls but it turned out he bought some Folgore’s toys to entertain some hospitalized kids. Takamine changed his opinion about Folgore and told him to stay alive during the battles. On their way out walking, a kid stole Takamine’s luggage and they gave chase. It ended there.
Yugioh is still at its filler arc – going around the desert to fight some punk teens who steal souls for a certain character which seemed to be like Maximillian. OP is already at the Sky Island arc wherein they met the ancestor of Norland. The next episode would be fun as they try to find the South Bird. Hehehe In the manga, Robin’s gang – CP9 had started to move as they went into the mansion. I was fast browsing the Chinese – to save net time and will eventually get the English version later on. I just couldn’t handle my impatience at times. ^^; Anyway, I think that Iceberg told Paulie to get something and keep it safe. Just as he got it, two of the gang saw him and asked if it was the thing that they seek. Elsewhere, Luffy and others are looking from a tree. Later on, to their shock, they can’t find Luffy anymore. Hehehe
 Sunday, October 24, 2004 @ 12:32 p.m.
I finished MARS summaries yesterday and it turned out that it is also the ending of the drama series. Hehehe And, I was just glancing it to see where it is already. Before that, the other day I found a brief summary of Snow Angel on the Chinese newspaper and showed it to my mother. She had read the ending and it really ‘killed’ her interest in it. ^^;; I wanted to check if it is the same but the series had ended earlier so I wasn’t able to see and ended up watching MARS.
According to the newspaper, the girl did pick the younger brother and while driving, they had an accident and that’s it. ^^; Of course, that is an irritating ending. I joked that maybe they got killed and became snow angels and are now together forever hence the title. ^^; My mom actually believed it. ^^;;;
On MARS, I didn’t quite ‘get’ the people in this series. The mother of the female lead, Kira, was willing to live with the guy who raped her own daughter. Okay, maybe poverty and helplessness really did her in or maybe she actually loved the guy that is why she can bare it. To survive is everything and more important than her daughter’s safety and well, social well-being. I have seen in the news about such a guy. He raped his daughters and nieces but they never get him to jail because he is the breadwinner of the family. Jeez, it was as if the girls are the guy’s payment for his hardwork. It is really sad.
Then, Kira’s stepfather. I’m guessing he still liked Kira but then, if Kira left, would it guarantee that he would still provide for Kira’s mother? I guess that is never answered. Mm..I’m also guessing that Kira never had the guy arrested because her mother would have no man to lean on as in provide for her. Then, there is Rei [male lead]’s mother. She seemed to love pain and why the heck didn’t she marry the guy she loves? This is like Snow Angel’s plot but instead, getting stuck with the guy she doesn’t love, had herself impregnated by the guy she loves and committed suicide just for him. I was thinking why don’t she just divorce and live with the guy she loves. Why does she have to cause so much trouble for the other brother?
I really feel sorry for Rei’s ‘father’ for it turned out most of his family members are suicidal. His wife committed suicide, I’m guessing that the cause was her lover’s death. Sei, Rei’s twin, seemed to have some loose screws in the head, too. I didn’t actually quite understand the reason of his suicide. It seemed that he wanted to hurt Rei to make him ‘want to die too’ to follow him. Huh? And, lastly, I don’t understand Rei’s hatred for his ‘father’ who is willing to do things for him and he refused. Could it be Rei couldn’t stand him being nice to him even if he wasn’t his real child? Rei came crawling back when he needed him. Oh well, he did apologize in the end.
On the drama series, I was wrong, the plagiarist and the loony [wannabe killer] guy are two different guys. Hehehe I started watching at the part where they just got married and Rei just got stabbed. It is practically the same as in the manga. I don’t like the so-called MARS painting and I do find it weird being placed in an office. The ending was with loony guy in some mental ward trying to use a pastel/crayon to draw then a little girl helped him draw – clouds, sun and what seemed to be some dog creature. ^^;; I somewhat felt that with that ending, it seemed more abrupt than just ended it with the lovers at the racing track.
After this, it is also the last episode of Fun Race. =( While watching the bloopers in MARS, I somewhat realize why the acting is a bit stiff and forced. It is because they are just forcing themselves to be serious and any minute, they would burst into laughter as if laughing at themselves for being too serious. I guess they are not serious on acting and thought of it as playing a game. Most of the clips on yesterday’s episode were on Vic who was always on a laughing spree and kept on saying the wrong lines. I pity the serious actors/actresses in this series.
On to the fun part, I get to see cute Norick for the last time. They are going to have a race – the final test on Norick’s training on how to ride a motorcycle. The girl host, Aisa was to race a 7 year old girl. They will be riding on small motorcycles, I guess for beginners. Aisa was given a 20 second lead but she still lost of the girl who was into racing. Then, the male host Daryl kept on teasing Aisa about it that she got angry and started talking in Japanese so that only she, Norick and the girl could understand as she berates on the Daryl. Hehehe
It is time for the race between Darryl and Norick. Instead, Daryl decided that they do it using a go-cart = four wheeled racing car. He said he is good because his name is something about four wheels. It is a pun joke and Aisa said it is ‘cold’. I guess that is what they say when it is corny or gives one goosebumps for the joke is really bad. Just like Jubei’s jokes. Hehehe Anyway, Norick took him on. Norick started with one hand then before Daryl knows it, Norick overtook him and finished the race while he is still about half-way, I guess. Hehehe Daryl never went to the finish line and kept on racing. I guess he was embarrassed. Aisa and Norick shook hands and that’s it. So, that will be the last time I would see cute Norick. Hehehe

I thought I was mistaken with the time for Grandier. It was past 1130pm and South Park is still playing. I wondered if it was shown earlier but then, I waited for a few more minutes. After ten minutes, it was shown. It was only now when I thought that the Japanese movie before South Park could have been longer so the showing is delayed.
Anyway, Rushuna and Yajirou are still walking when some men tried to attack them but were no match for Rushuna. They showed her of a wanted poster – blond hair but demon face. They thought that it was her. Rushuna walked on ahead and went to the right at the intersection while Yajirou went to the left, thinking she went there. Rushuna then fought with a huge humanoid armor with a mask and blond hair. Rushuna managed to break the mask and it was a kid. Rushuna hesitated from delivering the final blow when the kid had his pitiful face. So, Rushuna ended being thrown down the cliff.
She was later found by a girl from a certain village where Yajirou was. He was helping in a bar to pay the lodging expenses, I think. When Rushuna was a bit better, she went to the bar and saw Yajirou. She also saw the picture of the kid who attacked her. It seemed that the kid is a head of some sect, which ‘rules’ the village. At the fortress of the kid, he discussed with this masked guy with curly wig but his real hair is quite long. He planned to dispose of Rushuna.
While having a hot medicinal math, they were attacked by masked guy [ I think he is the main villain for he is in the opening] but Rushuna skillfully used a towel to get her gun and fire back. Together with Yajirou, they managed to caught the villain but had to let him go when the girl was kidnapped. Rushuna then heads off to the fortress to rescue the girl. I’m not sure if this is the girl who would later on be their travel companion based on the opening though. There will be also another one – somewhat like the black haired woman in Outlaw Starr but she haven’t made her appearance so this is a three women group with one guy. Hehehe I began to wonder if Rushuna ever run out of bullets. ^^;
It seemed that HYD has already ended last Saturday just when I didn’t record it anymore but then, what’s to record if my vcr is broke. Hehehe Anyway, the replacement is Fruit Basket.
 Thursday, October 21, 2004 @ 03:22 p.m.
I had a haircut yesterday. It looked fine yesterday but at night, the more I look at it, the more I don’t like it. ^^;; It is somewhat like the last haircut which I didn’t like. Maybe this style doesn’t suit me – it looked feminine on others why does it look flat on me. Oh well, it is not that bad that it couldn’t be hide with a ponytail and a cap.
That is how I wear my hair when I go to the store that at the store where I bought those defective PS2 games, I was presumed to be a tomboy. I guess it is the stereotyped outfit for tomboys. ^^;;
A mea culpa, the title of the Korean horror flick isn’t Doll Maker but Doll Master. Hehehe. ^^;; Also on Grandier, it was compared to Trigun since Rushuna, the lead girl doesn’t kill any of her opponents. I was thinking if Trigun first came out with such a character then followed by Kenshin. Anyway, hopefully, I won’t forget to watch it tonight.
I managed to move on in WA3 even though I had made some dumb mistakes during the fight. There is a new enemy and transformed former enemies and well, one used to be rival is dead. It is amusing that the ones dying get to live and the one who escaped get to be killed. I guess he doesn’t have any connection with the heroine, which I’m guessing he had. It is only now when I realize of changing some stuff between the characters to make the battles easier to finish. I tend to do that – getting to know the battle system when the game is almost over. ^^;; But then, I’m in chapter two of four chapters of this game. Mm..it felt as if I’m playing this game pretty long already.
This game does need to use some brain most of the time with the puzzles all over the dungeons – deciding which tool to use to advance. There is also the millennium puzzles which is a bit like tetris – matching the same colored blocks. So far, I’m doing well in that area.
Edit: Hehehe, I forgot that it is already time to change the layout. ^^; I made this months ago. While glancing at RK reruns, I saw that the ending – ‘It’s Gonna Rain’ song, they had also used this background. Well, I did what they did in the scenes there.
