a lil' clamp chat
clamp has some new character pics to their album, one's from wish and the other's from magic knight rayearth. it's nice to see them draw some of the old characters... i wonder if they'll do more and of who.
and a blog+clamp's_album mentioned that clamp did a radio interview. the album links the radio site (i think) and you can see pictures of 2 clamp members.... from behind. so for those who wonder what their faces are like will have to keep on wondering. but the two look pretty young, i kinda thought they were older. maybe if i really search, i can find their year of birth. the lazy in me says nah though, and clamp doesn't say it on their site.

entertainment busy
hardly blogged this month as i've been keeping myself busy as of late. last 2 weeks were spent watching films of the who-dunnit variety. i recommend the "Murder on the Orient Express" film made in the 70s. it has a famous cast (@ least for back in the day) and, best of all, is set in the 30s. i recently saw a modern version of the same story, it was nicely done but lacks that old-fashion quality that i really enjoy. something about the look of the past... it gives cozyness and character to the crime's investigation.
olympic fever
and now i'm intently watching the olympics!! and every time i watch the opening cermonies, i think how nice it'd be if i was an athlete marching there. during opening cermonies i like to watch for the outfits worn by the countries. sorry but the US had unimpressive wear, too track-tear-awayish. most countries were dressed more classy, appearing in shirts, hats & ties of varying colours. generally i prefer the winter olympics as appose to summer, but that's not to say that i don't enjoy many of the events taking place in athens.

rowing
diving (+ synchronized)
swimming (+ synchronized ^u^)
gymnastics
though unlike most, i'm not very interested in track&field.
all in all, i wish i was there. v_v *sigh*
side note: clamp's album features a really cute drawing of the clamp campus detectives, with akira (my fave) featured the most. yippee!!

discovery
hi! thought i'd share something that i've long suspected and now believe i have proof for. in street fighter III: 3rd strike, there are two brothers yang & yun.
my suspision:
yang looks a lot like trowa in gundam wing
a guess:
since yang=trowa, i thought yun might be wufei
confirming evidence:
though i'm not 100% certain that the following are official doodles, it's good enough for me.
looks like trowa right? 
and it seems that yang's brother yun is based off of duo. interesting, no?
