[I just figured out why my computer is going wonky around New Year. It is because of a dang virus and the anti-virus can’t remove it thoroughly that every time I reboot, it shows up and now, it scandisk my hard drive even when I had turned it off properly. It is the third time already every reboot. The technician says I might have to reformat or buy a new hard disk since it might crash. Someone will come see it on Friday. If it scandisk again when I reboot or virus came up again, I might not use the computer until then so that there won’t be a larger damage. Edit: The same thing happened so this might be my last entry for the week or till Friday/Saturday when it is fixed.]

First page is says Ageha, 17, had her first boyfriend. While walking, holding hands, Ageha kept on blushing as Yukari is a bit irritated. He then asks why Ageha is walking far from him. She is surprised that she unconscious did that. She thought that she still can’t believed what happened and she had her first kiss. She then shouts that it is because she is shy. Yukari says if that is so, then he can’t do anything about that. Yukari then goes close to her and asks what is she shy about. Ageha gets embarrassed she says something about Yukari is mistaken regarding her job[?]. Yukari says that she is changing the topic. As Yukari goes lovey-dovey that made Ageha wonder who is this guy. Ageha asks what made him change and Yukari says that it is her. He says that before no matter what he did, he can’t commit.

She asks if he is afraid. He says that before, he is because of an incident before [regarding his mom] and he was afraid that it will happen again for he is afraid of rejection. He says that he becomes uneasy when Ageha could be a couple with Ryuu so he even chased after her there. Ageha blushes. Yukari continues that is why he seems a bit forceful when he called her down and he feels a bit light after telling her how he feels for her. He thanks her that because of her, he had changed his mind about things. Ageha blushes and says that she didn’t do anything. Yukari says that her being as is, is fine. At his car, Ageha tells her to take care on his way back. She blushes and says that it seems to be like a short date. Yukari says it is okay to do things slowly then he asks Ageha for her hand. He then kisses her hand bids her goodbye. After he left, Ageha’s legs became weak as she sits on the ground thinking it is like a prince – kissing her hand. She then looks at the hand he kissed and smiles.

At VBR, Yukari says he is home when he was surprised to see Mitsuya offering him a bowl of red bean rice as congratulations. Yukari asks what is that about as he holds the bowl of rice. Mitsuya smiles and says you don’t have to tell me what happen...come on, why don’t he tell brother [Mitsuya is joking that he is Yukari’s bro] what happened. Yukari angrily says that he is contradicting himself. Mitsuya then happily says that Yukari’s spring has finally arrived even though it took such a long time but it is the same as cooking/making red bean rice. Yukari then grumpily eats the rice and says is he having fun. Mitsuya denies it as he laughs. Yukari says is he being negative. Mitsuya then asks asks so what happened in the end. Yukari embarrassed, thanks him for wishing him luck. Mitsuya is happy about that. Yukari apologizes for making him [Mitsuya] worry about him. Mitsuya smiles and says it is nothing but he can’t wait to see Ageha. Yukari groans as he thought Mitsuya must be thinking of teasing him but wait, he is already teasing me all this while as if this is all fun.

Meanwhile, Ageha goes to call Mamoru to report to her what happened and apologizes for the trouble. Mamoru says it is okay and if she is happy. Ageha says she is. Ageha wants to asks about Ryuu but decided that it isn’t appropriate to ask Mamoru about it now. Mamoru must have sensed it that she told Ageha to take her time to tell her. After they hung up, Mamoru goes to Ryuu’s room. Ryuu is sitting on his desk, thinking. Mamoru says that it seems that Ageha is serious [in love/about the relationship]. Ryuu smiles and says sis, I let her go, I’m the bad one. Mamoru side glances and says, I know. The atmosphere is all dark as they are emitting dark aura. Mamoru then smiles and says, so now, it is just the two of us. Ryuu says, sis. Then, there are flowers at the background. They both started giggling, hehehehe..then at VBR, Yukari started shouting that he is getting that feeling again that he can’t describe. Mitsuya asks what does it feel. Yukari says that it isn’t like before ‘I will curse you’ but now it is ‘You will be cursed’ that that he will be ‘controlled’ by him [something like you will be on my hand so I guess like being controlled]. After what he said sinks in, Yukari freaks out, shouting NOO!! as Mitsuya tries to calm him down. A note saying that this is a way of congratulating Yukari – probably by Ryuu or both the siblings.

On Saturday, Ageha came to VBR and told Tsuyu about it when they met outside. Tsuyu congratulates Ageha and she will congrats Yukari in her heart. Ageha asks why in her heart. Tsuyu says that it is because Mitsuya would be teasing/laughing at Yukari. Ageha says is that so and that she will now encourage Tsuyu to do her best with Mitsuya. Tsuyu says she will though she looks a bit gloomy. Ageha wonders what kind of face she will show to Yukari now that they are going to meet after that night. The two then just stands on the door thinking when to their surprise, Mitsuya is behind them. Mitsuya starts to tease Tsuyu if she is going to open the door or she wants him to do it. Mitsuya then says to Ageha, it is good [everything turned out fine]. Ageha thanks him. He then tells her that Ageha will be happy today. Ageha wonders what he means. When they enter the shop, Ageha was surprise to see Yukari all dressed up in a dress – gothic style. Yukari greets her as Ageha wonders why is he dressed up like that – like a black prince.

Mitsuya must be having lots of fun as he teases Yukari for taking so long to realize that Ageha also likes him. It seems that Ryuu has deliberately let go of Ageha and I do wonder if it was since from the time he confessed so that Yukari will be forced to confess and not make Ageha uneasy anymore. I don’t think her relationship with Ryuu has changed though as evident later on and this will be Ryuu’s last appearance until chapter 54. And so, because of Ageha, Yukari becomes more ‘true’ to himself as he goes lovey-dovey/sweet to Ageha whereas before he is stopping himself from fear of rejection. So much for thinking what expression should she have upon meeting him again, she ended up in surprise at Yukari’s get-up. ^^;

Ageha is walking while talking to someone on the mobile phone. She apologizes for always calling and that she will go there. Meanwhile, Yukari’s car is parked outside of Ageha’s house, as Yukari is waiting for her. Inside the car, Yukari thought that he must have really hurt Ageha for her mother says that she isn’t home yet. He wonders where could she have went. He wants to call her to find out but decides not to for it is better to apologize face to face so that she can know his true feelings. He stubbornly thinks that he shouldn’t call as hopes that Ageha come home soon. At VBR, Mitsuya is wondering if he should do something and how would Yukari confess. He thinks that Yukari has already went to Ageha to see her and that saying it on the phone doesn’t have meaning to it so he won’t call Ageha. A note says Mitsuya is right. Mitsuya then decide to call Ageha. Ageha then picks up her mobile phone. Mitsuya says that it is him, is she free to talk. Ageha says that she is. He asks her if something had happened between her and Yukari for it had made him a bit worried about it, can she tell him about it. I’m guessing that Ageha did tell him as Mitsuya started to explain about Yukari’s behavior. Mitsuya tells her that Yukari is the type who has a bit of problem when expressing his feelings/awkward in relationships that at times, he can’t show his true feelings. Mitsuya asks if she knew about Yukari’s mother.

Ageha says something about not fulfilling a promise/’date to meet’. Mitsuya says that is it, [the scan is blurred here so I have to make a guess ^^; ] because he felt very rejected? and it is still the same until now that he is scared of waiting and making other people wait, be betrayed and to betray. Ageha is a bit surprised by this as Mitsuya continues that Yukari decided not to become like that so that he is trying to change his ways as he deal with clients [I think like improve his view on people while dealing with his customers] so that he won’t be disappointed nor will others be disappointed and that is why he tend to be too conscious in dealing with people. Mitsuya says that is the kind of awkward person Yukari is that regarding what he did to Ageha, he realize his mistake only after some time like a stupid idiot. Ageha laughs as she says that if Yukari hears that, Mitsuya will be angry. Mitsuya then says, the Yukari that she likes is weak/sensitive, awkward, gentle and talented person. Ageha smiles and thanks Mitsuya as what he told her made her want to cry. Mitsuya laughs and says if that is so, then Yukari will really scold him to death. Mitsuya then uses this opportunity to ask where Ageha is. Ageha then says that she is at Mamoru’s house as she looks at Mamoru, whom she told what just happened. This freaks Mitsuya out.

Yukari’s mobile phone is ringing and it was Mitsuya shouting in panic that things aren’t good, great catastrophe, etc. Yukari says that he can’t understand him. Mitsuya then asks if he can guess where Ageha is. Yukari says that he doesn’t know since she isn’t home yet. Mitsuya tells him that she is in Mamoru’s house. Yukari freaks out as he thought of the Ryuu – enemy base. He then looks determined and asks a favor from Mitsuya. At the siblings house, Ryuu noticed a pair of boots near the door. He went to Mamoru’s room to ask if Ageha is there. Note says that he just arrived from piano lesson. Mamoru peeks out of the door saying that he can’t enter the barrier and it can’t be opened. Ryuu says that she just opened it and don’t say such things but he wants to know why Ageha is at their house when she is suppose to be working on that day. Mamoru says that he guessed right but then, even if it is Ryuu, he can’t go in and he should calm down a bit. Mamoru then closed the door as Ryuu is in a foul mood for being left outside. Ageha then asks if Ryuu is okay. Mamoru smiles and says that she shouldn’t worry about Ryuu. Ageha says that she has a lot of things that she knows and doesn’t know but it seems that she still likes...

Just then, her mobile phone rings. It is a text/sms from Yukari, saying look outside the window. She looks out and saw Yukari waiting for her at the gate of Mamoru’s house. Yukari then calls out to her to come down. Ryuu then heard the door opens as Mamoru opens the door. Mamoru smiles and tells Ageha to tell her what happened later on. Ageha goes downstairs and met with Ryuu. Ryuu asks if she is going. She then says that with Ryuu, she is at ease and happy, but that is because they are childhood friends. She then says sorry as she runs off and puts her boots on. She thought her heart is beating fast for someone who made her cry and yet makes her happy. She then goes out to Yukari. She was surprised that Yukari then holds her hand. Yukari then apologized for what happened as Ageha says it is okay. Ageha asks if that is all he has to say that he even went to find her. Yukari says that is right. Ageha blushes and is happy about that. Ageha then asks how did he knew Mamoru’s house. He then says that he asks Mitsuya to ask Shizuya where Mamoru’s house is. He runs while on the phone, as Mitsuya gives him the direction there. He left his car at Ageha’s place. Ageha says wow, good work [more like a phrase to say work done well after doing some hard work like finishing a chore]. Yukari then says that he has something to tell her.

At a playground, they are sitting on the swings, opposite of each other. Yukari asks if Mitsuya called her. Ageha says yes. Yukari mutters about Mitsuya must be laughing at him as Ageha wonders if he is jealous. Yukari then says he is that kind of person, even if he is this kind of person, will you please don’t leave me. Ageha blushed and was a bit surprised as she realize what Yukari is saying – he is confessing his love for her. Yukari then describes the kind of person he is – makes mistakes, very focused when working/workaholic, made you cry and doesn’t have much positive points. Yukari then smiles at her and says but still, I likes you, I don’t want to leave you, be by my side. Ageha puts her hands on her mouth from surprise and happiness that she started crying. She then says that she likes this kind of Yukari. Yukari smiles then hugs her and says that it seems that they will be walking the same path. Yukari kisses her cheek then gives her a kiss on the lips as he thought, this time, I will not leave you.

Haha, finally, Yukari confessed his feeling after it took some time to realize that Ageha also likes him and it is a bit of thanks to Ryuu for giving them that extra ‘push’. ^_^ I do feel sorry for him when Ageha left him like that but then, it just goes to show how important Yukari is than Ryuu – lover-wise. It is a good thing that the author didn’t prolong it any longer like make more of the ‘misunderstandings’ and just went ahead to the confession. I do wonder if Yukari actually decided on the place to do it like isn’t it a bit romantic to confess in a playground that later on, when they pass by it, they would remember what happened there. ^_^

Nana [Chapter 65]

Narration by Hachi: Wishes for New Year for 2002 – to have a healthy baby, to have a strong and happy family, I don’t wait/hesitate for things to happen [I think she is referring to what happened -- knowing about Nana’s mother and not telling Nana immediately about it] and not to be fat again except for my face. Yasu and Shin opens the door and to their surprise, Hachi, wearing a kimono, happily greets them a Happy New Year. Mai smiles while holding a camera and Nana sweatdrops as she seems to be holding a camera, too. She looks at them smiling, thinking/saying, cute isn’t it, really cute, right?, tell me I’m cute. Shin then glomps her as he shouts that it is very cute as he is thinking of a kimono clad doll. Yasu comments that it suits Hachi. Nana asks is it really okay for a pregnant woman to wear that. Hachi defensively says that Touko told her it is okay. Shin asks who is Touko. In came, Miu, also wearing a kimono, carrying some bento boxes. Miu then says that people of any condition/being pregnant can wear a kimono as long as the slash/obi isn’t tightened. Miu settles down the boxes on the table as Shin exclaims that Miu is cool. Yasu comments that is why Miu wanted to go there earlier – to help Hachi dress up. Hachi says that she really doesn’t feel uncomfortable with the kimono, isn’t that great [ meaning Miu is good at doing it]. Mai says that it seems that Miu seems to be a kimono teacher/one who helps people dress in kimono and Miu is really amazing.

Hachi says that she also wants to learn how to dress up in a kimono among other things that she wants to learn like yoga, etc. Miu says that she can teach her that when she is free. Hachi is happy about that. Nana then says that it seems that from the first time they met, Hachi and Miu are ‘warm/close’ with each other. Yasu says, is that so, that’s amazing. Hachi happily says that it is because she [Miu] is Yasu’s girlfriend so she must be a good person. Miu comments that it isn’t the first time they met. Hachi looks surprised as she looks at Miu and thought, so it is at that time for she thought that Miu looks familiar. It was when Hachi went to the party, iirc, Reira’s birthday, and Miu snubs Hachi. Miu then apologizes to Hachi, saying that it is because she is a bit uneasy at that time. Hachi says it is okay as Shin wonders when it happened and Yasu wonders what did Miu did. Miu smiles and says that even if she isn’t a good person, they are not introduced. Hachi then laughs.

Hachi narrates, it is January 1, at dawn after their work, they came to have lunch/play but at night, they have work again. I can’t say if it is a good thing that Nobu wasn’t able to come for I doesn’t know how to react to him so it made me a bit relieved. Then, a picture of Nobu sleeping with Yuri/Asami. They greeted the New Year by sleeping through it. Back at Nana’s place, Shin happily says it is delicious. A note says that he just ate ozouni [fish and vegetable soup with rice cakes in it, traditional New Year food]. Nana comments that Shin only eats the food that Hachi made. Hachi asks, only? Yasu says that Shin haven’t been eating for the past few days. Miu says that just when he is growing up. Mai, while serving some drinks/sake, adds that after the new year when the doctor clinics are open, he should see a doctor. Hachi then becomes worried and asks if there is something wrong with Shin’s health. Shin says that it is alright for he is deliberately not eating. Hachi loudly asks why, is he on a diet, he shouldn’t for he is thin already. Shin calmly says that he doesn’t want to grow up. Shin’s answer surprised Hachi while the others sweatdrops, Mai embarrassed.

January 4 – because Junko has came back, Hachi went to see her. There is a small basket of vegetables on the table. I remember that Junko/her family has a small farm at her hometown. Hachi has told Junko about Shin’s eating problem. Junko is also surprised and exclaims, he doesn’t want to grow up, just like Peter Pan. Hachi says that she also thought that and so she wanted to talk about it and she thinks it would be best if Takumi is more suitable person to talk to Shin. Hachi then complains that it seems Takumi’s work is more important than his wife and he seems to be on different places that even if she wants to ask about it, she didn’t so she doesn’t even though if Takumi is okay [not sick] or not. Kyosuke then says that people sometimes don’t like others to be too nosy. Junko then says that men always have something wherein they are immature. Kyosuke sweatdrops at what she said. Hachi says that it doesn’t seem that Kyosuke is that kind of person. Junko complains that if he isn’t in front of Hachi, he kept on working and she had told him many times already. [I don’t get that maybe it is because Kyosuke just kept on talking about work with Junko] Kyosuke tells Junko to talk about that when he is not there. Hachi then comments that it seems that different family have different marital problems. Junko and Kyosuke tells her that they aren’t married. Hachi then happily says it is a good thing that it isn’t her family/ that isn’t happening to her family. [Something like she is better off without that problem]. Hachi then narrates that she doesn’t really care much about Takumi for she is really worried about Shin. Could it be because of Reira, that he doesn’t want to grow up but then, why should it be the opposite [meaning shouldn’t Shin want to grow up fast so that he can be with Reira], could I be worrying too much.

In London, Reira is sick on bed as she just wakes up and greets Ren good morning. Ren mildly smiles at her and asks how is she feeling. Reira says that she is feeling much better and she isn’t coughing anymore. The girl manager says that even so, Reira still has a fever. Reira apologizes for causing trouble. Ren tells her that a sick person shouldn’t be worrying about work. Reira tries to protest as Ren tells her that she will be well soon enough. Reira looks a bit worried and asks Ren, is Takumi angry. This somewhat surprised Ren. At the dining hall, Takumi is drinking coffee while reading the newspaper and Naoki who is sitting with him, notices Ren coming to them. Naoki greets Ren but Ren just calls out to Takumi asking why haven’t he visited Reira even once, isn’t he worried about her. Takumi says that it is just a cold so it isn’t a big deal. Ren asks him to go tell Reira not to worry about work and to comfort her. Naoki adds that Takumi should for in the end, Reira wasn’t able to go to Sweden and it is a bit sad though he would want to exchange with her [he wants to go to Sweden instead?] Ren then angrily grabs Naoki telling him not to be nosy and he should shut up. Naoki apologizes. Takumi asks what is that about – just because Reira is being talked about, Ren gets all hot blooded/worked up. Ren looks at Takumi as Takumi adds that even if they are abroad, they shouldn’t go out together for who knows who would see and misunderstood it.

Ren calms down and looks downcast as he says that Reira is seriously reflecting and that he felt that he should do something but in the end, he can’t do anything. Takumi angrily shouts Ren to change the way he is thinking, is his [Ren] brain melting. Naoki tries to calm Takumi down. Ren continues to say that it isn’t Reira’s fault. Ren then angrily looks at Takumi asking him why Takumi always becomes cold when it comes to Reira. Takumi looks surprised. Naoki then tells Ren that Takumi is like that to everyone. Ren answers Naoki that he knows that Takumi doesn’t do it with ill intent but Takumi is deliberately doing it to Reira, he is surely doing it deliberately. Takumi sighs and says, okay, I know already, so noisy. Takumi tells Ren that he will go check on Reira and that would be fine, right, you still really like Reira. Naoki looks a bit surprised as Takumi left and when he looks at Ren, Ren is smiling. When Takumi came into Reira’s room, he is irritated that Reira is sleeping again. As Takumi removes the wet towel on Reira’s forehead, he tells the girl manager to rest up as they exchange position – Takumi will look after Reira. The girl asks what would his work. Takumi touches Reira’s forehead as he tells the girl that the schedule isn’t that tight so he can still do it. The girl is a bit speechless as Takumi is surprised that Reira’s forehead is hot. The girl then thanks him. After the girl left, Takumi is cooling the towel in a bowl of ice water and puts it back on Reira’s head. Reira still sleeping, touches the towel and went soundly to sleep. Takumi then smiles at her and notices her hand by the pillow near her head. Takumi then thought about what Ren said – Reira didn’t do anything, why are you --

Flashback: Young Reira is happily singing? in the snow while young Takumi is sitting behind her, looking downcast. She then turns around smiling and calls his name. Then, a scene –sunset/rise, the two are together near the bay, someone saying I love you. End of flashback. Reira then wakes up and to her surprise, Takumi is holding her hand as he has fallen asleep by her bed. Flashback: When Ren and Reira is at the park, Reira says that in the end, she still puts her being the singer of Trapnest to be more important than Shin. Even if she isn’t that skilled, but since it is her choice, so she won’t regret it. She feels that she is responsible for hurting Shin that is what is causing her pain so next time, Ren shouldn’t hug her. Ren looks at her as Reira says even if they are abroad, who knows who would see it and she isn’t that pitiful. Ren smiles and then says, but you.. Reira looks at him as Ren looks thoughtful and asks her does she from the very start wanted to be the most famous band singer. Reira looks surprised and says that she just wants to sing good songs and it doesn’t really matter if she is popular or not. Ren then tells her that no matter who Reira falls in love with, in the end, she can’t give up that position. Reira looks surprised as Ren looks at her and asks her, isn’t that position is to be beside Takumi. Ren is right as Reira can’t hardly look straight at Ren anymore. Reira denies it. Ren tells her that if she is really in love, she shouldn’t have cared no matter how painful it is to continue on loving. Ren adds that for him, even if Nana doesn’t become the girl I would have wanted her to be, if somehow, she will be with another guy, I still won’t change as to how I regard her for I want to be a nice/caring guy. Reira looks as if she is about to cry and a bit surprised. End of flashback. Reira looks at Takumi’s hand that is holding her hand and cries.

January 6 – there is a report that there is heavy snow downfall all over the country except for Tokyo that made Nana more disappointed than her [Hachi]. Shion [Yasu’s pretty girl friend] is standing in front of the Uehara residence. Someone from behind asks what is she doing at the gate of a someone else’s house. Shion turns around to see a guy a bit upset looking at her. It is the guy at the magazine store who likes Misato. Shion asks if he is a child of the Uehara household. The guy says he isn’t. Shion says that it seems the Uehara family haven’t been at the house since the start of the year, does he know where they are. The guy then says that he doesn’t know and angrily says which reporter are you from, please don’t bother them anymore, and it is all because of that strange report/news article that the family has become like this, think about other people, stupid. He quickly left as Shion looks downcast. At the laundry shop, surrounded by washing machines, Mai tells Yasu that her fear has come true for the newspaper had shown the Uehara residence and even written the surname so it is easily guessed so the damaging news article has caused a lot of grief. Yasu says that it would be okay if they had find a safe/good place to stay. Mai looks a bit sad and says that Meiko/Mai? can't compare with Misato for Misato would be the one worrying about Nana. Then, she says that Nana would be really surprised to know when she learns that the girl she met at the band show is actually her sister. At some restaurant called Zero In, Shion met with Misato’s friend, Chikage and this other girl, I’ll call her hat girl, who got them into the band party for Christmas. Shion tells them to keep this a secret from Nana and to tell the others to be alert and help out. Hat girl says no problem since if everyone knows it is for Nana, they will listen. Chikage says would it really influence Nana when she learns what happened to Misato/Misato became like that for she surely is a bit uneasy now.

January 9 – the release of Black Stones album called Black Spot – a title that Nana has thought of. It means like ‘the start of everything’. Hachi tells Nana that the selling of the album is really good and she is really happy about it. Nana tells her that it is because she [Hachi] bought three copies which are on the table. Nana adds that she already gave Hachi a copy. Hachi says that it is okay for she is going to give one to Touko/Miu, to a teacher of something which she is currently studying and will use the other one. Nana says but still she is using Trapnest money to buy them. Hachi is surprised and is a bit speechless as someone calls to Nana, probably Ren, as Nana asks why is he calling twice a day. There is a scene with the whole Trapnest group so Reira must be well by then. Hachi thought that Nana could still be angry at Takumi for what he did to Hachi and she also thought that it is because Nana is still thinking that Trapnest is her enemy. As Hachi looks at the album, she wonders what could be Nana be fighting against for she already has a good career and Ren is there for her, things that should satisfy her. January 13 – at a shrine clothes sale – selling kimonos, Miu asks could it be because Nana lacks self-confidence. This surprises Hachi as she says doesn’t Nana seem to be quite confident when she looks at Nana. Miu then shows Hachi a obi/slash and Hachi likes it, saying it is cute. Hachi narrates that since she wants to practice on wearing a kimono, Miu accompanies her to buy a set for she has told Miu that she wanted to learn how to wear one and she didn’t thought that Miu would really do so. Hachi then saw some cute pins. Miu says that she should buy three of them in order to use them. Miu then bargains with the seller saying that it is too expensive, how can people buy it. The seller sweatdrops and says, is that so. Hachi is amazed at Miu and thought, no wonder she is Yasu’s girlfriend.

Hat girl then calls Shion on the phone to tell her that they have found Misato’s brother who after taking a leave from work, has now went back to work at his company and he seems to be living with this girl though they are not yet very sure where it is. It seems that Chikage knows to know him and they will try to know where Misato is later that night. Shion then says that she will then go to Osaka. Hat girl tells her it is okay, she doesn’t have to and just leave it to her and could she just help her by sending money to send Chikage to her since she has more or less used up the money she has. Shion then remembers Chikage wondering what has happened to Misato. Shion says okay, she’ll leave it to them. [I think hat girl is saying that if Shion also went, it would be a bit awkward for an outsider/stranger to be asking those things]. At a room, with Yasu’s autograph framed on a wall, someone shouted, Okayama. Misato’s brother, who is sitting beside a girl, tells them that is where his father is. Chikage then asks, doesn’t want to be with your mother/doesn’t want her to stay there, too. Misato’s brother pauses as the girl looks at him and asks him if she should be the one to tell them. Misato’s brother then says, it is alright, I’m okay. Chikage notices this. Misato’s brother says that it is actually embarrassing but yes. He then says, while lighting up a cigarette, that they are at his aunt and uncle’s place and it is because there are a lot of reporters going to their house since he can’t just quit work, so he came back.

Chikage then asks where Misato is – is she at Okayama. He says that he tells Misato that it isn’t school vacation yet so she should go back to school but Misato won’t listen to him. Hat girl says it could be because everyone at school already knows about the news article. Chikage says that it is true. Misato’s brother said, even so, she shouldn’t just stop school. The girl beside him says it is alright as he is about to protest, the girl says it is for the best since no one will go and harass her. Misato’s brother exclaims, harass her, how could they do that to Misato, I don’t forgive them. The girl says that since Misato has such a brother/relative and friends who are concerned about her, it won’t be long when she want to go to school again. She looks at Chikage as Chikage looks downcast and says that Misato isn’t answering her phone calls. Misato’s brother explains that it is because Chikage is also Nana’s fan so Misato must be thinking Chikage is also bothered by it. Hat girl asks, bothered by it. Misato’s brother says that it is because Misato feels sorry for Nana that she couldn’t forgive her mother for it. Hat girl and Chikage is surprised. Hat girl then asks, isn’t his mother in Okayama, too. Misato’s brother tells them that his mother ran away. Hat girl and Chikage is stunned.

At some studio, Nana and the band are practicing. While they are resting, Nobu screams, Guam? Nana says yes, she is going to do a fresh, cool drink commercial there for three days. Nobu whines that it isn’t fair for he wants to go, too as Nana gleefully smiles, hehe. Shin teases her saying that he feels that Nana doesn’t suit being ‘cool fresh’ drink of Guam but needs to be more than that. Nana gets angry and tells those who laugh at the joke to go and stand outside. Gin then cries asking where is Yasu for he just made some coffee for him. Yasu is elsewhere in the studio, talking to Shion who is taking a bath. Shion tells him that two days before early in the morning outside of Search’s, someone wrote a paper ‘I’m sorry’ and they don’t know who is it from. Right now, the wife’s whereabouts is unknown but then, that is understandable. Yasu asks if they filed for a missing person. Shion tells him that she tried to do that but the police says there isn’t enough evidence/time missing so they can’t help her. Shion says that she will be going to Okayama in a few days to check things out herself and she will report to him what she learns. Yasu apologizes for the trouble. Shion says he shouldn’t be since it is her fault for letting Misato and Nana meet each other and she is now starting to get worried. Yasu smiles a bit and praises her for her good work and helping a friend out. Shion then tells him that for Yasu, she can save or even a kill a person for him so goodbye. Yasu smiles as he looks at the phone and sweatdrops.

January 14 – Hachi writes on a notebook what she did that day. In the morning she cooked some food –eggs, vegetable, noodles and at night, she cooked again – candied bean?, soup, fish. Tomorrow, Nana will be going to Guam. All alone, she will patiently wait for Nana to return. Speaking about that, she wonders when will Takumi think of her and then would call her. Even if it isn’t a big thing for her, wouldn’t the princess inside her get angry. Nana then asks what is she writing. This surprises Hachi as she quickly hugs the notebook and shouts why isn’t there a place in this house where she can safely write a diary. Irritated, Nana tells her if she really is conscious, why not write outside. Nana then says, so you write a diary, does she write her thoughts there. Hachi says that she has one so she knows what she is eating – not eat too much and she decided to start one on January 1st and she will write the things that she realize so it would be interesting if she will read it again next time. Nana says that it must be those ‘three minute things’ – meaning Hachi will get tired of it soon. Hachi defensively says it isn’t so for she has been doing it for two weeks already. Nana then asks have she seen her photograph charm? [somewhat like an amulet that is a picture, I guess] Hachi then searches for it as she exclaims why did Nana lost such a thing, stupid, stupid, stupid. Nana says not really for she had kept it but forgot where she put it already. At the bedroom, while Nana is on the bed with her guitar, Hachi shouts that she found it as she is searching at one of the drawers there. Nana exclaims, wow, you are good, Hachi [dog]. Nana then pats her head. Narration: with a picture of Agorad bar, [present time], I can’t seem to find the key that opens to Nana but now, she has the key [the picture of the bar whose symbol/logo is a key] in my hand, can I open the door?

Wow, that is a long one, this got to be one of the longest summary that I typed. ^^; [about 7 pages] I might make some mistakes in the details [can’t find the words on the dictionary] but more or less, I think I got the gist of what happened. First off, Shin, he seems to have a eating problem and I guess about not wanting to grow up, could it be because the girl with him before, forgot her name – the one who looks like Reira, says that he won’t be cute anymore. It does indirectly stems from being ‘dumped’ by Reira. I do wonder if Shin constant teasing of Nana is because he is somewhat jealous of Nana since she gets to spend more time with Hachi. Miu became fast friends with Hachi and it does seem that Miu is really talented. I do find Yasu to be the luckiest guy of them all to have all these beautiful women helping him out and well, those guys tend to like those who doesn’t like them back. ^^; I still don’t know how Yasu get to know Shion and why she does all those things for him – was she a former client that he helped? Well, it is because I just browsed over the earlier volumes ^^; So much for Ren-Reira for it turns out that Reira is still infatuated with Takumi and she is just feeling guilty for dumping Shin as if she chose her career over him. Regarding why Takumi acting cold to Reira, maybe it is so that she won’t get close to him but still, he cares for her. I’m still a bit confused with that child flashback, was it shown before. As I thought, Misato would hate her mother for what she did. But then, the mother is now missing. I do wonder how this is going to affect Nana. I think the one who wrote the note, ‘I’m sorry’ could be Nana’s mother. I can’t help think it is somewhat like a last goodbye. I also noticed the dates being mentioned – it is really like a countdown to something that is going to happen. ^^;; Would it happen when Nana is in Guam where she is all alone for I don’t think the others would be going with her? The last scene seem to show that the next chapter would be back to the present as they are going to look for Nana at that bar. Unfortunately, the author is taking a break for the next chapter will be released on March 26.

Kyouko stands up as she is also puzzled like Ren, as to why Reino quickly backs off. Reino still looks a bit startled and scared as he says to Ren, you..what kind of person are you, Tsuruga Ren, is that a fake name..because..you from before no matter how I look at it is like a foreign—- as Reino remembered light color haired/blond Ren from the scenes that flashed through his mind. Ren smiles and says that what Reino said is interesting for normally one won’t call it a fake name – Tsuruga Ren - but more of a screen name. Ren asks what about it, but now they shouldn’t be talking about him [Ren] but the thing here, Mr. Stalker. Ren glares at Reino as Reino is surprised and instinctively backs off a bit since he just remembered the glare of blond Ren on those scenes on his brain. Kyouko got a bit scared as her demon ‘anger antenna’ is going crazy over Ren that Kyouko has to hold on to it. Reino asks if Ren is going to hit him. Reino says that he must be joking for if the kind of person Ren is was to beat such a weak person as he is, who knows what kind of injuries he would get. Kyouko is looking at the two guys back and forth, depending on who is talking as she is still holding on her anger antenna demon who wanted to go to Ren. Ren tells him to relax, he isn’t going to hit anyone but he wants Reino to promise that he won’t go near this girl again. A pause and Reino promised Ren that he would [keep away from Kyouko].

Kyouko is surprised by it. Reino says that he doesn’t fear death but he just can’t bear pain. Kyouko is surprised as she thought that Reino is really someone from demon world that he fears being hurt than being dead since it isn’t the same as normal people. Kyouko then notices that Reino is looking at her. Ren is surprised to hear Reino calls Kyouko by name. Reino points [gun pointing hand position] to her and tells her ‘that’. Kyouko quickly holds corn tightly. Reino adds that she should throw it away for it is filled with the former owner’s ill thoughts and it could become a ‘dangerous weapon’ [The Chinese word is the weapon used to commit murder so somewhat like a bad luck charm, I guess.] Kyouko angrily shouted that he is being nosy and she won’t ever throw it away. She then throws at him her demon balls, shouting that he should go back to the demon world where he came from, you monster demon. Reino walks away evading the demon balls as he says that he isn’t called monster demon nor did he came from demon world. Reino glances back at the two again – Kyouko angry while Ren just stands there. He thinks, those two, the girl he saw holding the rock is obviously Kyouko and the owner of it -- even if they don’t look/seem the same [young blond Ren giving ‘corn’ to young Kyouko], I’m not mistaken, he is Tsuruga Ren. Reino is basing it on the glare of present Ren and the blond Ren he saw. Reino figures out that Kyouko doesn’t seem to know this and he wonders what could have happened between those two.

Kyouko then looks at Ren as the silence is a bit uncomfortable. Kyouko has already tied down her anger demon antenna who is still going wild over Ren. Kyouko thinks that it is bad that she is all alone with ‘not too happy’ Ren. Kyouko manages to break the silence as she thanks Ren for saving her. Ren, still angry, asks Kyouko what is that about. Kyouko is confused as she says, it is for helping her when she is fighting with that guy. Ren tells her about what that guy said, she has to throw what away. This surprised Kyouko as she fret about telling him that it is nothing, it is already finished/past, and thinking about it would just makes her angry so forget it. Ren looks at her and says so she and that guy [Reino] has a secret that she can’t tell him, it seems their relationship is quite good. Kyouko is speechless by what Ren said as the smile on her face vanishes. Ren says that he thought that guy is the stalker that he quickly intruded but he must be mistaken since he called you by your name. [Reino called her ‘Kyouko’ when in Japan, it means they are close if it is without the suffix –chan,-kun,-san. Ren turns around and starts to walk away as Kyouko chases him. Ren is thinking that even he haven’t/not allowed to called Kyouko just Kyouko as he remembers young Kyouko telling/teaching him that he should call her Kyouko-chan. [Hehehe, Ren is jealous]

Kyouko tells him that it isn’t like that for Reino called her by name on his own free will and what is that secret he [Ren] is saying, she doesn’t have any secrets with that guy. Kyouko explains that she didn’t tell Reino anything for it seems that guy has a super power that he manages to guess it. Ren doesn’t believe her as he says, what super power, for how could he believe that, saying nonsense. Kyouko insists that it is true then she remembers what Reino about the owner, the former owner, is already ‘finished’/’dead’, he himself had left this world. Kyouko then stops chasing after Ren. Ren is still talking, saying that he can also guess that about ‘Tsuruga Ren’ for one can use one’s real name or screen name and half of the people can guess that. Ren adds how could she let herself be fooled by some fortuneteller who randomly say all sorts of nonsense things, she is still easily lied to. Ren turns around to find Kyouko looks downcast where she stopped chasing after him. Ren goes back to her and is about to call her name when Kyouko says that he is right for half of the people can easily guess that there is a previous owner of the rock/corn. She tells him that that she doesn’t want to believe anything that Reino said but still, she can’t help to think, ‘what if it is true’ for she is just a ‘used’ cleaning rag thrown away by some stupid guy [Shou] and she would rather die than be a cleaning rag of a more stupid guy [Reino]. Ren soften his stance as he tries to tell her not to describe herself that way – as a cleaning rag.

Kyouko then says she doesn’t believe what Reino said about Corn has ‘left this world’. This surprised Ren and asks..what. Kyouko is a bit surprised by his reaction that she continues to tell him that it is what that guy [Reino] said. Since he was young, Corn has a lot of hurt and painful memories and it can’t be compared to the ones she had when she is still young. Also, Corn’s feelings isn’t the same as a child of an ordinary family. This surprised Ren [though he doesn’t show any facial emotion] and he remembers Reino asking about his name being fake. Ren got a bit tense and wonders what was it about that guy [Reino]. Kyouko continues that she doesn’t want to keep such things hidden but she felt that if she say it, it would seem that it is a fact and she is afraid. Kyouko started to cry, shocking Ren who doesn’t know what to do. Kyouko crying ala waterfalls, shouts out loud, what now, what if Corn is really not here anymore/dead. This surprises Ren even more as he tries to comfort her but he can’t tell her that he is Corn so he wonders what he should do. Ren just says that is enough for didn’t Kyouko not believe what that guy says and she did say that.

Kyouko still cries as she says it is because that guy says Corn can’t fly by himself. Ren then looked a bit sad. Kyouko thinks to herself that Corn has that sad expression on his face and that behind that expression, there would be many more sad things even so, she didn’t realize it then...Kyouko then says out loud that Corn always listens to her and she should have listen to what is making Corn sad/hurt. Kyouko then whimpers as she apologizes to Corn. Ren then reaches out his hand and Kyouko looks surprised. Ren says, it is alright, Corn should still be living, isn’t he a fairy prince for royal people shouldn’t die easily. Kyouko stops crying and looks at him. Ren then says, no, it is because he is a fairy, not a person so he shouldn’t be in this world anymore..see, what that person [Reino] said is a lie. Kyouko nods as Ren is hugging her and tells her that it is alright, Corn is sure to have an adult now. Kyouko nods. Ren says that he has now grown long wings. Kyouko nods. Ren adds that up the sky above, he can fly there. Kyouko looks comforted by that thought as she nods again.

Somewhere else, there is loud ringtone of a Buddhist chant complete with the hitting of the small gong thing [like what a monk does in prayer for the dead/exorcism] Everyone is surprised that it is V.G. Reino’s ringtone. Reino answered his phone and it is Miroku. Miroku informs him that their president has called and they will be going elsewhere to do the record – it will be in New York. Reino complains that it is bothersome for it is faraway. Miroku laughs and says that is what he expected Reino to say for others would say, how nice, daring to spend large amount of money. It seems the guitarist and keyboardist said that. Reino says that it is because ‘Woodstick’ studio [the one Shou uses] has stopped dealing with them and that their president doesn’t like to lose. Miroku adds that the president wants them to be the ones to defeat Shou. Reino then says that he would then wish them to do their best and until he has something to do, he would just rest for a while. Miroku asks what is the matter for he doesn’t seem to be energetic, what happened. Reino is frowning and says that he went at the back of the hotel, casually picking apples when a lion with a big mane and large fangs, jumps in. Miroku says, a lion, huh, that seems dangerous, are you hurt.

Reino then presses the elevator button as he tells Miroku that he is alright for the lion just showed his fangs but didn’t attack him. Miroku says ah, so there is a non-attacking/peace-loving lion and from the looks of it, the lion sounds weak. Reino answers that it isn’t a peace-loving lion, it is such a wild type that he [Reino] thinks that it would be better to keep it inside a cage and he [Reino] is really tired. A short pause and Miroku asks did Reino peek into another person’s past. Just then the elevator arrives and Reino goes in. Reino says that he isn’t peeking for the memories just went surging into him. Reino adds that it doesn’t seem to suit one as young as his [Ren] age = to be so violent/wild at that age and for those memories to come surging all of a sudden, he [Ren] is such a troublesome person. Miroku says that it is amazing and he finds that person [Ren] interesting, is it like a living hell. Reino pushes the close door button and tells Miroku that he doesn’t know the details and if they meet again, if he wants, he can look into it but he doesn’t want to see that person [Ren] again and regarding his [Ren] past, he doesn’t want to see it either. The elevator door closes and that ends this chapter.

Well, it is a bit obvious that Reino is no match for Ren since if Reino is just someone from demon world, Ren is demon king. =P Thanks to Ren, Reino will be staying away from Kyouko. I actually thought that Reino would want to get back at Ren but I guess the fear of being hurt, more than what Shou did to him, is much greater that Reino doesn’t want to do anything with Ren. Also, peeking into another person’s past seems to be tiring for Reino. I do wonder who their boss is for that person really wants to destroy Shou, aside from Kyouko, who else could Shou offended. Before I thought it is one of the VG people, say Reino but it turned out that it is someone else, their boss. It is interesting that his group will be going to New York. Will Reino learn more of Ren’s past while he is there for there is a possibility that Ren was from that place. Oh ya, I’m highly amused at how Reino describes the situation he got in. The guy is really ‘different’ and interesting. Back to the couple, Ren’s jealousy almost made him become mean to Kyouko but then, he can’t really handle Kyouko being sad or crying. I guess he soften up when Kyouko is keeping what Reino said to ‘protect Corn’s memories’ and to ensure to herself that Corn is okay especially when she is regretful that she didn’t help Corn by knowing more what cause Corn to be sad. Instead of thinking, Ren just use his instinct to comfort her. I do wonder how would Kyouko react later on about the hug. Would she freak out that she let her guard down and why she let herself be hugged or why didn’t she react adversely to it? I do how Kyouko would react also regarding what Ren said now when she learns he is actually Corn. Hehehe

[Starting this chapter up to 49, the summaries might be a bit inaccurate and less detailed because I have to depend on simplified Chinese scans. ]

Ageha remembers Ryuu telling her that he liked her ever since before and thinks that this is Ryuu whom she has known since kindergarten, her childhood friend has confessed to her. She is so confused by it that she calls Mamoru for she needs to report it. Ageha tries to say that Ryuu..Ryuu..he..that..me..me. Mamoru then says is it that Ryuu has finally said it as she thought spring has arrived. Ageha freaks out that Mamoru knew. Mamoru says yes and it seems that only Ageha didn’t notice it. She tells her that there are a lot of things happening to Ageha and that she must not be pressured to answer Ryuu. Ageha says that Ryuu has also tell him that and that she won’t be like that but still. Mamoru says that if anything else happens, Ageha can just call her. Ageha thanks her and apologizes for always calling her. Mamoru says that it is okay. After they hang up, Mamoru hears Ryuu has just arrived. She waves for him to come as Ryuu is somewhat nervous. She then congratulates her brother for confessing. She teases Ryuu a bit saying that it is quite fast. Ryuu says that it is because he was pressured. Mamoru tells him that it took Ageha by surprise. Ryuu says that he has guessed so more or less. Mamoru smiles and says that Ageha is so cute. Ryuu thinks knowing Ageha is like that, being with her, would it be okay. [I think Ryuu is saying how could Ageha have a friend like her sis when Ageha is panicking over it, Mamoru thinks it is cute.] Mamoru asks what does Ryuu plans to do next. Ryuu says of course, to advance things/’attack’. And January came, Ageha welcomed it by over thinking over things to the point that she got a cold that she spend most of the day on bed. Her sister was the one taking care about her.

It is already the third day of school as Ageha is worrying about going to work on that day as she wonders how is she going to face Yukari and Yukari has definitely heard Ryuu’s confession on the phone. She wonders what is he thinking since she haven’t called him since then nor did he called her, is it because she is sick and she didn’t even get a New year greeting on text/sms. There is note saying that she doesn’t know that Yukari has been really busy during that time. After class, someone told her that her friend is waiting in front of the gate. Ageha asks if it is Mamoru. The answer is that it is her brother. She was surprised that Ryuu was waiting for her and asks what is the matter. Ryuu says that he is just waiting for her and waiting in front of an all-girls school needs courage. Ageha says that he is indeed brave to do that and she gets flustered as it doesn’t seem the right thing to say. Ryuu says that he is just going to walk her home. Ageha is overly self-conscious for why else would he be there but to walk her home. Ageha glances at Ryuu then looks away but she easily freaks out when Ryuu calls her name. Ryuu playfully hits her head for doing that and emotes/acts if she is avoiding him as he gloomily looks away covering his mouth as if he is hurt by the way she is acting. Ageha freaks out saying that she isn’t avoiding him. Ryuu then laughs at her as Ageha is angry that he is teasing her.

Ryuu apologizes for it seems it was troublesome for him to wait for her in front of her school’s gate. Ageha gets embarrassed as says that it isn’t because of that. She then embarrassed while moving her arm up and down says that it is because she learns the feelings of her cute Ryuu who has fallen in love with a girl and it is giving her as if it is the ‘wrong hand?’/uneasy? feeling. Ryuu laughs and says that Ageha really can’t lie. Ageha then playfully hits him on the shoulder as she thought Ryuu is still himself. [He is still his playful self] Ryuu then tells her that there are many guys who likes her. Ageha asks if he is joking. Ryuu says it is true but then, she doesn’t notice it as if she is all alone and it is all thanks to his sister who screens away the idiots. Ageha is surprised then puzzled as she doesn’t know what he is talking about. Ryuu thought that it is because of his sister’s kekkai/barrier. A small picture of young Mamoru telling others that she won’t let ‘attackers’ get close to Ageha. He then tells her that even if he had confessed, things shouldn’t change even if he isn’t like Yukari whom she likes, he hopes that one day she will be relax being with him and later on be more comfortable with him. He asks her if she can see him as a man and he will wait for her until that day comes. Ageha then blushes.Then Ryuu says that his patience is as hard as his chest. Ageha playfully pats him on the arm, saying really Ryuu, this isn’t the time to be joking. Ryuu says that he is being honest as he smiles. Ageha says really. Ageha then smiles and thanks Ryuu.

At VBR, Ageha looks distress as well as Yukari. She thinks that this problem isn’t solved yet. She then greets him a happy new year. Yukari just says ah [sound to say same to you]. Ageha looks at him nervously as Yukari then thinks and asks if her cold is better now. Ageha says she is okay, no problem. She then is happy that Yukari is worried about her. Yukari then asks about what he heard on the phone. Ageha freezes and asks if he heard it. Yukari says that he did, very clearly. Ageha freaks out [pukes blood – fave expression of the author] He then asks what about it as Ageha wonders why is he bothered/concern about it. Yukari is thinking how should he say it, don’t take notice of that Ryuu person, be my girlfriend instead but then, he has lost courage in confessing. Yukari then notices Ageha with folded hands says that Ryuu will wait for her to see him as a man and let’s see. Ageha then thought that is wrong/contradictory for Ryuu already knew she likes Yukari but he even says that the way she looks at him should not change. As she frets about this, Yukari, jealous, shouts so what about it. Ageha was surprised and then says that it seemed that she talked too much. Yukari then realized what he just said – he snapped at her that he tries to call her but Ageha is already at the door. She apologizes for it seems her cold isn’t well yet and it could cause trouble for Yukari if he gets sick so she should go home. She quickly went out the door. She cries and tells herself that she is stupid to think that Yukari would actually think of something about her and Ryuu being a couple. She cries as she runs off thinking that she is stupid to bring out such things.

Inside the store, Yukari is regretting what he just did as he asked himself is he stupid for not being able to say what he really wants to say. He thought that even if he said such things, he still didn’t go after her. He thought that he wanted to see her and tell her things clearly and things would be okay. Didn’t he already decided that he will tell her and if he goes after, wouldn’t she be surprised. He can’t call her on phone just like that but then, he really wanted to see her. Then, he remembers Natsuna’s words asking him doesn’t he know why Ageha goes to the store. Yukari realized something as he remembered Ageha sheepishly saying before that she is passing by and just wanted to see something/drop by. Yukari wondered passing by..going from where, and it isn’t early nor late to be outside. Then, Yukari realized it, is she just like me. He calls himself stupid for he didn’t realize Ageha’s feelings and was just focusing on protecting himself. Yukari grabs his coat and heads out as Mitsuya comes in. Mitsuya asks where is he going and Yukari tells him that he is going to Ageha’s place.

And so, Yukari finally got it. ^^; Off he went to confess and it really does seem that Ryuu deliberately did that so that Ageha won’t be uneasy over Yukari anymore since it is indeed contradictory when he tells her for her to see him as the same and yet, he will wait when she looks at him like a man. Ryuu confirms Yukari’s guess that indeed Mamoru is ‘shielding’ Ageha from would-be suitors or well, she screens them that Ageha turned out to be ‘oblivious’ to people who harbors ill intent on her. The siblings really know how to make Ageha happy and they know her inside and out as to how she will react on things, etc and if she is not happy. Well, it shouldn’t be surprising since they were friends since kindergarten. I guess that is why Ageha quickly thought that Yukari is angry/dislike hearing her stories and she reacted that way because she isn’t used to people who are mean to her and didn’t suspect that he is actually jealous when he hears about Ryuu.

Papillon - Hana to Chou - [Chapter 5]

In the classroom, everyone is busy looking at the blackboard for their sitting arrangement according to the number they got from the lottery. Chou no longer has ponytails for she cut her hair into layered style. Meiji goes to her and asks what number she got. Chou says it is 21. Meiji then grabs her number and says that they should exchange. So, Chou now has number 13 and while looking for it, Ryuusei exclaims what a coincidence for they are seatmates. Chou was surprised by it and sees Meiji and two other classmates smiling at her, giving her a v-sign and thumbs up. Chou smiles, blushing with hands together to thank them. During lunch break, Chou is eating with her friends. A girl exclaims that Chou’s pimples? [the Chinese word is small pox ^^;] have pretty much vanished. Chou says that it is all thanks to Vivi’s advice who told her not to wash her face too often that before long, that facial problem is solved. Vivi [the girl with short curly hair] says that it is because Chou washes her face too much that it removes the natural oil on her face. Meiji agrees and that is why Chou’s complexion isn’t good. Chou exclaims, she doesn’t know that for she thought she has to make her face squeaky clean. Then, some girls came, calling out to Chou to tell her that they saw Ryuusei near the vending machines. Meiji and friends quickly pulled Chou to the vending machines so that she can talk with Ryuusei. As they happily chat, Kanda, jealous, is spying on them.

Later on, they bid each other goodbye and as Chou is walking, someone lightly pats her butt. Chou embarrassed turns around to find that it is Kyuu. Kyuu happily greets her, Chou-chan and asks what color [panty] is she wearing today. Chou is more shock on him calling her Chou-chan and wonders what color is he asking about. Kyuu then noticed that she had a haircut and tells her that the hairstyle suits her and her face has changed, did something happened. Chou blushes and timidly says that it is all thanks to him. Chou says that ever since she admitted that she likes Ryuusei, many of her classmates has started to help her to do her best. Chou smiles and says that they even exchange seats with her so that she will sit next to Ryuusei and even give her reports on Ryuusei. They also give her beauty tips, on how to dress and other advices that everyone has became her friends. Kyuu says that’s great. Chou then bows to him as she says that she is extremely grateful to him. Kyuu then says that she doesn’t have to say that for if she wants to thank him, use her body to report. Chou quickly hides at the corner and suspiciously looks at him. Kyuu says that he is just joking and her reaction hurts him a little.

He then asks how is her relationship with Ryuusei. Chou says that it is still the same as before, nothing has changed. Kyuu says why doesn’t she go out with him. This surprises Chou that she protests that asking him out is too embarrassing for what if he rejects, what would happen. Kyuu was surprised and says, what would happen, of course, she would just have to ask again. Chou is surprised by his comment and embarrassed as thought, here it comes again, making everything simple – things she thought too much about turns out to have a simple answer. Kyuu then asks what does Chou have in plan anyway. He then says that if she doesn’t do anything and just looks at things, nothing will change so for now, just decide what is the goal and think of ways in doing that goal. Chou blushes a bit and thinks. Kyuu asks her, what is Chou-chan’s goal. Chou blushes and says, to be Ryuusei’s girlfriend.

With thoughts of Kyuu telling her that being just a friend or a girlfriend, it depends on the relationship of the two of them when they are all alone, didn’t she have a failed date? So why not try to have a new date and just use the same alibi before of going to see her grandmother, Chou goes to where Ryuusei was who is with his friend, laughing at something. Chou blushing a bit, gathers her courage and shouted his name. At some other place alone, Ryuusei repeats what Chou said about going to visit her grandma. Chou blushes and says that it is because she doesn’t feel good before so that this time, she wants to go there with him, if he can. Chou closes her eyes as she waits for his answer. Ryuusei says sure, I will go with you. Chou was happy to hear that. At the side, Kanda is spying on them. As Chou walks down the hallway, Kanda is waiting for her and exclaims, she is so stupid for didn’t she just got dumped so why don’t Chou just quit. Kanda shouted that changing herself won’t be of any use for no matter what she says, Ryuusei has already chosen Kana and no matter how much effort she does, Chou can’t win. Chou walks past her and says, whatever, but as you say she thought before that she can’t do it so she just admire Kana, waiting for something to happen so that she will be in Kana’s place but then, just doing that is like a dream that can never come true for anything good will come out of it. Chou then looks at Kanda who is surprised at Chou’s answer, and says, so she has decided to just get it by taking one step at a time. Chou then thought that she won’t self-loathe [look down on herself] anymore and just slowly try to reach her goal.

Kana then goes to Ryuusei’s section to look for Ryuusei. Some boys tells her that Ryuusei isn’t there and he could have went to the comfort room. Kana thanked them and left as the boys talks about how cute Kana is. Then, Kanda calls out to Kana. Kana asks what is it. Kanda tells Kana to be careful for her other half seems to be going on a date with Ryuusei on Sunday. Kana is surprised by it. Kanda says that since they aren’t classmates, Kana doesn’t know that Chou and Ryuusei are becoming close to each other and they are even seatmates. Kanda adds that some students in their class are helping the two to be together and there is a certain guy who is secretly helping Chou so that made Chou confident?/meaning to do it [get Ryuusei]. Kana looks at Kanda and says, so what. Kanda is surprised as Kanda asks if Kanda is trying to ruin her [Kana] and Chou’s relationship. Kanda started to fret and denies that is her intention. Kana coldly looks at her as Kanda quickly retreats and says, that is all, goodbye. Kanda runs off as Kana thinks what just Kanda said. Later on, Kana gets a drink from the vending machine and sees Ryuusei with Chou, carrying something and happily chatting. Ryuusei asks where did Chou had her haircut. Chou says it is at ‘Ah Ke Ah’, it is a short walk from the bus station. Ryuusei that he also wants to have a haircut and wanted to try it there. Chou says why don’t she introduce him there so that he can have a discount. Ryuusei then thanks her. Kana looks on, a bit upset/angry.

On Sunday, in Chou’s room, her friends are helping her dress up – a girl is setting her hair with a curling iron while the other two girls are helping her on make-up. A girl exclaims that Chou doesn’t pluck her eyebrows for they are all bushy. Chou says sorry. A girl asks what kind of eye make up she want. Chou says they decide. As they were all noisy, Kana asks her mom do they have visitors. The mother says that it is Chou’s friends and it is quite rare for Chou to bring her friends home. Kana just looks at her mother. The girls then exclaim, it is finished. Chou is beautiful made up that her friends were shocked by her transformation. Chou is surprised by their reaction that she quickly gets a mirror to see why are they staring at her like that, is it ugly. Meiji screams that Chou is so cute as the other girl wonders if they are ‘genius’ to have made her that good looking. Vivi tells them that it is because Chou is beautiful already since before. A girl shouts that it is a waste for why does she kept herself hidden before [doesn’t fix herself]. Just then, the twins’ mother knocks and came in to give the visitors something to drink. The mother is shocked at Chou’s looks that Chou gets embarrassed that she quickly put on her eyeglasses. Vivi asks why does she have to put on the glasses, when she already looks cute. Her mother then wants a closer look at Chou asking if she put on make-up. Chou is extremely embarrassed and shouts, I’m sorry. This surprised her mother and then pats Chou’s back as she says why is Chou apologizing. Chou is surprised as her mother says that Chou looks good and that Chou finally cast off her ‘poor’ looks. Chou says, huh. Her mother smiles and says that they are really twins, just put on make up and Chou looks like Kana. Chou looks a bit surprised though the dark aura behind her means that Chou doesn’t like that comment. [Still being compared to Kana]

Ryuusei is getting ready to get out as he is tying his shoes when Kana called. Kana says that she is at the bus station, can he go there. Ryuusei tries to tell her that he can’t for he has something to do today. Kana just says, I will be waiting here and then she hangs up on him. It surprised Ryuusei. Elsewhere, Chou’s friends bid her goodbye and tells her to enjoy her day with Ryuusei. After they left, walking alone, Chou looks at her reflection on the glass of a store. She remembers a childhood memory of her mother telling Kana that she looks cute and she was right in buying the dress. Chou, with short hair, just looks at them. Chou then gets depressed when someone uses a folded book to lightly hit her on the head. She turns around to see that it is Kyuu. Kyuu says, if it isn’t Chou-chan, what is the matter, why is she staring into space. Chou is surprised to see him. Kyuu says that she looks cute today, is she going out on a date. Chou blushes and says that she is. Kyuu smiles and holds/hugs her head saying, you are really going on a date, you have grown up, that’s great. Chou blushes and smiles. She then asks where is he going. Kyuu says that he is going to college. Chou asks if he is also a guidance counselor in college. Kyuu laughs and says that he isn’t for he is still an undergraduate. It is because of internship that he is in the high school as a guidance counselor. How can he live off/feed himself with just consultations. Chou asks what internship. Kyuu says that it is pretty much a psychologist but he has to have one year internship before he can have enough qualifications to take the exam for psychologists. Chou exclaims so he is still on internship. Kyuu says that’s right. Chou teasingly says, that’s strange. Kyuu asks what she meant by that. [I guess Chou is implying that Kyuu isn’t the type to study or something like that]

Ryuusei rushes off to the bus station to see Kana sitting, waiting for him. He calls out to her as she brightens up when she saw him. She greets him as Ryuusei asks what happened. Kana says nothing for she just wants to see him. Ryuusei is surprised as he bends down, exclaiming, what’s that, really, he tries calling her back on her mobile phone and she doesn’t answer that he thought something had happened. Kana cheerfully says that it is a nice day today, why don’t they go to the seaside to play. Ryuusei looks surprised and apologizes that he has already made plans with someone else. Kana looks a bit surprised and then smiles as she asks, is it Chou. This surprises Ryuusei as Chou realizing this, bows her head to Ryuusei’s chest and tells him not to go. Ryuusei looks a bit stunned and embarrassed. Meanwhile, Chou is still walking with Kyuu. Kyuu then asks what was that thing Chou mentioned before the other day. Chou asks, what other day. Kyuu says didn’t she says that even if she died, her parents won’t be sad. Chou looked surprised and when she is going to answer, she suddenly stops and looks at a certain place. Kyuu notices so he also looks where she is looking. It is Kana hugging Ryuusei as Kana pulls away apologizing that she has became a bit uneasy and that she is just joking about what she said earlier so he should go. Ryuusei blushes and holds on to Kana and kisses Kana, surprising both Chou and Kyuu.

The title of this chapter is Change and that is what Chou is doing. She changed her outward appearance and slowly changing her character from not looking down on herself to become more confident that she doesn’t let Kanda’s remarks shake her newly found self-confidence. This is all thanks to Kyuu’s advice and the new friends she has found. I guess Meiji took in Chou into her group of friends and yes, she is better off without Kanda who turned out to be just jealous of Chou and now shows her true colors of what kind of friend/person she really is. Geez, Kanda is pretty much like Chou’s stalker. ^^;; Too bad for Kanda, she won’t win any points with anyone with her attitude that even Kana can see through her. But then, thanks to Kanda, Kana knows why Chou’s friends suddenly showed up in their home, doing a makeover of Chou that she quickly thought of a way to prevent Ryuusei from going out with Chou. It is pretty clever of Kana to say don’t go then apologizes for it – reverse psychology, of course, Ryuusei being a nice, unsuspecting boy will easily comply with her wishes. Somehow Ryuusei reminds me of Archie of Archie comics. Kana is Vernoica and Chou is Betty ^^;; But then, it is indeed like Peach girl cast. I guess it is also lucky for Chou to have met Kyuu on the way or else, she will be devastated again for from the looks of it, Ryuusei is willing to drop the date off in favor of making Kana feel less jealous. For those who have read/watched Peach girl, the kiss is pretty much the same as a scene in Peach girl, the practice kiss but then, there is really no problem with Ryuusei doing that for Kana is his girlfriend. But then, I would like to see Kana’s reaction when she sees Chou with Kyuu. With just good looks, Kyuu easily defeats Ryuusei. Hehehe, I actually like Kyuu minus those sex-implied teasing. =P

But then, that is if Chou still has the confidence to go there after seeing them kiss. The way Kyuu acts with Chou, he seems to be more like a big brother to her than someone who likes her. It is interesting to note though that the author didn’t show Ryuusei commenting on Chou’s new haircut while that is the first thing Kyuu noticed when he saw her again. Since Kyuu made in on a cover page [of chapter 4], I guess he is the leading man in this series. It seems that Kyuu will be in their school for only a year unless he decides to permanently work there. Anyway, at this rate, Chou might not visit her grandma again unless it would be Kyuu going with her or well, he might invite her to go to his college or be the one to date her since it would be such a waste for Chou fixed herself up. But then, I’m not really fond of the idea of trying to get another person’s lover/boyfriend much less my sibling’s. ^^; If I look it from Kana’s side, it would seem that Chou is out go her boyfriend and Chou is the ‘bad’ girl here. Regarding the mother, it seems that the mother looks at superficial things that she loves ‘cute’ and since Kana makes herself look good that she is easily the favorite twin of the mother. Her mother’s comment of shredding off her ‘poor looks’ does seem to imply it. Chou did say that she is a tomboy before and with her short hair, she is boyish looking. I guess that could be a reason why Chou doesn’t pay much attention to her looks is because she doesn’t want her mother to love her just because she would look like Kana if she fix herself thus lose her own identity.

Ouran High Host Club [Chapter 46]

A narration starts with saying that summer break is over and back to Ouran high as the autumn wind has started to blow in which is bright in a certain third music room. They are now dressed in Okinawa outfits [kimono] as they welcome the girls. A girl is praising Tamaki’s kimono which is made of a special red thread. Tamaki then explains that ‘red’ symbolizes all the colors and is to show love. He then flirts to the girl about his body’s color is seeking out hers. Haruhi is observing a carambola/star fruit. Some girls are asking the twins about the outfits they chosen when they went there for a vacation. Hikaru tells them that they just went there for a week during their free time and that Kaoru did a foolish thing for it would have been okay if he bought souvenir but he went to the seaside to pick shells. Kaoru tearfully asks if that is funny when there were other nice memories with Hikaru to tell them but Hikaru only remembers that funny incident. Hikaru apologizes as they hug together making the girls scream. Haruhi is now looking at a dragon fruit/pitaya. Honey asks Haruhi why is she looking at the fruits. Haruhi blushes as she tells him that she has never seen those kind of fruits and wonders how they taste like – how is the dragon fruit peeled to eat. Honey and the girls thought she is really cute. Kyoya laughs and gets the fruit from her as he says so she wants to eat it, the peel can’t be eaten so give it to him. Haruhi asks if he is going to peel it by hand. Kyoya then gives it to Mori as Haruhi thought Kyoya doesn’t want to be troubled. Mori then uses a knife to cut it open as the girls are happily ‘fangirling’ at him.

Honey then offers to give Haruhi the rest of the fruits that they have so that she can take them home. Haruhi was happy about it as she wanted to taste test them with her father and Meiko. The twins asked didn’t Meiko went home already. Haruhi tells them that she sometimes drops by their house to eat. Tamaki then rants about getting a text/sms from Meiko about something interesting which is about sports competition for the spring. They ignore him as Kyoya gives Haruhi the rest of the dragon fruits to take home since he doesn’t like the taste of that fruit. Haruhi tastes it and says that it taste weird/strange but it tastes good. Kyoya says taste good so what is the meaning to it, he doesn’t understand it the feeling after eating it so he doesn’t like the taste. Just then orangie-kun [ehehe] Kuze from the football team, along with his two sidekicks, came laughing at Kyoya saying that fruit’s peel is an erotic for it seems that Kyoya haven’t researched on it. There is a note that Kuze is from 3-A and owns a vegetable and fruit orchards. Everyone is shock that Kuze haven’t changed from before – likes to taunt Kyoya. Kuze starts to lecture about the dragon fruit’s nutritional benefits that it has protein, vitamins, etc and the peel that Kyoya says can’t be eaten can be made to a delicious smelling food sauce, it is something that Kyoya doesn’t know. Kyoya says is that so, why don’t he have these peels and make it into a delicious smelling food. Kyoya then uses tongs to get the peels of the dragon fruit and dropped them on Kuze’s free hand [the one not holding an orange]. Kuze shouted for him being stupid for he should put it on a container before giving it to him. Haruhi then offers a container. Kuze asks can’t he have more ripe ones, or will he hurt Kyoya’s pride. Kyoya smiles and denies it as he tells Kuze that each person’s taste for things are different for he already knows the fruit’s nutritional benefits that it has potassium, sodium and iron which helps lower blood sugar and digestion also it prevents anemia so it is good for the girls. The girls then screams that Kyoya is really good as Kuze shouts that he knows that, too, he wanted to say that.

As he argues to Kyoya about his hand being dirtied, Kanan comes in and says that it seems Kuze is there as she apologizes for Kuze is a fool who just likes to ‘fight’ with Kyoya and she can’t do something about it. The twins agree with her that Kuze is a fool. Just then, Tamaki says ‘win-lose’ and then, looks at Kyoya and Kuze in surprise. Kuze is telling Kyoya that he is a person who gives him a headache and asks who wins a point. Kyoya says Kuze just thinks too much for his father [Kyoya’s] told him not to join in any meaningless fights. Tamaki then interrupts them saying that men should use sports to determine who will win – use sweat and blood to bond friendships. Kyoya tells Tamaki to calm down for there is no friendship between him and Kuze to bond in the first place. Tamaki ignores him and still went on saying this is how it should be..sports..I have a nice idea. Honey and twins were excited, Mori as usual no expression and Haruhi is saying, oh no, no way. Tamaki then tells them that he decided to have the first ever sports competition of Ouran High. Kyoya and Kuze looked surprised as Haruhi is freaking out – NO!! since Haruhi is ‘stupid’ on sports. Kuze tells Tamaki, he agrees as everyone else cheers. A narration, and so this is how the sports story started.

At the president’s office, they told their idea to Yuzuru, Tamaki’s dad and he likes the idea. Everyone was happy much to Haruhi’s dismay. Yuzuru then explains that they don’t have sports competitions before since the parents fear their children might get hurt but if the students wanted it, they will agree to it. He then admits he doesn’t know what does student do on a sports competition so he asks Haruhi about it, do they need a large field for it. Haruhi says no, in ordinary schools, they only need a gymnasium to do it. There will be a rowing? by the river, eating bread contest and racing. They then imagine Haruhi doing it – pulling a rope and being served by waiters bread. Haruhi added that there will be a cheerleading group, tug-of-war and some horse knight game. Everyone imagined that last one as a feudal war calvary fight. Yuzuru then says that the things she say has to connection with sports and is tug-of-war fun to play. Haruhi say, eh? Kuze says for the horse game, wouldn’t they need at least 54 horses to play. The twins wondered out loud what kind is a bread eating, what does it taste like. Tamaki is thinking, as he says, is that how it is. Tamaki blushes and says that he wants to make gingerbread men. He is imagining making small candies on sticks with figures on it – Haruhi, Kyoya, birds, and rabbits. Haruhi has this ‘what-the’ face as she tells him that doesn’t have anything to do with sports. Yuzuru seems to like the idea. Tamaki then says about the cheerleading squad, he wants it to be ‘Hamlet’ and he wants to act it. The twins then say they don’t want that, they want ‘Romeo and Juliet’ Hikaru is Romeo and Kaoru is Juliet. Kuze wants it to be ‘Macbeth’. Haruhi shouts that has nothing to do with sports and why are they getting further away from sports. She was shock to see that Yuzuru also likes the idea as he is imagining Tamaki as ‘Hamlet’ – it will be beautiful. Haruhi then noticed that Kyoya isn’t reacting at all – being cold. Tamaki tells the others to spread the news to the other students tomorrow. Haruhi thinks that Kyoya doesn’t seem to be interested and he might not like sports, too, like her.

On the school newspapers, the news spread on the fight of Red [Kuze] vs White [Kyoya] team on October 6 organized by Tamaki. Some students are excited about it. Others don’t understand it but they find it interesting. They wonder about the bread eating contest. They haven’t thought that Kyoya would join such a contest and even against Kuze but since it is Tamaki’s idea, how did he do it. At the third music room, Kyoya coldly tells Haruhi stupid at sports, don’t even discuss that we are the same. He just disagree because he doesn’t see any good to it. Haruhi says is that so as she was coldly rebuff. Honey tells Kyoya about the possibility about having many more visitors because of the sports performance. Kyoya admits that he wanted to make a DVD of Honey and Mori in sports to sell and even if there is a benefit, it isn’t big enough and in the end, the visitors won’t increase so there is not benefit. [Note: Mori is reading a book on chicken, guess to know how to take care of his baby chick.] Haruhi says that if Kyoya really objects. Kyoya says then Tamaki will have no choice but to drop everything. Just then, the twins came in as Hikaru is really angry as he shouts that he can’t believe it for they looked at the members list of red-white groups and it turned out that Hikaru is on red team while Kaoru is on white. Hikaru asks Kyoya to tell Tamaki to change it [so they would be on the same team]. Kyoya tells him to tell Tamaki himself. Honey then voices in that he and Mori are also separated since he is on white team while Mori is on red team. Honey asks where Tamaki is. Kyoya coldly tells them that he doesn’t know for Tamaki should obviously be on red team since he is on white team.

Just then, Tamaki came in to tell everyone that even if he is the organizer, he is only the second-in-command in red team. He gleefully tell Haruhi that it seems that are in the same group so they should do their best as Haruhi tells him she doubts she is of any use. Tamaki shouts for Kyoya to do his best, too even if they are not in the same group, it must be a fair fight for deep friendship bond. Kyoya coldly asks is leaving a friend in the water to fend for himself called friendship. Tamaki says he is at fault for doing that [deciding things on his own] and he thought that Kyoya would think that the contest would be interesting. Kyoya stands up and says really, but he still can’t see any meaning to it. Tamaki tearfully calls to Kyoya as Kyoya turns to leave as he tells Tamaki that he doesn’t find any benefit in sweating for nothing to be interesting so he is going to quit as white team’s leader. Everyone was surprised-anxious. Tamaki calls out to Kyoya again. Kyoya then tells him Tamaki, I’m sorry but I won’t help you out, I don’t like the way/how you did it. Kyoya left and Tamaki looked sad.

Hikaru wonders if it is real or fake. Honey says that even if Kyoya says there is nothing good to it, could it be Kyoya is angry because Kyoya felt that Tamaki has betrayed him. Kaoru says that it seems that Kyoya doesn’t like sports. Tamaki sadly says, how could that be, that isn’t the reason, for he thought that Kyoya agreeing to it would make things interesting and if he wins, he can have Kyoya’s kotatsu [I’m guessing it is that since the Chinese just wrote heater] for a year..just want to have. Tamaki cries as everyone is ‘out of place’ as to who would comfort him. Tamaki cries and whimpers that Kyoya is angry as Haruhi wonders about Tamaki saying ‘just’ as she wonders what Tamaki is thinking. As Tamaki gloomily cries at one corner, Hikaru exclaims Tamaki is going more and more withdrawn and he won’t have a chance to discuss with him regarding changing members so that Kaoru would be in red team. Haruhi then suggests that she exchange with Kaoru so that they would be together – Kaoru goes to red and she goes to white for it doesn’t matter to her. Hikaru was surprised by her suggestion that he shouted that he doesn’t want that for he wants the three of them to be on the same team. The outburst surprises both Honey and Kaoru. Kaoru then calls to Hikaru and does his smile thing and says he is fine being on white team. Hikaru was surprised.

While walking at the hallway, Kyoya wonders if he said too much to Tamaki then he thought it couldn’t be for he was right at saying it to that stupid moron. Just then, Kuze calls out to him from behind. Kuze then says, ah, if it isn’t white team’s leader, have you prepared. Kyoya turns to him as he angrily thought that it is all Kuze’s fault and says that he is quitting the position. Kuze then says, ah, I thought things would turn out this way for it turned out you are just Tamaki’s follower. This stunned Kyoya. Kuze continues that if Tamaki wants to fight, Kyoya can’t fight against him, isn’t that so, that Kyoya doesn’t even thing much that he would easily let/give consideration to Tamaki for Tamaki to get the prize. Kuze final words that got Kyoya angry is, it is really hard being in the Ootori family of three sons. Kyoya tightly clenches his book and looks at Kuze, angrily = complete with dark aura, thought who is giving consideration to that idiot. Kuze freaks out as he got scared.

Back at the third music room, Tamaki is still crying as he thought that he should go apologize to Kyoya so that at least he can use the kotatsu in winter. Haruhi wonders why Tamaki likes the kotatsu so much. Kyoya came back, huffing as he run all the way back. Kyoya says that if red team wins, he will lend the kotatsu for a year. Everyone was surprised that he is back. Tamaki tries to talk with Kyoya but Kyoya tells Kaoru to give him the list of the names for white team. Kaoru says that the list would be there. Kyoya then tells Honey that starting tomorrow, can he learn and choose the abilities of their members as he will categorize the ones that are the same. Honey asks Kaoru to help him as Kaoru agrees to do so. Red team members are surprised. Honey and Kaoru holds each other hands saying to do their best. With hands outstretched for a hug, Tamaki tearfully walks to Kyoya saying, friend, have you thought about it..being fair and all. Kyoya says no, he just changed the focus of his anger. Kyoya then angrily looks at Tamaki saying even if it is you or Kuze, I will blow you all away. With black aura behind them, Kyoya, with Kaoru and Honey, are smiling in confidence. Kyoya tells them that white team will win with that depend on friendship and hard perseverance to do their best. Red team of Tamaki, Hikaru, Haruhi and Mori looked tense and fear them. They thought, how dark/black, even when they [Kyoya and others] are suppose to be white team. Kyoya, Kaoru and Honey started to giggle evilly as the others sweatdrops. Next chapter Tamaki vs Kyoya!? To be continued!!

Hehe, I actually asked my mom’s help on this one since there are just too many Chinese characters/terms that I don’t know and it would take lots of time looking for all of them on the dictionary. So, the focus of this arc is now on Kyoya. Instead of going with ‘falling for Haruhi’, the author decided on doing something else which could develop more of the group’s relationship with each other through competition. I’m not quite sure competition actually does that but will see later on. It is really funny that Ouran students really think things differently. I guess the ‘horse game’ is something else than what they thought it was. I’m guessing that it is some sort of game which doesn’t have anything to do with horse but just has the name on it – is it that rope thing race with two people? The sports event seems to have become a cultural event and it would probably be approved since the students won’t get hurt. Hehehe, Kuze unwittingly just pushed all of Kyoya’s buttons and one of the things that get him motivated is when Kyoya’s abilities is being questioned. I actually thought that Mori should be on Kyoya’s group since they seem to be the ‘sidekick’ group but then, I guess Honey could give them that edge. Kyoya-brains, Honey-strength and Kaoru-assist/helper. I do wonder why all of a sudden the three are emitting dark aura, did Kyoya’s aura influenced the two? ^^; Would Kyoya use Haruhi’s confession of not good with sports against red team? Until the next chapter ^_^

Edit: A horse game/battle is kind of war game. Four people joined together to form a team 1 team consists of 'the horse' (3 people formed their hands together, to make 'seat' for rider) and 1 other person act like the rider and wearing a ribbon in his head. The game is to take other rider's ribbons (snatching them). The rider who gets his feet touched the ground or his ribbon is snatched is out of the game (I think there would be at least 20-30 rider minimal in the game. Winner probably decided by last man's standing. [Thanks alter for the info ^_^] If you watched School Rumble, they played that game. Oh ya, I forgot to mention that I had tasted dragon fruit. My taste buds is like Haruhi's - it taste weird but otherwise, it is actually okay though my mom doesn't like it like Kyoya.

Weekly Shounen Manga Updates: Bleach, D. Gray-man, Naruto, One Piece, Gantz and Gintama

[No Weekly Jump this week so this gives me time to catch up with the series that I haven’t done for the past two weeks since I got a cold.]

In Bleach [c. 257-258], Cirucci, fairy hollow, attacks Ishida and ant hollow using her wings like blades. Ishida uses his attacks but they were useless. He asked ant hollow to use his slimy spit but it turned out that he can’t do it again. Just then while they are running, ant hollow slips on his own spit that Ishida has to use his fast running technique to get him out of the way. Ishida then toss ant hollow away as he attacks Cirucci and tries to figure out a way to defeat her. In the end, he is forced to something else. He just stood his ground as the wing blades goes at him. He pulled some sort of tube from his belt and cuts the wing blades. Cirucci wonders what it was. Ishida says that it is unfortunate that he has to use it when he planned to use it later on. On his other hand is a sword as he tells her for them to continue. Ishida tells her that he got the weapon called seele scheider from his dad’s vault with the help of Urahara. Ant-hollow then calls Ishida a thief for taking it without permission. As they two argue about it, Cirucci interrupts asking why is a quincey helping a shinigami. Ishida attacks saying that she should be worried about herself and not ask things about him. Just then, Cirucci wings are all cut down = useless. Cirucci drops them down and tries to form a new tail which she uses to attack Ishida. Ishida manages to cut it with his sword but Cirucci boasts that it is useless. Ishida then informs her that his sword is use to cut down the ‘spiritons’ to small pieces so that he can absorb it so her power is now his and that quincey’s weapons are archery so he used his sword as an arrow to hit Cirucci right into the heart just when she tries to attack him again. This is pretty much like Ichigo’s battle since both are forced to use their ‘secret weapons’ but then, in Ishida’s case, the comedy is from the ant hollow and not the enemy hollow. That leaves how Sado will defeat the enemy he encountered.

Rinali tries to get out of the sphere where she is imprisoned in D. Gray-man [c. 102-103] but she can’t as Debit tells her to keep quiet for they are just using her as bait to get to Allen. Rinali gets angry that they are toying with people’s lives and they can’t defeat Allen who gives importance to people’s lives. Allen is still fighting with the Count and Crowley helps him but they were easily defeated. Lero, the umbrella, gloats that they would be a goner if it is the real Count. They try to attack again to save Rinali but they got thrashed again as Rinali says that they won’t lose to Debit. Just then, a light from the monument appeared and the lying glasses paint vanishes from their eyes. They realized that Rabi has found the key. The fake Count is then swallowed into a door in the monument. Allen and Crowley took this chance to hit Debit and Jaspero since they now see them. Allen tries to free Rinali as she apologizes for being captured again. Rinali then notices the two Noahs, pulling themselves up as they are obviously angry as they say that they aren’t going to play games anymore and will be more serious. Just then, the surrounding aura seems different as Crowley told Allen to quickly free Rinali. Debit and Jaspero then shot each other as their bodies fade away, their shadow became one. As the room is filled with fog/smoke from their bodies, Rabi quickly shouted for them to get away from there for something is above them. Crowley got hit and got his blood splatted/drained from him as he hit the bookcase. They were shock to see Jaspero-Debit became one –Jasdebit. Allen tries to attack but was powerless against them as he got himself pinned on a star shaped thing. They decided to make Allen a bomb and use him to hit the door out. Just then, Crowley freed Allen from the star as Allen is happy to see him alive while Jasdebit is surprised. I guess it is Crowley’s turn to be ‘the one whose life is in danger’. He doesn’t look good at all.

In Naruto [c. 336-337], Shikamaru lures Hidan away from the others then got himself wounded that Hidan quickly uses his curse on him. To Hidan’s surprise, Shikamaru used Kakuzu’s blood so Hidan actually killed Kakuzu and not him. But then, Shikamaru is in deep trouble as Hidan realizes that Shikamaru’s shadow technique is weakening. Meanwhile, Kakuzu still has some hearts left that he got very angry for being killed again that he tries to kill Kakashi and others, just then Naruto and others arrived. Just as I thought, it is alternate overpower of the two groups. ^^; Anyway, if Naruto is there that means, he had finished his new technique. Too bad Ino is pretty useless here and I thought she would actually be more useful to the team.

Luffy and others are still trying to get away from Garp in One Piece [c. 439-440] While doing that, they try to give a name to their new ship. Franky tells them that it should be ‘lion-related’ name. Luffy then kept on saying all sorts of animals attached to the word lion. Franky then tells them about what the other shipwrights thought the figure on head was a sunflower when Iceberg said it is a sun. Iceberg’s name for it is Thousand Sunny. Everyone in the crew liked it as their own names for the ship is nothing compared to it and they rejected Franky’s favored name for it. Luffy then shouted to his grandpa that he is happy to see them and they are going to get away now. He shouts to Iceberg to thank him for the name and thanked everyone else but Iceberg and others can’t hear him anymore. Just then, Garp is about to throw in a large steel ball, bigger than their ship when Franky uses air cannon to blow the ship out of the way and escape. Then, everyone in Water 7 went back to work and back to their lives as Iceberg took over the Franky family. Elsewhere, Smoker and Tashigi learns of Strawhats new exploit and new bounty as he renews his vow to crush them. In Alabasta, everyone is surprised that Luffy has took in Ms All Sunday [Robin] as Vivi told them it isn’t a surprise for one can’t figure him out and he can become Pirate King. Meanwhile, the crew are now celebrating for the return of the crew, Usopp and Robin and their new crew, Franky and Thousand Sunny.

At Baratie, the cooks are laughing at Sanji’s bounty picture as they use Sanji’s name to get more customers. In Luffy’s hometown, everyone is having a party as Luffy’s bounty increased while the chief is still complaining about it. In Usopp’s hometown, the kids showed Usopp’s poster to Kaya who is resting so Kaya decided to go back home to continue studying medicine in time to help Usopp when he comes back. In Zoro’s hometown, the kids wanted to be like Zoro who trained in his sensei’s dojo as he tells the kids he didn’t teach Zoro to be a pirate. He thinks that it doesn’t matter what Zoro decided to do as long as he follow the way of the sword. In Nami’s hometown, Nojiko gives some oranges to Gen whom she found to be calling the marines to complain about Nami’s picture on the bounty for she might get more suitors. Nojiko sweatdrops for Gen had the picture blown up and put up on his wall. Nojiko smiles for they fulfilled their promise to keep Nami happy as she is smiling on the picture. In Chopper’s hometown, Dalton shows Kureha the bounty pictures of Chopper and others as Dalton says that they must have made a mistake with the bounty. Kureha is just happy to see that Chopper looks happy on the picture. In some secret base, some rebel is reporting that they were victorious. The leader saw some posters as the rebel informed him about Luffy and others latest exploits. The leader then went out as he wonders when they will meet again, it is Luffy’s dad, Dragon. Then back to three days ago, Ace has found Blackbeard and others. Blackbeard tries to sweet talk Ace but it doesn’t work. He then tries to recruit Ace and says that they are out to kill off Luffy. Ace got angry as he decided that he can’t let them go since they are after his brother. The sniper tried to kill Ace but it just went through Ace. The others then started to attack Ace but they were no match for him as Blackbeard called them to go back. After being blown away by Ace, Blackbeard confessed that he had killed his mate because he found a devil fruit which he wanted while in Whitebeard’s crew. He memorized all the devil fruits and wanted it so he killed his friend. Blackbeard’s body started to become like black dust as he shouted to Ace that Ace may be fire but he is darkness.

I do find the name of their new ship a bit corny but then, I didn’t like Going Merry name earlier on either. ^^; I guess the bounty posters keep track for the people they left back home as to what is happening to them [crew]. It is a bit sad that Robin has no one to show her picture to since her hometown is no more. I think that Blackbeard power is to make the opponent surrounded by darkness [become like blind] that Blackbeard can hit him anywhere he want. Since the author went back to this, I guess what happens here will tied up later on with Luffy’s journey.

In Gantz [c. 241-242], after the boy Takeshi defeated the geisha alien, all sorts of aliens appeared and attack him. Just then, from the river, more creatures started coming out. Just then, Katou and others were surprised to see a new group of Gantzers. At first, they thought that each other is an alien but the tension diffuses when they saw Reika and wanted to meet her for they were her fans. Kaze then found some creatures instead of Takeshi while Takeshi defeated the aliens attacking him only for a huge octopus-like alien on top of a building appears. It would be funny if Takeshi finishes off all the aliens by himself while the others are just running around. ^^;;

Gintama [c. 146-148]: Chapter 146 is the last chapter for the android arc. Everyone shouts for Gin as he kept on pressing hard Ryuyama’s head while Ryuyama tentacles are crawling all over Gin. Just then, Ryuyama realizes that his body is disappearing as well as his ‘spirit’ that he shouted for Gin to stop for he doesn’t want to be alone. Everyone then stabs his head as he shouts for his daughter. Jade then says, goodbye, goodbye father. Ryuyama calms down and remembers his daughter happy to get a small doll and he disappears. Jade then asks if this is really alright for she was told to make the daughter happy and yet while she is with her, she doesn’t smiles but only cries so she wanted to escape this feeling of pain that she understands Ryuyama wanting to be an android. Gin told her that pain is important just like when one is pregnant, the pain in getting out something as big as a watermelon of a child but when it is finished, it makes one happy. It is best not to forget pain for if they do, they would be like mindless machines just kept on moving but then, if the pain still won’t stop, they would be there to ‘give her oil’ [ I guess be there to help her overcome the pain]. Jade thanks them. Then, the tower they are in started to self-destruct/berserk. The old man told them to quickly escape. Just then, Jade breaks the ‘road’ they are standing on that she got separated from them. Jade says that she has to finish things there and she gives them one of the antenna to communicate with them. Shinpachi and Kagura wanted to get her out but Gin stopped them and pulled them into the escape tank. She tells them that she has to protect the ones she decided to protect at the risk of her own life as she tells them not to forget her for her soul will be always be with them. As Jade stops the machine and her body started to vanish, she says, dad, I have found friends, not machine/android, but real friends. Just then all the androids outside stop functioning as the electricity went back up. I think the police just got some of the androids to put in their bar ^^;; [Maid café?] In the junk shop, the old man talk with Gin regarding pain if Gin was referring to his past. Gin told him not to try to become wise all of a sudden. Then, the old man saw that Gin got back Jade’s original head. The old man calls it junk as Gin asks him about the bodies of the androids that he got. They were then thinking of a way to get her brain back when Kagura and Shinpachi came all bruised and dropped down many parts of a certain kind ‘the brain’? on the floor and Sadaharu is carrying a bagful of it. They told them that they searched for it. Later on, at Otose’s bar, the men customers were happy that there is now a new girl in the bar. It is Jade’s head on a family computer console. ^^; Her brain is now like a baby that they wanted to teach her all sorts of things. Katsura is there who introduces himself as a ‘rebel’ and when Jade doesn’t seem to know it, Katsura says a bushido/samuari. Jade then says that she knows that word, it is a brave demon, one of the four demon king. As Katsura protests, Jade says that it is her best friends. The last scene was of Gin and others riding on a scooter as Okita in the police car is chasing them. And so, Jade finally found new friends and a new life with the help of Gin and company.

Chapter 147-148 is the start of a new arc. Ana, the reporter has started reporting on the long line of people waiting for the release of the new console, Owee. Ana interviews people on how long have they been waiting on the line [last night to 3 years ago] and why they wanted to get one [for my daughter to buy one to sell it for profit]. Ana says that the fight over it will soon begin. Just then, it became smoky as Gin and others made a bonfire while lining up. Gin and Kagura then started to eat something on bread, seems like mozzarella because of the way it pulls but then, that is expensive so gum maybe. It made some people hungry that they leave their line to go eat something while others wanted to go to the bonfire to warm themselves. Since they broke the line, Gin managed to get a bit in front. Just then, one of the store helpers asks Katsura to not be like that since he is sitting on a kotatsu [small table with heater] and eating hotpot. Katsura doesn’t want to leave the table as the helper tried to remove it. Gin and others then kicked him away. As Gin and Katsura argue about why Katsura wanted the console – I think to train in fighting with the games, there is another disturbance. It is Kondou and Okita on hot bath in drum to keep themselves warm. The helper tries to tell them to quit it. Just then, Hijitaka came asking Gin and others to give the kotatsu up. Just then, Kondou and Okita came running and went to the kotatsu, too. It seems that Kondou has to get it for Otae so that he can date her. Then, he notices that Hijitaka is also in the kotatsu as Hijitaka claims that it is because it is cold.

Then, the store opens as they told everyone that they will start selling at 12 when all of a sudden, Gin and Hijitaka jumps into the pile of Owee boxes to get one. Everyone also made a dash for it as everyone fought each other for a box. Then, the store owner dressed up as a magician with an eye patch asks if they want a play Owee by forming two groups to compete and the winner will get a Owee. Everyone was angry at the rule as Gin group and Shinsengumi group wanted to play for they will be guaranteed in having a Owee console. I don’t get it why they are making a face while saying that as if they have big chin – I guess they are spoofing a certain character. And the first game is a Galge [girl harem game like Kanon, Air, Shuffle, etc which is somewhat like a dating game] Kondou volunteers himself to play then they heard a laughter from under the kotatsu. Someone shouts that Kondou doesn’t know love, etc. Kondou asks how it is. Katsura came out of the table dressed up as Mario of Mario brothers and says, I’m just a plumber. Everyone was shock as to who he is and since he is carrying a mushroom, could he be Mario. Katsura says he isn’t Mario, he is Katsu-rio. Shinpachi then quickly kicks him as Katsura quickly picks up his mustache. Shinpachi shouts what is he doing for doesn’t he know that the shinsengumi are there. Shinpachi got nervous when Hijitaka comes near them but it turned out that Hijitaka just wants an autograph. Katsura told him that if he oblige, others will then ask also and it won’t end. Hijitaka has to settle for a handshake. Okita then says for Hijitaka to just stand there for there is no such thing as Mario with long hair. Shinpachi got nervous but it turned out that Okita says that Katsura isn’t Mario, he is Luigi and Mario is the one standing in the crowd. They looked and saw that it is Elizabeth dressed up as plumber with moustache and holding a sigh, gambatte Katsura. As Okita and Hijitaka argue, Katsura tells Gin to let him play for this is a chance wherein he can beat shinsengumi.

The game starts. Kondou says he doesn’t care if he is Mario or Luigi, he will defeat him on the game. Just as the ‘lead’ in the game goes out to meet the girl, Kondou was shock that the girl is biting into a swordfish. He was given a choice to help or not to help. Kondou was shock with the new game for he already got into a dangerous situation when his character is suppose to just get a bread. Katsura taunts him as Kondou chose not to help. The girl got angry and stabbed him with the swordfish, the end. Everyone was shock as to what kind of galge would have a girl stabbing the guy just because he didn’t help her. The owner then showed up with another large screen tv and console for the other game, it is some sort of feudal game –tactics like Romance of the Three Kingdom. Shinpachi decided to play it and he will play against Yamazaki. It turned out to be a tetris game [blocks fall down and the player has to complete a whole row for it to vanish or else, it will kept on filling up the screen then the end.] There are two feudal characters on top who puke down the blocks. It turned out that Yamazaki is good at it and Shinpachi sucks. Back to Kondou and Katsura, Kondou was shock that Katsura manages to stay on the game by dating the fish girl’s mother. ^^;; Katsura says that it is because the mother is lonely. Before long, there is talk about killing the fish girl so that they will be happy. Kondou was shock at the thought of killing for love as Katsura taunts him not to take love lightly. Then, Yamazaki also taunts Shinpachi that in badminton and in the game, Shinpachi can’t defeat him. As the game is about to finish, they heard a loud tapping sound. Kondou and Shinpachi has resorted to button bashing as their opponents told them it is useless. Both Kondou and Shinpachi thought they are going to win but in the end, as Gin and Hijitaka says, in games, doing that they have the heart for it [still persevering] but in this case, it is useless. Katsura and Yamazaki won as Kondou and Shinpachi covered their faces as they were embarrassed for losing. Then, up the next two games are Gin and Kagura vs Hijitaka and Okita. Okita calls Hijitaka his follower to get ready for things are getting interesting. Gin and Kagura then says it is New Year, time to clean up the garbage.

The author is now spoofing games and the long wait. I’m thinking the new console looks is like PS3 but the name is like Wii. I still don’t know how the latter is pronounced. ^^;; I’m guessing Okita-Kagura game could be a fighting game since it fits them but then, the author is unpredictable. Shinsengumi-involved chapters are always fun especially if Katsura is in it, too.

[Okay, it turned out to be my net problem. It went dead in the afternoon up to the last night. I was able to get halfway scans today then it went dead again. ^^;]

Ageha was surprised to see Ryuu. Ryuu noticed some tears in her eyes that he asked her if she was crying. Ageha quickly smiles and denies it. She asks where did he came from. Ryuu tells her that he and his friends just went to a CD store and that he is on his way home. He asks if she just returned from work. Ageha flustered says that she wasn’t and that they should go home together as she quickly turns around and walks away. Ryuu asks her to wait and is it okay for her to go home with her eyes all red. Ryuu then walks up to her when she stopped walking and noticed that Ageha is indeed has just cried. Ryuu pats her head and asks if Yukari is the reason. Ageha bows down as Ryuu holds her head close to his. He says that Ageha is hurt/sad is always because of Yukari. Ageha tries to protest but Ryuu adds that he doesn’t like to see her like that. Ageha pauses by Ryuu’s concern when she suddenly sneezes. She apologizes for interrupting by her sneeze since it is embarrassing. Ryuu says it is okay for it is really cute. Ryuu then takes his scarf off and puts it on Ageha. Ageha says that it is okay for Ryuu might be cold but Ryuu insists for Ageha might get a cold [sickness]. Ryuu then says that he cannot be the ‘cute’ Ryuu forever. Ageha then laughs as to how could Ryuu call himself cute when he is indeed cute. Ryuu smiles and says that it is nice that Ageha is laughing. Ageha was surprised by it when she noticed it. She thanks Ryuu [for cheering her up] and she is feeling better now – more energetic. Ryuu smiles and he says that he likes Ageha. Ageha says that she also likes Ryuu as she tells him that they should go home. Ryuu says that it isn’t the kind of ‘like’ as she thinks.

Just then, her mobile phone rings. She was surprised that it is Yukari. Ryuu doesn’t look happy. Ageha asks Yukari what’s up as Yukari says that he is worried if she already got home so he is calling. Ageha thanks him as she is happy that he is worried about her. She says that is really such a worrier but she isn’t home yet. Yukari was angry about it and asks what is she doing [why she isn’t home yet]. As Ageha was about to say it, Ryuu leans close to her and calls her name near the phone. This surprised Yukari as he freaks out why is Ryuu with Ageha. Ageha then apologizes to Ryuu and says that she will be finished talking soon. Yukari gets angry as he will be hanged up on really soon as he wonders what had happened in the past 15 minutes. He then calls out loud Ageha’s name. Ageha laughs as she tells him not to shout since she is still on the phone. Ryuu says that he has something important to say and he isn’t finished yet. He then holds her mobile phone towards him and shouted, since from the very start, I really like Ageha. Ryuu smiles, Ageha was shock + blushes and Yukari is stunned. Ryuu then presses the hang up button. Yukari realizes that he got hanged up and tossed his mobile phone. He is frustrated. [Ryuu beat him to it. =P ]

Ryuu smiles at Ageha who is really blushing. Ryuu seriously asks if it is okay if it isn’t Yukari, is he okay to be with Ageha for he won’t make Ageha feel sad and why don’t she think about it. Ageha was speechless and when Ryuu notices it, he smiles and puts his head on hers. He apologizes for saying such things all of a sudden but he really wanted her to know his feelings for her. Ryuu then asks her to not to think of him differently and not to avoid him. Ageha says that she won’t and that she is just surprised. Ryuu smiles and holds her hand as he tells her that they should go home, he’ll walk her home. Ageha still blushing, thought, Ryuu likes me.

At VBR, Yukari is moping as he sits on the sofa as Mitsuya asks so this has already happened. Yukari says that that guy [Ryuu] deliberately said it [confession] so that he would hear it. Then, Yukari frustrates as he wonders why haven’t Ageha gone to their store this year. Mitsuya says isn’t it because he haven’t finished the design. Yukari shouts, is it because of me..me..me. Mitsuya says it seems that Yukari is at the end of the road [I think he meant like Yukari can’t delay things anymore]. Yukari looks at him then goes to the door. Mitsuya then asks where Yukari is going. Yukari says he is going to his room as he will start doing the design. Mitsuya wishes him good luck. Yukari looking flustered says that he doesn’t need Mitsuya to tell him about it [end of the road] for he already knows. He then looks determined. At home, Ageha is still shocked over Ryuu’s confession as she can’t believe that Ryuu likes her and kept on saying Ryuu is Ryuu..Ryuu is called Ryuu. ^^; She wants to call Yukari back but Yukari isn’t answering the phone as she thought Yukari has heard Ryuu’s confession. She thought that now isn’t the time to worry about Natsuna but what kind of expression will she use to face Yukari after that.

And that is the end of volume 7. This chapter is quite good that I kept on thinking, hehe, it is because you are quite slow, Yukari, that Ryuu beat you to it. Jealous on the phone is somewhat similar in Skip Beat! It would be really take lots of concentration on Yukari’s part to make a design when he could be overly thinking about Ryuu-Ageha. Hehehe But then, Ageha is also too shock over this development. How they will face each other again, until next chapter.

[Ouran 46 and VK 24 are out plus 5 scans of Papillon 5. The problem is the Chinese server/s is super slow again so I can’t quite download/view them. That or it is my net connection that is the problem since surfing the web is hard though my torrent downloads are fine ^^; Anyway, at this rate, the summaries for Ouran and VK might be done by next week while Papillon depends on the uploader in BW since she only scanned and uploaded 7 pages. I will add pictures for this chapter when I get into photobucket.]

Upon arriving at the store, Ageha was shock to find Natsuna there. She then tries to calm herself and that she only came to see Yukari that she even risked being scolded for coming there at night but he might not make a big deal about it if she offered to do some work for him. She is has been thinking that while going there but she didn’t expect to see Natsuna there. She then told herself, even if Natsuna is Yukari’s ex, she shouldn’t make a big deal about it and try to made some light conversation. After calming herself, she nervously greets Natsuna who just bows to her. Ageha freaks that is the end of conversation and she is in trouble. Natsuna asks if she is going in. Ageha says that she is. Ageha is then happy that they had a conversation - success. Inside the store, Natsuna looks around irritated that no one is around when Ageha notices a ring on Natsuna’s pinky finger on her right hand. Ageha then comments that the ring is cute. Natsuna looks at it as if she was disgusted by it and gives a huff. Ageha freaks out again saying attempt on conversation failed and she can’t continue it because of Natsuna’s reaction. Just then, Yukari came in as Ageha was happy to see him for he can save her from having a hard time talking with Natsuna. Yukari says that it seems that Natsuna really comes when no one is at the store. Natsuna says she will have a headache if he isn’t there. Yukari just apologizes as he kept himself from saying why didn’t she called first before going there. Then, Yukari headbumps Ageha as to why she is out late at night and why is she there. Ageha stammers at an answer that she is passing nearby and decided to drop by as she thought saying that she didn’t come there for anything won’t be good. Yukari is thinking that he told her that he is going to fetch her if she is coming at night. Natsuna then huffs in contempt as she asks Yukari is he stupid. Yukari asks what is it. Natsuna repeats, stupid, stupid. Yukari asks why is she saying that. Natsuna answers, stupid, stupid. [Hehehe]

Yukari asks Natsuna what’s up with her and why is she there. Yukari then realizes something as he exclaims, no wonder it heavily snowed yesterday [as if Natsuna caused it]. Natsuna tells him to be careful as she angrily clenches her fists ready to punch him. Natsuna then shoves a bag to Yukari and says that it is for him – the flower he requested to be made. Yukari was surprised and opened the bag. Ageha was also surprised for it is a beautiful handmade flower – lots of petals as if it is still blooming. He then puts it on the gown on the mannequin to accent it. Yukari thanks Natsuna and it is perfect – it suits the gown. Natsuna says who does he think she is. Yukari praises her for being able to do it in such a short time and she has been a great help. Ageha then feels a bit jealous as they seem to have a good relation. Ageha then felt a tear on her eyes as she tries to tell herself not to be like that. Natsuna then says that she is going home so he should drive her home. Yukari says that he still has work to do and that she lives nearby. Ageha asks how near. A note says, Ageha’s house is a 15-minute walk from the store. Yukari says it only takes a 4-minute walk. Ageha admires Natsuna for being able to say that when she can’t and Natsuna is like a queen, the two are really alike, Natsuna is like a female version of Yukari. Natsuna argues about her hands getting cold if he didn’t drive her home and she won’t be able to do work. In the end, Yukari gives in. Ageha looks stunned as she wondered what should she say now. Then, Yukari noticed Natsuna is making a face ‘ugh’ at him. Yukari shouts for her to stop doing that for if she has something to say, why don’t she just say it as he pleas for her to talk. Ageha thought that she doesn’t want to wait there and it won’t be long before her feelings started to pour out, she is feeling really uneasy and she doesn’t want to stay there. Yukari then call her. Ageha says that she is going home.

This surprised Yukari and he calls her name again. Ageha looked sad but managed to force herself to smile. She then says that Yukari is such a worrier for it isn’t that late, it is just 6pm and her house is nearby so it is okay and see him again some other day. She then quickly heads out as Yukari tries to call her. After Ageha left, Natsuna then says that Yukari is still stupid like before. Yukari is confused. Natsuna shouts that he is stupid. Yukari asks what. Natsuna asks if he doesn’t really know what that girl came there. Yukari cluelessly then says, no. Natsuna says, that is why he is STUPID and that she is going home. Yukari says isn’t he going to drive her home. Natsuna says it doesn’t matter then left as she slams the door. Yukari just stands there, confused as to what just happened as he says that Natsuna is the hardest to understand. He then remembered Kyouichi? saying to him it is okay to be worried but you should be worried about Ageha. Yukari wonders if he should be. Ageha was walking when she stops and starts to cry. She asked herself why did she went to the store and she doesn’t want to leave with this kind of feeling. She tries to stop herself from crying but her heart is going crazy. Even if she doesn’t know what Yukari feels for her, seeing him with another person and being nice, it hurts her and it is towards Natsuna. She wonders if it would be better if she told him to drive her home, if only she could say it. She wonders why she is feeling uneasy, is it because she can’t confess her feelings. If she knew of Yukari’s thoughts, will she then be calm but then, now, she can’t seem to know what to do. She thought that it is really painful. Just then, someone calls her name. She looks behind and sees that it is Ryuu who is asking if she is alright.

And this is a case when ignorance isn’t bliss. Natsuna already guessed Ageha’s feelings and because of Yukari’s cluelessness/ignorance, she is irritated with him and calls him stupid. Natsuna even tried to give him a hint as to why Ageha was there but he still didn’t get it. Of course, all this is hard for Ageha to watch since she doesn’t know how Yukari feels for Natsuna and they seems are relaxed with each other so Ageha must be thinking that they still have feelings for each other which makes her ‘out of place’ with the two. And just when Ageha is really depress, Ryuu happens to see her. On a side note, there is a small omake by the author and I think it is funny. She is asking her assistants what kind of expression Yukari should have since he is a male character. This surprises her two assistants who exclaimed that they thought he is a female character. The author pukes blood. Lol.

When he returned to VBR, Yukari learns that Ageha has already left. Mitsuya says that it is because Yukari didn’t return for such a long time and Mamoru called for Ageha so he told Ageha to go ahead. Yukari then told himself to forget it [confession] and wait until Ageha returns but then, he wants to say it at a good time. Mitsuya then tells Yukari that Shizuya told him that they will have a bowling challenge so Ageha quickly went out. This made Yukari angry for it was Shizuya who called Ageha out and wants to ‘kill’ Shizuya the next day they meet. Mitsuya told him to calm down. Outside, Shizuya feels the chill as he says that as if his life is in danger while Ageha sneezes [it is believed when one sneezes out of the blue, someone is saying things about you usually in a bad way]. Mamoru asks who could be thinking bad thoughts at him. Back at VBR, Mitsuya then says that they need a handmade flower and did he already called Natsuna about it. Yukari says that he haven’t, he will go there in a while. Yukari gloomily says that he hopes that she is in a good mood. Mitsuya tells him to do this best and that he will be going out for a while so leave the things on the table as it is. [The table is filled with material and sewing materials.] Before he leaves, he wishes Yukari good luck with the wedding design for the exhibit. Yukari then thought about wanting to tell Ageha, he has to find a good chance for it.

Later on, Mitsuya is smoking outside the balcony when Yukari came. Yukari comments about it being cold and wonders if it will snow. Mitsuya says that it could. Yukari says that he hates snow. Mitsuya laughs and tells him that his hateful snow has arrived again but he shouldn’t hate it just because bad things happened when it is snowing. Mitsuya pats his head and says that one day those painful memories will disappear. Yukari then remembers breaking up with Natsuna on a snowy day and he was sitting down near a pole as a kid with someone in front of him [mom related?] with an umbrella turned over. Yukari says is that so as he thought if only those pain can be covered in white snow. Mitsuya then changes the topic, asking him if he gave that gift to Ageha already. He says that ever since the vomit incident, he doesn’t have another chance to give it to her. He plans to give it today but she left early. Mitsuya says it is because it is Christmas. Yukari says isn’t it irritating that time flies so fast that while he is thinking of a good chance to give it to her that he kept on thinking and wasn’t able to give it to her. Mitsuya laughs at him and tells him it doesn’t matter for the ring that Yukari made himself is really cute and Ageha will surely be happy about it. Yukari says that he can already imagine it for Ageha likes cute things. Mitsuya says that Yukari just thinks too much about the result and he just do it. Yukari says that he will think about that. Mitsuya laughs and says Yukari is thinking too much again. Yukari says yup. Just then, it started to snow. Yukari then looks up and thought that if he gave the ring to Ageha that day, maybe how he thinks of snow would change.

The next day, Yukari opens the window and shouts, Mitsuya, you liar. It has snowed and everything is all white as their shop is covered in snow. Yukari says that everything is white as if they are in snow country, as he thought if it trying to provoke him. [Hehehe, since he hates snow] Just then, someone shouts outside, there is a lot of snow here. Yukari looks out and saw Ageha splats down into the snow. Yukari calls out to her. Ageha smiles and greets him back. Yukari comments that she just fell face down on the ground. Still smiling, Ageha says that it is the first time she saw snow like that [thick]. Yukari told him to be careful. Ageha says it is okay for falling down and picking herself up and falling down again is such fun. And she did fall down and pick herself up. Yukari wonders if she is a dog. Ageha then smiles and tells him that she is going to give him something so wait for her. Yukari was surprised and smiles as he thought that Ageha is still Ageha. Ageha then shows them a small snow bunny she made and she wants to show it to Sakura. Yukari tells her to put it on the freezer. Ageha then goes off. Mitsuya then pats Yukari shoulder and asks if he should disappear. Yukari tells him to stop deciding things for him and why is he looking like that. Ageha then sees a gown on the mannequin and asks if it is finished. Yukari says that they still need something to put there. Ageha then asks if there is anything she can help him. Yukari says that he currently doesn’t have any work for her to do. Ageha then asks if it is because she isn’t good that they don’t want to give any work for her. Yukari says it isn’t so but the opposite, she works fast that there is nothing left for her to do. Yukari then says that she is really great and thanks her. Ageha was relieved to hear that though she is a bit disappointed since if there is no work, she has no reason to see Yukari.

Yukari then says about the wedding dress when Ageha asks if there is something she can do. Yukari says that it isn’t her but Natsuna, they are still waiting for the flower that they will put on the dress. Ageha was surprised as the two guys talks about Natsuna being angry when asked to do it in such a limited time Yukari then says that if Natsuna is calm, they are pretty much the same. Ageha then became uneasy as she admires others work, it brought out the lack of self-confidence in her for she doesn’t seem to be able to do anything. She thought that Yukari is the designer, Mitsuya is the patterner/creates the gowns, Tsuyu makes jewelry accessories and Natsuna makes handmade flowers but what about her. There aren’t many people who would want bags to be made and she hopes to have something she specializes in [to help VBR]. At home, she is wondering what she can do for she has a lot of freetime – Mamoru is taking piano lessons and there are bags that were asked to be made yet she isn’t in the mood to make them. Ageha thinks that her spirits are uplift the other day and now she is depress. She remembers Yukari telling her that there is no job for her to do but she wanted to see him. Ageha suddenly thought that going to the store to see him would be okay and just use any kind of alibi for going there. Even if she saw him, it doesn’t change a thing but she thinks that if she saw him, her uneasiness might go away a bit. She then got her coat and bag, and heads off to the store.

And yes, the gift is a ring. It does seem like a proposal rather than a casual, would you be my girlfriend but then, that is Yukari’s way. The guy is a romantic. I guess in this way, Yukari and Ageha are similar – they tend to think too much and sometimes let their imaginations/emotions get away with them. Good for them to have good friends to help them through it. It is really obvious that the author loves rabbits. ^_^

[Hehe, so far, computer is working fine again though it did reboot again a couple of times last night. I might as well write some sums while I can – feeling better and computer is working. =P ]

The first scene is a snowy day/night. Yukari and Natsuna are talking. She told him, being with you [Yukari] I’m very relaxed but then being with you also makes me feel pain so let’s break up. It turned out to be a dream as Yukari woke up, thinking it gives him a bad feeling – this dream. Meanwhile, Ageha also can’t sleep as she kept on thinking about Yukari and Natsuna – does Natsuna still like Yukari and what does Yukari think of it. Ageha is also envious that they can freely speak what’s on their mind. Ageha thinks that this can’t be since even if she thought about it for such a long time, nothing will come out of it. She then thought it is a good thing that there is no work that day and the next. She tried to think happier things as she will meet with Mamoru to spend Christmas day together. Then, she remembered that even if she has no work, she has to report to VBR the day after tomorrow since Yukari asked her to go [regarding the Feb exhibit]. She then thought that it is in her brain there is a rock that is hindering her thoughts.

At Mamoru’s house, while having tea and cake, Mamoru commented that Ageha’s face looks scary. Ageha apologizes as she haven’t slept for two nights. Mamoru says that even if they went shopping which was fun but it doesn’t make her happy. Ageha says don’t mention it for she did quite a few embarrassing things - she bumped into the mirror and forgot her purchase that the saleslady have to chase her to give her purchase. Mamoru then gives her some cake to cheer her up. Mamoru asked if she is still thinking about whether Natsuna still likes Yukari. Ageha admits that she is. Mamoru then tells her for them two to be together again would depend on Yukari and wasn’t Yukari’s heart lately is with Ageha’s. Ageha blushes a bit and says that she has no proof of it. Mamoru tells her not to cry anymore and just think of a way to be with Yukari [be his girlfriend] for doesn’t Ageha not like to keep on over thinking/analyzing by herself. Ageha agrees that she doesn’t like doing that. Mamoru says that Ageha’s strong point is perseverance. Ageha cheers up and hugs Mamoru, saying she loves her. Mamoru says that they should now exchange gift as she gives her gift first to Ageha. It is a gift set of bathing items. Ageha then gives her gift of bag with matching scarf. Mamoru puts on the scarf as Ageha explains her choice of material being velvet and that when she saw it, she knew that she has to do that and hopes to that having such thoughts/feelings, she will be able to help Yukari in the store. Mamoru then smiles and says that this is how it should be [rather than over analyzing] Ageha apologizes for bringing up Yukari again but Mamoru says that this is how Ageha is. Ageha smiles and thanks Mamoru for listening to her. Ageha then tells her that she has to go over the store the next day so she better go home. Mamoru notices that it is already late. Ageha says that they continue some time later as Mamoru says that she will wait till then. Mamoru is a bit worried since it is already a bit dark. Ageha assures her it is okay for her house is near. Just then, she heard her brother came home as Mamoru thought, what a coincidence, he really has luck. Mamoru giggles as thought that she is such a nice sister. Ageha wonders what that is about.

Ryuu is walking Ageha home, apparently Mamoru told him to. Ageha apologizes that Ryuu has to walk her home just when he just came home after his piano lessons. He has been studying piano for 13 years already. Ryuu says that it is okay for he doesn’t mind walking her home and he won’t be easy if she goes home alone. Ageha smiles and says that everyone is really nice, worried about her. While looking at Ageha walking around goofing around, Ryuu thinks that Ageha just doesn’t know herself [that she is easy target] but he is grateful for his sister and that this is his sister’s Christmas gift to him [be with Ageha]. Ryuu then noticed that Ageha seems to be thinking of something and asked her why she isn’t ‘energetic’. This surprises Ageha as she thought that Ryuu is really perceptive. Ageha denies it since she thought that she can’t tell this to Ryuu that she has been thinking this and that things. Ageha then tells him that she will wear a wedding gown again at an exhibit. Ryuu says really as he thought that Ageha tries to change subject. Ryuu adds that he would want to see Ageha on a wedding dress. Ageha says that Mamoru says so, too and she will asks if they can go see, too. Ryuu thanks her. Ageha then happily says that she can’t wait to wear a wedding dress that Yukari designed. Ryuu thought that Ageha looks cute but he isn’t happy that involves Yukari being mentioned. Then, Ageha remembers having to meet with Yukari again the next day that she started to overanalyze again as she tries not to think of it too much. Just then, Ryuu pulls her to him as a car passes by. Ageha blushes as Ryuu lets go. Ryuu says that it is dangerous and she was almost hit. [She didn’t notice the car as she was overanalyzing] Ageha thought that Ryuu has grown up that he has become strong. Ryuu calls her as Ageha still blushing, thanks him and says that Ryuu is all grown up now. Ryuu says that he is for he has grown taller. Ryuu smiles and Ageha asks what is it. Ryuu says that Ageha is blushing. Ageha gets embarrassed and asks what is that about. Ryuu then tells her that he is just kidding. Ageha was really embarrassed as she playfully hits Ryuu for teasing her. Ryuu then holds out his hand for her. Ryuu then held out his hand as Ageha holds it as they walk home. Ageha then thought that she is back to her ‘energetic’ self and it is all thanks to the siblings.

At VBR door, Ageha is psyching herself to act normal and to greet good morning. She was shock when Yukari greeted her from behind that she shouted, good morning. Yukari says that she seems energetic in the morning. Ageha was surprised and wondered if he means her. Ageha told herself that it is okay. [Note: she is wearing the hat that Mitsuya gave her] Yukari then asks what kind of gown would she like to wear. Ageha says that she will let Yukari decide. Yukari tells her that it would be best if he asked the one who is going to wear so that he would have more or less an idea. Yukari then pats down a mountain of books which he had scanned over. Ageha says something that is light as if it floats but cute. Ageha adds something cute like Tsuyu’s kimono. Yukari says that is what she wants to wear right now. Ageha says that it is and that it has to be really ‘lightly floating’. Yukari sits down and thinks of something like the wind then he looks at Ageha, thinking what would suit her. He got conscious and looks away. Ageha also blushes as she wonders if that is his habit for he has a tendency to stare at her. Ageha then tells him that she went to Mamoru’s house yesterday. Yukari asks if it is only the two of them. Ageha says it is. Just as Yukari is about to be relived, Ageha says that Ryuu walked her home. Yukari suddenly look dark and thought what did you say. She then says that she was almost hit by a car but Ryuu protected her. Ryuu has grown up and is more like a man that it made her heart beat a bit faster. A note says that she didn’t have any ill intention saying that. It was too much for Yukari who got really jealous that he stands up and says that he will come back again.

Mitsuya, carrying some bags, just came in as he asks if Yukari is going out. Yukari says he is. After a while, they heard a scream. Ageha asks what was it. Mitsuya smiles and tells her that it is early spring. Yukari walks out fast thought why does Ageha have to tell him that and he really wanted to say something about it [that he wanted to tell Ageha to stay away from guys?] but he is in no right/position to tell her so. He felt so useless. Just then, his mobile phone rings. Yukari cheerfully answers it as he is glad for the diversion. It was Kyouichi. Yukari says that he is going to hang up. Kyouichi shouted for him not to as Yukari says not to bother him. Kyouichi tells him why is Yukari throwing his anger on him but Yukari still has to listen to what he has to say. Kyouichi then apologizes for telling Ageha that Natsuna was his ex-girlfriend. This surprises Yukari as he stopped walking. Yukari asks if Ageha doesn’t know. Kyouichi says that is why he is a bit worried if there is a problem or not. Yukari asks worried about what. Kyouichi says that he is worried about what Ageha feels/reacts to it. Yukari says that she seems normal. Yukari thought, he doesn’t want to repeat what happened with Natsuna, so he has to say his feelings early on and he should tell Ageha know about it.

And so, Ageha goes overly analyzing things but then, in this way, I can actually relate with her. I have been over analyzing about my computer problems – it reboots when online, then suddenly it doesn’t. I opened torrent and it reboots. I tried opening it before going online. It works fine. ^^;; Argh. And now, it seems to be working fine so what am I going to tell the technician who will probably say just observe it for a while just when I have pretty much psyched self for a reformat or something. Now back to thinking, when it will go ‘dead’ again – such things of course will lead nowhere. Also sometimes people saying not to thing about it too much doesn’t help as it with Ageha but then, somehow the siblings were a big help since she managed to go to VBR as if nothing changed. And since she still has no clue as to how Yukari feels about her, she mentioned about being with Ryuu, causing Yukari to be jealous. Those scenes are usually funny. Hehehe

Note: Just want to say that if I haven't write summaries by this week or so that means that something happened to my computer. It has been acting up lately. It reboots whenever I try to go online. Weird, after multiple reboots and just leaving the net on and not doing anything, it still reboots. Now, I tried it again and it is fine. ^^;; What a great way to start the new year Hehehe and my dang cold isn't that well yet so not much summaries lately since I can't think straight.

After the birthday party, Ageha started thinking if Yukari also thinks of her the same way [he like her]. She then asks her classmates how would she know if the guy likes her, should she instinctively know about it. Her classmates then shouted that Ageha is in love and spring has finally arrived for her. Ageha tries to say it is not a big deal. The class representative say that it is because Ageha is already sixteen and is actually cute, yet she doesn’t have a boyfriend yet. They say that it is because Ageha is just focusing only on her sister [sister complex] and work that her ‘spring’ haven’t arrived yet. The class rep then shoves the others to stop it as she asks Ageha asks how is the feeling between her and that guy. Ageha says that for her side, that is quite good and if for her, it is good, would the other party feel the same way, too. One says that if you don’t have any feelings for the other, you won’t be thinking that way. The other two girls say that when they hold hands, her heart will beat so fast and they would think the same thing if they felt the same way. Ageha realizes that what they say is all true and then she remembers the times that Yukari is being ‘sweet’ with her and then she shake it away, thinking it is just her imagination. One of them asked if she had confessed. Ageha says that she haven’t since she doesn’t have the courage to do so and he is her co-worker [or rather boss]. She is afraid that if she say it, it would ruin the current relationship. Her classmate, Mika says that she understands Ageha. The class rep told Ageha that Mika had an ex-boyfriend. This surprised Ageha as Mika says it isn’t the same as Ageha’s. Mika says that something has happened that they now broke up but she still likes that person so when she sees him, she feels happy but when they meet, he acts/talks normally as if she should not cross the boundary between them [their relationship isn’t the same as before]. But in her heart, she still hopes that there is another chance but if she waits for him, she might make a mistake [in assuming he still likes her] and she would end up hurting herself. Mika tells Ageha that for Ageha, love has just started and so she shouldn’t hurry as Mika wishes Ageha the best. Ageha then thought that it seems everyone’s situation isn’t the same and she wonders what kind of person was Mika’s ex-boyfriend was. She pauses then wonders as if she is forgetting something.

At VBR, Ageha is all gloomy as she is sitting at the corner of a table as she is helping sew a dress as Yukari is bothered by it. Yukari then pokes her with his meter stick, asking what is she doing. She says that she is playing hide and seek. Yukari tells her that this isn’t a place to play it and she should stand up already. Ageha is still thinking if Yukari has feelings for her and she would be more conscious as day passes by. Ageha thinks that it would be better to confess but then, she isn’t ready yet [not brave enough to do it yet]. Yukari, on the other hand, is thinking if Ageha is still thinking about the vomiting incident. Mitsuya laughs at them as he wonders what’s up with them. He then thought that it would have been better if he would help them out but then, it would be best that they discover each other’s feelings for themselves since he is just a bystander. Mitsuya then happily plays with the gown they are making as Yukari and Ageha wonders what is he doing, being so happy by himself. Yukari then informs Ageha that he has formed a team to make the gown presentation at the exhibit – him, Mitsuya, Tsuyu, Natsuna and Ageha. He says that after the fitting, everything will be left up to them. Ageha then teases him that he will do most of the work anyway. He then says that he will introduce Natsuna to her. Ageha tells him that she has seen her already. This surprised Yukari as he learned that Natsuna came when he was sleeping before – Ageha looking at him sleeping. Yukari gloomly thought that it is a good thing that Natsuna didn’t draw on his face. Ageha then says that Yukari should formally introduce Natsuna to her for she would like to talk more with Natsuna. Yukari agrees. Just then Mitsuya exclaims a surprise. They asked why as he said it was nothing. Mitsuya then thought to himself that he realized that he haven’t told Ageha that Natsuna is Yukari’s ex-girlfriend but then, the two [Yukari and Ageha] seem to have a good relation and Yukari might be too conscious about it. Mitsuya also thought that Ageha might become lifeless again as when she thought Tsuyu was Yukari’s ex. Mitsuya then thought that those two [Yukari and Natsuna] doesn’t like their private lives being told to others. Mitsuya then change the topic as he asks when will they have the meeting.

Later on, Ageha arrived at VBR for the meeting. Mitsuya tells her that Yukari went to fetch Natsuna. Ageha then saw Tsuyu already there as Ageha praises Tsuyu’s looks for she is wearing a kimono. Tsuyu tells her that it is because her father works at a kimono shop so she likes wearing them. As they happily chatter, they then realized that Mitsuya is there. Mitsuya says that she looks good and Tsuyu was surprised until Mitsuya turned devilish and started teasing her again. Ageha hopes that Yukari comes already. Yukari did arrived with Natsuna. Both are arguing why she didn’t wake him up as Natsuna says that Yukari is at fault for not waking up. Yukari shouts so it is his fault, she doesn’t answer calls nor goes outside that she is all white so she should go outside more. Natsuna tells him that he is being nosy and he isn’t his mother. The two continue to argue as Ageha can’t even get a word in to greet them. The three just looks at them. Tsuyu is all hearts for Natsuna, Ageha is stunned and Mitsuya smiles and says that they are like that ever since before. Yukari then calls out Ageha that he may introduce her to Natsuna, their corsage maker – their [Yukari and Tsuyu] schoolmate younger by two years since she was born on March. Ageha then wonders if she should prepare a birthday celebration for her since it is on March but Mitsuya told her that Natsuna doesn’t like this kind of things [parties, more like she is anti-social]. Ageha then introduced herself as an apprentice at the store. Natsuna just stares at her. [Note: Ageha is taller than Natsuna] Ageha then got her bag and showed Natsuna that she put the flower she gave her on it. She thanked her for it since she really liked it also thanks for using the bag she made. Natsuna then looks away as Ageha thought that she was snubbed. Yukari angrily asks Natsuna what’s with that. Mitsuya told Ageha [freaking out] not to mind for Natsuna is just like that. Yukari notices that Natsuna isn’t listening to him as Natsuna then asks Tsuyu if Mitsuya is still teasing her. Mitsuya then denies it as the three argue about that. Ageha thought that appearance and personality doesn’t seem to jive and Natsuna isn’t like a ‘fairy’. Yukari then smiles and says that he just can’t do anything about Natsuna. [It is a bit like he can’t go against Natsuna in regards to her behavior and wishes] He goes to Natsuna as he lightly knocks her head and tells her to stop it. She then realized that it seems that Natsuna is indeed one of Yukari’s ‘inside’ people or part of his group.

When everyone is seated down, Yukari tells them about the February exhibit. Natsuna asks why do they have to meet for doesn’t Yukari always just decide everything. Yukari says that they are having a meeting so that they can all share information. Natsuna tells him to do what he wants and she will just do something that will match his design. Before long, the two started to argue again. Ageha asks Mitsuya is it okay to just let them be as Mitsuya says it is for while they were together, they are always like that. After the meeting, it ended up with Yukari deciding what to design then they will meet again. Natsuna then comments that it has been a long time since she talked for such a long time. Yukari tells her that is enough as he will send her home. Mitsuya then wonders if he mentioned ‘together’ would Ageha thought that Natsuna is the ex-girlfriend. Ageha says that those two’s relation is quite good, they seems to be really good friends. Mitusuya says that Ageha is also a good friend. Ageha then notices Tsuyu looking at her so she asks what is the matter. Tsuyu then asked if Ageha is free some other time for she would like to tell Ageha something. Ageha asked if it is about the bag. Tsuyu nervously says that it is then says that they would just have tea when she doesn’t have work. Ageha cheerfully agrees.

Two days later, the two girls then exchanged info about the things they will ‘trade’ with each other as they showed the designs – Ageha a bag while Tsuyu a butterfly brooch. Ageha says that this is really fun and it will be finished soon. Tsuyu says that it is like being in a girl’s world as she also enjoy it. Ageha says that it would be more interesting if Natsuna could join them for she wants to be her friend. Tsuyu then says that she has something important to tell Ageha before, she didn’t say it because she felt that Ageha will think too much about it but she is worried, for not saying isn’t good either. Tsuyu was about to say that Natsuna is ..[Yukari’s ex] when Kyouichi came into the café. Kyouichi just came for a rest/hang out there as he always do and greets them. He then asks what are they talking about. Tsuyu says that it is about Natsuna. Kyouichi then says that Natsuna is great, no wonder she is Yukari’s ex-girlfriend. Ageha was shocked as Tsuyu told Kyouichi that Ageha doesn’t know this. Kyouichi then realized he has slipped and apologized. Kyouichi then says that it has been a long time and they are now just partners in work, friends. Ageha then thought, ex-girlfriend, she had been so happy lately and busy that she completely forgot about this. She thought that even if she shouldn’t mind but then, Yukari looks at Natsuna fondly/tenderly. Natsuna doesn’t seem to like her, could it be because she [Ageha] is working with Yukari so Natsuna is unhappy about it. Ageha shakes her head not to think such things as she remembered Mika saying that she still likes to see her ex so Ageha thought, could it be that Natsuna is also like that – Natsuna still likes Yukari.

I guess Ageha isn’t really that clueless that she begins to wonder if Yukari also likes her but then, Yukari is totally clueless. His relationship with Natsuna seems to be a cat-dog type and Natsuna getting the upper hand. As everyone thought, Ageha knowing that Natsuna is the ex-girlfriend would really bother Ageha and she is the type of person who kept on thinking about something and well, her imagination tends to get wild. And that was what she is forgetting. I’m wondering if the author will introduce Mika’s ex-boyfriend. The one who has dark hair is either Ryuu or Zero. Since it is highly doubtful for it to be Ryuu so I’m guessing it was Zero.

[Lucky! Just when I thought I have to rely on simplified Chinese scans, the other day, Yukiru from BW has scanned volume 7 in traditional Chinese. ^_^]

As Yukari was clinging on to Ageha who kept asking if he is alright. Mitsuya and Ririko shouts for Ageha to get away. Ageha thought that Yukari mistakenly drank wine, what is it about as Yukari moves closer to Ageha as if to kiss her and she blushes. To her surprise, Yukari vomits on her dress. A girl says even a small sip is dangerous. Another girl says that he is really weak with alcohol though he is cute that way. Mitsuya apologizes to Ageha as he says that it was suppose to be his job [prevent Yukari from drinking alcoholic drinks]. Ririko hits Kyouichi for giving it as Kyouichi says that he is just trying to set the mood though he is already drunk. Ageha then shouts for Mitsuya as Mitsuya tells her to change clothes first. They try to give Yukari some water but he still vomits. Later on, outside VBR, on a bench, Ageha dressed in guys clothes try to make conversation about the stars can be seen tonight, tomorrow will be a clear day. Yukari sitting beside her was a bit depress as he thought that what he did was really pathetic. Yukari then apologizes to Ageha for messing up her dress and made her see something gross and it has been his habit to hold on to something [this time, Ageha] before vomiting. Ageha says not to worry too much about it and is he okay. Yukari asks if she is cold. Ageha says that she isn’t for she did borrow some clothes. It seems that Ririko’s clothes are small so they lend her some men clothing. Yukari apologized about it then he stares at Ageha. He was blushing for he doesn’t realize that girls wearing men clothing can actually be cute. There is a sign on Yukari => Stupid. ^^;

Yukari then worries that he isn’t his normal self and how could he not notice that the drink was wine from the smell. He is wearing the scarf that Ageha gave him. Ageha then says that she will be scolded if she say it but seeing this side of Yukari of being weak, she felt a bit relieved. Yukari asked why. Ageha told him that he can do anything and as if he is trying to become ‘strong’ or should be strong so seeing him like that, not his normal self, the feeling it gives her is quite good. Yukari asks what is that about as Ageha says she is trying to cheer him up. Yukari smiles as he thought of Ageha’s words. Just then, the wind blows and Yukari says thanked her for the scarf that he is able to use it now. Just then Ageha smelled the clothes she is wearing and says that it seems to smell of cigarette smoke. Yukari says that it is because it is Mitsuya’s. Ageha was surprised that Mitsuya smokes. Yukari says that he gets Mitsuya to smoke outside so that it won’t smell inside the store. Mitsuya started to smoke and drink at age 20. Ageha then realized that is why Mitsuya tends to wear perfume to cover the smell. She then asks if Yukari smokes. Yukari says he doesn’t for he doesn’t like the smell. Ageha then grabs his arm and start smelling him if he really doesn’t. Yukari told her to quit it since she is acting like a dog. Then, both realized how close each other’s face are.

Ageha then wondered what should she do now, her heart is beating so fast and loud as their face are so close but Yukari didn’t push her away. She begins to think could it be that Yukari also..no way..could he also [like me]. From the glass door/window of VBR, the staff and Mitsuya are looking at them. A girl wonders if they will kiss. The other girl told her not to think foolishly for this is Yukari and he won’t do such a thing in public where everyone can see it. Mitsuya praises her for she is right and knows Yukari that times like this..Just then, Yukari hits Ageha away. Everyone was surprised as Mitsuya wasn’t. Mitsuya says that it is because Yukari’s heart is like a girl that he would be really conscious of himself especially regarding the vomit incident. Mitsuya is right as Yukari is thinking if being too close to Ageha is alright since he smells bad since he haven’t gargled his mouth yet. As Yukari overly worries about it, Ageha thought that she really misunderstood it [that he likes her]. Just then, Yukari puts his hands on his pocket and he is holding a gift. He looks at Ageha as he remembers Mitsuya telling him about a good chance on giving it. Just then, Ageha notices him looking at her. Yukari wants to say something but then, he hesitates and decided not to give the gift as he puts it back in his pocket. Yukari then stands up and holds Ageha’s hair as he apologized because it hurts [hitting her away]. Ageha blushes and thought, he is touching her face gently, could it be that she isn’t mistaken [that he likes her].

Yukari then called out to the others not to keep on peeking on them and to get those things. It turned out to be fireworks. Ageha asks why does they have it, isn’t it for summer. Yukari says that they are busy during summer so they can do it now as he tells everyone to be careful when lighting them and not to disturb other people. Yukari then tells her that having fireworks in winter is quite good as he gives her some. As everyone started to light some fireworks, Ageha thought that she is really happy having a birthday cake and gifts as her hearts beats so fast.. Mitsuya then asks Yukari what is it for he looks as if he is ‘moved’. Yukari says it was nothing for it has been a long time since he experience this feeling. Ageha calls out to them saying that this party is really fun so they should do it again next year – celebrate their birthday together. Yukari smiles and said yes.

I actually didn’t expect Yukari to vomit on her and I guess that is really embarrassing to do that on a girl one likes. Too bad because of that and being self-conscious about himself, he decided to delay giving his gift to her. I guess he will just have to find a better time for it. Ageha has already beginning to sense that Yukari might have the same feelings as she has for him.

While having tea with the two guys, Ageha learned that Mitsuya’s birthday is on November 25. Ageha freaks out that it is almost his birthday and why didn’t Mitsuya say it earlier. She tried to think of a way to celebrate it but she is pressed for time so she suggests that they celebrate it on the day when she and Yukari will be having a birthday party. Mitsuya agrees with her plans as he gets excited about it as Ageha. He even suggests that they do it at night when all their work is finished and they will do it there [at VBR]. She then says that they should make it a memorable day as Yukari smiles at her. He then teases her that she better not think too much about it or else, she will have red marks in her tests. Ageha shouted at him not to say such unlucky things. She then smiles as she thought that a happy event should be celebrated with others.

At a café, Ageha was disappointed that Tsuyu can’t come. Tsuyu says it can’t be helped since Mitsuya will be there and his dark side will awaken. Tsuyu thanked her for inviting her. Ageha says that is too bad but then, she will take lots of pictures and tell her lots of stories as to what happened. Tsuyu is happy about it and thanks her. Ageha then mentioned that she has seen Natsuna already and that she seems to be like a fairy. Tsuyu says that Natsuna is beautiful and cute. Ageha says that she wasn’t able to talk with Natsuna but she hopes she can next time. Tsuyu looks at Ageha then offers some of her cake for Ageha to taste. They both ate a piece and thought it was delicious. Ageha then thought it is too bad that Tsuyu can’t come and it seems Natsuna isn’t coming either. Ageha then thought she has to think what to give Mitsuya and [Yukari]...She then smiles and shouts that she should do her best. She then asks Tsuyu if she wants to go with her to shop a gift for Mitsuya.

On the day, they had a toast as they shouted Happy Birthday. Ririko then closes the light for the three to blow out the candle on the cake. They then take pictures, eat, drink and play games. Ageha thought that it is really fun. Then, Ririko says it is time to give the gifts. From the store Rosa, they gave Ageha a bag of gifts – teddy bear, tea and jam and a handkerchief. For the two guys, they gave neck ties as Ririko v-signs telling them to work hard. Yukari says that even if she seems to be bribing them, they would still work hard even without it. Sakura then gave the three, drawings of themselves. Ageha was surprised at how good the drawing was. Kyouichi then gives Ageha a small bouquet of pink roses and gave Yukari 100 red roses. Yukari says that isn’t something he should give to a guy. Ageha says that it is great for Yukari’s bouquet is 10 times bigger than hers. Ageha then calls them to come near her as she is going to give them her gift. The two guys thanks her for the scarves as Ageha says it isn’t much since she bought it so they should use it [for it is winter]. To Yukari’s surprise, there is more. Ageha also made them hand made key holder with their initials in front. Ageha says that even after she bought the scarves with Mamoru, she still thought that it isn’t enough so she decided to make those and she will be happy if they liked it. They then said that she doesn’t need to say if they will like it for they will use the key holder and scarves that she gave them. Ageha blushes as she felt happy.

Mitsuya then gives his gift to Ageha. It is a handmade hat – mods cap. Ageha was really happy for she wanted one as Mitsuya says that she should wear it next time for it might ruin her hairdo. Yukari says that he is the last then stares at Ageha. Ageha asks what is it. Yukari says it is nothing for he thinks that it will suit her. He then gave her the gift – it is a scarf-like accessory on the collar. [I tried to search what it is called but I failed ^^;] Ageha asked if Yukari made it. Yukari said yes and let him put it on her. The girls of Rosa thought that it suits Ageha for she looks cute. Ageha thanked him. Kyouichi then says that they should have another toast and gave Yukari a glass as he told him that Yukari should make the dress for February with such a feeling. [That Ageha is going to wear it] Ageha then thought that she is so happy that it is really going into her head. Just then, Yukari drank from the glass that Kyouichi gave him and he looked surprise. Mitsuya then shouted that it is wine and he shouted for Ageha to get away from Yukari as Yukari holds on Ageha’s shoulder and says, I’m sorry. Ageha looked surprised.

Can you guess what Yukari will do? Will he kiss her like in most shoujo when one is drunk? Hehe. This just goes to show how talented these people are that they give gifts that they themselves made. Also, if people are special, they or well, Ageha’s point of view, something bought isn’t enough that she has to make something for them. See Yukari’s tie..is that a new way of tying one’s tie? I recall seeing that way of tying a tie in some series/drama before. This ends volume 6.

One day at VBR, Kyouichi came in the store, screaming, Yukari, papa’s here. It made Yukari hit him and told him to dream on, and he should just go home. Ririko was also there, shooing him away. Kyouichi then asks her when will she agree to marry him. Ririko told him if he wants to daydream, do it outside. Ageha then nervously thought to herself that she now understands the kind of family that Yukari grew up in. Ageha then asked Yukari if Kyouichi likes Ririko. Yukari says that when he was young, Kyouichi has been doing that to Ririko and he haven’t given up. Kyouichi then told Ageha that is right, he has been sincerely asking for a long time already and Ririko is too much that she haven’t answered him. Ririko told him to quit making things up and he isn’t really sincere. Ririko then says that the only one in her heart is Aoi [Yukari’s father]. Kyouichi then sadly smiles and says that he really has no chance. Ageha admired Ririko for it. Yukari then asks why is Kyouichi there. Kyouichi told him why is Yukari asking when they had already talked about it and why don’t Yukari give it a try. Yukari groans. Kyouichi told him not to make a face for it can publicize/promote VBR and Rosa, for the venue is good and it will greatly be profitable. Ageha then notices that Yukari is looking at her as she wondered why. Ririko says that she also agree with the proposal. Kyouichi then playfully goes lovey-dovey at Ririko who tries to get him away from her. Ageha then asks what is it all about.

Kyouichi then told her that they will have a grand exhibit again on wedding to promote dresses and accessories and he had asked Yukari to contribute to the wedding dress collection to be modeled. He has been asking Yukari about it for a long time. Ageha squeals in delight and says that it would be extremely great as Kyouichi says it is especially if Ageha is the model. This surprises Ageha as Kyouichi says that it is because she did great in the summer wedding exhibit that he wants to have her again. Yukari asks what is he planning as Kyouichi says that it would be interesting. Ageha then says that she would love to. This surprised Yukari. Ageha then says that she would like to wear a wedding dress that Yukari had made. Yukari tries to protest as Ageha says not to worry about the superstition [wearing wedding dress makes one marry late in life] since it won’t be such a big deal if she do it again. Kyouichi was really happy that he shouts that Ageha is his savior goddess as he was about to hug Ageha, Yukari quickly strangles him to keep away from Ageha. Ririko and Kyouichi then decides on the price negotiation as Ririko got the favorable deal.

Just then, Sakura came in and when he saw Ageha, he went straight to her to hug her which surprised both Ageha and Yukari. Yukari looks on as he envies his younger brother. Kyouichi then called out to Sakura, asking if he wants him to be his father. Sakura smiles at him and told him, if you want to dream on, go outside the store. Kyouichi freaks out over his answer as Ririko and Yukari laughed at him. Sakura then sits on Ageha’s lap to show her about the new book that he got. It surprised Ageha as Yukari wonders if it is really just a kid’s way. Kyouichi says that being a kid can get away with it. Yukari agrees. Kyouichi then says [joking] it would be better if Ageha sits on his lap. Yukari agrees then realized what Kyouichi just said as Kyouichi laughs. [ I think Kyouichi is trying to trick Yukari into saying he wants to do that, too] Ageha wonders what was the fuss about. Yukari then stretches as he says that since it is already been decided, he should think of a design since there isn’t much time left. Ageha asked when the show will be and Yukari told him on February. This surprised Ageha for it is already November and they still have other jobs to do. Yukari told her not to worry about it for he was at first hesitant about it but since Ageha ‘pushed’ for it, he will do it. Ageha smiles. Then, she wonders where Mitsuya is. Yukari told her that if Kyouichi appears, Mitsuya will disappear since Mitsuya couldn’t stand being with Kyouichi at the same place. Yukari then goes to talk with Kyouichi about other details. Ageha thought that she wanted to talk with him [Mitsuya] about something.

At Mamoru’s house, Ageha asks her what does guys like to have [gift]. Mamoru says isn’t it a scarf. Ageha doesn’t seem to want to give that as she is thinking what to give Yukari for the birthday party as they will celebrate it and it is already next month. Ageha thought that expensive things doesn’t seem to suit Yukari but then, she is a student so she can’t afford expensive things. She has been thinking what would be something nice [make one happy] but isn’t ordinary. Mamoru then suggests that they go to a place where she can shop for scarves that isn’t expensive and it would still be better to ask Mitsuya what Yukari likes to be sure. Ageha then looks at her schedule when she will go to work as Mamoru apologized to her younger brother in her thoughts for she can’t resist not helping Ageha out. [She is helping the ‘enemy’ = Yukari] At VBR, Mitsuya asks Yukari how’s the progress. Yukari says it is already finished but he is still thinking as he is filing something. Mitsuya then says isn’t this a good chance, shouldn’t he do it. [confess?] Yukari then seems to think of something.

Some time later, Ageha went to VBR and thought that it would be best to ask Mitsuya about what Yukari likes when he is alone. She then wonders when is Mitsuya’s birthday. She heard some noise on the upper floor that she called out to them but there was no answer. She began to think if there is a thief. Then, she saw a short haired woman coming down the stairs. When Ageha saw the bag, she realized that it was Natsuna. She asked if she is Natsuna. Natsuna noticed the flower she made on Ageha’s bag that she asked back if she is Ageha. Ageha says that she is as Ageha thought that Natsuna looks beautiful. Just then, Mitsuya came and called out to Natsuna. Natsuna then says, ‘ugh’ as she heads out. Ageha was puzzled by it as Mitsuya asks if she is leaving. Natsuna says that she just want to see. Natsuna then looks again at Ageha then went out as she slams the door. Ageha asks Mitsuya if she did something that made Natsuna angry as she realized that she forgot to thank Natsuna for the flower. Mitsuya says not to mind for Natsuna is like that to everyone. Mitsuya told her to go up ahead since Yukari is sleeping and he will make some tea for her. Ageha was surprised that Natsuna came and left yet Yukari is still sleeping. Mitsuya says that is because the fairy comes and goes without a sound.

Ageha was shock as Yukari is indeed still sleeping at the sofa. She wonders if he is really tired or because he slept late last night. She also wonders what Natsuna said about coming to see – does she meant Yukari for it could be that she came while Yukari is sleeping. Ageha blushes as she looks at Yukari. She then kneels in front of him, observing him. She was surprised when Yukari suddenly opened his eyes that she screams. Yukari asks what is with that scream. Ageha says that it was because he suddenly wake up. She then smiles and that Yukari is like sleeping beauty. Yukari says if you tell that to a guy, would he be happy. Yukari suddenly grabbed her and put her on his lap. Ageha was really surprised as Yukari says that he is imitating Sakura. Ageha says that it is the opposite [Sakura sitting on her] Yukari just laughs as Ageha, embarrassed, shouted that it isn’t funny. Yukari told her it is her punishment for looking at him while he was sleeping. Ageha tries to deny she is looking at him. Just then, Mitsuya came as Ageha quickly stands up, telling him that Yukari is bullying her. Mitsuya asks if Ageha wanted to wear the wedding gown for the exhibit that they will make. Ageha then realized that she haven’t ask formally if she can wear the wedding gown that they are making for saying, I want to do it isn’t appropriate. Yukari says that her reaction is delayed. Yukari then says that it will be a catwalk so she will walk alone and she better not fall down. Ageha got nervous as she told him he is being evil. Ageha then thought that she even so, she is excited to see what kind of wedding dress she will be wearing.

So, Yukari is already making plans for his confession. He also have gotten a bit ‘comfortable’ with Ageha that he can tease her like that. It is really hard to make comments and not spoil anything. ^^; So, I’m not going to comment much on VBR. Hehehe.

Vampire Knight [Special Chapter: Scarlet Sakura Quietly Scatters Away ]

This is when Shizuka is dying and Ichiru is calling for her. Shizuka looks at Ichiru who is crying and thought the one who is the same as me..the ‘no place to go to’ child is crying. Shizuka tries to touch his face as she asks him why is he crying like a child. But Shizuka thinks that she is wrong for he isn’t a child anymore, she didn’t notice when he grew up, the half of a twin. She and Ichiru are the same. Shizuka asks him, do you really like me that much. Shizuka narrates, the two of us have no place to go to but managed to find a place where they lived together for four years and then, she would later find Ichiru’s other half, Zero who is filled with hate, the twin who wants to kill her..this is the replacement/payment for damages for the ‘day’ that was taken away from her. Then, a scene of Shizuka biting a certain guy. Her thoughts about that person is very very strong that she can only think of him. A scene of young Ichiru asking Shizuka, are you really going to take me away, pure-blood sister. Shizuka looks at him.

After four years, Shizuka in Maria’s body found Ichiru looking at her body, sleeping on a coffin. Shizuka asks if he is looking at her body again, isn’t he satisfied with this body [Maria’s]. Ichiru says it can't be help/no choice since they have to hide themselves for they are being searched for but..Shizuka then asks but what. Ichiru says that this isn’t Shizuka’s style so he finds it strange. Shizuka says that being a ‘partner’ he really bravely says such things. She smiles as she holds her body’s hair as she says that she likes the current situation, is that bad. Ichiru says no. She then holds up her body’s hand, cuts it and asks Ichiru to drink her blood. Ichiru says that he has already drunk her blood that made his body recover already. Shizuka says to stop talking and drink already for he is her boyguard. Ichiru obeys as he complains that he want to become a vampire for it would make the blood taste better. He asks why doesn’t Shizuka make him a vampire. Shizuka says if she did, he would become her servant and he should not say such things again for it won’t be intresting. Ichiru says then why did she made Zero a vampire. Shizuka smiles and says that in Zero’s case, she doesn’t think that Zero would be her servant that easily and it won’t be interesting. Ichiru looks a bit grumpy as Shizuka says not to have that expression for what is a vampire, hold dear but it won’t last like that guy, so easily taken away. Ichiru asks, does she remember the vampire servant whom his parents killed. Shizuka asks what is it, does he want to hear about it for she thought he doesn’t want to know about it that she doesn’t mention about it. Ichiru looks away and says that he isn’t forcing her to tell him. Shizuka then looks at him and asks, are you jealous. Ichiru blushes and insists that he isn’t for he just thinks that she will only be hurt if she tries to remember that guy. Shizuka pauses.

Shizuka tells him that ever since the start, her standing and that guy’s standing isn’t compatible. I am a prized rare caged animal while he is just ‘food’ but he isn’t the same as the other ‘food’ for he just stood there silently, looking at her. She then felt her heart beating fast and then, she decided there not to make him her ‘food’ for she felt he can be her companion. And from that heartbeat, she felt her blood rising and that is how her first ‘stubborness/rebellion’ started. She didn’t even hesitate to make him a vampire. She thinks that guy up to now has never forgiven her for making him a vampire but he let her help him escape to a far place as he didn’t object to it. It isn’t like she persuaded him nor she wanted to be with him but it is more on no choice but in the end, the only thing that awaits us is...so because of revenge, she cannot bring herself to kill his twin [Zero]. So do you hate me, she asked Ichiru. Ichiru replies no. Shizuka asks if it is true then he is also one who carries the guilt of that sin. She then kisses Ichiru on the lips as he looks surprised. Shizuka says that he has a nice expression, doesn’t he like it. Ichiru looks away saying that he knows she doesn’t like him so please don’t make fun/tease him. Ichiru is blushing. Shizuka says that she really likes it when what Ichiru feels is showing on his face. Shizuka narrates that she deliberately try to not know what Ichiru is thinking and tries to keep distance. The pureblood’s ‘stubborness’, like that guy and Zero for their future, is ‘bleak/nothing’ [I think she meant that nothing will come out of a pureblood’s stubbornness] so..back to Shizuka dying as she touches Ichiru’s crying face and asks do you really like me. Ichiru shouts that Shizuka already know how he feels. Shizuka thinks she cannot fulfill Ichiru’s wish [to be with her forever?] so she will give her body and blood to him, for this is the way a vampire can show one’s love. She then asks Ichiru if he wants to be with her.

Okay, it seems that the one whom Shizuka wanted avenged is not her fiancé but just a normal human [her food] whom she turned into a vampire. I’m thinking that she really loved him or came to love him else, she wouldn’t be wanting revenge. I’m not sure if the guy loved her back but it seems he didn’t for she thought that he never forgave her for turning him into a vampire. Here is my theory on what happened: She is all cooped up in that place and even engaged to be married to a pureblood so they can make more pureblood vampires but she decided to run away with that guy. The upper house or even her fiancé who doesn’t want to lose face could have made that guy’s name to appear on the vampire hunter’s list so Zero’s parents hunt him down. This should have forced Shizuka to return to them but she didn’t and sought revenge on the ones who killed him and the ones who ordered the kill. She found the Kiriyuu, killed the parents, made Zero a vampire and got a new companion, Ichiru while on the run. Ichiru fell for her and I guess she did, too that she decided not to make him a vampire hence he met a sad end like her lover. Now, she goes to the school to torment Zero and tries to get Kaname’s blood [she did wanted him dead] but Kaname beat her to it. Just like Kaname, she could have planned to become more powerful so that she can beat upper house/her fiancé and Kaname did say that he will help destroy the ones she hate. I’m thinking that is why Ichiru suspects that Kaname is also her murderer aside from Zero. Speaking of Zero, he is on the cover of Lala DX where this special chapter is published.
