In OS, after beating up the goons in the hotel, they escape outside to be chase by some more goons. They pass through a portal guarded by the Ctarl Ctarl clan who are half-tiger and half-human lead by Aisha. From the basic plot, she got demoted because of that. Okay, I don’t understand the Chinese. ^^; Then, they went to find Hilda’s pals but their ship is destroyed then they fought against the Kei [Taoism] pirates who had put a bug on their ship with the help of Ron – pirates called McDougall brothers. Hilda manages to force Gene to help since he is having a hard time = he is space-sick. They went to Hilda’s secret space where she hid a powerful spaceship, which she stole from the Kei pirates. They were attacked so Hilda holds them off as the others try to get it to move. It seemed that Mefina is the one who can do it by going to a tube and it rises up with her wearing nothing. It reminded me of the way the Vandread mothership movies when the guy goes in. I think it was quite boy fanservice to have Mefina exposed like that so she had to use her hands to cover her breasts the whole time though the beneath part is covered by the tube’s outer covering.

They managed to move it but Hilda’s ship is in big trouble after being grabbed by the Kei’s ship. They tried to save Hilda but the McDougall’s ship came to attack Hilda and the Kei ship since they are interested with the powerful spaceship. Gene remembered the McDougall’s ship as the one, which attacked his father’s ship which resulted to his father’s death. Ron’s other brother is Harry was laughing like crazy as he wanted them all dead. In the end, Hilda sacrificed herself in order for the others to escape by grabbing one of the Kei pirates and committing suicide. The other leader was blasted – forgot by who’s ship. Gene was quite affected by it and just told them that the first thing they should do is name the ship. He called it Outlaw Star. Oh ya, from the sites, they noticed that Ron and Harry could have been from Harry Potter.

Gundam Seed is quite boring in today’s episode. They more or less forgave Kira for what he did. Fflay was acting really nice all of a sudden that Ssigh seemed to notice it queer. Then, Kira went to fight as Fflay plan her revenge saying that he took her beloved one so something like make this war never end. Indirectly way of ‘killing’ Kira who hates to fight or hoping that with a long war, all those responsible and their loved ones might die?

Super Gals Ran – Maki was being all perfect in school then met with her bsho friend, Koichi or Shuichi whatever whom she had a crush. To her horror, he wanted to go to Shibuya, Ran territory. She prayed to the gods for it to rain then all the tv stations said there will be rain but in the morning, there was no rain since the storm had moved away. Maki got Koichi to a very expensive building, which had everything, hoping that Ran won’t go there. Much to her horror again, Ran got a free ticket to the place and treat her friends there. Maki tried not to go to places where Ran and her group but they always meet. In the end, Maki got Koichi to go to the back exit, which had a wannabe gang and wanted to gang up on them. Ran saved them and Maki wanted to help for what Ran did. Maki told Koichi the truth that she wanted to experience a different lifestyle than the rich perfect setting she lives. It turned out to be all just a dream of Maki. She was pretty happy about it as Koichi sent her a postcard from London.

I have read some PoT stuff q&a. It seem that the part, which was shown now with the Hyotei group had really nice matches. I’m now eager to see it. Hehehe The chibi episode will be at episode 64. I think the one I’m watching is about episode 54. Oh ya, I know Tezuka’s special technique in the last two episode is called Tezuka zone - wherein Tezuka controls the movement of the ball so that no matter where his opponent tries to hit it the ball will always return directly to his position. It certainly would be nice to watch this subtitled in English in order to appreciate the serves. So, Asher, don’t be shy, buy it already and I’ll borrow. ^-^ (j/k) Anyway, I think Tezuka will be going away at episode 75. I don’t know if it is permanently since in the q&a writer hopes that the author will bring him back. I guess, me, too. ^-^

Sis arrived yesterday with her hubby. She didn’t buy much souvenirs since they are quite expensive. They spent most of the time going to landmarks instead of shopping. It is funny to hear her talk about the things they do in order to save money. It is too embarrassing to talk about here. Anyway, they enjoyed their trip there that upon returning here, they had a foot massage for their feet is killing them. I teased her being a weakling and she said, try walking up small 800 stairs up to the Sistine Chapel and let’s see if you won’t get tired.

She wasn’t able to buy me a GB manga since she doesn’t have time to go downtown in HK and had stayed only at the airport. The things she gave me is a small silver[?] spoon from Lucerne, some pellets of glass used in the glass-blowing, a bear-clock keychain, a small pack of sliced almonds for baking, a bottle of imported mineral water which she got from the hotel because they lost her bottle of water which she asked to be refilled and a stuffed toy of Nemo. She was telling me that she saw it everywhere she went and when she saw it, she remembers that she wanted to give me a gift and it reminds her of me as if telling her, buy me. ^^; I’m not sure I should be flattered about it reminding her of me. I remembered Asher telling me to watch the movie but I haven’t. I was thinking that it would be easy to make it a tragedy like upon finding Nemo, he is already dead in the aquarium since the keeper doesn’t know how to keep saltwater fishes. Hehehe Okay, I’m bad. ^^;; Anyway, I noticed that one of the side fins is smaller than the other. Was it really like that in the movie? He had a deformity? It would be quite rare for a fishkeeper to have/capture a fish with a deformity especially a devoted fishkeeper. I’m not bashing the movie and from the plot, it seemed to be a nice story.

I am quite disappointed with the ending of 24, not because of what happened at the ending for I thought it was pretty nice tragic but I felt that I was tricked. Because after the ending and there is no continuation, it suddenly sunk to my mind why the station said, season finale. Does that mean it has many seasons?! I thought it is just a one-shot story and the end. That’s it. I can go on with other shows. It was quite repetitive already at the end especially with the endless kidnapping of the hero’s family. At least, the daughter didn’t need saving in the end but unfortunately, it turned out that she wasn’t the one the hero should be more concerned with. The ending could be said curiosity killed the cat. Oh well, that’s why I usually avoid watching US shows.

The Chinese channel which shows One Piece is still not there. I’m thinking it might come back next year. I’m just hoping to catch what I missed when they rerun it later on that is if they will still have the channel. I forgot to mention that in yesterday’s PoT. Inui was holding a water container with a chibi Inui face on it. So cute. ^-^ He was challenging Ryoma to a game which was discontinued because of the fight. Chibi PoT characters are so kawaii. I hope that I would get to watch the chibi PoT episodes. ^-^

In PoT, Momoshiro was training at the playgrounds with the duo which challenged him and Ryoma before. Momoshiro isn’t satisfied with his game and Ann, Kippei’s sister played with him. She managed to get him back to his mood again. I wonder if they will become a couple. Ann is pretty good and I think she is better than Sakuno in tennis. Then, the Hyotei group started insulting Kippei and Momoshiro that one of them, Gakuto, Akira hair-alike challenged him. He plays in double. Just then, Ryoma came and well, he isn’t the one to be bullied. Gakuto challenged them to a doubles but they don’t want to since they suck at doubles. Later on, Momoshiro and Ryoma began arguing with each other. They all knew Ryoma who defeated Jin. Ryoma didn’t pay attention to the others and he just wanted to play against Keigo, the team captain whom he called monkey. ^^; Keigo turned him down and said that they can play in the tournament and his group left. The next day, Momoshiro returned to practice. Everyone tried to bet how many laps will Tezuka had him do. Oishi and Eiji apologized to each other and they are a team again. I don’t think Eiji can keep a grudge so does, Oishi. ^-^ They all guessed wrong for Tezuka ordered him to run 100 laps. They all thought it was below 100. Inui told Takashi that as punishment after he run the laps, he would have to drink his new special Inui juice, two colored liquid. Inui’s face then turned black and gloomy with a glint in his eye asking if Takashi wanted a taste. Takashi quickly backs out. Ryoma was late that day and Tezuka is in a punishing mood and would order him to run 100 laps, too. Ryoma groans as he heard it. By the way, Tezuka turned down the overseas opportunity for he rather trains his team and go to national competition. Geez, bsho points for this guy and he would make a great coach, in my opinion.

I think the last episode of Naruto is basically beating up Naruto until he was unconscious, hanging on some tree There was no recap but it is the only thing that seems to happen. ^^; Anyway, Sasuke was quite angry with himself saying that he was weak. I guess Naruto saved him or something. Anyway, what his brother said rang on his head about if you want to kill me, don’t run away but face me head on. Something like that. So, Sasuke did his best to kill the Snake guy and managed to trap him and burn him with his technique. Nice fight scene though the art sometimes become crappy. Unfortunately for Sasuke, this guy is stronger than he thought. The snake guy used his freeze technique and took a bit of Sasuke on the neck, which showed a mark on the back of his neck. It is three blank swirls. Sasuke was in great pain as snake guy told him that Sasuke would need his strength and come to him if he survives. I think the snake guy knows Sasuke’s brother. So, Sakura is left with two unconscious guys and can do nothing but look after them.

Later on, their test teacher, I think her name is Anuki, ah if that is the word for Red Bean, found snake guy and wanted to kill him. They seem to know each other and the teacher also uses a snake technique. Well, the teacher was no match for him for she had trapped a clone. The real snake guy appeared at the back and freezed her, giving her the same mark as Sasuke. I think she thought he is after Naruto. The snake guy said he is more interested with the one whom he had given a mark like hers and if he survives, the snake guy would want him to be his follower. The snake guy removed his mask and honestly, he looked better that way though somewhat snake looking. Anuki left wanting to find someone to warn him of the snake guy, I guess. Somewhere, I think the comrades of snake guy, the ones with bandages had found Sakura and others. I think they are ordered to kill them and except for one guy. I’m getting confused since they seem to have an interest with Naruto that I don’t know if it is Naruto or Sasuke. The Chinese wording is always Naruto but then the teacher said, Naruto-sama. I’ll just wait for Asher to get this part then, if I still remember to ask. ^^; The next episode will be ‘bunot’ guy or the beatles hair look-alike, Rock will help Sakura protect her comrades since he loves her. Hehehe And I was hoping that Sakura did something but then, I have read that Sakura is quite useless until the present episodes. Well, I noticed her haircut in the second opening so I thought...oh well. Let’s just see.

I have searched a bit on Outlaw Star. The characters seem quite varied. I’m amused that they have a gay there and he doesn’t look like one. I was a bit spoiled reading but then not thoroughly spoiled. I just need a backgrounder to understand what the anime is all about. I’ll sum tomorrow since this is quite long already.

Sigh, the smallest discus is very sick. I put in some methylene blue and salt on it – on a separate tank. And it was about this month, when one of the big ones committed suicide. ^^; Anyway, I can just hope for the best. Oh ya, one of the flowerhorn had a bloated stomach. I hope it is not serious. It is one of the big ones and had a nice color. And I just gave some fish advice to Asher’s friend. ^^;;

Well, PoT is quite eventful. Tezuka just showed what he could really do that he made all of the team members look up to him. The shot that made them really surprise was he stayed on only one spot using his feet to maneuver himself and the dirt is shaped like a circle then after lots of long shots, he made a pretty short one that it is on the line then goes to the center near the net. Later on, Momoshiro is quite affected with his losing the game that he didn’t show up for practice for a few days. Everyone was quite worried especially Oishi who even went to his classroom to check on him. He ended up being asked by the girls to sign an autograph.

At the canteen, Horio and others asked Ryoma if he was worried. He answered he isn’t so they thought Ryoma is as cold as ever. Ryoma went to the roof and saw Momoshiro musing over his serve near the lake and he was somewhat relieved. Sakuno called him for he forgot that he had a meeting with the teacher. Sakuno saw Momoshiro and thought that Ryoma was indeed worried about Momoshiro. During practice, Oishi is a bit hot-headed as he urge everyone to practice. Eiji was joking around about Momoshiro might quit and Oishi being so worried, wore his shirt inside out. Oishi gets angry that he pushed Eiji away and Eiji fell down. Eiji was majorly angry and won’t play in pairs with Oishi again. Everyone panicked, as Eiji won’t accept Oishi’s apology. Inui suggest that Eiji pair with Ryoma and Oishi with Kaidoh much to Ryoma and Kaidoh’s dismay. It is cute seeing Eiji hug Ryoma like a stuff toy. Hehehe

They had a game with the two pairs and Ryoma isn’t doing good as Kaidoh scored a point. I think it was Takashi who asked Fuji to stop them but Fuji said he wanted to see how the game would go. It all stopped when Tezuka scolded them and ordered Oishi and Eiji to run laps around the court as punishment. Meanwhile, Yamabuki’s coach, Banji went to visit Sumire, the coach of the Seigaku team. Banji told her that he will offer Tezuka some kind of special school or something which could enhance his tennis skills for it was a waste for him to be in just Seigaku. Sumire isn’t quite happy and Banji if she doesn’t want to, she can give him Ryoma. Sumire immediately disagreed. Banji’s team isn’t that good anymore especially since Jin quit the team. Banji left with the offer and let Tezuka decide. The next episode will be focus on Momoshiro returning to play as he played in the playground tennis courts where he met Kippei’s younger sister. I forgot her name.

Lucky! I managed to watch a new anime. I didn’t know that there is a new one since a rerun, iirc the title, it was something about a condor based on a Chinese novel was playing before. Anyway, from the ad, it looked good and the guy looked familiar. Good thing, there is an English title at the opening. The title is Outlaw Starr and I managed to catch the first episode. ^-^ Gene Starwind is the main character with his young partner, Jim who run a fix-it shop and they do side jobs to get some money. Gene is quite good with guns and somewhat reminded me of Ban and a bit of Vash. ^^; He likes girls and he would even sleep with them at the first episode. He had lots of scars even on the face – two and a tattoo or scar on his arm. He can be cool and funny. Jim is the more mature than Gene who is good at machines and helps Gene with the power-ups of his gun. One day, a lady hired them as bodyguard as they were chased by pirates who are using Taoism [chants and magic]. It turned out that the girl is Hilda, a mercenary who got this android girl, Melfina whom they have to protect. They manage to get out of the place and had to travel to space in order to get their payment from Hilda. Gene was quite scared of space travel since he was traumatized when his father’s ship was being attacked and his father saved Gene by putting him in an escape pod. His father died. At Blue Heaven, Hilda is making a deal with Gene as Melfina shops with Jim for some clothes. It seem that Melfina is important since the pirates want her. At the hotel, they were attack. Well, this anime looks promising, as it is cool and a bit funny. I’m not quite thrilled with the space setting though. The opening had two more females in it. One is a catty woman while the other one is a beautiful samurai type girl. Oh ya, from a site, as background, there are three groups in space. The first one is Space Forces, which try to maintain peace and order in space. The second one are the pirates who disupts peace. The last one are the outlaws who are nomads in space who follows no rules. Gene and Jim belong to the outlaw group. The random sound of the gun every time they change a scene can be quite surprising for I always thought someone was shot in the scene. ^^;;

I forgot to mention what happened in Gundam Seed last Saturday. Well, basically, Fflay blame Kira for not saving the ship/her father and it was his entire fault and his race, Coordinator. The other one is called Natural. Kira is getting angry for having to fight and Lacus found him. They both learned that Kira is Athrun’s friend while Lacus is Anthrun’s fiancée. Anthrum has a knack for making small toy machines. The ball shaped toy was a favorite of Lacus that Anthrun made a lot of them for her while a bird robot for Kira. Kira decided to give Lacus back and with the help of Ssigh [bf of Fflay] and Miriallia. They had a ceasefire until the exchange but Raww wanted to attack. Anthrun asked Kira to go back to them but he declined since he has to protect his friends. Raww’s attack was stopped by Lacus who had more authority. In the clinic, Fflay vows revenge against them. They are really keeping Raww’s identity secret like Zechs. It is like the secret of Inui’s eyes as to what they look like. Hehehe

In OP manga, they are already back to the world. I don’t quite get the other stuff since I just read the translation. They decided to fix their ship with the help of their gold and will get a ‘shipwright’ on board so that there will always be someone who would fix their ship. I wonder what kind of character would be in the crew next. Luffy is still insistent on having a musician in their crew. ^-^

PoT – It is just Inui and Tezuka match the whole episode. It seem that Inui’s goal was to defeat Tezuka that he kept on making notes on Tezuka and the other players. Everyone is tense since Tezuka isn’t doing well and it will be the first time he will lose a match. Ryoma had somewhat mixed feelings since if Tezuka was defeated, that means, Inui is better than him. Well, something like that. ^^; Oishi was wondering about Tezuka and was looking down. I think with only one more point, Inui will win the match. Suddenly, there was a call of deuce. Oishi looked up and Tezuka had a point in. Everyone was in shock. Geez, I was held in suspense as to what he did and everyone was surprised over Tezuka who seem different as he told Inui to continue for the match haven’t ended yet. I quickly think if it is Friday, *sigh of relief* it is not. I don’t know what’s different about Tezuka because his expression is basically the same – calm and serious. ^^;; The next preview is Seigaku’s biggest danger and it seem that the members are fighting among themselves. Momoshiro is angry while Eiji is not quite happy either. No glimpse of the match.

I was glancing at the Chinese movies channel and since the other Tony Leung was in it, I just realized that his Chinese name is somewhat pronounced almost the same or exactly the same as the Tony Leung who won. ^^;; Geez, so it was useless trying to pinyin though it was probably done wrong. Hehehe

Yesterday, the cable was down the whole afternoon and when I turned it on to check if they indeed continue Prince of Tennis and they did. I caught half of it. Some semi-curly haired guy who looked like Hajime, that I thought it was him, wanted to challenge Tezuka in a game which Tezuka refused since there is no tournament. Arai threw a ball at him but he caught it with his racket then after hit it back but it hit Momoshiro which made him threw the racket into the court which hit one of Ryoma’s batchmate which made him throw out the tennis balls from the basket that he was holding. The balls then hit Eiji and made the others lose balance. One of them hit Kaidoh who was going to drink something. Kaidoh and the others were furious as to who caused it all. The semi-curly haired guy quickly ran off.

Meanwhile, Ryoma, Horio and two other girls are sweeping the floor near the basketball court. A proud basketball player started bullying Horio by messing up the leaves that he had already swept. Ryoma hit a tennis ball with his broom to shoot in the basket of the basketball pole or whatever it was called. He challenged the basketball player and whoever loses will sweep all the mess. They were a tie until Ryoma kept on backing up to make the distance farther that at the end, the basketball player can no longer shoot the ball. Momoshiro saw them and gave Ryoma a tennis racket. Ryoma hit the ball with a distance of the whole tennis court and got the ball in. Then, Ryoma went to the court and met semi-curly haired guy who toss him a tennis ball that he accidentally brought with him. Ryoma caught the ball the same way as he did when Arai toss the ball to him. Back at the courts, the coach told Tezuka that they should train hard for the next tournament since their opponents will be stronger. I can almost imagine Inui smiling as he is flipping through his notebook, which could be recipes of his dreaded Inui juice.

Well, today, episode showed that I was wrong. Hehehe They are practicing with different groups until only one is the champ. It is something like a tournament among them. It seemed that Inui was actually using all the data he had gathered to win. He defeated Momoshiro hands down. Then, it will be Inui against Tezuka as Inui told him that Tezuka had no chance of winning against him. There was no preview.

The Japanese drama ‘Scent of A Jealous Woman’ – my translation of the title had ended last Friday. It is basically about a woman who was pretty jealous with another that they are trying to get the other’s mate. The main character isn’t quite good at it since it always backfire at her. Anyway, in the end, the main character get the guy she wants while the other one had divorced the other with the jealous woman pregnant but no regrets. The romantic part here is when the guy told the main that he will marry when it snowed on Christmas but after all that had happened, it no longer important if it snowed or not. Just when he was about to put the ring on, it actually snowed. The ending was all of them happy with more or less respective partners except for the jealous woman. This is a crazy love polygon of not only of the four main characters but also of the supporting characters. I’m amazed at the performance of the obsessed lover who was the same actor as Satorare for it was really a different role and he made it believable.

I cannot quite understand the title of the new drama which is about a family. It seems like a manga story. A Chinese-Japanese woman married a Japanese guy for half a year. They will visit his family since it was his grandfather’s death anniversary. She thought that he lived in Tokyo the city but it turned out to be outside Tokyo like a province. Then, it turned out that he belong to a clan – think Hisoka of YnM and his family wherein there should be a head. The guy’s brother had run away so they wanted the guy to take over as head. The grandmother disapproves of the woman since she doesn’t know the Japanese tradition and wanted the guy to marry another. The woman tried to prove herself but she always makes mistakes. She almost give up but she decided to stick it out since she loved the guy and it didn’t matter to her if they live in a city or be in the family as head. From a relative, she learned that the grandmother was in her situation before and she had stayed since she loved her husband. The grandmother admired her fighting spirit and well, the woman had a long way to go. It is a bit of comedy as she tried to adjust and it ended up being somewhat funny. Oh ya, the guy is cute...cute bsho. ^-^

It is in international news that the dictator of Iraq is caught though there are some doubts if it was really him. Many countries are rejoicing especially the Iraqis. Here, the foreign affairs secretary died of a heart attack while going to Bahrain from Tokyo.

The Golden Horse Awards in Taiwan was given out last Saturday night. I caught the last part after I watched LotR 1 on tv. Ya, I’m delayed. ^^;; Anyway, Internal Affairs got a lot of awards including best movie. It was shown here before once and well, I was sick at that time and I think it was on a weekday. The movie is basically about a gangster who had infiltrated the police and a policeman who had infiltrated the mafia. Andy Lau played the gangster while Tony Leung –Liang Cha Wai played the policeman. Ah, there are two Tony Leung in Chinese cinema. The other one is also a dramatic-comedy actor who appeared in the horror, Double Vision. Andy went to the awards in Chinese inspired clothes, which looked like the clothes during the communist time since it was grayish. Tony was not there and later told the press that he didn’t went because he though he won’t win. Andy was also nominated. I do not know the other films. ^^;;

Anyway, I think Tony just perfected that role since it was very similar to the one he played in HardBoiled with Chow Yun Fat. The guy who makes paper cranes for every gangster he was forced to kill even if they had became his comrades. In the end, he was free from his task and sailed to North Pole, I think. Hehehe...and it was supposed to be Chow Yun Fat’s movie. ^^; The villain there played by Anthony Wong who always play the bad guy in movies won the best supporting actor in Internal Affairs as the police superintendent. Why am I talking about this film? Well, that is because US plan to make one like it and from the news, Brad Pitt might play in it. I guess the US are now looking at hit Asian films for material.

Speaking of Tony, the guy can really do diverse roles. When he was interviewed, he seems to be promoting a new movie, which looked like a love story. He sings sometimes before that was when Channel V is in its peak so I manage to watch Chinese mtv and sometimes, if lucky, Japanese ones. One of my favorite Chinese comedies starred him and Jacky Cheung. It was about two wannabe gangsters and unfortunately, they have a birthmark, I think on their butt that is considered bad luck so they brought a lot of bad luck to their boss that the bosses they got into always die. It was really funny – they want to be gangsters but do not want to die. ^^;; The scene I remember was when they are grieving over their cremated boss, one of them tripped and the dust was all over the place. They quickly asked the others to cover the spot since the wind might blow it away as they try to get something like broom to put it all back. In the end, they sang from a jail that being a gangster doesn’t pay then it was all a play.

It has been a long time and I wasn’t able to keep in the news about them especially since our old cable had no good Chinese channel or rather at some point, it all stopped/removed. I know that Tony and Jacky are best friends and they swore that if one gets married, the other one would, too. Jacky had already married his long time girlfriend who gave up her own career to help Jacky be what he is today – the king of Chinese pop [not sure if it is until now. ^^;] and fulfilled his promise that if he is on top, he will marry her. I don’t know if they are still married though and also, I don’t know if Tony did married his actress-singer girlfriend whom I don’t see anymore. It is quite unpredictable in showbiz. Oh ya, there are a lot of Jacky’s songs that I like and there are some which are always sung in Chinese wedding parties by the emcee. The one, which was always sung, is True Love wherein the mtv is more like he was singing to his girlfriend for they are getting married that year. Geez, all of these are old news. ^^;; I even forgot how I knew it.

The past blog pictures might not be available anymore since the server that I put them in wanted an age verification through credit card. I was wondering why of all things, a credit card and it turned out that it wanted to ask for payment since I don’t have a credit card. In case you ask why a 20-something girl doesn’t have a credit card, well, it is because I don’t have a need for it. I pay everything in cash or well, just bring my ‘human purse’ to buy the item for me. Bwahaha...yes, I’m a leech and well, I’m a bum. Anyway, it was really good thing that a friend of Kai, Yame had suggested a free picture server.

I won’t be able to watch One Piece today since the channel has been replaced. The cable said that they are fixing the ‘line’ to the TTV channel. They had been doing that since Friday. I really do hope it is only temporary. There is nothing to watch on the replacement. Just when it isn’t a filler episode anymore, sigh. Anyway, also, I hope that if it does come back, it would be clearer. The premium channels will start next year and only two channels of the four are the ones I want to watch. Also, I learned that Getbackers had a new manga vol 23 with the insect group villains on the cover with the duo. Ginji’s hair seem to be a bit different. So, I’m now two volumes delayed.

I forgot to watch Naruto because I thought it was just the HnG rerun and then remembered after it was shown, that it was Friday. Darn, the day when I didn’t peek at HnG. ^^; Mm...the local channel is showing Super Gals ahead of schedule. It finished 15 minutes early geez, would that mean I would have to wake up more early to catch it whole. The part I caught was Ran and Yuya are working which had lots of people since the boys and girls are their fans. Then, more beach fun as Ran had dragged Maki to a volleyball match with the two of them as a team. They tried to out compete each other that they won. Then, they played hit the watermelon blindfolded. There was even a almost kiss by Miyu and Yamato but Yamato was still hesitating that Ran had to shout for him to quickly kiss Miyu. The two were embarrassed, as it seemed that everyone was watching them. ^^; In the end, the girls went shopping and Ran used up all her work money that she no longer had any money to buy Tatsukichi a birthday gift. She went to pay the special promo of the store, which was like a lottery, the one wherein you make this thing go around and a ball will fall down. The ball’s color had a corresponding prize. She got a monkey keychain and well, Tatsukichi liked it much to Ran’s relief.

In Kindaichi case files, they had the young police chief introduction. I’m not sure but I heard his name as Akitsan but then, I remembered, they put -san at the end as respect so I searched and the closest is Saki. There aren’t many sites on this. ^^; Anyway, they went to a mansion to play a murder game. Saki is pretty smart for there was a word WOON sign on the door and they cannot guess what it meant but he did saying just put it upside down, it would mean MOON and he just inverted the moon on a statue to open the door. They dressed in costumes with each representative doll on the chairs. After the party, they returned the costumes on the dolls. There was a murder and they tried to figure it out and it turned out to be Kindaichi who was given an envelope telling him to be the murderer. Saki was the one who figured it out. Later on, the representative of the doll which Kindaichi supposedly kill is dead the same way. The castle’s drawbridge was drawn up and they are all trap. Later on, two other are killed. Kindaichi kept on making mistakes as to it was even thought Saki was and in the end, he figured it out correctly. It was the woman writer who wanted the three killed for revenge, again. ^^; She and her boyfriend plotted to steal money but the others weren’t happy with the division of money that they killed them but she got away. She plotted everything and called herself the count of the castle called Red Rum that if you re-arrange the words meant murder. She was about to kill Kindaichi but he shouted to her that it was a waste for her to have revenge since it would not bring back the happiness she had with the guy. Her conscience got to her and well, she hit a lamp and in the end, the castle got burned down. Kindaichi and the others were brought to the hospital. Later on, the detective congratulated Kindaichi for solving the case though Saki said that he needed tips to do it, which irritated Kindaichi.

The one episode is about Miyuki going to have a date with Kindaichi and heard on the news, her date will stood her up but there is a prince who will rescue her. Also, it will rain. Miyuki waited at the meeting place and Kindaichi is forty minutes late. It rained hard and Saki went in for shelter to where she was. Miyuki remembered her fortune. If you recall, Saki is bsho though if only the color of his hair isn’t too pale. ^^; Saki then told her a story about how a rain changed a man’s life. He was hiking and went to a house for shelter for it rained hard. There were some men inside also sheltering from the rain and they played poker. Saki is really good at having poker face or bluffing. When they learned that Saki is the police chief, a guy confessed that he witnessed a crime and saw the criminal’s face but he didn’t told the police since he hate them. The light went off and then, the guy was stabbed to death. It came on again and there he was dead. Saki figured out who it was and it was the one whom the guy had witness committing a crime. As Saki ended the story, if only either one of them didn’t went to that house for shelter in the rain – for one, it was being caught for his crime and for the other one, he lost his life. If only the criminal bribe the other one with money to shut up. The rain stopped and Kindaichi complained that Saki’s story is very long. They were surprised that he was there. Saki told him that it is impolite to eavesdrop and Kindaichi retorted that it was because his story is too long so he didn’t interrupt. He then argued with Miyuki, which angered her that she grabbed Saki and told Kindaichi that she is taking him for tea and cakes. Kindaichi chased them for he wanted to eat, too. May it be noted that Kindaichi is a glutton. The anime looked new here though than before.

Well, it seemed that HnG ended where Asher’s story on it had ended. Wow, what a coincidence. I was planning to tell her what happened next and well, I guess that anime is off her list. In the last episode, Hikaru and Akira played a game and Akira thought he was Sai. Then, they are arguing during a practice game. Later on, he dreamt of Sai. At the end, he bought himself a fan like Sai’s. They are playing games and that’s it. The credits are rolling and I noticed it was the old song then they are showing scenes within the credits of almost all the characters and different happenings. Uh-oh, that meant it is the ending and it was. The scenes from what I can recall, shougi guy riding a scooter then during a stoplight, saw the nerdy guy with glasses walking with a beautiful girl who seems to be his girlfriend and shougi guy was jealous. Then, classroom scene of Hikaru’s friends studying and sometimes playing. Hikaru and other go players playing with Hikaru using the fan to intimidate. Bsho with glasses sitting opposite of his opponent, the old guy and they smoke the same. Hehehe The father of Akira is sitting in front of a go table. The last scene was Hikaru and Akira arguing again during their practice game and then the go table in his grandfather’s attic. Oh ya, there was a part when Hikaru played with his grandfather.

While typing this and watching HnG, I heard a bouncy song and just when I looked, I saw a blond goofy anime with a pointy haired guy. I realized that it is Getbackers. Wo-hoo!! I immediately took note of the time and date. It was on the 21st so next Sunday and the time, iirc, was 535pm. That is why I didn’t think HnG will end since I saw it on a different time. I better stalk this channel early next Sunday. Opps, just saw it again, it was 575pm and so, ya, it will replace HnG. Hehehe ^^;; The anime art would really need getting use to. I don’t really have high hopes on this since it wasn’t really as good as the manga but then, it is still something to watch while waiting for the next manga hehehe

In Yugioh, Kaiba is playing against his virtual step dad as the others tried fight off some random monsters. Possessed Makuba by Noa [the virtual kid Kaiba] tried to blow up everything but he had a change of heart and went back to stop it but it was all wreck courtesy of Malik. I think Malik got irritated waiting like he wanting to defeat Yugi already and helped us watchers get out of this endless virtual card games arc and get on to the good part. ^-^ Noa told them through the computer that he had possessed Makuba and they better get the hell out of the virtual world or else, they would all be dead. The missiles from the satellite are now aiming at them.

Well, I’m still on the process of getting better and still having a clogged nose and throat. Time seem to be moving fast these days. I was surfing in the net and before I know it, it is already dark and I haven’t finished the blog picture. Anyway, I will stop surfing since I had already finished or rather completed Wa! already. It was a bit slow at the near end where the play was shown and it was about sleeping beauty with a different ending. It was a nice romance with the scriptwriter and the wannabe complete with future ending.

In OP, I had read the translations. It seem that Robin will be going with the group until they reach the last island of Grandline so that means, she will be a mainstay. Yay! Oh ya, Asher, I don’t like just because of the hair which was a bit similar to mine now. Hehehe I think Luffy and the crew really makes bad thieves since they were basically shouting about their plan. ^^;; Before that, they defeated Eneru and rang the bell. They celebrated for days much like after each battles in Alabasta and Nami-Arlong arcs. Then, they got all the gold while Robin went to read the poneglyphs to find the Rio one, which was her main goal. The clue was given out by Gol Roger, pirate king who went to skypiea before. They are going to give them a pillar which I think was made of gold. The crew thought it was a cannon and the people wanted to get their gold so they quickly sailed off. ^^;; Leaving it! Hehehe, Robin just told the people that it seem that the crew doesn’t want it. Then, they sail back down with a sky octopus as they join it. The bell would be rang again as thanks for them and in the future.

Edit: Okay, I finished the layout and might as well upload it already so I’ll do something different tomorrow like pick out the wedding pictures. Info on it is on the side.

Well, the virus bug is still bothering me. Nii gave me a medicine to relieve the clogged nose a bit. I guess viruses are harder to get rid of than bacteria and if I recall, there is no real cure of viruses. I guess I have to just wait for it to go away.

I’m resting most of the time and try to limit my time on the computer in order not to stress myself out. Politics are basically the usual. The death penalty will resume but it seem that they will only do it selectively like for kfr [kidnap for ransom] maybe to get more votes. As usual, the human rights activists, etc are saying that it is against the rights of the criminals. The pro would say, what about the rights of the victims. Most people would want it to frighten those criminals from commit crimes since crimes are escalating lately from petty to hi-profile. The Abu kidnapper who made our country famous a while back because of his taking of some Europeans had been caught and this time, he is alive. It is rare to get such people alive since most of the times, they are dead and thus, people would not know who are the people who back them up or in the case of the one who escaped, who let him escaped and help him hide.

The Astroboy being shown is new since there is a villain whom I don’t recall before. He claims to be the originator of Astroboy who wanted to use him as the ultimate robot to ‘rule’ people or something. The first episode was his creation and saving the metropolis while the second episode today, was being challenged by football-type game robot controlled by the villain to test his strength. The anime is okay and not too childish. The local Yugioh first season is currently on Yugi and his friends meeting with Ryouji who challenges them to a dice game. I find it funny that Otogoi bullies Jounouchi and later on, he would fall for Jounouchi’s sister. Hehehe I guess that would be minus points for him and well, Hiroto is also interested in her.

^^;; I’m in a coughing fit today which started this afternoon. Sigh. I hope it won’t get worse. I’m almost finished installing all the programs back. Mm..I wonder if I can still find all the blogs that I go before as well as the links – well, the ones that I visit frequently.

Some anime that I watched this weekend – Super Gals : Aya told Rei her feeling but he turned her down since he is not ready and good thing that perky Ran is there to bring her to her fight with Maki whom she single-handedly defeated with her goons. Ran offered peace and Maki thought she was crazy. Ran’s little sister and boyfriend praised Ran. Okay, it was a silly episode but there is never a dull moment in this anime.

Kindaichi had three cases. The first one is trap in an island resort with a lake. There is a Jason wannabe who is killing them one by one. He turned out to be out for revenge, as usual, looking for a guy with the initials S.K. who killed his girlfriend. An old doctor confessed for when their ship sanked, the lifeboat couldn’t accommodate the girlfriend or else, they will all sink so she let her drown but she manage to grab the tag of his suitcase. He felt very guilty by it that he tried to save many patients as he could. The guy is still furious and wanted him dead until he saw Miyuki who looked like his girlfriend that he got scared and committed suicide. The second one is the little girl whom I still thinking whom she is related to with the cast, maybe the policeman, was kidnapped when she witness a crime – stealing of money. She manage to give tips on where she was through her phone and the police got there with the kidnapper’s workers who told their boss [the kidnapper] about work stuff, I think the business is going broke or something and he did it for insurance or something. He gave up and that’s it. The last case is they went to an amusement park and went to a mirror maze with four girls. Then, one of the girls was killed. It turned out that her friends all have a reason to hate the girl who was killed – like she got the other one’s boyfriend, she got the position that one wants and she convinced her father to ‘fire’[?] a firend’s father from work. It was the second reason for she really needed that work so that her father will be proud of her. I think her father committed suicide or was bankrupt or something that he didn’t tell her daughter his problems and just encouraged her to do her best for the interview. Kindaichi told her after she was caught that it was such a waste for she could have gotten other jobs if she was really good and her father didn’t want her to end up in jail for a crime.

Gundam Seed – The enemy attacked and destroyed a shipful of people which had fled the colony and Fflay’s father was in it. Fflay was frantic that she wanted to kill Lacus for it and blamed Kira for not saving the ship quickly. Well, Kira was quite busy fighting with Athrum. Only Kira’s Gundam was left that Natarle [I’m now wondering if I’m using the names right. ^^;; I really need to re-do this list of chars and their description. She is the Noin-look alike] was force to tell the enemies that they had Lacus as hostage and they should leave. Lacus’s song is nice though it wasn’t in the op/end sequence.

In OP, it is a filler and next week, the story continues, going to the village which had dried out and where Kohza and his family had migrated to before. I read that the manga had just ended the sky arc. In Yugioh, cyber Kaiba kid was defeated and everyone was back to normal. Kaiba noticed that Yugi had used his deck...so it was Kaiba’s deck. ^^; Cyber kid went into Yugi and saw different Egyptian stuff plus Yugi pharaoh. Then, saw themselves in a tube for virtual game. Then, Kaiba’s step-father appeared saying that he now lived in that cyberworld and doesn’t want Kaiba to get the company. Cyber kid was just an experiment if he can also live in a virtual world. Cyber kid decided to help them out but Yugi doesn’t quite trust them. He led them to the city and did what they were doing before – the last part of the second season. Cyber kid also wanted to go to the real world and instead of Kaiba, he will take Makuba’s body. Jounouchi snapped out of the dream when he saw Mai and he remembered that she is now in a coma. They found each other together in front of a building and Kaiba is not with them. Makuba woke up to the real world with cyber kid inside him. Meanwhile, Malik went away from the secret door when some machines attacked him and well, he defeated them.

I have seen two wowow anime movies. The first one is the millennium actress which is weird – an old woman was telling an interviewer and a cameraman about her life and then, they moved from one scene to another which she had starred. At first, she was looking for a man to return a key. Then, she is a Heian princess who was about to commit suicide when an old woman appeared telling her to drink something and it must have some curse or something. She became a rebel princess and so on. The last was she learned that the owner of the key was gone so it was as if her purpose has vanished. Then, another movie scene of going to space where she is going away to ‘move on’ but the set crashed. Then, there was an earthquake and she saw the old woman again. They brought her to the hospital and the old woman turned out to be her. She dreamt of going to space once more and this time the rocket blasted off...she died. I caught the other one near the end so I have no idea what the title was. There is a girl with a wooden boy going around and people are after them. Then, an older boy came trying to convince the girl to go with him but the girl went with the wooden boy. They tried to reach the center but the wooden boy started growing stems and became a huge plant, which looked like a woman. The girl tried to get the leaves/branches to go away but she wasn’t able to so she went to the moving tree and talked to it. She got his necklace as the older boy got her in a safe place. The wooden boy snapped out of it and he managed to calm the woman inside with a song. The wooden boy got out as they were all covered in black crystal. A little boy was inside with a music box of a mother and son. It destroyed the circular stuff on top, which made the attacking people happy, I guess it is destroying them and the boy disappeared. The older boy then invited the girl for a trip outside and she gladly accepts. It is the ending credits with a huge tree whose leaves and feelers are swayed by the wind. It had this Now and Then, Here and There [is that correct or is it vice-versa?] feel to it and it is nice.

I have also seen this anime movie which was a psychological thriller, iirc from what the creator being interviewed mention. I have no idea what the title was since it was in Jap and it will be shown on February next year. There is this timid girl who seem to be an animator for she works in front of a computer and draws doodles of her stuff toy- dog. Every time, old people saw her, they looked at her strangely or one time, evilly. Then, there was this burly guy who was talking to her while holding her stuff toy at work. It really frightens her then the last scene was she was being chased and she went to a car park. She tripped and all her drawings got spilled. She cried and she picked them one by one. The last one was beneath a car. She tried to get it but she got herself wounded near the plate number on the bumper. She pulled her arm back and looked back. The last thing she [and I] saw was a guy with a blunt object going to hit her and a flash of light.

Last night, my mom and I watched a Korean movie. The Chinese title was something like a poison. The main character [guy] is also the one in Beautiful Days – the older brother. There were two siblings – one was on carpentry/interior design while the other one is into racing. The carpenter and his wife was really sweet like he will put toothpaste on her toothbrush everyday, they would exchange letters everyday like lovers and he would cook for her. The younger had a girlfriend. One day, on his way to his brother’s race, the carpenter got into an accident. At the same time, the racer crashed his car. The racer managed to recover and the next few days, he acted as if he was the brother which made the doctor believed that they had exchange souls. The girlfriend couldn’t take it and in the end left. The racer knew a lot of stuff that only the brother knew and the wife realized that he was really the carpenter. Later on, the doctor said that the carpenter who was in a coma had no chance of survival and his body is just deteriorating. They decided to pull the plug and the racer toss his ashes out at the sea. One day, the racer had a successful exhibit of his work and the wife went home to receive a package from the racer’s girlfriend. She said she would return the necklace that the racer had which she took from the bottle before leaving. She can now move on. The wife was shock for the necklace was exactly the same as hers and wondered who did the racer had one, too. She quickly went to the garage and looked for clues. She found a safe with a picture of her biking and a diary. She learned that the racer was photographing one day when he saw her and immediately took her picture for he felt that they have a connection. To his dismay, his brother liked her first as his brother introduced her to him. The racer had helped his brother who was quite clueless in the love department in order to win her heart. So, all those sweet stuff that the brother does were all the racer’s ideas. The racer gave up when they were married. The wife thought hard what she should do and in the end, she decided to play along for it was for the best and I think she is already pregnant for she was touching her bosom. She went back to the exhibit and the racer showed her the stuff he made. The last scene was the racer throwing the ashes, he was apologizing to his brother for using his life – acting as if he was him and promised never to tell the wife. The end.

Hehehe...I’m back, again. Just got my computer today. I have to search through the files to remember the net connection number. ^^; My computer conked out on the night of the last post. We were looking at the wedding pictures when it kept on hanging then when I re-started it, there is this noise coming from the cpu. Flashes of my harddisk before doing that and it crashed, I really feared that it was a goner. It was only on Monday when I got it fixed since our driver is busy with deliveries for the store. The guy said that my video card gave out because the fan in it was broke and the extra back-up harddisk is dead. I bought new ones and asked the guy to re-install the windows because there are some programs that I don’t want. I manage to get him to write all the names of the programs so I would know what the programs I would re-install. So, that is what I will do the next few days. Mmm, it seems that all the bookmarks I had before are gone. Oh well...just search for them again.

What’s happening, let’s see if I can still remember. Sis and her hubby had already left. I think they are now somewhere in Austria going to Italy. She texted a few times and she really like London. She even had to brag that she was on the business class, which even had games. We are always in economy and the airplane engine always driving me nuts since my ears go crazy so I cannot travel long. Just going to HK is agony but then, if it is Japan, I will bear it all. Hehehe For me, I’m still weak and it is not good to learn that my creatine [determines the health of my kidneys] is a bit high and it was probably caused by too high dosage of the medicine so it was lowered a bit. I had another test yesterday and it went .05 higher so Nii said I would check again after 2 weeks. I’m quite tense when I first learn it since the last time that happened, I ended up in the hospital with the transplanted kidney almost rejecting. I also went to the derma today. We would try out an ointment and if it doesn’t work, another biopsy. I’m no longer surprise or what...it was like being apathetic like whatever. ^^;

In the news, politics is in its high again about the president aspirants and mud-slinging. Since kidnapping is in the news again, there are again those there will be no kidnapping, etc by the government. As usual, it took one victim to be killed for them to pay attention. I have read that she [the victim] had already told her parents that if ever she gets kidnapped, she will give up without a fight and told her parents not to pay the ransom. She did just that for she refuse to get out of the car so the kidnappers shot her legs and well, she bled to death. The kid who was kidnapped before just got out the other day after the parents paid a ransom. The parents would probably send their children abroad to keep them safe and it took a long time since it took time for the kidnappers to learn that the parents aren’t that rich so made do with a smaller ransom.

While my computer is being fixed, I played games in my PS1. I got stuck in Musashi and since I cannot cheat, I played Lunar Silver Star Story. It had some nice anime cut scenes, which hangs a bit, maybe the copy wasn’t good. ^^; The story is okay though a bit predictable with all the hints. The characters are okay and the game play is very easy since I can save anywhere and in each town, I can ‘heal’ my members just by touching a statue. The story is about Alex, a country boy wanting to be like his hero, Dyne, a dragonslayer. With his adopted ‘sister’ iirc, her name is Luna, and a fat childhood friend went to the city had passed the dragon test and went off to sell the jewel. His friend stayed at the city and became a successful businessman to prove himself to his father. Luna always have this dream which is troubling her then they met an arrogant magician, Nash[?] with a woman who looked like a seductress witch judging from her make-up and clothes who was looking for a singer. After meeting with one of the heroes who was with Dyne, they are all four. They went with the magician to the magic guild. There they met the other two heroes, a woman who was mean to her daughter and a somewhat bsho elf-type guy but I have a feeling he is a bad guy. His costume had a hat with horns so it isn’t the typical good guy look.

They had a mission to confirm a fake dragonslayer and team up with Jessica, the daughter of the hero at the city. She is spunky and plays the good girl role around her father. Then, after the mission, Jessica told them that a woman in the shrine whom they met was not there before she played truant. Everyone was puzzled. After going back to the magic guild, Alex was arrested and got separated from Luna. Alex was rescued by his pet flying cat which can talk and the girl hero’s daughter, Mia. They heard moaning of a familiar voice at the nearby cell and rescued her. She had a mask, which can wipe out one’s memories. It was quite obvious who the woman was. They went to the tower and rescued Luna from the witch, the shrine impostor, the girl hero and the elf-guy. The woman prisoner turned out to be the real girl hero so the three women escaped after saying they are all doing this for the magician emperor. Elf-guy apologized for being foolish and asked them to take him to the dragon. They did and he turned out to be the magician emperor. He captured the dragon, kidnapped Luna [whom the dragon said was the child during ‘that’ time] – calling her his queen and blasting Alex.

Alex was saved by a guy who saved them before. Alex with his pet went back to the city to find it infested with monsters. He teamed up with Jessica and tried to save her father but they are too late. Then, they went to the magic guild, which was also infested so they helped Nash and Mia defeat it. Mia’s mother is still weak and forgot everything. They met up with Jessica’s boyfriend, Kyle who was a Robin Hood type. They tried to prevent some more singer kidnapping but where unsuccessful and are looking for the red dragon then later on the other two dragons. We are now looking for bugs which would help make a balloon float to the island where the red dragon lives. I think the second disc will be the after destruction that is typical of most rpgs.

Anime – Lady Lady is being shown already and it is the classical shoujo which is like Candy Candy. For the young who wasn’t able to watch the former, it is much like a soap with the classic nice girl who was always being bullied by more powerful rich and of course, a love story. In Lady 2x, the heroine is a girl with curly blond hair who was going to her father’s house with her mother but she got involved in an accident that her mother died. Her step-sister didn’t accept her immediately and seem to be sick since she always stay in her room. The setting was in England and during that times, it seem that the guy always get married. I think her father is jinxed to have two dead wives already and is planning to marry a new one who had two mean kids – a boy and a girl. They are making the heroine’s life miserable. The girl is much like Candy 2x for she is out-going and spunky. For the love team, they have a somewhat neighbor, well, they live in mansions with large hectares of land. The neighbor is a family with two sons – a teen and a boy. Can you see the match up? There is someone who wanted the heroine to go back to Japan where she and her mother used to live. I’m skipping some episodes because I don’t want to watch the ‘bullying’ part of the mean wannabe-stepmother and kids who just framed something on the heroine. The ending sequence are like Candy 2x with those drawings of light color, girl with gown – princess and in the last scene was she is reaching out to a shadowed guy whom I think will be her boyfriend. I wonder if the ‘evil’ siblings will turn out like in Candy 2x who have her own problems with two such siblings when she tried to get adopted to a good family like her bestfriend. See, in the end, that ‘evil’ sibling brother tried to court her. Wouldn’t it be a joy to turn him down? Hehehe Oh ya, in this type of stories, the author usually kill off a character, even if he/she was one of the main characters for the story.

The special of F2 and the ASOS girls have ended after their concert with local artists was done last week. It was a success and as usual, they will show the concert on tv. Yugioh will be probably be back on its old time of 5pm and Astroboy will replace it. I think this is a new Astroboy with him waking up and lighting a whole city. There are also some tournaments with him and some ‘monsters’. I don’t recall these scenes in Astroboy before. In Naruto, they are in the tree contest, it was every team for themselves and there are some teams who are killing other teams. Naruto and his group always get separated with Naruto always missing. Sasuke always manages to know that it was a fake Naruto facing them, first because of the missing scar and the next was he memorized a long poem that normally Naruto cannot. Sasuke had to face off a strong Snake like guy who is giving him such a hard time. Sakura was with him but she was virtually useless. Naruto was eaten by a big snake and managed to get out by multiplying himself. Sasuke was about to be attack by snake guy when Naruto came to intervene.

In Gundam Seed, they learned that Lacus got on the wrong ship – the enemy. The others were uncomfortable with her but it was okay with Kira since they are of the same race. Loud-mouth Fflay just have to shout that to Lacus and Kira was there so he was deeptly hurt. Their common friend have to point it out to Fflay again since Kira could pilot the Gundam because he is of the different race – the enemy. Meanwhile, Athrum was tasked to get Lacus back and it seem that she was his fiancée.

In the Chinese ch, they are now showing Kindaichi [tv series]. The lead va is different. The first case was about Kindaichi being asked by his sempai girl to get in the mystery club and help solve a crime which involve a girl missing in their school. The president of the club was threatened since he wanted to be the one who always solve the cases. His sempai called about an info on the case and she was killed. Then a club member opened the computer, which the sempai was last doing and realized something. He was also killed. Miyuki then went to see the computer as she tried to get her hankie and was almost killed by the killer. Kindaichi wracked his brains since his childhood friend was almost killed. It turned out that it was the principal who was doing something bad and the missing girl wanted to report to the police. He tried to stop her and she fell on the stairs. Feeling guilty, he hid her on the wall and had it re-painted. The clue of the sempai was the name of the president and the skeleton was behind the poster of the president on the wall. The principal confessed and was stabbed by the janitor who turned out to be the father of the missing girl. He worked at the hospital hoping to find out what happened to his daughter and the surge of emotion made him kill the principal. The short case was they went snow-skiing. A girl team member tried to kill the team captain for she thought that he tried to harm her boyfriend but it turned out to be an accident and the team captain really cared about his teammates. Nobody got killed here and the girl apologized for what she tried to do. This channel will be in premium along with wowow. The cable say it will start on Dec first but so far, we still have it for free.

In HnG, it was the start of Hikaru and Akira face-off. In OP, another filler with Ace leaving them after fighting with a guy who was trying to prove himself to his two kids. I think it will be another filler this Sunday. Yugi is now having the upper hand against the cyber Kaiba kid as his friends are being turned into stone in Yugioh. I wasn’t watching much tv lately since Lunar is quite addictive. hehehe

Sis will be leaving for her honeymoon tomorrow. She already left the digital pictures here and a partial of my uncle’s pictures are here, too. I will pick the ones that I will post up so wait for it. Last time I talk about this regarding cousin photographer. We are somewhat vindicated on how crappy his work was when my uncle criticize his work much worse than we did like the hand – what is the purpose of it there and the really bad one was he had wrong lighting. The layout was also very bad. I knew his lighting was wrong when I saw the unedited digital pictures he did. I don’t know if he listened to the tips of my uncle though. So, I know it is mean but I was somewhat happy about it and they say we complain too much. *evil laugh* Ya, it felt good.

I was suppose to have a blood test today but it was a somewhat holiday today because our president wanted to celebrate Ramadan day and it was the first time in her term we are celebrating it – not actually us but the Muslims here since she wanted to appease the Muslims down south with all the rebels there. Crime is bad here. Regarding the kid who was kidnapped, sorry, it was a girl. ^^; Flash reports always have wrong information. Then, there was a few more kidnapping here and there. The other day it was about three holdups of a bank, a fastfood chain and a pawnshop. There are also some cellphone snatchers who open up your locked car/window during the traffic. It is really scary to go out these days. The president doesn’t want to give in to resuming the death penalty since she is Catholic, you have to be pro-life and the rights activists said that criminals have rights. Well, for the victims’ families, try saying that and they will say what about the rights of their victims.

I’m still preparing for the next blog picture. To put snow or not? So far, it is just pasting a picture to a background. I got the picture from boyis, which is from a blog which was linked to Kai’s pic. The owner of the blog got her pictures from it and I got some. I tend to remove backgrounds and place new ones than just editing that same picture. The girl in the picture is from Magna Carta. It is really bad that I cannot play this game because it is in Korea. The cg is really pretty as I said before Koreans are good in cg. It is almost like Final Fantasy characters. The background is from a wallpaper site. I’m still looking for a quote/poem for the picture.

Last week’s episode of Gundam Seed was a bit on fighting as Kira is having trouble fighting. Fllay had careless had told some people that Kira was the pilot of the MS [mobile suit]. That’s all because I forgot to watch. ^^; Yesterday’s episode was they are looking for some equipment and got into some wreck spaceships. The adults even tasked the kids to get it so they were pretty shock for they are immediately exposed to a lot of dead people. Meanwhile, Athrun and the others had returned back to their colony or planet. Athrun with Raww went to a meeting with some hotshots who planned the conquering. One of them was Athrun’s father who told him not to think much about Kira being his friend or something like that.

After the meeting, Athrun visited his mom’s grave and while driving, a pink haired singer, Lacus was singing on the television. I begin to think that this is a cross with Gundam and Macross. Back in space, everyone made origami flowers for the dead as they let it float in space. It was a nice scene. They went back searching for the equipment when Kira saw a spaceship and a MS came. He wished it to go away and not spot the others but unfortunately, one of their spaceship which had his friends came by. The MS was about to shoot so Kira had no choice but to shoot the MS. He was really angry and sad [He is crying, unlike in Gundam W, this pilot isn’t a killing machine] for having to destroy the MS as his friends are thanking him. Then, he saw an escape pod. They got it inside their ship as they prepare to open it. A cute pink round robot went out beeping. They were all surprise and Kira was practically stunned when Lacus came out from the escape pod. Love at first sight? It is obvious for it was in the opening sequence. hehehe

In Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo or the Case files of Kidaichi, they went to a hotel which had an ancient city beneath the sea near it. Hajime Kidaichi [lead], Miyuki and a young girl [she seems to be Hajime’s sister] went there since they were invited by Miyuki’s teacher. There was a guy named Ceasar [The name I heard from Chinese but it could be Neptune since it fits more. ^^; ] who is threatening to wreck everything. Everyone was a suspect and like before, it was only at the end when Hajime recap in his brain all that had happen and immediately knew who the killer was that it was a bit hard for me to guess. It was Miyuki’s teacher’s lover who done it for revenge against her father who indirectly killed his ‘father’. In the end, he committed suicide as the sea covered the ancient city again and he sat where his ‘father’ died. Miyuki’s teacher was devasted for she was used. Hajime comforted her by saying that the time when he had saved her, it was his real self but well, his hatred had overcome him. It was nice. The funny part was when Hajime had fallen in the aquarium and there is a shark in it. It does seem that this had a tv series up to 100+ but the lead was by a different va. It is a four episode per mystery. The new character here was the chief who is somewhat bsho except for the color of his hair, which is light blue, which makes him look old. He is somewhat like glasses guy in Hng and he is good with computers. For both movies, the culprit was somewhat good looking and is out for revenge. Oh ya, Miyuki’s teacher’s father was arrested as he had admitted that he had ‘killed’ the guy’s ‘father’. It is ‘father’ because he wasn’t the biological father.

In Hng, they are still playing and rising into the ranks. About Yugioh, wrong again, Yugi is using his own cards not Kaiba’s. He is having an edge against the kid. In OP, it is about Vivi’s childhood when she joins in the fight and become a friend of Kohza’s gang. They are so cute as kids. Also, it was shown how Kohza got his scar near the eye, which was when he tried to save Vivi from some kidnappers. Vivi was telling the story as the others are fighting over water and ate a giant scorpion for snack. I forgot what the preview is about. ^^;

Let’s go the some details of the wedding. While taking pictures at the Disney theme light shows, walking through the mall and inside the hotel, people kept staring at me. I guess it was because of my outfit. I had a red cap, long sleeved blue shirt with a teddy bear logo and dark violet jeans. We thought that either I look like a foreigner or a actress.

Well, maybe that, too. ^^; I was actually hiding my wounds. The ceremony is somewhat like a combination of Protestant and Catholic rituals. The entourage goes in and lines up in front as we await the bride. After the serenade music, sis came in with my father. She actually looked nice in the dress and it looked like the chibi that we [Asher and I made] The pastor would ask my father if he is willing to give his daughter and he would answer I do. The groom then would go to the bride and lead her to the altar. After the opening prayer and short sermon, they swore on the bible that they came there willingly and exchanged vows. The vows are what they made on their own so no till death do as part thingie, which is usual in most wedding. They forgot a bit of their lines and I think I shouldn’t had helped sis with hers since it might be seen in the video and stupid of me to keep on giggling when they forgot. ^^;; The best man and I was holding the microphone. After that, it is the coin, cord and veil. The candle was lighted by the sponsors when they entered a while ago. There was the sponsors signing the wedding contract as the best man and I gave it to them. I think by this part, sis’ friend played the piano. After that, another prayer then the moment, when the pastor said that they are already wed. We had picture taking and the ceremony ended.

There is no story on the reception since I wasn’t there. They say the flowers are really nice and it all looked great. The food is good. It is Chinese. Wah, my Peking duck. Whiner and her sister came and even visited me at the room. Her boyfriend didn’t come because of work. The other classmate of mine before whom I had invited wasn’t able to come. It is okay I guess since I wasn’t able to go to her daughter’s birthday. Asher went to the ceremony. The centerpiece on the table was given in whole to the lucky one whose seat had a tag on it. I said whole because sometimes, if there were no souvenirs, the people would get the flower one piece and practically ruin the arrangement. There is no souvenir because it is quite expensive and doesn’t seem practical. The avp wasn’t seen by half of the people because the ones who put up the wide screens said that only one is needed in the venue. It should have been two.

SG – Last week, I missed the ending and now, I missed the first half because I didn’t wake up. Last week’s episode, Yuya’s jealousy is going over the top as his snowboarding moves were easily copied by Tatsukichi [monkey guy]. In the end, he did something he doesn’t usually do like lose his temper. Everyone knows that he likes Ran but Ran is clueless. Isn’t it so typical? He just doesn’t have the chance and courage to tell her. In the end, Ran wrote something on the snow about him and we had a brownout so I never know what it was. ^^; From this episode, I can know the pairs already. Aya likes Rei who doesn’t seem to have any reaction. Miyu is a pair with Yamato, Ran’s brother. Today’s episode is on how it became Miyu and Yamato. Miyu used to be a gangster and the part, which I saw was she was fighting with some goons. She defeated them and Ran wanted to challenge her. One of the goons rose up and Ran defeated him with a punch so that he won’t interrupt them. Ran and Miyu punched each other on the face. Miyu fell down first and so Ran won as she later fell down. Ran was very happy for Shibuya is now her territory. At the hospital, Yamato was there as Miyu was glad that he believed her or something and there was a wind chime. In real time, Yamato came to Miyu who was with Ran and Aya. Miyu gave him a cat shaped wind chime since it had been a year already and they swore they won’t separate. The two talked at the stairs beneath the shade as Ran and Aya left the two lovers. It was nice.

Mmm...I just realized that I forgot to watch Naruto yesterday. ^^;; Satorare had ended. A kid accidentally called him satorare and he realized that everybody knew. He freaked out and ready to commit suicide but the others dissuade him. He wanted to live in a secluded island so as not to be a freak but the girl wanted to be with him. As they are going, all the doctors went to the port, saying they will all go with him. In the end, he decided to go back to the hospital for it was his dream to be a doctor. They took knowing what he thinks as if it was normal like he was talking. They got along and it was a happy ending. This drama was replaced by a story on a kindergarten teacher who happens to be a guy. He tried to adjust himself to the place since he is still new and they are not used to having a guy teacher. This one is not my taste though. The guy is the dorky cute type.

Girls Marching On is nice. I did saw a review on it and rated it 4 out of 5 stars. It is about a widow with 3 adult girls. The first one had a boyfriend but her assistant at the shop wanted him. The assistant managed to get the boyfriend on bed when he was drunk one day. The boyfriend had to get his friend to take the assistant of his back but today, the first daughter knew about it and thought that the boyfriend is a two-timer. The second one is pretty but dumb type and the last one is a tomboy. The boyfriend had two other friends, which I think would be paired with the other siblings. This is a comedy-drama and it is in one hour so it isn’t too dragging than a half-hour. Dramas should be shown an hour but here, they tend to just show it at half an hour. I haven’t gotten into the new dramas of the other channels.

Oh ya, 24 is good. I’m watching the Filipino dubbed. I had watched AXN and wasn’t used to the English. I thought it was the next episode of the Filipino dub and it turned out to be ending. It was because it was 5 – the time. ^^; I really didn’t want to skip. Gu-on or the Grudge is now showing here while the part 2 is on Taiwan. After repeating the ads on the part 2, it started to get really scary. I should not watch this at night since most of the scenes are at night, when the ghosts attack. There is a Sadako look alike but she doesn’t stare you to death, she scare you like appearing behind you when you are in the mirror, beneath your blankets and suddenly going down from the ceiling, head first. Along with her was her son with black eyes no whites. The grudge curse is someone died with extreme hatred and rage, which would be the mother-son tandem for they were killed brutally, and if anyone goes within that area, they would be cursed. A lot of people went to the house where they stayed before and so the curse moves on. As I wrote before, there will be an English version on it just like the Ring had.

Hehehe...I’m back. The reason for the long absence is that I got really sick and it was right after the ceremony of sis’ wedding that I wasn’t able to attend the reception. ^^;;; Oh well, I would just content with the pictures and video for that.

Let us rewind to the past few days. I rested on Sunday and we are in a hurry to check in the hotel on Monday so I wasn’t able to check emails or blog. The hotel was worth the price. It was really nice and I could live there. Hehehe It had a small living room, business desk with net if I had a laptop, nice bedroom and bathroom that had separate shower and bathtub. Wah, I cannot dip in the bathtub because of the stupid wounds. We ate a Japanese resto at night then had picture taking since they had some light displays outside – Disney theme. Sis’ fiancé’s mother brought the wedding dress at night. It was last minute because of some tradition and we have to look for a kid born on the dragon sign who would roll over the couple’s bed. It is really lucky to be born on that sign since just rolling over and they would give you ampao [red envelope with money] also in other traditions, dragons are preferred, they are supposedly lucky. For my cousin who was the same age as I, he is lucky to have friends who would give him free tickets to Japan [wah!] and even to the US. He was born on the dragon sign. I didn’t made it because I was born a month early before the Chinese Mew Year. Then, we slept.

Actually, I had a hard time sleeping. It is eerie to have a mannequin with a wedding dress on inside the room. The mannequin had no head. ^^;; I think I watch too many horror movies...actually, not, it is just my active imagination. I was already groggy in the morning. I manage to fix myself and ate a little for breakfast. Later on, the beauticians came. I was the last one to be fixed up. I ate a little during lunch since I have no appetite and I felt like nauseating. After a few pictures by uncle photographer and a bit by cousin, we all went to the church.

It didn’t start on time since two of the entourage group was late. I had to stand for a long time in front and even during open prayer, I didn’t close my eyes in fear that I might lose my balance. My feet is killing me..the shoes actually. Well, I survived the ceremony and now that I think of it, it all seemed like a dream. It was when we went to the car on the way to the reception that I started feeling dizzy and even vomit. I don’t want to force myself to the reception and make a scene there. I stayed the whole night at the hotel room which sis had reserved. After it all, we went hope and I ate a little more to drink my medicine and the day is over. I can say it was a miracle that I made it through the ceremony since I have duties in there.

The next few days, I had been resting so no net/computer. Yesterday, sis visited with her hubby for the tradition of 3 day including the wedding day to visit the bride’s family wherein there would be a small gathering. Kidnapping is in the news again especially the most recent one on a Coca-cola executive who was killed. My father’s supplier-friend was the father of the girl and when I saw her name in the news, I realized that she was the one whom I had emailed before. My father gave me her email before when I had my Internet for the first time. She was really nice but we lost in touch. Iirc, she is the only daughter and the favorite of the family so they are really devastated. I hope she is happy wherever she is now. I’m not quite enthusiastic about the government being able to get her killers but I’m sure God would punish them for it. Anyway, because of this, Fil-Chinese are getting scared again since they are the usual targets. This morning, a ten-year old boy was kidnapped and left his maid and driver wounded. The boy is on his way to school.

Elsewhere, it seem that Michael Jackson got himself into a court case again about a child molestation. There are also a few bombings in Turkey, rallies in London, terrorist threat in Japan and many others. Many things are really happening lately. Oh ya, Mariah Carey came here last weekend, I think and some airport officials thought her bodyguards are unruly for forbidding them to enter while Mariah was touching up her make-up. It is funny if you really think about it since they are making an issue about it and comparing her to more ‘friendly’, Mandy Moore, who is in town for a concert, too. By next week, the two of the F4 and ASOS will come here for their concert.

In anime, Spiral ended with a ‘huh?’ for me. The last episode was Kanone was testing Ayumu and Ayumu managed to pass it. Kanone was not content and tried to strangle Ayumu but Eyes stopped him. The end, well, the Blade Children get together again. I think Kousuke make a cute couple with Ryoko with that last scene. Rio is happy that Eyes came back with them. Madoka went on a vacation. Hiyono is still tailing Ayumu. Kanone went back to where he used to live. The last scene was Ayumu in the train station thinking if destiny can be changed and he hope it can. A white butterfly flies which somewhat symbolize Kiyotaka wherever he was and I hope he is not dead. That’s it. So, it is hanging. There are few sites on this and most are based on the anime. Maybe the manga had the ending if it already finished. I have not bonded with the characters though I find Kousuke cute and well, I find Kiyotaka interesting though he didn’t appear in the story. Hehehe Weird. It is currently being rerun.

In OP anime, another filler ala Saiyuki with some bumbling gang but this one is much better than Saiyuki since Luffy and the gang made the them more brave as the townspeople are depending on them to drive away the ‘bad’ pirates = Luffy and the gang. The next episode would be on Vivi’s past. Maybe I can see Kohza, well, maybe as a kid. In Yugioh, Kaiba managed to get Makuba back to his side but evil kid made them into stone. Yami Yugi was pissed off since the kid cheated for Kaiba haven’t lost all of his points yet so he played in Kaiba’s place.

I managed to watch an anime movie last Saturday. I only know that the lead was either voiced by the seiyuu of Ryuichi or Shuichi [Gravitation]. The character’s name had an ichi which means one. I searched by anime seiyuu list and I think the title is this one - Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo Operazakan Aratanaru Satsujin. Basically, it is a detective anime. A teen glutton and really unlikely to be a detective well, he is really just a student likes to solve crimes. He is what I call goofy kind of cute. He is always with a girl who likes him. Then, there is that policeman whose cases are usually solved by the boy. Doesn’t that sound like Conan? In the movie, it moves around a play, The Phantom of the Opera. Someone killed an actress then later on, the two assistants then the lead actor got injured. In the end, it was the lead actor who did it since he is out for revenge for the actress had deliberately drugged her lover-actress, which made her dizzy and fainting during the play. The two assistants even videotape her as she was trying to get help. The girl hanged herself. One of the assistants was killed by the new actress who she looked like the deceased one. The actor’s last request was to play the phantom for the last time in Tokyo/Kyoto. After the play, the lead visited him saying that he should have just reported it and he wouldn’t have to sacrifice his fame and everything. A touching scene was the lead cried as he put powder on his face as the girl comfort him. I guess he felt really sad for the tragedy of the actor just because of revenge. The last scene was really funny as the girl asked him she was touched when he tried to save her from the burning room. He confessed that he just really want to go to the bathroom. The girl pushed him into the river and he went on to chase him. He even managed to tease the policeman that he usually has to solve his cases and the lead made faces. I like this and there will be another movie on it next Saturday. I think it has a series.
