i just realised that i havent blogged for over a month. Does a month really fly past that fast? interesting... anyway, i shall not turn this into a philosophical rant cos... i dunno, just becos.

Tim Cow ate a slice of watermelon, teddy had to blow up a balloon and pason was tickled. Yay, rox! =) and we were chanting stupid stuff.. whee. Thursday, did banner painting, realised that a brush can hold a LOT of paint, so i still haf red pain on my nails now... and Friday wsa Track and Field Finals! ahaz, sadly we got 4th... but we got best stand and 2nd best cheer! wahoo!
Letsee... nothing much on weekends, today was quite boring.. yay, shall update this again soon! =)
On a totally irrelavent note, turpentine washes off enamel paint VERY effectively, but water has no effect on it. Turpentine cannot wash off normal paint, but water can. Why cant they just come up with a universal solvent... lol :P

Can someone really be a leader and a friend at the same time? Or do the 2 terms negate each other? Can you lead and be understanding at the same time? Or is that simply not possible? Is this the way leading should be? Cos tt really really sux. Yet, shouldnt a leader take care of his followers? And shouldn't a leader/friend do even more in that case?

V-dae - yay, ttz today! haha, i went.... for SMP at NTU! yay, how fun, spending V-dae at a physics lab surrounded by zai researchers... lol. yada, was abandoned by our mentor for about 40 mins den had ta go home, our logbook is officially full of nonsense stuff like "jiahua is fat" and "since jiahua isnt here, we can write anything we want about him" yup. but at least it's organised! =). haha, ok, this whole para has nothing to do with V-day. yay.

Whee! im updating!!!!! yay, tis a good day! ahahaz.... letzsee... last time i updated was.... more den a month back, so i shall not say much about it... only that dec was like chaooo busy, im like looking at my calender and seeing... 7 days where i did absolutely nothing cept slack at home... yay for me! Mostly all the marlin stuff, so fun! Marlin Rulez! :)
Yay, so December... had 4 different parties, 3 marlin, 1 mudders... whee, rox man! hahaz... yay, nothing to say liao... so lets move on to Illume 2005! YAY! 1K ROX! hahaz, that's the sec 1 class im the PSL of btw... yay, they're DAM zhai lor... but abit quiet.... never cheer one... but their class spirit is super super powerful, and our PSL team was dam good! Only scolded them once, whereas other psls kept shouting at their classes... hahaz *ego* Anyway, lots of things happened at orientation camp, and it was DAM fun for the sec 1s, especially Mr Paul Lim, teaching them nonsense songs... whee. And the mass dance which jerik, liu and i cheorographed... powerful! albeit one part was censored hehz. but it still rawked. And we saw the bishan gay while we were doing out of school activity... and he was like "WAH, JACKPOT!"... kept staring at the sec 1s... freaky sia... all the PSLs were like "dammit lah..." And the finale was SOOO super... dam fun! yada, yada, KY ROX! and 1K got second best class in the orientation! YAY! it was totally unexpected, but heck. whee!
lol, thats it for orientation, JRIC was quite good, bit boring, and the batch song was kinda screwed up... was like after the first verse passed den we started singing and we weren't in time with the piano.... the second time was waaay better tho... sadly the sec 1s were singing too fast... lolz.

There are 2 broad catergory's of people who fall in love... the fool and the flirt. The fool believes that there is "one love" and "one love" only and thinks that every relationship is "the one", making it very hard for themselves to let go and move on. They are devoted people who, more often then not, get trampled upon. They also tend to be clingy and be very depressed after breakups or sorts.
Flirts are those who jump from one love to another with only the slightest hint of remorse or sadness. They are the kind that seems to switch gfs/bfs more often then Mrs Smith scolding someone. They believe that there is someone out there, but before they get there, they have to go through a series of relationships. They are optimists, believing that a broken up relationship could never be "the one".
The flirt is more in touch with reality, the fool lives in fantasy. The flirt is less devoted then the fool, but when the flirt finally finds the "right one", he too will turn into a fool. Whereas the fool would never bring it upon himself to turn into a flirt. Of course, these are 2 extremes, almost everyone is stuck somewhere in the middle.

yay, finally bored enough to blog
yay, im finally bored enough to blog! lolz, yup, im REALLY really bored now with nothing to do... hahaz. Yay, America ROX man! whee! Went LA den Hawaii, the only thing that sucked was the loooong flight... 30 hours 1 way... and that REALLY really sucked... anywayz, went to disneyland, knott's berry farm (which is kNOTt a berry farm :D ), Downtown LA and SeaWorld.
Yay, Disneyland rox, itz sooo darned big... but not a very good theme park, not enough rides... but they were explaining their animation which was really fun. Knott's berry farm is the best theme park i been too man... its dammm fun! hahaz. LA is a nice place to live in, their houses are like only 250k for a 2-storey house...
Den went hawaii, learnt how to surf :) lolz, surfing is fun! too bad cant surf in singapore =( anywayz, on the way back, our luggage got happily left behind in japan hahaz. So we didnt have to unpack! yet... Was kinda funny watching my mum talking to the Cust Services officer.. lol
Watched rlotf on sat, it was really really good! was rushing through the book on the mrt so i would understand wat was going on, last time i watched a play without reading the book first i fell asleep >< Anyway, Martin is really really sadistic, he came up with all the sadist parts, i.e the twins slapping each other, piggy's murder and the final part, man, that guys freaky...
Watched Incredibles and Shutter on Wed and Thurs respectively, both were good man... Jack-Jack is sooooo cute! lol, especially when he "used" his super powers, and the cape thing was soooo morbidly funny. Shutter was just.freaky.... thats y everyone shuld use digicams :D lol.

Scored 13 goals in 4 matches... 14 if u consider my own goal... lolz. not too bad. den had this nice solo effort from one end of the pitch to the other against the softballers. whee :) Anyways, played soccer after that and ate... half a slice of pizza for lunch before rushing to ldp... ldp was quite ok, silent scream is VERY traumatic... lol. blahblah, nothing much after that

Hmm... Quite mixed day... Happy den sad den happy again... lolz... Anyway, exams are over (fine, so they were over 4 daes ago...), and i got back Chi, Hist and SS todae.... Basically my flop and my 2 zai subjects. Chinese 55, wasnt really expecting so low... but since quite a lot of ppl got about 50-59, expect moderation. whee. Hist 85, SS 90, i feel gooood. :)
Yay for me, im going to be a PSL! and im in LDP! whee, high points for today man, kewlz :) so basically, im shooting myself in the foot and going for a lot of stuff next year, plus, im continuing my SMP. Whee :)

ok... so itz been just slightly over a month since i last updated.... dun ask me why, just didnt want to update i guess. lol, no idea. dun ask.
Anyway... blogging on my second comp, which incidentally lags NOTEPAD, how pathetic is that man... My first comp cant seem to open any webpages with the starting "www"... so, "nivek.pitas.com, and, groups.yahoo.com" is perfectly ok, but "www.pitas.com and www.google.com" cannot be opened... wonderful stuff. Sux, Chinese and phyx tests (which i had a combined score of 120 in the prev common test) tmrw.... not gooood... espicially since that most of the chinese words seem mo sheng to me... as alan put it, "I've learnt more chinese words this weekend than in my entire life"... lol
im positvely dying of stress, even the doctor said so! and he happily prescribed me painkillers, which worked quite well... and so, im headache free again.... headaches are pretty lethal anyhow... >< Oh! my sis and I swapped the "a" and the "e" key as well as the numbers on the keyboard in an attempt to stumble our little sis as she still does look-typing... she hasnt used this comp yet tho.. but it'll be interesting.... In any case, our mom complained about it as she couldnt use it properly.. go fig lol =)

lolz.... teachers should NOT give homework during the hols... not at all. But still they persist, and... we suffer. fine, muggers dun, slackers like me do. :P
Hols have been fun, quite busy doing fun stuff lol. Letzee, sunday had a public performance of the organ, ok, so it wasnt really TT public, a bunch of people only, but still, it was DAM scary. was soooo afraid i was gonna screw up, did ok. but apparently the lot of us will be performing at Suntec on 28 Nov... die >< come support me and watch me die :P
monday-Nothing much. Slacked.
Tues- RIGEP'05 All* VS TCHSsec3all*. Final score 2-2. Hahaz, fun match. Shall start with pre-match comments: Itz kinda like leg 2, after the first match last year came to a conclusion of 2-2 with Darrell and Lawry putting in goals for RI and Zhengxun and Vincent equalising for TCHS. So the RI team was changed abit, missing 3 first team defenders and as usual, shang and lawry cant play. so... we called up our whizkid, YIJING! wahoo, he rox man, sec 2 and more zai den most of us. and the chinese high fielded mainstreamers, so basically they got the best of sec 3 against RI gepers. In this situations, we were obviously down a lot. I mean, imagine if we had yao zhen, khabil, joel, narpal? anywayz, it wasnt to be :P
So the weather was nice, bit of lite drizzle b4 the match, but sadly... the location was >< essentially bad. Went to "Bukit Timah field" and started playing on this surface with little grass and enough sand to consider it a desert. makes me wonder how come we didnt use a perfectly good field next to it. Anyway it doesnt matter. So, once again, i've proven my thesis that i get dirtier and more injured during warm ups den the match as i left the warmup with multiply scratches from... 1 dive. lol. blah blah, got kicked out of the field (PUN!) as we didnt book it... so went back to chi hi and played on thier nice carpet grass field... with one square fenced off at each end and a triangle fenced off in the middle and bags as goalposts, inevitably inviting contraversy. yayness, if only we could have started here.
So the match finally started at 4, 1hr after the scheduled start and after 3 mins, RI drew first blood with Eugene planting one heck of a lousy corner kick, i mean, it went straight for the goal, kinda useless. Anyway, their keeper happily screwed it up and scored the first goal of the match, albeit for the wrong team. Basically that was about it for the action in the first half. Made 4 saves, 2 which invovled simple catching, 1 simple dive and a point blank leg save (wich i am pretty proud of). and Martin should have scored save for their protests, see, goalposts fault. anyway, 1-0 at half time, chi hi controlling most of the game as ri midfield was dead, and thats putting it nicely.
Second half, zhong left, leaving us with less firepower. Drew blood yet again when martin headed in a dam nice yijing free kick. (Their keeper is useless man) so, 2-0. And den chi hi turned on thier power and kept coming at our defence and our midfield kinda pulled back to help out. Still, a pass was threaded to greg and he happily shot at the goal with woohan jumping in front of him and deflecting the ball, completely wrongfooting me and i watched the ball trickle in.. blah. No more clean sheet. Den defence lapsed again as darrell was losing concentration, and zhengxun came dangerously close to a one on one and i had to dive at his feet and bat the ball away, inadvertedly bringing him down and sadly aggravating his back injury >< sorry. lolz. Again more contraversy as posef slotted a ball that hit the inside of the bag and Chi hi came up with a shot that i barely tipped over. Alas, with 5 mins left, one chi high faggot (will explain later), turned martin, cut in and shot a dam nice shot into the far post wich i could only help divert into the far corner... so... final score 2-2. Own goal and Martin, with another own goal and Ruiyi (the fag) making the scoreline another draw.
Reflection: The reason Ruiyi is a classic example of a Fuc*er is that firstly he spit at Eugene, i mean c'mon.. no sportsmanship. Den he refused to shake Eugene's hand even when eugene didnt bother about the spitting. Siao fellow. Sad to say hes from tao nan... like wtf. Anyway, i tink they didnt deserve to lose, neither did we deserve to win, so a draw was ok. But considering that that is their "most powerful sec 3 team (vincent's blog)", we did extremely well. And im still laughing at zhengxun's blog where he called RI "Plain bad" lolz, look at urself man, sec 3 all stars cant beat GEPers :P Anyway, we played well. ^^
Memorable stuff, Eugene ong telling Ruiyi "You from tao nan rite? I'm from rosyth, Tao nan ppl dun shake hands one ah?" And i went up to him and shook his hand ^^. Den "See, Tao nan ppl shake hands one wat" LOL. Oh and "Your defenders are Pason, Kumar and Darrell"-Gen. again. :P and the best of the best. "Ri team had a mainstream player, in the form of a sec 2 geper" -Vincents comments. Sec 2 oso niao :P lolz.

Wednesday, band practice. Went ok, darrell and Yappie were half hour late... cos they were playing lan, like wow. Anyway, our first date rox0rs, pwn rafflesian spotlight. So den with half hour left, we started to play all the other songs, and i happily switched places with Sam and started drumming and he played the keyboard. wasnt TT bad, considering itz my second time on the drum set :P So we played The reason, Vindicated and Superman. We were goood man, esp. superman :D
