A Letter
This school is insanely idiotic. I was just thinking about how a lot of the teachers deserve to be treated like the children they are - there's a trend with Mean Old Fat White Women w/ Big Butts (although not all of them can be counted as 'mean') - and how most of the time they don't ever see themselves as anything less than pious. As if.
Today Aeillo (they made her VP) yelled at me as soon as I got out of my car: "Why are you late, and those shoes! You can't wear those at graduation. You need to wear shoes of normal height." Flat shoes?! I don't own any. I've worn these black boots nearly every day for the past five months... My mom signed me in too; she even said that Aeillo was about to turn around to yell at me again until she saw my mom. Then she backed off. And I bought these bright red shoes at Shibuya.. (they're this bright red color I dyed my hair at the beginning of junior year) and I was gonna sit in the front row of the graduation pic just to show them off, until she yells at me in front of everyone there. Well, it was funny then. I don't see why conservatism is such a big deal when everyone knows that our class is the least conservative out there. The majority of seniors this year are part-Asians, and Oki-bum quality slackers. Everyone knows that. But no, not Aeillo. She's too stupid to realize that conservatism doesn't include us. Maybe her hair isn't conservative enuff. Maybe she needs to dye her hair a respectable color, or get some hair spray or something so it doesn't keep smacking us in the face. And, to top it all off, guess what she was wearing? A bright red, white, and blue suit. How patriotic. If she represents some facet of the United States I'd hope she kept it to herself. I want no part of that... "RED SHOES!", she screams. Uh, yeah... You can see COLOR! I didn't know dogs could do that.
And the whole Kaes thing. Her attitude problem is just out there... Too bad she parks her car in the senior parking lot (sometimes in the handicapped spot..shame, shame) and puts this ugly red lei in her car to make it look like she's a senior. Too bad she's the one who's making us all get lectured about how we shouldn't park in the handicapped spots and having us get grief from the admin about all this stuff. It'll also be TOO BAD when she finds her car on jacks in the handicapped spot with a rather costly police ticket.
Darn.
No one here cares for anything unless you've got power. I suppose that's the same way it is in the "real world", though. The general's wife came in the office the other day to drop off something for her son. Now, being the unfortunate ignoramus about military personnel that I am, I had no idea who this lady was, though it was only later that I did notice the resemblance of her nose to Scott's (who Nate gave the award for Best Toucan Impression). So, after she thunks her bag down on the counter, I ask her if I can help her, and she gives me this exasperated look. "I need to drop off this bag of clothes," she says. Riiiiight. Like I didn't know that. When I ask her who it's for, she puts an edge in her voice, saying "My son... Kent NORTH". Oh! That makes all the difference in the world. Now I know that I can kick his bag to him instead of walking all the way upstairs to deliver a note. Koh says that Kent actually "needed" a PS2, so he wheedled his mother into phoning the BX and reserving one - not a form to enter a drawing, not a spot in line, no - an actual genuine Playstation 2. And he got it. Oh, the illuminative quality of power! Makes you see how transparent everyone is once they get to the top. Thick-headed, no less. And outside of the military base, who cares about military brats? What good is a general? Although I must admit that the Best Toucan Impression was pretty amusing, even for more than a day.
I'll have to say that there are some fun times. Megan's calling in today to excuse me from skipping ("What's your name?" / ".......hold on........") made my parents laugh. Turns out my mom will cover for me, saying that I was given permission by my dad to be signed out by "Aunt Helen", as she wanted to say good-bye before she left. Thankfully.
What else is there to say about this school? Hopefully I won't have any devastating news to tell. But it sure makes good writing. And back to the drawing board I go... Tra-la-laing my way through the next three months, at the end of which I can only hope that my solace will be being by the side of a certain individual.

**If any of you were having problems w/ the links below, I changed them.**
Last night I went to a T.M.R (TM Revolution) concert. It was so great; my fren got tickets in the 8th row, which was pretty much front row center. The lighting and special effects were amazing, esp when they shot out foam balls with T.M.R imprinted on them in the middle. Tabo himself even spit water out at the girls in the front (who, I might add, were only wearing their bras), drenched himself in it (along with his sweat), and wiped all the stuff off with a towel...then promptly threw everything - towels, water bottles, guitar pick...FISHNET SHIRT - at the audience.
Can we say DROOL?
Geez. He looked SO good - the shirt had extra fabric around the neck that he wore like a fishnet-y mask...and he messed around with his guitarists...and their guitars (*koff*)...a little SM-YAOI never hurt anyone. (^.~)
My only complaint is that the chair ate my keitai (cellphone) strap. Grr.

Heyyy... Well, the ChainFic was taking way too long to load, so I moved it to the Archives page. <.<
I'm back from DC now... It was ok, definitely not like I expected it to be. American malls are just like malls in any other country, regardless of what other people tell you. (O.o) If you do go tho, check out Hot Topic. They have mad cool stuff, if you're into the whole American rock/punk/cutesey thing. Lip Service is a better, tho it's not geared towards teens like Hot Topic is. I still like the Japanese extreme better (^^)v
I finally found a GAL-kei site, so for all of you who are wondering who GALs are, and what they look like, and why I go to pains to dress like them, you can go to GalOops!. You can even download video clips to hear what they sound like (^^) ==> after SnapPage, click on any links in either box and you should be taken to a pics page. The numbers in the links correspond to months: 7-8 = July-August = summer clothes, 9-10 = Sept-Oct = fall clothes, and so on and so forth. Once you get to the pics, you can even see info abt them. The second blue line of text refers to their occupation and age. Most of them are in 11th/12th grade and they range from 14-20 yrs old.
I just think these GALs are so cute that they deserve their own links! Asamin (She's 14, 3rd yr middle school = 9th grade, and I have those shoes) + Yoko (She's 16, 1st yr high school = 10th grade, and I was thisclose to buying her shoes) + Madoka (She's 17, 2nd yr high school = 11th grade, likes Brad Pitt, blah blah blah...isn't her hair cute?)... the ones with skin darker than their hair scare me, though.
Whacha thinK?
