U're cranky when u're hungry
Yesterday...
When u are physically drained with a growling tummy, what u need is a good place to sit and have an assumptous meal. Well in my case, it's supper with the 'Escapians'.. Played a game of soccer with them earlier. Headed down to Satay Club Downtown East. To our surprise/dismay, only 2 stalls are open. Worse, the stalls closed includes the drink stall. Heck! Missing my weekly dosage of Roti John Cheese Mushroom.
Note that i mentioned 'physically drained' earlier in my entry. Fatigue got the better of me later that evening. Initially planned on studying for my maths test this morning. *boo-boo*.. Fell asleep on bed with my books with both the tv and lights still on.
Today...
Maths test.. Should be able to score *cross fingers*.. Greeted by an interesting sight when i left the room. Mariah, with a bandana? Or is it a hairband? Mariah if u r reading this, enlighten me ayte.

Please shake before consuming
*Brrr brr*.. Got caught in the rain on my way home today.. *Brrr*.. School, loving it.. This term has to be the best term by far..
Monday : 9-1
Tuesday : 8-12
Wednesday : 8-1
Thursday : 8-4
Friday : 8-1
Surprise surprise, Muhsin made a surprise appearance in school again today.*bRrr*.. The saviour i shall describe him, he has this canny habit of appearing when the chips are down. All is not well with classes at times. U know how dull it can get in class at times. My word to describe it, 'stalefish'.. So just what is it that is so so surprising about Muhsin turning up for school? Let's straighten this out. Now now, this semester started in January right? How many months has it been.. Jan, Feb, March.. 3 months right? I say, lesser than the number of fingers u hv in both hands. U dont get me right? Well i'm referring to the number of times he attended class this semester. Yup, less then 10 times.
The earth shook again midnight last night. 8.5 Richter Scale earthquake hit Sumatra. Just 3 months after the Tsunami disaster. Stayed up till 3 in the morning, anticipating for more reports on Channel News Asia. To describe this whole event in one word, vulnerability. We all are...

Homer Simpson for a week
I'm getting the hang of it. What? The holidays of course. Although it's just a week break from school, i'm loving it. Late late "shut-eye". Wakes up in the late afternoon. Snack hunting, i'll be busy in the kitchen. Finding something to munch on. Instant pizzas, satays. Slack all day, on my comfy sofa. Along with a hot mug of milo, i'll watch tv the whole afternoon. Constantly switching between channels, National Geographic - Discovery Channel - Star World - AXN - MTV - ESPN - Disney Channel - Cartoon Network. Ahh the good life.
It's about to end though.
Did a little planning of my own, a schedule. Come Thursday, i'll have to get started on my maths assignment. Finish up Sensor powerpoint. Revisions.. There's a test on the first week when sch reopens. The prob - i don't remember what subject. Too much of the good life yuh?
I need your views on this. A girl, went for abortion 4 times. Now 5 months pregnant again.

Scarlet through and through
To sum up 2day in a single word - disappointing
An avid ferrari fan, found myself a cosy spot on my sofa and got my eyes glued on the screen in the late afternoon. Formula One Racing, Sepang - Malaysia. Nevermind the fact that both Schumy and Ruben is starting from middle grid. Got my fingers crossed, hoping the scarlet ferraris would have a good start and make a break for the lead. It was not to be though. Still racing with their modified 2004 cars, the 'red horses' were outraced by other teams racing with their 2005 cars. Estimated release of the 2005 ferraris, Spanish Grand Prix. Now that's 2 races away. In the mean time, keep those fingers crossed Shammie.
Tag along with bro, headed to Toa Payoh Stadium. Home utd vs Balestier game. My day won't end in disappointment after all. Home Utd took a 2-0 lead, weee.
*PETTTTTTTTTTTTTTT*
Wrong again. They squandered that 2-0 lead and lost 3-2. What the fish?!?!

Look what you've done
Had another treasure hunt in sch today. Just a small one for PIE lesson. Strange items like egg shells, orange peel and bird feather are among the items in the list. The easiest to find in the list, had to be ciggarette butts. Strange but true.
I wrote about my upcoming tests previously. Well that phase is over nw, thankfully. How did i fare in those tests? Well though the results are not out yet, i can roughly paint a picture of the outcome.
C-Programming - thumbs up
Sensor practical test - thumbs up
FET practical test - thumbs up
APC practical test - postponed
FET theory test - DAMN IT!
Recall the day when u leave the room after submitting ya test paper only to realise immediately that u made mistakes. Minor errors that can be costly. Especially when u knw how to attempt and solve those questions. Only to be let down by silly mistakes. Dumb mistakes like stating ya formula wrong, missing one component. That little mistake cost u 3 questions in section B. Oh DARN! Whats left? Curse ya luck.
A forlorn figure in sch nw. I'm surrounded by kid'ish monkeys. I term it as a disgrace to be around them. Sadly but true. Been yearning to let it out on em. As of now they do not hv a direction in their lives just as yet. 18-19 yr olds. It's practically impossible to focus in class with their presence. Heck, u're sinking ship. Do not bring others down as well.
Situation couldnt get worse? Back home, they are still on loggerheads. Things kinda get outta hand a few days ago. It seems inevitable now. What? Thats only for me to know.

A tale of 2 golden monkeys
Was in CCK stadium earlier, HUFC vs SAF game. Seated from where i was, a group of family(malay) caught my attention. Oh yes the makcik-makcik looks so so cute and adorable. Very round indeed but its not them whom i'm stressing on. Rather it's their daughters. Now now before u think otherwise, i am not attracted to them at all. Oh pls! Typical minahs, all blacks.. Euww.. Well now we can label them something new. Minah minah "hanyut".. Hehe.. Alright back to my story. Here's why i got my eyes glued on them. One of them has a baby. Yes a baby, she herself is barely 20? 18 or 19yrs old i guess.. A young mom.. Now here's the interesting catch.. There's this saying, "like mother like daughter" right? Indeed how true that saying is. Mom is blonde. Her baby is blonde too. I find it shocking. Would u colour your baby's hair blonde? At a tender age? Whoaa..

Sensor Project
Done with Powerpoint. What's left to do is a speech plan for the presentation. And whatever minor adjustment that seems fit. That includes our very own short video clip. Hope it'll turn out well.
Tests
5 Phase tests
First on the list, C-Prog test this friday morning. Followed by E-tech practical test in the afternoon. Come Monday, Applied Pneumatic Practical and Design drawing test. The following day Tuesday, E-tech written test 6 Chapters. The week after probably on Tuesday, Engineering Maths test 6 chapters.
Work
Compy in my office(wild wild wet) went bonkers last Saturday. Apparently the password change. No one knows why. Since i was the last user, cant help but feel guilty. Gee thou shall not use the compy at work again!

Pelabuhan Depan
*darn* on - leaving my cashcard in the IU unit.. Stolen.. Harbour Front Carpark..
*phew* on - thankfully, only 1.80 balance..
Sentosa trip today, treasure hunting.. While the rest went on school buses, me and din opted to ride there on our own.. Had trouble finding carpark lots there.. Our group have already embarked to the first check point by the time we find our lots in harbour front..
Alright here's the insteresting bit.. They have a 15min headstart, estimated.. We(me and din) are supposed to meet up with the rest of our group at the first check point, trapeze(10 mins walk frm underwater world).. To our surprise, there's no one in sight when we arrived.. Initially we thought they left without us.. Call them up, shockingly they are still on their way.. And they didnt arrive till 40 mins later.. At this point of time if u think that my group are hopeless when it comes to reading maps, think again.. Other groups took about that long too to reach the check point..
There's only 2 possible explanation for this..
1 - Din and myself, we know Sentosa inside out.. At our fingertips *wink wink*
2 - The rest are no brainers
The lines are open.. Viewers, cast ya votes now.. 1 or 2.. Haha, come on people.. Its so so obvious..
