Looks like I won't have time to go through the 13 more eps of Gundam Seed that I have left, so will return them to you soon Tam. Can I borrow them again next semester? Dammit, it was getting interesting. Asuran turned into Kira in 37....

Last day of classes!!! Wooooo. So not as excited about this as I am about the musical.

Econ prof is a dork. Methinks he's sucking up to get good SEQs*. Told our class that we were the best class he's had. Let us out 20 minutes early. As I was walking out, he said to me that I was one of the best students though I didn't talk much. (hahahaha, not sure how to respond to that? I never talk much in any class.) Brought in a bottle of liquor because it was one of the examples oft used in that class.
Asked another senior "to share?" and he said "no." :(
Also one of the first things he said was "How do you feel being done with your first classes in college?"
Seniors: hahahhah. That was a LONG time ago.

Am bored and not quite ready to go back to bed. It hasn't even been 12 hours since I was last there...

Such a good day to be lazy.

Still have done no work, but got new goodies! Tezuka and Atobe's new Christmas singles and Rajipuri #36.
Rajipuri: Onosaka Masaya (Momo from PoT and Vash from Trigun) is nuts. So freaking nuts. I wish I knew what they were talking about, but comprehension is irrelevant. You can tell they're having a lot of fun just by the way they were yelling.

Atobe's new singles (Mitai na Arukee & Chaser) are really "eh" (can't think of a good word to describe them). They're not bad per se, but I'd hesitate to call them good. His singing voice isn't nearly as nice as his speaking voice, I think, and the quality of these songs is really not as high as the quality of Cross with You, his album, or even some of those Kiss of Prince songs. Oversaturation of Atobe is kicking in as well, but Suwabe's voice sounds so thin in these songs.

Tezuka's songs (White Message & Soushi ~UMUKUTU~) are much nicer, probably because I think Okiayu has a really beautiful singing voice. I blame this whole Okiayu obsession on Tam-Linh, if not for whom, I would probably not know that Okiayu = Shigure which lead me to be much more interested in him than I would have been if he were simply Tezuka. But then again, the Tezuka on-crack from Rajipuri helped a lot too. Anyway, his voice is so rich and deep, and the songs are good. Soushi ~UMUKUTU~ is pretty; White Message is catchy. I like the bells. I seem to like bells in Okiayu songs (his DNAngel dark song, for example). hehehe

It's snowing so much! :(

Guess what time I got out of bed today? I think Gloria is rubbing off on me.....
I went to sleep around 3:45 last night (this morning), then had to wake up around 7:15 because I was supposed to go to Chinatown for the clinic. Stayed up until around 7:45 trying to figure out if the actual clinic would be open, if our part of the clinic was still open, if the trains were running, and if the bus out was running. Found out that the clinic wasn't open yet, the trains were running, but the bus wasn't going to start until 9.
So back to sleep I go. Woke up again at 8:40. Talked with the clinic director again, and decided we'll cancel the session today, given that we were told "you should be prepared to be unable to get back if you go into the city."
So back to sleep I go. Next time I check my clock, it's 3:00PM. oops. Then decided to stay in bed for a little longer because I'd be hungry if I got up and I don't want to cook. Finally woke up at 3:45 and have not been doing work since then.

Skipped anime for Pirates of the Caribbean last night! Was pleasantly surprised. From the commercials in the summer, I had thought the movie was a serious action/adventure type deal. I was skeptical when everyone told me it was funny. Now I know what they mean. Johnny Depp was really good. He looked feminine in the excessive eyeliner.
Funny to watch a movie like this here. Am reminded of you when the audience starts squealing when certain people appeared. Though not nearly as bad as Bridget Jone's Diary though.

Two more days of classes, 11 more days of here. Then it's back to CA!!!
