Manga: I had finished Kamui. The ending is quite typical and predictable. In the end, the lead just made up with his brother who turned out not to be really evil. Hehe, that isn’t surprising. Most of the villains here turn out to be nice and no one dies so it is easy to forgive the bad things they have done. It is a happy ending as the lead and his brother went back to wherever they lived and the others start their new life in rebuilding the place. Overall, the manga is okay though a bit cliché as I mentioned...doing bad things then, they are actually good. The main attraction here for me is the art. I like some of the scenes though it can be quite overwhelming at times. In Liar Game [c. 46-53], Akiyama tried to recruit two of mouse guy’s [North Country] members and succeed. Unfortunately, mouse guy noticed the rejoicing of the South County members that he suspects he has traitors within the group. Soon, mouse guy learned that it is bandana guy and long haired guy. Currently, South Country is winning. Mouse guy tries to get Bandana guy something but since he didn’t do it well, Mouse guy plans not to let Bandana go out anymore and get some money. The plan seems to be take lots of money more than it can fit the case by putting it on a push cart. Leave the money outside the room and do that ‘doubt thing’ then bring the money left outside the room back to their headquarters. I’m not quite sure of the plan but it was Akiyama was the one who gave them the information as to where North country’s atm is. Mouse guy somewhat suspects it is a lie. In the end, burly guy from North country successfully gets the money. I think round 3 is ending soon because it is noted that if mouse guy gets this, they will win. I’m sure Akiyama would have something up in his sleeve.
In Air Gear [c. 175-176], the game starts with Kururu’s dad telling them that if they lose, they would have to use a chibi looking logo for their group from now on but if Kururu’s dad’s group White Wolf won, they will pay them 30 million to help them. The first game is tossing Frisbee. White Wolf is using some dirty tricks to get points. First is distracting Ikki. Then, faking a foul to get a point from Kuzu. Then, an old man from White Wolf using his cybernetic hand made Buccha fly upon touching the frisbee. Soon, Ikki’s group is losing 0-10. The audience started to toss all sort of things at them and curses them for losing to old people. Akito wonders why they are losing when White Wolf doesn’t seem to be strong anyway. It turned out that White Wolf is videotaping what is happening and sent via satellite to a group of people to help them win the game. During time out, Kazu and others try to brainstorm over what should they do. Ikki is sitting on the chairs as the cursing of the audience started to get to him. He then remembers how Sora told him that he is no longer of use. Ikki then shouts that he had enough and he doesn’t have time to play this kind of game. His fighting spirit has influenced the others that they all are fired up. Noticing this, Kururu’s dad tells pink member to back out for now. The audience is also caught up by Ikki’s group that they are cheering for them. Just like Gintama, the lesson seems to be do not look down on old people. They may not have the same physical ability but they make up for it for their brains and technology. Hehe I guess Ikki’s group will try to at least catch up to White Wolf’s points.
Yoshimori and others have arrived in the temple in Kekkashi [c. 179-180]. They were greeted by Yoshimori’s crow friend, Shido. Shido then takes Yoshimori to the side and reprimands him for bringing girls there. Before Yoshimori could ask about the butterflies, a volcano erupts. The other crows say it is ‘Zhong yu’ [tsui-something in Japanese, I can’t find the other word so I use the Chinese ^^;] has awaken. The volcano throws rocks in the temple as the other evade it but ruin the temple. Then, some lightning struck it, too. Shido takes Yoshimori to use his kekkai to protect the temple from being destroyed. Tokine took Sen into her kekkai so that it will be safe. After the storm has called, the volcano split as two whirlwinds appear. Suddenly, a white winged boy jumps into Tokine’s chest. The boy says that she smells nice. Before long, Tokine is trying to get the boy off her while the crows tries to tell her to be calm. Of course, Yoshimori quickly goes back to the temple and removes the boy from Tokine. While asking Shido who it is, the boy whirls away from him and goes for Sen’s chest. The boy says he likes her, too but then, why is her chest flat. Sen uses his claws to toss him away and he shouts, who is a girl. Yoshimori tries to calm Sen saying it is a land god while the other crows call out to the boy as young master. Before long, the boy is back on Tokine’s chest and asks Tokine if Sen isn’t a girl. Yoshimori angrily grabs the boy and toss him into the air. He then uses his kekkai to hit Zhong Yu. Shido freaks out while Sen commends him for good work. Shingari [Shido’s lord] arrives and catches Zhong Yu who turned out to be his son. Shingari says that they should have dinner party. The crows prepared dinner.
Later on, the three wondered what are they doing there at the party. Shido tells Yoshimori that they have to wait for the lord to be drunk before they could talk. He says that he has a secret weapon so Yoshimori should help him. Shido informs Shingari of entertainment and makes Yoshimori to copy something on a magazine. To their surprise, it is a Carnival..with girls in samba costumes..what is a Hawaiian dancer doing there ^^; Tokine realizes that Yoshimori used his shinigami to make them. Soon, the shinigami even pulled in the two and the other crows. After Shingari got drunk and Zhong Yu passed out, the dancers become paper and Yoshimori ends up with a bump on his head as punishment from the two for making those kind of shinigamis. Shido then tells Yoshimori that Karasumori has become more dangerous and that something would happen soon. Before leaving, Shido gave each of them a box as gift of thanks. Zhong Yu seeing them leaving, decided to use his powers on the boxes and laughs, souvenir. When they arrived back, Tokine sighs as to what the heck is that and Sen complains that it is tiring. Yoshimori shouts what is it, didn’t they got anything. When they opened it, smoke comes out from Tokine and Sen’s boxes. A whirlwind appeared in Yoshimori’s and it tossed him to the other side. Sen says nothing happened in Tokine’s. Tokine’s then says, your. Sen then sees that his chest has grown. Sen shouted, what is this. A note says that when the smoke disappears, the effect is also gone. Hehe, that is amusing. I actually thought Sen is a girl, too. ^^;;
The new manga that I’m reading is Silvery Crow from the creator of Samurai Deeper Kyo. The story is about a boy named John Elegadine who is known as the Silvery Crow though from appearance, he doesn’t look like it. It is only when he uses his power when his hair become like silvery white feathers. The legend in that place is that a jewel is given by the demon to a king to save his land. That jewel is split into 13 pieces after the king died and many people are after it since it grants wishes. I think the demon is within the boy’s body. He befriends a girl who is also after the jewel parts. Then, currently, they are taken in by some sky pirates and are fighting against a mouse-looking guy looking for a part of the jewel. Looking for parts of a jewel does seem like Inu Yasha. The story is a bit like a RPG game actually with locks that have levels on it. ^^;; The lead is amusing and somewhat reminds me of Luffy while the girl is like Nami. Heck, that pirate-looking could be like Zoro. The art is okay and the story is still entertaining to read even if it doesn’t seem to be anything new. I’ll get into details later on after I read it through properly and get their names in English.
There are four shoujo manga in BW forum that I recently read and I’m interested in the latter two. First is Moonlight Prince. There is only one chapter and from the looks of it, the target audience seems to be for younger people. A girl finds a dog that sounds like a cat. It turned out that dog is a prince from some place who was made into a dog because he wanted to marry for love and not someone arranged by his father. He becomes human when there is moonlight. The girl doesn’t know that her dog is the guy whom she met that night. The art is a bit bad that a person commented was it done by a Chinese mangaka. ^^; The story seems a bit familiar but there haven’t been stories like this lately. I kind already predict what would happen in the end. Next, is Chocolate Cosmos which is a story about a girl who wants to have a boyfriend but because of her stern glare that makes the guys think that she is mean. During summer in the beach, she met a guy whom she somewhat liked and even paint his nails. She didn’t get to know his name but her hint is they are in the same school. To her shock, he turned out to be his teacher in home economics. The major turn-off here for me is the guy having his nails painted and didn’t even bother removing it while at school. ^^; The guy also looked too young to be a teacher. He looks a bit older just because he wears glasses. Then, there is this manga from a male Chinese author, CHRY who seems to be into cosplay. I don’t know how to translate the title but it is ‘The Room’ – the Chinese title is on the picture and that English title isn’t the official title. The first chapter is missing some scans at the near end and there are only two chapters out. The story is about this girl who got kicked out of her house when it was learned that she can use magic. She then got employed as a maid in this boy’s house. The boy tend to sleep in the morning so she uses her magic to do the housework. Every time the boy comes back at night, she is made to clean clothes that are bloodied. So one night, she decided to follow him. She finds him in the morgue where he is biting into a corpse. To her shock, he is a vampire. He then caught her spying on him. Skip to chapter two since some scans are missing after that in chapter one. The two then had a fight. It seems that the vampire has a bit of social problems in dealing with people after what happened in the past. While working as a waitress, the girl finds another guy who can use magic. The guy tells her that he is going to bring her to magic land. The girl promptly quits her job from the vampire and decides to go to magic land through a well. That’s the end of it. The art is okay like sometimes it is nice and at times, it isn’t. I must say, it is the cover art that made me check this out. ^^; The story is a bit interesting.
Lastly, there is Spicy Pink. It is a josei from the author of Marmalade Boy and Ultra Maniac. I know those two stories and they are okay so I checked this one out. The story is about Sakura, a mangaka who is always working and has no love life. Her friend set her up with group date since she didn’t have a boyfriend for five years. At first, Sakura doesn’t want to but her friend convinced her that it can be good material, after all she is writing a love story manga. At the group date, she is somewhat interested in a plastic surgeon named Edaiki, who is also somewhat interested in her when she started talking about making a manga. After dinner, Edaiki waited for when she came out of the restroom. Then, in the elevator, she wonders if the guy likes her because he waited for her while the others have gone ahead. To her surprise, Edaiki holds her face to him. She closed her eyes while thinking that he is coming on strong. The guy tells her to open her then tells her all the things she needs to improve via surgery so that she will become pretty. Sakura is really angry at him especially commenting on her chest size that she hopes never to see him again.
At home, while working on her manga, her friend called to ask about the guy. She tells her that it isn’t what she think when they came up from the elevator together. Before she can start working, she became hungry. She is lazy to change clothes so in her jogging suit, she goes to a café to eat while working on her manga. It just so happens that Edaiki passes by the café. Sakura is thinking of her manga and is making all sorts of facial reactions. Then, when she finally had an idea, she heard a laugh. She looks up and is shock to find Edaiki sitting in front of her. Edaiki explains that he saw her from the window. Sakura learns that Edaiki’s clinic is nearby. Sakura then gets embarrassed when Edaiki said that he recognized her because she looks the same from the night before. Sakura freaks over what she is wearing and she doesn’t have any make-up. She tells him that she hastily put on make-up that night so she looks the same. She becomes more shock that she notice it yet he came there. Edaiki says that they can forget about this for it is no big deal. He tells her that he didn’t get her contact number and it must be fate that they meet again. Before Sakura could react to what he said, Edaiki says that she isn’t bad, would she want to go steady with him. Edaiki smiles at her as she thought, what is this guy thinking?! Hehe, sounds like a typical Japanese drama plot instead of an office lady, it is about a mangaka who is into work that she doesn’t have any social/love life. The guy seems quite of rude but maybe he is teasing her. Well, it seems fast to ask a girl to go out with him after meeting her for a couple of times. I’m actually not sure what to make of this series yet based on the first chapter. ^^;
Anime:Bleach is currently back to the manga arc story again so I’m watching it again. I’m still watching Kaze no Stigma and Zombie Loan even if they aren’t that good. ^^; With Kaze, I just want to know the ending while for Zombie, it is to clarify if I understood the manga right. ^^; My problem with Zombie is that just like D. Gray-man, something is lost in the transition to anime. I also didn’t like the opening and closing songs. Darker than Black is still good though it seems there is nothing much yet regarding the resolution on Amber and Hei or about the syndicate that is ordering them around. I had finished Chevalier D’ Eon and it is okay. I kind of feel that it is a bit like Blood+. At times, it is good yet some parts are a bit off and not engaging enough. Is it because the creators are the same? Argh, still lots of anime to watch in my harddisk.
Drama: I had finished Liar Game. The ending isn’t really that good in my opinion. I guess it is because the manga haven’t ended in that round and they just made it up. Nao can be quite irritating over her gullibility that she almost ruin everything if Fukunaga didn’t change sides and reflected over what Nao did in resurrect round. I think there is a chance for a new season as it is somewhat open ended and that third round ended in a draw. Of the rounds, my fave are the second round and the resurrect round. Overall, it is good though the ending didn’t have that much impact..maybe because with all that reruns, it lost the momentum and excitement. My mom has finished Coffee Prince. I couldn’t watch it any longer as nothing much happened. I just asked my mom what happened. The love polygon is solved when other guy got other girl pregnant. That’s an easy way out. Soon, the two lead with minor obstructions from grandma ended up together. I’m amazed that my mom can watch it up to the end just because she likes the cast though she favors the lead girl with the other guy. I agree with her for I think they should switch partners as they have more chemistry with the ‘other person’ than to their supposed partner. ^^;;

In lesson room 2 of Aoyama Piano School, Akira is telling Takami not to be nervous for they are going to start now. A couple of people outside hears ‘someone’ playing and say that they like that music but it sounds a bit strange. It turned out that Akira and Takami are playing a duet [on one piano]. Akira tells Takami that her tempo is too fast. Takami gets frustrated as she shouts that this kind of tempo suits Akira more than her. Akira reminds Takami that this piece’s tempo is andante [a moderately slow tempo -a walking pace- ]. Takami asks Al Dente? [an Italian phrase meaning "to the tooth," used to describe pasta or other food that is cooked only until it offers a slight resistance when bitten into, but which is not soft or overdone] Akira says not to confuse it with how pasta is cooked. Akira explains that it is playing it slowly as if one is taking a walk. Takami says that she knows that but different people have different walking pace. Takami adds that music terms are quite ambiguous like a ‘little bit’ and ‘a bit’ [loud/soft or fast/slow]. Akira says that is typical of her. Takami narrates that she met Akira in the piano school. Seven years ago, he is really like a girl and quite cute. Since he isn’t like a guy, he tends to be bullied so she protects him. A scene of Takami kicking a guy away and shouting not to bully Akira again. Takami treats Akira as if he is her kid sister. But recently, Akira has confessed to him and she still haven’t answered him back yet.
Someone knocks on the door. It is a woman who asks if Akira and Takami have finished practicing for they are going to use the room already. They greet her as Aizawa-sensei and thank her for letting them use the room. Aizawa says that she should be the one thanking them for practicing even on weekends. Takami sweatdrops and says that she is the one who needs practice. Aizawa says she can’t wait to see her play. Takami says that she will do her best. Aizawa is a piano teacher who is getting married in a month. They were under Aizawa’s care for a long time. Takami notices a girl outside the room. Aizawa introduces them to Ooishi Chayuki who used to study at home but will now be studying there from today on. Takami is awed by Chayuki’s looks and thought that she is really cute. Takami holds out her hand to shake hands and introduces herself but she was snubbed. Chayuki quickly says to Akira, that’s how it is, nice to meet you. Akira greets her. Aizawa is amused and asked if they know each other. Chayuki tells her that they are school mates. To Chayuki’s dismay, Akira tells Takami that they are leaving. Takami wonders if Chayuki didn’t hear her introduction. Chayuki then asks Akira if Takami is the one he is talking about. Akira says that is true. Takami asks what are they talking about.
Chayuki sees the piano piece that Takami is holding and asks if she is playing it with Akira. Aizawa says that it is a piano piece she had asked them to play in her wedding because she really likes it. Chayuki asks if she can replace Takami in playing the piece because when she heard her play with Akira, her playing is really awful that she thinks even after a month, she might not match with Akira in playing the piece. Takami is hurt by those words. The final blow is from Akira who says that Takami’s playing is good but if she plays with another person, it becomes messy. Akira says it is because of Takami’s unrestrained playing so it would be hard for other people to play duet with her. Chayuki borrows the piece from Takami and she manages to play it flawlessly. Aizawa is even amazed by it. Takami is also amazed that Chayuki can play it even when she saw the piece just now. Chayuki asks again if she can replace Takami in playing the piece. Aizawa begins to waver and thought that if Chayuki is going to play with Akira then Takami would have to play solo. Takami freaks out at first then says that it would be okay, she can do the duet if she is playing with Akira. Even if her technique isn’t that good and the piece is hard, she will do her best. She didn’t quite finish when she sees Chayuki’s expression – looking away and not minding what Takami is saying. Aizawa says if that is so, then do your best. Akira pulls Takami telling her that they should go home. Takami says but Chayuki seems a bit strange. Akira tells her not to mind Chayuki. Takami is really clueless as to what just happened as Akira tells her it is nothing.
The next day after school dismissal, Takami sees two boys flirting with a girl. Takami recognizes the girl as Chayuki. The boys are asking whom is Chayuki waiting for, is it her sister, is her sister also good looking. Chayuki didn’t pay any attention to them. Takami shouts at them, didn’t they notice that Chayuki is bothered by them. The two boys looks frightened when they saw Takami. Just when Takami is holding one of the boy’s collar for bothering Chayuki, Chayuki says that she wants to talk with Takami. In a café, Takami wonders if she can eat the chocolate cake or not. In the end, she starts to eat a mouthful when Chayuki says she wants Akira. This made Takami spit out what she ate and says, what. Chayuki says that even Takami knew that she [Chayuki] is cute and guys will go flock to her. It is because she wants to be like a princess to wait for the day that her prince would come and the current her is the product of all that training. That training is exercising, playing piano, make-up and cooking everyday. Takami says yes, you are really cute. Chayuki angrily says unfortunately, the ones she attracts are those pervert ones that she begin to lose hope of finding her prince. In the end, she has finally found her prince after some time in jr. high. Flashback: Akira is playing a piano and noticed Chayuki looking at him from the door. He asked her if she is going to play. Chayuki says she is just passing by and heard him playing and it is quite good. Akira thanked her. After she blushed, Chayuki asked if Akira can play that piece again. Akira smiles and asks if she likes it, it is his friend’s favorite piece. End flashback.
Chayuki is smitten by him and says that the piece’s title is ‘Chill Out’ and he said it with a nice smile on his face that it has moved her heart. While stuffing her face with food, Takami says that it is a piece she had asked Akira to play for her. Chayuki is shock. Takami says that she likes that music and would want to hear it played on a piano so she played the cd to Akira, asking him to play it on piano. Chayuki can’t believe that friend is actually Takami. Does that mean that smile is also for Takami? Takami is clueless over what Chayuki is saying. To Takami’s shock, Chayuki quickly stands up and asks Takami what are her feelings for Akira for that is what she wants to ask her about today. Chayuki exclaims that compared to anyone else, she likes Akira but Akira told her that he likes Takami so what are her feelings for Akira. Takami frankly tells her that she doesn’t know. This infuriates Chayuki that she pinches both of Takami’s cheeks. Chayuki shouts what does she mean she doesn’t know. Takami says that is because she has been treating Akira as a younger sister until recently. Chayuki shouts what does she mean, that would be quite rude to Akira. Chayuki quickly gets her bag and shouts that how could Akira like such a person like you, I won’t give up. Takami just holds her reddish cheek from Chayuki’s pinching.
While walking, Takami wonders about her feelings for Akira. When he confessed, she is shock yet happy. How could she just say that she doesn’t know her feelings to Akira when asked by Chayuki. Can someone like her who is ‘confused’ stay by Akira’s side? Takami arrives at the Akira’s room where Akira is waiting. Takami apologizes for coming an hour late for their practice. Akira says it is okay and asks why are her cheeks reddish. Takami tries to say that she got hit by.. Akira didn’t let her finish and just asks if it hurts. Takami says it is okay. Akira goes to get some bandages and put it on Takami’s cheeks. Noticing that Takami looks depressed, Akira asks her to sit beside him at the piano. Akira plays something on the piano and Takami quickly realizes that it is ‘Chill Out’. Takami asks aren’t they going to practice. Akira asks if there is any more energetic piece. Takami is puzzled. Akira says that when Takami is depressed, she would ask her to play something and he will play her favorite piece. He tells her that since her expression is a bit strange when she came there, he quickly realizes that she is depressed. Takami blushed and quickly denies that she is depressed. There is a tear in her eye that Akira offers his handkerchief. Takami says no need for it. Takami thought but being with Akira..this place..beside him.. Then, there are scenes of Takami practicing everything and even in class that her classmate wonders what she is doing. On the third day before the wedding, Aizawa says that Takami’s playing is still a bit rough but nevertheless, it is quite good. Akira praises her for a job well done. Takami sweatdrops and says, thank goodness. She then notices Chayuki peeking inside and quickly runs off. Takami wonders if it is Chayuki as Akira says that they can go home.
On the wedding day, Takami is really nervous that she tells Akira that she is going out to the balcony for some air. Chayuki notices her and goes out to the balcony, too. Takami asks what is Chayuki doing there. Chayuki says that Aizawa invited her to come. Chayuki says that she has heard Takami’s playing and asks if she can replace her in playing the piece. She is sure that Aizawa won’t have a problem with it. Takami can never match Akira’s level. Chayuki thought that she couldn’t lose to someone who doesn’t know her feelings for Akira. Chayuki adds that with Takami’s playing, she isn’t suitable to be at Akira’s side. Akira is about to call out to Takami that they should get ready when he overhears the two talking. Takami just looks at Chayuki and this made Chayuki surprise. Takami says after their talk, she thought for a while what are her feelings for Akira and if from today, they would be lovers, but up to now, she is still unsure. But there is one thing I’m sure of, Takami thought. She tells Chayuki that for her, the place beside Akira is an irreplaceable position that she can’t move away from and give it to someone else. Chayuki is frustrated and Akira heard what Takami just said. Scratching her head, Takami says even if she isn’t suitable to play with Akira, she still did her best so Chayuki should listen to it. Chayuki tearfully says that it is because of Takami that Akira is tired and she is getting angry. Takami wipes Chayuki’s tear and says I understand. This made Chayuki blushed that she shouts what is Takami doing. Akira takes his cue to call to Takami that they are going to play already. Takami starts to get nervous again and quickly shouts that she is going to the comfort room. Chayuki asks Akira which part does he like Takami. Akira tells Chayuki that she doesn’t need to know.
In the reception room, Aizawa grabs the microphone from the emcee and tells everyone that her students Takami and Akira are going to play piano for them. Takami is so nervous that she shouts, yes! [as if she is in a roll call] Everyone including Akira starts to laugh. Sitting in front of the piano, Takami kept on saying andante then tells her fingers to stop shaking. Akira keeps on laughing at her that Takami nervously tells him to stop laughing. Akira tells her that it will be okay since she practiced really hard. Takami says in playing andante that she might mess up. Akira holds her hand and tells her not to be nervous, no matter what tempo she used, he will just adjust to her pace. This made Takami a bit confident. Then, they both played the piece that made Aizawa really happy. From today on, the road ahead of me, I don’t know where it leads, but I will walk it on my own tempo. And if, Akira won’t stop to wait for me, I will still use my own tempo to keep on walking. The audience comments that the playing is quite good. In the end, Takami is happy that she finally played it to the end. Akira smiles at her and says, good work. Looking at them, Chayuki thought that it seems that smile he has is really just for Takami.
It is time for the throwing of bouquet. The girls are already going in front of the bride. Akira asks Takami doesn’t she want to join. Takami says that she isn’t interested in that. Chayuki goes to the crowd of women as she says it might be tradition or a miracle but it is a chance for her to be with Akira. Aizawa is about to throw the bouquet that the women went wild and bumps Chayuki away. Takami sees this that she carries Chayuki up. This enables Chayuki to catch the bouquet. While holding her, Takami says, nice catch, princess. This embarrasses Chayuki that she quickly kept on moving while shouting what is Takami doing, put her down. Takami apologizes. Akira congratulates the two of them for catching the bouquet. Takami says that they are really lucky and the bouquet suits Chayuki. Chayuki then says, what..how irritating. She then takes a couple of flowers from the bouquet and gives it to Takami. Blushing, Chayuki says that she still won’t admit defeat. Takami is confused. Chayuki then whispers something to Akira. Today, I understand a bit, the reason why you are attracted to her [Takami]. Akira says really. Chayuki says that’s right. Takami asks what are they talking about. Akira/Chayuki says it is nothing, don’t mind it. Takami says if he/she says it like that then, it seems suspicious.
Chayuki is the guest for today’s chapter. After reading a few chapters of this series, I realized that this is an episodic series. You can skip chapters and not get lost as to what is happening. The focus is pretty much on the two leads and everyone else are supporting. Obviously, Takami is clueless that Chayuki is trying to put her down and is jealous of her that Takami is still nice to Chayuki that she even helped her get the bouquet. I think that Akira knows what Chayuki is doing – trying to replace Takami in playing and why Takami’s cheeks are reddish. Well, in the end, Takami’s niceness has even won over Chayuki. I’m sure Akira is really happy to have overheard what Takami said about wanting to stay beside him. Hehe, trying to make a love triangle here obviously fails here since Takami is still confused over her feelings. That is why, it is more fun to have another guy for the triangle to see Akira’s reactions. =P

Weekly Jump Update: Bleach, Gintama and Naruto

Bleach [c. 291] starts with a short scene of the friend-hollows with Ishida telling him that they have felt Nel’s.. Back to Ichigo, Ichigo and Inoue are surprised over Nel’s transformation. Nnoitra comments that Nel has returned to her form. Before Nnoitra could react, Nel is already holding took Ichigo away from Nnoitra. Ichigo’s reaction is priceless. ^^; He looks quite surprised. Ichigo asks if she is really Nel. Nel says she is and that she manages to return to her original form thanks to Ichigo and also thanks for protecting her while she was in chibi form. She tells her not to move for she will repay him back. Nel stands up as Ichigo protests did she mean that she will fight against Nnoitra. Nel just smiles at him. She tells him it is no problem. Then, the wind blows and shows Nel’s back. She is tres/three. Nel says that it will be over quickly. Nel is really fast that Nnoitra didn’t even have time to react/evade when Nel cuts him. Nel quickly evades Nnoitra’s counterattack and kicks him away. Nnoitra tries to do a cero with his tongue but Nel just negates it with her hand and blast Nnoitra with her own mouth blast. Kaboom. So much for Nnoitra but then, maybe he will be a bit alive later on. For an ex-espada, why is Nel’s mark not erased? I guess maybe because Nnoitra attacked her from behind and kicked her out of there that they didn’t have time to erase her mark. Ichigo is really lucky to have helped out Nel. Would he berate himself over his uselessness again? ^^; Nel is quite cool here ^_^ So, if Nnoitra is finished, then, it is time for them to save Inoue from Tesla. Maybe Tesla will retreat, taking Nnoitra with him. I think it would be around this time when Ulquiorra will come back and maybe the story would go back to Ishida and others.
Seven minutes left before the missle fires on Edo in Gintama [c. 181]. Gin and Katsura run on the side of the walls when the enemy soldiers are in front of them. Boss Princess is shock over how did they did that. Otae says that she shouldn’t underestimate the old for even if their body is old, their spirit is still intact. Carrying a missle, Shinpachi meets up with the two and tells them that he has found something to counter the poison that Boss Princess has unleashed. They have to go to the top of the stairs where the cannon is located unfortunately, the elevator isn’t working. With five more minutes left, Boss Princess has found them and shouted for her men to go after them. Everyone is having a hard time climbing the stairs since they have become old. Boss Princess tries to catch up to them but she is stopped by nerd turtle and Taizou who have become old. Taizou shouts that the destiny of old people rest on them. Gin and Katsura quickly runs upwards as they shout that they won’t lose to the youngsters. Boss Princess manages to free herself and run after them again but this time, it is old Kagura and Kyuubei who are stopping her. Soon, the other two men manage to catch up and also stop Boss Princess. Around 2-3 minutes before shooting, Boss Princess manages to toss away the others and run after Gin and others. Just when she caught up with Shinpachi, he toss the missile antidote to Gin and Katsura so that he can delay Boss Princess Up in the cannon room, Gin and Katsura are putting in the missle to the cannon but Boss Princess caught it before it got in the cannon. Gin and Katsura tries to stop her but all of them fell down and this created a huge dent on the missile. Boss Princess exclaims with glee over her victory. Then, the smoke from the dented missile is released. To Boss Princess shock, the smoke has made Gin and Katsura back to their original age. The two take a couple of hammers as they hit the missle/Boss Princess. I’m not quite sure. ^^; Well, with the smoke returning everyone to normal, I guess Boss Princess doesn’t stand a chance against them anymore.
Naruto [c. 370] is just about Jiraiya chatting with a frog. ^^; Jiraiya asks the guy about Akatsuki but the guy has decided not to talk anymore. Jiraiya decides to stop the interrogation and goes to a different room. He calls out a frog in some sort of pole from his mouth. Jiraiya pulls out a seal from it and put his hand on it. He tells the frog that he is letting it out because he is going to fight against someone and it should go to Naruto in case something happened to him. The frog is surprised and why should he go to Naruto when it is the very seal that can release the seal within Naruto. Jiraiya insists that it is the seal that was left by Minato [the 4th Hokage] for Naruto so that Naruto can finish learning a certain technique. Jiraiya believes that Minato has sealed in the nine tails fox within Naruto for a reason. He also thinks that the nine tails fox is summoned in the village before when it went berserk by Madara Uchiha. The frog laughs at him for Madara lived during the establishment of village. Jiraiya says that it is indeed well-known that the first hokage defeated Madara but he still has an uneasy feeling inside him. The last scene is of Madara standing on top of those two statues with a waterfalls between them. Mm, so Madara is like a forefather for the Uchiha so could it mean that Itachi is going to tell Sasuke about him. I wonder if Pein’s technique of body transfer is also used on Madara that he is still alive now. Or maybe, it is vice-versa since Pein seems to treat Madara as his superior. I’m guessing it is somewhat of a deal like I help you in ruling over the hidden rain, you help me in Akatsuki. It is amusing that it seems that Madara knows of how to live long while Orochimaru struggles at it. Orochimaru used to be in Akatsuki so would he know about those body transfer techniques or knows them before he left the group to do his own experiments?

After her wallet and mobile phone were stolen, Lele cries in anguish. Ugh, I have really become a street bum. There is a scene of Judy who finds it strange that Lele isn’t answering her phone. Sitting on the street, depressed Lele thought the road to New York is really difficult and she is weak, just like what her grandma said in her dream. But the silver-eyed prince has already dumped her and she doesn’t know who else to go to. A scene of Eros telling her not to follow him. Lele is crying in frustration. What do you mean ‘guardian angel’? Grandma you are a liar! At the set, Eros promptly sneezes out loud. Leo worries if his prince is catching a cold. Yang thought that this is the first time he has seen Eros sneezes, so he is also an ordinary person. Eros is a bit embarrassed as he reprimands himself for sleeping at the park in this of weather just because of that person. It seems that the newspapers weren’t enough to protect him from the cold. A note says that Eros is resistant to colds. Eros wonders what unexpected thing could have happened to Lele that involves him. [It is a superstition that if one sneezes unexpectedly, someone is having bad thoughts about you.]
It is already night. Lele is wandering aimlessly while rubbing her arms to warm herself. She wonders what should she do now, it is already night. People says that at night, New York is really scary. I don’t want to die on the street like this. Thinking of it now, that ‘evil dorm’ seems quite nice compared to this. But I don’t know how to go back and I don’t know where I am right now. Why do I have this disease of ‘bad with roads/always getting lost’. Lele suddenly have an idea. She can ask help from a policeman nearby and asks them to find her company’s telephone number, then she is saved. Lele is then called out by this suspicious looking old man. With scary eyes, the man says, little girl, uncle haven’t eaten for three days already. Now I’m cold and hungry. Help this poor uncle. Lele looks at him in shock. She then sees that he is pointing something at her from his pocket. Lele looks scared and thought that he could have a gun. Lele takes out her pockets to show that they are empty. She nervously tells the guy that she would really like to help him but right now, she really has nothing. After a pause, the man says, then give me your pretty coat and shoes. My wife and daughter would love to have them. Lele is shock. In the end, Lele ends up on barefoot and wearing only the dress.
She still keep on walking around, looking haggard from hunger, tiredness, and shock over her stupidity. She passes by a street where there are clubs. Where is this place? Where am I? Then, she is puzzled upon seeing two men passing by. They are wearing leather pants but their buttocks are exposed. Then, an older man in a leather body harness with cowboy hat, holding a chain, calls out to her, Hey, pretty eyes, are you out alone? Lele thought what is this weird thing?! Near a club, Leo in a cheongsam/Chinese dress and wig hears some commotion. A man is shouting, Hey, Pretty eyes, Pretty eyes, what happened? Wake up! How can this happen? A band of gays are looking at Lele who has passed out and foaming on the mouth. Leo goes in front of the crowd and asks what has happened. Then, he recognizes the girl who has fainted. From the bed, Lele wakes up in unfamiliar room. [It seems to be morning already.] She is shock to find Leo standing in front of her. Leo says Ah--♥ You are awake!! Ah..do don’t have to be nervous... Lele quickly kicks him away and shouts, Go away ~ Do not come back!!! I don’t have anything for you guys to steal from me!!! Leo manages to say, I am Leo, I’m Eros’ friend. Lele then stops freaking out as she looks at Leo in shock. Later on, embarrassed Lele apologizes to Leo who is holding a pack of ice on his bump on the head. Leo says that it is okay, even if she doesn’t recognize him anymore because she is really drunk then and don’t know things anymore. Lele with puppy eyes tells Leo that she really doesn’t know how to thank him for if she didn’t see him, she might currently be dead on the street. Leo is a bit embarrassed and tells her that it is no big deal, it is just good that he is there. He asks why did she end up like that, didn’t Nick take good care of you?
In some restaurant, Nick slams his glass of drink on the table. He is talking on the phone. He shouts, what? you still can’t contact her? Nick then nervously say on the phone, how can this be? How can they not find even one person? No matter what, you should find that person today! Do you understand? It turned out that Nick is eating together with Eros. Eros asks who is missing. This startles Nick. Eros smiles at Nick and says, looking at you being quite secretive and tense like a ghost, don’t tell me that it is someone I know. There is a glint in Eros’ eye that says keenness level 200%. Nick cries and thought uh-oh. Back to Lele, Leo is shock over what her company’s new models are doing at the dorm. He freaks out that it seems that Nick is more suitable in becoming a pimp. How could Nick let his models do those kind of things. Lele is eating some food given to her by Leo. Leo says even if models should have their independence, but being a new model, the company should be more strict in handling them. Lele thought that it is true. Leo says in order to become a top model, one’s ethics/morals is also an important issue. It seems that Nick doesn’t know this. Lele nods her head in agreement. Leo says that if he were her, he would quickly move out of that dorm. Lele says that she is moving out so she has asked her manager to find a new place for her but after that, a ‘tragedy’ has happened and her manager is surely worried and is currently looking for her. Lele asks if Leo can help her get in contact with her company. Leo says no problem, you just eat that dinner and I’m going to call on the phone. In a little bit, I will send you back to DMG. Lele happily cries and thought, Thanks, Leo, you are really a good person.
In the car, Eros threatens Nick if anything happened [along the lines of accidental death] to that stupid girl, he is going to peel Nick’s skin off. Nick nervously though, what a scary guy. Nick then says, you haven’t answered by question before, what is your special relationship with Lele. Eros angrily thought that Nick is quite troublesome. Eros tells him that while he is in Taiwan, he has met Lele by fate a few times. He is entertained by Lele’s grandmother and the two were quite warm nice people. Eros adds that he is quite fond of Lele’s grandmother. Nick perks up upon hearing about the grandmother. He loudly recalls to Eros that night, Lele seems to have said that her grandmother has passed away and Lele seems to be very sad about it. Nick asks is it because of this, that Eros is concerned over Lele. Eros didn’t answer as he realizes that grandma is no longer here. He then recalls Lele happily telling him that her grandma has given her a really, really satisfying love. He then closes his eyes. Back to Lele, Leo shouts to Lele that they can go. He happily tells her that when they arrive in DMG, he is going to help her scold Nick. Lele just nervous laughs. Leo tells her that someone should tell Nick how to handle his own models. Leo assures Lele that DMG will help develop her because she is Eros’ valuable friend. Lele sweatdrops and thought, valuable? Really? Then, Leo says, by the way, you said you asked your manager to find you a new place to stay, did you find one? Lele says it is difficult to say because Judy told her that she needs 2-3 days to find one. Leo says is that so. Lele asks what is it. Looking a bit embarrassed, Leo says he can’t hide it anymore. Lele is puzzled. Leo tells her that currently, he is in the process of looking for a roommate and he would like to have a female roommate. A note says that guys’ health/sanitation habits are not quite good. [I’m guessing he is saying that living with guys can be quite messy or something ^^;;] Leo says that he felt that they are a bit connected by fate, so if she doesn’t object, would she think about it regarding moving in with him? Lele is shock. To cap this funny chapter, there is a colored page of Eros and Lele here. I think it is nice so I posted it here.
Chapters are ending with Lele in shock lately. ^^; I’m really amused at how Lele single-handedly ruined Nick’s reputation. Lol Well, obviously, Lele is experiencing culture shock with the gay culture. I feel sorry for her, not only pick-pocketed but got hold-up. I think it is really lucky for her that she stumbled on a gay club and that Leo is there. If it is any other club, she is in big trouble. I think that fate in making others met/know Lele is indirectly because of Eros. Hehe, I guess Grandma in the dream is no liar. I wonder how she will met Yang later on. Hehe, by the time, Angus or Feidna comes back, they will really be shock that Eros’ group knows Lele already. I agree with their view of having at least some moral ethics especially when they are new models. Many newcomers ruin their careers because of sex scandals especially if they aren’t careful. Eros’ alibi is quite good that Nick actually believed that he is protecting Lele because her grandma passed away but in reality, he has been protecting her while not knowing that Lele’s grandma has already passed away. Now, would Lele agree on becoming Leo’s roommate? Of course, she will freak out at first but I guess she might agree if she knows that Leo is gay. I’m still a bit doubtful since Lele seems pretty conservative. The thing is I wonder if Eros would agree to it. He does seem to be her guardian there. Leo would have to assure Eros that he won’t do anything to Lele but then, that would mean admitting he is gay – not interested in girls. I’m actually entertain the idea of Eros asking Lele to live with him in return for the courtesy that Lele and her grandma extend to him while he was in Taiwan.

Otomen [Chapter 1]

A young boy is happily knitting. All the cute things that girls like to play – cottony soft [stuff toys], shining brightly [jewelry], super cute, super sweet, cooking, sewing, love story [shoujo manga] and also.. He is then interrupted by a loud crash as plates fall down on the floor. The boy sees his mother shaking in disbelief. He asks what is wrong. His mother says, Asuka..could it be..that you are also.. His mother then faints. At the hospital, his mother asks him to please to not become like his father for he is a boy. At present, two people are fighting Kendo. One of them wins the fight. The others praise the winner saying no wonder he is the nationals champ, Asuka is super cool. Asuka thought that he cannot let anyone know of his true self. Asuka takes his leave. He then goes to the sink to wash up. Some girls have a small package asking him if he would want something they cooked in cooking class. Asuka didn’t answer that the girls thought that Asuka didn’t like sweet things. Asuka thought that he should suppress his real self. They were interrupted when a girl shouts for some guys to stop it. The guys tell her that they aren’t bullying, for that [glasses] guy is just giving his wallet to them for safe-keeping. The girl says liar, it is obvious that he doesn’t agree to it. The glasses guy is hiding behind the girl. One of the bullies then pulls her to him, saying why is she getting involve in this, pretty as she is, girls should be cute, and just stay nicely beside a guy. To the girl’s surprise, Asuka hits the guy with his shinai [practice sword]. Asuka says, sorry, I didn’t mean to hit you. The girls and glasses person are thrilled over what Asuka did.
The two bullies are holding their unconscious friend. One of them curses Asuka. The other tells him to stop it for that is Asuka Masamune, who is number one in the kendo nationals, first division in judo, second division in karate. The guy didn’t finish as Asuka is already glaring at them. They quickly pulled along their passed-out friend and excuses themselves. Asuka then asks the girl if she is hurt. The girl sweetly smiles at him and says she isn’t, she is fine and thank you. Asuka looks at her and thought that no matter what, he should suppress himself and be a man even if he falls in love. A girl drools over Asuka saying Asuka is super strong and cool. The glasses boy who was saved from bullying says that Asuka is really a ‘man’. From the corner of a wall, another guy is looking at what happened and smiles, hehe, that’s interesting.
A short scene of a boy and girl together. The boy is smiling and the girl blushes but is frustrated. She thought, no, if I fall in love, I might not be able to suppress it anymore. It turned out that it is a scene from a manga that Asuka is reading at the bookstore. Blushing, he wonders why does he read shoujo manga every time he falls in love. He then realizes the people are looking at him since he is reading a shoujo manga. He quickly puts it down and casually says, how silly. He then berates himself at what he is doing. Didn’t he discarded all those things before? A scene of his mother telling him that a boy should do boy’s stuff. Asuka thought why, why is it when he thought of the girl he helped, he.. Asuka then realizes that he is already in the craft store and everything is sparkling at him. The boy earlier who is spying on him is also there observing him from behind. At home, Asuka groans as he actually bought lots of shoujo manga, stuffed toys and other craft stuff. Asuka tells himself to relax. He asks himself is he going all those years of hard work of suppressing himself, he should keep it suppress even if he falls in love. Before he knew it, he realizes that he just made a cute teddy bear. He throws the toy on the table and shouts, what am I doing! He tries to control himself but every time he remembers the girl he helped, his ‘shoujo’ heart wants to come out.
At the kendo practice room, a girl says that Asuka looks cool and has everything - he has good grades and his mother is a director in the school. A dark haired guy [Asuka’s stalker] asks does Yuka plan to cheat on him when she already has such a bshonen/pretty boy beside her. Yuka says that the two of them are different and she would want to taste different things once in a while. Walking in the hallway, Asuka thought that his heart has become calm again. He realize that he doesn’t know the name of the girl he helped nor know what year and section she is in. I would forget about her if I don’t see her. It would be better not to meet her again so that I can keep my ‘manliness’. He then sees the girl from the window that he quickly bends down from the window. After standing up again, he thought that she must be in the same year as he was since he knows the students beside her. From behind, the dark haired guy tells Asuka that she is Ryou Miyakozuka from 2-3 section, 160 cm, 45 kg, measurements from top to bottom are 80-57-79. Asuka turns around and realizes it is his classmate. The guy tells Asuka that Ryou has just transferred into their school and isn’t she cute. To Asuka’s surprise, the guy asks if Asuka likes her. Asuka quickly denies it. Smiling, the guy says if Asuka isn’t interested then he would go after Ryou. This surprises Asuka.
A scene from the shoujo manga that Asuka reads. ‘Asuka’ [heroine’s name in different kanji. I put quotes to distinguish the two] is shock that another girl just told her that she is her love rival. Asuka turns around when a girl screams, what a breakthrough. The other girl asks if she is reading Love Tic, it is quite addictive. The girl who was reading the manga says that Jewel Sachibana [the author] is really good. Asuka’s friend in kendo, who is walking with Asuka, asks Asuka what is so good about reading shoujo. Asuka says it is about pure love. Asuka’s friend tells Asuka that is something men won’t understand about, isn’t it so. Asuka hesitantly agrees and thought that it seems a new chapter of the manga has come out already. Asuka then overhears the girls saying that they would want Juuta Tachibana [dark haired guy] to at least know something about pure love. She has seen Juuta alone with Ryou in the home economics room and surely, Ryou will be ‘played’ on by Juuta. Asuka quickly runs to the home economics room. Outside, Asuka overhears them saying no, don’t do that, it is okay we are alone here, don’t do that, don’t be like that, look. Asuka quickly goes into the room and is surprise to find them sewing. Asuka is then embarrassed. Juuta tells Asuka that he is helping Ryou with her assignment so would he please not disturb them. Ryou says thanks but.. Juuta holds Ryou’s hand and tells her not to be shy for she won’t be able to go home if she doesn’t finish this.
Asuka then pulls out a thread and says that he will help them. Juuta is surprised that Asuka can sew. Asuka asks what is the topic of the assignment. Ryou tells him that it is to make something from the pieces of cloth and since she is really awkward in doing such things that the ones she made seems out of this world. Asuka thought that he can’t just leave her be. He proceeds to teach Ryou how to sew. Before long, Asuka made mittens, flowers, pencil case bag, cup holder, etc. Asuka can’t believe that he made a lot of them. Juuta says that most of it were done by Asuka. Ryou praises Asuka for his good work and they were pretty cute. She asks him if he has sewed before. Asuka denies it. Asuka wondered what is he doing for didn’t he decide not to meet with Ryou again. He pulls Juuta out of the room while telling Ryou that they are leaving. Ryou calls out to Asuka to thank him and that this has been the second time he had helped her. Asuka blushes and thought that Ryou actually remembered him. That night, while taking a bath, Asuka is really happy over what happened and thought that he is falling deeper and deeper in love. He practices kendo and again tries to convince himself that let this continue.
In class, Asuka reads about Bushido [way of the warrior] in order to suppress his shoujo heart. Then, Ryou comes in their classroom as if looking for someone. Asuka sees her when Juuta calls out loud to Ryou. Juuta tells Ryou that he is very happy that she came to see him so would she like to eat lunch on the roof with him. Asuka is getting his shinai ready to beat up Juuta. To his surprise, Ryou asks if Asuka can also join them. On the roof, Ryou says that she wants to share her bento with them as thanks for helping her out. Juuta happily opens the bento box, wondering what kind of nice things Ryou has made. They were shock to see whole cucumbers brimmed to the top in one box. Another box has pan-fried fish brimmed to the top. Two boxes of rice brimmed to the top with pickle on top. Ryou says that these are her usual bento box and she even have dessert. Ryou is holding a bunch of bananas. Ryou apologizes that this is all that she can make. Asuka asks if she cooks it by herself. Ryou explains she did cook them for her mother has passed away and his father is the type of guy who won’t do housework. She tells them that she doesn’t know how to make those other kind of food except those that she has made. Asuka thought that there is something he can do for her. He offers to make her lunch. Ryou tries to protest but Asuka insists for he wants to help her anyhow, his parents are also divorced. The next day, Asuka made such cute yummy looking bento box. Ryou and Juuta are awed by it. Asuka wonders why Juuta is with them again. Asuka is really happy when Ryou tastes a food and says it is delicious. Blushing, Asuka tells her that if she like it so much, he can her more bento boxes from then on. Ryou is surprised by Asuka’s offer.
Soon, the three always eat together during lunch though Juuta is just inviting himself. The other students wonder out loud what kind of food has Ryou made them. Asuka thought that it is good that they didn’t know the truth. A girl says that it is like two princes and a princess. The three bullies angrily watches them. Another scene from Love tic, the lead boy smiles and hopes to see more of ‘Asuka’ smiling and there is a picture of ‘Asuka’ holding a bento box. On bed, Asuka blushes after reading the manga. He thought that Jewel is really good for she has touched his heart. He starts to berates himself because every time he sees Ryou, his room is starting to look like a fantasy land. His room is filled with stuff toys and other craft stuff which he makes every time his heart is moved. He then trains to stop himself else, he might become.. During lunch, Ryou praises Asuka’s work of art [food] as Ryou is really happy. I never thought that cooking for someone you like can make one really happy. Ryou comments that a guy cooking is fascinating. Asuka blushes over her comment. Juuta says really, he would want to study cooking. He then asks Ryou if she likes that kind of guy. Ryou says it isn’t about like but she likes a manly guy. Asuka is surprised by this as he remembers what his mother told him that a boy should do boy’s stuff.
At the roof, Asuka is thinking when Juuta calls out to him. He asks why didn’t Asuka confess already. Asuka tries to deny that he likes Ryou but Juuta tells him that there is no use denying it for it is pretty obvious already. Juuta says that if he were him, he would confess already. Juuta asks if Asuka is afraid that if Ryou knows of his true nature that she will hate him. Asuka nervously asks what is Juuta talking about. Ryou tells him that Asuka likes to cook, sew, loves fantasy, shiny and cute stuff. Caramel Macchiato over coffee. Pink over blue. Hates snakes and frogs. Afraid of the dark. Hates scary stories. Easily moved when reading novels and shoujo manga. Asuka asks how did he know. Juuta says that he has been observing him for some time already. He tells Asuka there is no need to conceal it and just do what he wants to do. Asuka tells him what does he know. Juuta says that he also have a secret of his own. Asuka tells him about his father on the day he left them. His mother asked why is his father leaving her. Give her a reason. His father said honestly from the very start, I really want to become a woman. Both young Asuka and his mother were shock. Juuta is speechless when he heard that. Asuka says he has heard that his father is currently living far away as a gay. His mother has a deep trauma from it that she wants him to become 100% man. So, when she found him playing with girls’ stuff, she collapsed. He doesn’t want to become like his father, he just.. Juuta says so that is why he also has a trauma for he fears that Ryou will reject him like his mother. Juuta says but if he were him, he doesn’t want to lie to someone he likes. In front of someone he likes, doesn’t he want to show his true self to that person?
Asuka is surprised when some girls are saying that ‘Asuka’ can’t confess. They just read a new chapter of Love Tic with the heroine wanting to show her true self to the boy. Asuka thought that they were talking about him but it turned out it is the manga whose heroine’s name sounds the same as his. He then opens his shoe box and finds an envelope with a note from Ryou. It tells him to meet her at the back storage room at 8pm since there is something she wants to tell him. Asuka arrives at the place but laments that it is the room that was rumored to have ghosts. He is afraid of ghosts. The room is filled with skeletons and art figurines. Asuka thought that he came a bit too early. He is then surprised when someone calls out his name. It turned out to be Ryou. Both ask at the same time what is the matter. Ryou compares the letter and tells Asuka that someone must be playing a trick on them. Just then, they were surprised when a skeleton falls on the floor. Asuka says it is okay so they should just leave. He holds Ryou’s hand and leads the way. Ryou notices that Asuka’s hand is shaking. She smiles and let go of her hand from his. Instead, she is the one holding his hand. She tells him not to be afraid, everything is alright. Asuka blushes and thought that he really likes Ryou. The three bullies appeared and taunts Asuka about being protected by a girl. They say that they overheard his talk with Juuta about being scared of frogs and snakes as well as of the dark and ghosts. They were humiliated before but now, they come prepared. They were carrying some weapons [knife, bat and lead pipe] Asuka and Ryou realize that the letters were written by them. They taunt Asuka again by saying that they never thought that the cool and strong Asuka is really like a girl, having such embarrassing hobbies, it seems that inside, he is just a girl. Ryou is surprised by this. Asuka remembers what Juuta said about showing his real self to the one he likes.
Asuka admits that he isn’t like a guy and before until up to the present, he has been hiding his real self. One of the bullies goes for the attack. Asuka is about to shield Ryou when Ryou kicks the guy away. Asuka is shock. Ryou tells him that since she is young, she has practiced different kinds of fighting styles because she really likes ‘being manly’ that she wants to become a ‘manly’ person. She tells him that he is really cute and every time she sees him, she wants to protect him. The other two bullies try to attack him from behind. Asuka quickly finishes them off as he tells her that ever since he met her, he has been revealing a little bit of himself, then he realize that in front of someone he likes, he cannot hide his feelings. He tells her that he likes her and would she allow herself to be protected by him. Ryou smiles and says, sure. In a room, Juuta is drawing a scene of Love Tic. He talks to himself that Asuka is really cute but his [Juuta] role as love rival is also pretty good. Someday, he will tell Asuka of his own secret but if Asuka learns that he is using/writing Asuka as the lead character in the manga, would Asuka be angry? It turned out that Jewel Tachibana is Juuta.
Hehe, no wonder Juuta is stalking Asuka. He is gathering data for his shoujo manga. No wonder the names used sound the same. Well, his pseudonym of Sachibana also sounds the same as his surname, Tachibana. He has been setting Asuka up so that there would be more plots for his manga. I think Asuka will be angry when he learns of this. Obviously, Asuka’s role is reverse with Ryou’s. Asuka seems like a girl while Ryou seems like a boy. So their roles in Juuta’s manga is also reversed. Hehe, he is really good with sewing and cooking. At times, Asuka reminds me of Ichigo from Bleach..I don’t know why but he just does. ^^;; Lol, it is like Ichigo with a bit of Ishida. Hehe Of all Asuka’s hobbies, I think liking shoujo manga is the most problematic. I have heard a story of boys who read shoujo manga in Japan are beaten up. Asuka’s father reminds me of Misuzu from Ouran. So far, he has not re-appeared yet in the story. The series is episodic so there is nothing much to look forward to every chapter except for the two part chapter when Asuka’s mother came back with a fiancé for him. =P

Title: Mistake. [Hehe, I also made a mistake, it wasn’t during school dismissal when Chou went to the university but it is just in-between class/lunch break. Also, the scans for this chapter are really small so there might be some minor errors.] Kyuu peeks in Chou’s classroom. He is relieved that she has went back to class. He then sweatdrops and thought, what am I doing this? He goes to leave as he wonders why he reckless just did that. He stops walking when he remembers Chou thanking him for going steady with her even if it is just a short time and she is really happy so goodbye. He looks depress then someone punches him on the head. Kyuu shouts at Marui asking why did he hit him. Marui tells him that he has met Chou. This surprises Kyuu. Marui says that he is disappointed for Kyuu just made a girl cry. Marui tells him that getting together with a high school girl when he is a guidance counselor is not something to be applauded. He asks Kyuu why did he hurt Chou. Kyuu looks a bit ashamed.
Outside near the door of a school building, the two talked. Marui says so her character changed. Kyuu says that he really cannot deal with someone who wastes food and going steady with different men just like that. Marui says how could that be when Chou told him that she cannot say anything when she sees Kyuu’s troubled face and she doesn’t want to be a bother. She wants to smile together with Kyuu. Kyuu is surprised by this. Marui asks how could Chou have such an awful character. Kyuu says that he can’t believe it either for he thought she is a nice and understanding girl but then it seems as if she changed her character and turned into someone else but now, she is back to her usual self. Just then, they overheard some girls getting angry that it has rain all of a sudden when it was sunny a while ago. Marui then asks isn’t one of those girls, Chou. Kyuu is surprised to see that a girl who really look like Chou is complaining about her hair. A girl asks Kana what does she use to curl her hair. Kana says she uses an electric hair curler. Kyuu says it isn’t Chou even if they look alike since Chou is currently in the classroom so that is Kana. Marui says so that is Chou’s twin. Marui says they really look the same but Kana’s skirt is a bit shorter and as a whole, only the hair is different. Kyuu remembers shouting at ‘Chou’ why her skirt is short. ‘Chou’ shouting to stop calling her such a weird name, ‘Sanagi [pupa]-chan’. He remembers that just a while ago, he said that it seems she changed her character and turned into a different person. Kyuu then realizes what happened.
In the classroom, Chou sighs. Meiji says that is already her sixth sigh. Chou is embarrassed by it. Meiji gives her assignment book. Chou thanks her. Meiji asks where did she went before class. Kana is there smiling over her victory while Ryuusei is talking with her. Suddenly, someone shouts Chou’s full name. They turned around and it is Kyuu. Kyuu tells her to meet him in the counselor office after school dismissal. Chou blushes over this as everyone else, including Kana and Ryuusei are shock. After Kyuu leaves, Meiji asks what is it. The others are talking isn’t he the guidance counselor, why would he call Chou to go there. Kana is furious. Chou blushes and thought what could it be? He even went to her classroom. Could it be that he had a change of heart? In the girls’ room, Kana wets her hair to look like Chou. She then holds an envelop addressed to Chou.
Inside the counselor office, Kyuu is writing something when he is surprised when the door slams open. It is Kana/’Chou’. Kyuu says that’s fast. Kana says that it is study period so she manages to sneak out. She asks him what does he want. Kyuu stares at her. He approaches her and continues to stare at her. Kana asks what is it. Kyuu smiles and hugs her. Kyuu says it seems that he really likes her. The bell is ringing. Chou hurriedly runs down the stairs as she remembers Kyuu telling her to meet her at the counselor office. I’m still expecting. God, please let Kyuu have a change of heart so that we will go steady again. Embarrassed, Kana pulls away Kyuu saying that it is already dismissal bell and someone might see them. Kana asks if they can go somewhere where there are no people. Kyuu looks at Kana and says okay. Kana pushes him out and suggests that they go to the roof. She then puts the envelope on Kyuu’s table. After they left, Chou arrives at the office. She sees the envelope and opens it. To her shock, the note says, don’t come back here to trouble me!
At the roof, Kyuu apologizes to Kana for saying such harsh words but he wants her to forgive him and go steady with him again. Kana says I’m sorry I’m not interested in going out with you. She adds that he is too troublesome so don’t look for her anymore. Kyuu looks hurt and says that is right, I have hurt you so I don’t have the qualification to ask you to return back to me. Okay..can you let me see THAT one more time. Kana asks what. Kyuu says when confessing, you did THAT. Kana is puzzled. Kana asks what is it. Kyuu says using your feet to sign ‘I LOVE YOU’. Kana is puzzled and wonders using feet. Kyuu tells her right now, if you use your feet to sign ‘I HATE YOU’ then I will give up and break up with you. Kana exclaims that if he will really break up with her. Kyuu says to let him see it one more time and then, he won’t regret it. Kana is really happy about this. She thought she can do it, using one’s feet to sign ‘I LOVE YOU’, it is just for this one time. Standing straight, Kana says ‘I’. Kyuu says that’s wrong, not like this, it is suppose to be upside down. Kana is shock and shouts, upside down?! Kyuu says even if the current situation isn’t the same, and he do understand that she doesn’t have the heart to do that, but when she first did it when she confessed, he is really moved by it. Seeing that you are really serious, I then knew that you really love me. So, if you are really serious in breaking up with me, can you show it to me one more time. Kana is embarrassed about the way Chou had supposedly done it. That is Chou is doing a handstand while signing her feet to show ‘I LOVE YOU’.
Kana looks at her feet and thought, upside down, using her feet, Chou even did this for him. She then puts her hands on the floor. After a while, she decides not to do it. Kana says that she won’t do it anymore, how could she do such a thing for him. Kyuu curses and says such a waste, in a little bit, he would have seen some underwear. His plan has failed. Kana is shock to hear this. Looking closely at Kana, Kyuu says that they really look alike that he can’t distinguish who’s who. Kana is blushing and asks what is he talking about. Kyuu smiles at her and says, you are Kana. How could Chou make that kind of confession? Kana is shock and shouts that Kyuu has tricked her. Kyuu says tit for tat, why did you trick me in thinking you are Chou? Kana is displeased that Kyuu knew. Turning around, Kana shouts that it is because she doesn’t want Chou to find happiness. Kyuu is surprise to hear this as Kana quickly leaves. Kyuu sighs and then from the roof, he sees crying Chou running away from the school.
Chou cries and thought that Kyuu is too much for he called her to go there only to leave that kind of note for her. It started to rain again and Chou finds herself in front of the amusement park. Looking at the ferris wheel, she remembers Kyuu hugging her. Kyuu is really kind on that day. Why has he changed so much? Why did he did such a terrible thing? Chou starts to cry again as she doesn’t know what is Kyuu is thinking. Sitting on a bench, she realizes someone is in front of her. She looks up and it is Kyuu, holding an umbrella to her. Kyuu smiles at her while Chou is surprised to see him. Kyuu says that she will get a cold. Chou asks, why..why. Kyuu says that he thought that she might be there so he came to look for her. Holding the note that Kana has written, Kyuu asks if she has seen it. Before Kyuu can explain, Chou quickly runs away. Kyuu shouts for her to stop and tries to grab her sleeve. Chou slaps his hand away and shouts for him not to care about her anymore. Chou screams if he hates her, then don’t care about her. Chou starts to run again. Kyuu drops the umbrella and hugs her from behind. This surprises Chou. Kyuu says stupid, how can I not care about you, I’m the one who is bad, hurting you, I didn’t realize that it wasn’t you, I’m sorry ---
That last scene is nice. Good thing Kyuu has realized his mistake and quickly corrected it. Hehe, it is obvious that Kyuu does like Chou. He even checked up on her if she is okay after that ‘break up’. For Kana to think that Chou would actually do that handstand shows how little she knows Chou. It is confirmed that Kana doesn’t want to make Chou happy. I’m thinking maybe it is because of jealous. She knows that Chou is better than her so putting Chou down gives her an edge. So, what happens afterwards..mm, I wonder if Kyuu will tell Chou that her twin is out to destroy her happiness. I’m sure Kana isn’t going to give up that easily. Anyway, maybe Chou will become stronger after this.

Weekly Jump Update: Bleach, One Piece, Gintama and Naruto

Nnoitra tells them that Nel/Neru has tricked them into bringing her there in Bleach [c. 290]. Nel denies that she is an ex-espada. Nnoitra is about to kick her but Ichigo blocks his attack. Nel asks Ichigo to believe in her. Ichigo reassures Nel that they believe her. Nnoitra kicks Ichigo away. Nnoitra says of course she will forget because he is the one who hit her head so hard that she lost her memories. Nnoitra then grabs Nel’s head. Ichigo gets angry that he tries to attack Nnoitra but Ichigo gets beaten up again. Nnoitra says that Ichigo is irritating like Nel that he had hit Nel before from behind and toss her out Las Noches. Ichigo shouts again for Nnoitra to let Nel go. Ichigo attacks but hesitates when Nnoitra puts Nel in front of him. Ichigo gets hit again. Nnoitra tosses Nel away and decides to finish off Ichigo by twisting/breaking his wrist – the hand which Ichigo hold his zanpaku. Seeing that Ichigo is in pain, Nel screams for Ichigo. Nnoitra notices a burst of power from behind. He turns around and is shock to see Nel transformed into an adult. This chapter is really depressing except for the last scene. It is like a bully beating up defenseless victims. ^^; Since Nnoitra mentioned that he has to hit Nel from behind, I wonder if that means Nel is stronger than him. It also shows how despicable Nnoitra is. Hope he gets a good beating. It does seem there is a hint of fear from Nnoitra’s surprise upon seeing Nel in adult form. I’m amused though over Nel’s fondness of Ichigo even if they met only quite recently. I guess Nel isn’t just a side character.
Luffy is chasing after Moria while Moria taunts Luffy that if he keep chasing him, Luffy’s own power will finish off his own nakama in One Piece [c. 470]. Looking at the posters on his left wrist, Odz recognizes Sanji. He attacks Sanji. Everyone is shock at how powerful Odz is. Robin seems to recognize who Odz is from books. Even if Odz is huge, he is also fast that he easily defeated and caught Sanji. Usopp saves Sanji by firing an attack on Odz’s face. Odz throws away Sanji and proceeds to where Usopp and others were. Zoro and others try to divert Odz’s attention to themselves but they were also easily defeated. Usopp tries to use an salt attack but it is useless. Odz is too huge so it doesn’t have an effect on him. Odz thrashes the place where Usopp and others were. All Strawhats crew are unconscious on the rumble. Usopp tries to call Odz Luffy. Odz says that he doesn’t recognize them for he is Moria’s underling. This is like Bleach, they were all beaten with not even a chance to fight back. No wonder the other villains they fought are really easy. They will have a hard time against Odz. I’m actually surprised that Odz is really fast for his size.
Dragon imperial palace rose up from the sea so that boss princess can fire a missile at Edo to quickly make everyone old in Gintama [c. 180]. Otae screams at boss princess that if she does no one would be happy even the one boss princess is waitng for. Otae then realizes that she is surrounded. Boss princess says that it is like being a pearl in the deep sea. She wants to be that pearl for the man so she will make everyone else sink into the deep sea. Otae then realizes that she and all of boss princess own men had become old. Soon, boss princess releases smoke all over the place that the others including her own men were surrounded by smoke. In that room, Shinpachi tells Gin and Katsura to escape. They tell him that they are already old so it won’t work on them. Gin and Katsura decides to fight back. For a while, Shinpachi actually saw them at their present age. He wipes his eyes and they became old again. Boss princess says that this will end. She tries to fire the missile but nothing happened. Back in the room, Shinpachi sees a message from boss princess’ lover asking them to save boss princess. Boss princess is furious as to who is hindering her plans. Then, she sees on the monitor that Gin and Katsura are approaching. She called her guards but they have become old so they can’t catch up to Gin and Katsura. The two then bend their backs and hurriedly run, shouting that boss princess shouldn’t look down on old people. In the end, everything is all up to Gin and Katsura. I wonder how are they going to show Boss Princess that what she is doing isn’t right. Nothing much to say here. ^^;
Jiraiya starts the interrogation of the two guys he caught in Naruto [c. 369]. At first, they won’t talk but when Jiraiya changed one of them into a frog, the other guy quickly tells Jiraiya about Pein. He tells Jiraiya that he has heard that Pein is in the tallest tower at the west side. Jiraiya learns that they treat Pein as if he is a god for Pein watches over them. His orders were told to them through agents. Jiraiya is shock when he learned that the civil war that supposedly happening in the village is already over and Pein’s group has won. Jiraiya remembers how hard it is to win against the former leader Hanzou a while back when he is with Tsunade and Orochimaru. The guy tells Jiraiya that Pein doesn’t spare anyone since he killed all anyone who knew Hanzou and anyone who goes against him. Meanwhile, Pein goes through a wall he opened and lies down in a tube-like bed with the character for ‘one’ on it. There are other five other beds there which has numbers ‘two’ to ‘six’. When Pein closed his eyes, another one opens his eyes and says that they should look for the intruder. No wonder Pein is strong, he has six bodies. I guess each is for different use but then, it seems that he have to go back there to change bodies. I wonder what Jiraiya will do now. Pein is obviously out of his league.

Mitsuya’s narration: Just seeing one part of that person, can one already understand that person? So called ‘like/love’, is it a simple thing? Because of this, it is just an idea/part of love. Mitsuya happily greets Yukari asking if he can go to their house after club activities. Yukari answers sure. With puppy ears, Mitsuya says he is going to study the next level in making patterns with Yukari’s dad. Yukari says that he haven’t reached that part yet. The other students are in shock and says in unison that it is quite a queer duo. Mitsuya asks what will they study next. Yukari says that his father would probably think of something hard for them to do. For the others, their friendship is really shocking because their nature is quite different from each other. Most of the others’ reaction is that it is quite strange. In VBR, while holding some boxes, Yukari shouts to Ririko where is the embroidery with pearls and also the S-style shoes. At the store, Yukari is hardworking. Ririko shouts that it is near the chair. Yukari shouts back which chair. Mitsuya happily sews, minding his own business as he got used to the shouting. Mitsuya thought that Yukari’s energy isn’t the same as when he is in school. Yukari turns around and looks at Mitsuya. He shouts at him, go away. Mitsuya timidly says yes. He is also strict. Yukari then happily opens a box and thought yes, this is it. Mitsuya thought ah, what he is looking for is actually on my feet. Yukari acts like a grown up though his mouth is quite foul.
Ririko shouts at Yukari to stop eating the snacks for the guests/customers. Yukari shouts back, who is doing such a thing, stupid. In reality, they are eating the cookies. Mitsuya thought but aren’t we eating them. Ririko finds Yukari and Mitsuya behind the sofa, eating. Ririko shouts, I found you, little brats. Holding the tray of cookies, Yukari shouts for Mitsuya to make a run for it. Ririko chases them calling for Yukari to stop. Then, I will see an expression that Yukari rarely shows. Yukari smiles at Mitsuya while shouting at Ririko, you’re too noisy, stupid. The two boys then happily run away. Whenever we are at the house, when Aoi has spare time, he would teach us how to make patterns. I find it interesting that before I knew it, I’m have really gotten into it. Mitsuya then shows Yukari a dress he has made. Yukari applauds him. Aoi praises Mitsuya for understanding it so fast that Mitsuya is suitable for this kind of work. Mitsuya blushes. Yukari pats him saying not to be embarrassed. Aoi says about Yukari’s sewing has gotten better. Yukari side comments that it is not enough. Aoi eagerly shouts at Yukari saying it isn’t true for Yukari has helped him a lot. Yukari blushed a bit.
Having an idea, Aoi exclaims if Mitsuya would like to help out Yukari. Mitsuya is surprised. Yukari is also surprised and shouts at his father, is there something wrong with your head, do not ask someone that, look, he is really stunned. Aoi tries to calm Yukari down and says that it is just a suggestion. Mitsuya blushed a bit. No, I am really happy because I have a goal of ‘being needed’. I am what other people would say as the type of person who can do anything no matter. Since childhood, I learn something and I can easily do it. Because of this, no matter what I do, I find it boring. But when I came here, I feel as if I’m a normal person. A scene of Mitsuya playfully asking Yukari what are those designs he is making. Yukari quickly hides the papers and says it isn’t something he want others to see. Because, there is a part that my heart is lacking. Always maintaining the situation of that missing part.
Behind a school building, a girl confesses to Mitsuya that she likes him. Mitsuya smiles and says, sorry, I don’t know who you are. The girl tearfully runs away. For a moment, Mitsuya’s expression became cold. He touches his heart then thought that nothing has changed. Mitsuya leaves and didn’t notice Yukari who just saw what happened. Back in the classroom, Yukari overhears two boys and two girls chatting. A boy says that first year’s Kinoshita is such a waste, doesn’t they think she is cute. A girl says that she looks ordinary. Another boy says that she will definitely be rejected by Mitsuya. The girl says that nothing can be done about that, for Mitsuya isn’t interested in any of the girls that approach him. Mitsuya has many girl friends because he is likeable. The boy says did they know that when Mitsuya rejects a girl, he would smile and say, I don’t know who you are. The girl says that if that happened to her, she would have collapsed. This made Yukari angry and he asks them if this is all true. They were surprised that Yukari actually talked to them. They then say how can he ask if it is true or not, this isn’t the first time it happened. Yukari says that he has seen the girl crying. The boys were shock and shout that they have an eyewitness. The girls screams what a coincidence. The boy asks if it is much cruel now or before. Before, he said to a girl, wait for me but after that, while that girl is waiting, Mitsuya went home already. The others laugh that it is so cruel. This made Yukari remember his ‘waiting’ and his mom didn’t come back. Yukari tells them not to make a joke of other people’s pain. He shouts at them that they are really mean. Yukari runs off as the others were stunned. They wonder what made Yukari angry at them. Being shouted at makes them angry.
Yukari is running when he meets Mitsuya at the staircase. Mitsuya greets him. To Mitsuya’s shock, Yukari pushes him to the wall and grabs his collar. Yukari angrily shouts at Mitsuya not to do things as he pleases. Mitsuya is confused. Yukari says that girl is crying, do not casually trample on other people’s true feelings. Mitsuya says so he saw it. Mitsuya smiles and pulls Yukari’s hands off him. He tells Yukari but this has nothing to do with him. Yukari is embarrassed and says that it is true that it has nothing to do with him but it makes him angry. Think of the other party who is eagerly waiting. Didn’t he know that he is going to hurt that person’s feelings? Your action is quite mean. Mitsuya remembers some scenes – a girl leaving him and standing near an empty seat in the classroom. Mitsuya gets angry and grabs Yukari’s collar. He shouts at Yukari what do you know, when you actually don’t know anything. Yukari shouts back, that’s right, I don’t know anything but I don’t want to see you doing this kind of thing. They break it up when someone shouts what are they doing there. One side eagerly waiting. A scene of Mitsuya with his puppy, waiting for someone.
In his room, Mitsuya lies down on his bed while his dog whimpers beside him. Ever since that day, my heart doesn’t feel any pain. Feeling of loss, nothing disturbs my heart but being able to meet with Yukari, my heart starts to waver and be disturbed. A feeling that is different from ‘being in love’. He remembers the time when they are going to practice on a nice piece of cloth. Mitsuya’s thoughts were disturbed when Tsuyako puts a book on Mitsuya’s bed. Mitsuya sees that it is an album. There is a picture of Mitsuya with a girl who carries Tsuyako when it was still a puppy. Tsuyako looks at Mitsuya. Mitsuya smiles. He hugs his dog and thanks it. He says that he can cheer up without looking at the picture. He wonders if Yukari is going to talk to him again. He looks determined and tells Tsuyako that he is going to Yukari’s house. He then hears a knock on the door. It is Shizuya telling him that someone named Yukari is on the phone. Mitsuya is shock that Yukari called. After calming down a bit, he answers the phone. Mitsuya hears Yukari’s frantic voice, calling him to go to his house at once, something happened to his father. Mitsuya is shock.
I think what Mitsuya is missing is friendship. He is having fun while in VBR and he feels ‘needed’ there. Like Yukari, he has a bit of trauma because of ‘waiting’. Unlike Yukari, instead of being easily angered, Mitsuya has become cold. I’m sure it is because Tsuyu who has to move out of the neighborhood. I wonder if Tsuyako is a gift from Tsuyu. I’m guessing that Mitsuya came to like her but never confess that it is too late, she has already left without telling him. I am curious though why would then, in the present time, Mitsuya’s ‘dark side’ comes out whenever he sees Tsuyu. Shouldn’t he be happy or he likes to torment her for making him wait? ^^; I think he still likes Tsuyu that he has been rejecting girls left and right but then, why in such a cruel manner? Is it some sort of revenge/getting back mechanism? Of course, Yukari will get mad at Mitsuya. His old trauma is brought up that he has to confront Mitsuya. About that call, I wonder if it is about Aoi’s sickness. A side of me want to think that but then, if Aoi collapsed or something, shouldn’t he be in the hospital? What’s the use of calling Mitsuya? So, maybe Aoi got sick and they need to finish something that is why Yukari is asking Mitsuya to come.

The first scene is a narration of young Yukari saying that dealing with people is really such a bother. I am fine by myself so I don’t want to deal with things that doesn’t concern me nor deal with bored people who butts in my life. Young Mitsuya arrives home and is greeted by his dog, Tsuyako. Mitsuya perks up when he sees his dog. He then gives it some orders like stop, sit and lie down which the dog obediently obeyed. Mitsuya glomps his dog and says that it is really obedient and he is now back home. Mitsuya is then greeted by Shizuya. Mitsuya is shock that Shizuya is covered with band aid and patches. He worriedly asks why he is wounded. Shizuya happily announce that he had a fight with somebody. Showing of his fist, Shizuya proudly tells his brother that he used that fist. Mitsuya sweatdrops and asks if Shizuya knew what he is saying, did he had a quarrel with someone. The dog is now happily glomping Shizuya. Shizuya tells his brother that they made up already. Mitsuya asks didn’t they had a fight and now they have made up, why so fast. Shizuya says because they are friends. Mitsuya is surprised to hear this – friend?
Inside his room, Mitsuya lies down on the bed and remembers Yukari threatening him that he won’t let him off if Mitsuya looks down on him. [The other translation is Mitsuya thinking of Yukari as a fool.] Mitsuya wonders if Yukari should be that angry because of that [Mitsuya just tells Yukari that he saw Yukari’s mother on tv], could that be called a ‘fight’? Turns around in bed, Mitsuya wonders what could he have said that made Yukari angry. He gloomily thought that he knows he is quite bothersome. I’m slow [witted] regarding feeling ‘pain’. About myself, about others, I don’t care for either of those. A scene of a young long-haired girl’s back. [I think it is Tsuyu] Uneasy, Mitsuya thought why is he tense about this being so concerned about making Yukari angry. Shouldn’t I be happy that I will have another opportunity to talk with him again? Mitsuya then remembers the book that will open the opportunity to talk with Yukari again. He reminds himself to give the book back to Yukari. Mitsuya thought that it seems to be a precious book to Yukari. What kind of book is it? The title of the book is Dressmaking I. Flipping through the pages, Mitsuya thought it is how to make clothes. Does he like this kind of book? Mitsuya is amused how clothes are made and starts to read the book.
The next day, during attendance call, Mitsuya learns that Yukari is absent because he has a cold. Mitsuya is frustrated for he really want to talk to Yukari and apologize already. The next day, Yukari is still absent as well as on the next, next day. Mitsuya wonders if Yukari’s cold is really bad. Mitsuya thought that if this goes on, he might not be able to return Yukari’s book. Compared to that, I don’t want him to have this irritating memory in his mind for such a long time. Mitsuya then decides to do something. The next day after school, Mitsuya decides to go to Yukari’s house. He is astonished to see VBR for it is the first time he has seen such a huge house. There is no doorbell. After standing there for some time, Mitsuya opens the door and calls out if anyone is there. Someone shouts for Yukari to greet the customer downstairs. Climbing down the stairs, Yukari happily says welcome. Both Mitsuya and Yukari are shock. Mitsuya is surprised over Yukari’s expression while Yukari is surprised to see that it was Mitsuya. Yukari quickly goes to his anti-social expression and says it’s just you. Mitsuya is puzzled for Yukari looks healthy and what’s with the ‘welcome’. Yukari asks what do you want? Mitsuya thought that he already knew what to say but right now, he is loss for words. He tries to say that he is going to return the book.
Someone from behind asks isn’t it a customer. Yukari greets him father. Mitsuya is shock to see Yukari’s father who is so young and both of them look so alike. Aoi then smiles and exclaims that Mitsuya must be Yukari’s friend. He introduces himself as Yukari’s father. Aoi pushes Mitsuya inside and welcomes him in. Aoi says he will prepare some tea for them and he never thought that one day, Yukari will bring a friend home to play. Yukari tries to protest that his father is mistaken. Aoi is already happily asking Ririko if they have some snack inside the house. Ririko replies that they have. The two boys just stand there. Yukari finally gives up and invites Mitsuya upstairs. While going up, Mitsuya is amazed over a wedding dress displayed on a mannequin. Upstairs is a mess with all sorts of boxes and sewing materials on the floor. Yukari tells him to sit wherever he like. Mitsuya is amazed that Yukari’s house is also their store. While keeping some stuff in the boxes, Yukari tells him that the building in front is the one selling the dresses while it is in that place where the wedding dresses are made. Mitsuya asks how is Yukari’s cold. Yukari says that it is just a lie. Mitsuya is shock. Yukari explains that there are a lot of order for wedding dresses lately so he is helping out. Mitsuya exclaims so you give that excuse to stay home. Yukari tells him that this situation is quite normal. Mitsuya is even more shock and thought, normal?! what about education?
Yukari then says, oh ya, why are you here? Mitsuya then returns the book that Yukari left. Yukari thought ah, so I left it there. Taking the book, Yukari thanks him. Mitsuya asks if Yukari can also make clothes. Yukari says he can sew. After thinking a bit, he tells Mitsuya in a low tone that he has already made a ‘design’ though he is currently doing a pattern. Mitsuya happily asks pattern and looks at Yukari, waiting for him to continue. Yukari sighs and explains to Mitsuya that in making a dress, one has to make a ‘design’. Mitsuya happily says that he has read it in the book. Yukari says ah, you have read the book so explanation is easier. We go outside and look at magazines to see which designs are quite good. A scene of Yukari and Aoi window shopping as Yukari points out to a dress that it looks nice. Aoi says that it is indeed cute so why not try it out. Then, one will analyze how to create a pattern on the paper. It is quite hard yet interesting. His father is good at it. Another scene of Yukari trying hard on how to make a pattern of the dress they saw. Then, another scene of Yukari freaking out that the outcome of the dress from his pattern didn’t turn out the same way. Yukari sighs that he is still on a battle on how to make patterns from the designs.
Mitsuya is thinking about what Yukari just said just when Ririko came up with some tea and snacks for them. Mitsuya pulls out a book on amusement park with a bunny as mascot. Mitsuya asks if Yukari simply means that it is like making the bunny on this book into a stuffed toy. Yukari says that’s right. Mitsuya then tells him to wait a minute. Yukari looks at Mitsuya who quickly draws on a paper. He shows it to Yukari and says that he can make this into the real thing. Mitsuya creates a pattern then starts sewing. Finally, Mitsuya creates a cute bunny. Yukari holds the bunny and is surprised at what Mitsuya did. Yukari praises Mitsuya that he is quite good and it is really cute. Mitsuya tells him that it is really interesting to make things drawn on paper into something solid that he got interested in the book. Yukari is shock as he asks that Mitsuya just read that book and he already knows how to do it. Mitsuya apologizes for reading it. Yukari put his head on the table and groans. He thought that it seems there is no meaning to the hardships he had suffered [since Mitsuya can easily do it]. Mitsuya wonders if there is something that he shouldn’t have said. Yukari then sits up and apologizes for kicking the table before [sorry, it turned out that Yukari kicked the table not Mitsuya from last chapter ^^;]
Mitsuya asks why did Yukari smile before. Yukari says that if he gets angry at first, it would seem that he is easily irritated that others would make fun of him. Basically, it is to see what his reaction would be. If Mitsuya easily gets agitated and hit him, he won’t hesitate to hit Mitsuya back. Yukari laughs that it is quite dangerous. Mitsuya is surprised to see Yukari happily laughing. Mitsuya asks if he can go back there some other time. Yukari asks does he want to come back. Mitsuya smiles and says yes. Ah, Yukari, having met you has really saved me. [The other translation says, gives a lot of comfort to me] But I think you don’t know that.
And that is how Mitsuya break through Yukari’s ‘walls’. Aw, that is such a cute dog. I’m amused that the kanji ‘yan [in Chinese]/ade [in Japanese]’ meaning glamorous is in Mitsuya, Shizuya and Tsuyako’s names. And it is such a cute bunny. Lol, almost everything about this series is cute. ^_^ Mitsuya reminds me of Asuka from Otomen. I wonder if Yukari starts to be nice because Mitsuya can do something in his field/dress-making or because he is thinking that people who can make cute things can’t be that bad. From the narration and how excited Aoi over Mitsuya, it does seem that Mitsuya is Yukari’s first friend. I think ‘saved’ is much more appropriate in that last narration because at the start, Mitsuya mentioned about being apathetic to things concerning himself and others.

Weekly Jump Update: Bleach, Naruto, Gintama and One Piece

Ichigo is still fighting Nnoitra and is still beaten up in Bleach [c. 289]. Inoue wants to fight back but Tesla threatens her not to do that else he won’t hesitate to fight her. He tells her that since her power is Aizen’s so he isn’t doing anything though Aizen also told them if she fights back, they have the authority to destroy her ‘six flower’ [hairpin]. As Inoue is worrying about Ichigo, she suddenly remembers Neru and tries to find her. Tesla notices this. He also remembers Neru and destroys the wall where Neru is hiding. Just then, Ichigo is send flying again. Nnoitra notices Neru and asks if she is Neru. Both Ichigo and Inoue are surprised that Nnoitra knows Neru. Nnoitra tells Neru that she has gotten weak and does her scar mask hurts. Ichigo then asks how could Nnoitra know Neru. Then a short scene of big-masked hollow trying to tell Ishida that they should quickly find Neru before she goes deeper into Las Noches. Back to Ichigo, Nnoitra then informs shock Ichigo that Neru is an ex-espada. Ya, somewhat knew that Neru is someone important. It seems to be that the ousted ex-espada are much ‘nicer’ than the new ones except for the one Ishida fought against. I’m thinking maybe Neru is an exile since she isn’t living within the place. I wonder if it is Aizen who ousted her or the others because of doing something out of the norm. Wait, maybe those others with Neru used to be all-powerful, too ^^;; or maybe they are the ones loyal to her.
After Itachi left, Suigetsu and others asks Sasuke if he is okay in Naruto [c. 368]. They explained that they were worried about him when Karin felt another presence. Sasuke just tells them that they are leaving. In the hidden rain village, Pein tells Konan [the woman with him] that he is going to weaken his rain so she can find the intruder. Two guys are whining about the rain and wants to have a drink at the bar. They then sees a bar and enters. They asks the bartender for some food and drinks. They casually talk about Pein who might be going out of the village that it has been raining a lot lately. The bartender reveals himself. It is Jiraiya. Jiraiya says he is going to ask them some questions. The whole bar turns into a frog. Pein stops the rain and tells Konan she can go. Konan turns herself into papers and as it all fly away, each paper becomes a butterfly. Inside the frog’s belly, Jiraiya plans to interrogate his captives about Pein by tickling them to death. ^^; Konan’s power reminds me of the girl in the anime Sola – origami. I think it is an interesting power. I guess Pein didn’t do his assigned duty to capture Naruto because he has to finish some things in the village before leaving. Sasuke-Itachi will take the backseat for now as the focus is more on Pein and the hidden rain village.
Boss princess is shock that the other girls are there in Gintama [c. 179] when she realizes that they got in through the floor of the tank. She calls her men but Kagura and Kyuubei easily beat them up. Otae goes after boss princess and tells her that she will lose. Boss princess insists that she will win for she is the most beautiful. They fight disgustingly by putting fingers/toes in each other’s noses. ^^; Meanwhile, Shinpachi and others find a man inside a tube with life-support system. They accidentally activates a narration from Boss princess who wonders if they are doing the right thing. The man is in a state of coma and hopes that maybe someday he will wake up so they ‘freeze’ him. But doing so, the she is uneasy for when the man wakes up, he might find that everything around him has changed. A flashback of the past, boss princess is with the man looking at the stars. The man says that the stars/space is really beautiful and also boss princess. Boss princess blushes. She wants to be beautiful after so many years so that at least, when the man wakes up, there is something he would still recognize after his long sleep and she will tell him that he is not alone. The last message says, I will be waiting for you. Shinpachi and others were touched by boss princess’ story. Just then, the dragon imperial palace [spaceship] starts to move back above the sea surface. Well, now we know why boss princess wants everyone to become old. So that she would at least become ‘beautiful’ in the eyes of that man. After all those years, she must have became desperate that after a thousand years wait, the man might not recognize her anymore. Why am I thinking that it might end up like ‘Forever Young’ movie – when the guy wakes up from sleeping after a comatose, he later grows old anyway and finally, reunites with his lover.
Hogback screams at Cindry about the nonsense she is saying that she can’t move in One Piece [c. 469]. Robin and Chopper are puzzled and yet amazed for this for it seems the owner of the body is not following Hogback. Then, Cindry starts to go after them again so Robin has no choice but to hold Cindry using her arms. Hogback tries to escape but is quickly caught by Chopper. With Robin’s help, Chopper plans to throw Hogback down on the floor. Back in the cold storage, Odz has approach Moria and acknowledges him as his boss. Luffy angrily screams how could his own shadow say such a thing. Moria orders Odz to get capture all of the Strawhats around Thriller Bark and send them back to their ship, dead or alive. Odz finds Luffy and tries to beat him up. Luffy then notices that Moria is quickly getting away. Back to Chopper and others, just as Chopper is about to throw Hogback, Odz crashes through the wall. Chopper quickly drops Hogback and jumps down to evade Odz. Hogback is pinned down by some rubble and shouts that Cindry help him. Chopper and Robin notice Cindry smiles [like when she is still alive] up to them and didn’t help Hogback. Odz finishes off Hogback, probably by stepping on him. Odz then rampages on to where Usopp is then to where Sanji is. Sanji is distracted by Odz that he didn’t notice Absalom took Nami away. Absalom tells Sanji that since he is so strong, why don’t he play with the zombie, Odz. Zoro and others then notices Odz coming out. Inside, Luffy is chasing after Moria. Luffy thought that defeating Moria is of highest priority for everyone would get their shadows back. Absalom laughs over getting Nami back. It turns out that he made her drink some strong sleeping pills. He plans to carry on with the wedding ceremony. The special zombies take Perona to safety and vows to avenge her. The rest of the zombies are quickly moving away from the crumbling mansion. Later, Robin and Chopper unites with Usopp. Odz then shouts for the Strawhats crew to show themselves. Sanji shouts is Odz is going to interfere with them. Usopp wonders if ‘Luffy’ [shadow] is really going to beat them up. Robin tells Usopp that maybe Odz was given orders. Chopper wonders if Luffy is okay. Brook is freaking out. Franky wonders if they can win. Zoro finds it interesting. I also find it interesting. Strawhats crew minus Luffy vs Odz. I think by the time they finish, everything in Thriller Bark will be in ruins. Hehe I didn’t expect Absalom to still be alive. So that leaves Moria, Absalom and Odz.

The bum is still sleeping on the bench as Lele thought, I must really have a ‘destiny’ with bums. Sitting/kneeling in front of the bum, Lele starts to talk out loud. Sleeping outside in the cold, won’t you get a cold? Living outside of a house is really hard. Right now, I also don’t have a place to go to nor stay in. I wonder where I would stay that it makes me quite tense and worried. Compared to you guys, I’m really useless, aren’t I? Before, I know of a bum named Yin/Silver who said that he is a ‘happy bum’. He surely lived on his own that he doesn’t care how others see him. At that time, I felt that he is an amazing person. Just then, the sleeping bum sneezes out loud. This surprises Lele. Covering his eyes from the light, he says who is it, too noisy. Lele is shock that the bum is talking in Chinese. This voice, this accent, this mustache – growing after not having a shave for a day. Lele then notices his earring. eh? Silver character earring!? When the bum removes his hand from his eyes, Lele is freaking out. What!? Sil-silver colored eyes?! While pointing at Eros, Lele shouts, you ~~ you, you~~, you, you, you, you... Lele thought, Eros is the ‘happy bum’!? Eros covers his face and curses. Lele then shouts, what is this all about!?
Eros asks Lele, you don’t realize this now, I have been wondering up to when will you have such ‘faulty vision’. Lele says you are obviously trying to hide it else why would you, no matter what, not talk in Chinese with me before, you are afraid that I will recognize your weird accent. Lele then teases him as she says, now, let us guess why does amazing fashion director Eros is cos-playing a bum. 1. He has a split personality and one of them is called ‘the happy bum. 2. He has done a crime so he is dressing up to cover it up. 3. It is a secret that cannot be told to anyone. Eros angrily shouts does she want to be beaten up. Lele happily giggles and says that no matter what, her guess is number 3, secret. Eros sweatdrops and thought that’s enough. Eros says so what if Lele wants to tell it to the newspapers but this is not a secret, for those who are close to him already knows about this. The people at work doesn’t since this is something private and not something he would tell everyone. Lele asks, really, no matter how I think of it, there is a problem [about it] for it is strange for a famous person like him want to pretend to be a bum. Eros explains that it is how he loosen up, that she who doesn’t notice it, who doesn’t know how it is to be independent, who can’t easily discern the truth about this thing, is a fool that she doesn’t understand this. Lele is aghast that he just badmouthed her. Eros is already walking away as Lele is following him. Lele shouts what basis do you have to look down on someone. Who says I don’t understand. Being a model, I have more or less know how it feels to lose my independence though she doesn’t like being an ‘idol’ so what is so profound about it.
Eros tells her to quit following him for doesn’t she have a more important thing to do. Nick didn’t give you a job to chase after a guy. Lele is surprised and shouts, Nick? You know my boss? Eros sweatdrops and says it is such a coincidence for Nick is sort of his and Angus’ friend. It seems that you forgot about what happened yesterday. Lele is in shock and exclaims, yesterday. Eros says that it could be said that Lele owes him a favor. Lele tries to remember what happened after she got drunk. Eros says if he didn’t help her get out, she might end up waking up today in a stranger’s embrace. I really doubt with that kind of nature, you can survive in New York. Lele points to herself and asks Eros, did I really almost got XX by some bad guy. Eros says in that situation, she would have gotten herself XX earlier. Lele starts to cry as she is speechless. Eros says that even if you are drunk, you still have your vision/wits, knowing to choose to go with me. Lele goes teary, puppy eyes and asks did Eros carry her behind his back to the dorm. Eros sweatdrops and thought don’t look at me with those eyes. Eros says that she is the one who firmly attached on to him.
Lele sighs and thought such a waste, that dorm really seems to be the deep abyss. Eros asks what is she talking about. Lele smiles and says it is nothing. A bit embarrassed, Lele says that she has been thinking of how to repay him for every time they meet, she has been giving him trouble. It seems that I don’t want to be a bother to him. Eros says it is okay, just don’t tell other about him [acting as a bum] and that will be sufficient. Eros says even if it isn’t a secret, he doesn’t like other to find his life interesting that it will be quite troublesome for him. Lele thought that before, as the bum Yin, he seems to be a friend whom I can ‘fight happily’ with but right now, the one in front of me is a cold-faced man. Which is the real him? Lele smiles at him and says, alright, I won’t tell others about it but can I ask you one more question. Is Yin your real name? Eros says that it is the Chinese name given to him by his mother. Not even saying goodbye, he turn around and left. It seems as if he doesn’t want me to get more involved with him. But wearing that silver-character earring, it really, really suits him.
At the studio, Lele arrives on the scheduled time for the trial photo shoot. It is a trial shoot because they would see if her face ‘matches’ to what the company needs. Lele greets some girls and wonders if they are all new models for they look so young. The two girls laughs at her asking if Lele is a model for they thought she is just a friend who is accompanying someone. Lele is a bit surprised by this comment that she quickly looks at the mirror. She is shock by her ‘rugged’ appearance. Lele falls on her knees and weeps. Why did I get myself in this difficult situation. Escaping from that place, I even forgot to wash my face. My hair is a mess. This is really embarrassing. She then asks a woman where the comfort room is. In the comfort room, she washes her face and hair. She made her hair into wet look. Looking at her face on the mirror, she thought waking up from being drunk, her face is a mess, this kind of start is really bad luck. The woman looks at Lele’s bio data and comments that Lele has already worked as a model for two years so she is quite old already. Lele thought, old. An arrow points that she is just 18 years old. The woman asks for her portfolio. Lele apologizes for she just arrived in New York yesterday and she has been busy when she went out so. The woman didn’t let her finish and says that it is a waste for they want a model who does all of this/prepared for this kind of stuff. She explains to Lele that the make-up artist and fashion stylist would do their best into thinking of what kind of form/appearance that would match her so if she has brought her portfolio, they would spend less time in thinking of what kind of appearance would suit her best. Lele apologizes again as she thought that if her aunt is there, she will be scolded to death about it.
In the end, compared to the other girls, I have spend more time testing the clothes/different styles and make-up. The photographer is pretty much the same level as Shi Ti Fu. Someone like me, I should have already know how things are done, but in their eyes, I’m thought of as a beginner. She then overhears two models gossiping. They say that Diol and Guchi, two brand names, are competing over models. Diol has signed up both Angus and Feidna in an expensive contract that it made such a fuss. Guchi is furious that they are planning to sign up a new model/sign up a new super model named Wales [sorry, I’m not too sure on that one if the name is Wales or it is a term] though it isn’t sure yet. Guchi seem to be thinking of a new blood to win this, so they might be looking for new models. If they [models] work hard enough, they might get an opportunity. Lele smiles and thought Angus and Feidna collaborating, it must be quite impressive. After the photo shoot while walking in the streets, Judy calls Lele asking if the shoot has ended smoothly. Lele says that it has just ended. Judy asks how is it. Lele replies that she thought her expression isn’t that good as if something is a bit off. Judy laughs and says that it is okay for at the start, it is always like that. Until Lele is used to the environment there, she will gradually progress. Lele then asks if Judy can help her out by getting her a room in a hotel where she can rest. Judy says that it is no problem, she will call her again after 10 minutes. Lele thanks her and hangs up.
Lele feels that her manager is someone she can confide for Judy easily understands her problem/situation. While whistling, she wants to call Xiao Qui quickly for there are a lot of things that she want to tell her. She then sees huge billboards of Angus’ new advertisement. Lele thought that Angus is really famous. Why is such a gorgeous guy have a bad and casual ‘do as one wishes’ kind of character. Lele remembers how Angus flirt with her before by blowing in her ear. She then thought the brother [Eros] is also a weird person. She wonders that if Eros has a Chinese name, then Angus would also have one, too. What would be his [Chinese] name? Lele didn’t notice a man walking towards her. The man then bumps hard on Lele. The man apologizes and leaves. Lele is a bit surprised about it then she suddenly realizes something. She quickly put her hand in her pocket and to her dismay, her mobile phone and wallet are missing.
So, Lele now knows that the happy bum is Eros. Hehe, the author didn’t delay things any further. I thought that maybe she will just find the happy bum and not know that it is Eros. About Lele following Eros and quarreling. This reminds me of the time when they were in Japan. Well, at least Lele knew who ‘saved’ her last night. Too bad her photo shoot didn’t seem to started well especially since she came unprepared. I guess it might take some time before she will succeed there. About that gossip, I wonder if Guchi will be getting her as their model in the future. Hehe I think Feidna would be her rival in both work and love. Finally, things turn for the worse as she got pick pocketed. That is the worse thing that could happen now. I wonder if she can still chase after that guy. I also wonder if she knows Judy’s number. If she didn’t get her money and phone back, at most, she would have to return to the dorm or ‘someone’ will help her. Now, I wonder how Angus/Feidna would react if they learn that Lele is there in New York. Hehe I’m sure they would be jealous of her because of the way Eros is treating her and now, they seemed to be destined for each other. Oh ya, this is the latest chapter of The One. (^o^)V

Lele happily hugs Eros from behind. She says, I have been thinking of you ~ ♥ Eros is surprised to hear that. His surprise turned into dismay when he heard the familiar snoring sound. While sleeping soundly, Lele has tightly clung on her like a koala bear. Eros shouts, Hey, wake up. He calls to Leo to pull Lele off him. Leo goes to them and says, sorry, little girl. Eros shouts for him not to talk such nonsense to Lele and just pull. Leo is holding on to her and is puzzled that Lele isn’t bulging. He pulls and still nothing. Eros and Leo are speechless as reality sinks in that they can’t get Lele off him. Light haired guy volunteers to help them. He asks how could they treat a girl roughly like that. Patting Lele’s head, he tenderly says Lele darling ~ get up now, don’t cling and sleep on that rude guy. The guy keep on patting her head and projecting his ‘flirt’ power on her. Eros looks at the guy and thought, who’s rude? The guy perks up as Lele has awaken up a bit. He tells Lele, come with me ~ darling, I want to hear more about your story/life. Lele pouts upon seeing him and clings tightly again at Eros. The guy is shock over being snubbed. Nick thought that it is no contest for he is against Eros. Carrying Lele, Eros tells Leo that they are leaving. Nick then calls out bro [he actually calls him elder brother as the elder among the twins], don’t take my model away like that.
In the car [probably Nick’s], Lele is sleeping on Eros’ lap as Eros and Nick are talking. Eros says I thought you are in the model managing business, I never thought that you are actually into ‘pimping’. Nick sweatdrops and exclaims that saying it like that seems too harsh when he isn’t even selling Lele off. Eros asks isn’t it so. Nick cries and sighs for Eros doesn’t believe him. Nick tells Eros not to be too serious for it is a party and that everyone is just playing around. Lele is of age so she is independent already. Eros says you call being drunk as being independent, who knows, maybe you guys deliberately made her drunk and conspire to make her one of your ‘collections’. Nick puts his hand on his chest and the other raised up [as if swearing in a court] denies that he is into that kind of thing for he isn’t Angus though it doesn’t seem to be that different. [I forgot the term but ‘collection’ means bedding different women to prove how good a guy is with women.] Nick tells him that he is the type of person who likes to have fun when one is having fun but regarding work, there are limits. He assures Eros that he isn’t going to do that kind of thing with his models unless of course, it is voluntary. Eros asks so where do you plan to let her stay, has he prepared some kind of ‘harem’ to bring Lele to. Nick is dismayed for Eros isn’t believing what Nick’s explanation.
Nick shows Eros who is carrying Lele to a large apartment room. Nick says this is the ‘harem’ that Eros is referring to, it is the place where he lets the newly signed-in models stay. Eros suspiciously looks at Nick as Nick sweatdrops. Nick tells him to relax for there are five other girls staying with Lele there and there are absolutely no guys. Nick winks at Eros and says that they are currently enjoying themselves at the party and will come back late at night. Nick then asks Eros a lot of questions – Can you tell me how did you know Lele? What is your relationship with her? Why do you care so much about her? Eros just looks at him. The scene changes to Eros looking at Lele who is sleeping on the bed. On the first day I came to New York, I didn’t realize that I got myself dead drunk. While sleeping in that strange, unfamiliar room, I had a strange dream. In the dream, I have once again seen my beloved Grandma. She gently pats my head and says, the road to the future is difficult but you shouldn’t fret for there is a ‘silver-eyed angel’ who is going to watch over you. Eros then sees her smiling in her sleep.
The next morning, Lele wakes up and wonders where is she. She sneezes as she feels cold. Using a blanket to cover herself, she goes outside the room. Her room is on the second floor. She looks down to the living room and is shock to find 10 naked men and women on top of each other with their clothes and empty cans of beer all over the place. Everyone seems to have passed out except for one woman and two men who are having sex on the coach. One of the men notices Lele and asks how is she. Lele is already pretty shock and embarrassed over what she is seeing. The woman says that she recognizes Lele, she just arrived yesterday night from the trip. The woman greets Lele and says that they will be roommates. Lele is getting dizzy – roommates?! The woman asks Lele why did she left early from the party, too bad, do you want to play with us? Lele freaks out and shouts, No thanks. They were puzzled when Lele quickly backs to the wall and runs away. Lele thought that she doesn’t want to stay in a place like that.
Outside, she breathes hard after running. She wonders if that woman is really a model, is DMG a legitimate company, could that guy [Nick] be ‘displaying goat but it is really dog meat’. [I think it is an expression that Nick is a swindler.] Lele is then surprised when her mobile phone is ringing. She answers it. A long haired woman with glasses, who called her, greets her and introduces herself as DMG’s Judy Johnson. She tells Lele that she will be the one responsible for all the schedule of Lele’s work in New York. Lele asks if Judy is the one assigned by DMG to be her manager. Judy says that is correct. Lele says that’s good, I really need your help, could you please help me find a new place to stay. Judy is surprised by this so she asks Lele if she isn’t satisfied with the place they gave her. Lele exclaims that she can’t even stay in that place for a second. Judy says is that so, if Lele wants to move in a different place, Lele would have to pay for the expenses/rent. Lele says she knows that so could Judy help her find a place. Judy says that she will try and see but at most, it will take a few days. Lele thanks her and she will leave it to her. Judy says it is okay and before she forget, Lele has two trial photo shoots that she should go to. Judy then gives her the directions to go there.
How work is done here in New York is very different from Taipei. I have only recently arrived and there is already a response/assignment for work and also it seems that everything is already planned ahead. I should be more energetic. Good thing I have brought my mobile phone and wallet when I run out. I will get my luggage when I already find a new place to stay. I really do not want to go back to that ‘really evil’ place. She goes to the park and eats her breakfast on a bench. Happily chomping on her hotdog, Lele thought early in the morning, drinking coffee and eating hot dog at the park and reading newspaper. Isn’t it like a scene in a Hollywood movie? Lele laughs as she thought who knows maybe later, there will be a gorgeous guy passing by, while strolling his dog. Her daydream is interrupted by loud snoring. She turns around and thought who is ruining the mood. She is then surprised to see a bum, covered with newspapers, lying down at the bench, sleeping.
Eros is quite unhappy over what Nick that he is doubtful of Nick. Nick has a hard time explaining as it all does seem that he is ‘pimping’ Lele. I highly doubt that Eros answer Nick’s questions. At the way everyone is afraid of making Eros angry, they would really be curious as to who is Lele to him that he is really acting nice to her. About Lele’s reaction, I’m somewhat thinking that it is a bit over the top but then, I guess she is a bit conservative like it isn’t the fact that she is seeing people having sex but they are actually doing it in the living room of a shared apartment. It is like all of one’s roommates in the dorm is doing it in the shared living room. ^^;; She freaks out even more when she learns that she is a roommate and the woman is asking if she wants to join them. Her manager seems nice and when she said it will take a few days before she can find a place for Lele. Where would Lele stay in the meantime since she doesn’t want to return to her apartment? From the picture, it is obviously Eros – the bum. Hehe, would she now recognize him?

In Bleach [c. 288], Szayelaporro explains to Ishida and others that he can control that place like stairs and corridors so that they all ended up back in the same room. To everyone’s surprise, Szayelaporro stabs himself through the mouth with his zanpaku and changes form into a..clownish butterfly jellyfish type of outfit and make-up. When they were posed to attack, Szayelaporro release some liquid from behind his back. Soon, they realize that upon touching them, the liquid creates a duplicate of themselves. Szayelaporro has some good news, he has release their powers so they can fight as much as they want against themselves. Soon, fake Renji-s surround Renji and fake Ishida-s surround Ishida. Back to Ichigo, Ichigo manages to evade Nnoitra’s earlier attack but got hit from behind. Inoue shouts that it isn’t fair for Ichigo is injured. Nnoitra tells her that in a battle, there is no such thing as fair and he knew what he is getting into when he watched Ichigo fight with Grimmjow. Behind them in a collapsed wall, Neru seems to be breathing hard. Well, got to hand it to Ishida to fight ugly, weird, mad scientists. ^^; This is his second one. It seems Renji got dragged in but then, with Renji’s track record, being with Ishida is a welcome change. Szayelaporro did mention that he is a weakling so making enemies fight each other is quite a suitable way of fighting. I’m wonder if Nnoitra is pretty weak to take advantage of Ichigo being injured. It does make Grimmjow the nicer guy of the espada/arrancar bunch. In that fight, Neru seems to be Ichigo’s wild card to win this battle.
Itachi greets Sasuke in Naruto [c. 367] and asks if Sasuke is going to charge at him like before. Sasuke says that Itachi doesn’t understand him nor know how the hatred made him stronger. But then, Sasuke did charge anyway, ^^;; but from behind and stabs Itachi. When Itachi has fallen, Sasuke goes near to check up on him. To Sasuke’s surprise, he is still alive for Itachi says that Sasuke has grown stronger. It turned out that it is just an Itachi clone. As the ravens fly all over the place, Itachi tells Sasuke to go to the hideout alone and they will finish it there. Back to Tsunade and Jiraiya, Tsunade is worried about Jiraiya going to enemy territory. Jiraiya jokes that they make a bet out of it. When Tsunade tells him to inform her if he needs help, Jiraiya says about her being hokage is important so she should stay there. It is here when it is finally revealed that Naruto is indeed the son of the fourth hokage and his mother is a ninja from a different village. Before leaving, Jiraiya warns Tsunade to be careful of the Root. Jiraiya enters the village via frog and thought that it is too easy. He didn’t know that Pein controls the rain falling on the village so his presence is already known. Ah, Sasuke, he is becoming like Naruto..likes to charge quickly at the enemy. He didn’t even though that Itachi is waiting for him so Itachi won’t be killed off that easily. Hehe, maybe Itachi is checking on how powerful Sasuke is via his clone. Anyway, this somewhat confirms that he was ‘lied’ [not sure if it is deliberate or not] to by Akatsuki that Sasuke is dead. I wonder if Itachi gave the same message to Naruto else why would Itachi bother meeting with both Naruto and Sasuke. If Itachi is ordered by Tobi or Pein to do this, then, it will be two birds in one stone. Naruto and Sasuke handed in a silver platter to Akatsuki. But then, I felt a bit of backstabbing within Akatsuki so I somewhat doubt that theory. It is confirmed that Pein’s power is rain-related. I’m amused that Pein and woman are still in that village. Wasn’t he ordered by Tobi/Mandara to get Naruto asap and for other Akatsuki to get their assigned tailed. What are they still doing in the village? A lot of time has passed. ^^; If Jiraiya fights over the two of them, I doubt Jiraiya will win unless some back-up appears. It would be interesting if Tsunade is in the fight, too.
Cross easily overpowers Tiki in D. Gray-man [c. 129]. Allen and others can only watch them. Allen reverts back his arm while Rabi notes that compared to Cross or the Noahs, they are pretty weak. Just then, the floor starts collapsing that Allen calls out to Cross. Cross decides to hurry it up and finish Tiki off when a large explosion happens. Cross then finds the Earl carrying Tiki. The floor were Rabi and Chaoji are standing starts to collapse. They are falling so Rabi reach out his hammer to Allen. Unfortunately, upon grabbing it, Allen easily crushed it. The hammer crumbles into nothing as Rabi and Chaoji falls down from the ark. Allen and Rinali are in shock. Allen screams as he wasn’t able to save them. The Earl greets Cross a good evening. Cross look serious and smiles. He tells the Earl, still quite swollen, fatty. Cross does seem to know a lot of insults. Hehe Sigh, Rabi didn’t make it to the final scene of the arc and his innocence is also ‘ripped’ like the others. I’m sure Chaoji will somehow be a key to their survival. Allen seems to be more in aghast than Rinali over losing two more comrades. So, will Cross and the Earl battle it out. Somehow, I think they will retreat and take their respective beaten up people to escape the ark. The author is sick so there is no chapter next week.
Shinpachi and others cannot believe that people were made into old people for a selfish reason in Gintama [c. 178] Nerd turtle decides to check their strength with a visor, the same with Vegita’s [DBZ] and says that for an ordinary person, it is 360 K. Shinpachi’s rate is 362 K. He starts protesting when he learns that Taizou’s is higher than his. But when Taizou’s sunglasses dropped, it became 1 K. Kyuubei’s is 7930 O. Kyuubei protests with is it 0 which is used for females. Nerd turtle is about to check on Kagura’s but his visor focuses on old Gin and Katsura. Their negative range is so high that his visor exploded. Their arguing were then disturbed by a sniper. Kagura and Kyuubei goes for the sniper while the others have to face the foot soldiers. Shinpachi complains why does he have to take care of the oldies. They told him that is what youngsters should do. With sunglasses, Taizou and nerd turtle hide in their shells and attack the soldiers by rolling down on the soldiers but ends up falling down the cliff. ^^; This leaves Shinpachi running for his life with the two oldies. The boss princess looks at the mirror and says that leaves the hope of the earth to them. She tells tied up Otae not to worry for the others will soon join her. Underneath Otae, there is a shark. Otae cheekily tells the boss princess that no matter what clothes she wear, killing Otae off, making everyone old, it still won’t make boss princess beautiful.
Boss princess grabs Otae’s face and shouts what does she know of her feelings when Otae is young. Otae says she isn’t the only one for all those who were beautiful will someday become old and die and even if they [Otae + others] becomes old, she won’t lose to boss princess because they know what is true beauty, a beauty that won’t fade away after many years. Boss princess says show me that kind of beauty for who wins is the most beautiful. She then drops Otae down into the water. Meanwhile, Shinpachi and others manage to elude the soldiers. Shinpachi shouts for Gin and Katsura to escape on their own two feet. Katsura whines for him being ungrateful, etc. Gin kept on forgetting what he wants to say. Shinpachi gets impatient with the two. When the two starts to quarrel again, Shinpachi decides to leave them. He finds a door and opens it. Back to boss princess, the sharks went wild as there is blood at the end of the rope. To boss princess’s shock, the one in the rope and is bleeding is a shark. Otae, together with Katsura and Kyuubei, jumps out of the water to attack boss princess. I guess Otae is implying that the character and what is inside makes a person beautiful and not one’s physical appearance. I wonder what did Shinpachi finds in that room – Matsudaira?
Robin and Chopper were easily defeated by Zoro and Sanji zombies in One Piece [c. 468]. Hogback then orders Cindry to finish them off. Chopper and Hogback had a debate over being doctors when Hogback demonstrates of his control over Cindry by making her lick the floor. It turned out that Hogback is only after the money and fame a doctor brings and doesn’t really care about his patients. He used to be one of Cindry’s suitors when she was alive but she turned him down because she has a fiancé. So with the condition of ‘resurrecting’ Cindry, Hogback joins Moria’s group. Then, the two’s debate changes to what is living when the ‘heart’ is gone. Is living okay even if one has lost one’s will? Hogback then makes Cindry attack Chopper. Chopper tries to stop her but she is quite fierce. Hogback informs Chopper that he has strengthen Cindry so that she can fight. This made Chopper more angry. Holding on to Cindry, he tells her that she is pitiful for she is already dead and this would have broken the hearts of her relatives, with all the scars on her body and be made into a fighting soldier. He asks what is she if she is revived with her ‘heart’ gone and made to follow others by someone else. Hogback laughs that this is human’s dream to live forever. Chopper shouts just to move is called living, people should have their own free will, and how Hogback treats her isn’t even fit for a human. This somehow stunned Cindry.
Chopper calls for Robin to give salt to Cindry but Chopper got kicked by Sanji penguin as ordered by Hogback. Zoro zombie attacks Chopper but Sanji penguin is also almost hit. Before long, Zoro zombie and Sanji penguin starts to quarrel as to who was ordered by Hogback and fight each other. Robin stops Hogback from ordering them to stop fighting. Chopper says that it seems even without memories, those two Sanji and Zoro zombies hate each other. Robin then tricks Hogback to tell them to jump of the tower. The zombies thought they were being ordered to jump and so they jumped out. Hogback is furious over being tricked. Chopper clenching his fist says that Luffy is going to take care of Moria to take care of all the other zombies but him, he is going to send Hogback flying away. Hogback orders Cindry to take care of them while he retreats. Cindry doesn’t answer. Hogback says even if she is beaten, he can always find another shadow to revive her. To their surprise, Cindry is crying and says that she can’t move her body. This chapter does touch a bit on reality. For indeed there are doctors who do it for the money unlike Chopper who wants to be one for pure reasons of healing and helping people. Then, there is about would you agree to be an immortal even if you lose your free will. Hogback is doing everything for pure selfish reasons and he doesn’t really love Cindry to have made her into a ‘mindless soldier’. The author seems to point out that even if you lost your ‘heart’ or somehow, something still retains within the body.

On the sixth day of the school trip, each class of the second year will do different activities. Kyouya’s class is currently at the outskirts of Paris, in Fontainebleau specifically in Barbizon town. Ayame and two other girls exclaim how pretty the place is and the air of autumn in France is also nice. A girl says looking at this beautiful countryside scenery, she came to understand the pouring out feelings of the painters. Another girl says that is true, Millet, Rousseau, Corot and also. Kyouya continues, Diaz, Daubigny, Dupré, and Troyon are the seven stars that laid the foundation of the realism movement of Barbizon. Kyouya says around the 19th century in Paris, there is a plague and many revolts that the condition then is quite complicated. It is in this land that ‘cured’ the painters who were tired of city life and they actually benefited from it [by creating famous paintings]. Kyouya smiles at them and says, speaking of this, it is like their host club, that hopes not only to ‘cure’ but also ‘provide for their needs’ kind of club. The girls are awed by him. They say that they are very satisfied [regarding what the club does] and says that being with Kyouya, they feel that like they are deeply trained/educated. Kyouya says he is deeply honored. A note says even at the school trip, working hard in doing business. A boy calls out to Kyouya and others. He asks if they would want to stroll a bit around the forest. Kyouya says even if it is a good chance, he would like to rest a bit there. The girls would want to accompany him. Kyouya insists that they enjoy the smell of the forest air. Pushing his glasses and blushing shyly, Kyouya alibis that honestly, with this fresh and cool air, he would like to immerse himself into reading a book alone. Everyone then takes their leave, saying that they won’t disturb him anymore. Kyouya waves goodbye to them.
He quickly sits down on a chair and sighs. He thought, I’m really tired, up to now, I don’t know why does this whole class has to go back here as a fixed schedule in the tour. Note says that the class have already came there. The girls are saying that it has been a long time since they went there and how nostalgic it is. He then calls out, Tachibana [I called him Orange before –blond], Hotta [Baldie], Aijima [black], have you decided on the course/schedule for tomorrow. Coming out from the trees behind, they say, yes, young master Kyouya. Tachibana says it is more advantageous to go around to nearby hot springs places at Vichy•Deauville and also according to the itinerary of the trip, the boundary would be in that side. Kyouya is reading a small book of the map of France. He says but I heard that Tamaki’s old home is at the outskirts of Paris. If his mother is the type who doesn’t want to be far from Paris, these two places need to be look into. Tachibana protests that Kyouya is already tired for every night, he has been looking into this until late at night. Tachibana suggests that Kyouya rest up for the next day. Kyouya says if you are talking about rest, I can do that on the return flight. Anyway, I want to give something to that fool who is left behind in Japan so why not return with a souvenir that has impact. The three bodyguards, thought ah.ah..young master Kyouya is really very much tired that he finally truthfully say that he is doing all of this for Tamaki.
Just then, Kyouya’s mobile phone beeps. Kyouya notices that it is an text/sms from Tamaki. Tamaki’s message reads: This is Tamaki. Are you having fun? (*•◊^)-☆ Are you having fun in the France school trip? (^3^)-☆ Me? I’m really bored ☆ BORED ★ La ♪♪♪(ToT)// Really ★ bored☆ to ★ death. So, I did my best to use Koume’s style of writing text but then, would Kyouya understand it?! (≥∀≤)/ Bwehehe! Lately, I have been eating out with my father (^O^) ☆ Right now, (it is evening here) I’m in a huge hall in a hotel waiting for my father. (^◊^)/☆★ By the way, how is Haruhi? – (ToT)/. End text message. Kyouya is already shaking in anger. Why are you asking me when I am in France? I really want to kill. In a fit of anger, Kyouya destroys his mobile phone with his bare hands. You don’t know my hardships then sending this silly text to me!!! The three bodyguards freak out. Tachibana exclaims that they know that Kyouya is really tired from searching that person so please rest a bit. While pointing to a woman with a dog, Hotta exclaims to Kyouya to look at that golden haired woman strong with her dog, could it be.. Kyouya coldly says Hotta, are you stupid? The three bodyguards became more nervous. Kyouya says if she is there, then he wouldn’t have work hard in looking for her. Hotta apologizes. Kyouya says that is enough, wake me up at 4am. The woman looks at them and says, they seem to be fiercely fighting/arguing. Talking to her dog, she says, it seems to be a Japanese student, is it, Hachibee. [At first, I thought it is French, it turns out that it is Japanese so it makes sense that she is Tamaki's mom for French people would normally not name their dogs in Japanese] Let’s go.
Back in Japan, in Haruhi’s house, she is calling on her mobile phone. The operator just told her to leave a voice message. Haruhi nervously says Ah..that..Kyouya-sempai, this is Haruhi. Sorry, I’ll call again. She quickly hangs up her phone. She gloomily thought that she has lost her courage from earlier that she won’t dare leave a long message. Since he is in a trip, it might be quite troublesome but I will try again tomorrow. She decides to bring her phone to school so she puts her phone in her school bag. She sadly thought, Tamaki-sempai, what is his feeling when he returned to France. Tamaki is also gloomy. At the hotel lobby, wearing a suit, he is waiting for his father. Tamaki thought that Kyouya didn’t reply back, maybe Kyouya didn’t understand what he wrote. Two girls are blushing over Tamaki, thinking that he is a model. Biting the corner of the phone, he thought that he want to get in touch with Kyouya but he is in a trip, and the other club members but if he can get in touch with them, it [that he didn’t go] might be exposed. The two girls then thought that Tamaki is hungry that he is biting on the phone. Wiping his tears, Tamaki thought that he assumed that ten days will pass by quickly and that he will play with Antoinette [his dog] and also with the people/staff in the second residence. I want to see Haruhi and everyone. The two girls are now fretting that Tamaki is crying.
Six days ago flashback: The staff [maids and butler] exclaimed not going to the trip?! Tamaki said that is right, didn’t they know, so everyone, let’s play a game. A maid said how can this be, for they were all told that starting that day they will go on a leave. Tamaki is shock and asked, everyone? A maid said that her parents from the province has just arrived last night and she is going to give them a tour in Tokyo. Another said that she is going to have a vacation with her family. The other said that he/she is going to clean in the cemetery. One said that he/she is going overseas with a friend. The other one said that he/she is going with his/her lover. Tamaki smiled and said that it is okay, they should go out and enjoy, he and Antoinette.. A maid said speaking of Antoinette, she is going to bring it home with her for her family loves dogs so they have been waiting for Antoinette. The maid is holding up a bone as Antoinette goes to her. Patting Antoinette, Tamaki gloomily said, yes, yes, that’s very nice, Antoinette. Tamaki put on a smile as he waved to everyone leaving. He told them to take care as they apologized but they are going now. Tamaki then freaks out when Shima [old woman caretaker of the house] calls out to him from behind. Tamaki shouted that he is surprised and isn’t Shima going out, too. Shima said that this didn’t need to be said but taking care of the second residence is her obligation. Shima then asked if the reason that Tamaki isn’t going to France is his mother. Tamaki sweatdrops and says ah. Shima said if by chance, Tamaki meets with his mother even once, he is afraid that the president [grandma] will forfeit the agreement, afraid that Suou will stop giving support to his mother. But Shima is a bit worried for later on, Tamaki will obey whatever the president orders him to do and he will do it for the sake of his mother. But then, what does Tamaki really think of Suou and in the future, what does Tamaki want to do. Tamaki is a bit surprised by this. Shima says that Tamaki should do what he wants to do. Shima suggested that Tamaki use this free time to think a bit about this. Tamaki thought what I want to do. A flashback of young Tamaki, holding his teddy, opening the door and seeing his mother sleeping [sick?] on the bed. End flashback.
Tamaki looks at a small notebook and thought that he wrote down the things that he wanted to do. In the notebook: Things that I want to do. – play with Haruhi, - play with everyone, - challenge the bagpipe team/pipe band, - make Kyouya wear a loin cloth, too, - eat pickled vegetables/sauerkraut, - transplant rice seedling, - endurance contest {pursue manliness}, - make paper clay Note says, [Shima didn’t mean] those kind of things. Tamaki then notices an old woman standing near the escalator as if she is troubled. He goes to her and smiles. He offers his hand and says, it is alright, if she doesn’t mind, he will accompany her in going up. Tamaki helps the old woman up the escalator and bids her to take care. The old woman thanks him. Tamaki wonders why there is a huge staircase below the escalator that it seems to be giving old people a bit of problem. In deep thought, Tamaki muses that it is the same at the Japanese-style restaurant when they were eating hot pot. There are many foreign guests, and while sitting at the tatami guest room’s floor, putting a stove/kotetsu would not be a bad idea. He is interrupted when his father calls out to him. His father apologizes for making Tamaki wait. He tells Tamaki that they are the high class French cuisine there is quite good. He adds that in their own hotel, they are also planning to make something like that. Tamaki says ah, yes. He then looks back at the stairs below the escalator.
At the restaurant, his father asks is it delicious. Tamaki shouts, yup. Then, he embarrassingly says, ah, no, yes, it is delicious. His father asks why did he suddenly act like a nice kid. Tamaki says no, I should say, that right now [he is older], even if I am really bored, I should cry about this to you. His father laughs and says really, at this time, when you were young, you were really something/great. His father muses that every time he goes to visit, Tamaki will joyfully greet him. Flashback: With arms outstretch, young Tamaki goes to his father. At that time, it is like being loved tenderly by an angel but on the way, you tripped and cried out loud. Tamaki goes splat on the floor and starts to cry. His father carries him as Tamaki cries it’s daddy, daddy has come back. Then, Tamaki whines that it hurts. Holding you tightly, embracing you while you cry. Then, I don’t know if you are crying because of the pain [from falling] or crying from joy [of seeing him] but in the end, you end up pissing in your pants. Tamaki’s father is freaking out over dripping wet Tamaki. End flashback. Tamaki’s father is smirking at him and points at Tamaki. He says you are really embarrassing. Tamaki angrily freaks out shouting I didn’t, you are always like this, tricking me, do not point at me. Tricking Tamaki, Tamaki’s father pretends to look for something in his pocket. His father says there is photo evidence, next time, I will surely show it to Fujioka [Haruhi] now, where did I put it. Tamaki stands up and cries as he pleads no. A waiter approaches Tamaki to please quiet it down. Tamaki ends up apologizing. His father laughs and says it seems you are serious with that girl. Blushing, Tamaki says, eh, wha-what [do you mean]? His father says it is because you are pretty nervous/overly excited when it comes to Fujioka.
Then, they hear a loud crash. Tamaki turns around to see a waiter trying to pick up the plates that he just dropped. The lady guests exclaims ah.ah.ah the sauce is spilled on my skirt. The waiter apologizes and says he will quickly clean it up. The lady shouts wait, compared to picking up those pieces of plates, shouldn’t you be thinking what should be done with her stained skirt. Realizing his mistake, the waiter apologizes. The lady angrily shouts I can’t believe that this restaurant’s waiters are not properly educated. The manager then apologizes with the waiter. He tells the guest that what will happen to the one responsible for it will be at her disposal. The lady angrily points at the waiter and says that she wants him fired. The manager says it is as she wishes. Tamaki gets angry with this as he stands up from his seat. He exclaims how can this be, just because of. His father tells Tamaki to sit down for they are in the middle of dinner. Tamaki protests. His father says that what the guest did is right, the waiter should have done something with the stained skirt rather than picking the pieces of plate. Tamaki shouts that it doesn’t warrant for him to be fired for everyone makes a mistake. His father sternly says don’t you understand? I’m saying that it is none of your business. Tamaki stares at his father. His father says that this kind of place isn’t to be compared with the things Tamaki does in the club that he is familiar with. Ideal thinking and feeling of justice doesn’t fit here. This isn’t where a child like him would irresponsibly open his mouth about this. Tamaki’s father says if he understands this, then he should sit down. Tamaki sits down and is frustrated. His father sighs and says if Tamaki thinks that it is too much [of a punishment] then he will talk with the one in charge, generally, the staff won’t be fired. Tamaki smiles over this. Tamaki’s father then says, for instance, in their company, there is chain of hotels that are associated with them, that is also in this kind of world [restaurant business], around 30 branches. Slowly, we have been planning to expand. How about it? Are you interested? Tamaki is surprised by this. His father says, if you are interested, tell me anytime about it but you have to clearly remember that compared to what you are thinking, this is a very much harsh cut-throat world.
The next day, it is almost night. The school bell rings. Haruhi waves goodbye to the others. While walking and greeting some people on her way home, Haruhi thought that second years will be coming home in three days, after leaving that message in Kyouya’s phone, she wasn’t able to get in contact with him anymore. Maybe I should just wait for them to come back. Haruhi is then surprised by a ringing sound in her bag. She realizes that it is her mobile phone vibrating. Haruhi hurriedly answers it. She looks a bit relieved when it is Kyouya. Kyouya asks, is this Haruhi, sorry for late in getting contact with you, there is a little bit of glitch with his mobile phone so it is only now that he got her voice message. Haruhi is amazed that she is really talking with him from France, this is really great. Kyouya impatiently says that is enough, what is it? Haruhi nervously says ah, about Tamaki. Kyouya says about Tamaki, he is having a severe diarrhea/dysentery. Haruhi thought, what?! Kyouya sighs and says upon arriving here, that guy has been gloomily staying at the hotel and is in no condition to go out. Kyouya adds regarding local specialty products and souvenirs, don’t bother looking forward to it, lastly, I’m busy so I’m hanging up. Haruhi exclaims, wai-wait a minute. Kyouya angrily asks what is it. Haruhi says, about..about that. Haruhi didn’t continue what she is saying as her eyes widen when she sees a familiar figure. Kyouya asks, Haruhi? What is it? Haruhi says, right now, in front of the door at my house. Haruhi then points to the one she sees while still on the phone. She says it’s diarrhea guy. It is Tamaki who turns around and sees her. Tamaki is shock over being discovered as Haruhi is shock seeing him there.
This chapter is great and also a pain to translate. I feel like Kyouya need to wreck something in frustration especially those French names/terms. Yay, I finally finished it in time for today’s entry. *v-sign* Ah, Kyouya is quite hardworking, promoting the club even on a trip. About why the class is in Fontainebleau again when they were there before, my theory is that Tamaki’s father originally planned it so that there is a high chance of Tamaki meeting with his mother. I think he wants to at least comfort Tamaki who misses his mother when he was sick before. Too bad, Kyouya didn’t pay attention to her when Hotta pointed her out. I wonder if he will still meet her later on. It is really amazing as to what extend Kyouya is doing this. He even wakes up early in the morning to start the search when it is pointed out before, he can’t wake up so early. I feel sorry for the bodyguard who is going to wake him up, Kyouya is grouchy at that time. Tired, lack of sleep and a silly text from someone bored/not doing anything, it is no wonder Kyouya would snap. Poor mobile phone. Aw, Tamaki is so sweet here when he helped the old woman. It also showed his potential in thinking on how to improve things to make it more convenient for people. Hehe, Tamaki’s father is also ‘bullying’ him. Too bad, they were interrupted for his father seems to about to tell him about his relationship with Haruhi. Tamaki is clueless as to what his father is implying. From the restaurant incident, it does seem that Tamaki’s father is going to let Tamaki get into their business. That is a progress, it does seem that his father is going to train Tamaki already into the business. It does seem that Haruhi is really nervous around Kyouya. Lastly, Tamaki and Kyouya will do a lot of explaining to Haruhi. Actually, I wonder if Kyouya will ‘murder’ another mobile phone because of it. Tamaki is in big trouble when Kyouya returns. Hehe, I guess he can’t keep himself from checking out Haruhi any longer. With three more days before Kyouya returns, would Haruhi keep this a secret from everyone else?

[Chinese scan sites are slow at this time so I can’t get the latest Chinese Ouran even if it is out. Heck, I can’t even read Jump scans. ^^; So, slow that while waiting, I have already finished a summary and still no scans downloaded. ^^;; Well, The One is easy to summarize. Hehe It is like that even last week. I guess everyone wanted to read the latest so the site is slow in loading. Oh ya, about Nana, it seems that there is no chapter for this month and according to RM708 forum, it will be out around Oct 26 since the 'big devil' got sick and needs to rest for two months. Ikunlun forum also mentioned it.]
Female Rock singer Pink once said that she believed that there are two kinds of people in the world. They are either ‘those who lead’ and ‘those who follow’. How about me? Would I be the one in front or the one behind? With two luggages, Lele is greeted by Nick who is in a long limousine. Elsewhere in some studio, a black burly man, Leo, who is in charge of the stage calls out to Eros who is listening to some music. Eros asks what is it. Leo asks if Eros is going to Nick’s party that evening. Eros is surprise that there is a party and asks so what of it. Leo says it is nothing for he was invited so he is wondering if Eros would want to go with him. Eros agrees to go after work. Eros then asks a woman called Sally to give him a different cd for he wants a different bgm for the show.
Leo is stunned and asks Young, the fashion stylist, if he just heard that. Leo goes flowery and says he just said that they will ‘go together’. Leo happily holds Young’s hand and exclaims I can’t believe it. Leo goes blushing and says after three years, I have finally had a little bit of progress, my silver-eyed prince. Young’s hair stands up and tells Leo to better keep it a secret for if the prince learns that he is loved by a ‘wild vicious dragon’, the prince will quickly run away. Leo cries over what Young said. Leo claims that Young is just jealous because Young’s An-An [Angus] is currently in Paris with another person, while he is going with his prince to a party. Note says that Angus has a fashion show in Paris. Young looks at him and says, how can I be jealous, I just want to be with Angus and that’s all there is to it. At times, I can even touch him whereas you, you just steal glances at Eros. You won’t even dare reveal your ‘like/love’, so who is more pitiful? Young turns away laughing as Leo is crying that Young is too much.
That night, Lele is dressed up nicely as she is embarrassed. She asks Nick what is this all about. Nick says that his eye for things is good for Lele is really cute. Nick tells her that as welcome for future stars of the company, he as the young master/boss is holding a celebration party. At the party, looking at some girls, Leo girly says that he wanted to try those outfits and hairstyles, too. Eros turns around and asks what did he just said. Leo goes manly and says he thinks those girls are really something. Leo then tells Eros that he is surprised that Eros agreed to go for he remembers that Eros hates going to parties. Eros says that he doesn’t like parties but then, today is an important day for Nick who has signed in his first model so he would like to congratulate him. Eros didn’t finish what he is saying as he looks in surprise when he saw who Nick has signed in.
On the bed, drunk Lele is sitting beside Nick with two other guys. Lele happily asks if this party is really just for her. Nick smiles and says should he say it, this is because Lele is the cutest of them. Nick thought that there are actually three Brazilian and two Russian models [whom he has signed in]. Lele says she is really grateful to Nick for honestly, when she rode on the airplane, she is really scared for she is all alone, doesn’t know anyone there and she wonders if they would like her. Lele says that she is really moved at how Nick has welcomed her. Light haired guy tells Lele not to worry for Asian models are exquisite that there are already a few number who succeeded. Dark haired guy agrees with the other said that Oriental girls have a different kind of fans. The guy said that Lele has a gentle, delicate beauty that even her skin is nice. He adds that it is rarely see freckles in Oriental girls. Lele says, don’t think she is gentle and delicate but about her skin, this is something she is proud of. She toss up her drink with her hands in her waist. The guys are then cheering over this.
Near the door, Eros is just looking at her while Leo is asking why aren’t they going inside. Lele happily says that this [skin] is an inheritance from her mom that no matter if it is windy, sunny or rainy, it won’t break out. Lele is making some silly movements over this while laughing that she loses her balance and falls down. Light haired guy asks if she is alright and holds on to Lele who is dizzy from the fall. He asks why is he drunk when she just drank a little. Lele says that it has been a long time since she went out to play [parties] that her tolerance for alcohol is weak. The guy asks that she is still young so if she isn’t playing around, what has she been doing. Lele says grandma passed away...so sad..so I always keep on working..my head hurts. The guy says that she is such a poor girl. While holding Lele’s head, the guy asks Nick how about it, for if Lele is like that, he would want to bring her home. Smiling, Nick says it would be best to ask Lele. The dark haired guy is also smiling. The light haired guy starts to get Lele to wake up, saying that the tonight’s fun isn’t over yet.
Then, Eros shouts, Cane Lele, wake up. Light haired guy is surprised. With his arms folded, Eros says I told you to wake up, didn’t you hear me? Lele is still a bit passed out. Nick is surprised to see Eros. Eros shouts wake up already then kicks and breaks the bed’s headboard near the guy. Light haired guy is shock as he shouts who is he and what is he doing. Lele starts to rub her eyes. Snubbing the other guy, Eros asks are you awake? Do you want to go with his guy or would you go with me? The guy freaks out shouting where did you come from, you weirdo. In a bit of daze, Lele just looks at Eros. Eros says, what you don’t remember me? Leo is surprised to hear this. Lele is still looking at Eros. Nick is a bit nervous and asks Eros if they know each other, how is it.. Nick quickly backs away when Eros stares at him. Lele then sees Eros’ earring – Yin/Silver on it. As Eros is about to turn around, Lele happily hugs him from behind. Lele exclaims..Ah..it is..Silver-eyed monster. Leo, Nick and the other two guys look at them in shock.
And finally, they meet again. ^_^ But then, Lele is drunk so she might not remember a thing the next day. It is a good thing that Eros is there else, like the usual stories, she might wake up beside another guy whom she doesn’t know. I guess that is why Eros is angry at Nick over how Lele is being treated. Nick is like ‘selling’ Lele of for asking the other guy if she would want to go home with him when she is pretty much drunk already. I’m thinking if the author put in Leo as a ‘rival’ in case in the future, Lele would work with Eros. Hehe With Leo, Angus and Feidna, there sure is an increasing number of people who would be ‘against’ their relationship -- when that will happen.

[I have seen the latest raws of Vampire Knight and it seems to be just an omake chapter – Cross family in vacation. The three are in a tropical island of some sort. The president tries to tease Yuuki with some mangoes. He asks her to call him father or else, no food. Then, they hear something from behind the bushes and thought it is some wild beast. It turned out to be Zero. He shouts that they should stay at a place when they are lost rather than walking around. They have made him exhausted as he kept on looking for them. Then, he faints when they were bowing for forgiveness. Yuuki realizes that Zero haven't been moving much since they arrived there. A scene of Zero just staying under the umbrella looking stressed out. The two realizes that Zero isn't well because of the sun. After all, Zero is pretty much a vampire. In the end, Yuuki cries and apologizes to passed out Zero. The president teasing says why not bring Kaname with them next time. This made Yuuki tossed the mango into his face. Anyway, this means there is no VK entry for this month. Ouran High Host Club is great ^_^ I can't wait to understand it in Chinese. Hehe Kyouya is still in France. Is that Tamaki’s mom? Tamaki is quickly getting bored. He always hangs out in his dad’s office as he waits to have dinner with his dad at night. In the last scene, while on the phone talking with Kyouya who seems to giving some alibi -dysentery- why Tamaki can't come on the phone, Haruhi spots someone outside her house. Eh? Is that Tamaki sempai hanging around my house?! Lol ]
Fei Hong and Lele are having a photo shoot together. After the shoot, Lele quickly stops moves away from her aunt. A woman exclaims how lucky it is for them to be working in a photo shoot together. She praises Fei Hong’s charm of not looking her age that it seemed Fei Hong is Lele’s sister when they were together. Lele gets her stuff and tells her aunt to handle the rest for she has to go to an important audition. Lele remembered how Fei Hong asked her about the photo shoot. Lele asks why should they have a photo shoot together. Fei Hong says that it is good publicity for everyone knew that Lele was brought up and trained by her. Everyone already knows about Lele’s signing up with DMG so showing to the media that it isn’t just work and they also have a really good relationship as relatives, would give both Lele and the company a good image. Both of them will reap good results from it. Lele asks if Fei Hong wants her to act as if they are really close. Her aunt says that Lele will leave soon as she has already been ‘compensated’ so can’t she do this favor. Lele angrily says that she agrees to the photo shoot but lying is something that she cannot do.
Lou Shang sweatdrops while holding their pictures. He tells Fei Hong can’t you even say ‘Before you leave, I want to take pictures with you?’ is it so hard to say something truthful for once. Embarrassed, Fei Hong takes the pictures and shouts did he thought that she didn’t thought of that. She looks at their pictures and says that if she said those words then all those hard work of showing herself as ‘wicked’ will be all for nothing. Lou Shang says that at first, he thought that Fei Hong is pitiful but now, he thinks that Lele is more pitiful because after her grandma passed away, even her own aunt can’t even show a little bit of kindness. He tells her that Lele is still a child. Fei Hong says that it is because Lele is a child that she wants Lele to learn how to be independent quickly. When Lele is young, she has been took cared by her and grandma, and in this year, even if she didn’t live with Lele, she has been Lele’s guardian so if Lele goes to New York, she will really be alone for no one would take care of her. Lou Shang asks so you want Lele to learn about ‘hot-cold feelings’ and ‘how vicious one’s heart can be’ by doing that by herself that until this last time, make Lele think that she is taking advantage of her. Lou Shang sighs and says that surely, Lele is in some place crying. Fei Hong is speechless as she looks a bit sad. Lele is sitting at the park and looking quite gloomy. She then says, stupid..stupid..aunt is really stupid.
Today is the day when Xiao Qui leaves for Japan. Flashback: At the airport, Xiao Qui bids Lele goodbye. Xiao Qui promises to call Lele when she arrives in Japan. Xiao Qui tearfully hugs Lele and cries that she will always be thinking of Lele. Even if my heart is uneasy, but my tears won’t fall down. Seeing Xiao Qui’s crying face made me remember that it seems ever since Grandma passed away, I never shred tears again. Lele then waves goodbye to Xiao Qui who goes inside. End flashback. Even if there are many painful things that has happened, I still didn’t cry. Have I really become strong? At Fei Hong’s apartment, Fei Hong is fixing her things when she finds a small hardbound notebook. She remembers what Lou Shang told her – Aren’t you really going to show any bit of kindness to Lele? If it is like this, Lele might never come back to your side ever again, think about this. Then, Fei Hong goes to Lele’s house. She rings the doorbell but no one answered. She wonders if Lele went outside but then, the living room light is open. She looks around and finds Lele on top of the roof, leaning on the ledge.
Up the roof, Lele is surprised to hear her aunt calling from behind. Her aunt says it seems that you really like going to the roof. She leans on the ledge with Lele. Her aunt muses, could this also be ‘hereditary’. Lele is puzzled. Her aunt explains that Lele’s mother likes to practice her walk on top of the roof. No matter if it is her house’s or the company’s, no matter if it is windy or rainy, she would go up the roof and practice her catwalk. I never quite understood why my sister likes to practice in the roof but then, I has never seen anyone like my sister who practice that much so compared to anyone, no one matches my sister’s walk. Up to now, I still haven’t seen anyone who can surpass my sister’s stance in walking. It would seem that my sister has the manner of a queen even from her sister’s back, everyone is admiring her. Lele asks if her aunt came there just to say that she can’t even compare to her mother. Her aunt asks doesn’t she have confidence in herself, if she can compare to her mother or not, they can say it after Lele comes back from New York. Her aunt then gives her the notebook and says this is for her. Lele looks at it. Her aunt says that it is Lele’s mother’s diary. Lele holds the diary and looks at it. Her aunt says that she found it when she is fixing her things and that generally speaking, it is something that her sister left with her as her sister forgot to bring it with her. She adds that if she has found it earlier, she would have given it to Grandma. Lele holds the diary tight into her chest. Her aunt asks if Lele has prepare her things for in a few days, she will be leaving for New York. Lele says yes. Her aunt says that when she arrive in New York, her new boss will pick her up, and take care of her meals and lodging so she shouldn’t worry. Lele says yes. Her aunt gives her a thumb up and says go get them, girl. Lele is speechless as her aunt leaves. After that, we didn’t talk anymore. Alone, I take the flight to New York. On the way, I am accompanied only by my mother’s diary.
At the twins’ house, Angus is freaking out that Eros has an earring on his left ear. Angus shouts when did he had an ear piercing. Reading a newspaper, Eros says last week. Angus shouts why didn’t he consult him about this. Eros says why should he. When he noticed that the earring has Eros’ Chinese name on it – ‘Yin/Silver’ -, Angus shouts what kind of disgusting idea it is for him to put his name on the earring. Eros says who cares, but maybe he is just jealous that he also wants to have an earring with the word ‘Long/Gansu’ [a place in China; Angus’ Chinese name]. Angus goes puppy eyes and begs Eros to tell him where he bought it. Eros sweatdrops and says that this is a gift from someone so he doesn’t know where it was bought. Angus gets angry as he asks who? Who gave you that earring? How thick-faced. Is it a man or a woman? Eros smiles at him and says this is a secret. Angus sweatdrops as he can’t believe Eros won’t tell him.
Yes, Lele has finally went to New York – all alone with no one to take care of her. Well, they just didn’t know that there is someone in New York who would be ‘taking care’ of Lele in one way or another. Hehe Her aunt manages to somewhat ‘connect’ with Lele again. She used the diary as a way to talk to her – encouraging her and telling her not to worry. I guess Lou Shang’s talk has made sense to Fei Hong. She does want Lele to be back to her side after being famous and everything. Lastly, it is interesting that when Nick mentioned going to Taiwan, it is around after that time, I guess when Eros remembered the earring that Lele gave her. He had it on just in time when Lele is going to New York. Hehe

At a celebration party after the fashion show, a group of people surround Lele. A guy praises her for her new image and that the fashion show has become ‘lively’ because of her. Lele thanks him. Another guy says that her new hair and fashion style has been the talk of the reports lately. Two other girls are jealous. A girl says really, just changing a hairstyle it seems as if it is a really big thing, seeing Lele makes her angry, what is so great about Lele. The other girl agrees with her. Lele keeps on her smile even though she overhears them. She thought that is why she doesn’t like going to crowded places. Being famous makes a lot of people jealous and this is an unchanged ‘fact’. [Flashback] In the dressing room, a long dark haired girl elbows Lele at the back. Another girl steps on her foot. Then, they are always gossiping. A curly haired girl while powdering says that she has heard that Lele started to fix herself at age 14 so none of her body parts is real. A dark haired girl fixing her hair says that is nothing, Lele is actually acting as a ‘valet’ for those companies, directors, and photographers. She says that a staff of the magazine has told her that Lou Shang is Lele’s ‘sugar daddy’ so that is why W magazine always promotes her. Just then, Lele casually passes by and whistles. She says if you girls have leisure time to talk about my life, why not spend that time to look for a ‘sugar daddy’ that way your cases/offers would increase a bit, do your best, darlings! The two models freak out that Lele has overheard them. [End flashback] And that is how I manage to cope with it but occasionally, there are some backstabbing that are hard to guard against.
Lele waves goodbye to the people she has been talking to. The two envious girls at the party are looking at her and sneering. One of them extends her foot that made Lele trip and lose her balance. She spills the glass of wine that she is holding. Just then, Nick who is also in the party sees her. To everybody’s shock, while Lele is trying to grab on something so that she won’t fall down, she ends up pulling down Nick’s pants that his briefs is exposed. Lele ends up flat on the floor while Nick just stare at her. Lele looks up and is shock to see what she has just done. Nick smiles and says you really want to give me such a deep impression, darling, I’m actually going to find you, but it seems that you are more ‘monkey-excited’ than me, I’m so happy *heart*. The writer puts a note – is this a normal person’s reaction? Nick then makes Lele pull his pants back up. Nick says there are many people there, since it isn’t convenient, let’s go. Nick then pulls a very shocked Lele away from the also shock people there including the two jealous models whose mouth is hanging open over the result of their little trick. Lele recognizes him as the young chairman [opps, I said manager in the last chapter] of DMG. Omg, I pulled down the pants of the chairman of DMG in a gathering!! In the car, Lele is really embarrassed and tense as she asks where are they going. Nick says isn’t it obvious. Nick puts on his sunglasses and says, ‘I want you’. Lele is in the verge of tears and scared as she thought Mommy.
They are now in Fei Hong’s office. Fei Hong and Nick are sitting on the sofa opposite of each other as Lele is standing up. Lele is shock when Nick tells Fei Hong to sell Lele to him. Fei Hong is surprised. Nick says the rest of the contract which Lele won’t be able to fulfill, he will pay for the compensation so sell her to him. Fei Hong puts down her cup of tea and asks Nick if she can know the reason what made him like Lele. Nick says that it could be what you Chinese people say ‘fate’. Nick says upon coming to Taiwan, when he opened the television the first thing he sees is Lele. Nick laughs saying that she looks like a boy and seems to have a funny/comical nature that he finds interesting. Lele thought who is trying to be funny. Nick continues that at the fashion show, he barely recognizes her. At the start, he noticed that she is like a gentle spring maiden, then he feels as if she is beautiful cute, then when she turned around, her expression became more passionate, her smile is beautiful, her eyes are not restrained. Nick smiles and says that it is then when Lele seduced him that he can’t imagine that this beautiful girl is the same as the boyish one. Lele blushes over the comment but turns to aghast when Nick points at her and says, and then at the celebration party, this person pulled down my pants in front of everyone that everyone’s eyes are on him. So in the end, I make that ‘unrestrain’ look so that more people would be ‘stare in shock’ at her. [I think he meant that he acted calm so that people would be freaking out more on what Lele did rather than what happened to him] Fei Hong sweatdrops upon hearing that.
Nick then exclaims that it is there when he realizes that she is the ‘Asian star’ that he has been looking for. Lele is stunned and thought, what. Nick says so nothing is to be said anymore, I really want her. Fei Hong thought that this is really the work of fate. She says that is a problem for Lele is her most profitable model so if she loses Lele, her loss will be quite huge. Lele is surprised by this then she stares at her aunt. Nick tells Fei Hong to relax for regarding the compensation, he will not let her suffer any losses. That night in the bedroom, Lou Shang asks if Fei Hong will really let Lele go to that rich brat. Fei Hong says that DMG is rather big modeling agency so it will be a good opportunity for Lele. Lou Shang says if that is the comparison, there isn’t much difference that she should separate with Lele. Fei Hong pauses and says that she wants to let Lele go. Before, Lele’s image is somewhat lonely that her eyes are strong yet weak. Then, she became stronger as it is in her blood and that is sister’s ‘gift’ but then, there is a ‘weakness’ caused by the wound that I gave her. If she stays beside me, that wound would never heal so I’m giving her freedom.
At Lele’s room, Xiao Qui exclaims what, your aunt sold you away at a high price. Lele says that it is her aunt’s dream to make her internationally known but she didn’t expect that opportunity would come so soon. Xiao Qui is in tears as she thought for her, she didn’t expect that Lele’s chance to be alone and separated from her aunt would come so soon but why. Xiao Qui cries as she asks Lele when will be she sold away to the US. Lele shouts that she is not being sold as a ‘Taiwanese maid’ so why is Xiao Qui crying. Xiao Qui cries that she is really afraid that if Lele becomes a famous international model, they will drift further away from each other. Lele exclaims at Xiao Qui, stupid, aren’t you going to a cosmetic training school in Japan, so become a famous make-up artist so when I become a famous international model, I will choose you as my personal make-up artist. Xiao Qui exclaims, really?! The two girls then holds their hands together. Lele shouts but of course, let’s do our best. This year’s autumn has become a season of separation.
Hehe, what a lasting first impression that Lele made on Nick. ^_^ It really does seem that fate is in action again for Lele. I somewhat thought that the old Lele is somewhat back again with that pants down incident. Hehe The author is pretty clever to show how jealousy in modeling that she used it as a way for Lele to meet Nick. Her aunt has finally let her go so Lele can start her life anew with no baggage of anger. Since Lele is now going to the US, the author will now develop Lele’s love life.

Weekly Jump Update: Bleach, Naruto, One Piece, D. Gray-man and Gintama

Ichigo asks who Noitre/Nnoitra [official spelling] is and if he is an espada in Bleach [c. 287]. Grimmjow is still alive that Nnoitra tries to finish him off. Ichigo blocks Nnoitra’s attack as he shouts why is Nnoitra trying to finish off someone who can’t fight nor move. Nnoitra taunts Grimmjow for having been defeated and protected by the same person. Nnoitra then goes to attack Ichigo. Ichigo has a bit of difficulty in blocking off the attacks. Inoue calls out to Ichigo. Nnoitra calls out for Tesla [his underling] who quickly pushes Inoue to the ground. Ichigo worriedly calls out to Inoue that he got wounded by a hit by Nnoitra. Ichigo shouts for him to let Inoue go. Nnoitra finds Ichigo’s words amusing for Ichigo actually thought that if Inoue is free, he can defeat him. He shows Ichigo his number tattoo, 5 on his tongue. Nnoitra tells Ichigo that he is stronger than Grimmjow so Ichigo is finished. He then lowers the blade on Ichigo. Meanwhile, Ishida and others try to run away from the room. Friend hollow asks why are they running away. Ishida shouts that they aren’t there to fight espada but to save Inoue and they aren’t going to idly wait for the enemy in a room that render their powers useless. Renji says it seems that they would also have to save Rukia and Sado. They open a door on top of the stairs and were shock to find themselves back in that same room. Szayelaporro welcomes them back to round 2 then releases his zanpaku. It turned out that Nnoitra is a level lower than Ulquiorra. I guess it does make sense why Nnoitra can’t bully him. Mm, Ichigo did have a bit of hard time with Grimmjow so this isn’t good. I somewhat knew things will be left hanging with Ichigo vs Nnoitra and the story will go back to Ishida and others vs Szayelaporro. I wonder what kind of transformation Szayelaporro will be. For Nnoitra, I’m actually think of some sort of lizard. hehe
Naruto asks if Itachi wants to capture him in Naruto [c. 366]. Itachi tells him that he just want to talk with him. Naruto tries to attack him using his clones but Itachi quickly finishes those off. Itachi asks why Naruto isn’t running away when he has no chance against his sharingan. Naruto confidently says he is going to capture Itachi so that he can see Sasuke. Itachi asks why is Naruto so concerned about Sasuke. Naruto says compared to Itachi, he considers Sasuke as his brother. Naruto then realizes that he is inside the illusion as he sees crows flying all over the place. Itachi starts to disappear/reappear with the crows and repeats to Naruto that he is only there to talk to him. The scene then changes to Jiraiya who informs Tsunade that he knows where the boss of Akatsuki is located though he will tell her when they are alone at a bar. Tsunade protests but they did end up at the bar. Jiraiya says that the leader is in hidden rain village which is quite weary of outsiders. He is going to investigate it and learn if there is truth that the akatsuki leader is one of the head of a faction in the civil war in the village. Tsunade worries about him but he shrug it off saying he will be okay. Tsunade mentions about Jiraiya suppose to be the next hokage but become too focused on Orochimaru. Jiraiya claims that he isn’t fit to become a hokage and his role now is set an example to the new generation. Back to Naruto, Naruto asks what does it mean, why don’t Itachi attack already for isn’t he suppose to capture him. Itachi says he is leaving for he has other things to attend to. In a cave, Sasuke finds a figure who greets him. Sasuke asks who it is. Itachi opens his eyes and says it is him. Sasuke is surprised and quickly goes to sharingan mode. I’m not quite sure if Itachi did say what he wanted to say to Naruto or he decided not to tell him because Naruto kept on insisting that Itachi capture him. ^^; Or maybe because Sasuke is already in the cave where Itachi is so he doesn’t have more time to chit-chat. It seems as if Itachi is waiting for Sasuke to find him. Maybe he also wants a little chit-chat with Sasuke, too. The other shadow seems to be Kisame so I don’t think Sasuke will win if he would have to fight 2 Akatsuki especially since he just recovered from his injuries. Lastly, having a talk and drinking before leaving for a mission seems foreboding to me. My guess is that Jiraiya might be the next person to be rip in this series. Actually, with the focus over new generation, etc, I’m guessing that most adults in this series has a high chance of getting killed off.
Brook muses that because of Ryuma’s muscular power that he can create a hole in the wall from his [Brook’s] attack in One Piece [c. 467]. Then, they realize that Zoro also attacked Ryuma earlier that a huge slash is create on the wall behind Ryuma. Brook observes that since both are quite powerful swordsman, then the fight is almost even so the fight won’t last long. Zoro and Ryuma fight some more that they destroyed the pillars of the attic, causing it to crash down. Franky and Brook manages to move away to safety. The two swordsmen are now fighting on top of the roof as Franky and Brook watches the fight. Then, they have a pause. Zoro thought that if the fight continues, his swords might break for Ryuma’s body and strength is quite strong that it cannot be underestimated. Ryuma slices through the roof but Zoro manages to evade it. The two attack each other again. Zoro manages to wound Ryuma and make it flame up him. Zoro crashes on top of the window as Ryuma thought that he has lost. Ryuma decides to give his katana to Zoro. Franky asks what did Ryuma say. Brook says that the fight is over and it is the first time he has seen such a fight. It seems that Ryuma wasn’t serious in fighting against him. Ryuma then drops his katana to Zoro. Zoro comments that he would have wanted to fight Ryuma while he was still alive. Ryuma is burned up and Brook’s shadow returns to Brook. Holding his new katana, Zoro says that they should pretend that fight didn’t happen. I guess when it was mentioned that the fight is over meant that Zoro has won rather than Zoro has lost. I didn’t expect the fight to be over so soon but then, being a zombie has a great disadvantage. I’m beginning to think that enemies in this arc aren’t really that strong compared to the last one as if it is just a side adventure like in skypiea arc.
After his grand entrance, Cross jumps down and drops Allen to the ground in D. Gray-man [c. 128]. Everyone is surprised to see him. Chaoji asks who it is. Rinali says it is Cross. Allen seems to want to say that Cross is also in the ark. Cross notices his innocence and says that he manages to show its true form but he is still all beaten up. Cross offers his hand but Allen is puzzled by it. I guess Cross got angry over Allen’s reaction that he grabs Allen’s clothes and toss him to Rinali. Cross says that Allen is all dirty and bloody. He also warns Rabi not to get close to him for he only likes beautiful things near him, though bloodied girls are an exception. Focusing on Tiki, he says that he wonders why Tiki is still there when the ark is about to collapse but it seems that Tiki ‘lost’ himself/gone out of control. Cross removes the chain from the ‘coffin’ and calls out Grave of Maria. A woman with eyes bandaged and a butterfly on top of it, sings. Rabi asks what is that sound. Allen explains that it is Magdalene Curtain. Allen and others were enveloped by it which turns into a barrier that makes them disappear. Tiki is surprised that they vanish. Cross taunts Tiki to attack him. Allen explains to the others that Magdalene Curtain makes illusions. Rinali asks about the woman if it is a doll. Allen says it is a corpse of a woman who has an innocence. Rabi asks isn’t that forbidden. Allen says Cross used magic on the corpse and Cross is the only one who could use her, Maria. Allen says Cross own anti-akuma weapon is Judgment. Just as Tiki is about to get near to Cross, Cross fires his gun [Judgment] at Tiki and blows him away. Cross smiles and says amen. The blurb says that Cross is an exorcist who has two anti-akuma weapon. Wow, Cross makes his appearance and delivers. I do wonder if the strength of each general is different for Cross seems to be easily defeating Tiki when the general, Kevin, iirc, whom Tiki killed seemed to be easily defeated. I guess that is how Cross is able to trick/evade the twin Noahs before by using illusions. The I wonder if that is the last of Tiki or they still could exorcist the Noah within Tiki. I wonder if Maria is some vampire opera singer. Her fangs seem to be a vampire’s. I wonder if she is a former lover of his. Being it a forbidden magic, I think that could be a reason why Cross doesn’t want to go back to Black Order because he will be scolded for it. I guess by next chapter, the others would know more of Cross’ character that has made Allen scared/traumatized by him. hehe
Matsudaira is having a party in the dragon imperial place as some of the girls wished Otae is with them since things are just the same as above in Gintama [c. 177]. Matsudaira tells them not to think of the place that simply. He says something about it from a powerful planet-country. A girl asks so why has it become an island that sink beneath the sea. Matsudaira is about to explain why when he gets a phone call. While taking the call to report to him about the people in Edo becoming old, Matsudaira didn’t notice that the waiter has slip in a small box in the pail of ice with the wine. The box made the people around Matsudaira become old. In jail, Shinpachi and others wonder what they should do since nerd turtle is taken to a different place and Gin + Katsura has become old. After some ruckus, some armed turtle comes to get Otae to meet their boss. Kyuubei decided that they should rescue Otae from the boss. Their opportunity came when nerd turtle came and pins the guard. He tells them to get the keys. It turned out that they don’t need the keys for Katsura just kicked the bars down. ^^; The guards tried to find them but they evaded by disguising as ‘turtles’. While walking to the boss’ palace, nerd turtle tells them why that place is under the sea. A young man came to dragon imperial place and is warmly welcomed but he didn’t know how much time passes by so upon returning to earth, his beloved ones are no longer there. Sadden by this, the boss landed the ship beneath the sea so that such a thing won’t happen again. But because of this, their boss has changed that for some reason she has those boxes created to make everyone old as she become concerned over her beauty after two thousand years. At the room, the woman behind the blinds tells Otae that she won’t make her old for she is more cute than Otae. This made Otae angry and challenges her to come out. The boss comes out and she turned out to be a large/giant old woman. She angrily shouts at Otae she wants to be younger. Otae shouts that this isn’t about age. Sorry for the crappy un-detailed summary. I don’t quite like this arc ^^; So, it is indeed the ‘princess’ who has become old that she wants everyone else to be older. It is indeed like Snow White’s stepmother. I do wonder if the boxes doesn’t affect Matsudaira for he is already old. Hehe Mm..I wonder how they would all change back..smoke again? For whatever could make them young again will surely be used by the princess/boss to make herself young again.

The chapter starts with Ren saying, I came here to talk about what happened in the morning. He asks Kura if he really wants to ruin his acting career. He is so troublesome. Would he please finish up the publicity of his movie and quickly leave. Kura is then hit by some guy wearing a hood. It turned out that it is what Lory imagined what would happen and if Ren did say that since he is pretty angry and there is a 95% chance it will kill Kura – by those hurtful words. After the stare off between the two, Ren begins to talk just like what Lory imagined. He tells Kura, I came here to talk about what happened in the morning. Lory gets nervous as Kura casual asks if he is going to ask about why he let Kyouko act as Kuon. Lory is shock that Kura actually said it since it is like giving Ren the blade to cut him up, was Kura so nervous that he has gone crazy. To Kura’s surprise, Ren asks how much did Kura have told her about Kuon. Ren says that Kyouko acted out his son when he was still innocent, is it because he used to love Kuon so upon arriving in Japan, he asked Kyouko to act out his son, rather than his son who looks down on the world, rude beyond belief, not one bit cute son, if so, then, he [Ren] understands the reason for it for Kura still wants to think of the time when he longs for his cute son. Ren is about to say something else when he stops upon noticing that Kura is very angry. Kura is already putting all his strength in one single flick that Ren instinctively covers his head.
Kura says about those words, ‘used to love’, don’t use the past tense, for up to now, he still love his son dearly even if for others, he is someone who looks down on the world, rude beyond belief and not a bit cute son. Kura shouts that for him, no one can replace his son, his one and only cute son. Ren didn’t answer. Lory just puffs his cigar and says what kind of sickening conversation is that, talking about son in the third person as if Kuon isn’t there. Kura explains that it is because Lory tells him that while he [Ren] looks like this, he is Ren Tsuruga and no matter what, Kura is to think of him as a stranger. Kura says it is even what Lory told him as a provision that is why he has been addressing Ren as ‘him’. Lory tells him that he gave that provision if they are outside but right now, they are alone, so there is nothing to worry about this being leaked out since it is after all his private room so they can talk normally as father and son. The two just stared at him as he reprimands them for just standing there. Lory asks Ren didn’t he came there to talk with Kura because of this reason – to talk with his father. Ren stammers and apologizes for he is so concerned about what happened in the morning that he didn’t even thought too much about calling Lory. Kura is a bit sad about this but when he looks at Lory, he smiles for he is already satisfied that Ren came no matter for what kind of reason as long as he meets with Kura. Kura tells Ren not to force himself for it takes time for them to resume that kind of relationship that Lory is saying. Ren apologizes. Kura says there is no need to apologize for he understands that Ren is worried about what happened in the morning. To Ren’s surprise, Kura is no longer standing near him but sitting down and pigging out on the food on the table. A note says that Kura is already hungry. Kura tells him that he honestly didn’t ask Kyouko outright to act as Kuon but it is a training for she doesn’t know how to handle the new acting jobs that are offered to her. Ren is surprised by this.
Kura explains that he learns during the training that it seems that she can’t act out a role if she doesn’t like the role. Ren then takes a seat beside Kura who is still eating. Kura says if only Kyouko realizes how fun and interesting acting is then everything will be alright though when would that happen. Ren begins to wonder of the roles that Kyouko would want to play. Mio is like a cursed princess and since she has finished playing an ojou-sama [rich lady], there are only three more roles left that she would want to do – princess, fairy and prince. All of those roles are quite extraordinary/rare. Lory comments that if Kyouko gets over that problem then she will really become a great actress. Kura says that if Kyouko starts to act out a role, she would really ‘live’ as that person that it can surprise people. Kura smiles at Ren and says, just like Ren. Kura asks Ren wasn’t he surprised to see Kyouko acting as Kuon. Ren says huh. Kura says she is really like him. Lory adds when he is cute. Ren didn’t answer and just sighs. He admits that he is surprised that he wonders how could she have known and the only conclusion he can come up with is that Kura told her detailed information about him for Kyouko’s acting did reminded him of himself when he was young.
Kura scolds him for thinking that he [Kura] is stupid for why would he follow what Lory told him and act as if he didn’t know him [Ren]. He tells Ren that he did it all for Ren to protect the new start that Ren has done as ‘Ren Tsuruga’ so that he can succeed as an actor in this country and be of the same level as him [Kura] in acting, not just because he is his son. Ren looks downcast for doubting his father. Kura continues that is why he haven’t told anyone of their relationship so does Ren thought that he would just give out information about his son. Kura says he doesn’t know where Kyouko gets the information to act as Kuon. He then remembers that he did give out information – his exaggerated description of his son - though he never thought that Kyouko will be able to use that to make a detailed role of Kuon. Ren wonders if Kura said all those things just to make Kyouko confused. Kura says that he is shock over how good Kyouko did the role and they didn’t expect to meet Ren at the tv station. Kura then says that it could be because Kyouko ‘likes’ playing the role of ‘Kuon’. This surprises Ren. Kura keeps on blabbing about Kyouko’s acting about being able to do any role even a boy’s if she just love the role. Lory notices Ren’s reaction and started smirking at Ren. Ren quickly turns away as Lory seems to have read through him. [I’m guessing Ren is happy over Kyouko liking the role of Kuon]
Much to Lory’s disappointment, Ren changes the topic. Ren asks how is that woman. Kura asks whom is he referring to. Without looking at them, Ren says Kura’s beautiful wife, my mother, Julie. The two didn’t answer and just looks at him. Ren notices this and is puzzled. Ren asks what has happened to her. Kura confesses that that this is the reason why he came back to Japan. Ren is getting confused and asks isn’t it because. Kura says it isn’t just for the publicity of the movie, it is something about Julie that he would as a favor of him. Ren is surprised and asks, favor? Kura says that he has been saying that he has been protecting ‘Ren Tsuruga’ until now, but he is really sorry. Kura then calls him Kuon. This surprises Ren even more. Kura stands up and bends down a bit to Ren. Kura says, even once is okay, five minutes is okay, would he become their son again. Ren senses something is wrong that he asks what has happened. Lory looks at them then turns away. Kura stands up and says, recently, Julie has told me, she only has three months to live. Ren is stunned.
Wow, that is really surprising. I guess my theory on his mother being dead is incorrect. It also does seem that he is having problems with his relationship with his mother rather than his father especially how Ren addressed her. He didn’t directly call her mom but rather, that woman. I guess the ‘hatred’ he has poured in ‘Corn’ could have come from ill feelings over his mother. It does seem that like Kyouko, Ren is having problems with his relationship with his mother. It made me really curious as to what happened in Ren’s past. Actually, I’m more curious as to what would happen next. Ren’s acting schedule is really tight so for him to leave things and go back to the US would make everyone gossiping why. His identity would then be exposed. Maybe Lory can arrange something. About becoming Kuon again, does this mean he would dye his hair back to blond? He would then have to ‘release’ his old self again. Well, all that depends on if he actually wants to see his mother. Kura did asking it as a favor – something that Ren can agree to do or not. Somehow I think his future movie role as BJ would come into play here since that is suppose to be a secret role. Mm, also, would Kyouko know about this especially since she has an attachment to Kura, I’m guessing she might see Kura and Ren/Kuon together. Ah, the many possibilities...but I has to wait for the next chapter.
