*giggles* I finally got around to updating DD with a new layout, ooo the colors! It's pretty-ful. I moved the tagboard that was there to here since I had no real use of it there. So tag me people! :D I'm happy, my Best of Slayers vol.2 CD finally came in. *listens* I love the music from Slayers. Yesterday I talked to my group with what we're doing for Carrie and we decided to do a skit of a scene that wasn't in the movie. I'm also thinking of making a small scale model of the prom scene. That should prove to be fun for me. *winks*

Huzzah and hooray! I finally have my own domain now. XD The address is celebaelin.net. It's mostly going to have anime websites and other stuff so I hope you enjoy it! I'm going to be coming up with a new layout soon for my blog but not anytime soon. Not much else going on, I have to read Carrie for my Am. Lit. class which will be interesting to say the least. It's a group project to read a book that was a bestseller in the 70's and then do something creative to make other people want to read it. I guess we're doing a skit or something, I can so pull off Carrie's insane mother, "They're all going to laugh at you!!!"

Wow an exact week since I last wrote, weird. Ugh, I HATE Valentine's Day!!!! Everyone was so happy b/c they have somebody who cares about them enough to have sex with them more than once. Yes, I'm just bitter I know. -_-; I won't go into my issues with Valentine's day, but it was kinda fun when I got home, my cousin Kristy came down for a visit and we went to the mall and spent the rest of the day and most of the evening there. Kristy is so fun to be around. I bought a neat book about samurai and the newest 3 Doors Down CD, along with the new issue of New Type. Love that magazine! Tomorrow should be interesting in my Am. Lit class, we're going into Poe. Tara like Poe. Tara like Poe a lot. I'm also going to see CHICAGO!! I loved the musical when I went to New York so I'm really looking forward to seeing it. Special hi to Tuxedo Dragon. Sorry, I do recognize your name but I can't remember from where, sorry. ^^; But it was nice to hear from you, e-mail me sometime!

Been kind of a boring week for me, although I went to see Darkness Falls with Amanda on Wednesday. It was ok, though the plot could have been better, like the one for The Ring. I like to try to solve a mystery along with watching people get slaughtered. I'm dying to see Final Destination 2, I've been hearing good things about it. Ugh, I have tests in all of my classes on Friday. Why do they have to do this on Valentine's? >_< Oh well, I'm not fond of Valentine's these days. But on a happy note, I should be buying my own domain. XD

Not much going on these days, I'm actually looking forward to going back to class. Yesterday I went to go pick up my books for class. Ugh, they were so frickin heavy, I think I pulled a muscle while I brought them to my car. I swear I could use them as weights. I found out where all my classes were and once again I'm going all over the place. I'm going to drive instead of walk though, I learned my lesson last semester. Rented xXx tonight, I hope it's good, now that I look at it, it looks like I rented porn or something. 3 Doors Down is coming to town, I hope I can get to go see it but I'm saving up for my trip to Chicago. Happy belated New Years everyone! Mine was ok I suppose, there weren't any big parties, I was going to go to a bonfire but it was *supposed* to be raining that night so I didn't go. Turns out it didn't rain a single drop where the bonfire was so I'm pissed about that. I have to get in touch with Tasha and find out if she got pissed at me for not showing up. ^^; I went to see Die Another Day with my mom Wednesday night. It was ok I suppose, I'm not much on Bond unless it's Sean Connery, but I thought the fencing scenes were neat. Mom loved it as suspected. Which reminds me I finally saw Two Towers last Saturday!! It was a terrific movie, I want to see it again now that I got around to watching the special edition of Fellowship. I don't know if I'd see it again in the theatre because they had it freezing inside and while I enjoy good sound systems they just had it way too loud. But that didn't ruin my experience one bit. I'm currently re-reading Return of the King to refreshen myself, it's been 8 years since I read all of the Trilogy. My senior year we actually read The Hobbit for our literature segment. It was kinda neat to know everything already on the test and I didn't need to study at all. I did some random maintenance on Destined Dragons today but unfortunetly my triaI time was up and I no longer have CuteFTP to upload all my files, so I had to use CoffeCup since it's free. I can't stand it, it's takes forever for it to upload everything which only took CuteFTP a few seconds. Speaking of Destined Dragons, I actually got it reviewed by my friend Tasuki at Piffle Reviews. It made me feel all warm and fuzzy. Go there if you want to read it, it's under recent.

Another Christmas has come and gone, it feels almost monotonous. Every year Christmas seems to become a less and less cheerful holiday for me. There isn't the family closeness I used to feel because there is no family to share it with anymore. All my relatives save for my immediate family have all moved across the states over the years, and it depresses me. I'm not there to watch Megan open her presents from me or receive a hug from my Uncle Dale and I can't gossip with Lynn or Kristy. It's been ages since I saw my cousin Steve and his family. Not to mention my own parents; they don't do any of our Christmas traditions like going to see the lights or decorating the tree, we didn't even get a real one this year and it wasn't green or decorated elaborately. My stepbrothers could care less; all they care about is what they're getting. I used to be that way but not this year; hell I didn't even know what to ask for really. Every Christmas my family goes all out but not this year. It didn't even really feel like Christmas and that disturbs me. Christmas morning I wasn't all happy or cheerful like I usually am, I kinda just rolled out of bed half awake after my mom called to tell me they were waiting for me to come over to open gifts. As depressed as I was on the inside, I didn't dare show it on the outside, mostly for my mom's sake. It's her favorite holiday and I couldn't bear to ruin it for her. All in all I did get a good turn out for someone who didn't know what she wanted.

I know I won't have to rent any movies for a while. My mom used my Suncoast card when she went shopping and she must have got a lot because apparently I got so many points from it that I'm getting over a hundred dollars in credit from Suncoast. Tomorrow I'm supposed to be going to see Two Towers; I heard it was really awesome. I'm going for free because the box set that I got came with a coupon for a free ticket, as you can probably tell from what I got for Christmas I'm a LOTR whore.

I am so happy and relieved! My GPA is a steady 3.00 but I still have yet to catch up on my hours to become an official sophomore but that will change by the end of next term. I was so afraid of my grades but as you can all see they turned out great! I'm curious to know how Kerri and Steve did, especially Steve since he needed speech to graduate. I'm sure he got by with a C though. The exam was kinda hard because Professor Welford gave us some questions that we didn't know to study for. I did make an A on the last speech we had.

I woke up with a killer headache today so I slept in for most of the day thinking that would make it go away after I took a couple of Aleve. Seems like I've been getting a lot of headaches lately. Mom says I probably got it from my sinuses since the weather hasn't been stable lately. It goes from hot to cold and it's always hot in the house because Grams refuses to make it cooler. Today it was rather warm for December, it doesn't feel like Christmas is coming. Tomorrow it's going to rain, yay! -_-; But on a good note my CD of the Fushigi Yuugi Eikoden OVA finally came in. I saw it on e-bay to buy for only $10.00 so I had to get it. Ever since I bought the OVA I constantly rewind the opening song "Chiijo no Seiza" which is this really pretty Japanese song with Chinese violins playing in the background. I've become obsessed with listening to it, before I bought it I searched the net looking for a Mp3 of it but couldn't find one anywhere. The rest, save for the ending song, is mostly the background music from the OVA but it's all pretty good, especially ones that have a piano along with Chinese instruments. There is this one that reminds me of one of those old martial arts movies, it sounds like it would be a good opening for one. Steph came by last night and gave me my Christmas gift. It was an assortment of bath goodies and aromatherapy. I gave her hers and she liked it but she didn't stay long since she got off of work. She has been working a lot lately. The last time I saw her in person was Halloween. O_o;

Another semester has come and gone and it ended on a good note, although I won't know what my final grades are. I'm pretty sure they are good enough for me to pass. A funny thing is that most college students tend to slack off at the end of the semester but I do the exact opposite, I really overwork myself when it comes to my assignments. All of my X-mas shopping is done, I bought Tasha and Steph matching silver clear quartz necklaces last week when some guys were selling jewelry on campus. I had to buy something as well and got a little antique looking silver ring with an opal jewel in the center. As you might have noticed I updated my blog's layout! The old one was up since July. O_o; This layout features the kick-ass shoujo girl Utena Tenjou from the anime and mange hit Revoluntionary Girl Utena. The irony of it is I was going to make the first fanlisting for Utena but when I looked at thefanlistings.net turns out someone already claimed it. Oh well, guess that means I can always recycle the layout! XD
