A new semester and new whole pile of work -_- I can tell this semester is going to be insane. I have two english's and earth and space science which is constant assignments. And it's not that it's hard it's just really lengthy. But I have great people in my classes and I think I will have a lot of fun... I hope.

I got my last semester marks and my average was *drum roll* 88% I hope that will be good enough for Queen's *crosses fingers*

Anime North is coming up soon (Victoria Day Weekend!!!) and I can't wait. I'll be getting a room with some buds and Brian is going to be there again :D I can't wait to work with him again. Paul Dobson the voice actor of Matrix from Reboot will also be there *glee* I've loved Reboot since I was little and I can't wait to meet him. That weekend is actually a 5 day weekend for me, I have Prom on the Thursday (you think I'm going to school? I'm getting my hair and makeup done :D) a P.A Day on the Friday, and then Monday is a Holiday for everyone..... it's great and I can't wait!!!

I love this, because I adored Moulin Rouge (it's one of my all time favourite movies) and also the quote I got also is one of my fave quotes. On a side note tomorrow I'm going to my classes to get my final marks and it will tell me if I have a high enough average to get into Queen's *crosses fingers* I'm freaking out but I'll see what happens.. wish me luck!

Wow, It's been forever since I last wrote. School has really been getting to me but now it's total coast time until exams next week. I need to get excellent marks on my exams tho to keep my average in the 90's so I get accepted into Queen's.

X-Mas break was very uneventful, for the first week I worked every single day except Christmas, it was insane. But I got a nice digital camera to compensate for the one that was stolen in New York. I also got the Utena movie which just was so confusing when my friends and I watched it on New Years..... our brains hurt after that movie. I got lots of other stuff, a gortex raincoat, my mom got the artwork I bought in Paris framed, the X-2 DVD, clothes etc.

It's been snowing insanely here and been so cold. It's too bad I'm not on the ski club this year but a friend and I are going to go skiing during exam week. It'll be lots of fun. However much I love snow and winter I don't like the -30 windchill factor when I walk to school, it's not that much fun. But when my friends and I go downtown later on I'm going to try to convince them to go skating in Nathan Philips square with me it's so pretty with snow everywhere... it's nicer at x-mas when all the lights are on the trees but it's still nice now.

05:43 p.m.

Today I got my grad photos taken at school. I had to get up extra early so I could blow dry my hair, flat-iron it, put on my makeup and put in my contacts. Luckily I booked the appointment for 8:45am, bright and early so my hair and makeup would still look good. However also at this time was the University application presentation in the caf for all University bound students. They basically showed us how to apply online because mailing in applications is a thing of the past now. So I had to miss almost all of the presentation because of my photos. I couldn't reschedule them since everything was booked but I was told by my friends that the application is pretty self explanatory so I hope I'll fair well. After the presentation and we all got our pin numbers, there was still about 40min left in the period. Only a few people went back to class. I knew our teacher wasn't going to teach anything so me and 3 friends played asshole till the bell. And then in my next class the college application seminar was going on, I'm not applying to college so I stayed in class with the other 5 who weren't. Our teacher said we couldn't play cards :( and none of us could film our projects (it's communications) since our group members were away so the 5 of us played hang man for the 75min class -_- Then it was lunch. How eventful was my morning??

Wow its been awhile but life has been hectic. I just got home from a school trip about ½ an hour ago (12am) and I've been gone since 2pm..... and I still have lots of homework :P But I don't mind I had fun. Me and 10 other students from my Communications class went down to the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) and had a tour and then we saw a taping of "Air Farce" Just last weekend I went on a trip to New York City with my mom and aunt. It was a great time, we all had lots of fun. But of course something bad had to happen. My purse, that had my wallet and camera in it was stolen from a Macy's change room. How did it get there you ask? Well I was trying on a top and my mom and my aunt came in to see, now this change room was disgusting there was a pile of clothes strewn over the bench, on the hangers and on the floor and this change room wasn't being supervised by an employee. Now in all the hustle and bustle for us to get out of there (we didn't like the top it was hot there were other stores) I forgot my purse. Normally all three of us are neurotic about our purses always making sure to have it, but this one time we let our guard down and look what happened. 10 minutes later I realize I don't have my purse, we rush up to the change room and it's gone. What makes it even worse is how the employee's acted. When we went to the cash desk once we checked the change room and my purse wasn't there, and asked a cashier to call security or something because my purse was stolen, she barley gave us a glance, shrugged her shoulders and continued, very slowly, helping a customer. Is it wrong for me to think my situation was a bit more important then the women's who had her purse and was buying clothes? I thought so. I mean I'm in the retail industry (I'm also a cashier) and I know that if a women frantically came to me asking for security because something of hers was stolen I would ask the women I was with to wait a minute and call security right away. The service was terrible and it hurt me even more. We had to go to the security office where they showed no sympathy openly swore about their job infront of us and basically showed us they could care less. By this time I realized I wouldn't get my wallet back, but I was fine with that, though I.D is hard to recover in Canada it's doable. All I wanted was my camera. That camera had a year's worth of pictures on it and now those are all gone and my picture and my friends are in the hands of some thief. It just really hurt me to see that no one cared and I had lost everything in just 10 minutes. Thankfully my passport wasn't in my purse, that would have been disastrous. I'll write more about my trip later but I have homework and it's 12:40am now -_-

05:41 p.m.

It's a Monday, I'm tired and I had to stay up really late last night to somewhat finish my presentation on Marie Antoinette that I presented infront of the class today. Beacuse of that I got a total of 3 1/2 hours of sleep last night -_- But enough of my sob story, I'll just go to bed early tonight :D On Saturday my mother and I made the 2 hour trek up to Kingston to attend the Queen's University Fall Preview. We were supposed to go to the midday session at 12pm but because of my presentation that I needed to work on we went to the eary one that started at 9am. So we had to leave the house by 7. I'm glad I went to the early one because, as chance would have it I met up with two of my friends who were there as well, so we all went in the same tour group. I'm not really sure what my first impression of the University was. I was kinda expecting everything I saw. My mom went to Queen's so I've heard many stories. I'm so lost and confused, I've always wanted to go to Queen's but now that I've seen McMaster, and how beautiful the campus was, I'm not so sure. *pulls out hair* And this Saturday is the Western preview. I have no idea what I'm going to do if I get accepted into more then one. What I really like about Queen's is the Castle they own in England. It was donated to them by an almuni and they turned it into part of the school, so you can do your entire first year in England ^^
