alright. welcome to s.e.a.k. it's basically short for sam, em, aisling and kaitlin. and according to dictionary.com, the word seak means "soap prepared for use in milling cloth," which is exactly what we're all about. if you can't read this writing, then your eyesight sucks. get glasses. anyways, we are four friends who decided to write a lame ass blog because we have nothing to do over the christmas break anyways. and if it looks as if the entries aren't in chronological order because of weird times, it's because sam and em are in canada and me and aisling are in belgium, and well, yeah, time zones.. and remember to post on our gorgeous tag board! oh and i made the layout. anyways, enjoy

Samantha - Saturday Night At The Opera Sunday, January 16, 2005 - 03:43 p.m.
Listening to - Point of no Return ~ Phantom of the Opera Soundtrack. Okay, I went to see the Phantom of the Opera movie last night...IT WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD! Holy fuck, it rocked! As soon as I got home, Em and I downloaded like halk of the soundtrack. It was such an amazing movie! We're going to go see it again tonight. Yay! Okay, Gerard Butler, despite playing the phantom (who's face is err....somewhat, distorted) was dead sexy (as usual)! What a foxxxy man! And his voice....mmmm...so sexy....growl. Okay, enough about him - onto the other cast members. Okay, Emmy Rossum next...Man, she is like uber gorgeous and now officially one of my favourite actresses and singers! She was so good. And I loved her costumes. I wanted her capes so badly! And this one dress that she wore during an opera. So pretty....Okay, next - Minnie Driver. Okay, she rocked! So funny! Her accent and voice....hilarious. "Bring me may doggay!" Next, Miranda Richardson - another awesome star. Of course I will always be a fan of hers considering that she did Blackadder and all. Except it was kindof weird how in the movie she was uber French and her daughter had this huge British accent....weird. Finally, Simon Callow(e?). I don't like this guy. 'Cause he's in one of my favourite movies except in it he goes around naked. NOTICIBLY naked. Eeeeeeeew, 'cause he's this big guy with the dick the size of an eraser....yeah, ever since that traumatizing experience, I haven't liked him...but... I LOVED THIS MOVIE! Can't wait to see it again!
Okay, on to other matters. I had snowboarding today. Bruised my ass on the first run so I had to keep on trucking throughout the entire 2 and a half hours with a huge bruise growing on my bon-bon. Not fun at all. No. So now I can barely move anything thats connected to my right cheek. Oooooh, what fun this morning has been...
Samantha - For all my laziness..... Saturday, January 15, 2005 - 02:48 p.m.
Listening to - Spice Girls. Reading - InStyle Mag. Okay, here I am....again, in the crossroads of the internet. A little place I call...s.e.a.k. Not so much of a sanctuary as it is a place for my to excercise my fingers. As well as reflect I suppose, but it's the excercise that counts. Honestly... So, after the "gum on my panteos" incident, all ended well in the week. After 3 exams and one test and finally finishing one project that I never handed in, Saturday is FINALLY here, damnit!
Anyways, I'm bored. But that's nothing out of the ordinary. I started kickboxing this week at the college. Was dead nervous at first when I first looked in the gym where the lessons were held - only adults/college students were there. Decided to flee for my life but Mum blocked my escape route. Damn that woman, at least I got in an "I hate you" and a somewhat evil glare a la Draco Malfoy. But it turned out to be really fun. Lucky for Mum, had I hated it I really would've given her an "I told you so" as well as a hell of a lot of yelling thrown in. And if I was really feeling angry, I'd probably throw in an evil smirk (a la Draco Malfoy, so many great inspirations from that uber sexy god of a Slytherin) to go with the "I told you so".
Do I have anything else planned for the weekend? Snowboarding tomorrow. I imagine that's going to be pretty hellish. Another new batch of bruises to go with the ones from last week. Such joy I experience while falling down the entire mountain. There's nothing to get the adrenaline running then hearing your own screams deafen your ears as you plummet down a hill eventually turning into a giant cartoon snowball. Ah, the joy of snowboarding. And I wonder why I ever agreed to lessons....Has anyone ever thought to question my sanity yet?!?
kaitlin - just sixteen and a half more hours aisling! Wednesday, January 12, 2005 - 10:13 p.m.
listening to: incubus my school is full of freaks. yes, that includes you, aisling. we changed seating arrangements in science, and im sitting next to aisling, which is good, except now i'm also next to james k. he's so annoying.. BEYOND annoying.. the DEFINITION OF ANNOYING! he spent the whole period writing notes with kim, except kim was sitting about five seats from him, so they would take little pieces of paper, write like, ONE word on it, crunch it into a ball, and THROW it across the class. yes. very smart. and of course james always missed, so every ten minutes he would get up to take the note from the floor, and THEN give it to kim. at one point he walked past phil (i.. hate.. him...) and phil hit him REALLY hard on the back with his.. shoe(?). and there was this loud echo-y noise and.. it was funny. some of the people in my bio class are SO stupid, they're just funny. anyways, im sitting really far away from "dean", who's sitting next to kim, (who apparently used to like him.. grr). oh well.. at least i'll be able to stare at him without making it extremely obvious that i'm doing so, and he looks good from that angle.. *sigh* yes, my bio class is full of very.. interesting people. today we were talking about she-males. "we" as in, the teacher and all the stupid guys in our class who ask STUPID (but funny) questions..
aisling Tuesday, January 11, 2005 - 09:08 a.m.
Listening to: my Biology class bore themselves stupid.
Ah, I haven't posted here in so long. I went skiing. Was fun. But slightly painful. And those bloody French people ski like they drive. Thought process of a French skiier (sp?): ME FIRST! ME FIRST! OUT OF ZE WAY, STUPID FOREIGNER, OR I CRUSH YOU LIKE A BUG! WATCH ME! ME FIRST! I consider it sheer dumb luck I am still alive after a run-in with some bastard who tried to KILL me. And then he went and said it was an accident. Seriously. After whacking someone across the back with your pole, going over their skis and then turning back into their path, can you say with a straight face ""It was an accident"? This guy did. But I got him later . . . not that I'm admitting to anything. I miss my dog. She's in Holland, because we had to leave her with the breeders since we went away. But she's coming back on Wednesday. Only *counts* one more day! And I went to Ireland, for my cousin's christening. They're twin girls, 3 motnhs old and v. cute. I was godmother to Sophie (the older one) My cousin Shane (19 years old, but only a few inches taller than me) was godfather. And I can't remember who stood for Amelia, the other twin. And then the best bit . . . the christening bash. The ENTIRE family showed up. My dad's one of five kids, and my grandfather's one of nine, and my grandmother was one of eight, and they ALL have kids, and some of them have kids, and it was v. fun. And yes, before you ask, they did get drunk. It went on until 4AM, wha do you expect. I played a game of drunken football with some great-uncles, third cousins and one man who I think lived next door and decided to join the party. I scored a goal, and then they all went inside for more beer.
Emily- Steak.Pitas Monday, January 10, 2005 - 05:14 p.m.
Hahahahaha, if you look up "seak+pitas" on Google, you get this blog firt page, first thingy! It's awesome, we're sooooooooo famous. But then at the top, it's like "Did you mean Steak+pitas" hahahaha, so, now we're known as both seak and steak!
*Has a Random Bounce Fest*
kaitlin - if you looked up "gorgeous, hardrocking guy" in the dictionary, then there would be a picture of him. Monday, January 10, 2005 - 10:56 p.m.
grr.. i hate school. i got a 69% on my history exam. ok, dont think im stupid. my history teacher is stupid. and my french teacher pulls up her pants too high. and my gym teacher is a sadist because we're doing a DANCE unit. well, ignoring the usual stress that i get during school, i did get to see my friends again. and "dean". oh god. it's like he gets hotter every day. and i found out he plays the guitar. WHY is everything about him so fucking perfect? it's such a slap in the face because i KNOW he doesn't like me. ok, enough of this whiny crap- you probably dont give a shit. i started learning the guitar- my dad's teaching me, and it's so freaking hard. oh well, im learning.. AND I MIGHT GET ONE FOR MY BIRTHDAY! if i dont.. then i'll.. DIE. ok not really- but i'll be sad. anyways, short post... uh... bye.
Samantha - Gum on me panteos Monday, January 10, 2005 - 04:43 p.m.
Music : A-ha - Take me on (hahaha, it's just randomly on the radio!)
Wow......it's been a while. Like a v.v.v.v.v. long time since I've posted here. And honestly, I have no excuse for not posting here. I've just been to lazy to type. Besides, nothing has really happened so I didn't really know what to write....I still don't actually...
Anyways, I have gum on my bum. Sat on it at school, thankfully nobosy nocticed...I hope....oh well, at least my ass smells minty. Always look on the bright side of life.....da dum, da dum...
Fwa, I have 2 exams this week. And a test. And a project. *le sigh* that's muchos beaucoup.
Well, nothing more to say, I'll try to post in about 5 minutes, once my brain refreshes my memory. Yeah...having a goldfish memory has its downsides...
kaitlin - a great law banning crappy pop "artists" from good music.. i wish Wednesday, January 5, 2005 - 11:47 p.m.
listening to: the vines- older (and better) album
meh.. why do all LOSERS listen to green day?? they're a good band- good punk ("rock" is actually a better word.. they're too popular and famous to be punk).. it annoys me how there's all these people who listen to simple plan and good charlotte and all that kind of CRAP and then they say they listen to green day! it's sad.. anyways, they're really awesome except for that one song boulevard of broken dreams. it's just such an annoying song- they sing about being alone and that kind of shit. and another reason why it sucks is that all these OMG-i-cut-myself-whenever-im-sad-and-its-kool!1!-im-a-stoopid-rich-kid-with-a-happy-family-and-my-life-SUKS1!-i-luv-writing-about-extremely-personal-things-on-the-internet-bcuz-i-get-attention-from-it!!11! types of people like it, because they can relate to it or whatever. the video is stupid too. billy joe armstrong (he's so sexy btw) sings "i walk alone", but he's not alone! he's WALKING WITH HIS BAND. they should change the lyrics to "me and my band walk alone.. lalala" (without the "lalala" tho.. actually, with the "lalala".. HAH). anyways, green day is cool EXCEPT FOR BOULEVARD OF BROKEN DREAMS, and their lame fans... grr i hate ANNOYING people who get their hands on GOOD music. like britney spears, when she covered "satisfaction" by the rollings stones during that award show or whateverthefuck it was.. I HATE HER. I HATE HER!! and avril lavigne who covered that one really old green day song ("doo you have the time.. to listen to me whine??" ..i dont know the rest of the lyrics)... I HATE HER TOO! GAH. anyways, they should make a law against crappy pop stars that cover good songs. i should start some sort of petition... i had to go to holland today. we visited my grandparents and i had to go to the DENTIST. ahh.. at first i wasn't scared at all, but then when i got into the building i just freaked out.. well not really, i was just nervous. anyways, it turned out i had to get my tooth pulled. it was the first time ever. i have really good teeth. anyways, i got a shot for the painkillers and everything, but i had no fucking idea what was going on, so i just panicked. at one point, i felt something, and i moved my hand up and the dentist was like "noooo!" well, im kind of exaggerating.. but it still sucked. it still hurts.. *tear* my day sucked. and my sister says im anti-social o_0 sam! cheer up- you have a good life.. and ME. hah
kaitlin- hey, hey! you got me rockin' now! Monday, January 3, 2005 - 05:47 p.m.
AAAH. i just got a letter from my best friend from first grade- when i still lived in indonesia!! the last time we were in contact with each other was in sixth grade.. so this is weird. anyways, her name is della and we were really really good friends. she sent a picture of herself with her family and she's soo purdy! *squeels* this is awesome.. you know what really really pisses me off? i heard about this guy in the news in asia where the tsunamis hit, who was cleaning out his house with CLEAN DRINKING WATER. the bastard. he could have saved lives with that water, but nooo he had to clean his fucking house with it! it's just.. soo fucking selfish. i feel horrible about what's going on in southern asia, and i hope more help is going to come during the next few weeks. anyways, i was drawing last night. i just feel like showing this picture because i am very proud of it. click here to see the drawing.. originally, the cat is supposed to say "hey, hey! you got me rockin' now!" because i was listening to that song when i finished drawing it. the drawing looks better in real life but the scanner tends to ruin it. you know, drawing animals is much easier than drawing people.. sam and em- where are yoo?? neither of you have been online for ages.. *tear*
kaitlin - happy friggin new year Saturday, January 1 - 15 minutes into 2005
ok. so far, 2005 sucks for me. but, with my wonderful, and maybe creative resolutions, i can make this year better than 2004..
1. avoid boring and routinous days. that's what most of last year consisted of. 2. go out more often. it sucks being a fucking hermit. 3. be confrontational towards anyone who deserves it. in other words, be more of a bitch. i am tired of people who think they can walk all over me. 4. continue being a vegetarian- woohoo! 5. umm.. never say "lol" again. who actually says that and means it? okay well that's all i can think of.. did you know that if you held your fingers over your nostrils so you can't breathe through your nose, keep your tongue out of your mouth while singing crappy lyrics about something hypocritical- with some shitty music in the background- you'll sound exactly like good charlotte?
Emily- Sorry to all my fans! Wednesday, December 29, 2004 - 11:29 p.m.
I know, I know, I'm v. v. v. lazy and haven't posted in forever but, I've been busy, shopping, unwrapping prezzies, snowboarding and partying- it's stressfull and such a hard day's work.
Anyways, just came back from un boom! BOOM! and it was pretty good, pretty fun, pretty fabuloso. *munch* I'm eating some cereal now, it's like the only thing I've had to eat today since I was in the car driving home from Quebec and my parents are to lazy to make us anything. I'm so malnurished these days. Bah.
So, I can't move my knees very well, cause when I was snowboarding I was always landing on my knees so both of them are like purple at the moment...they hurt when I poke them.
I watched a really good movie called American Graffiti. It was so fuuny. At this one part, Harrison Ford drives up to these guys in his really flashy car and they're like trading insults and this girl looks over at him and goes "your car is uglier then I am" and Harrison Ford got this tres ridiculous and hilarious face and I couldn't stop laughing. And then at this other part, this girl was talking about "The Goatkiller"hahahaha, he kills people and then rearranges their body parts (supposedly)but it was so funny.
Damn, I can't believe our prezzies haven't reached you guys yet, but thankies gallore for the t-shirts, there so fab!!!
Samantha Wednesday, December 29, 2004 - 04:56 p.m.
Listening to : Pretty - The Cranberries.
Yay!! Pantless Dom! Oh, how I adore thee in all thy pantlessness! I'm going to a party tonight! Yarrrrr! But I need a costume....KAITLIN!! I NEED IDEAS FOR A COSTUME!!
kaitlin - ahahah look at what i found Tuesday, December 28, 2004 - 07:35 p.m.
listening to: green day it's dominic monaghan.. with no pants- roflmao
kaitlin - yay sam you got our shirts! Sunday, December 26, 2004 - 04:53 p.m.
that sucks that you got our shirts because i didn't get your present yet.. *tear* anyways, i had a nice christmas too. i got only dvds and cds- but that's great! the dvds i got were a futurama season one box set (yaay one of the greatest shows ever), a simpsons christmas dvd and a season four box set (yay another one of the greatest shows ever), spongebob- tales from the deep (ANOTHER one of the greatest shows ever), lolita (good stanley kubrick movie), eternal sunshine of the spotless mind (i loove that movie) and return of the king extended!! and i got a rolling stones cd- forty licks, the new greenday album, and the vines' first album. im still getting alot more because my irresponsible dad ordered stuff off amazon last minute, so some of the presents are late, and some of my friends still owe me presents. speaking of my dad, i didn't see him at all yesterday. he spent his christmas with his *shudders* girlfriend.. anyways, rotk extended is awesome. there was this one point in the extras where viggo was talking about how sean astin had to kiss rosie for the movie, but it was hard because he's married and everything. so viggo wakes up billy at his trailer, so that they can both support sean by standing behind the camera or whatever. so yeah, they're standing there and then they say how after sean kissed rosie, viggo kissed billy right on the lips. aha that was hilarious. and then they showed dominic monaghan laughing his ass off and the interview guy is like, "you never knew about this?" and he's like, "noo!!" anyways, i spent the whole day yesterday watching the movie- well actually i was half watching it because i've seen the cinematic version.. how many times? i lost count. the only scenes i really payed attention to were the new and extended scenes. sam and em, do you remember that part where after saruman gets stabbed, he falls off the tower and onto a spike? and noo, he couldn't just fall onto a spike and die, they had to add little sound affects to make it more gross. i mean, funny. jesus that was fucking hilarious! i could not stop laughing.. ooh i saw series of unfortunate events! it was a good movie, and those kids.. grr they were all so cute, and that girl was gorgeous. anyways, i liked the style of the movie, and jim carrey (as always) did very well. so yeah, im glad you two had a nice christmas.. merry belated christmas everyone! that includes you aisling!
Samantha - Merry Christmas...everyone. Bless Tiny Tim man, bless him. Saturday, December 25, 2004 - 08:22 p.m.
Listening to - Gackt ~ Mizerable.
Just finished Christmas dinner. Yum, yum. Had shrimp stir fry and po-ta-toes. Yuuuuuuuummers. Anyways, Christmas was v.v.v.v. good. Have noticed a decrease in prezzies....damn getting older. Anyways, I'll write what I got here:
Sony mp3 player, snowboard (only until april - full winter rental so it's just like having one!!), LOTR EXTENDED EDITION BOX SET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (was watching it allll day. *sigh* Dom/Merry is sooooo hot/yummy/cute/dead sexy), Keane shirt (YAY!!! Thank you muchos Kaitlin & Aisling!!), new Eeyore pj bottoms, these orange bath bombs (they smell really nice and look reeeeeally pretty. I thought they were candy until I put one in my mouth and read the box - "DO NOT SWALLOW!!" ......yeah, they taste REALLY bad), plus 2 purses, like 3 gift cards, 50 BUCKS!!.....and yeah, little mini prezzies in my stocking. T'was a good day.
kaitlin - the aisling-who's-supposed-to-come-to-kaitlin's-house theory Wednesday, December 22, 2004 - 06:19 p.m.
listening to: the vines me and sam have come up with a theory. it's called the aisling-who's-supposed-to-come-to-kaitlin's-house theory. this theory says that the reason aisling was late was that she insisted on wearing her favorite socks to my house, but she couldn't find them. aisling and her family eventually came here, with both cars because she wanted to show off how clean they both were, and they got out of the cars and were about to ring my doorbell, until they got kidnapped by my british neighbor, who's asking for a million pounds ("pounds" because he's british). so, im supposed to ring the doorbell and ask him if he happens to have kidnapped aisling and her family, and i should expect a response something like "yes.. gimme a million pounds." ok.. seriously, so far nothing has happened. i tried calling aisling's place but still no answer.. something must have happened or aisling is just ditching me *tear*
Samantha Wednesday, December 22, 2004 - 12:21 p.m.
Listening to - the shower running in background...
So, Kaitlin how's your conspiracy theory going? I mean, you must figure out where the hell Aisling is and what your strange British neighbor has to do with their disappearance....hmmm....oh, the possibilities...
Anyways, I'm REALLY bored. I'm going to the movies tonight, yay! To see "Lemony Snicket's Series of Unfourtunate Events" which I really want to see!! I heard that they didn't really stick to the books which is veeeeeeeeery good considering that I hated the books which is why I wonder, WHY THE HELL I WANT TO SEE THIS MOVIE!! And frankly, I can't answer it, cause I just don't know...I JUST don't know...
Anyways, do you want to know a secret? You do?.......me too. So, go find me a secret! You know what? I'm insanely bored. I mean, I'm bored a lot these days. I think it's cause for some reason I feel really jaded so anything that happens, I totally blow off...I mean "psssssssht, who gives a damn"...that and the fact that I'm stuck at home with NOTHING to do...*sigh* whatever is one (me) to do??? Talk about toads I s'pose.
kaitlin - what the hell is going on? Wednesday, December 22, 2004 - 05:34 p.m.
listening to: rolling stones ok.. aisling was supposed to be here at 3:00. now it's 5:30. there's two cars on my driveway, and i think one of them is aisling's, because it's silver, and i know aisling has a silver car.. i think.. and they both have those stickers that everyone at our school needs on our cars, so i know that the owners of those cars must be from my school, and therefore probably be aisling's. anyways, there's these cars on my driveway, and i heard talking- probably with my neighbor, who's british. and well, that's all i know.. so there's these cars on my driveway, but there's no one near the cars. and i opened the door, and there's no one in front of the door either. this is so retarded! *twilight zone music starts* (how does that go anyways??)
kaitlin - aisling you're 11 minutes late!! Wednesday, December 22, 2004 - 03:11 p.m.
some fucker almost ran over my dog! we were walking on the sidewalk and he started backing up his car, really fast without looking, and my dog was extremely lucky that she was on a leash, because otherwise i wouldn't have been able to stop her from getting hit by a car driven by some irrespondible dickhead! i was soo surprised by what almost happened, i was speechless. the bastard saw my expression (angry, annoyed, dropped jaw), and i didn't understand what he said, but he looked as if he totally didn't notice what he just did wrong. and then he fucking drove away! grrr i was soo mad! that dumbass almost did a hit and run on my fucking dog! i should have yelled at that asshole, flicked him off, thrown rocks at him, pushed him out of his car and beaten him to a motherfucking pulp! anything to show how fucking mad i was! i will never get over what just happened. not only am i beyond mad at that fuckface who almost ran over my dog, im mad at myself for not expressing my anger. next time something like this happens, i will explode. on a brighter note, aisling is coming over today. it's kind of odd that she said that she woke up at 10:45, because i remember calling her at 10:30.. hmm.. maybe it was her evil twin.. wait! what am i saying? not her evil twin! her good twin.. and yes, i saw it snowing! it was crappy snow tho, and what snow did stick is already melting away. oh well, at least it snowed! ...although i may have called aisling quite early (yes, 10:30 is waay too early for me) i fell asleep and woke up again at 1:00, and i was actually tired. i am way too lazy. i know that when school starts again, i will not survive.. i saw a movie yesterday called one night at mcools with liv tyler in it.. it was crap. the whole movie is about how "hot" liv tyler's character is. it kind of reminds me of the type of movies that are only made for men... okay, no feminist rants kaitlin..
aisling Wednesday, December 22, 2004 - No idea
Listening to: My sister watching the Rugrats Well, now that everyone knows I'm alive in the land of waffles, guess what? IT'S SNOWING!!!!!!!!!!! A really crap snowfall, though, since there's about an inch out there, but still. THERE'S SNOW!!!!! And that's just about all that's happening in my life. I slept in until 10:45 this morning. Which is late for me, like you three know. Dog's fallen asleep with her head on my knee again. Would be cute, but she drools about a litre per minute. She'll wake up and pass out from dehydration, I swear. How much snow's on the ground in good ol' Canada? Probably a couple feet, the way our luck over here is going. Ah well. VIVE CANADIA!
Sam...antha Tuesday, December 21, 2004 - 11:10 a.m.
Listening to : Tori Amos. AISLING!! YOU'RE HERE!! Very entertaining post by the way, it's always good to have a little misery at Christmas. Keeps you humble....and miserable. Anyways, my morning wasn't quite so eventful as Aislings...I woke up, sort of fell on the floor (I'm still half-asleep) and drag mydelf from my room into the computer room. Ugh, now I have carpet burns alllllllllll over my stomach. Ouchies, it hurts. Anyways, unlike Emily, I quite liked A Cinderella Story. Well....what parts I paid attention to...too much Chad Michael Murray...I couldn't focuse on what was happening, was swooning to much. Oooooh, and I like her dress. And mask. But I would've NEVER guessed she was Cinderella....I thought she was a bride...wearing a mask. Well, whatever, I thought Hilary was pretty in it...so I guess I'm the only Cinderella Story fan here? Oh well... And how can I NOT like 10 things I hate about you, Kaitlin? IT HAS HEATH LEDGER IN IT!!! Therefore is awesome. Plus, the witty, shakespearian-ish banter was really entertaining. Besides, it's based on a Shakepeare play, so the plot is pretty good...even if they transformed Shakespreare into a chick flick.
kaitlin- let it snow, let it snow, let it snow... yaaw! Tuesday, December 21, 2004 - 04:28 p.m.
listening to: rolling stones (one of the greatest bands ever.. yes- better than the killers! mwhaha) i love messing up my sleeping pattern without feeling guilty because i dont have to wake up early for the next three weeks anyways! yay! i fell asleep yesterday around 3:30 am and woke up at 1:00 pm and got out of bed at 2:00.. my day only lasts a few hours because it already starts getting dark at 4:30. whatever.. mornings suck anyways.. especially for aisling. *points* haha! ..it's not snowing.. *tear* it should tho, because now it's the perfect time for it to snow. it's freezing cold outside (literally) and it's almost christmas! damn you canadians over there with your stoopid snow.. grr... one of my friends on msn yelled at me because my screen name said that orlando bloom sucked. oh well, he still sucks- sam! hah! ooh a cinderalla story! that movie looks horrible, especially since hilary duff is in it and she's got shit for brains and therefore can't act. well im sure it's not as bad as 10 things i hate about you.. grr that movie was terrible- sam and em, hooow could you like that movie?? anyways, what's cinderalla story about anyways? argh that title is evil because cinderalla is COOL and hilary duff is NOT. speaking of annoying people that are in teen movies/can't act/try to sing but can't do that either, have any of you seen lindsay lohan's video? i know aisling has, and i agree with you, she can't sing! and have you also noticed that her video is exactly like britney spears's video- my prerogative.. she also sings about wanting privacy and she's also being a skanky whore.. i just don't get it.. why on earth would she want to be like *shudders* britney spears?? anyways, people like this annoy because they sing about wanting privacy, but then why don't they respect their own privacy? they could start off by not shoving their tits in the camera! and it's not like they're gonna get more privacy by continuing being crappy pop artists! and they should have thought about privacy before becoming famous.. maybe they don't want privacy, maybe they're just singing about it because everyone else is doing it- it's a trend! ..have any of you seen ashlee simpson's new video? she's all like "oooh look at me im so cool with my hardcore friends partying at a laundromat! yay im soo rockin! i dont have aaany talent and im only famous because of my sister! yay!" ...if any of you are bored (hopefully you're not because you're reading our sooper cool blog) then go to homestarrunner.com. if you're gonna see any of the cartoons, go to teen girl squad- it's the best.. "childrrreennn!!" hahah
aisling Tuesday, December 21, 2004 - Too bloody early
So, I'm the (in)famous Aisling everyone's been writing about. You know, I've read all the posts on this blog and just about every single one mentions me at least once? Always nice to know you're loved, isn't it?
Don't you just love the holidays? I DON'T! Here's why:
My day so far (as of 9:24am):
12:00AM- Wake up very confused, with craving for pickles, to find sister (whom I share a room with) spewing everywhere. Craving for pickles now gone. Bounce off my bed (avoiding Lake Formerly-Known-As-Beef-Pie) and into hall in search of aid, since I would rather NOT deal with that so early in the morning. Or late at night. Either one. Find father downstairs, who immediately goes into Defcon-5 mode, tearing up the stairs and shouting instructions. Not quite sure who to, since everyone else is asleep and I'm telling him he needs a hobby. As I sit on the stairs and read Douglas Adams (v. calming), father does bang-up job of cleaning, and in five mins, am back in bed and wondering how the hell did Dad get the smell to go away?
3:00AM- Wake up. Sister has just sprayed me and rest of room with some God-awful air freshener stuff. Says the smell was bothering her. Tell her v. politely to shove the stuff up her nose. Go back to sleep.
4:15AM- Wake up. Beloved dog is having a fit downstairs and no one seems to want to go comfort said dog. As always, is MY job, especially during wee hours of the morning. Go downstairs and down to room where dog sleeps. Find little tiny kitten sitting on outside windowsill and glaring down at Magic (dog). Dog is almost in tears and scared out of wits, though she would inhale kitten if she breathed in front of it. Bang on window and kitten hisses. Dog just about dies. Bang on window again and kitten leaves. Dog is whimpering in corner. Wonder if we're feeding her something bad. Go sit by dog and tell her about crappy movie I saw on the weekend. She gnaws my hand in sympathy. Eventually, she falls asleep, drooling on my leg in thanks for my kindness. Go to window and swear at kitten. Go back to bed.
6:20somethingAM- Wake up. Mother is leaving house, since she teaches first period at her school (on other side of city) and must get up at six. She slams the doors. All of them. Misery loves company. Especially my mother's. Decide the gods don't like me today. Go downstairs, fetch dog and watch Star Wars (70's version).
7:somethingAM: Discover dog has intense hatred of Harrison Ford's drawl and will growl when he comes on screen. Find this v. amusing until she attacks the TV.
8:30: Eat my breakfast. Give dog her breakfast. Wonder where my family is. Turn on computer. Check email. Write a sodding long blog update.
No one's up, except me and the dog. And I'm BORED. And listening to The Killers and Breaking Benjamin (not at the same time) v. loudly. Dog appears to be dancing in the hall. Urgh. Need sleep. Ta-ta.
Emily- Where are you Aisling!? Monday, December 20, 2004 - 11:04 p.m.
Somebody really needs to tell Aisling about s.e.a.k. cause at the moment it's more like s.e.k. and it just isn't the same, after all, she's the voice of reason and the only one that may be able to keep all our readers sane...or not.
Hahahaha, I just watched the movie A Cinderella Story. It was so bad! It was so lame and predictable but then again, what would you expect from Hilary Duff?
My life is boring too...
kaitlin - 18 minutes later.. Tuesday, December 21, 2004 - 01:27 a.m.
im gonna go downstairs and make a sandwhich..
kaitlin - today sucked ass! Tuesday, December 21, 2004 - 01:09 a.m.
listening to: the vines my life stinks! well it does now at least.. i had such a crappy, useless, and not to mention boring day. well, what's new? the only thing i achieved was getting addicted to this msn game called "bejeweled" and having done my best drawing so far ..but that's beside the point! oh yeah and i talked to a hot irishman on msn and it did not go well.. i was planning on inviting aisling over but nooo she couldn't come! damn you aisling! oh yes and i found out that im seriously unhealthy and have a zero lust for food.. i only found out around 8 pm that i haven't eaten all day! grr then i told myself i would go on an eating spree and after some cereal and scrambled eggs i already stopped. i want to eat and be healthy, im just never hungry.. it's weird.. and then i realized that in 2004 i haven't done anything interesting and i've barely achieved anything. so during the next month, before my birthday, im planning on doing as much crazy stuff as possible so i can look back and say that my 14th year has been remotely interesting. if every day of the next three weeks is gonna be like this, then i'll end up dying of boredom before school starts again.. it's really weird.. i actually already miss school! *tear*
Sam I am, I am Sam, would you like some green eggs and ham?? Monday, December 20, 2004 - 10:59 a.m.
'allo govs. How are you all this fine morning. I myself am literally frozen, but a mere popsicle of all to marvel at...and lick. I am typing this through a translator who is reading my blinks that I am dictating through to him in morse code. Man.....I'm so brilliant sometimes, I really do cease to amaze myself at all my feats. No, I'm a liar. I'M TAKING YOU FOR A RIDE!! I'm not frozen...yet, but I've practically been put under house arrest because in Mum's words "It's -40 degrees. PEOPLE WILL FREEZE IN EXACTLY 4 MINUTES! Their eyes will become dark, and they'll become cold...very cold...cold in their darkness. Then you cry for help, you want to go home...but you can't you stupid mortal for you are too weak to move your goddamn legs. Have a nice day girls." So yeah, I'm stuck in here. Enjoying my "nice day" Oh, I put up the tagboard..praise me, praise me...and yes I know it was ugly but, I'm HTML/CSS/Whatever else - retareded, so Kaitlin, I left that to you. HAVE A NICE DAY YOU MERE MORTALS!!
kaitlin- you two are retards Monday, December 20, 2004 - 03:41 p.m.
how the hell could you like brad pitt, sam!!?? argh he is soo annoying. remember him from troy- one of the worst movies of the year? no scratch that out- one of the worst movies of the .. millenium! i have never seen such a lack of acting in such a blockbuster movie- and brad pitt (grr) contributed to that. i especially hate that bitch who played hellen.. grr.. okay im going a bit off subject. anyways.. oooh yeah i want to see constantine! i heard of that movie like ages ago when i was going through my shia labeouf (mmmm) phase- he's in it! he plays like some sidekick or whatever. did you know that he also plays a small part in i, robot?? it's kind of sad because that movie looks like crap. im not gonna see that in a million years. emily! despite the crappiness, and fake-ness of that movie, signs was still freaky! and how could you be freaked out by the others? it was a good movie and everything but it totally wasn't scary. oceans twelve.. dont want to see that. it does look bad.. well actually it doesn't really look bad, but it's not really my type of movie. why would you be interested in a bunch of guys who want to rob a bank or whatever? i don't give a crap! i saw the first one and it was boring.. isn't the plot for the second one sort of the same as the first one? what's the point of seeing the second one then if you've already seen the first one? that's pretty funny with the gabriel thing. that's the only reason i would ever see it- hhahah. oh crap.. i still haven't listened to the killers.. alrighty then, i'll download some now... oh and hey whoever put up the tagboard, good idea, except it was ugly. haha. i fixed it. now it's pretty.
No Sam those were not scary Monday, December 20, 2004 - 01:07 a.m.
Okay, Constantine doesn't look the least bit scary but, yes, I still want to see it, even though ugly crap actor Keanu Reeves is the star...meh. And Sam, those movies weren't scary at all. Remember after the Canada day party!? When we were all watching Signs and Kaitlin and you were like "oh my god, oh my god- ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" at the part in Brazil at the birthday party with the alien and me and aisling were laughing so hard because it -was so fake! Hahahahaha, good times.
Samantha - how much wood could a woodchuck... Monday, December 20, 2004 - 12:16 a.m.
Yes, Em, I concur with you (a rarity indeed!) about Ocean's Twelve. By the way, you forgot to mention Brad Pitt yumminess. Which reminds me!!! I SAW THE TRAILER FOR MR AND MRS SMITH!!! Oooooh! It looks SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO fetch!! I need to see it! As well as Constantine. As much as I hate Keanu, and his non-exictant acting abilities, I have to say that I want to see this movie. It'll probably kill me (I mean, I BARELY got through Signs and The Others and according to Em, those aren't scary...liar). So, yes, many movies that I want to see.
Emily, we have a Royal Decree!!!?!?!? THAT'S BLOODY AMAZING!! COMPLETLEY LUDACRIS!!! AB FAB!!! And it will come in handy if I ever decide to turn to the dark side.
Emily...again Sunday, December 19, 2004 - 11:59 p.m.
Gah!!! Back from the movies, Ocean's Twelve was...pretty crappy, some parts were funny but I just hated Cathrine Zeta-Jones!! And, it was so stupid, this master thief guy breakdanced across a set of lasers!! And he looked exactly like Gabriel! From ISB! It was scary, me and Sam were like "Whoa..hahahahahaha" so that was the only good part. That and Matt Damon...yummy.
I didn't get to make the cookies *tear*
Anyways, everyone must listen to The Killers (Kaitlin!!!) and sign the tagboard! By Seak's Royal Decree!
Samantha again - It's all to do with beer, baby Sunday, December 19, 2004 - 06:04 p.m.
Ooooh, I know I am. Good one Goyle.
You know what this revelation calls for? (mysterious echoy voice in the distance : Noooooo....whaaaaaaaaat doooeees iiiit caaaaaaall fooooooor?)
THIS CALLS FOR A BUD LIGHT! For all the brothers from different mothers. And me.
Gotta love those commericials.
I sure as buggery do.
YOU BETTER!
Because then you like what I like.
And I rock.
Period.
kaitlin Sunday, December 19, 2004 - 10:58 p.m.
no.. you're grand
Sam Sunday, December 19, 2004 - 04:52 p.m.
I'm what?
Witty?
Amazing?
Ab Fab? <-----I love that show, darling.
Compelling?
Irresistable?
All of the above?
kaitlin - um.... Sunday, December 19, 2004 - 10:41 p.m.
..just ignore sam.. she's sort of.. um... well.. you know what i mean.
Sam's post - Ooooh, double entry...scary...except not Sunday, December 19, 2004 - 04:12 p.m.
Hello, hello, all.
Again.
So I lied. It's been more than 5 minutes. So sorry.
So, do you feel the need for speed? Or do you just want to know more about me?
Who exactly are you anyways? Is anyone actually reading this? Or am I talking to....NOONE!?!?
Hahahaha, noone....I mean no one, but noone works.
I'm making myself ponder.
Getting a little too phylisophical.
Whew, that was hard to spell.
I didn't even spell it right.
Yarrr, matey.
Okay, so here we are, back with introductions...the sequel.
What EXACTLY do you want to know, I ask myself? What do the readers want?
I know what you want....*sly wink*....heeheeheee honkhonkhonk. Zut alors! I 'ave missed one!
Hahaha, I love that movie. Actually, that's a lie. The chef is the only good character. Although who can resist Sabastian and the guy with the pipe. I suppose I've always had a thing for crustations.
Ewww, not in THAT way!
Grr, of course our blog only attracts an audience who has their minds in the gutter.
Although my minds down their most of the time down there.
So, we'll meet down there? Is 7 good for you?
RANDOMOSITY BITCH! That's not my name, but I'll go by anything.
Okay, well, got a LITTLE sidetracked there. Just a tad.
Mmmmmmkay, so, I like...
Dewdrops on kittens and rain drops in mittens,
brown paper bags all tied up with string,
these are a few of my favourite things.
You know the words, so damnit, SING ALONG!
Well, I'm hoping that you know the words, 'cause I sure as buggery don't.
Well, that was a helpfull session, I'm pretty sure that you've all come to the conclusion that I'm insane (and trust me, I would have it any other way!) so come on in next time for another episode of...
My...something...um..somthing...of my ...life...
Yeah, great name.
The me show. I am an island. Every (wo)man is an island.
Argh, somebody shoot Hugh Grant.
Actually, I have to say that that was a pretty good movie. I want the yeti costume coat. Hahaha.
Sam's First Post *tears of joy* Sunday, December 19, 2004 - 02:44 p.m.
Hello, I'm the infamous Sam!! Huzzah! Proud vegetarian and tree hugger galour!! Yayayayaya..y!!I have a small obsession with..practically everything...and everyone *sly wink*.
Anyways, onwards with the introduction. Proceed.
I like strange words and I adore british slang and the funny looks I get here in Canada when I use the brit-talk. I LOVE the colour purple (deep, deep, look into my eyes, purple)and I too, like Kaitlin, like dying my hair. I like saying the word "like" and other words such as.....um....well, can't quite think of any of my (useless) vocabulary, but it will come to me, oh yes, it will...
I mainly speak in quotes. All from my favourite movies o' course. I do this mainly because I was born without a personality...haha, just kidding!!! Whao, gotcha there eh?! The suspense of the dots was mind blowing.
Anyways, I really have no idea what the hell I'm talking about.
Although, I don't think I've ever actually fully understood what I was trying to tell people...and I don't think that the people I was trying to make a point to fully understood what the hell I was trying to say either.
It's a vicious cycle, butch!
Errrr....I mean bitch.
Damnit, I also have a thing for spelling erros. And I'm way too lazy to hit felete..I mean DELETE damnit!
Grr....errors! errors!
Anyways, I'll be back with more about me, later...in about 5 minutes.
Bye! Ciao! Aufweirdersehen! Tschus! Guten Abend! Adios! Au revoir!
kaitlin - go vegetarianism Sunday, December 19, 2004 - 08:32 p.m.
yay christmas!! only 6 days! i added my christmas tree like one or two weeks ago.. it's plastic- hah.. *ahem* emily you sort of missed out on incubus.. grr.. and i forgot to mention that me and sam (and maybe em.. but not aisling) are proud vegetarians! long-live domesticated animals! hah.. yay bouncy castle.. lets have a bounce fest! haha.. and i also forgot to mention that i am a tad obsessed with johnny depp, and anything related with johnny depp. i also have a massive crush on brandon boyd- the lead singer of incubus. i also sometimes like to draw but am crap at it. i love dying my hair, and right now it's brown (naturally) with orange tips! yaya
Emily's First Post Sunday, December 19, 2004 - 02:15 p.m.
Hello World,
I'm Emily, a rather insane 14 year old Canadian gal. I'm a high school student who lives the cafe lifestyle (mmmm, Starbucks...) I'm movie obssesed, love to write, chill with friends, play soccer and listen to stuff like No Doubt, the Beatles, The Killers and L'arc~en~ciel( Even though I can't understand a word that they're saying since they're Japanese!) . Anyways, I like to be sarcastic, listen to music, snowboard, play soccer, sleep on trampolines, bounce in bouncy castles, go to the cinema, write, paint, go to concerts, swim and be overdramatic.
I also have a fetish for evil, apples and korean candy!
Okay, that was a tad long...
Anyways, It's almost Christmas! I'm so excited, I decorated the tree last night so it looks kickass now and there are even a few prezzies for moi underneath already. And, I'm going to make cookies today, of course my mom will be with me since when I bake I'm such a klutz and fire hazard. I'm going to see Ocean's Twelve today with Sam and some friends, yay! So, yeah...that's all I have to say....
kaitlin - yaya! Sunday, December 19, 2004 - 08:11 p.m.
listening to: flogging molly yay! the first entry of seak. this rocks. the funny thing is that sam hasn't seen the blog yet and aisling hasn't even heard of it.. oh well.. right- i am kaitlin and i live in belgium close to aisling and we go to the same school. sam and em are canadian and live in canada.. they used to live here but then moved.. *tear* im in 9th grade and um.. yeah... | ||
