d: hourglass ~ like it but no size! damned! i need shoes. ::sheesh:: the sales assistant suggest that i take the one without shoe lace; looking at my long feet ::sigh:: it'll look worst, trust me. can't help thinking how my mom compare my feet with ronald mcdonalds ... ::pengz::

watched hana yori dango live action [jp] eps 1. i seems to have the hots for the bully antiques! lol. let me see, think i watch the anime once, then meteor garden from my cousin's vcd then tv. last but not least, the sc manga. ::piangz:: bwahahaha!!!

and for solty rei, i don't know why quite a number of people shun this anime. they said 'look at bakuretsu tenshi, same fate will befall solty rei'. but i don't see it that way... maybe i'm not looking at what you guys seeking. i still find it good for both. at first, i thought i'm watching avenger, thank goodness it's not; the amazing part is, i completed avenger by force!? lol. and someone pointed out the adult x child combi. oh well, let's see, here we had roy+solty; for the recents one -van+wendy[gunxsword], saiga+kagura[speed grapher], the older ones -layla+nei[avenger], black jack+pinoko[black jack] ... and the list go on. ... what with the listing anyway?! lol.

kirito: door ~ finish-ed season one of tsubasa chronicle, a series with plenty of ups and downs. first few episodes disappointed a lot of people. however, it starts to hit the right notes once it gets to the outo arc and that continues fairly strongly through the end of the first 26 episodes. the saga isn’t done yet, there’s many more countries to explore and lots of characters to meet. next april, eh?!

grave of the fireflies live action movie! the film will be told from the point of view of seita and setsuko's aunt[matsushima nanako]. the anime so sad...

hachimitsu to clover will be made into a live-action film, arashi's sho sakurai is to play lead role. i don’t think it’ll be able to measure up to the anime (morita just won’t work in live action... ) but it should be entertaining at least?!

d: ever after ~ me, my sis and jil had dinner at seoul garden. it was all good not till my sis dump in the super-sour preserved veggie in the soup!! the usual yaks and new nicks/akas came up each time we meet; its sure a long list. my sis get's the 'pervert teacher look' this time, maybe because of the red frame?! jil's trip to bkk film fest last week and the cds/dvds stacks jil bought back. and wondered who's that dancing cl. jil thinks the blocky pic is nice! yeah!! hi-five!!! jil want to buy manga! @o@;; so we pop to cc and jil grabs death note, d.gray-man and xxxholic. i wonder if jil had finish x bought from kino?! i dl quite a number of sc and mostly still zip-ed/rar-ed!!! lol. seems like jil developed the same 'dl syndrome' i had. ::hahaha::

toy 'r' us -i get harlock for first try. yeah, yeah, because of 'jil's lucky charmed' for standing beside me... my sis still in her hello kitty fever after that taka's spree.

the other day, made a new specs, collecting this sat. it's nickel-free so cost a little more than nickel ones. my skin can't take titanium, good thing because it's very expensive. as for the frame, my sis go "eeeee, so geeky!?" most of the designs were like that nowadays -wider on its' sides and narrower lenses. not many to choose from although there's one feather-weigh plastic frame, cool but pricey. bought also a pant and two shirts -brown, but looks dark maroon; and my sis thinks the almost pink is nice but i end up settling with salmon color, it looks peachy! ::pengz:: the rest of the colors is not that interesting -light green look so fake, i don't want straight blues in my wardrobe, pink is totally out, hmmn... i don't remember seeing any yellow ne. got the jean, now left the shoe...

plastic tree: psycho garden ~ was dead-ed early and woke up at 0430 i think. compensating the two and a half hours i had earlier. beating my alarm clocks?! lol. back to sleep again meaning there's consequences awaiting me -[the alarm can go-off till it hung itself and my soul still floating somewhere out there]. ;p did laundry and ironing; cut some cds... after shower, down cold milk *shiok* breakfast and breakfast again in office. good thing, i didn't see stars! ^.^

looking forward to next week because a lot of people taking leave and then i can hibernate. *yeah! no one will bug me!* lol. best if my partner not around, then i can blast music lehz. but he listen mostly china artiste which is *???* to me not unless those nominees at mtv asia award. his genre were those oldies, ballad, a bit of orchestra and some new age. the other day, he played 'shan ge' ... *pengz*. other than phones ringing and typing sound, it's-oh-so-quiet[bjork] since we hardly talk. the atmosphere is so dead that you can catch me zzZZz!!! lol.

d: art de la pista ~ over the weekend, i spend sticking to the tv and comp. and finally returned two box sets of digimon. tried to marathon those long-running series like bleach -cleared 10+ eps, naruto -about 30+ eps(watch til five-something this morning) and quite a number from random titles... i thought i'm going to have fever but look zombified instead. ^.^;;

everyone go gaga over paradise kiss op by tommyfebruary6. but i love the ending animation more. lol. i'm quite pleased with the first episode and baring any unusual circumstance, will continue to follow this right through the end. ^.^

in spite of the lackluster presentation, i found myself enjoying ginban kaleidoscope. tazusa’s antics were quite amusing, and her efforts to rid herself of that pesky canadian, taken to the extreme. i almost felt sorry for the ghost; having his host slam her face into the wall repeatedly, pass out in a steaming hot spa, and down an entire bottle of hot sauce must be unpleasant. he did come in handy though when the american skater started talking smack to tazusa in her unintelligible gaijin language! lol.

i want noein!!! hate it when the sub didn't work. arrrghhh! damned!!!

it's been all talk of christmas shopping... wah! so fast year end liaoz. when come to buying presents, i'm extremely clueless!

plastic tree: cell ~ jigoku shoujo in general does remind me a lot of hyaku monogatari, although a lot of them includes death note as well. i haven't really start reading so can't relate much to it. what we have here is our band of four distinctive demonic entities meting out justice with a price. i hope to see more of enma ai. ~ooooh

as for shakugan no shana, i thought i saw some trailers or pictures that gave me a go for this series. after watching the first eps, i've mix feelings about this show. i don't really like that yuuji guy, he kinda wussy and wimpy? -a weak character. but i'm not giving up yet cause i want to see more action-packed of shana, kicking ass with katana. ^.^

i already forgot all about the web thingy although it was like last month only. lol. the treasurer called me today to meet up since they're here in sg holding a conference. he told me in his last email but i didn't really bother to remember thou. when something ended, i always erase everything off my memory. maybe they're curious who was that anonymous person nick tarap doing the web for eighteen months?! ... except chris my main contact, but he had since step down from his post. i feel awkward being the center of attention, intros and so forth. it happen so quickly, with coffee and chatter; off i go.

[sailor moon] lol.

black cat has bishounen superpowered fighters, coloured shadows style and odd angles all the way. i’m interested to see where it goes. :)

watching blood+ somehow remind me of madlax minus the demonic creatures... the animation is good (as to be expected from production ig) just as you watch otogizoushi.

trax: it's a monster ~ this is my first ever bad hair day!!! the layer is imbalance cropped, a chunk missing here and there. i tried to trim-off some part and have to subdue the hair with moisturizer spray... just too fizzy/fuzzy whatever. think can easily make a natural lift afro or even a mohawk. ::sheesh:: i'm glad the pony tail still around but the upper layer... ::deep sigh::

and my colleague suggested my next desti -changi airport...

my dad and uncle decided to go backpacking at yunan coming april but it crashes with my plan to jp (still not sure who's going with me, thou). my choice of place to backpack would be nz, turkey and au (ayers rock) but my dad thinks south america better. cape town is nice too but i'd been there...

my aya-aunt asked me if i want to tag along to bk end of the year -i still can't decide... i might need to attend a wedding dinner but no info yet -for sure, it won't be in sg. there's one that i give it a miss years ago -bintan.

rentrer en soi: re-birth ~ and so i gave vlc player a second chance... when i first install this program, it blackout my comp -freaks me out! same goes to blue screen! anyway, yesterday was ok although it hangs at least one time. ::phew:: that was close. i thought it'll fail again. now i can play with the separated sub files... kinda sick to use different players for different file types. ::haix::

had dinner with my sis and jil aka michelle at jp's food court; and the usual arts laser, mj, semb and ts. so much about my sis aunty look-alike?! jil can't help it but so am i. too attached with her uncle ah siang or her office attire? lol. conclud-ed: the aunty-poise with her arm hooking the straw/basket tote!

finally, a new layout for my geocities site. lol. it took me a while to look for a suitable picture. i tried to do red/black combi but it didn't turn out well; just stick with dead colors. overall, i still like it. ^.^

bonding activities with friends -kinda pathetic to say... lol. aside from the usual kino, hmv and ajisen with jil aka michelle -orchard kid haven?! aisah the newton 'kaki' -haven't heard from her for months... moshs -video arcade, bowling, billiard, movies/anime... couldn't sense his force anywhere. emails for distant old friends. unknowns for events and gatherings. virtually -random from forums, friendster and msn. lastly, once a yellow moon outing with ex-colleagues.

grocery shopping with my sis... lol. hobby shops 'the best place'?! sometimes, unknowingly, you get to chat up with strangers beside you -be it model kits, anime or manga... i don't mind movies but not everyone watch everything. clubbing -drop that years ago. karaoke -i sing worst than a frog -exclude me please!!! tcss, cafe my choice but there's always options like mac/bk/kfc/ljs/mos/deli/a&w(lol).

the only thing i ever organized, a picnic with my colleagues at east coast beach seven years ago on sunday morning!? the turnout -firex, moshs, mulan and me; and everyone still in ::zzZZz:: mode. lol. i'm in my worst since all the food prepared by me except drinks.

#1 final fantasy VII: advent children
two years after the end of final fantasy VII the world is starting to get back on it's feet and is working towards a new future. however, there is a new threat from a new illness called geo-stigma, and three men that seem to be seeking jenova. cloud and his friends from the original game must once again reunite to combat the new threat.
=my say= the main point here is the visuals. many characters were even computerized to look like j-artists! and looking at them moving with impossible moves during the action sequences, this bends reality even more than any other final fantasy. they jump dozens of stories up, fight during high-speed motorcycle chases, battle a crazily big bahamut, and even do stuff better than the matrix guys would ever imagine.

but the story seems shallow. other than ironing out some ff7 plot wrinkles, this does nothing else except introduce a new enemy, which gets defeated at the end of the movie anyway. it's like your typical filler naruto arc, it ends oh so quickly. sit back, relax, ::doze-off:: and enjoy the high energy cg action. -didn't know it was 2hrs long...

last but not least, enjoy tifa, yuffie and aeris eye candy too. they're now millions of polygons sexier than their blocky ps1 version counterparts. isn't that consolation enough?

after the destruction of nibelheim at the hands of sephiroth, zack and cloud are on the run from shinra inc. as they make their way back to midgar, they recall the horrible events that happened at nibelheim, as well as fight for survival against shinra.
=my say= the ova simply gives new perspectives to the incidents that took place inside the game. moving on to another matter, i find that personality-wise, zack is a far more interesting character than cloud. it made me wonder how different the story would have been if he's actually the main character.

hope nish is happy with her new found beau, once again.

kinda crappy but i still want to continue. the co. canteen layout -drink stall & chinese stall owned by the same person; and lastly, a muslim stall. price? i rather spend 4/5 a meal at any food court than around 3 a meal in an industrial area?! -which usually cost you about 2 on average... and the food looked so stale/routine... just thinking of it makes you loose appetite. i don't mind if they uses vibrant colours, -go deceive my eyes, at least!?

and the drinks, 1/1.20 per can, where you can get from the vending machine for 40 cents a can. talk about fruits, it'll be my last time buying a banana for 50 cents. daylight robbery sia?! even if you buy a bunch would not cost you more than 2. leave me no choice but to bring my bento/sandwiches else i'll ask my colleague to packed from nearby hawker centres but sometimes i still patronize the muslim stall.

never mind that, an incident occurred. the wifey of the chinese stall owner when out and scolded some aunties who brought food to lunch in the cafeteria... never consider the peak lunch hour?! well, it's not that they didn't buy drinks/fruits from her. if she don't like the sight of it, then put up a notice -'no outside food allowed' lah, simple right?!

word of mouth spread fiercely within the 3 warehouses. normally, we can't get briyani after 1230. today, it's already 1315, and still available. the uncle(cleaner) told us that he now collects two pales less. he's happy because less work. lol.

fake?: dream life ~ a sunday morning without hl is quite lonely. we used to go out for breakfast and hangout a bit at the wet market. no more mr and mrs con or hk drama serie. lastly, no more hamsters fight... -never heard from hl since.

kagen no tsuki (ai yazawa manga) or better known as last quarter... i find kuriyama chiaki is better off with characters like gogo yubari (kill bill) and chigusa takako (battle royale). future projects for chiaki is a role in azumi 2, sequal to azumi (starred: ueto aya), a takashi miike remake of a classic 1968 fantasy samurai film. -i'm looking for azumi, anyone?

finally i get to watch advent children but yet to come out with a verdict. every time i try to watch... i end up dozing-off at some part... too tired, maybe. it's more than four times but still can't finish. wah piangz! this is the longest time i ever spend watching a movie. -_-;;

younha: houki boshi ~ i think i told this to two person already but i felt like jotting it down anyway since it'll be my some what memorable moments. lol, as if. and well, i never had any intention to scare lingo and i kinda thought lingo knew my presence... too obsessed with her work without realizing the surrounding every movement even thou it's a glass partition?

i was talking to dcsquares using hakka dialect and at the same time, half-way thru with ann's computer. and this ann kept complaining about the alien language that we spoke -who cares. the only thing i couldn't stand is ann keep pinching my poor arm!? and so i left her station and go to lingo's partition. i just squad down a bit on lingo's right side small pavement. i dunno how to describe in words but suddenly she saw a face from her black background monitor screen... she turn her head-stunned-jumped-screamed with her arms high up -so loud but luckily the glass panels are still intact. with the papers on hand, lingo start whacking me hysterically... thank goodness it was not any blunt object -i would've been dead?!

dcsquares, carol, ann and hussain rise up in curiousity and i start laughing out loud -my tears keep flowing uncontrollable. while throwing fists at me continuously, lingo told me this 'you really look like that character in the grudge!'. do i look so powder white that i scare you like shit?! ... lingo's heart is still pounding hard!? ;p

i remember watching taiwan hana kimi -live action. ::pengz:: super flop that you wish it never existed. they already can't act. they even screwed the story...

the better one goes to 'qiang wei zhi lian' - the rose, adapted from a japanese manga also. i'm no fan of s.h.e but i like ella -it'll be great if she do solo... lol. anyway, other casts like jerry, brian and lu ming jun did very well in the serie. nice! ^.^

=my say= we just watch the first 2 eps. rather dissapointed with it's lame dialogue. sesame street, my choice.

#2 may ~ may is a strange (and emotionally disturbed) young woman who was born with a lazy eye, which meant that she grew up wearing an eye patch, ostracized from the rest of the kids socially, with only a spooky doll kept in a glass and wood case to keep her company. moving to los angeles, may takes a job working as a veterinary assistant at an animal hospital where she is befriended by the sexy (and lesbian) receptionist, polly, whom she has a brief relationship after a dating experience with an aspiring filmmaker, adam goes darkly (and bloodily) wrong. as this more-than-slightly cracked woman finds her attempts at human connection failing, she becomes more frustrated... and violent, lashing out at the world, in a blood-soaked effort to make the perfect friend: a doll made out of human parts.
=my say= more on behavior and not as disturb as 28 days later/a tale of two sisters.

#3 millennium actress ~ a movie studio is being torn down. tv interviewer genya tachibana has tracked down its most famous star, chiyoko fujiwara, who has been a recluse since she left acting some 30 years ago. tachibana delivers a key to her, and it causes her to reflect on her career; as she's telling the story, tachibana and his long-suffering cameraman are drawn in. the key was given to her as a teenager by a painter and revolutionary that she helped to escape the police. she becomes an actress because it will make it possible to track him down, and she spends the next several decades acting out that search in various genres and eras.
=my say= story telling way were quite different. it was sad that chiyoko didn't know the truth of that man existence, she's been searching.

aki: come into conflict ~ paper jam... it happens all the time. the old ones are quite straightforward in terms of design compare to the new models. it took me sometimes to figure out... strip one to skeleton -just to take out that stuck paper. if only i had my long nose pliers, it'll be much more easier... ::haix:: yeah, my co. was so poor they can't afford a toolbox; pathetic, right? i carry my own but not full set. sometimes have to beg the mechanics but for certain tools only because of its sizes.

when i was the onsite engineer, the co. make sure that we have the right tools to bring along... sometimes you feel like throwing it away. imagine that you travel with don't know how many kg of parts and tools around the island?! i'm no different from the backpackers -just that i'm not holidaying... lol!

i went down to sls again. it was crazy -becoming a weekly thing instead of the usual once or twice a month visit?! it's not that i got things to buy but lately, requests had been more frequent. maybe i should take a break from that place... hahaha! -not sure if it's possible.

aikaryu: indigo blue story ~ it's all blog talk for the past few weeks -newspapers, forums, etc. and the 'peanut' has been making waves. ::looking at my packets of peanuts in the fridge:: -should i or shouldn't i eat it?! i did some crazy read all over the place and still following talk rock -the not so vulgar injected with humors kinda blog. ;p

so, what did i do on national day? i think i woke up at eight morning. first thing first, stay half dead in front of my pc. thought i want to go out and let my pc a day off?! haha! well, there's good and bad day -kinda wake my sis too early, she claimed. we head off to suntec.

miss the time i work there. no change on sky garden aside from cafes and arcade that i usually hangout -money really not enough. ^.^ me and my colleagues did a cheapo but cozy picnic with newspaper as base, bbq from carrefour and some wine on paper cups. haha, so romantic! that's some flashback i have, strolling around. oh, and the office was like my second home. so i had all my gundams -all from the eggs' machines... line up around my desk partition. and somehow, chris that sales person, made my zaku lost its limbs -paper throwing war. seeing how piss i am, he quickly go down to toybox and grab the box set where one of the zaku is identical to mine -expensive, it costs.

also checking out d4 workplace. thanks for your hard work introducing all the gadgets in the shop but i'm not a gadget savvy person, so there's nothing interest me -wrong customer. ;p d4 and his akira group for natsu matsuri... -i'll get you a box labeled akira and a wig/mop.

t.m.revolution: cross wise ~ i had a crazy dream yesterday. that is quite unusual not unless i'm stress. can't remember much of it in details. i wonder if it's trying to tell me something or maybe i think too much.

i'm not good in taking surprises. a weak heart, i have. my soul can just leave the body... just like that?!

but height is something i fear most. whenever i'm near a window, some corridors or few stories high... and especially when i'm at my co. washroom which has the window glass wall. it was scarier than seeing a ghost. and for no reason i developed the urge to jump. ... with flashback i'm at the window ready to jump kinda feeling... and how i end up at the foot of the building... -screw my mind.

yeah, was suppose to rant about my trip but every time i forgot to transfer the photos over and yet it's just a pc away. hahaha. couldn't find my beloved air master, meaning i need to place order already. it'll cost me importing one. ::haix::

my day didn't start well. some users don't give up. even if you tell them 100 or 1000 times, they expect something to happen, at least. yeah right, i'm some clown with magic wand -sprinkle star dust and do wonders!? !@#$%^&* damn that fuckin' nortonis co. i am not bill gates and i do not work for microsoft. how the fuck i know what is happening inside the software??? ::sheesh::

l'arc~en~ciel: link ~ whoot! a bunch of new animes... super long list. also, too many incomplete/ongoing animes. and my system barely boot from 200mb. the rest were on average of 50mb. just recently, one of the hdd r.i.p. along with my beloved air master, tenjou tenge, seikai no senki I & II, sailormoon live action, pot musicals... and lots more in that gaming pc. it gave me that 'kekkok, kekkok' sound. here's my not so complete dead list:-

hell i come @ 04:43 p.m.

kiyoharu: layra ~ watched sin city with two loli-men. you must be wondering what was that loli-man thingy?! it's all started at the cosfest and vanilla aka rainbow skirt borrow the mini loli cap from tsukushi and put it on ... for some reason d4 happen to be the prey followed by inova. d4 actually banned us from posting his loli moment to the forum and chibi tsuzuki aka yaoi princess been pestering hard for one. i got the candid moment of inova in my camera, so i turned evil and posted inova's instead. i know inova will hate me for this!!! @o@|||

the loli-thingy is still in the air. well, inova created a storm for himself -good memories thou. ^.^ anyway, we had a lengthy dinner -three of us. inova's who suggest, d4's the organizer and me, the only one who show up. the outcome somehow... fun/funny, three stooges!? ^.^ topics range from mangas and animes turn live actions. especially on a manga -dunno the title. where the hero pull his underwear from both side to his head. the characters drawing is beyond ugly but the story blows you away. ;p

inova still wants kero-chan for december cosplay. d4 was considering other mascots -big x for teletubby!! i thought about shiki from togainu no chi(bl game). ;p

k, back to sin city -oh so black and white with some red and yellow visible. kinda remind me of roger rabbit. i was colour blind for a while when i step out from the cinema. that movie gave me the thought as if i'm reading a comic book come alive. interesting plot and the heros played hard to die; a little of ooos and aaas -amazingly inova actually felt the pain?! and it's also the first time they ask to check my id. we give inova a good stare!

l'arc～en～ciel: lost heaven ~ i want gun x sword -really one cool anime. ::sob:: i gotten the wrong sub but still watching it -english please! and finally, i get a hand on kamichu! many say it is as inspired as ghibli works, and it shows a bit. ::gyaah:: >.< don't know why nowadays anime get licensed before even its release. there's no chance for me to even view the first eps except trailers... ::sheesh:: the worst part if they kinda license half way thru the series; and when you're so into it... -_-|||

oh, it's weekend again. that was fast. hadn't really do anything? ... going down kknm to pick up my mags later. did that once a month. can't remember if i ever go out except for that cosfest.

despairs ray: tainted world ~ received quite a number of calls from starhub asking me to install broadband which i already had but different isp. they seems desperate?!

stealing some bandwidth from your neighbours? well, my colleague did. a whooping high connections which you can't resist, eh? i'd comb my area but not really that happening. :(

it's been days after that cosfest. well, glad that i met a few members from ex-sganime: d4thday, inova, vanilla, nuriko, spiderkim, shuuichi, retsu, drgreborn... i think there's more of them but i can't remember... ::heez:: very bad memories! and nuriko shoujo mangas -i haven't start one bit. because it's chinese, so bear with me a little.

ooo, haven't see batman. the timing is so wrong. anyway, got invitation from d4thday and inova to see sin city next monday. i don't know, but ureshii. ^.^ -thinking that i need to fly down town to catch that movie... blame the co. odd working hours in that oh so remote area.

feeling uneasy... i think i'm going to be sick, pretty soon?!

gotten a msg from kaixin about the cosfest. now then i realize is on this coming sunday. i totally forgot about it. i just talk about it like last month with lingo... kinda forgetful of me for such an important event that i'd been looking forward.

oblivion dust: again ~ i want kamichu! yurie-chan wa kawaii desu! ^.^ seen the raw -got cheated again thou but looking forward to its sub, hopefully.

i'm on air master again... twice over the weekend?! couldn't get enough of aikawa maki and sakamoto julietta. ::whoot!:: they're so kakkoi!; really hot item!! ::drools:: the amazing part -sakiyama kaori always appears from nowhere in most of maki's fight. and most annoying babe goes to mina -anyway she's not my kind of babe to start with.

completed loveless, wrap-up was good. i wonder if there's more to it... ^.^

no more sub for trinity blood... ::sob:: damned anime expo!
