soo, since i'm bored, i'm gonna write in this. haha man if i write in this, it's because i'm bored as haill. the past few days, my little cousins alisa&sabrina, ages 9 and 6, have been over at my work because their parents were helping us install some stuff. they're too freakn cute. alisa is soo shy, but if you give her something to do, she can sit there for like an hour doing it. sabrina is exactly the opposite; she talks a mile a minute and has ADD or something.. dude she starts doing something and like 10 mins later she gets bored. yesterday they were over for the whole day and i felt like a babysitter.. but i'm better with kids than i thought i was. except i can't handle them for too long.
last night i went to see WHITE CHICKS with my cousins doris&krios. duuude. it was the FRICKIN funniest shit, ever. not just like oh-haha funny, but like bust-out-laugh-yo-ass-off funny. =D i liked it a lot. after that, they wanted to go to CUE to take those asiany pics. haha man it was my first time there; it was scary. these are some of the pics that we took.. hahah.

hMm. summer boredom has officially started. *sigh. today was productive, though. woke up at 8am, and with my momma, i:

dropped off my car at the shop
went to the dentist to get a check-up
signed up at LA Fitness [finally!] - and saw tiffany there!
went to breakfast
shopped for necessities at target
bought pumas at shoe city
picked up my contact at the optometrist

all before 1pm. that was productive. just got back from picking up my car right now, too. my brakes don't squeak anymore, yay =) last night i bought one of my summer reading books online. kinda started reading their eyes were watching god, but i think i lost that paper.. i'm not sure what we're supposed to be looking for. hm. melvin finally came back from his camping trip. =) haha. alrights i'm bored as fck.. maybe i should go copy those CDs that allen let me borrow. i still wanna go to SANTA MONICA on wed. who can come with besides peggy?
*oh yeah. i never thought that i was like this.. but when i'm bored i eat. a lot. thank goodness for the gym.

//summer is awesome.

wow so this week was most def. eventful. i think i'm supposed to be working right now but it's not too busy. so i shall update.. starting from wednesday because i don't remember anything before that.
wed: went bowling with a few people.. jackie&them.. haha it was fun. sharon got attacked by water balloons.. it was funny. but also sad.. haha. jackie drives like a lunatic.. i'm afraid of his driving. and he got a ticket.. HAh. that's what you get for doing 80 on random streets.
thurs: went to fullerton w/ tyler, then ate at CPK. the waiter gave us a lot of bread. yeayuh. worked out at 24hr fitness that night with peggy. man i almost died after 10 mins on the treadmill. i'm so weaksauce, it's not even funny. but at least we exercised for over an hour.. whee.
friday: beached with rachel&peggy.. met up rachel's friend there. on the way there, peggy gave me some wrong directions, and then she&rachel didn't know how to read a map. LOL that was hilarious. then, we got to huntington around 10:30, and were SO BORED. so we decided to go buy a boombox. drove to k-mart and got one and we were about to get in line when i realized that we should just call rachel's friend. turned out that he did have a stereo and was bringing it. -_- at least we bought a boogie board for peggy. leaving k-mart, i took a wrong turn, and instead of going south towards the beach, i went NORTH. hahah. so we spent an hour driving around.. ugh. met up rachel's friend, and surprise, surprise, i saw kevin there. haha what a trip. so anyway.. the whole day it was super gloomy, until around 4, an hour before we had to leave. but it was hella windy.. yuck. so yeah it was fun chillin' with the girlss =) [shOnna, rOchelle, peggstA!] hahah. that night around 10:30.. went to allen's cuz anthony's party. didn't really drink because i had to drive home. thanks for entertaining&taking care of me, allen! you're a true homie. damn he got these new subs... sweeet. haha.. it was fun. there was a grip of black people there.. and this black guy & white guy were battling.. it was tiight.
today: just got back from sharon&tiffanie's party. haha they have a moonbounce! it was funn.. my workout for the week. dang.. and steph barely got her license and already she gets to drive a bangin CLK around. no fair.. haha. oh well. checked my sat2 score. ahh fuck i have to retake it. so this fall.. i have to take my sat2's.. us history and math. grr. alrights. time to dick around. peeaces.

//reminisce

for some reason, i never feel like going in depth on my xanga. maybe because it's too impersonal, someplace where anyone can find your blog. i guess this is kinda the same thing, except a lot of people are too lazy to come anywhere else than xanga. so anyway.. here's my recap of junior year:
ACADEMICS// my grades totally sucked ass this year. i got my first C (gasp!) and will probably get another one in calc 2nd semester. it was fully because i thought i was smart and could take on three AP classes. i was proved so wrong. my teachers were okay; mrs. hildreth hated me though, because i was always late to her 0 period. but yeah. academically, my worst year.
EXTRACURRICULARS// pretty awesome. i was centerspread editor this year, and editor-in-chief for next year! i'm excited. junior honor guard. what else? i duno.. but publications was pretty big.
SATS// i'm done with SATones. even though i didn't break that one score, i surpassed my initial goal, so that was good. my sat2 writing score, that was a freakn miracle. i honestly don't know how i got that. hopefully i only have to retake my sat2 us history in the fall.
RELATIONSHIPS// this year, i've met a lot of new people and have also gotten closer to certain ones, namely my mom & diana. with guys, i've made a lot of mistakes that i most definitely learned from. hm.

so i guess.. overall, this year wasn't too bad. hell yes, it was tedious and i didn't suceed in many of my academic challenges, but i've matured from those experiences and grown from them [i know--AWWW.. shut up]. all through junior year i could not WAIT for it to be over, and now it finally is. i'm happy. and i cannot wait for SENIOR YEAR. wow, we're seniors. isn't that crazy? i still looka like a freshie though. why can't i grow?? boo. but yeah, in just a few short months that will be our past before we know it, we will be finding out which colleges have accepted (and rejected) us. after that.. wow. we're going to be graduating. i remember counting down the months until we got out of high school, and now we only have 1/4 of the way to go. time seriously flies by so fast. and as cliché as i know this sounds, cherish every moment of your life, because before you know it, tomorrow's dreams will become yesterday's memories. and yes i think i got that from somewhere, but whatever. and now i'm done reflecting and attempting to be deep. thank goodness =) time to upload pics. check it when i'm done! //long lost friend

wow so i haven't blogged here in a long time. i kinda miss it. i updated a bunch of stuff on the side; the upcoming events, the stuff about me, and i took out the playlist and things to do. because i never update them. i think the playlist was like 4 months old. haha i have been xanga-fied. and my xanga is nowhere as nice as my pitas. hm so last night i was reading the 3rd book in the princess diary series. it was TOO CUTE. okay so mia [the princess] likes her friend's brother michael, and she sends him anonymous poems saying that she loves him and stuff. then there was this carnival where michael is in the computer club and he designs games, and he showed mia one that he made himself. and it's all pretty.. and then a banner pops up that says "roses are red/violets are blue/you may not know it/but i love you too." and he knew all along that she liked him.. and AW it was just so adorable. the only thing that irks me is that they use "love" so freely. everyone loves everyone. haha. but yeah for some reason, i just had to share that part because i looooooved it so much. ok and i need to start working on my calc project and french homework. oh yeah and call at&t to cancel my old phone thing. NEW NUMBER: ask me! yay i got rid of my dinosaur phone. oh yeah and CONGRATS again to MINDY who got her license last week! yay .. now only steph needs to get her license, and our whole group will be able to drive =)
