*sob* 5:42am and I've been pulling another all-nighter and am only on assigment 7 of 11. HEEEEELPPPPPPPPP! :( Exam's at 1pm and that's it! MY VERY LAST LAW SCHOOL FINAL BUT GOD HELP ME TO NOT FAIL!!!! I'm seriously worried cause there's so much to know and point out in Todres' 8 part exam questions and I'm worried I won't know what to do or where to find the answers - it's open book but that's actually harder cause it's all based on treasury regulations which are SO FREAKING CONFUSING! I'm gonna tear my hair out by 4pm when it's over. Ok if I work hard I can finish up probs 7 - 11 by 8am? and start to run errands....I'm gonna get my hair cut and get a much needed manicure and pedicure after that. And then hello sunny LAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

2:30am and all is well!! ;) in case u didn't get the joke - in olden days, the town crier called out at night the time and that "all is well" to let the town know that it was safe - or something like that. annyyywaayyzzzzz - I had SUCH a nice day! :D the 72 degree weather was lovely - my suitemate and I went to run errands and sell back books - I got $55 back even though the books I had originally bought were like $300 total. Out of that $55 I'm going to see about $5 and the rest goes to credit card debt ;) I had lunch with Nitz and Robin and it was SO great to catch up with them like that. I'm gonna miss my friends :( I seemed to run ino everyone at the law school today!

I found out who the girl was who had an affair with one of my favorite professors - turns out my law prof. had actually already split up with his then wife and they're still in the process of divorce when this fellow 3L came into the picture - I was SHOCKED to know who it was! Not at ALL who I had conjured up in my mind! Made me laugh in shock at first cause it seemed like such a crazy pairing - but I'm happy for them and hope life treats them both well. And it's been all out in the open for over a year so faculty and school is semi-ok with it but still - YEESH.

I'm up working on the Legal Medicine take home exam....5 more pages to go and I can sleep....gawdddddd....doesn't it feel amazing when your head is just aching to rest on a soft pillow - it feels like such a sweet release to finally fall asleep when you've pulled all nighters. I'm trading Ribon Trading Cards with people on the Ribon ML - I'm going to get a MAX LOVELY card in exchange for Ultra Maniac's Ayu! :) I love Max Lovely manga! Ultra Maniac is cute too though! I love Gals though! If you guys don't read Ribon manga stories - you're missing out - they're so much FUN. Anywayz, night everyone :)

Have such a busy day ahead of me >_< gotta go fax something, gotta go sell books back, gotta meet friends for late lunch/early dinner, have to write essay answers for a take-home exam that's due wednesday but wanted to finish by today and turn IN by today.......I orderd my cap and down! I hope my head measurement was right - I'm 20" around my head - WHO KNEW! I'm a size 6.5 according to heads. HAHA. okie. so anywayz - I sold all my posters!!! Thank you to Carla who wanted to buy the rest that remained before more others claimed hahaha :)

I think I'll call my special someone and wake him up this morning. It's gorgeous outside - 72 degrees and sunny - love, love, LOVE summer!

Hi everyone :) *waves to the people who left me msgs on the comment box* :D Rei is one of my favorites (after Usagi and along with Neptune and Venus) - I think Rei is so dedicated and strong. I've been pouring through the books because I have 1 paper due tomorrow, 1 exam tomorrow, and my very last law school final EVER this Friday! WOO HOOOOO! can't WAIT! I'm gonna treat myself to a hair cut, manicure and pedicure, and new summer clothes once I'm done. I got my tickets for the law school's graduation ceremony!! :) I gotta email everyone and invite them now to the ceremony and my parents party for me. It's a gorgeous sunny friday late after noon and I have another paper and 2 more exams due next week but all I want is to just watch some Kodocha or go to China Town or spend the night giving myself much needed pampering after week 1 of hell-finals. Thank GOD this is my last semester of law school but I really hate leaving academia and going into a drudgery law firm. I still wanna work for the FBI dammit.

Nitz and Betsy and Rachel and I are going to throw Joanne a small going away party! We're picking up cake and other fun treats for her :) It's really hard on her what with her mom abandoning her and her father dying and she's only 22 and in grad school fending for herself. I hope life turns better for her.

I didn't go to bed until 2am last night and when I woke up, wound up switchng the alarm off and sleeping till 11. YEESH. I had a very nice call from my someone special though - he has such an amazing voice in the morning - all soft and mmmmmmmm :) ANYWAAAAAAYYYYYY :D Rebecca took my quiz and I'm so happy and Caroline too! Yaaayy! I'm so glad u guys liked it :) I wanna make more quizzes for you.

Rebecca's personality definitely strikes me as a loving and very beautiful woman (perhaps why she chose aphrodite?) and Caroline strikes me as a very logical and cool woman. Hmm....I have lots of images of fairies, maybe I should make a quiz on Which Fairy Are You :) it'd be fun! Rebecca I've been gaining weight too so I understand - seems like the minute we get older our whole bodies stop looking and feeling as good as they used to. that felt soooooo good! it's sunny and warm outside so I went and studied 70 pages of copyright law in the sun :) I'm up to page 301 now! :) (need to get to 581 *sob*) I had breakfast this morning with carol - was nice - she's so sweet and she makes me feel better about so much stuff! Met this guy Cliff there who told me one of my most favorite professors at law school was/is having an affair with a student and everyone knows! At first I thought it was someone I knew and was close to but thank god it isn't her! I can't believe my prof did that - I lost a lot of respect for him now, even if he is getting divorced from his wife. Anyway, in other news, I was up till 7am and only slept till 10:30 - I'm so bleary eyed it's kinda funny ;) I want to go to kinokuniya and pick up my ribon but I best wait till Monday after my exam cause I'm meeting Ruby at 5:30 by Lincoln Center so she can give me the framed paintings of Usagi and Mamoru and Serenity I won like 8 months ago ;) We're gonna have a quick bite to eat too :) Be fun! So I'll go to Kino's then and just enjoy my monday night after exam hell. Ok, gotta keep on truckin' and get to 581. See ya'll laterz.

it's a deary, grey, rainy day outside - matches my mood. Woke up feeling and am still feeling sad and lonely...althogh my ricky managed to make me laugh and cheer me up and then made me feel like a dolt for being mushy - I'm a girl for pete's sake! :D girls are mushy sometimes! (especially when they feel all vulnerable and crap sheesh ;)) anywayz, I'm studying for my copyright and trademark law exam on Monday - my first of my LAST law school exams!!! Can't believe law school is almost over! Gonna pour through the books all day....I hope there's a new Friends tonight on NBC. I felt down today....don't know why...woke up feeling...so sad.....could be cause it's 4/24 but if that's the case it must be something from my sub-concious cause I can't place anything conciously why I feel this down...

Watching eps 5-8 of KKJ elped, as did seeing Ricky for a lil bit :) (he also messed with my pitas comment box again the retard!) I'm listening to the Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne Soundtrack.....I'm inspired by the music and lyrics...my favorites (and the ones I kept on my comp) are: Piece of Love, God's World Wind, Cry (heart ga naiteru), Chiaki's song "sorezore no mirai", and Revolution (which is what I titled my Maron and Chiaki shrine -it's under construction but go see it here: Revolution: A Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne Shrine Devoted to Jeanne/Sindbad and Maron/Chaiki - all one and the same.

Inspired by God's World Wind and Piece of Love, and Chiaki's song I wound up composing music....ya know...sometimes the most beautiful and most meaningful things I've ever composed come through sadness.....there's a great power in music......I cried as I wrote this beautiful song about life and death and love....I hope one day I can make a demo of my songs so that they have the music I envision them with.....

I'm home! I got back from the Metropolitan Opera House at Lincoln Center and it is GORGEOUS - I gotta take ricky there when he comes back to NY. The Barber of Seville was a nice and funny opera but it DRAGGED on forever in certain parts and was SO repetitive! It was a great story and would've been better had it not dragged and had so many boring long long long winding songs and scenes. I don't think I like opera music much or operas cause they're all tragic. I'd rather go see a broadway show or musical or see concerts by orchestras. I LOVE the Met Opera house and I want to see a Midsummer Night's Dream there one day.

Hearing the orchestra brought back a flood of memories. I used to play the violin from 2nd grade to 11th grade - it's been so many years since I played I've forgotten how to read notes almost. I always loved performing in the orchestra all those years and LOVE listening to beautiful orchestra concerts - takes my mind away.

Anywayz, I wound up pulling an allnighter last night and went to bed around 6/7am and slept till 9am :) The paper was great though! I now have 3 exams and 2 more papers to get through!

Do Not Buy Things From Ebay Seller "AnimeHaven"/"AnimeHavennet" - they don't even know what things they are selling. They advertised a Marmalade Boy wallscroll and when I looked at it, it was this stunning manga drawing - I didn't recognize the characters but since it was labelled Marmalade Boy I thought it was from the artbook and was a weird drawing of Yuu and Miki. But then a friend told me I'd been duped and that it was from another work by the same author. Realizing my mistake and the fact that I bought it by a misrepresentation, I notified animehaven and said I couldn't complete the transaction because of the misrepresentation and cited that ebay allows me to NOT complete the transaction if the seller misrepresented a product. They were so rude to me and filed a nonpaying bidder warning against me and said they were going to notify their associates about me and block me from their future auctions. Complete jerks. They actually told me they didn't know *anything* about Marmalade Boy but had receieved that wallscroll as part of an order labelled marmalade boy so labelled it as such - what kinda seller is that? *UGH*

ok done venting - I'm gonna clean up and then head to bed - night everyone *HUGS*

Almost 6pm on the east coast and I'm still writing this dang-blasted entertainment law paper on internet law! I'm worried I might not make it to 30pages in which case I'd have to actually research more stuff to include in it! EEEK! Guess what though? I found an online store that sells one of my favorite chocolate biscuits Bahlsen Afrika - chocolate covered wafer biscuits and the site is Erika's Delicatassen! - I'm going to order from them soon!

Man when I hear about other people's love problems and such, my own seem like nothing in comparison ;) One of my friend's boyfriend has the attention of another girl and my friend is very jealous and the boyfriend is still talking to the other girl - I gave her some advice on not being jealous and being the better person and so far it looks good - I hope things work out.

Sarah Beth I hope you finished your work with that crazy keyboard! :( I wish I coulda helped fix it somehow! I wonder what Lisi's been up to - haven't heard from her in a few weeks......I should msg Lydia too - the girl's got a rollercoaster life like me :)

I watched the first 4 episodes of my fansub for Fruits Basket and I liked it :) It isn't one of those anime that made me go "oh my god I love it", but it's fun to watch and makes me laugh and it's inspirational too! Touro Honda's mother was so wise and the lessons she imparted were great!

How cool! Joanne (my suitemate) got free tickets to see the opera Barber of Seville by Rossini at the Metropolitan Opera and she invited me to go with her! I can't wait! We have balcony seats and what's cool is in front of your screens, they run subtitles to what the actors are saying on stage PLUS they summarize each act in the playbill! It's this Tuesday night at 7pm - I'm excited! :)

aside from all the pranks and fooling around 'ricardo' is doing with the comment box ;) lemmee tell ya what I've been upto! Nishi-chan is going nuts writing papers and researching cause she has 2 30 pg papers due and 1 15pg paper due - all this week - yippee and 3 exams to prepare for as well which start NEXT week. On top of this, I haven't found a job yet and need to re-double my efforts like crazy!

I went to China Town today and bought a TON of anime stickers to mail out to winners of UsagiandMamoru.com's Valentine Give-a-way! I ALSO got 3 new fansubbed anime tapes - a fan sub of Fruits Basket and Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne Vol 2 and Kodomo no Omocha Vol 9!!! :) AND I found out animemax (where I get my fansubs from) has SUPER GALS!!!! - the wonderful manga I fell in love with in Ribon (which only called it Gals) and it was animated and I can't WAIT to buy all the subs from him!

I ordered chinese food and am eating Shrimp Mai Fun I think :) Gonna change into something comfy and start working on this blasted paper. See yall later!!

it's thunderstorming! it's thunderstorming! YAAAY YAAAY YAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!! you have no idea how much I LOVE summer thunderstorms and because it's been crazy hot in NY for the past week it was DUE to thunderstorm. GOD look at that lightning and the thunder is great! :D I'm all happy and excited! Ya know what would be cool? to make love in a thunderstorm. *random thought thrown in here and there*

Good God is life confusing or what? I was up till 6am this morning but not cause of my paper ;) and what did I learn from all of it? I'm doomed like lubna. Great! Just great! Doomed to this lot in life I *choose* for myself - I swear there's something wrong with us girls who choose to do this to ourselves. And when I think I should get out and find happiness elsewhere, I can't cause I just won't give it up. I'm stupid. Totally idiotic, stupid, doing this to myself-stupid. I thought I was very strong but ya know what? I'm as weak and needy as the next girl, who'll stay in something that's not the best for her cause she loves and wants and needs the person too much to leave. Such a hypocrite - I advise other women to get out and give them the best advice but I can't even follow my own!

In trying to understand, accept, and tolerate other behaviors, weaknesses, and values, have I lowered my pride and compromised too much to make things fit....and if I have, was it worth it? Or am I just ruining my own respect, worth, and value?

God it used to be so easy to stand up for what I believe and remain firm in my convictions and values, but this relationship pulls into question all of those values and convictions and makes me falter, wondering if I'm too uptight, too narrow.....then when I compromise my original values and convictions to form new ones - I wonder if I did the right thing or if I just made things worse.

Will compromising my original values to form new ones make things better? Will we end up happier as a result? I want/need you to compromise too but what if you can't or won't? Then it's just me.....

I'm like lubna and she and I are self-sacrificial and just deserve better than this.

The sad thing is, deep in my heart, I hope and believe it will all work out and what I put myself through will be worth it BUT (and this is the sad part) what if it *doesn't* work out? What if this is how it stays and it never gets better? Should I get out? Or should I stay and give it a chance and believe and hope longer?

I'll be working on my estate paper on anatomical gifts and my entertainment paper on internet law all today and this weekend.
