OH GOD!! I WANNA GO BACK HOME!! *CRIES CRIES CRIES* When I came to finalize my submissions I thought I would only be here for a day or two...but I am still stuck here!! @_@;;; I want to go back to Toronto!! Wahh!! I mean, I don't mind being with my bro but I really don't like his apartment or this city. o_O;; It's so HUMID here. It's only 2.5 hours away from Toronto...why is it so hot?? My bro's room is always so stuffy and when I am sleeping, he keeps hogging the whole bed...and it's queen sized damn it!! >_<;; But my bro wants to stay here since this is his place with all of his stuff (computer, friends, porn, porn, and more porn). But I miss my room too! And I miss my friends!! Wahh!! I missed a phone call from Kiri because I am stuck in this cursed place! ;_; Somebody save me!! Get me out of here!! I wanna go home!!

And as a parting shot, I took my scool photo ID today...I couldn't hear what the lady was saying so I was slightly blinking when they took the pic...so I look like I am squinting. >_<;; I look like a terrorist.

You know, I have been such a good girl. I didn't buy any manga or doujinshi in ages. Well let's just say I broke my own promise today. -__-;; BAD META!!

;__; *whimpers* I only meant to look...not buy. But I couldn't help myself!! They had Wild Adapter!! ;_; How could I not buy it? Minekura sensei is a genius! And this one actually had some yaoi in it!! ;_; It's beautiful...*hugs the manga* I was also looking for the rest of E's but they were sold out. ;_; But I did get something else. ^_^ I was browsing through their new selection and something called "Shinshengumi Imon Peace Maker" caught my eye. It's really great! The art is very nice and come on, it's about the Shinshengumi! *_* Saitou was always one of my favs in RK. *_* Does anyone know anything about it? I bought volume 1-3 but I know next to nothing about it. ;_; The pictures are so nice and I really want to make a blog layout with it. ^__^

I also saw the new manga by Watsuki sensei (the guy who did RK). I have to say I was disappointed with what I saw. >_<;; It was a western story and the character design held little appeal to me. I flipped through it and saw nothing interesting. What a letdown. ;_;

Well Reinselft san, I know a place where I can borrow manga for a buck each and they have One Piece. I am sure I can spare a few dollars to see why you like it so much. ^_^

Hey Lavender san! I am happy the yaoi rant link was useful to you. It really did make sense to me. ^_^ As for the Taisho era, there isn't too much about it. -_-;; I did see a really interesting book on it but for the life of me I can't remember the title. o_O;; Gomen ne. I like the Meiji era better and not just because of Kenshin. ^_^ And I am so sorry I still haven't sent you the fanart yet!! I have been very bad with online stuff lately...I still haven't updated my site! >_<;; Gomen nasai!! As for getting your blog linked, well I usually just email them and ask nicely if I can link them. ^^; And they usually link me back. My friend Gemma came over yesterday and it was really nice. ^_^ I hadn't seen her in 2 months so it was a surprise when she called and asked if she can come over. We surfed the net a bit and watched Ai no Kusabi. ^^;; She liked it so I was relieved. It's always hard the kind of reaction you might get from a non-yaoi fan...or at least non-initiated yaoi fan. *giggles* Maybe I can get her into more yaoi...she did like the bondage part quite a bit. *laughs*

That reminds me, one of the sites that Gemma gave me the link to is this. It's a shop that specializes in BDSM stuff. In case you didn't know, BDSM stands for "Bondage, Dom and Slave, and Sadism and Masochism". I am pretty sure of that. One thing that I noticed is that there a lot of stuff there that would be useful for cosplay. *laughs* Especially Angel Sanctuary. ^^;; It's a store in my city and I have been to it (again because of Gemma). She had wanted to buy a whip and she wanted my opinion. Too bad they turned out to be horribly expensive!! They had a whip and hat that looked exactly like Chocolate Misu's from Bakuretsu Hunters but my wallet was very shallow at the time. ^^;; Oh well, I don't really want to cosplay her anyway. ^_^ I think my favourite part of the store was the backroom that had a sign on it saying you had to be over 18. I remember looking down at the glass display and seeing this thing that looked like a pizza cutter but instead of a blade, it had spikes. o_O;; The spikes came to a dull point but it still looked painful! The worker (who was a guy and dressed head to toe in skin tight leather) told me it was an actual medical instrument to test on people who have lost feelings in their body. So you would kind of roll it along and see if they felt it. But he said it was also nice for foreplay. @_@;; ORO!! Foreplay with a spiked pizza cutter??!! I'll pass, thank you. Although the handcuffs were nice...I want one...and maybe the gags. The leather corsets were really nice too. *giggles girlishly*

I was trying to figure out how to say part time pimp in Japanese and the closest I can get is "Arubaito Ponbiki". ^^;;

Hey for those who have yaoi warnings for their fics, this little article would be very interesting. It certainly gave me a new view on things.

And oh my, another interesting link. I am just full of them tonight eh? It's the Evil Overlord's List and I cracked up so hard when I was reading it. I think my favourite one is "When I capture the hero, I will make sure I also get his dog, monkey, ferret, or whatever sickeningly cute little animal capable of untying ropes and filching keys happens to follow him around." HAHAHA!! I was having massive Fushigi Yuugi flashbacks with that. ^_^ I mean come on, Tama Neko was smarter than Miaka.

Oh wow...I just got up from a wonderful night of sleep. It's the first time I slept this well since summer school started. I am so happy it's over. My final mark is 89%. Not bad eh? And now for the social blogging that I have been neglecting...

I have to admit I was reluctant at first because I haven't seen any of the show and my like for Weiss Kreuz is very...low. ^^;; But I read it anyway and it was great!! My favourite scene is where Q-chan gets stuck in Shuldig's hair and he runs around screaming in German!! *_* I almost busted my gut laughing. ^_^

I finally took the PsoH personality test, Val san, and I got Leon. ^^;; Aww...I was kind of hoping I'd get Q-chan. ;_; I love that flying rabbity thingy. *_* Because of Lavender san's fic, he is now my favourite character from PsoH. *_*

Hmm...not supposed to be online but what the hell. ^_^ I have just two more days of summer school to go. Actually, I just have half a day. I have class tomorrow morning and it's just to watch the rest of the oral presentations. *groans* They are so boring! I keep falling asleep. >_<;; Then on Friday I go in the morning to pick up my marks and that's it. ^_^ The end! Owari! Finis! I am so happy that I don't have anymore studying/writing left. I handed in my last essay today and did my oral presentation. I didn't prepare for it at all...I just got in front of the class and yakked. x_x;; But then Mr. Opara later told me my presentation was the best...I guess my excellent bullshitting skills came in handy. @_@;; The dickhead's presentation was really stupid. -_-; He read a book where a 12 year old boy murders his best friend and later has sex with some random girl. Those were the only plot points he really highlighted. -_-;; And his theme? MATURITY. I kid you not. He was trying to convince us that the little kid became mature and thus a man because he killed his friend and had sex. >_<;; I just kind of rolled my eyes and didn't say anything but the other girls in class wouldn't have it. ^^;; They kept questioning his reasoning until he started calling them bitches and cussing at them. @_@;; Mr. Opara had to pull him outside to talk to him. ^_~;; What an idiot.

My bro came back home today. I guess I am kind of happy. But he and my cousin were playing counterstrike again in my room and wouldn't get out...even though I was drippig wet from my shower and needed to change. >_<;; I am going with him down to London (and no not England ^_^) so I can submit my final marks in school. I think I will take a mini tour of the campus and check it out. ^_^ I am still burning the incense that I get a single room...

Ahhh the net is so vast...and so very small. About a year ago, I joined a X RPG ML and met Satsuki chan. Then about a month ago, I was reading through her blog and saw a link to a blog. After clicking on it, I saw that this person who I didn't know had linked me. o_O;; So after a few emails and much gushing, Lika chan and I became friends. Oh and what a surprise when I found out she only lived 5-6 hours away from me! Most of my online friends live pretty far so this was pretty cool. ^__^ And yesterday, we finally managed to chat online and I received the surprise of my life. x.x;; It turns out that her cousin lived in my nighbourhood and even attends the same university I am going to this September. I didn't think there was any connection...I mean, what are the chances? Then she told me his name. @_@;; I DID know someone by that name...he and I had gone to the same high school. After a few questions, we determined that I do indeed knew her cousin. x.x;;; SCARY NE?????

I mean, come on!!! What are the chances of meeting someone randomly online and finding out that their cousin was in your grade 11 biology class? (Or was chemistry?) This was just too weird. x.x;;;

But Lika chan. I am so happy I did meet you randomly. You are sugoi. *_* If you ever come down to Toronto, or to my university, I promise to feed you. *_* And the hell with your cousin. You can see him some other time. *laughs*

The reference to betrayal is so Seishirou and Subaru. ^^;; But the song that REALLY makes me think of Subaru is Life in Mono. I don't know if anyone knows of it but it was the title track for the movie Great Expectations. Here are the lyrics:

I know ingenue is making a reference to an innocent artless girl but Subaru in Tokyo Babylon has that naive effeminate quality that makes me think of this song. The part about drowning past regrets in tea and cigarettes is my favourite line. But the part that makes me think of Subaru the best is the actual melody of the song. It's so...haunting. The singer's voice makes me think of an antique music box...slowly turning and playing its sad music...

At the summer school computer lab again. The computers in this school is WAY better than the ones in my old school. I guess they get more funding. *envy*

My bro came for a visit and I think he gave me his cold. My throat feels tight and I feel icky. @_@;; Thank goodness it's Friday so I can go home and sleep. Just 5.5 days more of summer school and I am free! *_* I can play to my heart's content! Actually that isn't true because I need to go down to the university and submit my final marks...and then I gotta go back to work and make money...and then move down to residence...and then school starts...AHH! I didn't even have a vacation this summer! ;___; *cries* I am kind of nervous at the thought of university. I like my privacy and silence and I have a feeling I won't have any of that. @_@;; My university is known as the "Party School" of Canada and I can just see the loud rabble of people. >_<;; Not that I have a problem with constant parties and orgies but I do need some peace and quiet. x.x;; I think I need to sacrifice a Barbie doll to the University God that I get a single dorm room. x.x;; *lights the plastic doll on fire and chants* Please give me a single room...please give me a single room...
