Teh Awesomest Storey
a short, unfinished story composed by B and myself.
Once upon a midsummer’s noon, wafers were battling to protect livers in Argentina from Nazi babies. Many brave turnips bolstered their sofas with chintz and taffeta, but the chimpanzees cut kneecaps down to size. Weary, my spandex toupee flopped wearily into his sheathe of terror, whilst I proudly bent towards the daffodils and inhaled lungfuls upon hatfuls of pure, sweet, meaty cedar pine salmon teeth frills.
“Hello, Felixina, my saucy lass,” I wheezed lovingly, “Bananas suit the ants in your eyes, this is my way of expressing my everlasting, squishy, pulsating, entrails-churning…”
“What do I have to say to make you see?” she demanded, eyes ablaze, nose running haphazardly. “Kimberlinettiayana, why dost thou drinketh thine Gatorade with sprinkles upon your face, honey?”
“Brigand! Ye not know? Have ye always acted in such rash morals? I hardly believe yonder punk in the blue hammock when he chortles malignantly that you ate my baby blue squirrel hat! What insolence! I don’t even know ye anymore!”
She lowered her arms in despondence and bawled her heart into a xylophone case. Eggplants rained from above, oranges crashed from the sea onto my shoreline beachhouse, reflecting her
As you can see, we stopped mid sentence, but you can still see its awesomenoscity. Really, I think this story can go places.
This week has been proving to be only marginally as terrible as I thought it would. Thank you, God, for showing mercy on my pitiful soul. Please let me continue to have this luck for the next... oh, TRILLION YEARS. Thank goodness school is almost over! I can taste the freedom in my mouth!
And I have decided. If I ever get around to learning how to ride a bicycle, I'm totally getting my uncle to teach me how to ride a motorcycle. Then, I'll be one step closer to my plan for world domination! MUHAHAHAHAHA...
Hrm, my anxiety attacks are gone. AWESOME! ...But I'm having violent mood swings. GROOVY! Moe is also having random bouts of crazy. AMAZING! Moe's tired now, so I'll go to bed soon. EXCELLENT!

05:12 p.m.
Yay! B's computer is so ultra-cool, and ultra-fast! Much better than moe's old clunker. Hurray!
Anyway, it's that last few weeks of school, and that good ol' CPT rush is sinking in again. Last semester, it wasn't nearly as bad... since I didn't have any CPT's! Well, excluding the Computer Science one, where someone had to carry my weight. Ahem. Yeah.
So this semester is like whiplash compared to last in terms of work. Moe has done very little in English, even though (shock!) it's the class moe was doing the worse in. Really, though, English? Me doing the worse in? (after re-reading that sentence, what a surprise) That is SO weird. I bet the only classes that I'll do fairly well in is Religion and maybe Physics, since the teacher is nice to me. Anthro/Psycho/Soc is alright, but moe hasn't handed in her last few assignments. I swear I'll hand them in soon though. I SWEAR.
Remember that RG Veda volume that moe was obsessing over a while back? Moe has it now. And moe was/is SO happy when she got it. It was monster thick and filled with happy. Happy meaning character death upon character death and depressing revelations. JOY! It doesn't matter. Moe knew it was coming, and moe's just grateful to have the silly book.
Now moe only needs volumes 1, 6, and 7 to complete her collection, but is willing to settle for the reprint, or even the... translation. Not that I'm usually finicky about English versions, but Tokyopop has this unfortunate tendency to... ugly up the cover. Bleh.
...After re-reading the post, I realized that I use third-person a lot. Hah! And I wonder why I do so poorly in English. *shame*
I made a grammatical error in the second last entry I made. A grammatical error of THE WORSE KIND. SO BAD IT WAS PAINFUL TO HAVE IN EXISTENCE. But I fixed it, and now no one's the wiser... except for the fact that I just announced it too all.
...
Moving on...
BRING ON SUMMER! And Happy Birthday Daddy! *loves*

11:15 p.m.
Moe is sitting in a deep pit of depression. Know why? Sensei-san and moe just witnessed the end of Fatal Frame 2. The BAD ending. It has just been a fantastic week, filled with rather tragic endings for moe. First it was Angel. Now Fatal Frame 2. JOY.
Also, because of Fatal Frame 2, I will no longer think of the following the same EVER AGAIN: Twins, Old Cameras, Boxes, Stairwells, Film Projectors, Rituals, Radios, Most Crystals, Keys and Locks, White Hair, Rhyming Twin Names, Journals/Scrapbooks/Notes, Butterflies, The Colour Red/Crimson, Limps/Bad Legs, Children Playing Tag, Dark Pits, Blindness, Priests, and MANY MORE! Moe will also cringe and look at you sourly if you ever say, "no matter what happens, I'll forgive you." *angst* I need a hug.
On another topic, the Angel finale was really good. Actually, the whole last season was really good. There were some really interesting episodes, and the acting was excellent. There were some depressing points (Fred! NO!@), but there were some really cool points that made up for it (I want to be Illyria). All in all, it was one of the best seasons of Angel. TOO BAD THERE WON'T BE ANYMORE. HA HA HA.
Moe has also seens some new anime. Anzumanga Daioh is so cute, I got diabetes watching it, and all my teeth rotted and fell out. It was very funny as well. I also watched Haibane Renmei, and while not as cute, it had its moments. It is also very well written, very unique, and incredibly intriguing. Moe would like to watch more.
Moe, overall, has had a somehwat lousy weekend. Mostly because moe had a skin irritation problem, which resulted in her attempting to claw off all of her skin. And looking very red, even before she started scratching. Moe looked very much like a lobster. It also felt terrible.
...That is all.
...
...MAYU! MIO! YOU PROMISED! NOOOOOO!!!!!!11one

Moe had an enjoyable week! ... Too bad moe can only remember the last few days... Whatever! I think I had a nice week...!
Thursday was pretty much a normal school day, only it was also a civvies day, and I went to B's house to work on a Physics project, on which we ultimately did very little on. B's house is very classy. Like, it's all colour coordinated and everything. With matching drapes too. Whoa. She also had the best stools ever. EVER! That and the lighting in her kitchen.
Friday was a PA Day, so I slept in a bit. At around eleven or so, KT, B, and Aky came over so we could go neighbourhood exploring.
Originally, we wanted to go poke around a Luteran cemetary, but the gate was closed so we didn't, for fear of an old man with a shotgun chasing us out for tresspassin'. Instead, we started following a mysterious path that led into the woods that no one knew of previously. We be safe chillun'.
So anyway, the path was a little muddy since it rained the day before, but it was still pretty dry. Eventually, we came across a little bridge over a creek, where we commited a GRAVE ACT OF VANDALISM. Also, after a few minutes of consideration and needling, we decided to follow the creek to see where it would lead us. Which is actually kind of strange since none of us are really particularly adventurous.
Following the creek was originally pretty easy. There was a bit of a path, so we followed that. We also found lots of places where we could have picnics and suchwhat. Then when we couldn't follow the creek anymore (it got really steep) we headed up to see where we were and we discovered that we weren't really that far from where we started. So we walked around behind the business park where we surfaced before going back down to wander again. This time, it was not as pleasant.
Walking around that time was like wrestling several porcupines on steroids. Fortunatley, I was wereing a jacket. KT and Aky were not as fortunate. We eventually made it out when we stopped having as much fun, but it wasn't too bad. We went back to the bridge and followed the remaining path back to the suburbs.
Then we went to KT's house (after stopping by my house again to pick up my PS2), and played Fatal Frame. HOLY CRAP, IT IS SCARIER THAN THE SECOND ONE, AND I WAS ALREADY SCARED CRAPLESS BY THAT ONE. >_< Still, it was awesome. Right now, I still have it, and I poke at it once in a while to scare myself.
Later on, Joan came by and also was terrified by the game. We then left to walk to the movies to watch Van Helsing. All in all, it was an okay movie. I like the action-y bits, but the story was lacking. That, and some moments were so weird I started snickering at inappropriate moments.
After the movie, We went to the Chinese mall next door (where we ran into my sister and her friends. STALKER!), when B MYSTERIOUSLY DISAPPEARED. We looked around for a while, before KT decided to call her house and discovered the B walked back to her house! Whoa! And then we all felt nonplussed and went to KT's house.
B left soon, and then Aky. Joan, KT, and I played a little more Fatal Frame, and then had dinner. Where we made comments about how ghosts could come get us at any moment. And my hands shook a little. And I was so scared my BRAIN HURT. We decided we shouldn't play anymore Fatal Frame, and we watched Laputa instead since every Chinese kid should watch it at least ONCE in there lives (and My Neighbour Tortoro), and they didn't so I was horrified.
That and Laputa was not terrifying at all. Anyway, after the movie I left. And the rest of my weekend was pretty dull. Right now I have an English Essay to do, of which I have done, let's see... NONE. But instead, I'm writing this. 'Cause I'm a moron. Yep. That's right.
...Crap damnit.

08:09 p.m.
Man, you know you're lazy when you won't even update a blog that takes minimal effort to do. Behold! Moe! Sloth Queen!
Actually, the last two weeks have been pretty eventful. I got my report card, which was bizarre. I swear, it's like looking at someone else's marks. I NEVER get marks like that. It's the report card of a, dare I say, PACEr!
But enough about that. I also BATCOed a lot afterschool. Y'know, for the Easter liturgies TWO WEEKS AFTER EASTER. Whatever. Lots of setup was involved, and my arms that were beginning to fall apart with atrophy firmed up again. I couldn't even bend my elbows without pain. EXCELLENT. That means moe's been doing some much needed excercise!
Anyway, I learnt how to use the spotlights. They're not that hard to use, but they're terribly cumbersome. Not something a dainty female such as I should handle... Right. Anyway, I walked away form that experience with new knowledge about the spots, and the realization that mass on the scaffolding is really, Really, REALLY boring. It would be so much better if I had a chair or something.
We watched the movie Alive in Anthropolgy. Man, that movie was depressing. So many dead people... and what a way to go. Also, the cannibal part was rather disturbing. And Roy annoyed me. That whiny jerk.
Right now, I'm doing the Thirty hour Famine. Unfortunately for me, I didn't get a chance to gorge before six, since I was in a rush, and I got fifteen minutes for dinner. Oh well!
I'm also listening to The Interzone Mantras CD by The Tea Party I got my sister for her birthday last year (GWAH I NEED TO GET HER A PRESENT THIS SATURDAY!), and I must say, The Tea Party are really good.
You know the feeling where you're just doing normal things, when all of a sudden, it's like your ears become unclogged and you can see everything better all of a sudden? Like everything is suddenly clear? And then it goes away, and you don't remember what everything was like? Yeah. That's been happening to me a lot the last few weeks. That and lots of sudden bouts of coughing. I think something's up...
And I want to join Aky's rock orchestra. I would like to play some sort of string instrument, preferably a violin. Unfortunately, I can't play ANY instrument right now, let alone a violin. I bet I have to work on that.

10:16 p.m.
Whoa. Most eventful week. Evar.
... Which is kind of embarrassing since it wasn't even that exciting. I guess even boring things seem interesting up here in Farmville. Che. Whatever.
Lesse... Monday was actually pretty normal. The bus ride home was pretty fun though. They were moving a house, so the normal route would have taken a REALLY long time, so our bus driver took a detour. We drove east on 16th, and then north to avoid the traffic. It was great since our bus driver was driving at 90-100 kmph. On one lane roads. With 40 kmph speed limits. Over rolling hills (St Lawrence Lowlands! Geography!).
There were also many farms. Which was expected. A lot of old barns and stuff too. A lot of the one lane streets were main streets in the northern area or town, so I was a little embarrassed. We also passed a cemetary, one of several in our little town. And I think the bus driver ran a red light or something.
All in all, I think we were only 20-25 minutes behind schedule. It would have been liess, but the bus driver passed a bus stop, so we had to double back.
Tuesday... I think something happened, but I'm getting old and senile, so I forget. Moving on...
Wednesday was the retreat. Basically, we took Myers-Briggs personality quizzes. I am an ISNJ or something. The one that's like a writer, I don't really remember. All I know is, If I was Extroverted instead of introverted, I'd be just like Hitler. SCORE! As is, I'm like Thomas Jefferson, Jimmy Carter, and Sigmund Freud... Joy?
The bus ride home that day was also very short. :D
Thursday was the last day of school before Easter holidays, so the teachers planned tests for that day. Yay. I only had one, but I understand theat many people had several.
ANYWAY, I had a physics test, but I always seem to take forever on physics tests, so... yeah. I did have a cold that day, though, so I was coughing all throughout the test. At one point or another, the teacher moved somewhat near my desk to supervise, so I turned to him and wheezed, "SARS...!". He laughed and then leaned over my desk and waved his hands towards his face to whiff up my germs. So I then proceeded to wheeze some more. I like it when teachers humour me.
Anthro... we had to perform experiments on people. I won't get too far into detail, but the comprehension test scores I got from some of you people... FOR SHAHM. Tsk tsk.
Friday was a family get-together day since no one had to work or go to school. We had dim sum. MEATY DIM SUM! HAW HAW!... yeah. After dim sum, my cousin and I got this idea to walk to my house from the restaurant. I lived about 20 minutes away, so his parents (who were the ones that gave me the ride to the restaurant in the first place since my dad was with HIS friends and not his family *sobsob*) were all "you crazy kids", but let us off at a major intersection anyway.
As we were walking, my cousin and I did a little exploring and visited TWO cemetaries! Yes! TWO! One was a Lutheran one that was behind a funeral home and not in plain view of the main road, so we left shortly after arriving since I feared inbred redneck cannibals (Wrong Turn anyone?)that might ambush us and kill us, and no one would know... Yeah. The other cemetary was right next to the main road, so it wasn't so bad. There were a lot of old graves there. Like, 1816 old. There were also some newer ones, but I didn't want to stick around that long since I felt a little disrespectful, and feared ghosts that might chase us later.
When we got home, my cousin stuck around after his parents left and we played games and he read my Ragnarok comics. We then went out for dinner at a vegetarian restaurant with his folks and my family. Chinese vegetarian food is som much cooler than... non-Chinese vegetarian food since it pretends to be meat. In flavour, appearance, AND texture! Best fake pork, ever! We then had dessert at some other chinese dessert place, and I had coconut milk with sago and milk. It sounds weird, but it's really good.
Saturday was more family dim sum-iness, and my sister and cousin went to some Orchid show. my cousin and I (the one from Friday), went to my house and he read more Ragnarok and I played videogames. When our sisters came back, they had Timbits, so we ate some and then they left. Yeah.
Sunday was normal. I played a lot of Harvest Moon. And I watch a lot of TV. Yep.
Today, I went out for dim sum with family. There was a brief power outage, but whatever. When I got home, I hung around for a while since I was supposed to go to KT's to play D&D, but KT and B showed up at my house half an hour before I was supposed to be at her house. I was a little surprised.
We then went neighbourhood exploring, returning to one of the cemetaries I visited Friday. We went to the closest one and poked around for a few minutes before returning to KT's house where we were twenty minutes late. By that time Aky, Joan dn david were already there and they were, "Gwah! Where were you?", so we made a VERY GOOD ALIBI.
We actually ended up playing very little D&D. We were a bit distracted and stuff, so... yeah. We ended up watching Teen Titans for a while.
And so ends my week. I am tired now and I want to go to bed. But I can't. For reasons I won't explain here. Yeah.
OH! One more thing. My thoughts? EWW.

10:15 p.m.
I didn't go online all weekend. That's the longest I've been without internet in a while. Which is hilarious since when my family first got the internet, my sister and I didn't use it much since we thought it was stupid. Oh how times change...
Lesse... Friday, KT and I did community service. Some banquet for the Hospital. Matt and Arthur were there too. Basically, we were silent auctioning, meaning we were sitting behind tables as rich old people looking at stuff and spent exorbitant amount of money on things I bet they really didn't need. Then again, there were some pretty good deals...
I also learnt how charismatic Arthur was. He made friends with some lady, who later got to me get him for her, adressing him as her, "friend in the blue". Arthur, you playah. Matt also made an interesting saleman. He tried to sell me a "Murder Kit", as well as a "cremation urn" and something he said you were supposed to put in front of your house to scare the bears away. I belive it was a statue of a small child holding a birdbath. Unfortunately, I didn't bring any credit cards with me, and that last item wasn't actually an auction item.
Moe is eagerly awaiting the long weekend. Not that I've been doing much of anything though. Just lazing about. I recently "finished" .hack//QUARANTINE, but I still have all the bonus stuff to get, which will probably take me many, Many hours.
Also, my sister's friend called today, and I had the misfortune of picking up. I bet he thought I was my sister, because he didn't introduce himself. I spent five minutes trying to figure out who he was, and he tried to figure out who I was. But I wouldn't tell ime my name. Like hell I'd tell a complete stranger my name. Especially one who apparently knew my home phone number. Yeesh...
The moral of the story is: Ask for the person you wish to speak with when calling someone's house. They may have similar sounding relatives.

08:37 p.m.
HAW HAW HAW! Just after I posted at KT's house, my sister said the internet fixed itself. HAW HAW HAW.
The world hates me. *teenaged angst*
Anyway, my nerd-oscity has risen to even greater heights! I now have most of the geekdom bases covered: anime, videogames, D&D, AND comics! Now all have to do is get really, Really, REALLY computer smart, and then I'll be a bona fide nerd.
But I guess it's somewhat genetic. Yep. I found out that my parents used to be COMIC NERDS. Well... maybe that's an exaggeration. My mom and dad used to collect these weird Chinese comics that I can't read. They have a whole box of them! I couldn't stop giggling when I found out. Thus, keeping with tradition, if I ever have kids, they are going to be comic nerds, or ELSE.
Speaking of nerdiness, I got the FFX soundtrack, and I can recognize where some of the songs are played. I AM SO ASHAMED WITH MYSELF. I can recognize FFIX tunes, but not FFX? What is wrong with me?!
I also got some .hack stuff, making me a bigger .hack fangirl than I was before. Sweet.
I need to cut my hair. It is REALLY long. Never before has it grown to such lengths. It's almost at my waist! MY WAIST! IT USED TO ME SHORTER THAN SHOULDER LENGTH! Dude.
My arthritis is going to be so bad when I grow up... Almost every joint in my body has been making some sort of noise lately. EVEN THOSE IN MY HEAD. I'm going to be the first person to ever die from arthritis. Just you watch.
I never realized how strange our class is. I mean, your rabid love of crosswords was somewhat surprising. And here I thought I was the only one...

03:48 p.m.
My computers is broken. Well, not broken so much as the internet doesn't work. Thus(!), I'm at KT's house, using HER internet. So yeah. :(
My march break was full of lazy. Which was great! I rekindled my freakish love for all things .hack (I'm getting the strangest sense of deja vu...) by watching most of the anime, and then playing the videogames, squealing in fangirlish glee everytime a reference to the anime was made. Which was, in fact, several times. I also listened to the soundtracks (the anime, the game, and the manga/anime), and watched .hack//GIFT, which was surprisingly hilarious.
...Now that I think of it, the people behind .hack are really good at grabbing money... especially mine. All I need now is the CCG, and the action figures, and the other crazy crap they're selling. I am such a fangirl.
I think I actually had a lot to say, but I forget. KT's house is distracting, since I'm constantly in fear of a puppy attack....
I can't believe schools happening again. I want to go frolic and sleep in all day. :/

!! NOT-SO-BREAKING-NEWS-AS-IT-HAPPENED-LAST-WEEK !!
I had a sick day last Friday. A sick day! In eight YEARS! Like, whoa.
I had/have the flu. I've been coughing a lot and all snot nosed, thus I stayed at home. And what did I do at home? I worked on my silly English bust. Then I took a nap. Then I got a call from Sensei-san and Joan, which woke me from my nap, and I was all, "Whoa! Someone called!" Yes. I am still sick and tired.
The bust I made for English. It took me a while to make. And it took seven bars of plasticine to make. Here I thought it would be easy since plasticine is so easy to shape. Not true. The stuff clings onto you and it leaves this gross, nasty, waxy feeling that's hard to get rid of. Bleech. Besides the fact that it reeks of procratination and it looks like a neanderthal, I think It turned out okay.
Anyone up for really, Really, REALLY disturbing Hamtaro fanfiction? That fanfic is disturbing on SO many levels.
My dad recently showed me an article about how kids are using the word "like" a lot these days, which is sad because it's true. One in twenty words that come out of a teenager's mouth is the word "like". Oh, the grammatical horror!
That's all I can think of concerning last week. Now if you'll excuse me, I'll look pathetic and weak and diseased in this here corner. *cough, wheeze*

10:25 p.m.
The following is an exchange between my grandmother and my cousin while we were at the airport.
Cousin: Oh! You remembered that you can't carry some items on the plane anymore, right?
Grandmother: Hmm?
Cousin: You didn't bring any scissors?
Grandmother: Nope.
Cousin: No nail clippers?
Grandmother: No.
Cousin: Knives? Sowing needles?
Grandmother: No.
Cousin: Guns? Bombs?
Grandmother: Aiyah! I forgot to bring one!
Cousin: It's alright. We can buy some when we arrive.
One of the many reasons why I love my family. Yupyup.
Anyway, Now I'm going to be lonely, since a large chunk of my family went to Brazil. And worried. Yeah, It's for a week, but I get paranoid about planes. Flying tubes of death with wings. That's what they are. I hate planes.
Last Friday. D&D? SO MUCH FUN. It's really interesting when, you know, you do something. And kill stuff. Stuff killing is fun.
In the first fight, I didn't do anything. I missed every round. *is shamed*. But then, in our second fight, I killed two creatures! Out of four! In one hit! Hu-ah!
I was also shot by two allies. With crossbows. Not that I'm bitter about it. KT. Aky. *glare*
Sensei-san was also a very good DM. He didn't get too frustrated at our newbieness. His dungeon was also very clever. One of the rooms had a barred door. We were going to open it, but then noticed that if it was barred on our side, that must have meant that there was something inside that was supposed to be kept INSIDE. Very sneaky, Sensei-san! Too bad we had to go home at that pont, or else we would have found out what was inside. *is anxious*
So ends my week. Now if you excuse me, I shall go weep in a corner with loneliness.

I swear, if I don't get volume 10 of RG Veda, I will seriously maim someone. I'm not sure who. But I will hurt someone.
And I'll be damned if I buy Tokyopop's translation. I refuse to buy it unless as an absolute last resort. I'll even order the original version online if I have to. And I hate ordering things online. I want the Japanese version, damnit.
... Not that anything's wrong with Tokyopop, per say. It'll just look weird on my shelf with my Japanese books. That, and they'll probably uglify the cover. :S
I've been making a new layout for this blog. Understandably, it'll be absolutely hideous because I'm making it, but even more so since it's my first one ever. Expect it sometime between this month and never.
Oh, and school's okay too.
...
Holy crap, do I want RG Veda. *twitch*

12:56 p.m.
I hate Sundays. Words cannot express my dislike for them. Grauugh. And to think, they used to be one of my favourite days of the week. What was I thinking?
Friday was D&D day at Sensei-san's house! It certainly was an interesting experience, to say the least. We weren't very good D&Ders though. I blame RPGs where that story is handed to you. I have absolutely no imagination anymore, thank you very much.
It took us well over an hour to just figure out our character infromation. And not the fancy 'I have 16 dexterity points and +3 modifiers!' stuff either. It took us ages to just figure out character names. Call me miss Cactuar. *shitfy eyes*
We were also very stubborn. Sensei-san kept trying to push in one direction, and we'd try to go another. KT spent most of the game in the castle dungeon. *snicker*
All in all, very fun. I hope we might be able to get somewhere next time.
Oh, and the GGX gallery that used to be down ALL the time? It works! I am so pleased. Pleased like you wouldn't believe. Too bad they took down the RG Veda scans...
I guess I'll have to buy the books...
IN JAPANESE.
Which isn't too bad, but apparently Tokyopop is translating them. Ehn. It's cheaper to buy them in Japanese and look for translations online :P Althought It sucks that a whole bunch of sites took down their scanlations...*is fangirlish*

09:58 p.m.
I have been under attack by cats. Invisible cats. My dad and I determined that my sister is the evil mastermind behind it all, as she is the evil invisble cat queen. Right now, she's rallying her cats to finish the job. I don't know how much longer I can hold them off for.
I spent over thirteen hours (almost straight) making chem notes this weekend. I didn't even finish them. As for the exam itself, I don't believe I failed, but my expectations have really sunken loooooow.
Also, have the song "I Believe in a Thing Called Love" by The Darkness stuck in your head? Not good during exams.
Thinking of the video did bring smiles to my face though... That man... certainly could reach those high notes. Better than I've heard in a long while. He is also strangely thin. And has strange taste in clothing. I was reminded of the 80s, and I don't even remember them that well.
I am dreading the Calculus exam. Don't get me wrong, I find calculus to be quite fun. I just really, Really, REALLY suck at it.
Speaking of which, I should really, REALLY be studying calculus right now. Really. However, I can't seem to, seeing as how I have the attention span of a gn

09:05 p.m.
Ah, Chinese New Year. One of my favourite holidays and one of the few times a year I get money. I especially enjoy the family traditions, where we all go out for dinner and to the mall at the wee hours of the night where my elders buy my sloth.
I'll tell you one tradition I don't like. Some of the foods. I was all earger for dinner yesterday, and what should great my eyes? Fat choi and a sliced up pig tongue. Today's special was more fat choi and a sliced up pig spleen. imagine my elation. Thank goodness these are seasonal foods.
School's just about wrapped up, aside from the exams of course. I was pretty relaxed before, but then my Computer teachers sprung last minute CPTs at me, so that rattled me some.
I stayed up till two last night (this morning), working on a computer ethics essay. When I realized that I was hallucinating and repeating my sentences over and over again, I went to bed. Fortunately, I finished it up in class and handed it in.
My Computer Science partner and I worked up to the very last minute of class to finish our CPT. A crappy ass RPG, complete with turn based battles and excessively long cut-scenes. The graphics were so hideous, they were blinding. It also didn't help that it ran soooo slowly.
Anyway, when it was time for us to show the teacher, we ran the program and left the teacher to fend for herself while we ran away in terror. Like hell we wanted to watch her play our crappy game. So we did the logical thing.
We hid in the corner of the classroom and wept.
Anyway, the teacher needed our assistance since she was unfamiliar with RPGs, so we helped her along. She showed us our marks and we got all 4+ s. We found that odd since the evaluation sheet she gave us wasn't a rubric, but whatever. After finding out our mark, we proceeded to go into another corner of the classroom, and giggled hysterically.
Anyway, I am very pleased with that mark. Thank goodness I was paired up with the best programmer in the class, so I could pick at her brains.
The 19th was national Penguin Awareness Day. I am so ashamed that I missed it. Well, this month is National Oatmeal Month, National Tea Month, and National Hot soup month, so you can certainly expect to see me celebrating to the fullest.
