- Feeling better... -
06:54 p.m. -- Sunday, April 21, 2002
Much much better if you ask me ^_^, and even if what makes me feel happy is a completely stupid thing, I don't care. Like Ana would say: "I came to this world to be happy, so I am going to be happy, no matter what it takes"
It may sound selfish but heck, it's true.
So, let's go take some selectors ^^
Your favourite bishounen provide comedy relief to the world at large. They're silly, outrageous, and sometimes larger-than-life. Occassionally romantic, they also tend to be somewhat dense. You must have a good sense of humour.
*sweatdrops* O_o;; ano~... yes I love Daisuke, yes I love Nuriko and Chichiri, yes in a certain way I love Xelloss but... @_@ *shrugs* next one please *feeling funny*.

test by Leanne
which CCS character are you?
Hoe?! *coughs* I mean... ok, it doesn't surprise me anymore, if people keep on telling me that I'm Sakura and if selectors keep on giving me these results it should mean something ^^;;
Oh! And I just ended up as Shiuchon in a Tamers Selector @_@ (Jen and Juri in 2nd and 3rd place respectively), talk about weirdness @_@... which also takes me to...
What in the world is Jen's little sister correct name?! Shiuchon or Shaochung?! (presonally I prefer Shaochung XDDD).
PS: Me got Hemisphere's karaoke and translation!! MOOOOOO ^O^!!
- Otra entrada larga XP -

Me
¡¡Dragoncitos!! ^O^
- ¡¡Frontier!! ¡¡Frontier!! -

¡¡MOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! ¡¡Me gustaaaaaaa ^__^!! XDDDD
Seamos breves.
- Rants On RK -
08:50 p.m. -- Tuesday, April 16, 2002
And when I say rants, I mean it. Don't say I didn't warn you.
Some people wonder why I prefer the RK manga than the anime. Well, yes it's true I first read the manga before watching the anime (but I first heard of RK because of the anime XD). That was long, looooong ago... like 3-4 years ago or so. I remember my friends used to tease me about Kenshin's look, they liked to say: "Oh! What a pretty girl!" and stuff lke that ^^;; so I got tired of repeating them "he's a guy, he's a HE" and began to claim him as my husband. (Please note that the only anime characters I've proclaimed wife of are Gohan and Kenshin).
Whatever, I'm taking too much time here. The point is that for years, I hoped and prayed for some TV Station to air the anime here in Mexico (considering half Latin America had already seen it).
Then, one beautiful day, it happened. Cartoon Network was going to air it. I went totally crazy! At least! RK in Mexico! The only thing I was afraid of was of... *suspense* THE DUB!! Being the dub-obsessed-girl I am, I just wanted it to be mexican, but sadly that was very improbable (after all, the series were already dubbed for Latin America). So yes, *sigh* the dub wasn't the one I wanted which was very disappointing. I couldn't stand the voices (specially Ken-chan's X_x) but still, I ended up getting used to them.
Soon, I discovered the anime wasn't as good as the manga (MY OPINION, don't kill me). I mean, yes, the animation and the music were beautiful but... I dunno, I just didn't like it as much as the manga (blame it on the dub if you want). So I'd watch Kenshin one day and then forget about it for a week. Till the Kyoto saga started.
The Kyoto saga's got to be my favorite, it's got the coolest characters, the coolest op-ed's (except for "1/3 No Junjouna Kanjou", but that's another story). And I started liking the anime again (despite Soujirou's creepy voice X_x).
Today, they started airing the "new episodes" aka the ones that take place from the Amakusa saga 'till the end of the series. I thought that at least I'd watch the full series, just to be able to destroy the anime properly. So yup, it was all fine since I discovered something weird in Misao's voice... it was different, not bad but DIFFERENT (I HATEHATEHATE!! voice changes in dubs ><!) then Okina (but I don't care about the old man, anyways XP), and then, Aoshi O_O... but, the worst part came when I head Hiko-sama's voice...
THEY DID IT!! THEY DARED CHANGE HIKO-SAMA'S BEAUTIFUL AND SEXY VOICE >____<!! I can stand Misao's new voice, I can stand Aoshi-sama's new voice (even if he now sounds like a cute-sweet-uke-bishie X_x [which he shouldn't be supposed to sound like]) but... but... changing Hiko-sama's voice was the worst sin they could commit!!! I mean... he, Saitoh, Sano and Aoshi were the only decent voices in the whole series!!! I swear that if they changed Saitoh's voice too, I'm gonna kill them ><!!
In addition, RK's last episodes have absolutely nothing to do with the manga. That's another terrible sin 'cause if you've read that part (or at least you know what it's about) you'll know what I'm talking about. It's not a bunch of "meaningless" battles involving the Kenshin-gumi, it's the YUKISHIRO SAGA involving the Kenshin-gumi!! If there's no Enishi, there's no tragic past for Kenshin, if there's no tragic past for Kenshin there's nothing!!
Manga spoilers ahead, highlight to read Manga's last tankoubons focus on Kenshin's past. Enishi's Tomoe's brother and he wants revenge for his sister. And our dear sister-complexed boy gets his revenge by "killing" Kaoru. From that on, Kenshin loses his will to live, he doesn't talk, he doesn't eat. He sinks to the bottom of the dark-wet-creepy hole of depression! That's priceless!! AND, that doesn't happen in the anime -_-.
So there, you now know why I stick to RK's manga rather than the anime version. Dub (you can't live without those "oro's", "dono's" and "de gozaru's") script and Enishi. End.
¡¡Cajita ^o^!! Anou... I mean... Kawaii lil' boxy-thingy!! *sweatdrops* Doesn't sound as cute as spanish ^^;;. Whatever, drop what you please in here ^^ (and don't forget your name O.o;;)

*stares at her collection* This looks like a pixel assylum O.o;; *sweatdrops*
