Washed in guilt, I admit to negligence in tending to this page and the rest of my site(s). I'm so bad. Actually I was sick, then lazy, then preoccupied. Will I improve? Not likely.
Recent projects: reading various versions of THE INFERNO, stealing ideas [and lines from BURNING CHROME] for my songs; entering 3000 titles of literature to a database for my PDA so that when in a book-buying frenzy I won't come home with so many duplicates; intending to learn to use the Pocket Studio to actually record some songs; compiling a list of all known words for 'vampire', 'werewolf', 'ghoul' etc. in languages of the world; mapping a new geography of Hell, if any.
So much to do, so many places to go: Reno in a couple weeks, Naples/Amalfi a month later, Mars in autumn. And right here, cataloging the rest of the books. And fixing the septic system. And rebuilding the wall. It never ends.
Note: I'm going to cheat, and add all the entries I missed in the last month or so. I'll date them to when they were posted to SkeptiChat, not for when they make it to this log, but so what?

Donna Magallanes had returned from her kitchen a week ago when she realized a picture of Christ hanging above the fireplace in her living room had miraculously transferred itself to a log nearby.
Well, ya just can't account for miracles, can ya? Hey, I've been sick lately, could have used a miracle instead of flu,
