I only now notice the daily bandwidth limit on brinkster's free accounts: 16.7 mb... Basically, not even 1 person could look at the entire site in 1 day!
I'm going to have to move parts of it again! Grrr...

Whew! My webpage finally seems to be working again. It's all there and it's loading rapidly. So, now you all can look at stuff in the proper place!
And I hope any of y'all new to my fiction (and actually looking at this) go on and read other stuff of mine!

Hmmm... Onegai Teacher is slightly interesting. Lots of fanservice for guys. And the main character looks quite a bit like Yukito from CCS...
Still, I can see why my friend mainly pointed out that the alien woman loves Pocky (he's the Pocky Pimp, after all).
Now, if only he'd given me the first 3 eps of Hellsing...

Hm. Jungle wa Itsumo... is too much for my brother. I don't think he could handle anything from Gainax if he can't handle that.
Maybe he could take KareKano, but that would be pushing it. But definitely not Furi Kuri...
And not even I can deal with Ebichu!

Grrrrrrr... what is the deal? Now my webpage is down again, only it's not really down?
I try to load my pages and they won't come up, but the pics I have on my blog and feedback message forum (which are on that server) will load up (albeit quite slowly).
What in hell?

Well, I put my blog url in emails to relevant ML's, so more people will come here for updates (hopefully). Remember the alternate places for my most recent stuff! The Tats 'n' Tsu fluff is here and "Uncast Shadows" is here. I'll have to keep checking to see how my page is doing...

Mmmm... haichuu... chewy, fruity, yummy...

Kyaa! I just really looked... and my friend gave me some Hellsing, but he forgot the first 3 episodes!
I finished the episode of Jungle wa Itsumo... that I was given. And I want more. It's very funny.
And there was some scary stuffed animal at Ikea that was supposed to be a dog, but we swore up and down that it was a Pokute! =P
...and I finished Read or Die (only 3 eps).
And you are just starting it? Let me warn you that all fanservice is intended for guys. And it starts out pretty funny, but it kinda gets... okay... Actually, I think my problem was that it starts out somewhat original, and then, like, gives up... Oh well.

Buu~. I don't know what I feel like writing...

Anyone else notice the strangeness here? Look at the times on these posts! Some people would hardly recognize me!

My strangeness has been confirmed in yet another way...
Just yesterday, I couldn't stop listening to 3 bouncy JPop songs... Today, I can't stop listening to this one classical piece.
Shostakovich's Ballet suite No.4. It's lovely and dramatic...
And another sign of my rat-trap brain. I heard some ballet suite by Shostakovich on the radio like 2 years ago and liked it. And I remembered that yesterday, so I could try and find it on Audiogalaxy...
This may not be the one, but it kicks ass.

Hmm... I wonder if anyone will draw gift art for this fic. I've received gift art (other than from Kazu-chan) only twice before. One was for "Just One Night" (^_____^) and another one for "Bedtime Story" (I got the sent the sketch, but I'm not going to share until the artist finishes =P)... Oh wait... Actually that makes 3... I was sent an unfinished sketch for a pic for "Domesticity," but I never heard back on it...

Kyaaaa... 3 songs stuck in my head... mental chaos... how can I write like this? Utada Hikaru's new song is mixed in there with this crazy Morning Musume song that I got stuck on because a friend had me download this Digi Charat video that featured it... and added to that is the happy, bouncy opening from Jungle wa Itsumo Hare nochi Guu...

Um yeah... Some of my brother's friend visited last night and I showed them this other vid my friend had me get... It's this Otaku Vengeance one for Poketto Monstaazu (I'm saying it like that because I don't want small children searching for "you-know-what" to be traumatized by getting my blog).
It's a really well timed video, so it looks like P---chu (must protect children from me) is singing this unpleasant song.
You can't help get a kick when it looks like he's singing, "the bitches love me cause they know that I can rock..." etc... Of course, my evil twin just really likes the part where it looks like the wee yellow monster is saying "mother f---er." (Eheh... I still don't use that word -- I'm saving it for when I'm really pissed off).
Um...and they also got a kick out of Star Wars gangsta rap....

Kyou wa totemo tanoshikatta! Yep, I had much fun today. Went to late lunch at Claim Jumpers with friends, and got to see my best friend all tipsy from a Tropical Storm. ^_^
Then we hung out with my brother and his cats until we went out to dinner for all we could eat sushi and sashimi. And my other friend, being the Pocky Pimp, gave me lots of Pocky, Haichuu, and some anime. Let's see... I have some Hellsing, some Jungle wa Itsumo Hare nochi Guu, the last episode of Read or Die, and some Onegai Teacher (been warned of fanservice on that one -- and not my kind of fanservice)...

Yep...much fun... and I got some work done too...
It actually worked out strangely. I got all the html-ing done and then had problems uploading. I got some of the pages uploaded before my friends arrived, and the rest before dinner. Then sent the word out after they went home.

Buu~ I went into anal retentive mode today... was even sending an anal-retentive Virgo-type message to an ML, but...
Poxy email server blipped out for a second and lost the time-consuming list I had just made! Grrrr...

Oh well, I'll just mention here the main thing that bugged me today -- How Tatsumi and Tsuzuki address one another.
Tsuzuki just calls Tatsumi, Tatsumi. Not Tatsumi-san! That's unnatural!
Tatsumi addresses Tsuzuki as Tsuzuki-san (just like Muraki does, but I like Tatsumi better and he knew Tsuzuki first, so we'll say that Muraki addresses Tsuzuki like Tatsumi does instead of the other way like I said it before... ... ... ) ... Um yeah... So... Tatsumi never addresses Tsuzuki as just plain Tsuzuki!

Yeah, so actually, I was doing a whole list of how the major characters address one another. Even Japanese authors will get this wrong sometimes (but not with Tats and Tsu ... usually it's something like Tats calling Hisoka Hisoka-san or Hisoka-kun when he addresses him as Kurosaki-kun). Um yeah... so Tsu almost never uses -san and Tats almost always uses -san.

Maa naa... I guess it doesn't bug me as much as frequent spelling or word choice mistakes from native English speakers. Like saying violation, when you mean volition, or "prey" when you mean "pray." Too much of that just totally kills a story for me...
With that...
Is it too much to ask that you keep a dictionary handy?! I keep my dictionary right by my computer. When I'm writing, if I'm unsure that a word is correctly spelled, I consult my dictionry (though half the time, it seems to open right to the page that begins with "ejaculation" ... strange...). Also, whenever I'm unsure that I'm using a word appropriately, then I look it up! It takes less than a minute!
Come on, people, you know you can do it!

Puu... I'm getting used to windows XP, but I still don't think I want it on my computer, when I get a new one. Still, one puts up with a lot of things to use a fast computer with a fast connection.

Only problem is... This computer doesn't inspire me to write... I think I need my own room... And no distracting cats about!
My brother's cats are very demanding.

Well... IRC is getting to be a distraction again. Months away and it's like I never left. Same people... same jokes ... same insanity.

Went out with a friend yesterday and he made me (well, he just said I had to) try SPAM musubi...
One could almost thinks Hawaiians are crazy -- it's a giant, fried Spam sushi!
And then my friend met my evil twin and they seemed to get along well -- as evidenced by the fact that they joined together and teased me mercilessly about my fondness for yaoi...
/mumble grumble/ My doujinshi are not porn, they don't need to joke about calling it "not porn."
...
Well, I got back at my friend a little by getting him in the doghouse with some other people we know, because we went to a restaurant right around them and he didn't get them to join us.
Hm... I need to think up a worse punishment...

I also saw the San Diego Mitsuwa and Books Asahiya...
If I move down here, someone has to tell me there's a better Japanese bookstore than that in SD county!!
And I thought the Books Asahiya in Torrance was bad! Or the Kinokuniya in Costa Mesa! This tiny bookstore in Fountain Valley (wai! Ebisu Shouten!) has better selection than the SD Asahiya...
Although, I noticed the major lack was in the shoujo section -- there seemed to be plenty of shounen manga!
Damned gender biased, male dominated...

Oh... I forgot to mention...
I picked up Yami no Matsuei volume 11!
Actually, there's not much ! about it... Tsuzuki just doesn't seem to look as good in late volumes, but his puppy shots are cute...
And I can see in one panel why some Japanese fans write some Souryu x Tsuzuki... That was rather an intimate gesture, I suppose (not that intimate, but for Japanese...).
...
Oh yeah... and my best friend and I looked at the tentacle scene in the car (my brother was driving)...
We alternated laughing our heads off and saying "Oh my god!"

I also got Time Stranger Kyoko volume 3! Yay!
But there's not enough Widoshiiku and Ginga! They're my favorite characters!
Still... thinking of them as a couple, I pity their shower drain... all that hair...

Hyaaaa... hisashiburi da na~! I haven't had internet access for a week! It's been tragic!
Anyway, I've been helping my brother move into his apartment and they finally set up the cable and stuff (cable internet, too!) today. Yay! I have high-speed connections... until I go home.

Yes, so much shopping at Ikea, putting furniture together... showing my brother how to use his computer (dude, I knew more about setting up email, etc than the guy who was installing the stuff!)...

Let's see... I got a haircut and chpped off over half my hair... I went to karaoke with my best friend and even got my twin bro to sing some songs!! I'm getting used to my bro's cats in case I decide to move in to the extra bedroom here and do grad scholl down here (Northern San Diego county is nice)...

Dude, I thought I'd be getting an email from you during this week...but I didn't... Leareth... If you don't say the changes I made in chapter 3 of "Uncast Shadows" work or not, then I can't post it. ;.;

Alas, adieu to my lovely, shounen-ai-full, sweet, Tatsumi x Tsuzuki layout...
But, things must change, and we go now from black on white to white on black...
Well...the piccies I use are in black and white, what do you want? I can't edit pictures worth doodly-fudge...

Anyway... I don't know for certain, considering the way the artist drew them, whether that is supposed to be Muraki Kazutaka or Muraki Yukitaka (the grandfather). Anyway, he doesn't look nice.

And the crappy little poem is the best of a bad lot. I went thru several little verses before I threw my hands up and settled on that....
Please, try not to laugh too hard...
