To the 2 going abroad, Aien and Hannah.. Here's wishing u both a safe trip.. Aien heading to KL, on the other hand Hannah is heading to Bangkok.. Have a fabulous time the 2 of u.. Darn, i want a holiday trip of my own too.. Need sometime away from here..
Money does not bring u happiness, agree?.. Money brings u worries and problems instead.. At this point of time in my life, money is essential.. It's getting tight now.. Situation hasnt been better with my family.. In a squeeze.. Thinking ahead, i wanna further my studies beyond diploma.. Money, is the stumbling block now.. Can i? Will i? Only time will tell.. Insyaallah.. Prevail..

Decisions.. If only decision making are like MCQs.. I get 4 choices then instead of 2.. On the surface, to choose btwn the 2 is simple.. Right or wrong.. But go deeper.. Analyse..
Right - To strictly follow my principles.. Letting go something that means a lot to me lately.. Can it be a worthwhile sacrifice?
Wrong - To be selfish.. Keeping it for myself.. At other's expense.. Meaning, hurting others for my own well-being..
In times of uncertainty, keep faith to the almighty..

It hasnt been the same.. We're breaking up, drifting apart.. Aidilfitri or Hari Raya Haji are no diff frm any other normal days it seems.. The joy is long gone.. Since 1997 i recall.. It hasnt been the same, since grandpa left us.. A vacuum is created frm his absence.. Diminishing the the family bonding, slowly but surely.. Conflicts sprung up among his offsprings.. But why.. Arent adults supposed to think better? Wiser but less flexible? Stop the accusations.. Dump the ignorance.. What examples are you showing your children?

Empty vessel makes the most noise..
Afternoon class cancelled.. Had pizzas for lunchy.. Those frozen instant pizzas.. Addicted to XBOX.. Spent the whole afternoon as Ryu Hayabusa, Ninja Gaiden..
Good news, if all goes well.. My camp mate and now my sch mate, Luqman might be getting a ride of his own by the end of the month.. Now that's something to look forward to.. Cheers bro~
All talk but no action.. In another way, high output(mouth) but low input(knowledge).. I'm referring to this particular individual in my class.. Before i start, yes i admit he's just a mere 18yr old but my tolerance level is at a minimum low.. This bugger just couldnt stop crapping and bragging in class.. Childish, HELL YES he is.. Reminds me of a particular person we called 'Farhan Tiang' back in my camp days.. Identity crisis, trying to be cool etc.. You look like a cow in a school uniform.. So stop that hunky act.. We dont give a damn how many girls you're seeing or how many times they msg you a day.. We dont have to knw and you dont have to tell.. For all i knw, you might be making all those up.. If i'm a girl, i would definitely turn you down.. No way i'm going out with a lame childish walking cow! GROW UP YOU MORON! If you dont wanna study in class, that's ya freaking problem.. Only god knows what's your real motive of being in sch.. So keep that bitchy mouth of yours shut! *zippit* There are others in class who's in school with a real motive..

Electrifying atmosphere.. Pride is in the air.. Something that is missing and long gone from the Kallang Stadium.. Backtrack - The last was in 94, the last time Singapore won the Malaysia Cup.. Which happens to be the last time we were involved in the Malaysia Cup/league.. It brought back fond memories.. The heydays of Fandi and gang.. Bumped in2 a few familiar faces there in the stadium.. Imran, Saleem and Sofian.. Sis dearie Aien was there too..

Ninety problems but the bitch aint one..
It's beginning to sink in.. Started off as an achievement but now it's turning into a 'hair-pulling' crisis.. No worries i am NOT balding.. I'm referring to 'stress'.. Or to be precise, 'pressure'.. Alhamdulillah, with god's will i did well for my previous examination.. A cause for celebration right? I thought so initially.. Now it's backfiring.. Can i maintain the perfect score/gpa? 4-pointer candidate throughout the whole 2 years? These questions, are not of my own.. I didnt thought of them.. A clearer statement, these questions were 'instilled' in me.. Yes, pressurize by others.. Teaching staffs in particular.. They make such a big hoo-haa about it.. I call this unwanted attention.. Fingers are pointed towards me.. It's only the 2nd day of sch but i was already approached by 4 staffs.. Each bearing the same motive, urging me to maintain that score.. Persuading me to represent the sch in competitions.. Yes yes i know they meant well.. It's for my own well-being after all.. Given a chance, i would like to achieve the feat.. But without interference of others, pls.. I prefer to do my own thing at my own time.. This unnecessary attention only works in 2 ways
1- Positively, it'll spur me on
2- Downside, it can wear me down mentally
I strongly believe all of us should be treated equal.. Those weaker academically, they requires equal attention from staffs too.. I remember this particular statement from one of the teaching staff.. A fellow classmate of mine jokingly volunteered himself to represent the school in an engineering-based competition.. The remarks frm the staff, "you got no potential, don't waste our time.." Psychologically, the damage is done.. It's demoralising for the weaker students.. This is school, a place of education.. No caste system pls! This is not India or Indonesia.. Where the 'rich' gets richer and the 'poor' gets poorer..

halUuuuu Nurse..
I'm thinking of a crossover.. Frm a diploma in engineering to a diploma in nursing in poly.. I knw it's still early and premature to think about this.. After all i'm still in ITE nw.. I have friends who told me ease down a little and concentrate with what that is in hands.. But to heed their words, it simply means i'm repeating what i did 4 years ago.. Which is to live in the present wholely.. Not planning ahead..
*Dilemma*
Why nursing? Alhamdulillah i'm scoring good grades now.. And insyaallah i'm eligible for most courses offered in a poly.. Part-Time Diploma.. Should i continue in the line i'm in(electrical), i'll hv the choice to be admitted to 2nd yr should my results are good.. Now i'm thinking even further.. In the long time running, job prospects and job security.. The question is, can i last in the engineering field? I thought of joining SIA engineering.. But what if.. What if that is not a possibility.. What's next? Plan B? None at the moment.. The reason why i'm considering Nursing, my interest lies there.. But if that crossover becomes reality, it's 3 years of full time studies.. Now let's recap.. A few lines above, i did mention "part-time diploma".. I have to start earning when i'm out of ITE.. Mom & Dad would prolly be out of job by then..
Consulted a nursing friend of mine yesterday, Hasmida.. According to her, i can sign for a bond to help ease my financial woes then.. Tinkering tinkering.. No doubt i got a year to plan this out.. But it's better to hv a goal set early.. There's something for me to achieve for..

Resolution - Be Thrifty
How long has it been, a week since my last entry? Thank you for all the well wishes for 2005.. No worries, i'm not leaving the blogging community yet.. Been too busy and occupied lately.. Didnt have much time to type in an entry..
2004 didnt end on a good note.. The tsunami plays a major part in it, no doubts.. 30th Dec 04 i recalled, a traumatic day for my mom definitely.. Both her sons were involved in road accidents.. At 2 seperate locations, at 2 different timings but on the same day.. Had the worst occurred, it would be too much for her to take.. Thankfully both of us are still in one piece..
31st Dec 04, ushered in the new year with my colleagues in Downtown East.. Just a lil celebration on our part, in conjunction with Ellaine's bday 1st Jan.. Downtown was crowded.. I remember seeing a big group of youth.. Around 18-20 of them all dressed in black.. For a joyous night to welcome in the new year, they are dressed for a funeral? Lol.. Anyway, as expected there were loads of drunkards roaming ard.. Commotions too, there were fights.. Yet again, expected of drunkards and no-purpose-in-life youths.. In short, "sampah masyarakat"..
2nd January 05, it rained throughout the day and night.. Was at work since 0840hrs.. Someone came late, although she's still denying it.. *stares* Med!.. Due to the bad weather, Escape Theme Park was closed early at 1800hrs.. There were no guest in the park.. Someone get to knock off way way earlier at 1200hrs.. *stares* Med! On the same day, met up with mom n bro and made our way to Kallang Stadium.. Sg vs Mya, Tiger Cup Semi Finals 2nd Leg.. Sitting there under the rain with our raincoats, it brought back the fond memories of the heydays of Malaysia Cup.. Thrilling match.. 3 sending offs(Mya).. From 2 goals down, Sg fought back to win 4-2 in extra time.. Chaos in stadium, bottles, umbrellas, dustbin, t-shirts were flying ard the stadium.. Missle exchange frm 2 opposing fans.. Questions need to be raised on the security and safety aspects of the game.. A riot could hv sprung up..
