I’ll keep this short since the anesthesia had worn off. Mainly, it will be anime update. ^^; In CGT, it seemed that the other U-ya was said to have been trained by U-ya himself. Meanwhile, Kouya got his ego go over his head again until he almost was defeated when Jiro put some sense into him. This is getting repetitive already. So, they managed to win and be in the quarterfinals. For some interesting part, Takeshi went to investigate about the other U-ya. Lilika went back to the room after the game since she forgot her data files and met Takeshi there. Takeshi showed Lilika what he had discovered and she made Takeshi promise to keep all of it to them. He agreed and it seemed that it would not be good for Kouya to know about it. I was thinking that maybe it was really his brother who just got tanned and changed his hair color. ^^;
Robin: That would be pretty farfetched.
Ya, I know. In Pot, Sumire was thinking of which pair to put into pairs. Meanwhile, Ryoma and Momoshiro are competing with each other regarding how they eat. ^^; Then, they wanted to play tennis and got challenged into a doubles match. They were able to defeat the others but when they faced a duo that was good in it, they were easily defeated since they lack teamwork or rather, they are used in single match. They decided to team up to beat the duo who would be their next school competitor. The end scene was Ryoma buying a book on doubles match as some girls giggle that he was quite embarrassed about it. hehehe

I visited Muraki today to check on my right shin wound. It was a-ok since the mark on the bone had already disappeared. ^-^ The bad news is that what I thought to be an insect bite was a skin infection and the pus had to be drain. So, off we went to the operating room for the minor surgery. It didn’t bug me too much since I have been doing this many times from the biopsy before of former lumps that I’m getting used to it. The next paragraph will be how it was done. Skip if you don’t want to read surgery stuff.
First, the bump was cleaned with soapy water. It stings a bit since the skin is already broken. After that, get a syringe with anesthesia and inject to the bump. Get a nice scalpel, which is smaller than what Akabane of GB uses and slice open it. Wee...lots of blood. Then press the wound so that the pus and blood would come out. Opps, the infection is quite deep. Let’s repeat the process of anesthesia, scalpel and press. After that, put a little plastic type thread so that the remaining pus would come out. It hurts putting that thing in. Then, patch up with bandage and finish.

^-^ When I was told it was going to be operated on since just drinking antibiotic would cure it, I was thinking of Zoro. Mm..I must be competing with him on the number of scars on my body. ^^;; I just made a really stupid bet with my mother. Stupid because I think I will lose. It is when sis’s engagement album would be finished. It is digitally laid out. It won’t be finished by November. I based my bet on after two weeks, they have only finished 3 pages and the whole album have 60 pages. Oh well, I would just lose a part of my part time monthly salary.

Sigh. I didn’t get to know who U-ya was because I was watching MVP Valentine, totally forgot CGT. ^^; What happened here was that Tiger and his bro beat Kouya and Jin. Kouya became determined to beat this U-ya and Tiger. He seemed to have forgotten about Takeshi. ^^;; In PoT, Momoshiro, Nanjiroh [ Ryoma’s dad] and Shika [female reporter] are fighting over who can go first since their bikes are on opposite ways. It is really funny when Momoshiro and Nanjiroh are comparing muscles so let the other one pass first. They won’t even let Shika even though she is a girl to pass through. On the other side, Ryoma was teaching the bully’s dad who was quite bossy how to play tennis to know his place. Hehehe Then, last scene was Sakuno trying to hook Ryoma with her lunchbox made for him but Ryoma was just too engrossed with watching the tennis game. Poor Sakuno. Next will be team match of Ryoma and Momoshiro against another school or team.
The rival channel of Meteor Garden will have a new Chinese drama which stars Vic of F4. It is the Poor Prince. From the plot, I immediately knew what it was. It was based on a manga, Yamada Tarou Monogatari. I know this because when I asked my uncle to buy me Sailormoon, he bought me it because the Chinese had some characters are the same as Sailormoon. This was way, way before. The plot is this poor guy who studies in a school wherein everyone thought he was rich. Lots of girls like him in the volume I had, there was even a guy who likes him. I think they would edit that out from the drama. It is really wacky comedy and he had a friend who is rich and knows his secret. There was even a time that I thought that they are gay there. ^^;
Let’s see. One episode wherein he is being ambushed by a girl who wanted to use him as an actor for her video. He agreed when he learned the girl’s family makes the most delicious pancake mix in Japan. She would give him a whole year supply of it. The video was easy because he would act as a poor guy and well, everyone thought he was a good actor since they thought he was rich but he was actually playing his everyday life. ^-^ In the end, his rich friend saw the movie. Everyone was touched by the performance. The friend quietly went to the washroom and laughed out loud. ^^;; The end scene was he was quite happy as he bring home lots of boxes of pancake to his siblings. I forgot how many where they, 6 or 8. ^^; In case you are wondering where his parents were, his mother tends to find where he hid the money and likes to use it up while his father is a bum so he was the breadwinner of the family. If it was done that way, it would be fun. ^-^
Speaking of drama, Woman in Love has ended. Well, I really hoped that the husband of the eldest would die but well, it was a happy ending so everyone is alive and well. Everything is smooth going in family and business. The end. The replacement isn’t that good but I had found a Korean drama [Chinese dub] in a Taiwanese drama. It would be my first high school Korean drama entitled Love Book [literally translated from the Chinese title] From what I understand, an orphan recently transferred to a priest house and seemed to have a huge chip on her shoulder maybe because of an ex-boyfriend or something. A boy lived in the same home and they are classmates. He was the crush of the girls there and because he reserved a seat for her on her first day, the other girls are not very happy about it. He tried to make friends with her and who knows, it would bloom into something. The boy is cute. ^-^
In In-Laws war, what would you do if your husband to be was very late in our wedding and in 15 minutes, the next bride and groom will be coming so you have to get out of the reception? In her case, she punched the guy. Lol. His excuse was he was busy watching how a scene was directed since he is just learning how to be a director. It is not a good one really. The conflict here would be that her mother-in-law is always being ordered around by the father and she is quite independent and well, punches guys since her father trained her that way.

Nothing much happened today so just anime update. In CGT, Kouya and Jiro’s team up and managed to win. The last part was getting to know the identity of U-ya, the hooded one. I think it is the rival of U-ya before. In PoT, it was a funny episode. Ryoma won over Glasses and other matches so he will be in the special team. Kaidoh just loves to scare the other kids by hissing at them. Hehehe Then there is a special test on them, which doesn’t include the captain and co-captain. They have to hit the ball with a color on the corresponding cone with weighs on their ankles. If they fail, they have to drink a certain drink. Eiji was the first one to fail and immediately left shouting for water. The others soon follow and Kaidoh tried to be cool but ended up running, too. The one who created this contest was Glasses and he was having the time of his life. Last was Fuji and he actually liked the drink. ^-^;
Then after the game, there are corresponding suggestions for them to improve and for Ryoma was to drink milk so that he would grow taller fast. ^^;; In the end, Ryuzaki managed to say congrats to Ryoma without the interruption of Domoka as Ryoma wore his team uniform to show her – she asked to see it.

Yesterday, I went to a post office mini-trip to get my parcel. I got the notice last Friday in the late afternoon. Interestingly, while I was at the store, I did thought that it has been a long time since I have went there and when I got home, I got the note. The only thing, which gives me a clue who it was from was that it was in the United States. I was already thinking that it was from Unicorn but then, she didn’t mention anything about sending something to me so I kept it to myself since it would be quite embarrassing to ask Unicorn and she didn’t sent it.
Since it was close during the weekends, I have to wait until Monday to go and get it. It was raining yesterday and I went there with the company driver. I picked it up at the basement of the office. A very mean lady met me and was quite rude in talking with people who answered very rudely when I asked a question. They have changed the process since usually, I pay right there but now, it was a different office at the first floor. I think the payment is for storage of the parcel. It is like in my college, you have to go from one building to another just to pay since people have to pay at the accounting office. Well, it is to lessen the chance of keeping the money by people, I guess.
I had the driver go down to pick it up since I don’t want to meet the rude lady again but I ended up having to meet her again since I have to sign it. I think she was much nicer this time around because the driver teased her of being mean. ^^; According to the driver, she said that she is just like that and she isn’t really mean. Oh well, people reading this might call me being stupid and such but I get easily intimidated by these kind of people.
So, it is Unicorn’s package. Thank you very much! Call me baka, but I actually looked at all of the things inside before reading the letter. ^^;

I left the yellow wrapped gift since I was outside and would open it at home. Our house was being sprayed that day since vampire bugs had been feasting on us especially sis since she must be delicious. ^^; I did had a bite, too and it is swelling so I have to get a doctor to check it before it became like the one on my shin. Back to the story, it was only when I read the letter when I knew it was sis’ wedding gift. Haha...good thing that I haven’t opened it yet. ^^; When my father saw the Pegasus stuff toy, he immediately mention that I should give it to sis since she likes horses and in the Chinese horoscope, she is a horse which if I remember correctly, is the same as Unicorn’s. Sis sends her thanks. She had opened and closed the gift twice now. The first one to look at it and the second is to show it to my mom if it would make a nice souvenir gift for the wedding. There are some types being sold here but my mom said Unicorn’s is much prettier.
It has to be approved by sis’ fiancé if they like that type of souvenir and like the ones available here. Sis already wrote in Unicorn’s name for her wedding gift list. ^-^ The first one. I have yet to listen to the cd. I wonder if I can pick a good love song there, which I can suggest for sis’s video if she would have one. I wanted something different from the usual ones, which people frequently hear. Of course, it has to be English since her fiancé wanted to know what was being sung. Hehehe So, thanks again.

I don’t know if the anime is hinting something but almost all of the Western competitors are quite proud and look down on them. Kouya met Tiger again and he snubbed him. His group interfered and the head of the association said that the group leader, the old man had a group before which was to formed since they just love to destroy gears. I guess the old man used Kouya to irk Tiger so that he would be mean. Jin tried to find the Chinese girl and they bumped into each other. The Chinese girl tried to run away and bump into these two nice looking men, one of whom I thought was a girl. They are from royalty and one of them slapped her for staining his clothes with her lipstick. Jin was angry about that and challenged them. During the match, Jin tried to defeat them on his own until in the end, he teamed up with Korudo and they won. The guys agreed to fulfill their promise of apologizing. Korudo asked what it was. Jin was quite happy and kept mum about it. A love story. ^-^ I was thinking that Takeshi likes Lilika since he loves to call her and praise her for her work. Hehehe
In PoT, Ryoma was playing against guy with glasses who I think somewhat memorized Ryoma’s game techniques so he was creaming Ryoma. At the other court, Kunimitsu just finished off his opponent, Shuiichiro. I don’t know if in the manga, Ryoma’s game kept on exchanging scenes with his dad playing with the cat. ^^;; So, Ryoma finally thought of a technique which is by hopping around and managed to score against Glasses. In between this, was Nanjiroh, Ryoma’s dad playing against Ryoma and Nanjiroh defeated Ryoma. Ryoma swore to defeat him and make him cry and as the end of the episode, he hasn’t done it. The last scene was the tennis ball was flying at Glasses and I was hoping it hit his glasses so we can see what his eyes look like. Side note: The reporter and Domoka, the friend of Sakuno are rivals for Ryoma and just like Rukawa’s fans, they are shouting crazy for him and called him Prince Ryoma. Domoka has a Ryoma fan club.
In Yugioh, Kaiba proved that he can change the future for just when he was about to release his god card just as Ishizu saw, he stopped calling it. Malik’s scepter shined and it turned out it was what seals Kaiba’s past. I think Kaiba used to be a priest before and Yugi is the pharaoh. They are rivals. So, instead, Kaiba released his green eyed blue dragon? and sacrificed his god card and another card. He defeated Ishizu and she was somewhat happy about it so there might be a way to free Malik from evil Malik.

The wind is whistling and it seems that a storm is brewing. My family plus sis’ fiancé minus brother’s family went to a province Batangas to go to this Caruwega? Place which is actually church grounds. It is somewhat of a Father’s day gift by spending the day with my dad. Hehehe
We went to church early in the morning and his gift for his year is a flashlight. Something we would really need when there is a brownout. Hehehe Then, we went to Sonya’s garden, which many people said it is delicious and serve buffet pasta and salad – eat-all-you-can. I was of course assuming that there is a buffet table wherein you can pick what kind of salad ingredients you want and same goes for the pasta. It is our first time here and we almost got lost. It was at this corner where tricycle drivers hang out, we asked and they simultaneously pointed out where it is. ^^; It is a bit funny since it is really assume that people would get lost trying to find it. As the name says, it is a garden and the dining area is somewhat like in a huge mosquito net.
There are a lot of signs there like do no pick the flowers and the pebbles, don’t ring the chimes, only well-behaved children allowed and do not tease the dogs. ^^; Obviously those are their problems. After walking around the small garden, we sat on the table and was surprised that there is already a salad waiting for us on the table and they are just serving juice. It turned out that what they serve is the eat-all-you-can. No picking what you like. ^^; The salad is made of some red flower petals which is from a daisy type of flower or a rose, romaine lettuce and some shredded carrots and either it was radish or cassava. There are some toppings of slices of mango, jackfruit, chopped hardboiled eggs, Parmesan cheese and the sort. Unfortunately, the only lettuce I eat is iceberg. ^^;
Luffy: And so we ate lots of the salad with the dressing of course.
The dressing seemed to be a bit garlicky. Anyway, next is wheat bread with some toppings like pate, white cheese, which looked like feta cheese, and others, which I haven’t heard what the waiter said. Then, it was the pasta. It is fettuccini with the choice of very oily sun dried tomatoes sauce, chicken white sauce which is made of Nestle cream and a bit of mangoes since I can see the shreds of it, cooked shrimp, soaked and sliced dried shitake mushrooms, olives and capers. The drink is dalandan [ a kind of citrus fruit relative to the lemon, I think but a bit sweeter] and had a cute little leaf of whatever plant it was, at the top of the class. Then, there are some mint twigs on water, perhaps to chew after eating for fresh breath. Then, for dessert, they serve hot water with a tarragon leaf and some native desserts like candied sweet potato and turon [banana wrapped in rice wrapper]. For that, each person have to pay for 500 bucks which is about $10.
Of course, it would be good if you actually like that kind of food. ^-^ It would be worth it and since we are not used to eating that kind of food and it was a bit hard to find...we might never come back there. ^^; Next is Caruwega which is a huge church grounds that has gardens. There is an entrance fee of 25 bucks per person. First, we went to the side road. It is like climbing over two hills and only to find a steel bridge which my sister thought to be a hanging bridge. ^^; We walked further down the road and asked a house nearby what can we see back there. It was a dead end so we walked all that way to see a steel bridge. ^^;; So, we walked back and headed towards the main sanctuary. It has some lovely wind chimes. We went towards the back where the church was. Another walk there, which is about the same length as the two hills but this time on stairs. We just saw a very small chapel as the people there are decorating the place because there will be someone getting married there. Then, on top, there is a balcony with a view of green pastures. After that, we headed back down. I was midway the stairs where the reception of the wedding will be held and I saw this group with lots of kids and some mothers or aunts. One of the small girls fell down. They kept on shouting for the caretaker or the mother but the adults were too busy taking pictures. ^^;; Since no one is coming to her, she picked herself up and went to the adults as the others told them what happened. Then, a different girl fell down and the adults are still chatting as if nothing happened. I only saw a teen, which went to the girl but didn’t help either. Then, she saw me looking at them.

Hahaha...Maybe I should have hide or something. I was just amused at their behavior. I guess it is okay for them for the kids to throw themselves down on a cement floor. I headed back to where the others were and took a peak at the flower arrangements and decors for the receptions. The color motif seems to be yellow/gold. After that, we went back to the car and headed to Fantasy Land. It is suppose to be like Disneyland, Philippine style but since the economy is down, they never got to finish it yet and seemed to be a bit like Expo Pilipino wherein an ex-president made it to something grand but never finished it because of lack of funds and controversy. Now it is closed. I went there just once for a field trip.
In Fantasy Land wherein members/stockholders can only enter for now, there is a castle which can be entered only at the ground floor since the upper floors are not finished yet. Then, there is a bit of a park, fountains and this hanging bridge suspended by two fake trees. They are now doing some townhouses, which according to sis’ fiancé is to boost the income so that they can finish the project. From the brocheure which I saw way, way before, it suppose to have some swimming pools, horseback riding, restaurants, carnival, etc. This was when I am still studying in college so that would be about 5 years ago.
After that, we went home and stopped over some plants store to buy some plants. My mother loves plants. I do, too but it is hard to keep them in our house. I have three plants as of now and my father bought a huge bonsai plant since he said, I like Japanese stuff. ^^; I have to research on that plant which had small waxy thick leaves. The guy said to just water it when the soil is try. So, that’s the story for today. I dead tired as if this was my exercise for the month. ^^;

Mm..today, the sleeping bugs are hovering around that I felt as if I haven’t slept the whole night. Even after I took a nap this afternoon, still sleepy. Weird. Oh well, I never did understand my body. Sis likes to tease me for watching corny stuff specifically Meteor Garden. I kept on telling her that I’m watching for the story and not the cast. Last night, she told me to admit it as to which of the F4 guys I like. I told her again that I don’t like anyone for her friend would be giving me pictures. ^^;; It seemed that her friend’s younger sister is also teasing her for watching it. Sis told me that it seemed that elder sisters like watching Meteor Garden. ^^;;; Today, she just gave me four sets of the F4 guys postcards courtesy of her friend who got them for free. She said that since I cannot pick one, her friend gave me all of them. Sigh.

Argh, it is not! And I’m not denying it! *_*; I had finished some summaries for my webpage but would post them on Monday. In Naruto, he was happily eating instant noodles and drinking a carton of milk for breakfast. It was the day when he is in an advance level in school. Sorry, I don’t know what it is called but something like training proper. Then, he meet Sakura whom he had a crush on. Sakura seemed to be like the lead girl in Karekano for she had another self to show her true feelings...hehehe...but this time, the other self is shown in white with black background like a drawing in the blackboard. She had a rival with a blond and they are all after the bsho in class, Sasuke. All the girls wanted to sit with him and Naruto was quite angry with Sasuke for Sakura likes her. A broomhead classmate bumped into Naruto which made him kiss Sakuke by accident on the lips. The girls were horrified and beat the crap out of Naruto.
Iruka grouped the class by three. Naruto was glad that he is with Sakura and not glad since Sasuke is also in the group. By the way, there is a quiet girl who likes Naruto. During lunch break, Naruto ambushed Sasuke and took his image to woo Sakura. He was about to kiss Sakura when he had a stomachache. He immediately went to the toilet. The real Sasuke managed to free himself and met Naruto. Naruto was about to attack him again using many Naruto technique but he got a stomachache again so all of them tried to go to the toilet at the same time. ^^; Then, Sasuke came and Sakura was all lovey-dovey over him but he was quite cold. Sakura then told him why she hates Naruto. Suddenly, he snapped at her and said that he hates her. Sakura was shocked and decided to try to understand Naruto. Naruto came back and to his surprise, Sakura was being nice to him. He shouted that he won’t fall for Sasuke’s trick then suddenly, went to the toilet again. At his house, the town’s head and his group teacher, Kakashi went to Naruto’s house and commented that the milk was expired. Hehehe... That was the reason why Naruto had stomachaches. ^-^ The lesson for today: Make sure the food you eat isn’t expired for it can ruin a good moment. ^_~

Woke up late today and spend the first half of the afternoon, tallying inventory for our store. My brain tends to freeze when I do it. It just do not like doing math stuff. Then, I took a break from Tatsumi [work] since Tsuzuki [procrastination] got to me. Just realized that I had almost used up my net time. I have to conserve in order not to totally use it up before the month ends. I made an animated gif of GB since there are a few chibi pictures that I would like to be viewed simultaneously. I have taken them from this site.
Short anime update: In CGT, Jin was taught a bit by the bum kendo master who also taught Korudo. Jin bought with his rival, the Shougi master. The tide is coming in the stage so they wasn’t able to finish it, I think, but the battle made Jin know how to fix his gear’s weakness. In PoT, this baka, yours truly, forgot to watch the end because I was flipping the channel and watched the news. I totally forgot that I was watching PoT and when I switched back, it has ended. So far, nothing much except that Sakuno tries to make friends with Ryoma who was snubbing her and some reporters went to ask some questions to Ryoma’s dad, Nanjiro but he tried to fake that he was Nanjiro for he acted like a pervert bum. He challenged the reporter to play a game and that’s it. ^^;;

It is Independence Day today here but not much people is celebrating because our genius president moved the holiday for tomorrow but kept the celebration today. It is her policy of moving holidays or extending them so that people would have long weekends and well, spend more for the local tourism. It would have worked if people have lots of money to spend. Our workers don’t seem to want long holidays because they would have no money to feed their family. We sometimes have to open so that they could work and at least, have some money. I hear some fireworks and managed to see some from my window. ^-^
Just watched the anime I have taped for last weekend. In Naruto, he made himself looking like a Kabuki actor for the picture and he trained the son of the tribe leader to make himself into a beautiful nude woman. ^^;; For Yugioh, it is a battle between Kaiba and Ishizu, Malik’s sister. Ishizu have the edge since she predicted the future with the use of her necklace, which is one of the millennium items.
In CGT, Korudo was fighting with this blond adult guy and Korudo bonded a bit with Jin. I wasn’t able to catch everything since I just got home from work. My sister went out for her ‘wedding field trips’ and it seemed that it will always be Thursday. Then, in PoT, Ryoma out trick Kaidoh, the snake and made Kaidoh tire from the game when it was suppose to be the opposite. Kaidoh is very pissed that he lost that he beat his legs with his racket until it bled. The next episode would be about Ryoma’s dad, Nanjiro

In CGT, nothing much happened except a game with the curly big guy who was the gear master of Kouya’s brother and he was impressed with Kouya. He was a friend of Jiro during a camping trip. In PoT, a bit of intro on Snake [ I don’t know his name, just the guy who has a bandana, hisses like a snake and his attacks are like a snake. ] and a bit of unimportant matches between the players. Just like Rukawa, Ryoma had a fan club and when they started screaming, the guys on the side were covering their ears. Snake vs Ryoma and both are even. The next episode, both will take it seriously. A mini-scene of Ryoma’s dad with a cat and a toy snake as if it was representing the current match. The cat just bit his finger and thus, the cat won over the toy snake. ^^;;
Just read that there will be a live-action Japanese drama on Sailormoon. That would be interesting. They would also make a movie on Devil May Cry though I don’t know if it is cg or live action. Then, well, there is a new Playstation in the works. I forgot when it would be released but it would be next year or the next. It would have a hard disk just like the X-box and optional DVD-R, which I think meant DVD recordable. The cover was silver. Okay, now that poses a problem. Wait a long time again for it or maybe, just borrow those who had bought PS2. hehehe So far, the games that I like for PS2 isn’t that many yet.
I’m going crazy over GetBackers lately. ^^;; There aren’t much sites but I did managed to see some spoilers and it made me understand more what is happening in the manga. I find the characters interesting. Lots of yummy secrets, I like. I think this would be a very, very long series if the authors wanted it to be. The plot is these two guys, Ban and Ginji who as the title says, are Getbackers – they get everything for people who hire them at a price but unfortunately, they usually do it for free or lost the money because Ban kept on parking at no parking zones.
From that basic plot, it expands to introducing characters from their past and well, there are many arcs as hints of their past including the other characters are revealed. Since this is shounen, it is a bit obvious that guys made it because of certain scenes. ^_~ I like it when they become sd so I put the duo at the side. ^-^ Mm..would have to get the rest of the manga but then, the anime looks good, too. Speaking of shounen, in One Piece, Luffy is going to teach Eneru a lesson and since rubber insulates electricity as someone in the ml suggested, Eneru’s lightning attacks are useless.

Update on the photography problem. The tentative solution was to get one photographer from the studio, one outside and another film based. Sis’s fiancé and his family wanted to have a film and a digital album because it is different. In answer to Asher’s question, we cannot say that because mother’s side would rant about it like we have our own studio, why get someone else. It is a matter of pride, I think and the studio was very popular then, that was when my grandmother is still alive.
Actually, it is not only now when it has happened. It has happened to all the other cousins who got married. They knew that the studio isn’t that good anymore so they prefer to get another one aside from this. There was a mini-‘riot’ at my cousin’s wedding because she doesn’t want the studio to take her pictures. Like her case, the problem now is that the studio was taken over by ego uncle. My aunt somewhat pacify the problem by having the studio take pictures at the church – loose ones. For my sister’s case, they think ‘low’ of us [because we don’t have much money unlike cousin] as if we [actually, sis’s fiancé] cannot afford other photographers. Okay, it is insulting but my uncle treat people that way.
My mom has a younger brother who lives in the U.S. and he is the one who is good in taking pictures as in most people here especially the Chinese community knew him. He lived in the U.S. to please his wife and he sacrificed his career. My mom wants him to be the one to take the pictures – film based. Ego uncle told us that we have no right to ask photographer uncle since well, you get it already. The deal with this uncle is that they [sis’ fiancé] would pay for the plane ticket and a bit of allowance while he is here. Service is free. A plane ticket back and forth cost about $1,000 and about $200 for allowance. He will buy the film [ he uses a different kind of film] and an album. He suggested to have the studio to develop the film for free. Okay, I don’t think that is possible since the studio charges high. Sis have the choice of having somebody else to do it. In short, he thinks that since we are relatives, I won’t charge you much.
So, one film down. The digital is now the problem. Sis planned if the studio will be the one to do this, how much would it cost since she wanted to budget it. It would be embarrassing to let sis’ fiancé pay for all of this just to please our side. Yesterday, she and mom went to the studio to ask. My cousin suggested that at 50,000 pesos [about the cost of the plane ticket], she would have 2 digital photographers and 2 film photographers to be sure that they would get all the guests this time and that would include the album. The other three would be freelancers whose expertise is in doubt. That night, sis asked who would be the other digital photographer since the other one was he. He answered that if he cannot find one in time, it would be replaced with a film photographer and still at the same price. He said that he would just scan the photos and edit it there. That is of course, cheating. The point of hiring these many photographers was just to take picture of the guests per table so that would be about 2 shots per table and about 80 tables. It seems that a single photographer couldn’t do it so they have three of them.
To compare, the one whom they seemed to eye on, the package is 2 digital photographers, 2 videographers [so that includes non-linear video coverage] and of course, they have the experience at the price of 75,000 pesos. If we would get the studio’s package, we would have to hire someone for the video and the minimum that they saw was 35,000. So, in total would be about 85,000. I do not know what they talked about that this new package was talked about. From what I heard from sis, cousin cannot take pictures of the guests alone – he cannot do it, and would need three more. The other photographer told them that he would charge 3,000 if they add another person to shoot film. Just do some computations and it is obvious which package is best.
We have been talking about this for three consecutive days and nights already. There was even a misunderstanding that I had to fix last night so I am tired of this topic and a bit sleepy today. Sigh, it is quite hard to please everybody and try not to offend anyone especially, relatives since they would be hurt that you didn’t get them. I don’t know what ethics stuff should be applied since it is not necessary that it would be cheaper when you get a relative but it is what was ideal, right? As of now, they are leaning on towards my photographer uncle, the other photographer and for cousin photographer, only him, to take loose copies and well, learn more techniques from my uncle. Ah yes, if ever if he takes the job, it would be his first time to do it. Sis’ fiancé doesn’t want to risk it and may much more for it for him to experiment on their wedding.
The video from the engagement was released two weeks ago. We watched the dvd format which is a bit corny since the original format was analog so that would be linear. At first, it was okay until the reception part, wherein you have to blink a lot of times in order not to be dizzy from watching it. That is because the screen is blinking from blue screen to the video every second. The vhs master copy is clear. They want the dvd because they do not have a vhs. We won’t dare show it to sis’ fiancé because they might get angry. They paid extra for that dvd and it seemed that copying it to the dvd ruined it. The studio is very ‘wise’ to not look at the finished dvd and actually had paid the video-guys-hired-outside-the-studio. So, they are now taking their sweet time to re-copy it and edit a part, which my mom doesn’t want to be shown. Cousin persisted that a finished video cannot be edited anymore until the secretary interrupted and told him that it can. And, I’m glad that I don’t work in the topsy-turvy studio anymore. ^-^

Hehehe...and to think ego uncle wasn’t in the scene yet. Anyway, thanks for your concern, guys. ^-^ Back to anime, I haven’t watched the ones I had taped last weekend. Yesterday, CGT is just a recap episode and for today, they are celebrating for they are in the world tournament. They got invited in a party held by Takeshi’s group. They decided to go to check out the other competition at the party. Jiro met a blond actor gear fighter who insulted his baseball buddy gear fight so he challenged the blond but he lost. Jiro’s gear was burnt out and back at their club, he is still angry about it while Kouya tried to pacify him. At the end, a burly guy came in and called out to him. Jiro was puzzled as to who he was. Jiro shouted in shock when the guy hugged Lilika and kissed her on the cheek. Hehehe A kid anime that have a love story at the side.
In PoT, some bullies are making the new ones hit a can but they cannot so Ryoma did and told the new ones that they had put rocks in it that is why it won’t fall down. Momoshiro interrupted and challenged Ryoma but Momoshiro called it off when Ryoma wasn’t using his left hand and Ryoma knew he was injured. Somewhere, there was this guy who looked like a bum/monk going a bell. I wonder if that was Ryoma’s dad. Next episode is the other group members are talking about Ryoma. Sakuno and her friend, Domoka were drooling over Ryoma. Horio was blabbing about the match the other day while Ryoma looks bored. Arai asked how was the student who had a match with Momoshiro and Ryoma pointed to Horio. Arai start to berate him until one of the bullies told him that it was Ryoma. Wait a minute, I was basing the names on Asher’s sum and I got confused. Which one is Arai – the brown hair with band or the black hair? The black hair was the one who asked who Ryoma was while the brown hair’s suit was the one being sat on. Confused.
Anyway, the brown hair was very angry especially since Ryoma doesn’t respect them. During training, he was about to teach Ryoma a lesson when the others came. Characters overload. @_@;; Meanwhile, Sumire had asked team capt. Kunimitsu to get Ryoma in. During practice, Arai [ he seemed to be the guy with the head band since he kept bullying Ryoma.]kept bullying him since he was able to do what the others are doing – shooting ball into basket. Kunimitsu ordered the two to run laps and Aria took this opportunity to hide Ryoma’s bag. He challenged Ryoma with a old racket and Ryoma managed to beat Arai. From the building above, Kunimitsu and vice-captain Shuiichiro were watching. Kunimitsu told him to have everyone run laps as punishment. Sumire was happy that Ryoma was included in the groups by Kunimitsu. The preview next time is this guy in bandana who seemed to be angry about something and had a match with Ryoma. I think he is called poisonous snake. ^^;;; Asher’s sum ended there.
I watched a bit of the rival Taiwanese drama of Meteor Garden, My MVP Valentine. The plot was the lead player is with the team manager? girl who was always cheering him up. One day, he had a match and proudly or rather stupidly, pulling up his motorbike to run faster but he lost his balance. He hit a girl who was a musician and had to rush her to the hospital. After that, he went to the match and his rival left the second half of the game. Because of this, the rival team had lost and the poor coach will lose his son because it was a bet between his wife if he lost, she would get the child. So, the lead decided to check on the girl and to his surprise – okay, he didn’t look surprise, bad acting – his rival was there. It turned out that it was his sister whom the lead had an accident with and now, she is paralyzed from waist down. The lead felt guilty for what happen as his rival berated him. That’s it for two episodes. I think what would happen next is for the goofy looking lead of their group would appear and woo the girl whom the lead likes. Also, the paralyzed girl had fallen for the lead.
Just like Meteor Garden, the acting isn’t that good. The rival cannot express his feelings well especially after his sister being in an accident because of the lead. The show tends to have a lot of flashbacks about what the girl did for the lead. Anyway, I cannot still seem to distinguish between the lead and the rival. ^^;; It is amusing that they are already spoofing it and from the ad, they are shouting nonsense pretend to be Chinese.

Last Saturday, I tagged along with sis and her fiancé to meet with a prospective photographer and a designer. The photographer doesn’t have an office and he works at home. One of his children just broke his expensive laptop since the monitor was flipped backwards. He had no choice but to buy a new one and good thing that he can trade in the broken one since the clip is the only thing that was broken. He had a very nice lcd apple monitor. I think most photographers use Macintosh. Okay, in short, I like his gadgets. Hahaha Even the speakers is this transparent thing, if I recall correctly, it is carbon rod something. I might be wrong. Next is the designer whom sis’ fiancé’ dad knew. He would pick the colors and give three categories of the type of cloth that will be used. He was very organized. He would have to do the presentation since fiancé’s dad want to know how much would he spend for what. He said that it would take him about a week. The design I like for the back cannot be made since it is for a bride. ^^;; Hehehe...oh well.
Next, we went to a mall to look for prospective godparents’ gift. We asked around how much a Lladro figurine was. My, it was expensive. I like Lladro since the pose of the people are very nice and I would like to sketch them. For a piece of a couple about 14 inches is about 20 thousand bucks while another about 8 inches is half the price. They are now re-thinking if they would but a Lladro since it is very expensive. Maybe the two doves which is about 7 thousand bucks would be considered if they haven’t found something else. Then, we ate a Japanese restaurant and went home.
Luffy: You ate late at night. Way past dinner time, we were hungry!!
It cannot be helped since we somewhat forgot. ^^;; Well, the next day, we woke up late. In the afternoon, we went to a restaurant with mom. The dishes are okay but the dessert is yummy.
Tsuzuki: The fruit tart, the frozen soufflé, the Tiramisu, the chocolate cake...drool.
Then, we checked out the hotel to ask about the rate since sis plan to have make-up at a room for the picture taking. It is somewhat like a standard nowadays. There was one room, which was really nice but the dressing table is in the bathroom. ^^; There was one which isn’t but it is occupied. The rooms are quite expensive, too. The girl who showed us around was really nice. ^-^
After that, we went for a short grocery or rather, mom and sis did while I accompany her fiancé circling around the mall since Greenhills have demolished two of their parking lots for a building parking so no place to park and lots of cars meant traffic. Then, we hang around a bit at her fiancé house to wait for time before going to church. There we met with brother’s family then went to a mall. The kids hang around with sis and her fiancé that some people thought that they were their kids. ^^;; We walked around separately. I was with my mom. The other group was bro and his wife. We met at a Japanese restaurant again. After that, we went home.
Luffy: Hmph...you did it again. You ate late.

Sigh, the problems with having a relative who has something you need/services you need are 1.) he/she isn’t good at it yet persist that they do it and 2.) they charge more than what is available outside. Well, sis had a problem with both. It is regarding the photography for sis’ wedding. During the engagement, she specifically told them to take pictures of the guests and the two photographers still wasn’t able to do it. Heck, her fiancé’s father side wasn’t in the pictures nor video. It is quite embarrassing and they gave an excuse that the guests didn’t want to have their pictures taken. It is a really stupid alibi because those who weren’t in the pictures are the ones who really like to be in pictures.
Next, there are some shots wherein it is obvious that it is a bit tilted since the picture frame at the back which is straight is tilted. You can notice it in the pics that I put up. Unicorn did say that it might be a combination of optical illusion and holding the camera is titled. When asked about it, the excuse was it is because he is tired. ^^;; It was early in the morning. Then, in the gallery shots at the hotel, some are still titled obviously because the frame of the doorway is tilted. Then at the studio, the pictures are a bit dark and even if I’m no expert, I can assume that the placement of the lighting is not that good if it is not a bit dark, it is too bright. The backgrounds are the same, too. The excuse is that he is already tired and his assistants had all left because it is over ‘work’ time.
Okay, so what’s done is done. Sis kept asking how much it was but he kept on hesitating to say and just say that the cost would be after the finish product. When my sister asked again with my aunt there, she had a price and well, it was very expensive that it is 10t bucks more than an expert photographer. ^^; So, now, would she still get the studio? Of course, or else, ego uncle would make a hoot about it. His condition was that it is a take it or leave it. He doesn’t want sis to get another photographer other than the studio he presides. Sis won’t risk an unsatisfactory photography for the wedding. What would you advise for this problem? For me, I told her that she couldn’t please everybody so she should do what she think is best and not to regret at the end.
Well, she met with 4 photographers yesterday so I have to help in the office. She talked about this one who is good at digital arts especially in making AVP [audio-visual presentation], which is shown in the wedding for 15 minutes - about the couple and since he is an expert, the price is really nice, too. From what she said, this one seemed to be really good. There was one wherein he made a guy to sing with a famous singer for his bride or made to look like Lionel Richie. ^^;; There is also one which is based on Sleeping Beauty who can only be awakened if she eats fish ball. ^^; Then, the sun rises which is moving from right to left as the guy said, it is just moving the object from x to y very fast. On the sun is the picture of the guy who is singing ‘You are my Sunshine.’ Lol. Then, in his video of the reception, he put in some flowers and vines that you might think it was in the reception but it is actually an add-on. Cool.

Haha...there was also another one who can edit a picture really quick in Photoshop. I can just imagine Unicorn doing that. ^-^ I still have trouble with the mouse if I’m using it too long. It just takes practice I guess. The tentative plan was to get the studio and another one, who cares what the uncle would think. He should just count his blessings that fiancé’s father is nice. I think my dreams are venting my frustrations out since I actually dreamt two times of screaming at people and expressing my anger. ^^;; Asher might have a theory on that.
In CGT, Takeshi kept his cool while Kouya tried his best but after two rounds, it was a draw. In the third round, Kouya noticed that Takeshi seemed like his brother who doesn’t show the opponent any fear. It was then Takeshi was glad to fight with him since Kouya is concentrating now. Both of them used their special technique but Kouya’s gear went outside the ring. Takeshi’s group won and Takeshi won as the best gear fighter in the tournament. The president of the Gear Association decided to make the first three groups go to the World Tournament instead of just the winner. The tournaments reminded me of Beyblade but as of now, Kouya’s group still had a hard time against Takeshi’s while in Beyblade, the lead managed to cream the others hands down.
While flipping channels, I’m not expecting to see any new anime and would just glance on the HxH reruns but I saw this anime wherein a kid in red is playing tennis in this channel. Flip back and yup, it is Prince of Tennis. I was at the near end of the show. The lead, [looks at Asher’s sum] Ryoma, was playing against this show-off guy who was frustrated and hit Ryoma with the racket. Ryoma fight back by using his left hand [He was playing with his right hand before and he is left-handed.] and hit the guy on his face multiple times until the show-off gave up. If they start using tennis technique names, I would be at loss. ^^;; It showed a note at the side and I’m not sure if it is a different schedule or it will still be there next Monday. I asked my aunt who was here to translate it and she said that it would be one o’clock but I’m sure it is not time but a date. ^^;; Oh well, let’s just see. This channel have a tendency to make anime shows disappear at time or moved to a different schedule.

Ya. I would be putting a board here. The other two blabber boards of Tagboard and Shoutbox are not recommendable since in a blog, Tagboard had lots of ads which can hang a browser while Shoutbox is murderous to the bandwidth. I would try this one. I can always remove it. And yes, if you can’t see it, that means, I failed in putting it up. Hehehe ^^;

I kept forgetting to write about this silly part in a movie from Stephen Chow. He was god of gambler type of character and have to teach this guy to gamble. He is more on a supporting role. After they won in the final, the enemy was very angry and used his Mantis attack with his hands like a Mantis. I laughed when I saw that his shadow is very much like a mantis because it caught me off guard. This reminded me of my childhood days when karate are named after animals/insects attack. Of course, my brother beat me hands down with that attack – grasshopper. ^^; Anyway, Stephen calls it as the Deadly Fat [because the guy is fat] Mantis attack. The guy was about to hit him when he brings out his special weapon, The Terminator – insecticide, which would surely kill any insects. He sprayed it on the guy and the guy goes dizzy. He fell on the ground with feet and hands up just like a dying cockroach on advertisements of insecticides. ^^;; Hehehe...for silly entertainment.
In CGT, Tiger had become mean and could destroy the opponent’s gear without hesitation. Kouya wanted to confront him but the group had already left. The Chinese girl left her flower pin for Jin. Kaoru interpret the flower as something like be true to yourself and the other meaning is goodbye. Lilika told Kouya that if he continued on playing, he might meet Tiger again. It is the final round, Jin told Korudo not to play since he wasn’t using the chassis and Korudo trusted his judgment. In the first round, it is Jin and a twin boy from Takeshi’s group. They underestimated the twin since he and his twin [girl, I think] can change techniques so Jiro lost. Maybe it is the twin connection. Next is Jin and his opponent is good at calculation and analysis. Jin almost lost but Korudo encouraged him. Jin won by luck. Next fight will be Takeshi vs Kouya.
In Shiwhamong, it turns out that even though Mong loves cute things and seemed airhead, she really isn’t that airhead and can even fight off a gang of five men. Somewhat like her sister Shi, she also got a guy who already had a girl who liked him but this time, it was a fiancé. The guy really looked great without the sunglasses. Hehehe
I saw from the game channel that there is an exhibit in London which shows off the art in games. I don’t know the others but I did recognize Final Fantasy 6 artwork. ^-^ There are some other artists who interpret some scenes from a game to painting. The one, which was shown was from Splinter Cell and it is of buildings and car crash. The others are monsters.

Last night, I saw the ending of a Japanese drama in Phoenix channel. ^^; Over Time stars GTO star, Sorimachi Takeshi with Love Revolution’s Ensumi Makiko wherein Sorimachi is a photographer. From the review, Ensumi is a hairdresser. From the ending clips, it seemed that they met at a hotel wherein there was some noise and Sorimachi opened the door to find Ensumi wearing just a towel. Later on from the review, they met again and became friends while having their own separate relationships then became lovers. I guess that Sorimachi realized that Ensumi doesn’t love him as much as the other guy, a doctor. He talked with the doctor and saying that he only wishes for Ensumi’s happiness. During a wedding of a friend, Sorimachi talked with Ensumi and it made Ensumi realize how much she loved the doctor. Then, she went to the hospital to accept the doctor’s proposal. ^^;; She said it again just like in LR, she was the one who said she wanted to get married.
Then, the doctor was so happy and brought her out to his car to show her the wedding ring. After moving out, she is saying goodbyes to her friends and the doctor invited Sorimachi. They hugged each other goodbye and she walked away holding the wreath of flowers made by her friend as the veil for the wedding. Sorimachi looked as if he was about to cry and takes some pictures of her. In the end, everything flashes by and ending at the last picture which is from a book with a dedication, To my best friend, Ensumi from Sorimachi and she closes the book entitled, De Derriere. I wonder what it meant. Now that I think of it, it reminded me of the ending of GTO live action drama. ^-^
In CGT, the Chinese ‘Tiger’ boy is very happy when playing with Kouya and suddenly there was a brownout so it was postponed. In the rain, Chinese ‘Tiger’ boy visited Kouya and made the others wonder if he is pretending to be nice so that Kouya would let his guard down. Kouya told him to give his best. Meanwhile, the Chinese troop’s sensei is smirking and was very happy with the turn of events and that Kouya’s group are fools. In the first tournament, Tiger [ Okay, he has a name but this is easier ^^; ] played happily and Kouya lost. Kouya thought he was tricked so he did his best and had his angry expression as he used his special technique on Tiger. Tiger noticed that Kouya is not ‘happy’ in playing anymore and is treating him like his enemy. Kouya creamed him and this snapped Tiger, which gave his hair a tinge of white near the bangs.
Chinese sensei is very happy about it. Korudo warned that something has changed Tiger and that Korudo should be careful. Jin told Korudo not to use the special technique again since the gear can take only three times of using it. When they faced for the final round, Tiger isn’t all smiling anymore and both used their special technique. Both gears went out. In total, it is 1 win and all draws so Kouya’s group wins. Kouya went to meet Tiger again but he doesn’t want to have anything to do with Kouya saying that they are now enemies since Kouya treated him that way. He said that next time it would be like that. Kouya was confused and saying that they are friends but Tiger left with the others as he stepped on his good luck charm which broke the gem.
Hehehe, most recent updates are ending up as anime sums and that means, nothing much is happening in my life. ^^;; Ah yes, the MTV which I mentioned before is MTV Asia but in a different beam I guess which is for Indonesia, India, Malaysia and maybe Thailand since their videos are about this range plus Chinese. While watching at the other MTV Asia which have Western videos and sometimes Jap-Kor MTVs which are only on Sat at half an hour. Then, I found a new segment there, MTV Interactive? wherein the fans make requests by making flash animations. All that I have seen are pretty cool. They give a walkman for the best flash for the month. There are some Philippine entries, too. ^-^ There was one which requests for Do As Infinity’s Under the Sun for their friends - cosplayers. Hehehe The past winner also from the Phil gave another new flash to thank MTV and from the music, it sounds familiar, something like Utada Hikaru. I have to remember to watch this next time. ^-^

By tomorrow, the local channel would have reached CGT where Cartoon Network have reached. Well, the rival channel created an alternative for F4, which is the Taiwan group, 5566. Their drama is MVP Valentine or MVP Lover. Obviously, it is about basketball and from what I have glanced in the Taiwanese channel, there is a bad boy there and they have a goody two shoes just like Shan Chai of MG. There was a girl on wheelchair who wanted one guy that when the lead girl was saving her from falling, the girl on wheelchair pushed her and fell down. Then, she told the guy that the lead girl pushed her. I tend to watch the group in this game show of 5 obstacles and if a member didn’t, the past obstacle would have to be repeated.
It is quite fun to watch and the games are great to use for fun at parties. There is getting a coin on top of a bottle, using chopsticks, eating 2 flaky buns/raw green pepper – this tend to alternate but general hard to eat without water but edible unlike the Western reality shows, throwing a hoop on a cone, swinging high on a swing and eating 3 cherries and many others. There is a time limit and if they fail, a plateful of icing will be hit on the face. The lead of 5566 is quite good at those games and usually, it is his team which wins. By the way, the Taiwanese channel, which shows GTO drama and other Jap drama had already vanished. The cable now have this MTV India, I think because it is somewhat like that – the language -and it puzzles me to no end as to why they have Chinese MTVs there. Imagine my surprise when I saw F4 MTV there then the next MTVs are Indian or something like in Indonesia, Thailand. Well, I have to see more to say what MTV it is.
In One Piece, I was right that it ended with Luffy and Eneru confrontation. The good part was Robin is up. Yay, go Robin! She is now thinking how they can get out of the island safely since Eneru planned to sink it. The other character in the arc, Konis was said to have a dramatic confrontation with the people to warn them of Eneru’s plan. Then, Stacey mentioned about girls in bazookas. Girl power. The one-page story is about Ace who is looking for Blackbeard. I wonder who saved him from falling. By the way, I get my sums from her and the ml for translations.^-^

Mm..someone just said that there are a lot of cuts in the Getbackers anime. Sigh,if only the scanlations are done more frequent but then, if it is licensed, that would be a problem. It isn’t quite well-known yet and no one does translations. I re-read Bleach, too. Argh, really wanted to know what happened with Ichigo’s rival, Quincey and him. Just have to wait until the scanlations go past the volume which I have bought. Only one volume left. ^-^ Have to be patient. I saw this pic from it that would be nice to color but, how to scan it without wrecking the manga. The other option would be to download it with the whole chapter – just to get that pic. ^^;;
There is a new Janimes’ manga, Shiwhamong which is about triplets which got separated. It is a bit of a comedy and romance. The fist one is Shi [ it made me think if the title is a combination of their names] who is a bit tomboyish. She is bubbly and won’t let anyone tease her. She is super smart and loves WWF. ^^; Her stepbrother had fallen for her and her friend who tried to chase her away since she like the brother. Well, her friend kept on failing though until Shi is going to Korea to meet the others. She met her father who lied that he was her father. The stepfather was there who was his friend. The shock of the stepfather when they saw her passing by the restaurant was funny. His father is wearing this fishing hat and has a long braided hair. In some views, he reminded me of the boy in the hood in South Park. ^^; He was a bit of a weakling who had his daughters be adopted since he cannot raise them. Shi’s idea of him is either like Batman or Steve Ostin. Hehehe And her father was strangling the stepfather asking him why she recalls him like that. The stepfather could only sweatdrop and say, I don’t know.
The youngest one is in Japan. After re-reading the scans, her name is Mong while the eldest is Wha who is in Korea so the title is their names. Mong loves cute stuff. ^-^ A guy tried to date her by luring her with a cute cat keychain. Unfortunately for him, her boyfriend arrived and he looked like he belongs to the Yakuza. ^^;; Since she likes cute, her boyfriend is sure cute and gorgerous. Hehehe The scanlations for now is up to here. The problems with Janimes that she tend to just show teasers of a manga and never finishes it just when you get hooked, she stops scanlating it and starts a new one. I read from the comments that there is no Chinese translation about it so there are fans from HK who are ‘crying’ why it had already ended like Utopia of Homosexuality. What happened there was the lesbian helped this delinquent girl to come back to school and became her friend. The delinquent girl’s cousin seems to like the lesbian. ^-^
I ended up watching In-Laws War. ^^;; My mother is watching it. Okay, the story is about a poor family who earns their living as farmers, I think. They have four sons. The first one had married a rich girl and they began to avoid the family like plague since they detest associating with the poor, which made the parents think that their son is ungrateful. The second son is an out-of-luck movie director who cannot find any sponsors for his work with his two friends. His lover is a bank teller who lends him money and cooks for him. I think in the next episode, they would be getting married since the parents are meeting. The third son just graduated from military service and has good grades and of course, good looks ^-^ He wanted to be a farmer like his father much to the horror of his parents since they wanted him to be a lawyer or businessman. A town’s doctor’s daughter have her sights on him. The youngest son is a dropout and was doing something as a job but I forgot what it was. He had a rich lover. I have seen this youngest in lots of Korean drama already where he tends to play as the main rival or supporting. The most I can remember when describing him to my mom was at this models drama wherein he is going to get the girl then picked up a picture left by the girl on the street. He picked it up and a truck came up and well, tradegy. The drama ended that way. ^^;
I’m not writing about Legend of Blue because it had already ended and this baka, yours truly, forgot to watch the last episode. ^^;; In Yugioh, Malik told them about a secret technique to call the golden dragon in order to control it. The wording was in cryptic so Mai didn’t know what to do but she tried her best to fight on but the odds are against her. The others are very worried as Kaiba is a bit happy since he wanted to research on the Golden Dragon card cryptic so he told his little brother, Makuba to look into it. Malik had the chain trap Mai on a wall and was about to be blasted by the Golden Dragon. Yugi confronted Malik to stop it since he already won but Malik being his mean self, said that he won’t because he wanted to teach Mai a lesson and he doesn’t really have any goal maybe just make every thing into a ‘dark dimension’. Yugi knows that this is the real Malik [ the old Malik from old times just like teen Yugi ] who is ruthless. Jounouchi jumped in the battlegrounds and tried to free Mai. Mai remembered him but he wasn’t able to free her.
The Golden Dragon blasts hit Yugi who covered them. Yugi collapsed and Malik had the referee declare him as the winner. He walked near Yugi and Jounouchi asked if he is going to kill Yugi since Malik released the knife from his scepter. He said that he wouldn’t because they still have to fight. He zaps Jounouchi so he cannot move and uses his scepter on Mai. She was trapped in an illusion wherein she is inside a crsytal pyramid and on top is an hour glass. Below her are her friends having fun in the beach. Malik appears before her and that this is her worst nightmare then he removes the card of the Golden Card, saying he will take what’s his as the sand falls on Mai. In real time, Mai’s eyes goes blank and she was comatose. Malik left laughing to himself as Jounouchi went to Mai. Yugi managed to wake up and saw what happened. He was very angry at Malik. They were interrupted by Kaiba saying, that it is now his turn in the tournament and he cannot wait to show off his ‘god’ card. I don’t know who his rival would be. ^^; Maybe the girl in the hood which was like Ishizu, Malik’s sister or maybe a friend of Yugi, Otojoi.
I’m a bit dreading what if One Piece catches up and Yugioh have the same timeslot as it. ^^; I would be channel flipping between two. Argh, why did they have to make it at the same time. Lastly, CGT is about Korudo’s past. He is French so that is why he is blond and used to be poor. When they showed his hometown, I got flashbacks of Black Brothers/Romeo since they dressed that way along with his friends. They were challenged by this rich kid to a gear fight and they looked all over the place to find a free gear. They did one from a circus and the guy said that it was from the Titanic. ^^;; The wheels have to be carved from wood. His friends did that while he cleaned the gear. Kaoru said that he was bluffing.
In the semi-finals, first was between Jiro and the Chinese girl. Jin was blushing and all praises for her all throughout the games. They were tied and he liked her even more for that. Hehehe, the boy is in love. Maybe that would be good for him, mentally and socially. Hehehe Jiro knew it and that he knows the feeling—like he had for Lilika. Next, it was Korudo who used the wooden wheels on his gear as his edge since he didn’t use the new chassis which everyone does. His opponent hesitate to attack until his sensei said that it was a bluff like in Three Kingdom’s Romance wherein a castle was going to be invaded. The people inside opened the gates and everyone sang to their hearts content which made the invading army thought that there are many soldiers inside. Korudo was reading that book earlier in the episode so I thought that was it but it turned out that he do have a ‘wooden-wheels’ technique which woobling made his ‘many gear technique’ seemed more than usual. It is like RK Aoshi’s attack when it seemed there are lots of him. I don’t know what it is called. In the end, he won by sending his opponent’s gear flying and the wooden wheels broke in half as he thanked his buddies who helped him made it. It made me think that like Beyblade, throwing the toy outside the ring, I wonder what would happen if it hit a person’s face. Would he be scarred? Well, that ends Korudo’s technique, I wonder how he would cope in the finals which I assume they will in order to have a battle with Takeshi’s team. Next episode will be the Chinese boy and Kouya.

I was re-reading my Getbackers manga and got hooked on it again. ^^; I hope that some Taiwanese channel would get the anime. Hehehe Well, I watched the first episode of Naruto. It was okay, not that bad. I searched on the names so I can more or less summarize here. A nine-tail fox demon was attacking the village and it was sealed on a kid, Naruto. The village avoided him like the plague. He had problems with his sensei, Iruka. They are learning how to transform. The others made themselves to look like Iruka but Naruto made himself into a naked woman. ^^;; He got punished by cleaning the face statues on mountains like in Mt. Rushmore. When Naruto mentioned that he is in no hurry since no one is waiting for him at home, Iruka decided to treat him for noodles.
Later, it is exams time. They would have to do the trick again and Naruto made a duplicate of himself but a dead one. ^^; He didn’t pass. Another sensei, Mizuki told him to get a scared seal to pass and Iruka caught him. It turned out that Mizuki wanted to steal it. He revealed to Naruto about the secret so everyone was avoiding him and that Iruka didn’t like him because the demon was the cause of his parent’s death. Iruka said he still sympathizes with Naruto since he was like that when he was a kid. He have no parents and everyone wanted to leave him alone. He saved Naruto from Mizuki’s giant shuriken. In the end, Naruto was able to fight against Mizuki by duplicating himself into thousands and beat Mizuki up. I actually forgot what happened in the end part. ^^;;
In CGT, Takeshi won his semi/quarter-finals then Jin followed him to know about the chassy gear which made everyone knew how to make it cheap. The others were visited by the Chinese boy by giving them fishes as thanks to Kouya for giving his good luck charm back. It is amusing to see Jin’s reactions when he was with the Chinese girl. He kept on blushing and stuff. He learned that she was actually a girl since Korudo told them that only boys act in the opera but that was a long time ago. Takeshi caught them listening to him. They theorized as to why the chassy gear was made known to others. Jin taunts Takeshi that the guy wanted to destroy Takeshi’s empire since he spent a lot of money on the project. The girl’s theory was to level the field. Takeshi’s is that it is related to a secret gear fighter who had a cape on his head to cover his identity.
They watched the Brazilian fight and much to everyone’s surprise, his gear was the same as Kouya’s and the movements are very the same as Kouya’s brother, U-ya. They are more shocked when that player also uses U-ya’s name. They got confused since U-ya had died in an accident. Lilika was surprised to see that guy’s coach was her father. Takeshi told Jin that guy managed to perfect the gear since it can tolerate the special technique which Kouya’s cannot. They all wondered who the guy was.

Sometimes in the hopes of seeing what’s new in game shows, I ended up spoiling myself. Last night, they showed Metal Gear Solid 2. I was thinking that it was old so it cannot be a review and yes, it wasn’t. The creator/writer was talking about symbolisms in the games and that would include spoiling some storylines. ^^;; It is amazing though that he thought too deep on the story when for just an ordinary player, it would be just a stealth game.

^^;; Ya, I tried the first one and ended up dead less than 5 minutes because I cannot hide. I think I would hear Snake scream then dies a lot of times before I finish this game. Anyway, back to the main topic, MGS1 is about passing genes and dna while MGS2 is about passing data to the next generation. A certain part of the story is a tribute to Pinocchio who was swallowed by a whale so when Raiden was in the machine, the areas are named after the digestive system’s parts. Then a certain death scene about it isn’t a happy thing [ I somewhat forgot ^^; ] and the coat of the guy was stained with blood to say that violence has its consequences. The parrot still says the guy’s name so the girl still remembers him after their misunderstanding. Then lastly on Raiden and Snake being compared to King Kong and Godzilla, respectively. Godzilla was created by a science experiment gone wrong while Raiden was taken from his original surroundings to a new one. Snake then brings King..oops, Raiden back to his original place while he as Godzilla is still kicking ass. Hehehe I think I saw the ending. ^^;
A hum-hum OP update. Nami had no choice but follow Eneru to his ship so that she won’t be fried like the others and thinks of a way to escape if ever. Luffy and the others got out of the snake safe. I guess when Eneru toasts someone there will be no internal injuries. Luffy was shocked when he saw a toasted Zoro and Robin. Robin told him what happened. Of course, Luffy was very angry about it and with the help of the kid, would go find where Eneru is. The kid can ‘hear’ people’s voices to determine where they are. I was thinking that maybe next chapter would be on Luffy arriving there then the end. ^^;
I finally finished reading GTO sums. Overall, it is really good on how Onizuka put some sense on these really troubled people even though they are really unconventional ways for the comedy. Most characters seemed to be traumatized during childhood when others usually parents, destroy their self-confidence and trust that they had a hard time re-adjusting back to being ‘normal’. And, of course, the one who did that was Onizuka.
Meteor Garden, a Chinese drama based on a Japanese manga Hana Yori Dango, is such a big hit there that almost everyday starting last week, the news program where it is shown kept on showing features on it. I do not know how much of a hit it was though some ex-classmates knew it when I asked. The songs of the cast, F4 are even getting airtime also in the music channel where it was shown. I looked at its weekly chart and about 4 of their songs are in there. The hairstyles are being copied, they say and cheap posters are everywhere. There is even a pirated vcd of their concert in some sidewalk stores. I won’t be surprised if F4 actually came here to do a concert. Hehe I have seen them before in some Chinese channels and that they sang a song for Disney’s Lilo and Stitch. I was looking for the singer of the opening song and while searching, I stumbled upon some MG rants on blogs about why it was such a hit and it is becoming irritating since a lot of fan girls are talking about them also everywhere they go. Well, the tv channel does have a tendency to over promote something if it is a hit till ad nauseum. Just like what the other channel did to their anime. I was thinking of what are the odds of the other channel showing the anime of where it is based on. Hehehe They just put in another anime to counter it and moved their magazine type show to a later time.

I finally downloaded Chaos Legion ultra-huge movie. I wonder why it is so large and yet the quality is not that good like Wonderful Days. It started with a face-off between Sieg and Victor. Then, insert lots of battle sequences in the games. There are some fights by Arcia which should have been how Ellie be in Rave. Then, it was a duel between Sieg and Victor as Sieg asked why. I don’t know what Victor answered back since as I kept on repeated here that I don’t know Japanese. Nice voices which sounded somewhat familiar. Then, it was Arcia challenging someone then showering something to a grave. Another scene is Sieg hugging a tearful Arcia in a forest. Victor then makes some speech as the wind blows his long white hair. Back to Sieg, telling something as he was standing in front of the castle. After the title, Sieg is holding his bloody sword as Siela falls down. She was caught by Victor who kneels as he looked at the lifeless stabbed Siela. I wonder if this happened before the game or during the game because if it is before, it would give a reason for why Victor hates Sieg.

Ya but then, I was hoping for a not easily guessed plot since it was based on a novel. And, maybe they did gave some plot lines but I don’t understand it. ^^;; Let’s just see when I get to play it.

Sis’s fiancé just got robbed of five of his Koi. The other house was empty since it will be rebuild but the robbers have only one thing in mind. The fishes. I just learned that the robbers knew what they are stealing since they got the nicest coloring of all the Kois. In Koi, I heard from a tv show before, had different patterns and certain patterns have more value than others. Those, which have more value in terms of patterns, are the ones stolen so this is no ordinary robber. They know what they are looking for. It must be an inside job for they knew he had Koi. It is stormy these days so they took this opportunity. The place is a village so the security guards must have lax security or it is someone from the village. It is the first time I heard of fishnapping. My father doesn’t seem surprised since he said that they even steal prized orchids in Taiwan. ^^;
I almost forgot to watch Scrapped Princess yesterday and when I did, I don’t understand much since a lot of talking. ^^;; Basically what happened was a young girl tend to cling on the guy bodyguard and they don’t know where she came from. In the preview, the little girl was tugging his long ponytail. Hehe Hopefully, not to hard and like what Goku did in Saiyuki Gaiden. Hehehe That much hair was pulled out...it must have hurt.

^-^; Gender Wars is now replaced by In Laws Wars. I don’t follow it anymore since I had enough of in-laws wars in Woman in Love. Well, the younger sister now knows how to ‘manipulate’ her in-law to her side. The husband of the elder sister cannot bear his guilt anymore and spilled the beans to the mother who is still in the dark that her favorite son-in-law is not what he seems to be. I think this series is nearing conclusion. In Legend of Blue, I thought they would kill off the commander but didn’t. He survived the bullet wound but the group is in trouble since their enemies were able to lure them to a trap and bombarded them with missiles. I like the ending song though I don’t know the title and it is cut short.

Argh, got to see a new PS2 game preview and wanna have it. ^^;; The title is Chaos Legion and from Gamesauce, wow, it is like DMC [ same creators] and the main looked like the younger brother of Dante. Hehehe The host said it. The scenery is like DMC, too, I like. His name is Sieg Wahrheit whose hair seemed like a jrocker’s. I think like a group member in Glay – spiky and red. A girl is also playable so I doubt that he have to save Arcia Rinslet who wields guns while Sieg have a sword.

official site, there is another girl, Siela Riviere though I haven’t seen her in the ad. Anyway, from the sites, it is based on a Japanese fantasy novel so there must be a good plot about it. He is Victor Delacroix against who had break away from the religious group they are in. Mm..somewhat like Vagrant Story. This is an adventure game and had lots of demons to fight with. It would be released maybe last quarter of this year in English version.

Ya..I tried to see the movie clip there but my computer hangs. Then, when I tried again, I saw a bit wherein Victor was walking towards Sieg and most are battle scenes. There is a live-action wherein a boy was approached by some demons and then he summons his legion, which are clones of him then they attack each other. I think his legion would be based on what he wants them to be – ghouls with crossbows, or swords, etc. In short, I got interested in this because of the eye candy. ^-^;

The weather is rainy today and I’m nursing my cold. Sigh, it usually takes a long time for me to get better when a cold strikes. It is actually a mild one and coldness from the rain makes me feel better than hot weather. I tend to like rainy days and I remember the time when I was young who wanted to go to school during no classes because I want to take the exams already and do not want to keep on reviewing them. ^^;; I had been resting for the past few days and entertaining myself with FF6. Other than that, I have been watching tv. I had seen an ad in a Taiwan channel of Naruto. I was curious what it is about since it has a following. The basics I knew is that it is about ninja and the lead used to be a ‘demon’ or something. Anyway, the mini-game in Jump was fun though but a bit hard. ^^; I think there are four games there – aside from Naruto which was like a game n’ watch game of shooting, One Piece is of typing game and Black cat and Yugioh are puzzle games. I tend to go there to see the covers of Jump. ^-^
I had seen a few episodes of Legend of Blue – Korean anime in Arirang. Unfortunately, there isn’t much info in the website of Arirang, I just learned of the title. ^^; Anyway, it is about some crew in a submarine against some villains. I don’t know the purpose of the people there but the lead seemed to be looking for some kind of power while his commander used to be an assassin. The art is okay though needs polishing and there are some nice submarine fights in cg. The dubbing is very crappy though. ^^;; It is a major turnoff and since there are no subtitles, I am getting confused with the Korean names. Anyway, it is something to watch since Rave has ended and the ending has cg discus swimming. Hehehe
Speaking of dubbing, last night, I watched the Filipino dub of Shaolin Soccer. I think it was nicely done. The dub follows the mouth and the karaoke silly song of the two was funny enough. ^-^ After watching it, I suddenly had the itch to do some karate movies. Maybe Asher can do a demo for me since she had it during her presentation before. Hehehe
In CGT, Kouya’s group had met their Chinese rivals. The good scene here was when Jin blushes when the Chinese girl knew him but Korudo pointed out that in Chinese opera, males do girl parts so he was blushing at a guy. ^^;; Their rivals didn’t get stand a chance and it is mostly about a guy whom Kouya’s brother had defeated before. The little brother wanted revenge but his brother won’t allow him then the question of that episode was, ‘Why do you want to play Crush Gear?’ The next episode is Jin having some character development after hanging a bit with Jiro who told him that he should ‘socialize’ a bit. Jin became less selfish than he was before and shared a gear part with Jiro to help him win. The Chinese kid who was fond of Kouya seems amusing. The kid kept on glomping on him and can even smell that Kouya is near. ^^;;
In Yugioh, Mai was able to hold on her own but she get extremely frightened when her memory of Jounouchi vanishes. Teen Yugi decided to help by using his millennium puzzle to tell Mai to snap out of it because it is only an illusion by Malik. Mai managed to make a comeback and actually stole one of Malik’s card – Golden Dragon. I’m not sure here but as everyone was happy about it, Yugi and Kaiba are not. I think it is Malik’s god card and only one of them [ Yugi, Kaiba and Malik ] can use it. Malik kept on smirking. Then, when Mai uses it, it became a golden ball which puzzles everyone but as usual, Malik was all smiles

This update is for Rave which I think have ended today. ^^;; So, Ellie knew that she had the power since she was young. I didn’t hear much since whiner called to talk about her work life and being a bit envious at her batchmates of getting married already. Then, Lucia, the blond devil who was the son of King became the leader of Demon Card. So, he now has his own posse. Haru and the others would go off to find the rest of Rave as Sieghart left them since it was their duty why should he join them. Kidding. He said he has other things to do then hint of something might happen to Ellie if she summons Ethelion but with his track record of being a doomsday predictor, I doubt that something will happen. Hehehe

I was planning to quit the batch ml but sis told me not to since she wanted to hear from me the juicy gossips. ^^; Like, this classmate of mine who got married last October but have a baby who is 5 months old already. Just do the math and you’ll know what happened. I sometimes wonder if they do it deliberately or not since my sis’s friend planned to be impregnated before marriage to ensure the guy that she can give birth. Well, it didn’t go as planned because she just married and only after that, had her baby. I wonder if it is no big deal nowadays or maybe I’m still a bit old fashioned. ^^
In Rave, what I have thought would happen did happen. Griff did became two but one Griff is already irritating so it merged into one again. Sieghart did join them to defeat the blond devil before he can go to the memory of the planet. I still didn’t get why it is so important. ^^; Then, all the badly hurt comrades became well again as if nothing happened. Maybe the purpose of those useless fights are just to know more about the past of Let and Green haired girl. ^^;; The bad guys quickly retreat just because everyone is okay. Weird logic. So, they went off to the place where Ellie might regain her memories in order to make Rave whole again and to go to the memory of the planet.
Now, Sieghart knew what the name/number on Ellie’s arm was – coordinates of the world. Baka...if I were Ellie, I would have berate him like ‘You’re slow! You even tried to kill me through poison and electricity. Only now, you are saying that you made a mistake...that you didn’t research enough before trying to kill me!’ Instead, Ellie was drooling over him for saving them and offering to help her up. ^^;; So, they went to the place and a mirage appeared. A skeleton appeared in front of them and supposedly brave Ellie freaked out.
In One Piece, Zoro and Viper were toast. Nami doesn’t want to be toast so she said that she would join Eneru in his ‘dream’ land. Oh well, I thought she is going to fight him but then she have enough brains not to fight a fight which she had no way of winning. She might be just playing along and think of another way. Wishful thinking.
Ah yes, Woman in Love, when I get to watch again, the younger sister managed to manipulate the situation to her advantage. Yay, she has brains. She had papers to prove that the youngest sister of her husband has been doing some thing bad so the youngest have to be nice to her. She even gave her the promise helping her business so she managed to win the youngest to her side. The mother went to the house of the other in-law, much to the in-law’s horror. The two in-laws happy days of giving gifts in exchange of not doing housework are over. They tried to sermon the younger sister but it backfired on them. Hehehe The elder sister managed to ‘tame’ her husband who cheated her and now, she is helping her liar father-in-law. She still hasn’t told her mother about what happened. Anyway, I think this will end soon since everything is getting solved already.
