Was pretty bored and so in the search to find something to do i caught up on this manga. To be honest, i find parts of it soooo confusing!!! The whole transformation into Dark because of Risa one time and then because of Riku the next... ¬~ ¬ bleh!!

Oh! d'you remember when i said i like the bimbo twin (Risa) better??
well i'm tempted to change my mind cause she's hittin' on MY Satoshi!!!

Sure Satoshi makes a great trophy boyfriend (& i can't blame her for noticing) but what if he likes her back??!!! That'd kill me. *cries* ;;> <;;
if i were in charge, Daisuke would forget about the twins and go for him
(i know i'm sick ^-^;;) but isn't this the same creator of Megami Kouhosei?? So it's possible right?

Oh well, even if my nightmare of Satoshi©Risa comes true there will always be «SAGAENTERTAINMENT Media Production Producer KEIJI SAGA «!!!

*waking up to presents*
isn't it lovely getting up late in the morning to have chocolate gifts to eat for breakfast? got home late last night from spending christmas dinner @ my cousins and now i must spend all of boxing day playing w/ my presents... well more like watching.

I've been watching a lot of things lately, yesterday i saw Minority Report,
Legend and Lilo & Stitch, and today i watched Mary Poppins. Plus i viewed the X anime dvd i got from my cousins, *inserts corny joke here*--> "how appropiate for xmas". How's your face?? Does it look like this--> >-<??

Speaking of Xmas...
i think my cousin confessed that he viewed my gift before giving it to me, wonder if he was confused by it. The translation is kinda funny, the dvd menu says "paly" instead of "play" and then there's the line fuuma says to kamui: "you're breeding". ha ha ha!! XD (of course i know the line is "you're bleeding") But i'm not complaining, except that the kanji of the characters' names were translated into chinese, so instead of Kamui it reads Sunwhei (or something like that ^-^;;) which is kinda strange.

But what i like best about the dvd is how the animation is much more crisper than the version i have on the comp. i know it's to be expected but it's still cool how things don't look so flat, the images have a kind of depth to them. Also interesting is the translation of the scene where Kamui awakens from a nightmare w/ fuuma & sorata watching over him... and when fuuma leaves sorata says something like "it must be love". However inaccurate the translation may be, it's still fun to see! ^u^

Oh! the SS in my banner stands for seventhseas, it's much easier than writing the whole (non-existent) word. Aha!! So i was right about Ernest wasn't i?? Poor Ernest, dead b/c Gareas is reckless & mentally unstable.

~tis the season to feel crummy! falala...~
shopping for presents is a painful experience cause not only do i have to get off my couch but i have to rack my brain for good gift ideas... and i have none!!
well i do have ideas but i can never find what i'm searching for so i end up w/ gifts that range from so-so to lousy.
not to mention that i have developed severe stingyitus, i can't part w/ money even to buy myself a snack. my solution is to starve till i get home and then pig out on pre-bought food, that and bring leftover halloween candy to tide me over (i really did). i hate buying crappy gifts though, i feel such guilt for dissappointing people... i may even buy additional presents after christmas, we'll see.

speaking of x cards, remind me to give you some of the extra x cards i got from my insane card spending spree.
as for my banner, i got rid of the link and just displayed it in the post below... so you can see it there.

about the lawful drug cross thingie, let's just say that it was a /present/ from the store manager in the first book.
i went to the lawful drug scanlations site and i noticed that there's a difference between the dialogue of the scans and that of the translation site i visit. Kazahaya seems a bit more blunt/rude than what i'm used to, but who knows... maybe the scanlation version is more accurate.

i'm not sure if i'll download the Candidate for Goddess OVA, is it b/c i liked Ernest only to be devasted by his attraction to Gareas?
Or is it b/c i'm lazy (with an IRC phobia) and it's got nothing to do w/ Gareas since i'll always have Erts? XD
Hee hee, anyways tell me when ya watch it and if it's any good i just might get it. I think i read somewhere that Ernest cares for Gareas b/c he can read minds and so knows of the mental pain that Gareas suffers from and thus feels connected to him somehow. Is that it?

ice skating
just today i saw the professional figure skating competition called Ice Wars (or something like that). basically it's where a team of US skaters compete against skaters from the rest of the world. There are 4 members per team and they skate twice, one where the marks are based on the technical aspect and the other on artistic performance. The team with the highest points is the winner, and it sucks that the world lost... but @ least i saw ilia kulik (sp?) skate, brings back memories of the winter olympics.

Lawful Drug & X
Yep lawful drug is pretty good isn't it? In a way it's better than X cause it's a lot more entertaining. Right now X is full of "the final battle is near" and a lot of confusing stuff about wishes, the power of the shinken and so on. Thus my reactions is "....i'm confused o_o". But X is still my favourite cause i like the art and characters a little bit more. Basically both are good!!
And maybe now you know where i got the cross w/ wings part of my layout??

i made myself a banner too sometime ago, although i'm not sure if i like it (maybe i'll make another one later). What do you think??


i have to go out for dinner now so i'll have to post anything else i wanted to say later. till then!!

making layouts are really tough for me, i've started about... 4 different ones but then i kinda abandon them cause they don't look that great. maybe i'm too lazy to put the time and work needed to make a good one?

i've went to the GetBacker sites that you've links for. i can't read what it says, but i checked out the wallpapers available and i even clicked on the games section of one site... did a puzzle and played darts, twas fun!!

recently i saw my cousins' cats and i realize that even though i kinda want one, i don't want one enough to deal w/ the vet checkups, the litterbox cleaning, etc. (basically the responsibility stuff)

but if i was to get a cat, i want it to be a tiny kitten (ever since i saw the cat in Lawful Drug). Also i would like it to be light-ginger colour (not sure what breed) and i would name it Quatre... even if it was a girl. To me that name would be purrrfect  >^u^< cause the short form of Quat sounds like Cat!!

note: if a stranger read this they'd think i was drinking wouldn't they? >u<
oh well, despite what others may think i think it's clever. and when i'm really old and predictably alone, i will add 4 more cats and name them after the other pilots. see? i have plans for the future!!

and now i have a craving for food so i'll end this entry here. ^u^

gee it's been a while since i last blogged, it's not b/c i don't have anything to say... just that i'm pretty lazy. so how appropiate it is that now i'm blogging... i've no clue what i wanted to say.

oh! i wanted to praise Mokona for creating the LOVELY (coloured ^o^)pic of when little kamui and fuuma first met. *throws party* hopefully i can find a site where the owner has purchased the item and scanned it, so not only is it larger than the tiny version i saw... but most importantly free for the taking!! *pushes devil horns back into head*

i also wanted to mention that i can't find the GW fic i was following on ffnet (boo hoo!). it must of been removed but it wasn't rated NC-17, at least it shouldn't of been seeing how nothing happens... i swear!! sniff, i'll never see it again, and it was a delightful fusion of gundam wing meets batman (which also means that practically no one will write another fic like it).

*cuts ribbon* The unveiling of my new layout!!
tada!! here is my new very, very, very pink (too pink according to mummy) layout. hope it looks okay cause there were times where i made myself sick trying to make it look good.
and now i'm attempting to work on the next one... unfortunately it's killin' me and i may not have time to finish it.

quite amusing, makes voice acting look fun!!
i must say that there was this one scene in particular, it was SO funny...
i LOVED it!!

and because i want to, here is the dialogue...
(the scene takes place in a fancy restaurant with rich men eating on its upper floor balcony, on the lower floor in comes... young guy)

Rich Man: Oh no, look at this guy. He doesn't look like he's eaten
          for a week.
Rich Men (all): Ha ha ha ha!!
Guy: Wow! Are those crackers up there?? What is that Ritz??

There's just one word for that... priceless, and if reading the dialogue doesn't amuse you then i guess it's one of those things you hafta see & hear to get. That or my strange sense of humour strikes again.

speaking of voice actors...
I remember that commercial thingy i wanted to tell you!!
Have you ever seen that Alpine (gum?) commercial where this guy says stuff like... "when tempers flare you tell them to coooool it". Ha ha!! Anyway, the guy strikes me as familiar... i think it's the guy who does Trowa's voice.
Is it?? or am i crazy.. afterall i'm still not over the fact that he's Trowa. And if you haven't seen the commercial... i'll cross my fingers so that you will someday soon.
