Wednesday, November 14, 2001 09:46 p.m. crunch time
I have a Singapore Theatre Exam Paper tomorrow at Suntec. I feel so insecure about it. After today's discussion, it feel as if there are loads of stuff that you do not know, or either the kids in my class are pretty damn smart. My plan to read up my notes didn't materialise. But it is strange that though i feel insecure and unprepared, it is not the same kind of fear that runs down your spine when sitting for O's and A levels. i guess it has to be the beer in the afternoon for lunch.

My friends really made this birthday special for me. Amidst the mugging and the chaos of preparations, all of them made time to go my simple birthday dinner of kwap chap near NUS. They bought me nice flowers and a Harry Potter Toy (Complete with the sorting hat and Nimbus 2000!)How appropriate for my 21st birthday! I also blew candles of a sara lee cake that they bought me.. fun fun fun. As i always say, i am 18 gone 21 cos the birthdays spent in army dun count! Thanks to all you guys! the best!

amidst trying to study in NUS forum, and that was TRYing, I met up with dennis later the evening to help him up with his film assignment. We look like idiots acting around when everyone else is mugging hard and staring at us occasionally. On a more uplifting note, i will finally be 21 years old as of 12 Nov, monday. Its really cool to know so many people who have the same birthday as me, like Melissa and Mei Mei. Looking forward to kwap chap dinner tomorrow evening :)

Felt guilty for not touching my books over the weekend.It just didn't feel right mugging on firdays and saturdays. Pension State got our first commercial magazine interview. All of us met up with BC magazine to plug our upcoming gig at the SUBSTATION Garden on 9 Dec (STASIS 4). Later on we ventured over town to do a photoshoot. We realised that we do not have enough pictures of the new line up and we really had loads of fun posing and amusing passerbys. but it is really tiring, but what to do. Indie musicians.

My computer got the worm. Well, since i'm too busy with the exams prep i couldn't be bothered with it. That's why i am entering this entry in my school's computer lab. Pension State finally is going for our first interview by a commercial magazine this saturday (BC Magazine). We are gonna plug STASIS 4, our December 9th show, so you kids come on down!

These few mornings has been so nice and cool to sleep in. But being the morning person that i am, i'm usually up and about by 8 with a yearning for coffee. i'll be heading for the library once again and this should be the daily routine running up to my exams on the 15th. Got a message from one of the scooter guys that they saw my vespa being assembled at my mechanic's! I thought he would take a long time but i guess that is a pleasant surprise to look forward to. I miss my scoot.

Damn. having problems with my computer. I think it got a virus or something, all my word documents and microsoft stuff just can't open. Oh well. technology drives you crazy sometimes.

There are just so many things that i wanna do after my exams. Just like when only all the cool shows come out before my main papers.. and all the cool parties. I wanna go play paintball, go-karting, get a tan, dress up my scooter, and start my daily running again. But i still have to drag myself trhough 5 papers starting next week. Oh well.

Kevin and Debbie called me up for dinner cause they were in my area. We had yummy XO fish Slice noodles. Followed them back to NUS.. (yes on a sunday). I was hoping to at least get something done... but alas.. sundays are just so unproductive.
