It's looking like it's going to be a good couple of months to come. Get to see the blondeness in October, hopefully get to chill with my sister-chan in November, and relaxing in December. Now all I have to deal with are my fish and school. x_x I hate school. Classes suck. And I need to drop one. It's just dead weight. Not doing me any good this semester, and causing more problems than it's worth. Not to mention I've already missed my 20% absence allowance in the course. ^_^;;;; Whoops. But I swear it wouldn't have happened if the darn woman wouldn't give us so fucking much to do. :P Oh well.
In other news, life on Dark Ages of Camelot is well. My lvl 20 druid is getting new armor and some emerald seals for Darkness Falls from her father's lvl 40 druid. It's totally bitchin.

In other news dad and I went into wilmington and got sushi today! Yay! It was reeeeally good. Kei was a happy girl after that. When we got home mom was telling us about this guy that came out behind the house, and had to climb up this pole on the other side of the fence for whatever reason to work on something. Sammy was having a fit. Mum says he was trying to climb the fence to get to the guy, and sounded like he wanted to eat him alive. o_o;;; Mum called him and leilani onto the porch and sammy was still growling, and barking, and being all mean. Mom had to give him leilani's chew bone to shut him up. Then he just sat there and wagged his tail while munching. Such a good guard puppy we have. *nodnodnod*

It's days like 9/11 that make me absolutly sick.
The days that americans wallow in their own damn self pity. Poor us. Poor america. We didn't deserve this attack. We didn't do anything to them. Bull shit.
Don't get me wrong. Those people didn't deserve to loose their lives. They were innocent. They had just been going about their daily lives. Just like the innoncents in vietnam. Just like the innocent people that we dropped nuclear bombs on in Hiroshima, and Nagasaki. The deaths there far surpass anything we have suffered on 9/11.
But I refuse to get all weepy. I refuse to wear red, white, and blue on that day...or any day. I refuse to go along with this shit.
The fact that it took the deaths of thousands of their own people to make americans decide they were patriotic, is absolutly pathetic.
Someone should have lashed out at america long before this. America should have been expecting it. But americans were too arrogant to ever think that they could have their own shit thrown right back at them. And when it finally happened, when someone finally did it, it gives us permission to go kill more people.
Who gave us that right? We are not gods? Who are we to decide who lives or dies.

Hmmph. Well anyway. I'll leave it on this quote I found on a forum. This person really summed it up well.

You know...I haven't really stopped to think about it...but I've had a pretty good week so far. The nights are of course always better than the day(classes...ick), but still...good. Heh...nice. :)
Now if only I could get those tanks cycled already. >.< I'm starting to stress out about them already. I'm betting the ammonia spiked really fast since I put all the fish back in at the same time. How stressful for the poor guys. Getting a UV steralizer for each tank asap, so I don't have to go through this whole disinfecting thing again....

I got two new fishes today. That I have no room for. So now I'm going to be more overstocked than before. But hey.
I have a good excuse though!!! They are both panda orandas...do you know how rare those are around here?!?! Anywhere really. The petshop in southport finally got some guys who know what they are doing in the fish section. Very nice guys. Very friendly.
The pandas are doing well so far. They have a lot of black on them, but I fully expect that to change. Without direct sunlight like in a pond setting, the black will probably fade. They may turn totally white, or red and white, or red. We'll see. They are still cute....in a kind of ugly way. ^_~

So bummed out...

Just had to euthanize one of my bettas. It was horrible. I'm so upset. Herman...the poor guy...just started sitting on the gravel...wouldn't eat, wouldn't respond to any kind of treatment. I guess he was just old...
What really got me was that when I placed him in the bag to go to the freezer he started to swim around a little bit. I nearly started crying right there. But...I didn't want to drop the bag...

Mon got her new furniture in. 'cept the guys that delivered it didn't help her move it into place. And that's some heavy shit she's got. So she called and asked us to come help her.
This is exactly what I need. Lifting heavy furniture on the second day of my period. Cramps and all. Wonderful. Not that I mind helping mon. Just the timing is bad. :P Oh well...I'm loading up on pain killers.
