Had a nice and relax time in batam. well.. doing close to nothig cept breathing, living... and beer. At least i fulfilled my exam wish of dipping in a pool and getting a tan. I will be looking forward to this weekend as Pensionstate gears up to play substation for Stasis 4. We will be up at about 6pm though the gig starts at 4pm so come early and get the freebies!

It was a Great 21st birthday party! Thanks to all you friends for coming down and making it all so special! can;t wait to spend my ang pao money tomorrow. I will be heading off to batam to Go-kart as well as play paintball! rock on!

Got back my scooter finally! It looks real good. Jade Green plain and simple classic Vespa. All it needs now is the white seat that my friend is getting from me in Bangkok and i will be all set!

It's a nice relaxed day. Went to Ikea Cafe and sat there for hours with constant free refills of $1.20 caffienated fluids for what seemed like an eternity with a good book. But i was not alone. Across 2 tables were a 2 fashionable made up grannies pondering about there life and i just can't help but eavesdrop.. I hope i wouldnt be talking about the mundane things they were talking about when i'm 70... guess that would be time i did some serious snowboarding or get that harley and do stuff that boring lil' $ingapore can't offer.

Exams are Over! Zouk Out was Fun FuN Fun! just maybe not teh sight of the beefcake in a pink speedo. am really excited to get on with my holiday plans.. there's so much to do. I'll be taking my little sister to do some shopping for her prom dress, then pick up my scooter newly restored to its former glory, check out the stuff needed for my birthday party this saturday. Practiced with Pension State today and we have a few more new songs. Come on down to our gigs, 9th Dec at the Substation, 15th dec at the Youth Park (Sk8 Com), 29th Dec at St Andrews Cathedral's Park. Went over to Marcus' place and had the fantastic cheese prata at Casuarina.. what a wonderful day this is. Oh did i say that the exams are over?

Today i will be taking my last of 2 papers. Its just Sociology today, and my South East asian paper tomorrow and the partying will begin! I was totally not in a mood to read my books this week, demoralised by the fact that the library is dead and quiet now. And that yesterday town was infested with 16 year old kids after their O's. Got a call from my scooter shop and they told me that my vespa will be ready next week! Yay! but the dilemma is how to fork ouit the moolah. I have to spend $150 on a nice white seat, $50 to wrap my helmet with leather and with so many parties lined up for december.. its gonna be a tough choice. Off to Zouk Out tomorrow nite... please say hi and wave if you see me!

Woke up like a jack in the box this morning at 0630. I slept at 9pm the previous night and it is just so nice not having to rush off for the day. took a nice stroll to school.. nice coffee and breakfast... then i totally lost the mood to study for my last 2 papers cos its TOO BEAUTIFUL A DAY!

Juts finished my Industrial Design exam paper... i really studied hard for it because it is one subject that i really love this term in school. afterall, you get to learn about Vespas in lecture.. how cool can that be. The paper went well but i am just glad i am putting that behind me. The Sub-C gig yesterday was a nice buffer before the exams. Dyfectra and Anaconda blew me away. How tight and full can a 3 piece like Wan and company get? (maybe Eastern Youth). Oh well.. the usual skin fights occured. not that i am prejudiced but maybe future gigs should let long hair fellas in free and those with no hair sedated at the Stamford Library first with aromatherapy talks before entry into Substation.

Well, the science paper turned out alright. But the intense atmosphere and saturday shopping crowd just made my head ponderous and heavy. My eyes were so tired in the afternoon and i still can't believe its impossible to get a spot to sit and rest. Bought the P.O.D album satellite. Their album Brown back in 1996 still is close to my heart even now. It just so nice to have bands with inspirational lyrics rather than singing something about chocolate starfish and hotdogs.

The mornings have always been nice and cool to wake up in. but why must they always be so damn humid after 11am! I got a general science exam paper today at Suntec. Once again the feeling of hanging out at Tower Records is more tempting to me then last minute revision. why can't our damn school be located in town... and we would have cafes that sell REAL coffee.. not the diluted watered down shit we have.

Woke up at 6am when marcus called me. It was raining yesterday and i had to make my way to suntec for my exam paper. It felt strange cos i was more excited of being able to go shopping after the paper and the whole thing feels like a school outing. The paper sucked. My first paper in three years and while going thru it as i wrote, i felt disgusted by the kind of sentences i could come out with. But it was a fun day, Marcus went on a CD buying spree, We browsed Transformers buyers guide at Kino, Kevin and I had our ears pierced on impulse, how fun could exam preparations get?
