Fae-chan, I think you misunderstood my point. Yes, we do need to rely on God to help us. But some people do rely too much. We can't rely on Him for everything. We do need to be able to do some things for ourselves. Does that make sense?

Yeah, I think some of the things said on that topic were very out of line, Arashi. To me, some of it just seemed arrogant and ignorant.
As for your comments on the Lunar story, the reason Althena(Luna) originally gave up her powers was because she felt her people relied on her too much to help them. I could be wrong on this, but, in a way, that's a lot like some people in real life, where it's possible that too many people rely on God to help them too much and don't try to rely on themselves. Like I said, I could be wrong, though.

Ok, now this is just weird! I was going to include my two cents, but after I read the whole topic, I said, "No way! I'm staying out of this!"
Now, for those of you who read that, don't get me wrong: I do very much believe in God, which is why I chose to stay out of this conversation. If it wasn't people who didn't believe in God in any form, it was people who blew the idea of God way out of proportion, if you know what I mean.
In conclusion, I'd rather just stick to what we usually talk about at that forum, which is Lunar (and other fun topics).

I stand by what I said, too. For starters, I don't really know the Relena you're talking about. And even if I did, like you said, she was wise enough to realize she made a mistake, something more people could learn to do, both fictional (*coughWufeicough*) and non-fictional. And I prefer to call it naivete, not her being an airhead.

Just because I missed you, though, don't think I'm gonna let you get away with that Relena crack! I told you before that she is WAY different in Endless Waltz and I have also taken it upon myself not to call her Peacecraft, out of respect for her not wanting anything to do with said name anymore. I think she realized she could do more as Relena Darlian. ^_^

Well, I had to help Yoiko with Final Fantasy VIII again (not that I mind: It's just been ages since I played it is all.). I'm glad she likes it, unlike someone who seems to think it's for graphic whores. Oh, well. To each his own.
Anyway, after I helped Yoiko with FF8, I immediately got hooked and started working on FF9 again. I stayed up 'til after midnight playing it, but I had fun. Not as fun as Arashi's night was (You go, girl!), but it was fun nonetheless. ^_^
OOOO! They're playing my favorite patriotic song on the news! Ah, darn! They only played it a few seconds! >_<
Too bad Napster charges now. I'd look for an MP3 of that song, otherwise.

I understand your fears, but we can't give in to them or the terrorists will have succeeded in what they intended to do, which is to scare this country into submission. I admit that I was scared. Tuesday night, I wasn't even sure if I'd be able to sleep. I was that scared.

I agree with Ribby-chan. That person should be arrested, as should whoever attacked the mosques in Irving and Carrollton. I guess it's all a matter of "easier-said-then-done," though. I hope the police do find them, though. We have enough problems without people like that wandering around causing trouble!

Oh, joy! Bad enough all that had to happen yesterday! Now we have disasters here in Texas, too! >_<
First off, there was a shooting at a Mosque in Irving at around midnight last night. It's being called a hate crime committed by people who blame all Muslims for what happened in New York and DC. I really don't think it was necessary for us to sink to the level of the people who did this, though.
Then, in downtown Dallas, a strange package was found in a car outside the YMCA and it's feared to be a bomb. It's not for sure that it is a bomb, yet, though. The YMCA and the Lincoln Plaza has been evacuated, though.
Oops! Last minute update! They found that the package was not a bomb. It was just feared to be one because of the tension from yesterday's tragedy.

God, I am still so shaken up over this! I first heard about it right after I had gotten on PSO to play and within minutes, there were 10 or 20 or however many people are allowed in the lobby I was in talking about these tragic events. Not just Americans, either. A lot of them were Japanese people who had also heard the news where they come from. Heck! We had one guy from New Zealand in there!
This is just so terrible...I can't even really comprehend it! It's not just what they did to us, it's the fact that they held their own lives in so little regard! Do the Palestinians really feel it necessary to throw away the lives of their own people to gain what they want?
When I saw the World Trade Center towers collapse, that just...really hurt. All the people that were still trapped inside those towers! God, I feel like I could start crying any moment now!

Well, it's finally been determined that it is in fact our ISP, not our modem, that's been screwing up on us! So, next month, we'll be changing our ISP to Bluebonnet. It's limited time (meaning I can't be on as long as I want like I used to), but that's better then putting up with an ISP that keeps screwing up and a customer service that never wants to admit when anything's gone wrong! That's still almost 3 weeks away, though! 3 more weeks or torture! >_<

Well, my internet acted up again and worse yet, it's storming out, so I just shut down my comp completely and got on my Dreamcast to do my stuff. Luckily, I was able to update my archive page before it messed up again, so I'm happy about that. ^_^
Isn't Chobit only available in Japan, though, Arashi? If so, that makes me sorta hit a snare, seeing as I can't read Japanese. ^_^;;

As for the MKR ring, I had already emailed the founder prior (or shortly after: can't remember which) to posting that entry. I found a response from him this morning and he said it was indeed Yahoo that had suspended me. Fortunately, he was able to reinstate me and I replied to him with an apology for automatically thinking he did it.
What's Greymatter, btw? I went to it (I think) and it was weird looking. What do you do there? I may still need to find another free webserver if my isp keeps acting up like it is. Cause I wanted to talk to Arashi on one of the Messengers and if I keep having these problems, I won't even be able to get online to talk to her! I guess she could email me, though, if it became necessary.

Poor Mina. I'm not going into details as to what happened to upset her, so, but it really was a sad thing. I only hope I was able to cheer her up some and my condolences(sp?) go out to her.
The New Ring of MKR suspended me on grounds that I didn't have the navbar up on my Rayearth page! I think I know what I put and don't put on my webpage and I did put that navbar up! If rayearth.geo or whatever his name is had gone to my site personally, he would've seen that! >_<

Well, after beating Phantasy Star 4 (which, unless you listened to me and ignored my email, you already know, Fae-chan), I decided to finally get back to playing Final Fantasy IX. And now that I've started on it again, I'm beginning to wonder why I ever stopped. Maybe it was Lunar 2 that made me stop, cause I do love Lunar!
Anyway, I'm currently on Disc 3 (out of 4) and Princess Garnet's (aka by Zidane as Dagger) mother just died. And despite all the hell her mother put her through, her death was a sad one, since she finally became her true self again in the end. This also means that Princess Garnet is now Queen Garnet, most likely meaning that she has to stay in Alexandria. She'll be missed. Unless she pulls a "Super-Mario-RPG-Princess-Toadstool" thing and decides to join us at the last minute, which I expect to happen, somehow.
Ok, I'm sure most of you who read this probably don't care about this, but FF9 has become very addicting to me since I started it up again. ^_^
Oh! One more thing: WHAT HAPPENED TO NESSIE'S BLOG?! Everytime I go now, it gives me a "Cannot find server" message! What's up?!

Yes, the commercial was for X-Men Evolution, Arashi. Did you see it called just X-Men on the commercial, or in a TV guide? Well, whichever X-Men it turns out to be, I'll be happy. I think it will be Evolution, though, cause Kitsu said it was going to start showing on a station in Canada, where she lives. And, if it's the station I'm thinking of, it's very similar to Cartoon Network. So, I'm pretty sure Evolution is what will be showing. ^_^
