Manchild

Last night I was on Chicago Ave near the red line stop waiting for the 66 bus when the latest in the long series of weirdnesses occurred. This white guy, about 5'1" who looked and sounded like he was 13 started talking to a fifty-or-so black guy on the sidewalk. He talked about his 6 year old daughter, alimony, etc. At one point he told the black guy that "his boy" picked him up. After about five minutes of this the black guy stood and walked away, abruptly. Oh yeah, the stunted white manchild was smoking a cigar. Manchild:
