Half-assed prohibition attempt fails
Solicitor General Waxman tried unsuccessfully to convince
the Supreme Court that the FDA should have the power to
"regulate" cigarettes as "drug delivery devices."
I swear, someone must be making money off this anti-tobacco
crusade.
