In the midst of exam week

Dear Pitas,
One week has flown by so quickly.
After accounting on Wednesday, Dw, Jy, Jes & Deb handed us packets of goodies filled with sweets, chocolates and little notes of encouragement. What a sweet gesture! It was like celebrating Children's Day all over again. Thanks folks! It lifted my spirits. I had this funny feeling i __________ (insert appropriate verb) up my paper, so i'm now wishing for the best (as is the case for the marketing test as well; read Cecelia's email -- there are a whooping 18 failures!)
On Friday grandpa had another fainting spell, so mum and sis had to whisk him off to hospital. Days of (multiple) phone calls and (lots of) worrying later, he's back at home now.
Read in the papers that the uncut version of Lust, Caution is finally going to be released on Nov 8th. Hurray! Must grab someone to watch this film together.
On Saturday we attended Mangaka 07 at Library@Orchard. Sis' entry came in second for the junior category. Congratulations 小妹!
Bought the new Tanya Chua album yesterday. It has this indie vibe, it's melodic and IMHO one of the best chinese albums i've heard all year.

Exam Week

Exam starts tomorrow, and i'm sweating already. Am i going to put my EIEO (Everything In, Everything Out) theory into practice? Or rather, NINO (Nothing In, Nothing Out)?
Oh well.

Random updates.
Part 1: Visited grandpa at the hospital today. He was warded on Saturday for a hernia problem. Scheduled for a surgery on Wednesday (i believe) (Update: Thursday -- he's alright now) so grandpa please get well soon!
Part 2: Much has happened since i last updated. We handed up our project.. celebrated yf & yl's birthdays.. attended my cousin's wedding (congratulations Joseph & Alicia).. had a post-test outing.. and countless other random outings that i will not list here..
Part 3: Not posting photos of any of the aforementioned events because i look bad (i'm either slouching or i have my eyes shut or i have a lion's mane for hair).
Part 4: Revision is proceeding at a snail's pace.
Part 5: I cannot write proper sentences anymore.
