antic cafe: ryusei rocket ~ i had only two meals for the day. couldn't even stomach supper. it's annoying enough to have the fluid dripping from my nose. *geez* retsu didn't turn up for the show, one ticket wasted. he did apologize but it was way into the afternoon. hah. being an organizer is no fun. -_-

superhero movie ~after being bitten by a genetically altered dragonfly, high school loser rick riker develops superhuman abilities like incredible strength and armoured skin. rick decides to use his new powers for good and becomes a costumed crime fighter known as the dragonfly. however, standing in the way of his destiny is the villainous lou landers. after an experiment gone wrong, lou develops the power to steal a person's life force and in a dastardly quest for immortality, becomes the super-villain, the hourglass. with unimaginable strength, unbelievable speed and deeply uncomfortable tights, will the dragonfly be able to stop the sands of the hourglass and save the world?

nim's island ~anything can happen on nim's island, a magical place ruled by a young girl's imagination. it is an existence that mirrors that of her favourite literary character, alex rover - the world's greatest adventurer. however, alexandra, the author of the rover books, leads a reclusive life in the big city. when nim's father goes missing from their island, a twist of fate brings her together with alexandra. now they must draw courage from their fictional hero, alex rover, and find strength in each other to conquer nim's island.

not really that adventurous... a so-so show. -_-

forbidden kingdom ~an american teenager obsessed with martial arts makes an exciting discovery in a pawnshop in chinatown. it appears to be the legendary stick weapon of the monkey king, the infamous chinese sage and warrior. he is transported back into time to ancient china where he meets a band of martial arts warriors and joins them on their journey to save an imprisoned monkey king.

what's with the eye shadow thingy?! ... -_-||| it's already weird to watch a kung-fu show in english but glad it's not dubbed. lol. still, their english is so 'powderful'!! with some decent fight choreography; overall, it's good for a western made martial arts movie. ^.^

be kind rewind ~jerry is a junkyard worker who attempts to sabotage a power plant that he believes is melting his brain. when his plan goes awry, the magnetic field that he created accidentally erases all of the videotapes in a local video store where his best friend mike works. fearing that the mishap will cost mike his job, the two friends team up to keep the store's only loyal customer - a little old lady with a tenuous grasp on reality - from realizing what has happened by recreating and re-filming every movie that she decides to rent!

x japan: i.v ~ went imm to get my new hp. didn't bring my charger the other day. while mum busying herself at daiso, i went in straight after work. there's only two person in queue, lucky! ^.^ i'm getting w910i; screen very big but lot's of things missing that it has in w700i. ah well, the keypads a bit broad but it's a matter of time getting used to it.

~whoot! i'm flying?! ok, i'm going to start off with the bad ones first. the queue system is a total mess, not sure what was the staffs doing?! they're just standing there like blocks, the crowd whom is not sure where to queue. is it so hard just to get those people in line holding the express and normal tickets? ::puzzled::

going there is not convenient. we walk more than 20mins to reach the flyer. :( anyway, didn't picture much since my hp is just a 2mp.

meet the spartans ~another spoof to add to the likes of "date movie", "epic movie" and "scary movie". in "meet the spartans", king leonidas (of the movie "300"), armed with nothing but leather underwear and a cape, must lead a ragtag group of 13 spartans to defend their homeland against the invading persians. this time the persians have a much deadlier force, including the ghost rider, rocky balboa, the transformers, britney spears and a hunchbacked paris hilton. can leonidas and his 13 warriors break dance to save their homeland?
