I forgot to mention about PoT yesterday. It is about Eiji who was chosen by some celebrity girls to visit. He was preparing for their visit when Oishi came. Before he knows it, everyone is there. The celebrity girls even mistake Inui for him. Lol. Anyway, the ending was that they managed to request the girls to come back for Eiji. Okay, it is pretty predictable.

Magic Mi lu Mi Lu’s villain turned out to want everything destroyed rather than rule the world. He even betrayed his followers. I’m really thinking that this could be the finale as the ‘bad’ guys would all help together to finish off this guy. I’m also assuming that the ending regarding love polygons might be open-ended. While Buzzbeater is now it the try-outs.

The Chinese site that I download SB! is really slow yesterday that I went to the source [the forum] which is pretty fast yesterday. I download the chapter from there. From what I understand, Ren’s manager is panicking. The director made Ren rest and come back when he knows how to do the role. Kyouko wanted to help him but because of being a newbie, she doesn’t feel that she could approach him about it. The director and Kyouko wanted to help him since after all, he had helped them before. After her stint as the chicken, Kyouko was going to keep the costume when she saw Ren brooding over his problem.

Kyouko was going to escape when she thought that maybe he can open up to her as the chicken just like he did before. So, she went to him dressed up as the chicken in a cook’s uniform. Cute. ^_^ She then asked him why he is all alone again thinking about something...what is his problem. It ended there. As usual, I couldn’t resist the raw so I took a peek at some of the scans. Since my Japanese is non-existent, Kyouko learned that Ren has a love problem, I think. Ren is so cute when he was blushing. There are lots of words here that I don’t understand.

Another funny scene was Kyouko imagination has gone wild as she was stepping on Shou as a cockroach. Shou as a cockroach is sure cute, too. The author, Yoshiki has a fascination with cockroaches since it was used also in TCP. Hehehe Then, Ren was laughing as he joked with Kyouko. I’m not sure if grabbing that chef’s hat was just an imagination or not. Anyway, Kyouko mentioned about something that made Ren thought about her. Kyouko noticed that he was thinking of something and she finally know something to help him. Ahh..will that be realization that he has feelings for Kyouko? Well, until the Chinese translation. The next chapter will be for another month since the author is taking a break. I’m assuming that it is to finish up for a volume that will come out on March. Argh, the wait.

One Piece is on a break. D. Grayman is really becoming good. The unlucky woman turned out to be still alive though Allen and Rinali were caught by Rhode who as a fetish for dolls.

I’m going to drop Her and My XXX from my to-buy list. It is so much like her other comic and I don’t think it is worth buying anymore. Nothing much happened in FMA except for Ed, Al and Curtis thinking of their past mistakes and getting ready to move on as they realized that they didn’t kill their loved ones twice with the human transmutation. The last scene was the government had discovered of Scar’s presence in the city and the president saying that Scar is going to hinder them again.

D. Grayman is now [the scans I had] in a new arc about a rewinding city when the day is stuck. It is like the Groundhog day movie or a twilight zone episode. Only one person can sense it all and she felt that she is unlucky and is about to go crazy. Allen and Rinali heads of to investigate. At the end of the scans I had, Rhode, their new enemy, had lured them away from the unlucky woman who had the innocence and I think murdered her. Allen won’t be happy about that.

I had decided to try and play the 3 episode of GSD [Gundam Seed Destiny] that I asked my bro-in-law to download. At first, the sound is so fast that the video couldn’t catch up. I had downloaded another player but it is just the same and it turned out that the player I had is already new. I just wasted some net time. ^^; Then, I thought that maybe it is the cd. I recorded it in another cd and even saved it in my hard disk. It is still the same. I begin to think it is my computer.

Bro-in-law told me that maybe I should convert that thing into vcd format. I couldn’t find the software he is saying and he said that it is working for him. I had already watched the series in mute so that I would not be confused by the sounds, which are way ahead but then, I really want to get this fixed. Finally, I checked on the preferences and saw the minimum playback for ‘old’ computers. Hehehe Finally, it worked fine. I had guessed that maybe my computer couldn’t keep up and good thing the developers of this player had put that in.

GSD is pretty much like GS. At the start, Anthrun, keeping his name a secret that he calls himself Alex is visiting Zaft with Cagalli. I forgot the name of the guy – commander. Then, he noticed three teens and takes notice on the blond girl. Then, the blond girl bump into Shin who at the prologue had his family killed by some random blast from Kira’s gundam. Later on, the blond girl, Stellar with the two others stole the new gundams of the Zaft. Hehehe..I think it is revenge from naturals. Shin in his new gundam which volts in. I can’t help being amused here..when does a gundam had to volt in when new armaments can just be attacked. Oh well, maybe if it self-destructs, the pilot can still fly away in that jet.

Anthrun gets in some random mass produced gundam to protect Cagalli that he became to eager in helping out Shin that Cagalli got hurt. So much for being a bodyguard. ^^; Anyway, it seemed that Stellar has some mental problem and doesn’t want to hear the word regarding death. She and the others escaped as their ship commanded by masked guy [forgot his name]. The commander with their new ship Minerva went to chase along with Anthrun and Cagalli. During the attacks, Cagalli, unconsciously called Anthrun, Anthrun thus blowing his cover. ^^; I guess that is the problem when one had a fake name and she doesn’t use it. Hehehe

Masked guy retreated for a moment as his gundam pilots resting. It is back to that electric thingie with the masked guy and he is reacting to Rey whom without the voice, thought was a girl. ^^; He is piloting a gundam which somewhat looked like the Tallgeese from GW. During the tour, Shin blurted out against Cagalli about them sugarcoating the war before. The commander apologized for it saying that he used to be from Orb. I somewhat had a feeling that the commander is giving the tour for Anthrun and not Cagalli. ^^;; At the end, the masked guy goes for another attack while the commander revealed that he now knows who Alex – Anthrun really is. That is the end of the third episode.

Just by watching the episode, it is easy to see how had conflicts and relations. There is a connection between the commander, masked guy and Rey. The three heroes of the story – Shin, Anthrun and Kira. Stellar and Shin might become a couple with that naked scene which GS loves to put in. I guess it is quite an impact for their first meeting of Shin bumping into her while she is dancing on the street and holding her breasts. ^^;; At first, I thought it was Kira but it turned out to be Anthrun who was with the fake Lacus, Cagalli and Lunamaria. Hehehe The real Lacus is wearing something like a wedding dress. There are three seiyuu who I recognize from the credits – Koyasu, Seki [don’t know which Seki] and Maaya.

The Chinese site has Her and My XXX. I would check it out before buying it then. Their FMA chapter is also up while the English is not yet up. The English usually does it first before they do so that would mean that the English had stopped scanlating it. I haven’t finished downloading it yet. The part that I did was about Edward talking to his sensei regarding if the human transmutation of her child is really her child. Anyway, Edward finally came back to Central as Winry is getting worried as to how to pay for the expenses at the hotel.

Edit: The English FMA is just out. ^^; They are late. Mm..should have waited..oh well.

GB is turning out so good that the girl summarizing it quickly summarized the new one. Paul and Der Kaiser [his name wasn’t revealed] went to Mugenjou on an adventure to bring back a certain “time” and go up to Babylon to discover the mystery behind it but after that, they broke apart. Der Kaiser has become pretty strong in Mugenjou and Beltline while Paul has his café. Paul stops his story and asked them, the third team what they will do. Ban left as Ginji follows behind. I guess the second team is the ones in the flashback in Mugenjou arc.

Natsumi and Rena convinced Paul to go and they will take care of his shop. Meanwhile, Ginji is angry that Ban plans to leave him since Ban thinks that this is his problem. Ginji give him a kick and told him that he is going and that’s that. Then, they saw Teshimine. After a brief greeting, Teshimine revealed that he was on a journey to find Ginji’s mother. The next chapter would be how Raitei came into existence.

I have read the D-grayman chapters that I had downloaded. A chapter seemed so short but then, that shouldn’t be a surprise for this is from the Jump magazine after all. The one who scanlates it is currently on a roll and comes out with it pretty fast. The story is becoming more fun even though that arc on the doll with innocence is quite long. Kanda reminds me of Kira of AS with that mark on his body, which can revive him and that it is weakening. Very similar to Kira. The characters are fun including the Komui and his pretty cool sister, Rinali. Then, there is the introduction of the enemies after that somewhat funny arc on a runaway robot. Hehehe

It is getting hot lately so that means that summer is around the corner. I don’t feel comfortable when it is hot. ^^; I just read the new med’s information. Mm..why does it say that it can make the creatinine higher..wasn’t it suppose to make it lower? Weird. It also makes cholesterol higher too since I’m avoiding fatty foods. I don’t want to have a heart problem later on.

In Star Ocean, after getting an uninstaller to remove the super powerful enemies in their world, the ‘creator’ made a back-up system to make even more powerful enemies. It is irritating when after quite a long time defeating an enemy, the exp points tend to be small. Okay, maybe it is just me that couldn’t defeat it quickly. ^^; Then, we have to get the sphere to go to a certain place to talk to the ‘creator’ to not destroy their world. They are really packing in those bosses that I had used up all the potions to revive the characters. The only one who has a revive magic has a level to pathetic to even use.

Oh wow, GB is really turning out better than expected. I had just read two new summaries last night. Very interesting. I begin to wonder if this series is ending with all the revelations happening right and left. So, it is Fuuga’s turn to fight. Sakura, Jubei and Toshiki easily won their fights. Ban really had a bad feeling about it. It turned out that there was a curse on the people they had defeated which made them ‘slaves’. Kadzuki is pretty shock over what happened and more shock that Saizou was actually his enemy, the black thread. Poor Kadzuki just when he thought he can have his revenge, it turned out to be a trap.

It also turned out that Kagami is the Voodoo master of Brain trust and he had conspired with Saizou to do all of this. Kagami decide to end all this. It turned out that everything including the arena and audience is just an illusion caused by mirrors. Then, they realized that Himiko was not with them but is with Kagami. He said about finally getting Himiko as a ‘seal’ and is somewhat blood related to Ban’s grandmother. Together with Himiko, Kadzuki’s friends and Saizou, Kagami left.

Akabane then said that his job is finish which was transporting Himiko there. GB are pretty angry about it and asked if he lied. Akabane said that the job he gave them was bring back the mirror Himiko. Just as Ban is about to attack Akabane, it was shielded by Ban’s father. Boy, was Ban shock to see him. Der Kaiser then challenged Ban to solve the meaning of GB.

In the next chapter, Der Kaiser had to gloat to Ban that Ban had lost everything and if he want to know things, go to Mugenjou. Kadzuki is really angry and told Ginji not to associate with Ban and left. Maria isn’t telling much either. They went back to Honky Tonk to talk to Paul. Paul showed some nifty skills to prove that they are still not strong enough to face their enemies. It was shown that Paul’s eye is like Teshimine. He then starts to tell them the past when he was GB with Ban’s father to discover the secret of Mugenjou when it first was made or something. The next chapter would be about them.

I visited the Chinese forum and I think they had reformatted the site. I couldn’t find any SB! chapter. Could those people have done it again? I can only wait for the Chinese site to have it and if not, I guess they stopped scanlating it.

I just learned today that my parents had returned Fayt the cat to its mother. My mom said that it could have been hit by a car or something and they decided to return it to its mom. I don’t really have a say on this because they didn’t tell me about it until I asked how are my cats. ^^; Oh well, so much for having a cat that by the time I go to the store, there might be no cats anymore. ^^;

The PoT chibi family episode was hilarious. ^_^ Tezuka and Fuji are the grandparents. Inui and Oishi are the parents. The children, as according to age are Ryoma, Momoshiro and Kaidoh. Their cat is Eiji. Hehehe It is more on the mischievousness of Ryoma who has a knack for wrecking things. Tezuka always getting hit on the head that he kept on snipping his prized bonsai. Hehehe The neighborhood bully is Kirihara. I wonder what story this episode is loosely based on. I had skipped today’s episode since I don’t quite like the plot on Kawamura and some sushi chef.

Magic Mi Lu Mi Lu is turning interesting. The teacher whom pink hair likes really turned out to be the villain who wanted to use her flute skills to ‘live’ again. Then, something is happening to chibi ninja girl. Everyone was tricked, well, maybe except for the lead boy who had figured it out but was trapped in a mirror. They did save him but it was already too late for the pink haired girl got controlled.

I’m still here. ^_^ How I spent Valentine’s day...yesterday, we woke up early and head to the hospital. It turned out that the ultrasound department is in that building where the operating room was. I felt somewhat nostalgic when I was there..the smell, the sick people all around. Hehehe We were number 3 in the line here as well as at Nii’s. Sis wrote the name on the list because it is a first come first serve basis.

The machine is quite high tech now that they asked shouldn’t I be checking for the more expensive ultrasound since I had a transplant for detailed analysis. Since Nii isn’t in his clinic yet, mom decided to just add that procedure. Better safe than sorry..at least, it is already complete. I got all panicky over what was being said when the guy doing the procedure left and told another that he cannot find something. Then, they talk about something not good. I thought it was me and it turned out to be the other patient. ^^;;

The doctor who knows who to find that part turned out to be a newbie to this new machine. Anyway, the pain I got from this is that they are poking that thing on my transplant kidney so hard that it is already hurting but then, they can’t help it since they need to listen to it. I know how it feels when a pregnant woman hears that noise of their baby. I’m hearing my kidney..yup, it is still working. It is a bit off rhythm.

Then, we went to Nii. The verdict is that there is no rejection but the bad news is that instead of working 70%, it is only working at 50%. The cause could be my super low blood count or a medicine is too toxic for me. The solution for now is a new medicine..a new and very expensive medicine. It is so new that it isn’t sold in most drugstores yet and so expensive that I can buy a cellphone load for 3 months with it – one single tablet. Good thing that sis is with us and she had extra money from her father-in-law that we were able to pay for just about a month dosage, which is more than a month’s minimum wage or well, I can buy a lcd monitor with that money! Ah..the price of keeping me alive. I guess my maintenance fee just went up.

For the low blood count, I would have that once a week injections again. I will be back for another check-up next month with ordinary tests and one new test for the new drug. I guess to be sure if I’m on the right dosage. Hopefully, things will be normal by then.

After that, we all sigh relief and went to eat with bro. I stayed for a while at sis’ house. It seemed that the Chinese download site is a bit slow that the dsl speed isn’t that noticeable there. I think bro-in-law’s browsers are not functioning properly. I downloaded opera and it is pretty fast. He kept on joking that if I got used to it, I will get frustrated with dial up. Hehehe

They went home with us since they will watch a Valentine’s day concert near our area. After they ate, they left. Then, around that time, we learned that some people are busy bombing three different places in the country – two provinces and one at a business district. The government is still investigating though the two in the provinces are claimed by the rebels.

Regarding ZOE2, it turned out that bro had bought it from a branch of the only store I found it before. The faulty part is exactly the same! I can’t believe it. I guess this game was never meant for me to have. I got reviews of Growlanser Generations being good but that one is also defective. The ones working are Suikoden 4 and Xenosaga 2.

The opening in Suikoden 4 isn’t as pretty as in 3. The art is different and I did read that they changed artists to give the artist before a rest since drawing 100+ characters for two series is quite hard work. The backgrounds are quite plain in cg that it felt a bit weird since it is almost empty. Anyway, it is engaging enough to make me want to play more.

The opening of Xenosaga 2 is really much much pretty than the first one. Wow, mecha fight and a bsho who unfortunately, I can’t play him – not a playable character. ^^; I wonder what is his role in this story. He is with Chaos out to do something with them ah..untv, I think, which went out of hand. Then, they met Shion’s brother. Wow, nice Japanese sword even though at times, it looked short. ^^; Cool..I thought he was just a bum based on his interaction with Shion. Obviously, this is a flashback of sorts. I’m guessing to explain how Chaos knows Shion’s brother and probably Jr. and well, that main enemy of the series. After each scene, instead of shouting something in English, the translators got lazy and let it stay in Japanese. Yey, I don’t understand a thing but it seems cool..well, at least, I can hear the Jap dub. This game really make me want to forget about Star Ocean and just play this. Bwahaha...anyway, I hate leaving things unfinish so I will have to finish Star Ocean already.

In KnGB, Shion realized that she was tricked and that the mirror was used to power up the enemy and not ensure that she will be with her cute monster cat forever. They killed the poor cat while it tried to save Shion. Wah..I like that cat – it is soo cute and they killed it. Sniff. Gash and Takamine is pretty angry about it. They are getting ready for the fight as the enemy covered the land with lava so that they can’t escape. I would just have to record the next episode since this Sunday is my niece’s concert.

In PoT, Ryoma let the girl relieve her glory days in tennis. She quit when she couldn’t bear the hardships of being maltreated by the other girls. She decided to continue playing. I didn’t get to see if Kaidoh managed to go back or not since at the end, the team is already leaving. I don’t think Kaidoh was there. Anyway, today’s episode is another chibi episode – when they are a family. It is so cute. Wai!

Argh, I’m a bit groggy since I wasn’t able to sleep properly last night plus weird dreams. ^^; I think I should have a nap later on. Well, I would have to sleep early tonight too since tomorrow we will go to the hospital pretty early to have the ultrasound test then later on go to Nii.

Buzzbeater is now in the announcement of making an earth team to play against the aliens. The aliens’ uniform looked awfully like the Bulls in NBA. ^^;; Other than that, there is nothing much to watch on Saturdays.

In the OP manga, just when Tom is going to be paroled for building Roger’s ship, he got framed along with his workers for Franky’s ships going berserk and attacking people. Watching OP rerun on Alabasta arc climax can be quite intense. I think the rerun would end next week since it has almost caught up with their weekly OP. The replacement doesn’t seem to be good. There is an advertisement on Saiyuki Reload and well, I kept on missing what time it will be. Maybe later, I could see it again.

I had asked bro to buy some PS2 games. I’m not really that thrilled since the reviews on the games aren’t as good as their predecessors. Suikoden 4 is not that good nor Xenosaga 2 compared to the earlier version. The good thing on Suikoden 4 is this character which supposedly had a good character development – the lead’s friend. In Xenosaga, they had improved the graphics and made Shion really sexy though the focus is on Jr and the crazy guy. I think I read that there are all 6 installments of this one. Wow, that’s pretty long and I somewhat doubt all will be in PS2. I think my bro had found ZoE2. Well, I will run them later when sis comes to see if they all are in working condition.

In Star Ocean, after a brief visit in the Elicoor, I got Albel which might replace Nel. Oh well, I was thinking that Nel’s powers are pretty much the same as Sophia though currently Sophia is my weakest character. The group is now going to the creator to make the executioners stop destroying their galaxy. The enemies in this part can be quite hard to defeat that I have to use the stronger characters for the weaker ones can easily be defeated. Then, there is a group of software designers who agree in not interfering with the galaxy who decided to help Fayt and the others. We just defeat these two supposedly strong characters.

The game system is I control one of the characters while the other two are controlled by the computer. The bad thing is that they can be pretty stupid because in some fights, long range is better. Usually, if it is a strong enemy, I quickly change control from Fayt to Nel to concentrate on healing and some support as the others whack the enemies to death. Hehehe

My mom called by that lab today and we could get the result today so we asked sis to get it. Good thing that sis went there with us yesterday for the guy to know her and give it to her even without the receipt. Sis read to me the report. Wow, medical terms, but there is no mention of not functioning so I guess it is good. There is just this one part, which doesn’t seem that good otherwise most of it seems to be good. We would know more by Monday when we go to Nii.

The friend of my father who had a rejection before said that the renal scan is more important than the ultrasound since the latter is more on knowing if the size of the kidney had changed. The renal scan is more on if the kidney is still functioning. I think lab people are now trained not to try to tell the patients what the results means. I guess it is so that it is not misleading patient of giving them false information.

In PoT, they visited Tezuka and Tezuka showed them around in Germany until some of them got lost. Inui, Momoshiro and Ryoma are in one group. They met this drunken woman who challenged Ryoma to a game. Ryoma was intrigued since the woman is pretty good. The other one last is Kaidoh who is really lost. As they say, the animators love making Kaidoh suffer. ^^;

Nothing much happened in GB except that Juubei won his first match and it does seem the guy has powered up. The new revelation here is Kagami is actually part of Brain Trust. Very interesting. There are now comments on how scary chibi Ginji is...oh well, he is not drawn as cute as he was before. The art has indeed somewhat changed.

Akito is again in her jealous spree in Fruit Basket. She is angry as to why Haru is looking for Rin. I think Haru tried to kill Rin. Anyway, it is more on Haru really liking Rin even way before. Kureno was the one who told Haru that Shigure had brought Rin to the hospital and told him to go to her since she called for him. After Haru left, Akito then rants and shouts about everyone leaving her and why isn’t it as what her father said – everyone would love her.

It turned out what we had planned haven’t turned out how I thought it would turn out. ^^; Because, we had scheduled the renal scan at 9:30am and we plan to do this one then have the ultrasound. It turned out that we should have the ultrasound first because we would have to wait for 3 days if we had the renal scan first before the ultrasound. I think it is because of the radioactive/nuclear thing that was injected in me. We couldn’t delay the renal scan since the guy there said that the medicine was calibrated and might not be that effective anymore.

It was at my right hand where the medicine was injected and it really hurt. The place where they usually put the dextrose if confined and I don’t like being injected in that place. The equipment is now more modern than it was before – about 8 years ago. It was suppose to last up to 6 minutes or so and when, it lasted more than 6 minutes, I did got worried a bit. My arms are already aching since I had to put them on the back of my head while lying. Anyway, after that, we went home. By Monday, we would get the ultrasound and if possible, the result for this one. If we did, we would go to Nii and if not, we would have to re-schedule Nii.

On our way home, we passed by the laboratory near our house to get the results of the 24hr urine test and I failed that test, too. The range is supposed to be 70-100 and I got only 40+. Lately, we kept on theorizing as to what I did wrong or something but then, my father’s friend who had a rejection before said that rejection happens just like that sometimes without reason. A patient before interviewed by my mother who had the transplant for about 10+ years had a rejection and his theory was pollution.

Yesterday’s PoT episode was on Ryoma’s father on how he met his mother. Geez, I thought Ryoma’s mother was dead. I don’t know if they are divorced or what but I assume she lives in the US since she rarely appears in the series or rather in the house where Ryoma is staying. The next episode is on ‘we are bored so let’s go to Germany and bug Tezuka.’ Hehehe

Star Ocean’s plot suddenly got crazy. The aliens attacking them supposedly send by creator where actually people and well, the people in Star Ocean are actually programs. It is like the characters in the game are actually just characters of the game and some other people created them. I felt like this is some MIB movie regarding galaxies are just marbles of other worlds. I really begin to not like this game in terms of plot.

Well, Nii said that we should take additional tests – ultrasound and renal scan which we would take tomorrow so going to Nii is moved on Monday so that we would have results by then. Anyway, if it is indeed a rejection, I would probably have to be injected with more drugs – before, it was steroids for three days and that would mean confinement in the hospital so if I didn’t blog either on Monday or Tuesday. You know what that means. Hehehe

That spoiler on PoT was wrong. Ryoma did won that match. Now, I’m wondering if it was different in the manga. It was mentioned that the anime finished that arc way before the manga. I think I also read that Ryoma didn’t had a match with Sanada before the tournament. Anyway, I’ll search up on that. Ryoma was again on the verge of losing when he remembered what Tezuka said about not losing to anyone. It was amusing when Ryoma is really angry that he is already speaking in English. Anyway, Sanada congratulated them and ran off to the hospital. It was later learned that their captain’s operation was successful. Tezuka was also informed about the win. At the end, they celebrated in Takashi’s father’s sushi resto.

Happy Chinese New Year! Well, I woke up today with all that drumming racket by the dragons on the streets and of course, the firecrackers that I thought won’t stop exploding. Then, my mom told me that my blood test isn’t good. ^^; Nice way to wake up on a New Year eh?

The creatinine had gone higher and that is to test if the kidney is functioning properly so something is indeed wrong. Since I haven’t been drinking the Chinese medicine these days, my blood count well lower again. The good news is that my chest x-ray is okay as well as my urinalysis. If the latter is okay, I guess that means that it isn’t that bad yet. Good thing that the blood taken yesterday was a lot so we could take the other tests which was suppose to taken at the end of the month so that I would go to Nii this Friday.

Anyway, I am somewhat calm for at least I know there is indeed something wrong and I’m not just getting paranoid and all. ^^; They thought that it is just a product of my overactive imagination. Anyway, just pray and hope that the other tests are okay...well, that could mean more tests to know why the creatinine is going up. Okay, I’ll just leave it as is and try not to think about it...worrying won’t get me anywhere.

I managed to get mom to help in translating the SB! chapter that I had. It turned out that Ren’s dad had borrowed a huge sum of money but when he wasn’t able to pay. That is the reason why his family got murdered though it was made out to be just a suicide for not being able to pay. Ren decided to seal his real self and his real name. I don’t know if at the end of the flashback meant he met the guy who murdered his family one night or he still remembers that guy whom he wanted to avenge for his family. The flashback ends there.

The director is telling Ren how he should do it and Ren does understands. The role is of a guy liking a girl but circumstances made him not able to do that as in show his love to her. Yashiro was a bit worried for he knows that even though Ren looked calm outside, he might be pretty troubled inside. This made Kyouko remember about what Ren said about making lots of mistakes before.

Meanwhile, Shou had finished a taping. Shouko, his manager went him to his dressing room as she went out to buy food for them. Shouko feels uneasy when Shou was very calm after seeing the poster of Kyouko being in Ren’s drama though she felt that something doesn’t feel right. In the dressing room, Shou’s hyperactive imagination is on as he is imagining Kyouko making Ren a lunch box and feeding him with a tamago sushi. Shou unconsciously toss the table up and wondered what the heck is his brain thinking. He tried to calm himself down as he said that there was no talk about those two during the filming then he pride himself to be the number 1 guy in showbiz and won’t want to be with Kyouko. Later on, he lost it again and started screaming that he doesn’t care about Kyouko. Hehehe..I guess he thought that if he doesn’t care, he won’t be thinking about it.

Back at the studio, Ren tries to do the scene again then froze for he was suppose to be a bit ‘held back’. Yashiro thought that his intuition is correct that there is really something bothering Ren and it could be the many takes already but Kyouko thinks otherwise for it got to be something else that is making him freezes like that. The director tried to calm Ren and said that it is okay to take the scene again. Ren said that it wasn’t it and apologizes. Then, everyone at the set realizes that Ren isn’t his usual calm self and can’t do the role.

My brother with his children had lunch with us today. Then, they went to the dentist. In mid-afternoon, they brought us to the lab for blood test and chest x-ray. Mom had called Nii to ask about my condition since it is already a weak already. I was thinking if the chest x-ray is to check for pneumonia. Anyway, after that, we went to a gift shop to buy some spoon and fork for travel. It is for sis’ father-in-law. There are lots of people there especially the store near it.

It is the Eng Bee Tin which is famous for its tikoy [sticky rice cake] and different flavors of it. I also think it is cheaper since there is a long line and in other stores, there aren’t much customers. Filipinos had learned to eat it for many of them are Filipinos. It is also traffic there since there will be a show there – Chinatown. I joked to my mom that we would wait till night and we would be in the news. A channel usually uses it as a backdrop during Chinese New Year.

Then, we went to this school supplies bookstore. I bought a pair therapeutic gloves since my right hand has been aching a bit when I use. It is for support. I went here before and the saleslady said there was no small size and now, there is one when another saleslady checked. New stock or the saleslady before just didn’t check? Well, I now knows what Yoshiki puts on his hands before. Then, we ride home in a jeep as we saw lots of people from this insurance company standing outside with red t-shirts with the Chinese character of Rooster/Chicken. It is the year of the Rooster this year. I was thinking that they are waiting for someone important as they are told by the police that ‘they’ are coming.

In Star Ocean, I finally got the dragon to help. I had to defeat it twice since I don’t want a character dying for the experience earned from this battle meant a level up. The dragon didn’t help much since a different being had blasted the enemy. Later on, there is a deal to exchange Fayt with his father and Sophia. They managed to get the others but then, Fayt’s father died trying to save him. They told him and Maria to go to his lab to know the reason why he played with their genetics.

After getting there, it was learned that a certain species from 4D, a ‘creator’ wanted to wipe out all of the people so they implanted powers into their children and it included Sophia. Onwards to the planet where there is a gate. I got into the gate and it turned out to be just an ordinary advanced planet and they are all on tv. ^^; I decided to re-do the planet to finish off the enemies that I can defeat to level up further. The developers didn’t even have Sophia on a higher level. They gave her a level 1 like how can I use her if the enemies need about level 30 to defeat. So, I never use her. There was this chance to get this other kid but then, I skipped getting her since she is also in level 1. I’m sticking with the original team since their levels are pretty high already.

In PoT, Sanada got permission to let the other team members go to the hospital for support for their team captain who is going to get operated on. Sanada tried to finish the match fast to get there and halfway there, he managed to do it until Ryoma figured out how to defeat his technique. Ryoma had a new technique, Whirlwind. Keigo and Kabagi came to look at the match. In today’s episode, Ryoma managed to win another set though he is getting tired looking at Sanada’s ball since it is strenuous to the eyes. Jin and Dan also came to watch the match. Magic Mi Lu Mi Lu kept on creating love polygons. ^^; It is getting somewhat silly and yet amusing.

New blog pic in celebration of Chinese New Year which officially should be on Feb 9 but then, I remembered it is a one week celebration and based on the Taiwanese channels, they start special programs today so starting today up to Sunday, this will be the layout.

I was surfing through the net and found a gallery on Tenjo Tenge. Since Maya is in Chinese dress, I decided that I would use her for the Chinese New Year. The layout before, my father commented as to why it was Japanese. ^^;; As usual, I had a fireworks background. It was suppose to be just one of her but then, I was testing if she looked at the other side and when I put the two of them together, it looked great so that’s that. I had removed her ‘cockroach antenna’ hair since it looked weird..even though it is her trademark look. ^^;

I think that it is about 2-3 years ago when Chinese New Year is somewhat a big thing here when before, there wasn’t much about it or I thought it was. Yesterday’s programs are about Chinese lucky charms, horoscopes and feng shui. I do notice that different feng shui master had different predictions on this year. ^^; I guess everyone wanted to have good luck especially in business nowadays with the bad economy. So, the Chinese New Year was made into a working holiday. It is weird..it is a holiday but then, we have to work. I guess it is like the day when a holiday was suppose to be celebrated but the president had moved it on another day..as in the no working but it is still celebrated.

Yesterday, sis and her hubby came by to pick up mom for a lunch with my aunt. Then, later in the afternoon, bro and nephew came to visit. Nephew played some of Star Ocean..he just like getting the treasure chests. He had this silly grin on his face again when he saw Nel. ^^; Then, he played a bit of Kingdom Hearts. Since they are already leaving, bro borrowed KH for his son to play. I’m not sure if he can play it since the start is a bit of a searching game and not just going to the different planets he wanted to. Oh well, I haven’t been playing it much so I lend it to them.

In KnGB, Kiyomaro and the others set out to meet Gurisa who had asked for the parts of the demon mirror. Gash and the cat almost trashed the house. Gurisa then brought them to a supposedly secret cave and do a ritual as they put in the mirror parts together. They have to dance Folgore’s ‘breast’ song. ^^;; When the mirror was one, Gurisa stole it as he went to his master..they wanted to be the demon king. I think the professor, his master, had put mechanical implants into himself. Then, they are all chasing him for they were just tricked.

In OP Chinese, they are in Skypiea. Luffy and his group managed to defeat the ball person. Zoro and the others are exploring while Chopper saved the knight who had rescued him. I’m waiting for the campfire part. ^_^ While in Yugioh, they are finally battling the boss of that filler arc. The boss uses people’s souls or something. It was one vs two [Yugi and Kaiba] and the latter is losing. I’m waiting for this to finish so that it would move on to the real story again.

I saw some ad on Monster. I didn’t know it is on medicine/doctors stuff. ^^; I think it was a cd release more than a tv premier. Then, there is some FMA ad again. I had been seeing it for some time already. Howl’s Castle will be shown in Taiwan since it is advertised in different Taiwanese channel. I can see glimpses here and there.

I still don’t know what’s wrong with my body. At times, I felt okay already then later on not. My temperature is higher than normal but then, it isn’t a fever. Weird. Maybe I should tone down some of the things that I do until I get better.

It seems that the cats at the store loves to go out already. They don’t like being cooped inside. The last news I got from my parents was that the workers are playing with them and a worker’s wife who had this small cafeteria is already the one feeding them. At that rate, by the time, I go back to the store there would have be no cats there anymore. ^^;;

Buzzbeater is starting pretty slow and I don’t recall the manga starting that way. There is also a lot of cg here..their world is like a city in America and the only part that I could understand was that English advertisement on the alien basketball player. ^^; It started with the blue haired lead, forgot his name, with two of his friends and then this girl [the red hair] is telling him some stuff. Then, some scenes on D.T. [I know his name since it was written] who was saved by a pretty girl from dying of hunger in the desert. The unbelievable thing here was when blue haired boy was cling on a wall after he had slipped down the building. I had been wondering for in the manga, I remember he is suppose to be teen, the blue haired guy seemed to be pre-teen here since his voice somewhat sounded like a kid.

In OP, it turned out that Tom was the one who built Roger’s ship and he was sentenced to death because of that. I do think it is indeed nice to see one of Tom’s apprentices actually making Luffy’s new ship. ^_^ Tom managed to buy time before being executed by telling the judge that he had to built the train to prevent their country from dying. And that was what happened in this chapter. The site where I got DN had decided to put their scans in IRC since it is getting too famous for its own good and well, in Naruto, the kids are now all grown up. Nothing much happening there yet. The last chapter I saw of HxH was Gon and Killua talking and well, I just peek at the start and the last. There seems to be things happening in Bleach but the last thing I heard was Ichigo fighting Rukia’s brother. I already got the SB! 62 chapter. I would still need my mom’s help to understand some stuff.

In Star Ocean, I really got frustrated with the different dragon tunes here. The plot is now getting a dragon to hold up a weapon to blast the enemy. Since I read the walkthrough, after this, it will be disc two. I realized that I am halfway finished with this game and still haven’t been doing those private moments with the other characters, which could affect the ending. Oh well, I do want to get this game over with. In the lava place, I kept on getting ‘killed’ and it turned out that I just had the wrong strategy and skills. ^^;

Well, Fuji and Kirihara’s match is over. Kirihara just had to really make Fuji angry especially when Kirihara tried to hit Kippei who was watching the match. Fuji then put on a ‘demon’ face and which made Kirihara thought that Fuji is trying to get back at him and hit him back. The match ended with 6-4. For team spirit, Fuji decided to watch Ryoma’s game before having treated. So, next episode will be Ryoma vs Sanada.

GB is getting pretty complicated but then as usual, I tend to skip the mumbo jumbo explanation. Hehehe The girl who summarizes is two chapters late but then, it’s okay. She is the only I can get GB info. Ginji managed to snap out of Raitei mode after a flashback with Teshimine. That ruined that Der Kaiser’s plan as everything in Mugenjou went back to normal. Ban has a theory that a ‘higher witch’ could have caused Ginji to transform to Raitei unwillingly. It seemed that the virus just ah, stalls the draining of the electricity that it reversed. Whatever. Ban’s group had won their match. The next match is Kadzuki’s group and the ones who had destroyed his clan.

I’m been thinking lately of not looking at SB! raws anymore. It takes about 2 hours to download because the server kept on stopping that only 1/8 of the picture is loaded even if multiple refreshing. Another thing is that I couldn’t understand most of it anyway. ^^;; I just have to be patient for the Chinese ones – nicer scans and I could understand it more than Japanese. The site where I get it haven’t uploaded chapter 62 yet. Chapter 63 has lots of text. I think they are talking about Ren who haven’t been going to work lately. It is a bit obvious that Kyouko will be the one to help him out but then, I haven’t thought of chicken Kyouko being the one. It ended there. What they would talk about would be nice to look forward to. ^_^

In PoT, Fuji is being well, looked like an angel with birds flying and a feather falling down. I guess this is to contrast Kirihara who is the demon. Fuji’s sister noticed that Fuji is quite determine to win this game. It is amusing to see that Mizuki had a crush on her. Hehehe He must have a thing with the Fujis. Hehehe Mizuki mentioned that Fuji is like this when he was playing against him before. Well, they are right. Fuji is doing this as revenge for Kippei who was injured by Kirihara. He is even using a tape that Kippei gave him.

Kirihara boasted that he will finish the match in 13 minutes and at the end of 13 minutes, he was down. The younger people in Seigaku group started shouting that he was bluffing and other insulting stuff. Kirihara changed into ‘demon’ mode. Ann and the others of Fudomine noticed that he became like that when he started injuring Kippei. They shouted for Fuji to be careful. Alas, it has started. Kirihara kept on hitting Fuji’s leg [I think it is the right] the part above the knee. Kippei is very worried that he called his sister and learned that Kirihara has started doing it. He immediately went to the court. Fuji is not giving up yet.

Hehehe..it does seem I’m really bored if I kept timing the Last Dance. ^^; It is now 30+ minutes and this time, the commercials are just in 3+ minutes time. Lesser sponsors? Anyway, this drama is getting pretty predictable. It has been a year since the lead guy has amnesia. I can almost laugh as they could have told the doctors, hey, I thought you told us that he will remember in weeks, it has already been a year!

This is of course causing tension since their property, obviously is wanted by the lead guy’s father for industrialization and they are deep in debts. It doesn’t help that they have to feed/take care of amnesia guy. There are some funny scenes here since the girl isn’t the typical Cinderella type. I don’t know if the Filipino script has ad lib but it was done nicely. ^_^

Hehehe..still not feeling much better but then, out of habit, I just had to write something. ^^;;

I got myself spoiled regarding PoT. I more or less know who will win. It was also mentioned that this is a good while it lasts since the next part will be fillers again that can be quite boring. Well, maybe except if there are chibis involved, it won’t be boring for me. Inui defeated Yanagi. In the manga, it was mentioned in a site, that Inui’s eyes were shown. It wasn’t shown in the anime. It made be quite curious to check the manga. ^^;; Well, it was a close match, 7-6.

Sanada isn’t please about it since it took longer than expected. Ryoma sneaked into their territory and made some boast. Kirihara then boast that he can finish it earlier then Fuji came to mention that they are in a hurry since Rikkai wanted to go back to the hospital before their captain goes into surgery regarding the ‘good news’ of their win, that is if they win. Sounds like in Slam Dunk with Coach Anzai. Fuji told them not to worry for he will finish the match fast. From the preview, just like Slam Dunk, it seemed that Kirihara has a tendency to hit deliberately at Fuji to injure him. Anyway, somehow, I am rooting for Sanada to win against Ryoma. Hehehe The guy is also into kendo practicing with a real katana. I wonder if he is reminding me of the guy in Initial D since he always wear a cap.

I timed Save the Last Dance for me again last night. It is longer now at about 35 minutes. So, I’m assuming that they cut an episode into two. One part is about 30+ minutes while the other one is about 20+ minutes. The hard thing about this is the inconsistent time it is shown. It is suppose to start at 9pm. I have to keep on flipping between channels to see if the soap before it is finished or not. Sometimes, it finished at 910, then 915 to 920. I do observe that as it goes to Friday, most of the shows are more delayed while on Monday, it is more or less somewhat on time.

Hahaha..I got a bit paranoid yesterday. I really shouldn’t read on symptoms of rejection that I begin to think that my kidney is rejecting yesterday. ^^;; My throat hurts a bit today so I’m guessing that my immune system is fighting the germs that I’m feeling tired. Well, I hope that is so..and not rejection. I’m beginning to think that I got infected by bro when he came here..baka me, I forgot that he has a bad cold/cough and is still in antibiotics.

We are currently watching Save the Last Dance for me – a Korean drama. Geez, there are so many commercials in that local dub that I even timed it. A commercial break is about 5 minutes. A showing of the drama is also about 5 minutes. ^^; There was even a time when it was just 3 minutes then they had a commercial break again! I estimated that they are showing about 18 minutes per night of an about 45-50 minute episode. Oh well, they are stretching it as much as they could.

The plot is about this son of a rich man who doesn’t want to inherit the business but wanted to go into photography. After a much heated argument, the son left and unfortunately for him for being so nice, he got holdup. He tried to fight it off and ended up being stabbed and toss in a ravine. He then met this girl with his father who was on their way back to the hospital. The guy got amnesia and well, of course, those two will be a couple. The problem is when his memory comes back. He has already proposed to another girl but then, there isn’t much chance for them to look for him since they thought he was dead – the thief ended up dead and exploded with the car.

It is still a bit hard to assess this drama with only one episode but it is okay. The lead guy is the other guy in All In. He looked good in some angles and I’m not quite used to his haircut here. The secretary of the father looked awfully familiar. It is really tempting to just buy the drama cds to watch it and get it over with. The dubbing at times is not good when they eat their words or their provincial accent somehow shows.

I’m beginning to have fun with these Korean dramas by making fun of them. ^^; Like in Last dance, I couldn’t help laughing at the suit that they made him wear..what’s with that bow tie? He looked better looking like a bum actually, almost like Tony Leung. ^^; It is much like in Lovers in Paris, why did they dress Lee Dong Gun in such ugly suits when he wears really nice ones in Sweet 18.

Aside from that, I tend to play guessing game especially with that other one whose English title, I don’t know. The title in Chinese is like Going into the Tornado/typhoon. I like the boxer guy’s story rather than his brother who wanted to be a head of a shipping company. They are quite opposites. The brother tends to run after a girl who was after by many men while the boxer tends to be run after by women who had a crush on him. Hehehe. I correctly guess that the boxer had saved his brother’s lover and ended up being chased from different countries by the goons. Also, regarding women, he tends to have a soft spot for women. He saves them and almost always, he got slapped by it. ^^;; It won’t be long before the girl/s would fall for him. Hehehe.

In PoT, it turned out that Yanagi is Inui’s partner in doubles when they are still in the elementary. Something must have happened that Yanagi purposely left the school..maybe he wanted to play against Inui and not with him. Yanagi managed to stop Inui’s special shot but then, Inui said something to counter it. Okay, I’m guessing that Inui will win here and also, Fuji if he is against Kirihara. That will force a game between Sanada and Ryoma. I think Ryoma will win anyway since I read that Ryoma has never lost yet. Though I’m not sure how this works for with the tournament with Hyotei, Seigaku managed to defeat all except the team captain but they are still playing. Does that mean single matches ‘weigh’ more as to determining who won the tournament?

Mm..I think I’m coming down with something..perhaps a cold. So, I’m more on resting today and drink lots of water. Hopefully, it would heal by itself or rather, it isn’t that bad yet so the immune system might be able to defeat it. ^_^

My Eudora trash box folder had ‘crashed’ or something. I had to re-install it. I wonder if it is because of those spam mails, sometimes with attachment that had caused it. Anyway, it is fixed now. I better ask the isp if I can change the name of this email since I had been using it ever since I had an internet connection. I was a beginner then I had click on links that I shouldn’t have that made that address vulnerable to spams and well, viruses.

In PoT, Eiji is still getting all frustrated that he doesn’t listen to Oishi. It was only later on when Eiji had somewhat calmed down and managed to catch up with their opponents. Nioh is already exhausted so it was Yagyu who managed to cover up that it was a close match. No one knows who will win. Eiji managed to do a new trick but unfortunately, it was countered by Nioh at the end. So, it is another win by the Rikkai group. Next match will be Inui vs. his childhood friend, Yanagi who is like Fuji, always closed eyes.

Sigh, I wasted an hour of net time looking for Chinese fonts and it turned out that it can’t be read by any programs. ^^; Oh well, just have to make do with simsun font, which seemed to be the default. I made a Chinese New Year special blog pic. Of course, the Chinese is just copy and paste since I don’t know how to type Chinese using the keyboard. hehehe It will be up by Feb. 7 up to the 13th.

I got reprimanded today since I had totally forgot again to drink my medicine. Argh, it had slip my mind when I was doing something else when I should have drunk it after eating dinner. Nii said that if I forgot, I could just make up for it, which is what I’m doing now. Anyway, we would have the blood test on Wednesday and hopefully, it won’t be affected because of my absent mindedness. ^^;;

I sometimes worry about my memory for being always forgetful. My mom said that it is the ‘permanent’ effect of having had anesthesia that is why it isn’t advisable to get oneself operated lots of times. Well, that is her theory about it.

There seems to be a lot of things happening on Feb 5. Well, anime/manga really. ^^; Buzzbeater will be shown already on Saturday and I think I saw Inoue promoting it. Mm..I thought he was older based on his caricature. ^^;;; I read that they changed the story a bit and added new characters so that there would be something new to it compared to the manga. Then, a new chapter of SB! would probably be out by then. Hehehe I’m itching to know what would happen to Ren. Then, I have to remember to remind mom on watching Winter Sonata since she wanted to watch that – in the Taiwanese channel.

On Feb. 20, my niece will be in a choir concert. She had started announcing it and had reserved tickets for all of us to come. Too bad her brother can’t go since only 6 years old above can go. Sis said that it is to keep the place ah..’quiet’ for younger kids might have a hard time behaving and thus, interrupt the concert. I think she mentioned that they would also have it on Feb 5 on a mall, too.

While searching on Star Ocean, I stumbled upon a comment regarding the game as to what is the difference with the director’s cut. It turned out that Star Ocean, the one that I have had a fatal flaw that is causing the game to hang and pause for a long time at certain times. And, I thought it was just the copies that I bought so there is actually a flaw. Okay..now, I know. I’m still trying to find ZOE2 but from the looks of it, chances are almost nil.

I’ll share this somewhat amusing story on this artist who is quite well known for his different art and he tends to draw people with big feet. People who saw his art tend to think a lot of things why the drawings tend to have big feet, etc. When interviewed, he just said that he is just trying to balance the bottom of the picture so he drew the big feet. Lol. The artist just draws what he sees and I guess, people tend to see more to what he draws and interpret it into many ways. He didn’t study art and once bought a book on colors but ended up being confuse so he just use what he thinks would look good. He also says that if something looked bad, just cover it up. Hehehe So, that is why he doesn’t use watercolors.

Mm..just learned that the place where I got OP scans had decided to put everything in irc because, well, as usual, some people doesn’t follow instructions so everyone else have to suffer. =( I guess this could mean, I’m back to downloading Chinese scans again.

In KnGB, Shion repeatedly and almost hilariously tried to get the piece of mirror from Gash. Then, in the end, they revealed that they are after it but Gash still wanted to be friends with them or something like that so they stopped fighting as the ones who wanted Shion to get the piece of mirror was watching them.

I’m still stalking Billwang forum and yehey, they will still translate SB! ^_^ Even though they have delayed the release or rather, it is released only for higher ranking members of the forum. They warned again of using their scans minus the credits. Of course, the lowest ranking members, which include me can only just wait and hope that there is no repeat of what happened before or else, no more scans. Feb 5 is also around the corner so there might be raw scans soon. Hehehe

Talking about SB!, I was tempted to name the cats the two characters from SB! but then, decided on Fayt and Shion which are based on games. It isn’t necessarily that I like those characters...it is more like I like how the name sounds. Hehehe I will just imagine that those names are generic as in can be male or female since I’m not quite sure of the sex of the cats. ^^; The cat, Shion, which I think is a girl seems to be more aggressive that ‘she’ likes to pounce on the Fayt as they well, I guess, playing. ^^;; But then, they are cute when sleeping since they hug each other..as mom says.

I’m mildly surprised that they are doing a cartoon on the duo Puffy. ^^; They somewhat looked like the drawings in Dexter’s lab. It will be shown on Cartoon Network. I was still up last night that I managed to watch the previews of new games. Oh..there is a new Wild Arms game. Hehehe It seemed that they changed the battle system. The characters looked more pleasing to the eyes and well, it is a battle of four, which is good than the usual three only. I have glimpse on the game Punisher that is probably one of the most violent ever games. It is like watching the different ways to kill people very violently with blood spattering all over.

Then, there is some dating game. I think it is called Love Hunter or Phantom. She dressed like a thief and well, of course, there are lots of bsho guys around to pick. Hehehe The art is really pretty. Then, there is Magister Magi Negi which also seemed to be a dating game..making the girls happy with that chart and a bit of story. Of course, these are Japanese only games.

Speaking of games, I finally advanced in Star Ocean. I think there is really some problems with this game since at times, it stalls and hangs. I have to restart it a few times. We finally got to protect the orb and now heading back to the queen to report. I really wished that this were a foursome battle than three. I would like to include Maria in the fights. Oh well...by the way, I have been playing this with subtitles only..I gave up on the dubbing.

Mm..it turned out that I shouldn’t have missed yesterday’s episode of PoT. ^^; That match is over with Rikkai winning that doubles. In today’s episode, it is another doubles match - the Golden Pair vs Rikkai’s Yagyu and Nioh. This Rikkai group has never lost in any match. At first, they let the golden pair get in some shots but they didn’t know that Nioh was reading Eiji’s movements and learned a weak point of his habitual play. He tends to point out where he will serve by the way he is holding his racket in a certain direction.

Nioh just had to tease Eiji that he knew what direction he will hit the ball which infuriates Eiji. Later on, the others realized what Eiji is doing so they told him about but then, it will be hard to correct something when he is already used to it. They were amazed at Nioh’s quick analysis of his weakness. In the next round, Oishi tried to calm him down but Eiji is getting more frustrated. Then, Yagyu showed off his trademark shot, which is like hitting a golf ball. It isn’t a surprise since he was recruited from the golf club by Nioh who said something that his skills is more useful in tennis. The last scene was Eiji and Oishi almost having a fight over what to do.

Hehehe..suddenly PoT is fun to watch again. ^_^ Anyway, hopefully in the future, there would be another rerun for me to watch the ones I had missed because of watching MMR. Oh ya, I guess this arc is quite good since it isn’t a filler.

In OP, it is flashback time. From the bits and pieces I have read, Tom is a great shipwright and well, his two apprentices were Iceberg and Franky. Tom is somewhat related to Gold Roger. There is a talk about a certain crime. I’m guessing that a bit about Robin would also be shown in this flashback. The translation wasn’t finished yet so I’ll just wait for that or well, the scans.

I went to the store the whole day. My parents had agreed to have a cat in the store. I wonder if that is the incentive to get me to always go there. Hehehe Actually, the cat is supposed to take care of the rats there. My whiner aunt offered it to us since her neighbor has cats. Instead of one, we were given two. I guess it is better that way for them to keep each other company. ^_^

I wasn’t able to watch PoT today since I went to the Chinese doctor late afternoon. I actually forgot to record it but then, based on the preview, it is more on Momoshiro and Kaidoh’s double duel. In yesterday’s episode, they had powered up their trademark shots but then, in the preview, their opponents managed to do something that counters their new shots.

Suddenly, reading HxH scans with doodle drawings doesn’t seem that bad after all. That is, just because of Ryodan. Hehehe They are out to finish off the bugs people, I think. I haven’t quite been able to follow this series. The Ryodan group composed of Fei, Killua’s sister, the guy who was with Fei when they are in the auction house, the one with the cellphone, the mummy guy and the girl with the vacuum. Sorry, I’m lazy to look for their names now. ^^; They split up to find the queen and joked? that who ever found her will be the next leader. Mummy guy’s power is revealed. His body is filled with holes and if one moves them a sound comes out and calls out spirits to fight for them. Fei is the one who found the queen. At the end, I think Killua’s sister is after Fei’s power.

Anyway, that was chapter 225. I checked out chapter 229 in Chinese and Fei’s power is revealed. He can call out a ‘sun’ and as he wears a special suit. He just fries the enemy. Killua’s sister was saying something about doing something to bring his brother back. I guess she is referring to Killua. Her weapon of choice is a fan. Then, they head out and joked around. By the way, Fei with his top off which probably got ripped off, looked awfully familiar then it hit me. He looked like Hiei of YYH, complete with somewhat spiky hair. ^^;; The last scene was on this guy which looked like from DBZ. ^^;;; Anyway, it would be fun to watch all this animated. ^_^

D. Grayman is turning out okay but then, the scans are pretty slow. I don’t want to read it in Chinese since the English is a bit hard to get already – explaining different powers of the akuma and them, exorcists. Allen as the new one and the typical snobbish one is Kanda who can pass off as a girl. ^^; The last pic was a character cosplaying a famous detective whose surname is Kindaichi. I wonder if he is the grandfather of Kindaichi Hajime as he did always say when he is frustrated, I will solve this case in the name of my grandfather. Hehehe.

I was surfing for the names of the group that Seigaku is now playing against and almost all of the data stops at Hyotei. Good thing I finally found one, which lists down to the current PoT characters. The one they are against is Rikkai. Then, next would be a huge filler arc so that the manga could catch up. It does seem to be fun as Ryoma and a few others has to play with other players in different schools against an American team. Anyway, I read that this manga has inspired the Japanese to take up tennis again. Mm..much like Slam Dunk for basketball? Well, Ryoma has become the mascot of a certain Japanese tennis association. Hehehe

Well, it turned out that the medicine’s toxicity is in an okay level so I’ll just have to have a blood test again next week to check the creatinine to see if it is just a fluctuation or well, not then more tests to check why it is rising. For now, I can do nothing about it except pray, I guess.

In Star Ocean, I had finished getting that copper ore and the planet was invaded by the Ven-something who are after Fayt. Nice cg scene on him unleashing his power. ^_^ Then, came Maria, who could passed off his twin. She told her that his father experimented on her and him. Then, now they have to stop those Ven-something from getting a certain orb which is scared to that country. I can pretty much predict what is happening here. Hehehe...a bit cliché I guess.

In PoT, Seigaku group returned from that friendly game with Hyotei. Fuji, Ryoma and Momoshiro went to the hospital to visit Tachibana who got hurt in a duel against..ah..this other group. This group will be the next opponent of Seigaku in the Regional, I think, tournament. The next tournament is Nationals after this. It seemed that their captain is also injured. Geez, all captains are injured lately. The vice-captain was challenged by Ryoma but later on, Ryoma wanted to test his skills in the tournament. The vice-captain looked awfully familiar..maybe from a different series. On the day of the tournament, Ryoma is late again and more late are Momoshiro and Kaidoh who are saving a puppy which got trapped in a post of a bridge. I wonder how it even got there. Anyway, they made it in time. They will be playing doubles.

I just came from Nii. The blood test today confirms that the one before is correct. My creatinine is a bit higher. The normal is 1.3. Mine is 1.37 while today [though in a different lab], is 1.4. We would wait for the results for the other test to see if it is caused by the medicine’s toxicity. If not, well, just find other causes as to why it is rising. So, for now, we would just have to observe it and check it again next week to see if it is still going up. I would be due for another check-up next month to monitor this development.

I wasted time the whole afternoon playing Star Ocean. It was wasted because I was already far in the cave when I couldn’t find a save point. Just in time, I met with some enemies. I didn’t notice that the other characters are paralyzed and so, before I knew it, it was game over. ^^; I re-did it again in less than hour since I’m not wandering around anymore. This time I found the save point but then, I couldn’t find those treasure chests that I found earlier. ^^;;

In KnGB, it seemed to be a new arc already. Gash found this piece of mirror, which he considers his treasure. In school, Kiyomaro Takamine had a new student in their class, Shion with her cat. She had an interest in Takamine, which made Suzume jealous. I think she and her cat is also in the duel. While hanging out together, they were attacked by a huge guy with scissors monsters who wanted Gash’s demon mirror. They asked why they wanted it but they weren’t answered. Kiyomaro and Gash easily defeated them since well, Gash can make things magnetic so they reflected scissors’s attack back to scissors. Later on, Shion and her cat joined them again. Kiyomaro was wondering about that mirror as Shion asked to see it and then, a half-evil face shows that she wants it. Over the bridge, two more people are watching what had happened and noted Kiyomaro and Gash. There is a new ending song.

I’m getting really confused in GB. Looking back at my last post on this, I think I skipped on a chapter. ^^; Anyway, it is now the battle between one of the beltline and Ginji who turned into Raitei. It seemed to be part of Der Kaiser [Ban’s dad]’s plan. He is using Raitei as a sacrifice and well, plans to kill of his son. ^^;; It turned out that being getbackers somewhat means to be ‘sacrifices’ or something which Paul doesn’t agree with. Raitei is draining off the power of Mugenjou so Der Kaiser plans that with that, Mugenjou’s systems will crash as the power from Raitei is put into his own systems. In that way, he can re-write the history of Mugenjou in the Archives.

Makubex and Emishi is desperately trying to prevent that. They got help from Paul who had the m.o. disk, which was given by Teshimime, which actually contains a computer virus. I guess Teshimine had already anticipated this. So, Paul sent the virus to Makubex for him to use. Oh ya, Makubex was able to monitor all this stuff thanks to Sakura. I guess that is why she also joined the fight. Hehehe, good thinking Makubex. Anyway, as Der Kaiser is doing a countdown, Ban is thrashing all the guards as he is on his way to stop Raitei/Ginji.

So, things are really getting complicated here and I thought this arc is just about Himiko. Well, it is more interesting this way. ^_^

Star Ocean’s characters are starting to bore me. Fayt is still indecisive. Cliff is just following around him. Nel is well, being a bit bossy. Anyway, now, it is time to get some copper ore in the enemy cave. It will be use in a weapon against the invading country. I wonder if in the disc one, Fayt will be stuck in this planet while in disc two, will be saving his father back in outer space.

Well, I finally got that yearbook. Of course, I have the decency to text the girl to say thanks and sorry for bothering her. Her alibi for not texting back is that she is busy because of something. Let me say that it is easier to text than wait for instant noodles to cook. [Taken from SB!]. I am really amused over the exaggeration in my description that I can act like crying if I wanted to. I wish. =P

I forgot to mention about the layout yesterday. This is indirectly inspired by Unicorn’s chii hugs. ^_^ I saw the picture in boyis and thought of this theme. The original picture had white blobs on it that I had to edit part of the skirt and the legs. The sofa looked fake but then, I guess it is okay. ^^; I decided to put in some blues so that the layout won’t look too pinkish.

MMR has finally ended when what the heck was that. Okay, I do have that feeling that is what the writer would do. Shinji died so Ren had a face off with Odin. Shuiichi had a face off with Takeshi. It turned out that Shuiichi had died so Goro took his place but was defeated. Takeshi was then gunned down by policemen. Ren won the fight and he returned the rings to Eri and perhaps died, too. Yuri doesn’t like what her brother is doing so she decided that both of them stay in the mirror world and to happily draw monsters. Then, everything is back to normal as of course, everyone is alive. The end. I can now read that spoiler page on MMR since they have some special episodes on it. I’m curious over the girl raider. The replacement is Gatekeepers so now, I can focus on PoT and Magic Mi Lu Mi Lu.

Okay, I admit that I wasn’t able to watch MMR properly because I’m watching PoT more. How can I resist a chibi PoT episode – the baseball and cowboy part? The baseball is as the screencaps I had. They have a match. Seigaku is not doing well in catching the ball and they manage to get hits when it is their turn to pitch. They were waiting for Tezuka who ended up having sprained his shoulder. Then, Atobe came with mini-bombs as balls. It was a tie until the bombs exploded. The end was ‘and that is how the earth exploded’ Then, they are in astronaut suits still playing baseball.

The cowboy one started with Kaidoh and Momoshiro having a duel but missed each other. ^^; Then, Atobe came to the bar, bossing around. Then, came Fuji [girl outfit] who wanted to meet with her ah, lover? the duel specialist. Atobe captured her to lure the duel specialist. In came, Ryoma who couldn’t barely open the door since he was short. Hehehe They thought he was the duel specialist and the others wanted to have a duel with him. It turned out that Ryoma doesn’t know how to duel or was faking it. They learned that he wasn’t the one they are looking for. Then, Tezuka came as the duel specialist. He and Ryoma had a duel but Tezuka kept on dodging the bullets ala Matrix. It turned out that Tezuka, the duel specialist has no guns. ^^; Atobe is not happy about that and brought out a bomb. And so, it ends again with ‘and that is how the earth exploded’ with all of them in astronaut suits but this time still in cowboy mode.

It is a bit funny that the bosses in Star Ocean so far, turned out to be easier to defeat than the ordinary enemies scattered around. ^^; Or is it just me? ^^;; Fayt saw a look-alike of his friend then as usual, ended up saving her. Hopefully, I won’t see her anytime soon. The fox-kid Roger is somewhat amusing. I then remembered that in Star Ocean, when I recruit people there are chances that the others won’t be able to join anymore. It would have been better if there were more than three fighting at the same time. Only three are active while the rest, I think there are about six slots, which are at rest. It would be pretty hard to power all of them up unless, they also do even when not played just like in SH:C though not as much as the ones active.

Yesterday, we had a minor boo-boo. Sis and I went to the medical lab for my blood test. When we arrived there, it turned out that we forgot to bring money. I was thinking she had it while she was thinking I had it. ^^;; Anyway, since we frequent here, the lady took my blood anyway and said that we should bring the money later on. I think I’m getting forgetful since when asked what to test, I remembered the rest but forgot the most important one which checks the kidneys. ^^;;; The wonders of having a cellphone. ^_^ The results are not yet out yesterday so we would pick it up today.

Then, something irritating happened. Last Saturday, a high school batchmate texted me that the yearbook is out and to contact this girl for she knows who to get it. I managed to do that only on Monday since I was out during the weekend. I texted her who I am and asked about the yearbook. She volunteered to get it for me and will text me the next day. It was already Thursday and still no news about it so I decided to follow it up. She texted back – Who you? *popped vein* Geez, no wonder she didn’t bother replying before and I’m waiting for nothing.

I kept calm saying maybe she didn’t remember my number or something so I texted back who I am and if she is who I think she is. Anyway, she never answered back. I felt like a fool kept on checking if it is the right number but I couldn’t be wrong since I just replied back to her original text to make sure I won’t make a mistake with the number. I still saved what she texted me for evidence. ^^;; Anyway, I texted to that girl who told me to call this girl and I was just told that she will call the girl and she will call me either tonight or the next. It is already the next and honestly, I’m not hoping too much.

Also, I find it really weird as to why only a few knows where to get the dang yearbook. I guess I can say I’m still lucky for someone to tell me about it. I had asked this other batchmate and he doesn’t know about it. Really weird when there is a batch mailing list so why doesn’t they [the ones in charge] ever bother to tell everyone about it or it is still a hush-hush thing. I even subscribed to ml just to know where to get it but then, I don’t want to bring the subject up since I was one of those who would rather want a refund than a yearbook.

Just got a phone call, it was from the batchmate telling me that the other girl did got the yearbook. She works near the medical lab so I just asked the worker to get it after getting the results. I really wonder what’s the problem of that other girl. She could just have texted me directly than has to go back to this other girl. I did noticed that the batchmate was laughing sheepishly or is it just me? Anyway, who cares. *shrugs* It ruined my day that was yesterday.

The other day after browsing the Chinese forum again, I noticed this post, SB! fans, Sorry. I wondered what it was about so I checked it. I c&p the post and had it translated in babelfish. It turned out to be bad news. Some person has reprinted their chapter 61 scans and removed all of their credits. Of course, they are really pissed off and I think they will stop scanlating or something. Of course, most of the fans including me are sad and angry about it. The latter posts, I’m not sure, if they would still continue or until the one at fault was being punished or told to stop what he/she is doing. There was this timeline. It was either that or they would delay the scanlations. They had mentioned that someone already did it to FB so I guess that is why their scans for it are super delayed. Anyway, I guess I’ll just have to wait and see.

Then, yesterday, I found new OP scans but then, the English translators aren’t translating anymore. They had found people using their scripts for scanlations, which they had requested not to be used. So, they are also delaying their translations. I guess there are really a lot of people who can’t follow instructions out there. It reminded me of FB ml before when they are told not to post the scanlations elsewhere or distribute illegally. Some people still did and as usual, the rest of the fans suffer. Anyway, what happened in OP, CP9 came then talked with Franky. Franky not happy about what supposedly happened to Iceberg but he was no match for Lucci. They managed to break a part of the wall, which revealed to be Tom’s workplace before. In the picture was Tom who was a merman, with the frog which likes to hit the train, Kokoro, probably his wife and his two apprentice, Iceberg and Franky who are like Zoro and Sanji, they hate each other’s guts. ^^;

A new development in MMR. They just killed off the main character. ^^;; Okay, I still don’t really believe it since it has happened to Takeshi and Shuiichi, they are still alive. But then, with that crying scene and stuff with Ren, maybe he is dead. ^^; Anyway, it is now duel of twos – one is Odin and Ren while the other is Takeshi and Shuiichi. Oh ya, it turned out that Yui is from the mirror world so Shiro is doing this so that she can still live in the real world.

Today is the second anniversary of this site! As usual, I would like to thank all the people who had visited and kept on visiting my site even though about 90% or more have just wandered here, courtesy of google and those other search engines. So, I would like to thank them for the people they had sent to my blog even though most of them didn’t find what they are looking for here. Hehehe...

Kat: Because of not-so-good economic situation, I have decided not to have a party this year.

Kat: *looks at him* . . . . what are you doing here?

Kat: But I didn’t invite anybody and well, you guys just invited yourselves.

Ban: Ahem..this comes only once a year and we deliberately starved ourselves just for today and you have no party? How could you?!

Kat: Ah..who told you to do that?

Kat: But I don’t have money to buy food for a party...

Ban: *evil glint in the eyes* No problem. Just leave it to us, Getbackers, to get back the party for this blog’s anniversary. Since we are in a party mood, we would just accept the food as payment for our services.
