Sunday, July 1, 2001 -- 09:56 p.m. My blog hates Netscape. That is the only logical conclusion I can make. Even the little browser that comes with HTML-Kit doesn't crash and burn. I'll be most grateful if someone could tell me what I did wrong with the codes. There's no scripts, yet the damn thing refuse to work. Even Kamui's pic doesn't show up. What's wrong with Netscape? I've been getting a headache the whole of Sunday because of this. *sigh* Saturday, June 30, 2001 -- 11:14 p.m. Changed my layout to pretty Kamui and baby-blue. Hopefully, Netscape users are having an easier time with this one. *crosses fingers* Saturday, June 30, 2001 -- 02:19 p.m. Many thanks to Kristin for "suggesting" this site on her blog. Instant lemon fics, anyone? BTW, the Alison on that site has nothing to do with me. I have yet to write a lemon. Saturday, June 30, 2001 -- 12:59 p.m. Hmmm...Netscape Communicator users are crashing left, right and centre against my blog. Obviously Shinken-chan doesn't like Netscape at all. What's going on? *sighs* How about switching to IE, everyone? It's well-supported, and it's free, which means you aren't exactly enriching Microsoft if you use it. Anyway, Netscape must be stupid if NN 6 works, but NC 4.7 crashes. Friday, June 29, 2001 -- 09:51 p.m. I've a Japanese test tomorrow, and here I am, creating an X trivia quiz. Tuesday, June 26, 2001 -- 10:38 p.m. Asuka is here! Love the postcards. Though I have to wonder if CLAMP might be feeling a tad guilty about killing Seishirou so quickly that they have to re-release that Nov 2000 poster as one of the cards. Monday, June 25, 2001 -- 11:14 p.m. Kristin has updated her translations for X. 14 pages. Damn! I have to agree with her: CLAMP are mice. But Kamui is growing a brain, which is a good thing. Arashi might be in trouble, which is a bad thing. Inuki is definitely the most useful character so far. Inuki, the wonder dog...this is really beginning to sound like an episode of Lassie. Maybe my crazy instinct in the CML was correct, and Inuki really is Mokona, the marshmallowy Creator of the Universe, aka God. So that would make Kamui his/its son. Whoa! Talk about profound theology! Meanwhile, saw some rants against Asuka obsession, or rather X obsession in particular. Well, just because a certain dark-suited guy who did nothing except share an ice-cream, smoke cigarettes and littered Tokyo with Sakura petals got his heart punched out, doesn't mean that the story is over. X is more than just about resolving Tokyo Babylon. On a related note, Kamui does seem like a weakling at times. But when compared to the uncountable useless teenaged heroes in other manga, he's doing fine. At least he doesn't have a harem of powerful girls rescuing his cute a** each time he gets into trouble, while fighting over him at other times. Monday, June 25, 2001 -- 09:44 p.m. Updated the b/w scans for Lawful Drug. Meanwhile, I'm still suffering from a bad case of PAS (Pre-Asuka Syndrome). Symptoms include being restless and irritable, mild insomnia, and unable to write any fic. |
