Happy sweet 16th, Masha! I wonder if your mother is complaining about your birthday to the family as she pushes for your younger brother to get all the attention because, you see, that's what happened to me. Oh, and I wonder, will you lose any of the rings Maryasha will give you? Sorry for being so negative, heh, heh. I hope you get all the attention and respect you deserve. xoxo, muah~! Today was mostly spent wandering NYC. I stopped by Kinokuniya with my mother to get the Globe cd I wanted and Animedia's July issue, which really is a must get. There is a character and seiyuu book along with a random big Di Gi Charat sticker as well as a Gundam Seed and DN Angel poster. Animedia is celebrating its 22nd anniversary and accordingly have a top 22 anime series countdown. Yu Yu Hakusho was thirteenth, Furuba was fifth, TeniPuri was fourth. Shaman King=ichiban.

Bastille Day's tomorrow but it was celebrated a day early from 5th until park avenue and 59th street. It was very crowded (congestion!). My mother wanted to get a French flag and wave it around. She added that I'd pretend I don't know her. Not true (well, if she's clinging to my arm, lol, 'don't mean it).

Grandma's coming in August to babysit during my mom's trip to Kazakstan. And, good news----> I finally got Sarah-dono's postcard!!!!!! I wanna see pics and The Philosopher's Stone.

I want to get a new book to read. I'm rereading Dream of the Blue Room and I seriously doubt my interest in Dissolution would last. I haven't studied Japanese for a while either--not in the mood to.

So...the summer's not really productive.

Finally I have the house to myself *moment.*

I might change my layout soon. -.-;; It is finished, but I'm putting it off for a while because I adore this one. I absolutely love the way the image and the font (Ambrosia) blend. Yums. The new side info was supposed to be put up for the new layout but since I liked it sou much better than the previous it's up already. I think what makes me want to get rid of this one is because it's black splashed with gray and white--kinda dull.

Sarah-dono, I finally got your postcard. I hope you had a safe flight back here and I also hope to see you soon.^^

C-chan and I are evil to have slashed YusukexHiei last night. Well, Yusuke was under the influence and then Hiei took advantage of that. One thing led to another...

Nyahaha~! My page won't feel complete without a sheep quiz. Anyway, SJU has a two-day orientation planned for incoming freshman. I doubt I'd receive the lappie there, but it would be really nice since I know I'd prolly go up to some one who works there and tell him/her that I'm neurotic. Why must I stay over for the night? Thank goodness I'm not missing the All Star Game! (There would have been hell to pay if I did.) I will be missing a rerun of YYH though, which still leaves me disappointed. But I pray for a lappie. I was thinking of taking a Bible with me (lol!) but I'm sure they would provide. I could just imagine myself in the middle of the night on the phone somewhere in Queens telling my mom to pick me up (she doesn't drive) because I have escaped. But I know that they will have better, much, much BETTER classes than what CCNY offered me so I look forward to only that. I have to be there at 7:30 AM. I unfortunately do not have a cell phone (C-chan, I will miss yew lots!) and will waste my time listening to my Globe cd and rereading Dream of the Blue Room because that book just rocked my world. Nadya, you better come with me.

My AA page was inspired by one of the quizzes that the above made. It went well with the Lagoon Engine colors of the lay. I really did love making the layout. The fact that it was stolen by some one who did not give credit to the person who actually made the quiz is downright horrible. Colors should match with the quiz result if you're permanently leaving it there. In the future, give credit where it's due although I highly doubt the quiz will be taken down anyway.

Naschya's a happy girl, she is. I saw Pirates of the Caribbean today. The movie was really amusing. I did not mind the fact that Orlando Bloom was getting the girl. I was actually waiting for the kiss scene. What was more amusing was the fact that for the first time I saw movie slash~^_^ SparrowxTurner, so very, very yummy. Orlando played an almost ultimate uke.

And now I'm off to watch YYH because...well, because of hotness.

My Fourth of July was spent at home and not in the UN's lawn like I usually spend it with alongside my mother, brother, and groups of people ooing and aahing at things that pop in the sky. For the second year it was spent looking at the television and reflections of the fireworks in our neighbor's windows/balcony door. We had pizza. Yum. My mother then told me that Russia too had an independence day but the populace generally has no idea whom the independence came from.

I am having second thoughts about BAAF. I really don't see the point in going because there're no real guests I want to get autographs from nor do I want to go to any screenings. I'm hoping there would be at least the merchandise I can buy there. I would also feel like some fifth or sixth wheel with the group I'm going. Now I want to go with Sarah-dono, but I am certain she won't be in the state and too busy in CT. Plus, I'm going to be one of those audience members, C-chan, with a gigantic anime tear drop on my head if you perform. I encourage you to do the play. I will be waving my flag to cheer you guys on if I go ^___^ *wave wave*. So...purpose and reason to go? I'm still searching for it.

Apparently CN is feeling the need to make the viewing public hate them more. Kenshin has moved to Saturdays and YYH is back on at 6:30. I just hope they're not thinking of RESTARTING.

I waited an hour to get my lungs x-rayed. The whole procedure was about five minutes and results will be sent in 2-3 business days^^. My doctor says the results will be negative and will put me on medication. During the time I waited with my mother, this man (who I am certain was realllllly bored) started swinging his umbrella like a golf club right in front of us. Right.

I'm not sure if I'm going to BAAF because of SJU! Anastasia-tachi, please take pictures for me.

I've been watching Cyborg 009. I love the ending theme and have taken an interest in 002 and 009. And as for 001...Koenma much? He even sounds a bit like him. I think the series is watchable even if it is a bit...corny but what else can I expect from a remake of something from the 1960's(?)?

Rei-imouto, Crawford really looks the most horribly altered Schwarz chara and I guess for you Farfie is an acception seeing as he has two eyes.
