It has been quite cold these days. I guess this is what they called the cold spell before. I thought it was another miscalculation from the weather news since the last month, it was pretty hot. Anyway, what can I say but the weather is wrecked – it is quite abnormal already. I wanted to sleep longer this morning but the school below us is having a singing contest. I thought someone is singing karaoke. It turned out to be kids trying to sing high pitch songs much like in the singing contests on tv.

I do not know if it also ‘in’ in other countries but there is a sing-song hand movement type which was shown from an ad of Coca-cola. It is usually two people making hand movements while singing a song as to who would get the softdrink and whoever made a mistake in the movements which becomes faster near the end, will not get the softdrink. Because it was a hit, there are other variations of that advertisement. There is even a contest on it regarding making more creative hand movements and song based on the tune. I haven’t seen people doing it in colleges/schools though. Are there, Asher?

The third season of CSI is already been showing. The cases aren’t as thought provoking yet from the second season. I was really wondering what happened at the end of the second season, for I thought someone will leave the series but they are all still intact. They now have vests which I think are bulletproof and Grisam[?] is now sporting a beard. I guess he got his hearing fix. I do heard that they are now planning to make a New York version of CSI.

In UM, the others showed that Nina is a witch. While visiting Nina’s house, she showed them pictures, which had 3d images of Magic Kingdom. She told them about being a candidate for princess if she got all 5 magic stones. It is a ‘pass’ to get in the dance and marry the prince. Tsujiai isn’t quite happy about that so is Yuta. Later on, Yuta gave them tickets for a trip on carriages pulled by magical animals. Ayu went with Kaji and Nina with Tsujiai. The routes are different so the two couples separated. Yuta in his ufo was following Nina’s coach. He made it tilt so that the two would be together. How did he know Nina likes Tsujiai? From spying in Nina’s grandfather’s computer? Anyway, Nina fell off and used her magic to teleport to the ground but it was the Mt. Everest. Then, she teleport herself and Tsujiai back to the carriage. Tsujiai asked for Nina to invite them all to Magic Kingdom if she became princess. Nina was a bit hesitant but in the end, she agreed. While all this is happening, a punk was spying on both Maya and Nina. He turned out to be the prince. His face wasn’t shown. In the next episode, they would have a masquerade ball.

In PoT, Ryoma had an unfinished game with Kentarou since it was already sunset. I think the referee called it a tie. Ryoma was a bit disappointed. From the preview, he challenged Kentarou again, not in a competition. I was watching a bit of Rave. I am really wondering if the manga was much better than the anime. I did manage to get a few scanlations of Rave before it was licensed. It was different from the anime on how it started. I do wanted to know what happened in the end even though watching Ellie and other fillers in Rave is pure torture. The latest manga covers had Plue colored blue. Is it evolving?

In WR, Darcia came back only to be met by his girl-servant nailed on the door. He quickly removed the nails and she apologized to him, saying that Jagara had also went to their place. Darcia was in anguish for Jagara had killed? Harmona. I guess it was too late for Cheza to save her. While the others are ‘healing’ themselves, they met Blue, now in human form. Tsume distrust her while Hige was smitten by her. Kiba told the others that she learned that she is half-wolf. Blue confide to Hige that she wanted to be useful to Quent so she is helping him. Their place were destroyed by some wolves so Quent is bent on finding them. Then, they were chased by some men who wanted to sell them to Jagara. Fortunately, an old couple ‘saved’ them. The couple said that the world has changed ever since the castle of Darcia crashed into the water. Kiba is wondering about the Darcia connection and about the curse as the men after them had said. They headed off to the west castle.

Cher had managed to escape before Jagara got into the castle of Darcia. She is wandering or thinking of where to go. Hubb managed to bump into Quent in a bar. Quent had told Hubb aboug seeing Cher but she left. Quent confided that he knew Blue was a half-wolf that is why she knew which ones are wolves. Hubb left for a while saying that he doesn’t want to talk to a drunk man but then, came back to drink with him. Hehehe They talked about the hardships of marriage – the person isn’t the same before and after marriage and stuff. Hubb complained that it would have been better not to have an important person but then, he succumb as he cried as to where Cher was. In the end, Quent told him that she might either be in the next town or went back to Freeze city, where they used to live. Hubb said that she have nothing to go back to in Freeze City. Quent decided to help Hubb find Cher by going to the next town.

I managed to make a cream of celery soup, that is experimental, to taste a bit good. Actually, I made a mistake since I put in the leaves. Opps, that made it bitter. ^^;; I had been putting seasonings and milk to mask it a bit. Hehehe It was much like the other’s day new recipe of a chocolate bar. It doesn’t taste good to me but to them, it was okay. But then, I don’t like chocolate. Hehehe ^^;; And, I thought it was a disaster since the oven temperature isn’t cooperating.

Ya, it is hard to estimate how long it would cook and I think the butter is too much. But then, as I wrote above, it turned out edible. ^_^

My brother’s fascination with cacti had been greater than mine. The other day when his family visited, he had the urge to create a cacti bonsai – a plate-type pot with many cacti in it. I have actually seen it, well, from the newspaper. He had seen it when there is a cacti type of show near his store. He became a critic to tell me how bad looking the cacti that I bought. ^^;; Well, it is cheap so that is why it is like that. The ones my mom bought looked much better though. Hehehe Anyway, he took four of mine to make his bonsai. I am a bit tense since he did try to propagate a cactus before, when we were still kids, and he killed it. ^^;;

In UM, Nina is having trouble with her English subject but it is a good thing that Tsujiai is there to help her. Meanwhile, Maya is taking the ‘hearts’ of girls in love to make her midnight herb blossom to attract the magic stone. Unfortunately for her, she had stolen Ayu’s heart so with Tsujiai’s tip, Nina went trying to find Ayu and saw what Maya is up to. In the end, Nina got the stone and the herb died – returning the stolen ‘hearts’. The next day, Nina told Ayu what happened and Ayu was tense for she had become ‘uncaring’ when Kaji asked her to watch a movie with him. Nina told Ayu to tell Kaji about her being a witch and also, there is something she has to tell her. The preview is Nina showed to Kaji, she is a witch and I think about her going back to Magic Kingdom. Then, they went on a trip – coaches with two people. Yuta is playing tricks as he made the coach with Nina and Tsujiai fall sideways.

About PoT, well, they are just playing against Renkakku, so far, Seigaku are winning. Basically, that’s it.

In WR, there was a fortune-telling session which spelled doom for Lord Oakum so he surrounded himself by guards only to be massacred by Jagara’s men. Hubb was still trying to find Cher and found one of her lab mates. She informed him that Cheza was stolen and that Cher went with the search team. Before she could say more, they were arrested. A guy tortured Hubb as he asked him why he had the book of Moon. Hubb insulted Oakum by saying that an upstart Darcia is more than he can handle. Then, Hubb asked who was the Darcia they are talking about. The guy said, the one in the book. Anyway, the guy then learned that their lord was killed. He left and another guy tried to help Hubb but Hubb took advantage to escape, while everyone was scrambling to ‘save’ their country. Somewhere else, the Captain called off the search for Cheza to stop Jagara’s men.

Somewhere else, Cher couldn’t help herself that she went exploring. Darcia caught her. He told her that he and his beloved, Harmona were cursed by the Paradise ailment. Her heart was already in Paradise so he needed Cheza. Cher asked why is he telling her all these. I think he said something about needing Cher. Then, he made her ‘sleep’ with his ‘eye’. He picked up Cheza who was leading the wolves through a path of opened lunar flowers as it was full moon. It was believed that with the flower and wolves, one can go to Paradise in a certain full moon. Anyway, Darcia managed to badly wound all of the wolves with the help of his ship, but he didn’t kill them. He just asked Cheza to go with him. Kiba was willing to die protecting Cheza but Cheza had decided to go with Darcia so she left with him, leaving Kiba helpless to stop her. The ending of the wolf running is now heavily snowing.

I spent the whole afternoon and night, playing FFX. Hehehe, it can be quite addictive. I’m assuming that I’m somewhere half since usually in games, when we get the airship, that means the game’s end is near except of course, if one wants to get the special items and stuff. Mmm...I actually thought that the bride was Rikku. Hehehe, so Yuna looked nicer in a wedding dress – in the movie but when it is not ‘movie’ anymore, it wasn’t as nice. I was thinking that bells on the bouquet was nice so that as the bride walks, it rings. I then remembered it cannot be done here since there is a bridal song as the bride walks – so the bells won’t be heard.

Well, the tw channel is back but then, it came too late for GB and Yugioh. It is okay since those two are shown in other channels. Sigh, and I was waiting for GB to get to the Mugenjou arc to see how Akabane ‘torture’ Ginji by scaring him to death. Hehehe OP is still at the Alabasta arc but it is where the action starts. I didn’t get to see the bananadile fight. Oh well, I just hope for the rerun then if they will rerun it like before.

In UM, Ayu is still thinking that Nina and Kaji had a relationship. Then, to help Ayu, Nina made a love thermometer. Nina showed how she made it to both Ayu and Tsujiai. They tested it with their teachers. Then, Nina confronted Kaji to her excitement, Kaji admitted to like Ayu so she tipped him to go to the library where she was suppose to meet Ayu. Ayu turned down Kaji and so, Nina quickly fixed the problem by using the thermometer on herself to show Ayu that she doesn’t have feelings for Kaji. She said that she liked someone from Magic Kingdom. Ayu then agreed to be the girlfriend of Kaji. On their way home, Ayu asked about Nina’s crush. Nina thought that it wasn’t really like, it was more of admiration. Ayu then wanted said that she thought she liked Tsujiai. Nina flushed so Ayu, without Nina’s knowledge, tested the thermometer on her and it was pretty high. Nina kept on denying that she likes Tsujiai which puzzles Ayu. Next episode, is another race for the stone. I think I saw a lunar/midnight flower in that episode.

They have entered the forest of death in WR. There are no animals in there except for bugs. Since there is no water or sunlight in there, Cheza is wilting which made Kiba quite edgy. Then, there is a talking owl that told them to go to a cave. The others are hesitant but Kiba is willing to do anything. Unfortunately, they were tricked for there are many huge bugs in there. Tsume took the lead by telling Kiba to give Cheza to him so he can put her on a cliff to be safe then they fight off the bugs. Cheza wanted to help that she suddenly jumped down and started running like crazy to a hole. The wolves panic and quickly chased after her. It turned out that some of her ‘friends’ venus-fly-trap plants showed her the way to escape the bugs. They found a hole out. They quickly washed in the lake as Cheza ‘drank’ the water and ‘sunbath’ in the moonlight.

Meanwhile, Quent was captured and tortured by Captain as he asked about his gun and about his dog. The Captain wanted to know how one of his men was injured. Quent just told him, since there are no stray dogs, maybe it is a wolf. Elsewhere, Cher woke up to see Darcia in front of her. She asked him about Cheza which Lord Oakum is also after. Darcia then showed her some of the information about Cheza. He said that like flowers, including the lunar flower, its life span is short. Even if Cheza’s powers grow every time she ‘sunbath’ in the moonlight, it would make her die faster. I think the scene at the ending is changing. I do remember it is misty before, now it is snow or was it just my imagination. Anyway, I guess it is like in Rahxephon wherein the ending song kept on changing every episode.

Well, we manage to break the Guinness Record of many couples kissing simultaneously. It also caused a major traffic jam. ^^;

Our unpredictable cable has done it again. The channel, which shows Naruto, had disappeared. Uh-oh, it is the same dark black abyss like the one that ‘killed’ Jettv. I am convinced that it was useless whining and bugging the customer service about it since they don’t know the reason anyway. I can only just wait and see if it returns later in the afternoon or some other day or well, it would never return again.

The pic spread for OP is Luffy, Robin and Usopp in traditional Japanese samurai costume. I was thinking, ah, inspired by Last of the Samurai? Hehehe, nope, I didn’t watch that film. I just read the plot and opps, they mentioned the ending. Sigh, the Chinese translation is using Chinese shortcuts for words again but then, I still doesn’t understand much if it was normal...just at least, it is much easier. ^^;

Ya, I would have to wait to read the translation to be sure. The rules are explained. Luffy and the others are pretty much worried since teamwork between Zoro and Sanji is nil as Sanji kept on protesting about being the ‘ball’. Then, the game starts. The two are having trouble since their opponents are very huge. Sanji saw ‘saved’ from being put in the goal when he doesn’t want to be out beaten by Zoro. I think the two teams still don’t have a point and the two are still arguing with each other.

Aires Grise is beginning to bore since nothing much is happening. Rakka just visited Kana’s place of work – clock shop. In Cyborg 009, they encountered 0011 – a ufo type of machine and 004 was somewhat pitiful towards it for he was forced into killing them in order to return to his original body. They showed a bit of 004’s past. He and his wife managed to cross the border unfortunately, his wife died. I like the scene when he used his ring pendant from his wife to fire at the enemy while he was weakened by poison rain. The next one was a haunted house, which 004, 007 and 009 explored while looking for professor Kozumi who was kidnapped. They managed to destroy the house and the end scene was Kozumi taken to the city. Regarding the house, it was controlled by the soul of a woman who was waiting for her husband. I do not know how their enemy Black Ghost managed to use her soul to be a machine but in the end, she managed to be with her husband as the house burned.

Mmm..ghost stories are really making it big here that there is even an Indian ghost story which will be shown. I guess it is good to have different Asian cinema showing here. Now, if they just show it on tv. ^_^ I think they will also show the Korean movie, The Good Lawyer’s Wife since it has been advertised a couple of times already as an article but not as a movie ad. I think it is the type my mom would watch. The woman is having a hard time adjusting to her husband’s adulterous ways, a drunk father-in-law and a secretive mother-in-law. She is somewhat attracted to someone else then, when her father-in-law, got cancer, I think, her world came crashing down.

Happy Valentine’s Day! There are a lot of activities today as in promos for lovers ranging from restaurants with special menu to concerts. There is even a kissing festival called Lovapalooza as couples will try to break the Guinness Record of many couples kissing simultaneously. I thought it was okay if they are just lovers, it turned out that they have to be married since the Catholic church might not be happy about that. Well, from a survey, the Filipinos are the most romantic in Asia to have sent the most number of sms/text messages to loved ones. It is good news since at least, we manage to top something which isn’t negative.

In WR, at the bar, Quent learned from Cher that there are wolves in the city. Outside, Blue had seen the others and Cheza. Cheza told it that there is a wolf inside it. Blue was surprised but they were interrupted when some military people came out of the bar. Kiba and the others are trying to think of a way out of the city. Cher was observing some antiques and saw a picture of the last of the Darcias. The store owner told her of the place where a member of the Darcia family could have hide – the forest of death – gomen, something like that, I forgot. She was warned that there are strange magnetic waves there that could make people lost. She went there and found Darcia holding a flower bouquet. She was pretty surprised that he looked like the one in the picture which was suppose to be made one hundred years ago.

Blue had saved a boy from the military but then the one of the two soldiers thought Blue was a wolf and started attacking it – he was paranoid ever since he was badly injured. Quent took the boy and cured his injury. Unfortunately, he didn’t hear Blue being attacked by the soldier again. When he came out of the house, Blue was gone and there is blood on the floor with the soldier dead. About Quent, it was his son who wanted to keep Blue. His family was killed by the wolves, I think. Then, as Captain was running after Kiba and the others who are also headed to the forest, Quent saw Toboe and started chasing him. He saw Blue who was asking him to stay but he craved for revenge and left. Quent had shot Kiba who was protecting Cheza and they managed to escape when he took the time to reload his gun. When he returned, Blue was gone. Meanwhile, Hubb was asking around the aristocracy about a certain thief case – he was trying to trace where Cher went. The lady told him that their Lord didn’t report it and it must be something he doesn’t want others to know.

In SGRan, Naobi was devasted to learn that Miyu already had a boyfriend. Yuya came by to advice Naobi about finding a different girl who doesn’t have a boyfriend, etc. Later on, Yuya was ‘hit’ by his own words when Naobi learned the he still likes Ran. As they are trying to find Ran’s wallet, Naobi met Saiyo, Ran’s younger sister. Later on, they caught the thief and even though Yuya helped in getting it back, it was Tatsukichi who was credited for it. Naobi began to admire Yuya for being a ‘man’. Then, he met Saiyo again. He thought it was fate and started to proclaim his love for her. Yuya tried to tell him that Saiyo already had a boyfriend, too – Misato. Today, episode was pretty wacky. ^^;;

In Gseed, Cagalli went with Kira to the city to show him the ‘real’ situation in the city. Natarle went with the Cagalli’s group to meet some people, I think to give them supplies or something. Kira and Cagalli then saved a guy who turned out to be their enemies. After dressing up Cagalli like a girl, and almost threatening to kill them, they were freed. Meanwhile, at the ship, Ssigh is going on a ‘breakdown’ as he tried to pilot the gundam to show the he is as good as Kira. Ffllay was pretty shocked over it and called him stupid as she ran away. I guess she still likes him. Sorry, if I’m not making much sense here because it is pretty hard to understand what is happening. To make it interesting, the other channel had moved Naruto timeslot back to Saturday at the same time as Gseed. I wonder if there will be a different anime after it or it will be a whole hour, though that is unlikely.

Well, I had just finished a cooking spree which doesn’t quite taste good to me but then, white mice aren’t that picky. I somewhat smell of onions, celery and garlic. ^^;;

^^;; Okay, let’s get on with the stories. In PoT, they are playing against the Rekakku team – duels with Momoshiro and Takashi against Hikaru and Harukaze. They are having a bit of hard time and later on, managed to catch up. Mm..my interest in this anime is waning.

In UM, Nina’s grandfather started playing tricks on Ayu to make her leave Nina but he wasn’t successful. He just warned Nina to be prepared to say goodbye in two months time since by then, the ‘test’ to get the stones to become princess will be over. Nina is quite sad about it and a hint that she is more worried about not seeing Tsujiai anymore. Today’s episode is Ayu thought that Nina likes Kaji since they are hanging out together. Much like Kaji thought that Ayu and Tsujiai were a couple. Of course, Ayu denied it to death. Nina then learned that Kaji isn’t as nice as he portrays himself since he throws away the cookies given to him by other girls whom he doesn’t like. Nina told Ayu about it but Ayu didn’t believe her. Later on, Kaji gave some of the cookies to Nina since it would be a waste to throw it. That led to the misunderstanding. The next episode would be fixing this whole mess.

I wasn’t able to watch the first few minutes of Naruto. I only saw Kabuto quitting because of injury or something. Then, he left, even though Naruto was quite sad to hear about that. Then, the elders talked about determining the one who had the curse seal. I’m not sure if they knew that it was Sasuke. I also think that they don’t know that the leader of sound tribe is Orochimaru, who had disguised himself. Sakura wanted to tell them about Sasuke’s curse but Sasuke didn’t want to. He said that he had his reasons and that he wanted to fight those who challenged him early on and well, maybe Naruto. The elimination round started with Sasuke and a masked guy with Kabuto, Yoroi. Kakashi told Sasuke not to use his special techniques because it would kill him. Sasuke managed to pin him down but Yoroi had a technique that steals his strength so Sasuke is in big trouble.

In WR, Cher is trying to tell Captain that the boys who was with Cheza might be wolves but the Captain didn’t believe her saying that it is just Darcia’s people. It was already night and Cheza sang a song which made them slept and have nice dreams. Hige’s amusing – surrounded by she-wolves. Hehehe In the morning, Hige found some boots while Toboe a coat for Cheza. Cheza liked the boots but not the coat. Tsume isn’t quite happy to be the only one sleeping as the others wandered about. He doesn’t trust Cheza. Then, they met another flower person, an old woman who asked Cheza to stay and that unlike her, Cheza is complete. She warned her of ‘destruction’ if she stayed with Kiba and the others. Kiba isn’t too happy about that. Later on, they found Cher trailing them with her radar. Cher saw them and found Kiba to be the same as the white wolf she saw before. She was very shocked over her discovery. In the end, Cheza decided to go with them to paradise. The old woman died and Quent had arrived at the city. So, it seemed that Cheza isn’t the one who is going to lead them to paradise for she is just tagging alone. The only thing that is definite the lunar flower is attracted to wolves and vice-versa.

Okay, I’m lazy, I will just put up the pic I made for just two days and I’m not going to make a whole theme about it. Hehehe Well, because sis is going to use the computer and I will have to be in the office the whole day tomorrow since the secretary will be absent. This is base from my elementary valentine card project before which I saw from a newspaper ad – it was in black and white. I had added GB chibi. The wings, halo and horns are my drawings. Hehehe That is my favorite chibi of Ban when he is thinking something devilish.

I’m still ‘fixing’ a bit of sis’ euro pictures which were shot digitally. The one who took their pictures, ah, her husband’s cousin or maybe her husband, was not good since the lighting is pretty bad and dark. I tried to fix it a bit but the others cannot be fixed anymore since they are too dark – like shadows. Also, the camera they used has very low resolution that it came out in pixels. I’m not sure how that can be mixed.

The two witches got an invitation to a club in UM. They dressed as grown-ups and Nina was the one who got the stone. Yuta was also there hanging out. The principal in their school was actually also the principal in Magical Kingdom. He was the one who sent the invitation. Another filler for tonight with Nina’s grandfather ‘babysitting’ Nina.

In PoT, Ryoma had a friendly match with Kentarou, the freshman team captain. As Saeki, Fuji’s friend, explain it doesn’t matter who was the team captain in their team for everyone is strong. This team are a bit weird and had pretty much different rackets. Since I had already read the OP translation, in the manga, Nami’s group lost the boat race when Foxy, the rival captain used his ‘slow’ beam on them. Because of their lost, Chopper was taken. Chopper cried for he wanted to be with Luffy’s group but Zoro told him about being ‘brave’ about it all and Chopper took his advice. Next is something about a ball game with Zoro and Sanji. Chopper was suppose to be in the team but they can have a replacement. Zoro made Sanji the ‘ball’ hehehe Sanji was just too slow to react. They are against three people who are good at the game. The others hoped that the two would cooperate to win so that they can get Chopper back.

WR started with a flashback of Darcia and his lover, Harmona in a beautiful garden. It somewhat reminded me of Faust and his lover – Shaman King. ^^; Maybe it was a bit of the art which seemed like old school. By the way, Darcia was the one who took Cheza from the lab. He promised Harmona that he will bring her to Paradise as she told him that it is Paradise just to be with him. Then, Harmona got sick and they say it was a curse of the family. Darcia then made Cheza to help him keep his promise or something like that. Back to the present, Darcia was in his ship with Cheza. They were being chased by a huge airship. The wolves are below the forest. I’m not sure which ship they saying belong to the aristocracy. The huge one had some military people and Cher in it who was tracking down Cheza. Kiba felt something and started chasing the ship while the others are wondering what it was all about.

As the airship was attacking Darcia’s ship, Cheza woke up and went out to the door and jumped out before Darcia could grab her. Then, Darcia smiled. By the way, he is bringing her to the place where she was born. Kiba and the others found her at the lake-garden, which was also the place where Darcia and Harmona were before. It seemed that Cheza and Kiba knew each other. I was thinking she was the lunar flower he saw as a kid. Hehehe She led them to the building. Kiba kept on following like a puppy so Tsume and Hige had to slow the military people from attacking. Cher are still following them and she commented that they were the ones who actually took Cheza first from Darcia. At some used to be a lab, Cheza realized that she was the only one who survived then she led them through a tree which opened and closed. Cher managed to see Cheza briefly and to her surprise, Cheza was looking happy.

Regarding the names of the four, Kiba is fang, Tsume is claw, Hige is whisker and Toboe is howl. I noticed that Kiba likes to use his fangs while Tsume likes to use his claw – well, if that is the knife he usually carries in human form. I was actually wondering where is his sunglasses if it was part of the wolf illusion or not. If not, it would be pretty funny to see him in wolf form wearing sunglasses. ^_^ I don’t know how does a whisker can attack people maybe ‘tickle’ them. Hehehe So far, Toboe is the one who likes to howl a lot. I wonder if Darcia is also part wolf or maybe it was just that ‘eye’ which looked like one – the covered eye.

I think Lady lady has ended. It didn’t really focus on any love story as I thought it would but I was right about whom they will end up with. It is about Rin [it was not Lyn as I originally thought] who showed others how to be a lady and got their mansion back from an envious girl – the one who hated her from the start. I think she was the only one who couldn’t be converted by Rin to be nice. I think this one has ended abruptly. I was assuming that the manga had more about it than what was shown in the anime.

The Love Letter Korean drama I watched before about a priest, a doctor and a girl doctor who had a heart ailment is going to be shown on the local channel. There sure are a lot of Korean dramas coming out aside from Taiwanese ones. There are also movies. I was actually curious about Shiri, which is about a female assassin who killed a lot then vanished only to re-appear later on with another plot. Two guys are assigned to find who she really is. The newspaper had actually revealed everything hehehe...it was a nice twist at the end. Then, there is the Wishing Stairs, another horror. Two best friends who are always competing, one is rich while the other is poor. It was said that a mysterious step appears if you wish hard enough. The poor girl wished her friend to die so that she would get a chance at the scholarship. It came true but, it seemed that her friend’s ghost is out for revenge.

Presidential election campaigns had officially started yesterday. The news programs are focusing on the different ways they try to ‘appeal’ for the voters to vote for them. The actor aspirant had a stage show with his showbiz supporters and the incumbent president is also having some showbiz supporters – I think I heard her boasting that she is the only president, which helped showbiz. ^^; Geez, I guess that is wanting the showbiz vote. It is more on the fight on piracy but then, there wasn’t much piracy before to begin with. I think in both campaigns, it is more like a fan’s day for the showbiz personalities.

The ex-education secretary went around the wet markets and a mall. The senator had a motorcade, which caused traffic and well, is more criticizing the government. The religious leader is taking his time out and much to my surprise, there was another one, a businessman who was in the race. The one in charge of the elections kept on telling them to limit their posters to certain places. You see, before, they had a habit of putting posters on every wall, posts and all the other things that can be seen in public. The glue they use is pretty much hard to remove so it was very unsightly. I don’t think it will be followed though since the other night, there had been people arrested for it but later on freed. I guess it was just a warning and the jails are pretty much full already.

The latest casualty of bird flu here are the 300+ love birds which are put to sleep then burned into a crisp. They were brought in by an illegal importer and they just happen to pass by in Thailand airport. Poor cute birds. They were thought to might have bird flu so that was their fate. There is now a temporary ban of importation of chickens from the US, specifically Delaware since they found a bird flu case there, though it isn’t the same virus as the one in Asia, a milder one.

In UM, Nina had already confessed to Tsujiai that she is indeed a witch after he saw Rio’s transformation again. He asked them to make his pet cat human. Unfortunately, his cat doesn’t want to be transformed back so they chased him everywhere. During the chase, there was a short meeting of Ayu and Kaji which somewhat showed Kaji’s crush of Ayu. In the end, Rio managed to convince Tsujiai’s cat to have a cat form again. Rio had a bit of crush on Ayu’s pet but much to his dismay, the girl turned out to be a dog.

Nothing much happened at the beach episode in PoT since they just tend to Ryoma’s dad’s store then showed some humility lessons to some bullies. Then, they met a player from Rokakku school. It turned out that there was no anime shown in the Taiwanese channel that has returned. It is just Chinese kiddie toons.

In Wolf’s rain, they were forced to stay at the city because Kiba was injured. Tsume told Hige to look for food while Toboe went out to find some herbs for Kiba’s wounds. The townspeople are now setting traps to capture ‘dogs’ and Hige was caught. One of the wolves from Zali’s [ Spelled as Zari in a site] pack didn’t save him and caused him to be unconscious so that the people will ‘kill’ him. Fortunately, Toboe saw this and went to tell the others. Cole told Zali about the kids and hoped that Zali would ‘wake up’ that things in his pack are no longer the same. Zali felt a bit guilty for leading them there before and since the machines are still working before, the toxic gas in the tunnel had killed most of his pack.

Kiba had woke up and told Tsume that he had already seen the lunar flower when he was still small. The place where he was born was filled with them until one day, it was burned and he was the only one in their pack who had survived. He wanted to find Paradise since he had no where else to go. Toboe came so they went off to free Hige. It was amusing when Tsume carried Kiba on his back with Kiba protesting that he can run. They met with Zali’s pack and confronted them. Zali’s pack got angry at him for ‘selling’ them to work as dogs that they beat him up. After they left, Tsume asked him where the people are bringing Hige. Much to Kiba and Toboe’s surprise when Tsume telling Zali that they will continue where Zali and his pack had left off while searching for the Paradise, even if it is hell. It was like – wow, here is a wolf who was pretty much deny its existence and now is actually determined to find it.

They rescued Hige from being barbecued in the incinerator. Kiba was the one who broke the bars since Hige doesn’t want his teeth damaged. Later on, Zali showed them the tunnel where his pack was killed. The toxic gas was no more and told them where to go. Off, they went. Back at the first city, Hubb had finished reading the book of the Moon. He looked rugged now and he tried to find Quent. He did at a bar as Quent was preparing to leave, perhaps to find where the wolves are. Quent somewhat confirmed that it is true what the book had said. He advised Hubb to find the one dearest to him if she is important – Cher had disappeared so most probably, Hubb will try to find her.

It took me about 5 tries to finish that Seymour character in FFX – for perfect without deaths. *v-sign*

Hehehe, not really but I pretty much used up a lot of time to re-do it because of the dialogue sequence. I’m sure he will be back since I was a bit spoiled on FFX because of those tv chat which shows some clips of the game. Anyway, the Taiwanese channel which showed OP is back. Unfortunately, I actually forgot to watch at 530pm to know if they had a new anime on that time.

Ya. ^^; Well, I will try to see today. I actually skipped PoT yesterday since I’m not interested in that match but I managed to see the preview – beach and volleyball episode. Much to my mom’s horror, the Jap drama she is watching was left hanging because the channel had suddenly vanished. It was the ending. I searched throughout the net for it and it was almost never heard so there is no site saying what was the ending, only the plot. There was a short review saying the moral – true love. I just told my mom that the women or maybe two of them, went with their lovers rather than their unloving husbands. Unfortunately, they do have children. Personal happiness is much better than sacrifice, I guess. The title is Koi wo nan nen sundemasu ka? – when translated - No year going to bed, it increases love? The Chinese title was no way near it. ^^;;

In UM, it seemed that the principal of their school, aside from knowing magic, has a power in Magical Kingdom that he trained Nina to become more powerful by ‘shutting off’ her computer. She had to use her own magic to help Ayu get her letter to Kaji who was knocked unconscious in a baseball game. Kaji is interested in Ayu that he called her to thank her for the flowers which a girl said was from the class. The girl was jealous since she likes Kaji. At the baseball game, Tsujiai is becoming sure that Nina is a witch when he saw Rio transformed from human to cat. Next episode is on pet transformations, which includes Tsujiai’s pet.

In WR, they traveled to a island-city. There are no food anywhere and they met a pack of wolves – mostly old ones led by Zari. They were told to go away. While looking for a place to sleep, they got to a cemetery and saw an old wolf digging his grave. They learned from him that the place used to have lots of lunar flowers but it wasn’t the paradise that they had looked for. Many were killed when they went to a passage and the ones left are the ones they saw.

At some building, Cleo, the she-wolf in the pack, came up to give them some food. Hige was the only one who ate as Cleo told him how to get some more by going to the train station. Tsume left as he was being trailed by Toboe. They rested at the train station. Kiba was a bit in shock over their latest discovery that he wanders about. He called the pack as dogs so he got into a fight. At the train station, it turned out that the pack of wolves are working as ‘dogs’ pushing up a heavy cargo. The old wolf had just died which made the others furious. Kiba saw it and went for the attack. Zari quickly stopped him. Later on, they buried the old wolf as Zari told them to leave if they couldn’t take what they are doing to eat.

There was a sudden brownout in the afternoon yesterday because of a sudden rainfall. I find it curious that the maids at the next building are washing their laundry in the rain. They must have been caught in the rain but they didn’t bother with it and went on as if it wasn’t raining. It doesn’t have a roof, you see. My mom said that they could be just being washing their own laundry for they could be in-house workers and not really washing the laundry for their boss. Then, it is still raining, they are hanging their clothes – the just finished washing. Well, I just find it weird since shouldn’t they be hanging their clothes when it had stopped raining?

With no electricity, I spent the time cleaning up my room. It is pretty dusty already. I also cleaned my cpu which is gathering dust inside and re-arranged some books and stuff. At night, I played FFX until the night. It was already late and I cannot find a save point since I have to catch some blue butterflies instead of red. I kept on getting a red, which will mess up the time limit. In the end, I just turned it off and try again today.

My uncle is in the hospital since Saturday because of some prostrate problem. We are hoping that it is just an enlargement and not cancer. We are theorizing as to why he got a fever, chills and vomiting the other night but when he got in the hospital, he was okay. Maybe because of fear or as ego uncle said, the biopsy wasn’t done properly. Anyway, we are hoping for the best.

It seemed that Animax had decided to make GB a weekly series rather than a weekend so if GTO finishes its first run, GB will be insert in there. I peeked the schedule from their site. DT Eightron will be replaced by Saber Marionette J which was already shown in the local channel before. GitS: Stand Alone will be replaced by Gene Shaft and UM will be replaced by .hack//Sign. Mm..I wonder if it is very the same as in the PS2 game which I haven’t got yet – either way, I would be spoiled whether I watched first or played the game first.

The violin piece played at the end of the episode of GB is better than the one Ban played before. Better for the ears, that is. Too bad they edited out that Ginji zapping Ban since he got excess electricity. I was a bit surprised that they had Ginji tag along with Ban’s revenge against the violinist since Ban usually does it alone. Of course, they also edited out the shock of Ginji when he learned that Shido is living with Madoka. In Yugioh, Jounouchi is dead and left everyone in shock. Yugi believed at the future shown by the necklace – Jounouchi dueling with him so his friend will still live. He goes off to duel against Kaiba.

In Wolf’s Rain, they had been traveling for 3 days. Tsume kid them about eating each other when they are hungry but it turned out they are willing to eat another wolf – a dead one – and he wouldn’t. He left and went to an abandoned city. Toboe followed him to convince him to return. Toboe had accidentally activated an old machine, which almost killed Toboe if it weren’t for Tsume who saved him. Anyway, Toboe helped Tsume get away and Toboe even admitted that he liked Tsume. I think Tsume had some ‘trauma’ as they say in GTO. He claims to not want to do with anyone but then, he is the first one to help anyone. He always have this look when he pushes somebody and doesn’t like anyone touching him. He is trying his best to be a loner.

Meanwhile, Kiba and Hige are still waiting for them. Kiba had a dreamt of a shaman with the ‘midnight flower’ – I was right, it was that flower – opening with the red moon. They found a sign regarding a military facility nearby. Later on, the machine had found Tsume and was going to kill him when Kiba attacked it and managed to destroy it with the help of an avalanche. Tsume asked him why he had helped. Kiba said that it was their instinct. Tsume decided to go on with their journey. Back at the city, Hubb was dating Degre, I would change her name to Cher just as Hubb called her. He was trying to tell him about what Quent and about the wolves but she won’t let him. Later on, she gave him a key to her house, telling him to water the plants. She left abruptly saying that she had to go on a vacation. Hubb was pretty surprised when she kissed him on the lips. Hubb really still liked his ex-wife. Anyway, she went in a car with two people on the front seat, looked like goons. Later on, Hubb went to her house and realized there were no plants to water. He saw the colorful scarf he gave her before peeking out of a drawer. He opened it with the key she gave her and found the Book of the Moon inside.

I forgot to sum a bit on Naruto. I didn’t get much since they are into ‘explanation’ mode. Opening the scroll showed that they are in. They talked a bit with their class teacher, Iruka. Later on, they decided to have another test since there are still many qualifiers by having a battle which will be refereed by the coughing guy, Hayate and it isn’t just winning but technique to win. Thanks to Asher for helping me in that one. While in Gseed, they fought and they left and later on, Cagalli’s group left. Cagalli looked quite furious about something though.

In Aires Giles, Rakka, the new one went to the temple of the Grey Wing League with Hikeri to give her the notebook. The deal is that they work in the town and the elders will provide them their needs, which they would list on the notebook. Rakka learned that Hikeri had used the halo maker in making some bread so that is the reason why her hair always sticks up to the halo – some after effect.

What I thought was going to happen in Cyborg 009 based on the ad is all wrong. ^^; I thought 002 – spiky and hot-headed is going to be a bad guy but it turned out that it was a different character. Black Ghost had made 0010 twins, which had electricity and acceleration. In the first episode, they were easily defeated and saved by the rain. The next episode, 009 with the help of 001, the baby, they managed to trick the twins to combine that they exploded for positive and negative poles cannot be together. It seems that the whole cast are of different countries. 003, the girl told 009 that from 001 to 004 are first generation cyborgs that meant they were frozen in time since WW2 as Black Ghost waited for technology to improve. That is why the first generation no longer knows if their family members are still alive and if they are, they are quite afraid to let them know what had happened to them. Also, the ‘father’ whom 009 wanted to save in the church wasn’t his biological father but was a priest. He was an orphan. I was wondering who the father is. I do hope it won’t be like in Star Wars 2: Return of the Empire hehehe. They have made it into an hour anime which is good so that it will finish faster.

Another day at work and I heard a story about a young businessman who was killed just because he was at the wrong place at the wrong time. He was just inviting a customer for dinner unfortunately, that customer had a very jealous powerful husband who told an assassin to kill anyone whom his wife is with. They wanted to get the husband but he had some connections with the police so, there is only a slim chance to get him. I think the wife was now arrested since she was there, I think, when it happened. Remember the one who was kidnapped and killed which made headlines, it turned out that her brother is a good friend of the young businessman. He quickly left since hearing the others discuss it can be quite depressing.

I still haven’t seen last night’s Wolf’s Rain which I recorded. In UM, Maya pretended to like Tsujiai to get something from him but Tsujiai learned she was lying so he scolded her. She confessed that she loved someone else but he didn’t love her back. In the end, she got a magic stone. It is hinted in this episode that Tsujiai liked someone else which is Nina who was quite distracted when she thought Tsujiai was dating Maya. The committee kid also managed to get a picture of Nina transforming. The next episode is about Kaji falling unconscious for ah, being hit by a baseball?

Everyone was playing bowling in PoT until they all had to drink a very volatile Inui juice which even Inui nor Fuji could handle. They showed some glimpse of Tezuka feeling something bad is going to happen and that was the ‘killer’ inui juice. The owner of the alley are trying to make them leave but all of them are lying ‘dead’. Next episode is Dan playing a match with Ryoma.

In SGRan, Tatsukichi had a younger brother, Naobi who wanted to have a date with Ran and wanted his brother to go back to their ramen house to help the family. After the date and some duels between the two siblings, Tatsukichi told him that he just wanted to be independent for a while and that Naobi is the best one to continue their family’s ramen house. In the end, Naobi doesn’t like Ran anymore but Miyu who gave him some cookies.

My mom is watching a Jap drama which I glance once in a while. It is about couples having problems with infidelity. First couple – the guy had an affair, the wife knew, just in time her ex-lover came, the guy breaks off the affair – daughter of wife’s friend – and now will try to work it out, wife had an affair. They had two children. So, will they divorce? Second couple – the mother of the daughter who had an affair with first couple’s husband is having an affair with a younger man since her husband is always away. Husband learned about it and discredited the loan of another friend as revenge. She is now signing a divorce letter and her daughter saw her. Third couple – guy became somewhat famous as an actor and a young actress kept on chasing him. He got drunk and the girl took advantage. He confessed it to his wife and she was furious. It was quite funny when she asked her friends’ advice to the fact, both her friends are having an affair. The ending might be on Monday. The title is something like, ‘to be in love again’.

My mother bought some quail eggs so lately, I’m thinking of where to use them. The Menudo dish which I thought before was actually Arroz ala Cubana or Cuban-styled dish as Asher hinted to me. I thought it was the same. Anyway, I did a Menudo dish last night and it was okay. I put some of the quail eggs there. Hehehe By the way, both are Filipino dishes which had the influence of Spanish dishes.

While playing FFX, I think I like Auron, Yuna and Lulu team-up. I think I made a mistake in the sphere power-ups at the start so they had very crappy powers anyway, still surviving so it is okay. ^_^

UM is exactly what the preview said and it was made long by the new girl’s hyperactive imagination about her ‘bad luck’ and how it would affect Kaji if she fells for him. It turned out that the girl was fickle for any guy who picked up her fallen bag will be her crush. Nina decided not to give the special magic item to Kaji to make him like Ayu because of Ayu’s advice from the first episode of not using magic to make one fall in love for it would be just temporary. UM is already half-way finish so tonight’s episode will have another stone coming up while they are having a vacation at a beach where Tsujuiai had a cottage. I think I saw a scene where Tsujiai discovers something ‘new’ regarding witches. Oh ya, in the last episode, he promised not to tell anyone what he saw – Nina’s transformation to a witch.

In Wolf’s Rain, the masked man told Kiba and Hige that he now has the flowers and told them if they could, follow him to Paradise. He then disappeared. The two then made their escape. Quent told Hubb about his scratched hand by a wolf and he said that people are being deceived for they are everywhere. Hubb doubts and Quent mentioned about the Book of Moon which had said that humans came from wolves. Later on, Hubb visited his ex-wife, Degre in the hospital. He mentioned about the book and she seemed to know about it then remembered what had happened to her. She decided not to tell much to Hubb. When she returned to the lab, it turned out that she had the Book of Moon which was a heretic book and it was banned. Tsume being the loner he is tried to drive Toboe away. While walking, Tsume was being ‘betrayed’ by his ex-comrades but he manages to escape. Meanwhile, Toboe tried to make friends with the girl, Leara whose bird he had accidentally killed but she was too scared of him.

Just in time, Kiba and Hige helped him escape as Quent went after them. Blue, Quent’s doggie, chased after Tsume. Tsume was bitten and they both fell from a building. I think Blue has either died or severely injured. Quent saw some grey hairs on Blue. Toboe asked the others to take Tsume with them out of the town. Tsume was at first reluctant but they said there is nothing in this town for them for the ‘flower’ had been taken. Since they are being chased by the police – Tsume for his robbery cases, they decided to leave and thought the one who took Cheza was from the aristocracy. Hubb and Quent went together with the chase when they said about the leader [Tsume] when chased, only a dog appeared. They left town as Tsume was thinking that he doesn’t believe in paradise and only left because he lost interest in it. Hubb and Quent saw wolf prints on the snow. Hubb is still in denial.

PoT chibi episodes are in two stories. One is based on Japanese folklore. Ryoma came out of a juice can for two people who had no children. He wandered and found the seigaku team in caveman outfits playing acrobatic tricks. He joined them. Three bad guys – Jin, Keigo and Munehiro are picking on little turtles – the freshmen. The seigaku team shooed them away. The turtles asked which gift they want – the big or small box. Ryoma picked the small one for it is easier to carry. The three bad guys opened the big one and two ghosts of Ibu and Kamio chased after them. The small box is tennis rackets. They used the rackets for cooking, beating the blanket and etc. The end.

The other one is the case of Inui’s missing glasses. With Fudomine and Yamabuki players as police, they had arrested all of the seigaku team even Tezuka who was resting in Germany as suspects for stealing Inui’s glasses. Later on, the police had a line-up for Inui to pick which one is the culprit. Inui then realized that he had put his glasses on his head and not near the sink. He was very happy that he can make Inui juice again. But then, it was short-lived for the others wanted to beat him up for accusing them. Next episode would be the bowling episode and the punishment will be the extra strength Inui juice. PoT will end next Thursday. I guess to give the Japanese episodes some time to catch up. The replacement is some ninja kids anime.

I had finished reading the first volume scanlations of Fullmetal Alchemist from Toriyama World. It was fun and I liked it. ^-^ Even if the art isn’t that detailed, the story is quite cool. Sir Edward was a national alchemist who wanted to return his body to normal after his right arm and left leg was ‘eaten’ away just to save his brother’s soul and well, he wanted to get his little brother’s body back. The younger brother’s soul is now in a huge armor. All of these happened because they tried to resurrect their deceased mother. The two are now are traveling around the place to find a way and in different towns they helped around the people from corrupted people.

In the first one is someone who claim to be sent by god but was actually wanting to make mindless people who would obey him. The end of this chapter, there was a couple of villains. I wonder if there would be all 7 of them since one of them is named Gluttony. The other lady could be lust. Next is in a mine, which had a corrupt guy whom Edward managed to trick into giving the deeds to him, which he later on gave to the people. The last one is saving the general from some kidnappers. There is also the introduction of the government?-military people which Edward seem to hate, Roy, the flame alchemist.

The drawings are very cute especially Edward who doesn’t like being called a shrimp since well, he is short. It is also funny. There are also short comic strips – omake that was also scanlated. Ah..it was like those omake before in Gundam Wing. I’m beginning to hope that animax will show this soon – the anime. Also, hopefully, it won’t be licensed soon. ^_^

Nothing much happened in UM. They had a garage sale and tried to retrieve a magic vest back that wasn’t intended to be sold. Next episode is about Maya’s friend who had the ‘eye’ on Kaji, much to Ayu’s dismay. In Wolf’s Rain, the police detective? Hubb was suspicious of big dog evidences and wanted to find Quent to ask him about it. His ex-wife is the female scientist, Degre. A new reddish brown wolf is introduced, Toboe who was taken cared of an old woman before but it seemed that he unintentionally killed it much like the little girl’s hawk, whom he tried to give to her. Tsume’s group left him and Tsume is now with Toboe who is a neophyte in the city life. Kiba and Hige went back to the lab to find Cheza, the girl in the lab. The lab was attacked by a guy who was shown at the start with a sleeping woman. He is knocking people off with the use of his ‘eye’ which was like a wolf’s. Cheza seemed to know him and was a bit worried. He took her with him and the two – Kiba and Hige saw them.

I was wondering if the lunar flower they are mentioning is what we call or rather my mom calls ‘the midnight flower’ because it looked the same. It is actually a cactus that blooms only once at night then die later on. They say that if it blooms, you make a wish and it will come true. It was also in the game, Valkyrie Profile. The flower shown in the opening, looked exactly like it.

Well, the transport groups are already clamoring for their fare increase just as I predicted last Saturday. It had been a long time since they wanted it and they go to the point of strikes unless it was given. On the election news, they still don’t know if the actor president aspirant is a natural born Filipino or not. Then, I think yesterday, he confessed he had an illegitimate child. I don’t think that’s even news since it is becoming common among people in showbiz.

Speaking of showbiz, there had been a lot of fuss in the US again regarding that ripping off the leather breast cover of Ms. Jackson by Justin T. I was thinking if it is a revenge thingie between him and Britney. They sure love to make themselves infamous. ^^;; I do not buy the alibi that the cloth had gave way. They including the station are now apologizing for what happened. I’m not sure why but I guess it is because it was during primetime and during a football? game which had it as a special. I had been channel surfing and even so that footage at a French station that also showed Britney’s kiss with Madonna. I guess it is because both of those shows are produced by MTV.

Chobits have ended. I just watched the rerun and it is okay, I guess. Everyone ended up with their loved ones – human or persocons [I think I’m spelling that wrong]. From appearance, I still like lead’s roommate, his two cute persocons and the two ‘villains’ in black leather. Mm..the villain guy looked like Fuuma of X. ^^;; The replacement is Clamp Campus Detectives which is about three kids in the elementary of Clamp Campus who are going to solve girl problems. The leader is Nokoru, the blond who is a ‘playboy’ and likes to have fun rather than work. Suoh is his slave driver and the more quiet one. Akira is the cook, okay, he had somewhat of an alter-ego, I forgot, some sort of magician like a phantom thief type. The latter two would later on have their own respective girlfriends.

In UM, they had a summer festival. Ayu and Nina got invited to go there by the two boys. They had fun and Ayu is trying hard to impress Kaji. Nina is trying her best to help her. Then, Maya went their to find the magic stone and she almost tripped into the river so Kaji saved her. Ayu jumped into the conclusion that they are an item and in a daze, she rode a boat not even knowing how to row one nor even tried to row it back to shore. Her boat got bumped by another so there was a hole and she realized that the summer kimono Nina made for her is disappearing since it is made of paper. So, she just waited for someone to save her.

Luckily for her, Nina was nearby. Nina quickly transformed and unfortunately for her, Tsujiai saw it all. Nina used a cloth to surround Ayu so that she will float. Then, she kept on complaining that it was all Nina’s fault for the dress and that what Nina used to save her made her look tacky for Kaji. Nina could just kept on apologizing and suggest that they go to a souvenir shop to get new clothes. About the stone, it was just again false information for it was just a firecracker. I’m beginning to wonder that it would only take Yuta to know where the stones are but then, it was just the first one so I would give Nina’s grandfather the benefit of the doubt. In the end, as they walk home, Tsujiai asked Nina if she was a kid witch. Nina was surprised. I wonder if the boat man would sue them for wrecking the boat? Hehehe The next preview is about a magic vest mistakenly sold in a garage sale.

Wolf’s rain turned out to be made by Bones, the one who did Rahxephon. I’m surprised that both the opening and the ending songs are in English. The art is nice and it uses semi-dark colors for the atmosphere of the place. The story starts with a very pretty white wolf – white as snow, lying on the snow and wounded. Later on, some sort of rebels with their leader, Tsume – white hair and in black leather – attacked a train and stole some goods. Then, a huge airship flew by. Tsume said that he hated its sound – the aristocracy. The ship went to the city nearby. At the city, a middle-age man who looked like a hunter type with a blue dog went to a bar. They talked about a folklore about the wolves who are there to bring people to paradise. That is why they had exterminated? the wolves, I guess to stop them from bring them to paradise. The dog suddenly went barking and he went out. He noticed that there are wolf marks along with other people. It was just where Tsume and his group had walked through.

Tsume and his group then found a white wolf. Tsume quickly lured it away. Tsume told it to changed its form to ‘fool’ people for he would be stupid walking around the city in wolf form for there are ‘rules’ in the city. The white wolf is quite stubborn saying that it is undignified to do that. A kid, Gel shooed away the white wolf. Later on, the white wolf was shot by the hunter. He was arrested by the police and the wolf was taken into custody. The hunter’s name is Quent and it does seem he had an intense hate for wolves as he looked at his family picture. In the lab, they had a female and male scientist looking at a girl in a sphere tube. She had finally opened her eyes – a combination of lunar something and wolf’s blood. She seemed to be reacting to the white wolf.

Tsume and his group tried to infiltrate it. Gel had fallen off so Tsume tried to save him but then, his appearance is just an illusion, he had no hands so when he grabbed him by his mouth, Gel screamed in pain. Tsume seemed stunned and Gel was dropped. Another wolf, colored brown, oh yeah, Tsume is grey, went to see the white wolf. He introduced himself as Hige told him what Tsume told him so in the end, the white wolf used his human form to escape – what is pride for when you cannot survive. Later on, Kiba, the white wolf told Hige that he went to the city because he smelled the lunar flower and he wanted to go to paradise. The ending song was by Maaya called Gravity. She had also sang the opening song in Rahxephon. The anime looked promising but then, I wonder if there would be ‘deaths’ here since it was shown late at night. Texnolyze is indeed a rerun.

I’m now feeling as if I’m in twilight zone. ^^;; Last night and this morning, I couldn’t log into my site, any other pitas site and pitas itself. I asked Asher to check and it was fine. Mm..is that an effect of my insomia lately. ^^;

The ending of Texnolyze had plagued me the whole night. I guess insomia is not a good combination with it that I tried to understand what just happened and well, so what’s the whole story about. @_@; So, Ichise went down by stairs and realized that his texnolyzed limbs are no longer working. He saw some faint flowers falling from above. It was the flowers, which Ran likes. Along with this was a short prologue with some biblical references. The surface is hell while the one underground is purgatory until it also became hell. It seemed that the people droven down have some kind of monster in them and when they die, they became rafia. That is why those who have texnolyzed had some sort of genes of all those dead people from before.

Ichise met with the old man whom he had saved before. They had a little chat about people like himself, willingly cut of their legs in order to be texnolyzed only to find now that it isn’t working anymore. Later on, Ichise rode the train back to Lux, the city. Meanwhile, Onishi is dragging himself and found his secretary, who was barely alive and was brutally raped by some guys. She asked her to kill him and well, he did. Onishi is hearing a voice that was talking to him, like his secretary, it is begging him to kill her. Then, Shinji bid goodbye to Onishi as he went to Kraas and killed everyone there. He shouted that he used to want to be like them to see the light. He got killed by Kano’s assistant who also committed suicide. Oh ya, Shinji managed to go in easily because like Texnolyze, the Shapes had ceased to function.

Kano was talking with Ran, calling her Tobiase – I think and tells him that she is his sister. Ran rejects him. It was some kind of warp of colors thing where they are talking. Ichise arrived to find all the people dead, well, most are. The ones protecting Ran were all killed, a pool of blood with their masks floating on top. They, including Onishi and Shinji had failed in protecting her from Kano. Ichise then saw a glimpse of Ran at the far side of the station and followed her. He told her that he wanted to bring her to the surface where there is no killing and fighting. He confessed that he had somewhat changed when he met her and asked if she did, too. A short scene of Ran removing her mask. Then, he said, it seemed that he haven’t changed. He also mentioned that Ran’s flowers are the ones that made him keep on moving whenever he is depressed. Ran disappeared.

Ichise then saw Onishi standing in front of the obelisk holding his katana while some people are closing in on him, to kill him. Onishi was looking at the obelisk and asked it what he can do. It said to kill it so Onishi did as he was told and stabbed it. Blood came out and he was shot brutally by the people until only his texnolyzed legs remained. It turned out that the on Onishi stabbed was an image of Ran. So, the city whom Onishi had heard talking to him was Ran. Ichise shouted for him and the people started to attack him. Like before, Ichise just pounced on them and he was shot at his shoulder. He was about to give up when he noticed that his texnolyzed limbs started to move. Ichise said, doc. So, that is why the doctor had told him his limbs are special. Ichise managed to scare off those people and punched a few.

Ichise started walking around to see the Shapes like statues as their feet where planted to the ground. He saw one of the former Organo head, the one with Tohyama. The guy said that his body is perfect for he can still think even if his body cannot move. He will just wait for the day that he can move. I’m not sure if Ichise took a pack of batteries from him or gave it to him. The guy said that he can take it and regret that he tried to make Onishi go to Kraas. He told him where Kano was. Ichise came there to see Kano ‘planted’ on his chair and started blabbing about stuff and well, he was the one whom Ran was ‘interested’ in. Oh ya, before I forgot, Kano had killed the one in charge of the underground’s ‘sun’ so it is forever darkness in there. As they say, if the people haven’t seen light for just a long time, their eyes changed.

Ichise kept on asking for Ran and well, it seemed that Kano had ‘shaped’ her by using her head to be with that two headed woman – just replacing one head. Kano said that Ran had already killed her ‘mind’. He had texnolyzed his brain so he is really the one who is sane in the whole place and if Ichise killed him, he would be insane. Right as if Ichise cared about that so Ichise ‘socked’ it to him. Ichise then took Ran’s remains minus the body to some sort of building with an overlooking cliff below. He bid goodbye and threw her there with a shirt to cover whatever remains below her neck. Ichise just sat there for the dead. Then, the next scene was him, lying down. He stared at his texnolyzed arm and saw a light from it – a hologram of a flower. He smiled and slept in peace. The end.

Well, just as I thought it was a very depressing anime and I did try not to get too connected to any characters for they will all die anyway. It seemed that they would rerun it so Wolf’s Rain will just be half an hour unless, there is some special or something on Texnolyze.

For more happy stuff, UM is about Sebastian, the typical name for a butler, is very obsessed to his mistress Maya to the point of annoying. In the end, Maya just shipped him back to their world. I thought this was where Tsujiai will know that Nina had powers since he saw the buffalo came alive in the library. The next episode is somewhat like a midnight summer’s dream. Ayu thought that Maya and Kaji like each other and well, Tsujiai saw something and was going to confess or looks like he is going to confess something to Nina.

Mm..I had been getting virus email attacks in two separate accounts. It was some kind of worm-type virus. It must have been going around again. I used to have it frequently at my other account but it had stopped and the spams just kept on coming. ^^;

I am again reminded of stop being greedy while playing FFX. I wanted to get the characters higher stats so instead of going up a platform where a possible save point was, I kept on fighting a bit more and it happened twice, my characters became dead because of my minor miscalculations. ^^;; I was playing it for the whole night and well, I even decided to skip GB and well, it turned out that they didn’t show GB that night. It must have been a mis-broadcast for they showed Stratos ah..was it 9. ^^;; It is just about some young people going to space – astronauts type - which I’m not interested in.

^^;; Well, I did watched the Chinese version.

Hai...^^; But then, as I kept on repeating to ad nausea, when watching the anime, I couldn’t help compare it to the manga. Chibi Ban making faces at Shido and Kadz is much cuter in the manga. Instead of making it all dark, the electricity was just there in the mansion – not ‘absorbed’ by Ginji. Anyway, it just ended in so the butlers aren’t that nice.

In Yugioh, Jounouchi is not doing good against Malik. Kaiba is pretty happy to see the third attack power of Malik’s god card and well, the others are not. The preview said it all, the death of Jounouchi. Okay...so much for suspense but then, I already know after that, he isn’t really dead – from the manga. ^^;; That’s what I get for spoiling myself. About PoT, Ryoma is now playing against a guy whose technique was hitting the ball at the opponent. I wonder if that can be foul play in real tennis. In OP manga, Robin, Nami and Usopp are in a boat race and the ones whom they are playing against are using all kinds of dirty tricks like fake direction to go to, fake finish line and their group helping the one racing. In the end, they are near the finish line, the opponent’s boss, used some kind of devil fruit on them. I have wait for the translations to understand it better.

Today, I just saw the second ending of GTO. I haven’t seen that before since the Taiwanese channels always show the first one. I somewhat like how it was shown three simultaneous ‘pictures’ are being shown. The first is Onizuka at the classroom. I don’t like his profile though – the new art in the opening, too. Next is something moving and using the shadows to portray the third one which is from the anime. Cool.

Lately, we are abstaining from chicken since the smuggled chickens are from Taiwan and my mother isn’t taking any chances with the bird flu even though if they say that it is safe to eat. The ‘they’ there is the government and restaurants, which serves chicken dishes. They had a huge ad about it at the newspaper, saying that it is very yummy – cook it – and a picture of a roasted chicken. Aside from that, it is still lots of fun in the political world. The headline in the newspaper now though is about some people died in Mecca for some sort of ritual where they ‘punish’ themselves. I thought it was just a Catholic ritual during Holy Week wherein people whip themselves sometimes with shards of glass and well, there are those who have themselves crucified for a day. In both cases, it seemed that the ‘officials’ of both religion doesn’t encourage such rituals.

Eternity had ended and I wasn’t able to watch the ending except the part where the girl died to stop the curse and well, the guy whom they thought was the ‘demon’ was the wrong guy. The main guy is the only one who lived. I’m not sure if the last part, the girl somehow lived since she was already stabbed and she can still talk even after being brought to that field of yellow flowers. The replacement is West Side Story and according to a newspaper, it was based on a Chinese manga – I’m guessing either Taiwan or Hong Kong, called West Side Boys. There is a guy with his gang whose territory is West Side Street. Then, a girl came who is looking for her friend there. They immediately had a love-hate relationship. Then, the other rival gang recruited a quiet ‘genius’ guy to rival the lead guy. Of course, there will be a love triangle. I find it unique since the show inserts comic stips in some of the scenes for some ‘hard’ to film scenes. The stars I know here are 5566, the rival group of F4 and that guy in dolphin’s bay. I forgot the name. I didn’t seem to have seen his name there in the ad but Jimmy Lin was there. Really...Jimmy Lin was a known heartthrob with the same batch as Takeshi Kaneshiro. Amazing, he looks almost the same as before – baby face and well, cute. The ending was cut so I’m assuming the opening was, too. Anyway, the picture there was nice – their hair is black with a slight tint at a few strands of hair and not colored blond, like in the show. I guess Tony is trying to be like the character but in my opinion, he doesn’t look good with long hair.

I’m going crazy over a tablet again. Hehehe I find myself tinkering with computer art than drawing and stuff. I really should balance everything. Sometimes, I feel like I want to do a lot of things but time is just too short. ^^; Anyway, in the end, I would just go with the flow.

About Wolf’s Rain, it will start on Tuesday so on Monday, it will be the last two episodes of Texnolyze – it is to see if anyone is still alive rather all this or will mankind just become extinct.

It is another ‘detective’-personality switch for Ran in SGRAN. I’m beginning to wonder if I saw the episodes wrong before or was the station cutting episodes. It was suppose to have ended already. Anyway, Ran slept on a special pillow wherein if there is a book underneath it, she will be like that. She slept on a detective and went on solving a crime – a thief case. Her family was very happy especially her father and younger sister, Saiyo since they have the same likes. In the end, she slept underneath a Super Gal magazine and went back to normal. Sometimes, I think Rei is somewhat like Tsujiai and was it just me but he seemed to like Ran.

Naruto showed off some of his persistence to defeat the clone enemies since Kabuto seemed to be injured, Sasuke is hindered by the curse and well, Sakura is always useless. In the end, they got in the tower and met a message regarding the seals which they got and was told to open it. Meanwhile, Kabuto separated from them and informed something to Orochimaru, snake guy. I think it was something about Sasuke.

Nothing much happened in Aires Grise. The new recruit was just informed about the ways in the town and these people with masks whom they are told to avoid. I think the first few episodes are more on getting to know the whole place. The next might be about the Grey Wings League wherein the new recruit was told to go to. In Cyborg 009, they are still trying to escape from Black Ghost and some flashes of 009’s past before he became a cyborg. One of the scientists is helping them as the others have been killed by Black Ghost, who was a masked man wanting to create war by supplying war machines. I was right that the ending song was by Globe since it is somewhat their style of singing. The only time Globe managed to be a hit here was a song – Feels like Dance along with another song by Picatto Five, forgot the title.

Gseed is becoming like a teen soap opera. Kira was being manipulated by Fflay as she pretended to be the only one to care for him and to the point of sleeping with him. Kira then fought off some people who are attacking them on that planet but with the help of some other people where Cagalli [used to think she is Orga hehehe] belongs. Kira had become reckless that he was ‘caught’. It seemed that Cagalli knew Kira and almost hit him. Fflay isn’t quite happy about that. Ssigh is trying to know what the heck was Fflay was doing until she blurt it out that she is with Kira and they had slept together. Poor Ssigh, he was devastated but was no match for Kira. Cagalli had heard all of it. That little scene was interrupted by an invasion by this Wolverine look-alike attacking a town.

Business is weak today with about only half of the usual number of customers had made business with us. I guess it is because of the increasing prices, which made them hesitant to buy lately. It is because of the lower value of the peso to the dollars and well, there will be another increase in the gas. Before we know it, the food products are going up and everything else. Public transport groups will complain sooner or later regarding increase of the fares. I know all of this basically, that has been happening all throughout my lifetime. ^^;;

I had been asking around if anyone knew what is almondigas – misua [rice noodle] with meatballs. It is a local dish and I did found two recipes of it but it was contrasting so I need a third opinion. It was a dish I ate in my school canteen. I wanted to ask Asher but then, I ended up asking her what was used as a side dish of menudo, local dish of ground pork, potatoes, carrots and green peas with tomato sauce. I do remember it was quite oily in school. She doesn’t seem to have eaten it there though. The crepe eatery there is no longer in operation.

Ya and well, I don’t have a car to go there also, when I last visit for an art thingie with Asher, it was closed. Anyway, maybe I can find the crepe I ate at other crepe eateries. Well, the almondigas I made was okay. My potato balls, which were, suppose to be like the ones in Tokyo Tokyo, fastfood Jap restaurant are still too soft. I do not want to add too much flour to harden it since it might taste like flour.

The ‘cursed’ or rather ‘jinxed’ doll in UM is quite cute. It somewhat reminded me of the two dolls [boy and girl] kind of doll – Andy and forgot her name. It is a wannabe Chucky doll who unfortunately had bad luck in all its plans – the one who was scared was the wrong person and well, it ended up being the one who ‘drank’ the ‘poison’ from Maya. The episode did already show a bit on Nina and Tsujiai’s closeness because of their love of manga. The next episode is Maya’s butler who came to visit and causing havoc as usual. He looked a bit like Faust of Shaman King – a bit gayish and Gamma of Zombie Powder. Sigh, too bad the author didn’t continue Zombie Powder, I kind of like it better than Bleach.

Well, Texnolyze will end by next week, I think. I was too stunt by the replacement that I didn’t look carefully when they will replace it. The new anime will be Wolf’s Rain, which I have heard about in other blogs. Looks interesting. Good thing that my vcr is already fixed. I can just record it and not be reprimanded for staying up too late – bad for health. Up in the surface, it was like a ‘dead’ world for everyone just waits to die as if they are just ghosts and everything is just repetitive. Ichise had to have a special battery to keep his texnolyzed limbs moving for it seemed that the obelisk in Lux is the one which helped them move. Ichise had decided to return while the doctor had stayed for she is already ‘dead’ – she had lost her purpose. She confided to Ichise that she had put her cells in his texnolyzed arm. Before her suicide, I think she killed herself, she said that it was because of Ichise’s eyes that she decided to put her cells in the arm to see how far he can go. His eyes are different from the rest for they are ‘alive’.

Ichise had seen a film which showed people being executed and forced down in the hole to work for Rafia. I forgot the name of the people. An old man who had re-charged Ichise’s battery for the texnolyzed arms had said that his eyes are like the people driven downwards and asked him to stay but Ichise declined. Upon reaching the train station, a train crashed through and it was, sniff, Shape Tohyama who shoot down his comrades and told Ichise that he had closed the tunnel so no other Shapes can come up. He wanted to fight against Ichise. Ichise won and Tohyama’s last words are thanks, brother. Okay, was he his brother? I do think there was a reference before about Tohyama’s father, so I guess they are brothers. ^^;;

Geez, everyone is dying here. Tohyama did told Ichise that Onishi could be dead or alive since he was below the obelisk when it crashed. Ichise wanted to go back down for Ran. I guess he owe her for saving his life or well, maybe there is something else to it. Hehehe Anyway, Sakamoto, Yoshii’s friend had decided to stay at the surface and live a boring life. Sakamoto did helped Ichise go to a certain tunnel – air duct to return back underground. Before being brought down, Ichise seemed to have seen the ghost of his father whom he apologized for thinking that he thought he was the reason why his mother died.

I’ll summarize Gseed, Naruto and SGRan tomorrow. It is almost time for Aires Grise. Hehehe

There was a supposed coup yesterday night but then, it was just some military people protesting about being made into spies for the other president aspirants. Aside from that, the moody’s rating, whatever that is, had downgraded the country’s ratings. I think it just meant bad business – don’t invest here – kind of thing. Everyone is pinpointing or rather blaming their ‘enemies’- government against its ‘enemies’ and vice-versa. Nothing new there. ^^;;

Oh ya, a kidnapper or was there two who was suppose to be given the death penalty today but because of circumstances like a relative who was caught and confessed that his nephew wasn’t involve, so they delayed it. As usual, the anti-death penalty are rejoicing over it and hoped that the executions will never continue.

In UM, Yuta turned out to be the one who knew about the holy stones that Nina and Maya are looking for. I thought it was suppose to be just one stone. They stretch it to ah, 5 or 7, I guess to make the story longer, I guess. Anyway, at the amusement park, Yuta ‘dated’ Maya and gave her some hints on how to get the stones. In the end, it was Nina who got it, I think, with the help of Yuta – that wind or was it just really Nina’s ribbon whip. Then, Yuta hinted that he didn’t want Nina to get the stones because it will make him leave her. I’m sure they will drag that one out until the end. The next episode is the attack of the cursed doll sent by Maya to make Nina’s life a nightmare. I’m beginning to notice the fillers are mostly something or someone causing havoc and Nina had to bring back things to normal. ^^;

The Alliance has been vanquished by the Shapes [androids] in Texnolyze. Shinji had to dissolve his group, Rakan. He was attacked by his former right hand man, Haru who became a Shape because of his jealous of Shinji and the girl whom he cannot get. Too bad, Shinji is still the best for he just had to poke his texnolyzed finger in Haru’s brain and he’s dead. Shinji destroyed his headquarters and told the girl to go ahead for the Shapes haven’t been hurting women and children. The same goes with Onishi who told his loyal secretary to stay away from him in order to save her. The two went to where a triplets old women were. It was the place where the doctor wanted to go in but was rejected. The three women told them to go to the upper place to tell the people there of what Kano, blue hair, is doing. They are his mothers and they think he had gone crazy and selfish. I do not the connection of Kano and Onishi but it is about their legs – was he the one whom Onishi foolishly gave his legs to before? Kano seemed to be looking for Onishi though. They were told to go to the train station and a guy there will guide them.

Meanwhile, Ichise was ordered to fetch the doctor to help the sick by Onishi. Ichise then learned that the doctor had lied about the cell being inside his texnolyzed limbs that he almost killed her. He managed to calm down and brought her to the place where they should meet but everyone is already dead. The doctor asked him that they go to Gabe where they could live ‘peacefully’ so they went to the train station. On their way, they say the Watcher near the obelisk wherein people are gathering in front of her. I don’t know what’s that about. They met with Onishi and Shinji. Onishi and Shinji decided to stay while he told Ichise to go to the upper land with the doctor. They would be the ones to tell what is happening below. Onishi told Ichise that he was still young so he can experience more things but then, he should be careful for it was the place which Yoshi had ‘threw away’. Then, the train came and Yoshi’s friend was there. He was the one who will guide them.

Back at Kano’s headquarters, he had made the guy in Oragano, which was already somewhat gone, who had betrayed Organo into a Shape against his will. Basically, a shape is something like a head with some spinal cord attacked to a human body. I remembered that there was a scene in Robocop on that so I guess the author got the idea there. Geez, I just remembered what I don’t like violent sci-fi movies. ^^;; Kano wasn’t too happy that his mothers had betrayed him so he ordered Tohyama, the other somewhat bsho guy, to kill them and he did as he was told, using a katana. I’m wondering as to why Tohyama survied without becoming a Shape but then, I hope he stayed that way for a Shape is quite ugly. I’m beginning to think that Kano is making him his ‘boy toy’ ^^;; I remember reading the subtitles about a toy. Tohyama and Ichise confided to each other that they cannot break free from their respective organizations for they need it to ‘survive’ so I guess Tohyama is just kept on following what people told him. From the way things are going, it won’t be long before everyone ended up dead and it is the end of the story. Hehehe

I had used up my net account last night trying to put up that Akabane pic up. For some reason, picserver hates it and I ended up putting it in tripod so if it disappears, it will be because of tripod. I will lower the quality of the blog pic since I think it uploads quite slow. Hopefully, this time, it will be much faster.

So, what’s the news here. There is still that citizenship problem of the actor aspirant. It seemed that there is some forgery in the National Archives where you have official documents kept. The incumbent president is busy thrashing him since he is the biggest threat to her. She is now threatening that if he won, our country will be a laughing stock of the world. Ah..I think we are already are especially that time when that terrorist just walked out of his prison.

Then, there are those customs officials who let containers of chickens from who knows where enter our country and so, there is now fear that those are tainted with bird flu. I don’t know what will happen if one eats a chicken with it since for now, people who are near the birds are the ones that get sick and die. The bird flu is spreading though and I think China is now hit, too. Asian leaders are trying to stop it from spreading and I think Western countries are also getting concerned over it since it might go to their countries.

Sis told me that those who didn’t register could again vote. Before I don’t know the reason why but she said that it was because certain data info of some parts of the countries are missing. The data contained in the cds are either missing or stolen. I have heard of this already but I thought they are just going to re-register in those places but she said that there isn’t any money for doing it over again and well, people are not quite happy to give up another day’s work just to line up. A friend, Jen, did that and she was pretty mad about it especially since the woman who registered was pretty mean and kept on asking for landmarks as to where she exactly lived. She got somewhat spooked that the woman might stalk her or go to her house. Later on, to her frustration, she learned that she can vote at her office and didn’t have to skip a day’s work. She was working in the government, DOST, as a writer but I think she is going to quit for she is currently looking for another job. Back to sis, she told me this because she wasn’t able to register before because she went to her honeymoon so she happily tells me that she can still vote.

I skipped UM episode yesterday but the next episode looks good since Yuta is back and seemed to be dating Maya. I wonder if there are any pics of Maya out there. I like her clothes. Hehehe Too bad her clothes doesn’t quite match with her a bit boring personality. In PoT, Kaidoh is still playing against big hair guy whose technique was copying others. I thought he suddenly have a girl transformation like in most magical shoujo anime as he shout, Change. ^^;; In the last scene, he is copying Kaidoh.

The three major groups in Lux are crumbling in Texnolyze as the members wanted to join the people up there in the hill, Kraas. The people of Gabe, the ones who follow the Watcher are getting impatient with Ran who was quite hesitant to tell them the future for she doesn’t want to see them. There are lots of killing and betrayals happening all around. Ichise is still trying to conform to Organo though not knowing the reason he joined. There was one part when he had his hair combed up much like Onishi. I almost didn’t recognize him except for his ice cold blue eyes. I came to like his eyes’ color. ^^; He was then protecting this important old man who knew that Ichise was still bothered by Ran’s prediction but he told him that it is better not to worry about the future and live for what is now.

Then, some androids had started to attack them. Ichise managed to protect him and sent him on his way. Onishi consulted the doctor regarding Kraas and it seem that one of them, the blue haired bsho guy but ‘ugly’ body – mechanical feet wanted to have Lux and well, much like Yoshi, he had some loose screws in the head. He plans to make those who defected to him into androids to have the ‘perfect’ bodies that looked a bit like robots with the head of Robocop. ^^;; He also talks to a fat pregnant? headless body and then there is one with two heads. I guess they are people who made most of their bodies – texnolyze or something. Blue hair [color much like Seighart of Rave] had also visited Onishi to ask him to join them but Onishi refused. It seemed that he had something, which can alter texnolyzed people to immobilization. Then, Blue hair made his androids take over the city and the last scene was Onishi and his group including Ichise suddenly faced with those androids – who are still people since when cut, they shoot off blood.

I wonder if it was because I was watching this every night before I go to sleep, I beginning to have horror nightmares. ^^;;

Hehehe...well, if only I can put a plot line in some of my dreams, I could have make a story and well, if I remember most of them.

Well, Maya’ pet wasn’t a lizard but a chameleon. It was a bit predictable but anyhow, Nina and Ayu manage to make everyone not notice that giant pets. Tonight’s episode are about Nina’s young relatives causing havoc in the school as they kept on using their magic. I am beginning to think of UM as like what happened in Super Doll Licca wherein the story is really different from the manga but just used the background of the story in the manga. I wonder if they will change the ending since basing from the opening, someone is getting married – blond girl, Maya? in wedding dress. There is a bit of focus on Ayu and a bit of Kaji, other than that, nothing else.

There are some stuff in Texnolyze that reminded me of GB. The story just went into a different element on certain women who are into texnolyzing too wherein the female doctor desperately wanted to go in but was rejected. Good thing, Ichise was there to save him. I think they are going to have a collaborate which will fulfill Ran/the Watcher’s prophecy that Ichise will destroy everything and he will be on his own. Onishi tried to have his own future read but Ran didn’t mention much and it pretty seem to be bad news.

At times, while playing FFX, I’m quite irritated with Tidus. It was must have been the English va which made him sound really whiny and bratty. Maybe that was the character but it made me cringe also, Luna’s va - a bit. The others are fine. I don’t know if it is because this is an international version or if it were the original version, would it still have English subtitles or in all Japanese? I really prefer Jap va with English subtitles. I do have a small clip trailer of Jap va with English subtitles. Sigh. Also, the blitzball game, I cannot believe that I have to play it. I do not know if it was part of the game but I totally lose in the game – 3 to 0.

^^;; Well, I did bought a RPG game and not a sports title. It is much like in FF8, I didn’t play the card game since I’m not interested in it. It was a bit like playing Yugioh cards game. FF9, iirc is on digging treasures. I skipped that, too and the possibility of getting special stuff. FF7 is more fun since it was in terms of arcade games. Even though I was pretty bad at it, it was just fun to play chibi Cloud snowboarding. ^-^ I guess Cloud is still the one I like most in FF games so far. I was a bit tempted then to buy that figurine of Cloud on a motorcycle way before. Hehehe

About the new layout, it is just what I thought would suit the couple’s picture. I changed the background and added some song lyrics of Cagnet’s Hear Me Cry from the Japanese drama, Love Generation. [I haven’t seen this one yet though. ^^; ] I’m not quite sure if the jumbled lyrics would make sense since it is hard to edit a song but anyway, it turned out okay. ^-^

I woke up early in the morning for the special blood test and Nii visit which was pushed earlier since mom is quite in a panic since my creatinine results are quite higher than normal. I was a bit calm though since I suspect that it is still the other medicine being of higher dosage. It was confirmed to be so, later this afternoon. Lower the dosage again. It is still inconclusive if it is the cause of the other medicine. Then, the iron medicine had to be drunk again since my blood levels plunge.

UM is beginning to bore me or rather, it is just become a lame story. They are still looking for that stone to make one’s magic more powerful. Maya’s lizard pet reminded me of Kerokeroppi especially the face. ^^;; They went to a camping trip and Nina being scared of the ‘bravery’ test because of the ghosts. Sounds like Sakura of CCS. Ayu is still shy of admitting her true feelings and well, she was still pretending to be someone who she isn’t. It turned out that she is more scared of ghosts than Nina when Maya came out of the well. The next episode is on giant pets rampaging into the city. ^^;

The channel which shows PoT has bad signal and it is still the match. I begin to know why a lot of sites didn’t mention much about this arc since there isn’t much to say about it. ^^; I’m no longer looking forward to it, maybe waiting for the next chibi episodes. ^^; Texnolyze is now on so, we are back to where we was – nothing had changed after what had happened. Ichise’s dad used to be a miner who was suspected of selling Rafia [material for texnolyzing body parts] in the black market. So, what will happen if Ichise saw the guy who framed up his dad? What else but a bloody massacre. He had already joined Organo and Ran was avoiding him since she doesn’t want to see him his future that could be pretty disturbing.

Hehehe...with all the GB stuff that is happening, I should really find some nice colored manga pics. Just got to find that chibi Akabane. The link where I found it was dead but it should exist somewhere else also that whole cast pic. I just saw a s/m pic of Ban and Ginji. I pretend I didn’t see that. Hehehe Volume 23 will have a bit on Akabane’s past. Kagami sure knows a lot and I wonder what that ‘moment’ they are talking about. Ban knows and it involves Brain Trust. Sigh, they only translate the new ones since it has been licensed. I’m still not sure what the Brain Trust does, well, except for the drugs in Venus de Milo arc and got something to do with Mugenjou. Mm, Ban really does know much more about Raitei than Ginji himself. ^^;; I’m guessing that a reason why Ban wanted to be with Ginji is because Ginji is usually clueless over what he was saying and Ginji isn’t that nosy that it is okay even if Ban doesn’t tell him about his past. hehehe Anyway, I get to really like this manga even more.

About the latest on it, since Amon had given that ‘special’ thing to Shido. There is a worry that he might be like Amon – sucking life force of everyone. Uh-oh, so he cannot be with Madoka anymore? Ban isn’t quite happy that Shido letting himself die just for Madoka. “No one's gonna be happy if you croak saving the little miss. She won't be able to live either if you die! Didn't think you were such a moron to not even know that.” Translated by Sabina. Anyway, poor Shido if it is so.

I forgot to mention that Cyborg 007 and Ailes Grise looked interesting. Cyborg 007 is about seven people who are made into cyborgs against their will and they are out to fight against their creator. From the new ad, there will be more in-depth personality and background on each one. It really does looked like a re-make for the art is somewhat like Astroboy’s time. Ailes Grise are pre-teens being born from cocoons with no knowledge of their past except for their dream. Then, they get to have a halo and sprout out wings. There isn’t much about it yet except that.

On UM, last time, there is a new girl, Maya[?] who was the sexy blond whom I saw in the ad. She wasn’t in the manga. The whole story divert to finding a certain stone in school to help one’s magic. I actually thought it was like Harry Potter’s first movie. ^^;; Then, Maya still believes that the stone is in school so she went in as a student there. Maya and Nina doesn’t seem to be in good terms. I thought it was the last episode on Texhnolyze since the title is Conclusion. It turned out to be just the death of two people in the story. Yoshii is dead after everyone knew or rather, Shinji and Onishi knew that he was the one provoking everybody to fight. Ichise actually saved Onishi’s life. Interesting. There is a bsho here – somewhat looking Chinese from his hair that is kind of like-Bruce Lee type of hair. I think I saw another guy holding his leg – gays? I wonder where the story will go now.

I would have to visit Nii again next week so I had my blood test and then, went to Chinese doc for some ‘health-boosting’ herbal medicine. Mm..FFX is very addictive but there is very few gameplay in it for there are a lot of movie sequences. Hehehe I noticed that PS2 games run faster.

Ya. I was really happy to found the last disc of Shadow of Destiny. Hehehe..I thought the main hero was a girl but it turned out to be a guy and he is somewhat bsho. It is solving one’s murder by going back to time. The setting is somewhat like in Europe. I think Unicorn would like this type of game. The saleslady was a bit lazy in looking for the games. I had the rest that they don’t have ordered. When I went today, she said that they could have it by Monday. That is what I get for not following my advice before. ^^;

I actually almost ‘bought’ the ones I didn’t like because I had 15 games free and the rest they don’t have. I persisted if they have the old games since I do not want to get the ones that I’m not interested just to fill up the 15 games. The ones I get are mostly RPG and adventure games. No fighting, simulation or any other since I am really bad at them. Good thing that I managed to get a bit far in DMC. I would have to check a walkthrough for this since some of it are in Japanese that I’m at a loss as to what to do. It is fun slashing those marionettes and an ego-boost to see ‘cool’ as I slashed them. Hehehe

Hehehe...I noticed that I had been infecting people with my ‘likes’. Just last Friday, my mother bought me another cactus. It is a small round shaped one with densely thick spines and reddish flowers. Then, my brother called trying to brag how pretty the cactus they had there then he is thinking of buying one. ^^;

In SGRan, Miyu is deeply troubled that her mother had found a new boyfriend and had stopped funding her for her apartment. Ran and Aya helped her sell some cookies but even if the help of Yuya and reluctant Rei, they still weren’t able to sell them all. The owner then asked if Miyu would want to earn a lot of money for something since many of the girls are doing it. Obviously, he wanted to take her to bed. Miyu was furious that she almost punched the guy but Ran stopped her by just throwing cakes at the owner. Later on, Miyu was asked by Ran’s brother, Yamato to go to their house. It was there when Yamato introduced her to Miyu as the one whom he will marry to. Miyu was shocked. Yamato had realized that Miyu was becoming very insecure/worried about her future and her relationship with Yamato. At his room, Yamato told Miyu that they will get married after she graduates and will help her get a scholarship. Miyu was very touched. They kissed as Ran and Saiyo, little sister of Ran, were eavesdropping. Saiyo celebrated that she will now have a normal sister and then, Ran freaked out that she will have to call Miyu ‘sister’ if she marries her brother. Yamato was very embarrassed as Miyu happily looked at the ring that Yamato gave her.

The golden duo are playing against a huge muscled guy and a guy with shades with Oishi still worrying about his injured wrist in PoT. Malik and Jounouchi are still playing against each other in Yugioh. In GB, the duo met with Kadz and Shido. I don’t quite like the violin pieces they played. It has that really high pitch which is a reason why I don’t quite like violins except they look cool. ^^; One more episode on this and it is Mugenjou arc had started. I try not to keep my hopes up for the anime since I cannot quit comparing it to the manga. In Naruto, Naruto wanted to open the seal but whoever opens it will ‘die’ or be unconscious. He and Sakura were stopped by Kabuto from opening it and Sasuke just came, thinking that Kabuto was an enemy. Kabuto told them he wasn’t for he got both ‘heaven’ and ‘earth’ scrolls. It turned out he needed their help on the way to the tower against other players from stealing their seals. Then, they found themselves in a ‘kekkai’ or dimension. They were attacked by some ninja appearing everywhere from the trees.

I cleaned the aquariums today. I’m somewhat regretting that I bought baby fishes. ^^; Another one had died and the pleco had died the other day. I thought it just looked pale but it turned out it is already dead. ^^; I remembered why I don’t like buying in that pet shop. The water seems to be different from ours and most of the fishes I bought there don’t survive or well, it was just a coincidence that the fishes are ‘new’ and they haven’t been ‘conditioned’. Fishes sometimes came from far away places that they need to ‘rest’ before being re-sold or else, the ones who bought them [like me] ended up with dead fishes. I got to remember just to buy here only when it is not available in other places.

Anyway, the cactus are doing okay. The one that mom picked turned out to be a blooming cactus. It had small white flowers with reddish spines. The one I picked was like an aloe vera. They are all now with the old ones at the cactus corner – at the west window. My father got this side of the building so that we can appreciate the sunset.

I been thinking of just watching the Jap version of GB anime. Maybe, it would be more appealing to watch than the Chinese dub. I wonder if they will make it an hour every Sunday. Hehehe That will be too good to be true. The art really disappoints me. I didn’t get to watch much of PoT. It was just Inui and Momoshiro vs some twins. They lost because Momoshiro accidentally drank Inui’s juice. ^^; That is a bit dumb. Next will be the golden pair.

In UM, it is about how Ayu and Nina met and how the nerd kid realized that the new kid in their school was the witch he saw that night. Finally, the plot in Texnolyze had appeared. The first few [6] episodes are just more or less, the introduction. There are indeed three factions in that place with very high tensions. The Organo [?] led by Onishi made a truce with the Alliance and somebody, the guy with a mustache just had made the two groups doubt each other and they are all ready for war. Onishi, the sword guy, is not easily fooled for he knew someone had tricked them but he cannot convince the others, otherwise.

In the middle of those two factions are the teen gangs in motorcycles led by Shinji. Yoshii[?] the guy with black mustache [the traveler] planted a bomb in Shinji’s lair and they just got to get in the fight. Just when I thought I know what is happening, I was confused again. Ichise was already given the ‘flesh’ for his texnolyzed limbs since he was caught then later on set free. Shinji invited him with them but he didn’t join. Ichise and Ran, [the girl] found Yoshii and Ichise tried to hit him. Later on, Ichise found himself in the middle of the three’s face-off. He suddenly go ‘wild’ and tried to attack Shinji. Someone pulled the trigger and hit another then the ‘party’ or rather war had started. Yoshii wanted to know how far they will go. Later on, Ichise went back to himself. I’m confused as to why he attacked Yoshii and even Shinji. Did the lady doctor told him something or placed something to make him to that? Yoshii and the lady doctor knew each other – from outside the gate. Anyway, this anime is intriguing.

Great...just when I thought I found a blogger who had GB sums from a mag, it is about a death of a character. ^^;; I never thought they would ‘kill’ characters in GB. They all survive but then, I had a bad feeling when I read somewhere about a prediction of someone that Ginji will die. I was thinking that maybe the prediction is just a bluff and now it can come true. I think the latest mag is already the end of that arc – insect people vs animal people. Since I’m missing a bit chunk of it, basically, Shido died and was resurrected when Amon sacrificed his life for him. I haven’t gotten to know much of Amon yet since in the last volume I had, he was just introduced. GB fans are devasted – the ones who had the last two volumes, which I don’t. They are hoping that it ain’t so. ^^;

Today is Chinese New Year and it is a bit noisy here. It is because of the dragon/lion dances going around to the different stores here. It is usually hired to go there with a red envelop with money inside which they will dance and get plus firecrackers. It is believed to help in the business next year – driving the bad luck away.

My photographer uncle was here and I do not know why I suddenly suggest if he wanted to look at the work of the dg-photographer. He had a lot of criticism about it. Okay, I confess that the work of the dg-photographer isn’t that great either but it is much better than cousin’s whose shots had worst lighting. I just made my ears bigger as I try to listen to the tips. Hehehe What is important is the timing, pose and of course, lighting. I tend to be picky with poses since I had been scanning through lots of anime pictures. Hehehe, I know, it doesn’t count. ^^;;

More about the new layout. I was planning to put an anime character who is wearing a cheongsom[?] – that trademark Chinese outfit which I watched before from a documentary, you have to have be at a certain fitting to make it look good and of course, sexy in it. I can only think of Nami but she doesn’t suit the background and this is the only one I can find. Oh well. The Chinese wording is from a e-card in yahoo greetings [Taiwan/H.K.]. This isn’t suppose to be the new layout, only temporary until the Chinese New Year. Traditionally, it is for two weeks. I might let this be up for only a week. The new pic is for winter. I would have to check if it is still winter season in Western countries. ^^;; It is getting hot here lately [earlier than expected] and sigh, we might have a water shortage in the coming months.

It was an uneventful episode in PoT. The reporters are basically learning more about the new team that Seigaku team will have a match with. They are pretty weird and there was this airhead with matching big hair. ^^;; He said something that made coach Sumire pretty angry and Inui was quite happy to have agitated her. The coach of the other team, a young woman is interested with Ryoma – iirc, she wanted him to join their team. The match is about to start as they say that they will be playing a weaker team – Seigaku since there team captain is no longer with them.

In Ultra Maniac, the girls are quarrelling over the court so they made Ayu represent them against Tsujiai for the boys. Nina trying to be helpful made Ayu a boy so that there will be no handicap but it turned out to be more of a handicap since Ayu couldn’t play with a boy’s body. Tsujiai won hands down. Then, they asked boy Ayu to join them in karaoke. It was here when Ayu learned from another girl who likes Kaji, that there is someone whom Kaji likes.

Tomorrow is Chinese New Year which is a regular working holiday. It is weird since how can it be a holiday when people have to go to work or else, no pay and there is no extra bonus for coming to work like in the case of ah..I think it is special holiday. Legal holidays are the ones, which are marked red in the calendar. I tend to get confused with the two. For small businesses, the legal isn’t really a holiday with the bad economy lately, people need the money. Some of our workers dread long holidays since they won’t have money to pass through the days. I guess for food or other basic needs. That they would rather we open the store.

It is the year of the Monkey. This is the time when lots of geomancers are coming out with their predictions. I was born on the year of the rabbit while brother is on the year of the rat. We used to tease each other about our animal signs. I’m in the losing end. Why? Do you notice that in most cartoons, the mouse is always the hero? For example, Mickey Mouse, Tom and JERRY, that Mexican mouse in Warner [ariba-ariba] and many others. The more famous rabbit is only Bugs Bunny and somewhat loony Roger Rabbit. ^^;; Anyway, they are saying that the rat is lucky this year. I was somewhat hoping it is true since my brother had been having money problems as usual. I learned this first when the senator wannabe president said that he was born on this sign and the geomancers said that he would have a good year this year. It is becoming true if the other opponent [in the same party], the actor, was determined to be not a natural born Filipino.

I had seen a bit of interview on the lead girl in Meteor Garden when asked what is her next project. She mentioned that she would be with ‘silent’ guy of F4 in a drama called Mars. I somewhat perked up. Is this the manga that Unicorn had told me about before? Well, let’s just see. They would start filming it by March. I haven’t been watching much dramas lately. The new Jap drama is not my type. A woman in her 30s realized that her mom had an affair with the guy whom she had a crush on and was desperately trying to ‘get’ him. I think all the men in this drama wanted older women. ^^;; Anyway, the guy looked awfully familiar. Even mom said so. I wonder what drama we have watched together before that had him in it. Maybe when he was a bit younger. He is bsho.

In PoT, well, Ryoma and Tezuka’s match is still on. Ryoma managed to know how to break Tezuka zone but then, Tezuka did his trademark short ball. Ryoma lost, I think it was 6-4. Tezuka challenged him to defeat him. And, Tezuka is off to Germany. I was wondering if it was only know that Tezuka was able to use his right hand for all those shots. I mean why not use it before when he is playing against Keigo. Well, maybe his right hand isn’t that strong enough but is strong enough to defeat Ryoma. The next arc will be against Jousei. I had noticed that there are many sites who didn’t dwell much on this arc and that these guys are suppose to be pretty weird.

Ultra Maniac turned out to be a work of the author of Marmalade Boy. Very interesting. The episode is on Yuta who came from the Magic Kingdom to visit and well, he pretends to like Ayu when he actually likes Nina who unfortunately, isn’t interested in love yet. I like their Magic Kingdom outfits - Reddish European style. ^-^ Also, I like the color of Yuta’s eyes. I don’t recall seeing that kind of eye color before on anime characters – blue-green as if it was a gem. I noticed that I have a tendency to look at his eyes. ^^;; I think this is the only pure shoujo anime in Animemax.

I’ll continue where I left of before. On Chobits, it is the story of a boy who lived in the province and wanted to go to the city to study. Then, upon arriving, he saw lots of people having personcons[?] – mannequin robots that can do anything you want and well, somewhat a computer, too, just plug into a tv to serve as the monitor. He found one for free in the dumpsters and later on, it was hinted that she could be a chobits – legendary personcons[?] who doesn’t need a program to operate. This is from Clamp and if I remember correctly, they say that this is a soft porn and was on a shounen magazine so it is aimed at young boys. The lead is very hyper and what we call an amateur pervert – really is one but trying to show to others he isn’t, easily gets embarrassed. I somewhat like the character design of his roommate, Shinbu who had Sumomo. I’m thinking who he reminded me of. The character design for Minori is somewhat like Eriol in CCS. I do have a wallpaper of Dark Chii..she is the gothic style Chii. I didn’t get to watch the second episode.

Oh ya, regarding DT Eightron, Asher told me that the movie I was referring to was Gattaca. Yup, it was something like that even though I haven’t watched the movie. ^^; The glimpse I saw on it was Shu[?] got out of it again with the help of the ones he found earlier. I’m guessing that it would be more on liberating Datania [where they lived]. The next episode, they are traveling to a place where the ‘unwanted’ of Datania are thrown out to.

GitS: Stand Alone seems to be set before the movie. They are just solving crimes of high profile people. I have only watched the first episode. Then, there is Texnolyze. This is showing late. I really hope that I could get my vcr already to just rec this anime. It is an art anime which is what I call an anime which is like an art film – hard to understand, not the typical anime we watch. It is geared for adults so there are no reruns, which I could have conveniently watched during the mornings. The plot is about a boxer, I think his name is Ichise, who made some mistake when he rejected a woman that he got his right arm and left leg cut off. Before he knew it, a scientist wanted to use him as a guinea pig for a new research on texnolyzed/mechanical limbs. He didn’t want to get those limbs but then, the girl scientist just have to put in his mother’s living cell in it which he was keeping. Unfortunately for him, some guy with a katana knocked him off. He seemed to be drugged when she put the texnolyzed limbs on him. She got her payment by having sex with him. ^^;; When the drug wears off, he managed to escape. I was thinking they would put some flesh on those but they didn’t so it really looked like skinny mechanical limbs.

I think they are in the world called Lux. It is hard to understand this anime because they use few dialogues as possible. They use a lot of terms GABE, ALLIANCE, etc and I can more or less understand them as the episodes move on. There are more or less three factions in this world. One is by some sect or cult wherein they believe that everyone is one – body, soul, and spirit. Next is a group, forgot the name, led by the guy with a katana, I think it is a katana. ^^; I think they are the lucky ones who can get texnolyzed – his two legs are. They are the ones who act like gangsters. Then, there is some small time gangsters who are not the usual bums you see around the place.

The other lead is a red haired girl who sells flowers. She can foresee the future but only one of its many possibilities. I’m not sure how she is connected with the boxer though, maybe in the future. Then, there is this traveler from another place who was visiting the place to study it. The place is ruled by force, as he observed and there are the bums who had lost hope of living which is the opposite for the boxer who still seem to yearn to live even if the odds are against him. This is animated by Madhouse so I just more or less, am enjoying the nice art – even though the theme is quite dark and sad.

Edit: I made the blog pic impromptu – the last two hours. It is only temporary for the Chinese New Year season. According to my dad, the last Chinese word is wrong but I cannot find a decent Chinese writing pic – not calligraphy. It is what they use in e-cards in yahoo. ^^;; Anyway, gomen if it is hard to read – the colors of the background and the text. Tagboard color will be fixed tomorrow. Gotta go eat!
