The last entry of 2006. Time for reflection?
2006 has been a good year. Moving on into a school without any of my usual "hang-out" friends from secondary school turned out to be surprisingly easy. I guess the trick is to not to think about it, take it all in and ENJOY! No point dwelling about the past and regret going into the school. Since you're stuck in that school, might as well make the most of it right? =)
TPJC isn't so bad. Just think. If I hadn't gone into Tampines JC, I would have never met the wonderful people I know today. The canoeists, BIASE, PAE 06S09, 06S26 and everyone else. I'm very very grateful to have met you people ehh. You guys made life in TPJC so much easier. =)
Some of the changes I went through? Hmm. I gained a brother-in-law. There was also the drastic change in CCA which brought about a change to my lifestyle too because I became more active. I grew darker. HAHA. Gee. What else ehh? I don't remember. Heh.
OH. Lets talk entertainment. The best tv-movie goes to none other than High School Musical. I thought it was goooood. =) Besides, there aren't that many tv-movies to choose from anyway. Haha.
My favourite foreign language TV series that I got hooked onto this year was Princess Hours. At first I just watched it because I was wondering why people make such a big fuss over it. Including some of my friends. Then after watching it, I got hooked onto it as well. HAHA.
There were many many infectious songs that came out this year eh? Just to name a few: Tokyo drift//Teriyaki Boyz, buttons//Pussycat dolls, Hips don't lie//Shakira. They were infectious to me anyway. I didn't even like the songs but somehow, I guess after hearing it being played many many times, the songs were playing in my head at one point or another. Tokyo drift can win the most annoying song of the year. HAHA. Seriously.
98.7 FM gave the honour of best album of 2006 to The rising tied by Fort Minor. =) Randomness. But hey, that band deserves it. Seriously.
Alrightey then. I have to go. So this concludes my last entry of 2006.
To everyone whose still reading,
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Have a great year ahead people. =)
And not to forget to ALL my muslim friends,
SELAMAT HARI RAYA HAJI! =)
a la la la la la la la life is wonderful.

No, not really. But heyyy. *whistles*AlwaysLookOnTheBrightSideOfLife*whistles*
Riiight then. I'm currently feeling completely cut off from the outside world even though there's such a thing as Internet over here in Iceland. But it's currently 2.04am in Singapore and 6.04pm here in Iceland. Yup, Iceland is 8 hours behind Singapore. I don't know how I'm going to cope with the sleeping hours when I get back. I'll probably fall asleep at 7am and wake up at 4pm? haha. Okay, I'll worry about that when I get back.
Oh, have I mentioned there's only 4 hours of daylight here? Yeaah. So enjoy every minute of sunlight people. Cos you don't get much of it here. And it's effing cold. Alright, I'm rambling. Lets just make this another one of those entries.
RANDOM THOUGHTS
#1 Have you ever felt like u're always missing out on something?
#2 Give me novacaine.
#3 Have you ever really, really really ever loved a woman?
#4 Those three words that I want to hear.
#5 Alright, I'm not implying anything so don't think too much ehh?
#6 So you think you can dance? Grrrrreat show. =)
#7 The place is so peaceful. But I'm currently staying at some secluded area in Iceland. Sooo there's a possibility that you can get bored out of your minds here.
#8 There's a creepy glowing red Santa Clause hanging on a tree outside my windwow. Daaaamn freaky.
#9 The door of my room was opening and closing by itself in the middle of the night yesterday. Hmm.
#10 I shall leave the rest to you own imagination ehh?
#11 For a few photos of Iceland and other stuffs check out my sister's blog. Click ME!
That's it for now. See you people when I get back.
I don't want next year to come..
it's alright to tell me, what you think about me. I won't try to argue or hold it against you.

RANDOM THOUGHTS
#1 I miss Blink 182.
#2 Lunch with them yesterday made my day. =)
#3 My voice is kinda ROCKING! Haha. Go figure.
#4 I just miss one training and I miss a whole lot of drama. What is going to happen when I miss NINE trainings?
#5 HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY FAZLINA and ARETHA! =)
#6 Faz, I hope you liked the gift(s) we got you. Think of us whenever you carry that bag to and fro eh?
#7 I miss Aretha.
#8 I smell of barbecue smoke. Farahin, it's all your fault mann.
#9 And by the way, Happy advanced birthday! Sorry I'm going to miss your birthday next week. Oh wait, you're not going to be in Singapore either. So it's okayyyy! haha. Oh and overseas calls are EXPENSIVEE okayy! So consider this a wish! haha. Okay okay, I'm not THAT evil.
#10 I sarang you! Haha! I swear you shouldn't have told me that mal.
#11 Some things are just better left unsaid.
#12 You only live once. So make the most of it.
Have you ever looked at a picture of yourself and see a stranger in the background?
It makes you wonder how many stangers have pictures of you,
how many moments of other people's lives have we been in
Were we apart of someone's life when their dreams came true
or were we there when their dreams died
Did we keep trying to get it?
As if we were somehow destined to be there
or did the shock just take you by surprise?
Just think.
You could be a big part of someone's life,
and not even know it.
//One Tree Hill 403.
Just a random thought.
p/s I'm flying off to Iceland some time next week. Until the 19th. So BYYYEEEE people! Have fun and take care. =)

The past few days have been nothing but chaotic fun. Everything from the preparations of the wedding to the pernikahan (ROM and shits) to the wedding itself. Followed by an outing with one of my HOTTEST friends, Anisa, (there I said it, happy now? haha. SHEESH.) and then there was training. Then I had a lunch date with AMINA MYSARA! haha.
The wedding was B-E-A-Utiful. The decorations, the pelamin, EVERYTHING. I have to give a big thumbs up to my aunt for all the hard work she put in to come up with a design for the place and all. Because it really turned out nice. I was kinda doubtful at first. But as time passed, the multi-purpose hall just became more and more pretty. With my help, of course. haha. =)
The food provided by the cook was good too. Everything was in place. It was alright except for the fact that there were very little seats around and the place was kinda small? Yeaah. So the place was damn crowded and the line for the food was very looong.
All in all, the wedding went well. It sucks being the pengapit. You just have to follow the bride around. That's my job. Gee. But oh well, I had the chance to do everything that one could do for a wedding. From clearing tables, to being the dishwasher (this is FUN. Really. Haha.), to just being the helper and everything else. It was, like I said, chaotic fun. THANKS to Edel and Amina for being kendarats eh! You guys did a grrrreat job! It was good exercise for you right amina? Weightlifting! haha.
Monday: The day out with who else. Anisaaaaaaaa! That moron. For god-knows-what reason, the both of us were feeling high and crazy. We just walked practically every inch around that City Hall area. From Suntec City, to Esplanade to that whatever that link is called. Haha. Ok, we didn't go every inch. But our legs were tired enough okayy! Hmm. So what did we do? Window shopping! Looking for that beanie that she wanted. Besides, I'm penniless for the holidays. Then we played xbox at the Courts place! haha. (Anisa, you're such a bad driver mann.) Tiny became teenie. And Over the Hedge became Over the Hinge. We just fooled around that area really. Haha. It was a good day. Then she fell sick and went home. I guess your temperature did rise after hanging around me too much eh? saba-overdose. HAHA. oooo-kay.
After she left, I went to search for my friend's house in Tampines. Haha. I got LOST. In Tampines, for crying out loud. WAHLAU. I shall leave that story for another day ok?
TODAY: Training was the usual. Then the lunch date came. =) hee. Amina treated me to lunch! Of course I was happppy. Who wouldn't be? Well, just give me food and I'll be happy. ANYWAY, we talked, gossiped, ate, played House of the Dead 2! (haha!), window-shopped and just walk around! It was all in the name of good fun and we were hoping that we won't bump into anyone we know. But I guess luck wasn't really on our side was it? Haha. Ah well.
These little activities are the ones that makes me feel all high and energetic all over again even when I'm actually exhausted and moodless inside. The simple pleasures in life. Who can live without them?
here's your hey hey HEY!

I can't believe my sister's getting married next week. Then she'll be moving out, going on her honeymoon etc etc. In other words, I won't be seeing her as much. As misunderstood as I may feel around her sometimes, it just seem like yesterday she was asking me not to go to TKGS because she was afraid I will turn into a lesbian or something. Haha.
Well there is a slight chance that I actually did. Turn into a lesbian, I mean.
Alright, I'm just kidding. But hey, what's so wrong about being homsexual/bisexual? haha.
ANYWAY, back to my point. I guess I just hate to admit that I'm going to miss having her around. Well, she is after all, the more dependable sister. Really, go ask my mother, she agrees. Haha. Okay, I'm being an ass. But yeaah, she's the one who guides me through my studies and all. She does the nagging on behalf of my mother sometimes. And her cooking skills ain't that great but she tries. heh. =) Well, she's sensible, hardworking and makes the lamest jokes. Mann, I'm going to miss her.
Ah well. Oh, my first phone is officially spoilt. The blue nokia 2100 phone? Yeah, that one. The keypads are all screwed up. Pressing any of the numbers will have no effect whatsoever. So yeaaah. Ah well, it has lasted FOUR freaking years with me. I wonder how it lasted that long anyway. Considering how clumsy I can get.
The past few days have been draining. training.jalan raya.training. And there's the eufourian jalan raya tomorrow. =) I miss sor.
OH, the jalan raya with some of my fellow tpjcians turned out strangely... fun? With the odd combination of people and all. But yeaah. It was alright. SORRY for getting you people wet outside my house ehh. And if I was stoning most of the time or anything, well, that's standard for me right? haha. Ah well.
Honesty is a hard attribute to find.

Sorry I haven't been updating as much. But as mentioned before, my computer's spoilt and I'm currently using my mum's laptop. So yeaaah. I suppose this will be another one of those entries.
Random Thoughts
#1 Last Monday was a good day. Thanks to all who made it a memorable day. Special thanks to BIASE, Fazlina, Farahin, Anisa and Shuuji. =)
#2 It sucks to think that you know everything about someone when really, you know nothing at all.
#3 Have I ever mentioned how funny motor mouth is? HAHA.
#4 I am waiting for YOU. Just waiting.
#5 Long for something else.
#6 My OP's on Monday. Wish me luck.
#7 I can't wait for jalan raya next week. =)
#8 Stop thinking and do something about it.
#9 When it's all said and done, you think back and wonder "Was it worth it after all?"
#10 I'm sorry if all of the above didn't make any sense.
Yay. I can't wait for all this PW nonsense to be over. =) To all those whose OP is on Monday, GOOD LUCK! =)

RANDOM THOUGHTS OF TODAY:
#1 The title of this entry is a tile of a song by Clem Snide. It's a song with a happy tune but sad lyrics. Contradicting eh?
#2 I just spent the whole day doing Project Work. And in this moment I feel like hiding below the table and just cry. Haha. OK, I'm just kidding. I'm almost done with the damn report.
#3 Army Daze is hilarious. Saturday was the first time I watched the show. I know, I know. I'm lagging. So I've heard. Ah well.
#4 As much as I want to say that I have made all the decisions that I have to make, I can't. Because saying that I have would be an outright lie.
#5 HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY NAD!
#6 With the pillow, I'm sure you'll have many sweet dreams of ME and Faz. Haha. Just be sure not to leave many world maps along the way eh? I want to see the pillow nice and clean next year when I come to your house for Hari Raya. Or this year, for that matter. Haha.
#7 Singing makes me high. Does it really?
#8 PW is killing me. Seriously. Dateline after dateline. After working for hours and hours on the report, you just get it thrown back into your face and have things like "draggy" and "stop whining" in our report. Rejection after rejection.
#9 Silence is consent isn't it?
#10 The universe is so BIG, how does anything we do matter AT ALL?
#11 Foxtrot, anyone?
#12 HAPPY BIRTHDAY EDEL!!
#13 Edel Kentalan semacam! Have a fun fun FUN day today! I know you will. Because I will be there! Haha. Riiiight.
#14 Shit I'm sleepy. Time check: 2.45am. OK, I shall go edit the report and sleeeeeeep. For about an hour? Yeah, ok. WONDERFUL.
Break Point.

you have changed so much that I don't know, if I can call you and tell you I care.
Sunday, October 8, 2006
So the promos are finally over. It has been over since Wednesday really. But there's nothing much I want or can say about that. The results are unpredictable.
I just watched You've got mail yesterday night. Sweetness. Meg Ryan's character said something that kind of got to me. Here's what she said:
TAG, you're IT.
