Amendment to the Laws of Whaa'a'a'a'a

Penal Code 456.73 Paragraph 8 states: Commercials produced for television may only be aired once. This applies to all commercial, industrial, and reality based media. Should any party waver from this, said party will be banned forever from the realm of television commercialing. ASIDE: Did it ever take you your tenth or eleventh viewing of a commercial to know what it was selling? Am I stupid? Is this what they want to happen? I somehow think it is. Furthermore, if any party recklessly displays "clever" or "witty" or "sarcastic" aptitude, said party will be abolished to the world of Lifetime Original Movie production. Lastly, commercials cannot cost more than the cost of the product they intend to sell. This ensures a minimum of brainwashery and allows the consumer his or her free will whatever it is they individually determine that may be to them for them by them.
