I'm so sorry about your friends mom! I really hope everything turns out ok for her family. And I'm so thankful Cassie is ok! I'll pray for her. Poor baby, give her coned head a hug for me! And since we are on the topic of sad things, I have to tell you about my dad. I think I already told lizzy and anne about this, but My Dad got hit by a car. He was walking on a crosswalk by the Lombard Library and he saw something coming in his periferal vision. He turned and the car was already on top of him. He flew on top hood and fell onto the pavement. (kinda like a movie). He's ok though, so don't worry! Love you all and hope everyone is doing snazzy on the American Artist paper do tomorrow! *do do*!!

all this glimmer must fade and die...
So the couple past weeks have been going well, until this week. First on Monday I was talking to one of my good friends here, Amy, and I asked her how her mom was doing (she has had cancer for a couple years) and she said not so good. and so i told her i'd b praying for her and gave her a hug and stuff. and so i did, then tuesday morning I found out that her mom died. That hit me, hard. I couldn't believe that it happened, after she'd been so nice to me when I moved here, and, it was just weird, and horrible. Then that same day I went to babysit for 5 hrs. after school. While I was gone Melanie took Cassie for a walk and as she was walking past this one house (she was on the opposite side of the road) a big black dog was outside with her owner outside that house, and once it saw cassie it broke free nad ran right towards her. Melanie tried picking her up, but the big black dog pulled Cassie down by one ear and began biting her. So my dad rushed over when Melanie called, took Cassie to the emergency pet hospital right down the road (thank God). She was there for about 2.5 hrs, and got several stitches all over her left hind leg, and then they had to shave parts of her fur to clean the wounds and there was one on her other hind leg, one on her side, one on her left fore leg, and her ear had a gash too. So now she has to wear a cone and take lots of medecine and stuff.
She's been getting better, and I just bought Amy some flowers and stuff, but this weeks been awfully sucky. I jsut can't believe those two horrible things could happen in one day...anyways, peace out. hope you all had an awesome thanksgiving! luv yA! <3 <3

Well, guess what? My brother is reading "Hounds of Baskerville" for his English independent reading. It made me soooo proud to know I have subconciously converted my brother by watching Sherlock religiously every weekend. one last thing: so its been bugging me lately that i couldnt think of what that debate program was on teh monty python episode when they wrestle over the existance of God since i think it might have been anne who brought up doing the english debates like that, but for anyone wondering what it was, its the "epilogue" so now all yous who sill have to do their debate (probably only me...) can think of that when doing there debate and probably (only me again here) fail not only cause some people (me) cant debate very well and have enough trouble just talking in front of people, but will also fail from laughing about thinking about the epilogue, and then it just goes down hill from there, thinking of all of monty python in general...not looking foward to tomarrow...why do we have to debate? anywho, i'll stop rambling now, since i'm really not talking about anything important, so adios!

But that will soon start off in the next well put togteher highly organized paragraph because this highly organized awesome wadington styled paragraph is getting absobloodlylutely way too organized and long.

IDIOT! then during school i talked to this German foreign exchange student at lunch and sh'es really sweet so we talked for a while, and decided to hang out this weekend. that was nifty. and she loves franz ferdinand. that was also relaly awesome. her name's sabrina. and her friend, melanie, is a foreign exchange student from switzerland, she's really nice too. i wish i was a foreign exchange student, then everyone would be nice to me....

because i luv you all so so so much! i looked up soem flights for all y'all!! i wasn't sure what days you were looking at for visiting so i did a search for some roundtrip flights from November 4th-7th. anyways, here are some results from different airlines.
ATA: 8:25AM flight for $74, there are also flights at 12:45PM, 2:23PM, and 5PM for only $74, the rest are in teh hundreds..i'm jus tpulling up the cheapest flights.
American Airlines: 6:24pm for 175.50 dollars, so it's a bit more expensive, and i really dont know why.
and Delta prices were perdy expensive, but i probably screwd up the serach somehow, knowing me. haha. anywho, there you have it, enjoy, you can do more searches on united and stuff cuz i didnt try every airline. but yeah, that's just what i was able to pull up at the moment. BUT...
on us airlines you can get roundtrip for $208, which isn't all that bad. anyways, tha ATA one seemed incredibly cheap. so you might wanna doublecheck that one. anywho, hope school went well, call me or ill call you. much luvos!

there's no place like chic fil-a
yep, that's right, i just ate at chic fil-a. it was a very good fast food restuarant. i luv the grilled chicken sandwiches. awfully tasty!!! :-) so today..we got the house! hoOrAy!!! it's 4700 sq. feet (double the size of my current house), has a pool, and i get my own bathroom! hooray! almost as good as lieghenhosen...okay, i dont know what that is, but it's in a five iron song. the only bad part of finally getting a house here, is that i have to go to the crap school im currently goin to. :-P i hate it. :-( things should get better, and i keep telling myself that, but unfortunately, they havent. which stinks. anyways...things in this shin dig overall have been goin well. i forgot to read some us hist and failed one of the quizzes. lol. the teacher prob. thinks im an education deprived chidl from the inner city of chicago who lives in a box on the corner of the street and got stuck in the middle of gang fights 24/7 with only a stale biscuit to fend off the evil peopel!!!!! but...unfortunately...it wasn't like that. lol. but...ladies and gentleman(?)...of all..ages(?), the cookies i jsut ate were good. thought i'd share that with ma buddiolis. and there was fondu last night in the apt. complex so i ate pounds of strawberries dipped in chocolate fondu. and WHITE chocolate fondu, just for all those white ghetto people out there. cuz im starting a new hip hop group, called WhItE cHocOlAtE!!! So funny story. I went to take pictures bright and early this morning at 7:30 because i wanted to get my picture taken before volleyball. That way i can dress myself up and i won't be all sweaty. So anyway, there was no one there and all the helpers were nice so i took my picture in like 3 secs. I went down to the locker room to change when i realized something. I was only wearing one earring! It must have fallen off because i couldn't find it anywhere. It was terrible. But i looked at my id picture and you can't tell because my hair is covering the one earring. But I really don't know how the yearbook pictures turned out. It was so upsetting because my hair looked nice and i did my makeup so i thought i was finally gonna get a good picture....(I've had bad luck the last two years for pictures). One can only hope that the earring doesn't show up (but they're chandelier earrings so its hard to miss them). Well, at least its a memory. I wonder why the picture people didn't tell me i only had one. I bet they thought it was a new fashion statement. Or more likely they were laughing as soon as i left. "Ob-la-di, ob-la-da, life goes on, LA! La la la la life goes on."

haha, yeah katie, i can understand how youre scared..but it's actually track 10 ur talking about..hehe. but what they're saying is "Shoulder to shoulder with your flags unfurled..selling ur soul to a plastic world, give up your worthless currency, you can not buy what's given free." it's called Society's Child and the hizzy of the song is basically about giving up your life to materialistic things and that you can't buy eternal life/happiness because it was already given free from Jesus..yeah, they're a Christian band..but that's the whole scoop on that song. but they do sounds uber angry. which is weird. but oh wellsers. im glad marlis enjoys the lovely sounds of ska! it's wonderous. i luv it. oh and PLEASE come visit me friends! i need friends! my school SUCKS!
Basically, my school is full of snotty rich kids who have nothing better to do in their spare time except shop for Gucci and shine their Prada shoes. im not joking. so today i came in wearing my old american eagle jeans and my tae kwon doe shirt from glen ellyn, not to mention my hair was a mess, oh yes, and my muddy pumas from mountain climbing, adn i got plenty of looks. seriously, these people dont know what it's like to dress comfortably. everything to them is about who can look the richest...and basic outfits: mini mini mini skirt, and a 39848758 dollar top with matching shoes and a prada purse. by jove it sickens me to no end. i choose to dress normally just to defy them. cuz that's the way i am. haha. well, there's one girl named lindsey who's really nice and who's actually normal and who's nose isn't up in the air 24/7. so that's cool, but otherwise..nothing is. oh, and there's a kid named Joe in my us history class who's pretty cool and talked to me on the first day. he likes further seems forever too, which is cool, and is into christian bands. he reminds me of zach, minus the glasses and shaggy hair. lol. but at lunch i sit with lindsey, and her gang, but her friends aren't that nice, but she is..so that's cool. and there's a new girl named tiffany, at least i think shes new, i dunno, who seems uber nicfe but i havent had the chance to talk to ehr yet. classes are cool. im likin it, but now i have to go. oh yeah, im takin like 4 ap's this year too, which mega kills. but time to take the chicken out of the oven!!! luv you all!!! ::hugs::
one more thing: here's the plan, ill burn down the school, and when they send me to jail ill request to go to Glenbard South Jail. cuz it has no windows, and can elgally be classified as a jail bceause it was designed by a jail architect. so ha!

As you may have guessed by the title, this entry is about that track 11 on the cd. Natalia Antoniovana, the song says thus, *very angry* "We sell our souls to a plastic world!! But we cannot buy what is not free!" It kinda scared me. But on the bright side, I've converted my friend Marlis to five iron. I was playing the PURPLE *scandaleux!!* CD for her and she enjoyed it emencely. (sp?) But, lizzy and anne? How does Nov. 4->7th sound for visiting natalia? Good? Because we have school off for parent teacher conferences on friday. That way we can fly down thurs night and see her. We can all be on the same plane. But you gotta buy your own tickets, sorry. so today...was boring. all id di was read and read and read for the summer reading stuff i ahvef to do. adn that was that. i also cant type b/c im on my mom's laptop that has a very small smooshed together keyboard. but otherwise. everfyting's cool. i made chicken...and it was neat. but that was all. and i stil ahvent seen napoleon dynamite. shame on me. haha. and number 11? that's prob. one of the cult songs from anne. lol. b/c all the rest of teh songs dont have those lyrics..and are by christian bands...so i doubt that would have it. it's probably Godrocket you heard..and sometimes it's hard to understand them..but trust me, they dont' say that stuff. haha. and i got that band's cd form zach..so i doubt it'd b like that. but anywho...ill cehck out that song and try clarifying the lyrics fo you if you so desire.
